Janis and her husband Dan were beyond phenomenal! Communication was great leading up to their arrival, especially with coordinating arrival and departure times. And during the sit, I got lots of picture updates throughout of how Isabel was doing. I could tell from the pictures how comfortable and happy my dog was hanging out with Janis and Dan and getting all the pets and attention. Coming home, everything was left so clean and organized. I definitely recommend them as pet sitters as they clearly took such good care of both my pup and my home.
honeybee was a great sitter for our 3 animals. She communicated very well throughout the sit. Our flight home was delayed and she was great about being able to cover the extra days. Her connection to the animals was wonderful. We were less organized than intended on her arrival due to some unexpected work issues, and she was great about rolling with the changes (e.g. the closet doors were missing as the painter hadn't finished with them). She used public transport to get to Golden and then drove our car while here. She left a few items behind, and her attention to kitchen cleanliness could be better, but we would definitely have her sit our pets again if the opportunity arises.
Leslie consistently demonstrated outstanding communication skills, both initially and throughout the entire process, and I would gladly give her more stars if possible. Leslie arrived as scheduled, and instantly the animals fell in love with her and Bennie. Our cats love our dogs but usually won't come in the house when a strange dog is here but they didnt even hesitate to come meet Bennie. Bennie was very calm and a true gentleman. Leslie sent pictures throughout the sit reassuring us the gang were all getting along and enjoying her and Bennie's company. She read through the welcome guide before we left as well as we showed her around. It was very nice getting the chance to know her a bit before we ledt the following morning. We felt very comfortable knowing our home and pets were in good hands. It is very apparent when you meet Leslie that she truly does love animals. When our Molly decided to hide, Leslie called us right away because she feared Molly may have gotten spooked by a firework going off in the neighborhood and escaped under the gate. I felt so bad for Leslie because she blamed herself because it was on her watch. I have trackers on all my pets and it turned out that Molly was still in the house and just hiding really well. She can curl up.pretty small. Lealie took our Lab to check the walking route and see if Molly was there. When I called and told her Molly had to be at the house because her tracker showed her there, she returned to our home and Molly hreeted her as she came in the front door. I was very appreciative of Leslie's phone call though because she didnt wait hours to call, she searched the yard and house and called right away. We decided to cut our trip short a day and asked Leslie if she minded if we came home a day early. We let her know we didnt expect her to leave early and made sure she was comfortable with our decision. As a pet parent, it is imperative that we remember the sitters are also on vacation and we didnt want to intrude on her time. As it turned out, we ended up stopping by the ER on our way home where my husband was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm. Unfortunately we had both the RV and my car and I needed to figure out how to get them home. I reached out to Leslie who offerred to give me a ride back to the hospital after I dropped o e vehicle off at home so I could retrieve the second vehicle. BTW, the surgeon was able to repair my hubbys aneurysm and he will be coming home soon. Leslie was a comfort during this frightening time and even stayed an extra day to help out and care for our home and pets. She was a teue blessing. Leslie left the house spotless along with so.e fresh flowers for me when I got back from visiting my husband. If you get an opportunity to host Leslie in your home, rest assured your home and pets will be well loved and well taken care of. We.would welcome.Leslie back anytime. She is not just a pet sitter, she is a new trusted friend.
Kelly was a wonderful pet sitter and house sitter! Our dog Cooper adored her. She sent us pictures several times a day and he was always snuggling with her. She kept in touch with us regularly. We have never left our baby before and we were anxious about it but we ended up feeling totally comfortable with Cooper in Kelly’s care. She also kept our potted plants alive during a heat wave and took great care of the house. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.
Prashant and India were fantastic pets sitters for us. Both were dependable and were even kind enough to allow some service people into the home to do some repairs. Our dogs were well looked after and we got daily updates on how the dogs were doing. Prashant is very knowledgeable and gave us a few strategies to combat some negative behaviors that we were seeing with the dogs. Could not recommend them more. They will be missed.
Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Mary Jessica was self sufficient, needing very little instruction outside of our Welcome Guide. She followed everything I wrote and asked how much communication I’d want. I’m very pleased and would both recommend her and love to have her again.
Lindsay and Bryce provided excellent care to our two cats while we were gone. They are great communicators, took amazing care of our apartment and send regular updates and photos so that we knew all was going well. We would absolutely recommend them as responsible and thoughtful pet sitters who can be entrusted with the care of your home and pets.
Sharon was by far the best sitter I’ve ever had! From the very first time we connected, she was communicative and proactive with follow up. She asked great questions prior to her stay and I could tell she’s done this many times and that she genuinely cares about the pets and homes she cares for. Sharon went above and beyond to leave my house in ever better shape, cleaning and organizing. It was a dream to come home to! Thank you Sharon!
Bard and Kim are amazing house sitters and pet care givers. I would recommend them over and over. I wish I could add numbers to the scale. They would get a 10+. Bard and Kim were super easy to work with, efficient, self-sufficient, and considerate. They took immaculate care of my home; it was definitely cleaner after they left! I would recommend them without hesitation over and over.
Elaine was the best dog and cat sitter I have ever had! She was so loving to the boys, kind, reliable, capable and took fabulous care of my two dogs and cat welfare. Walked them every day and would even sing to them (-: I am so very grateful to have had the pleasure of meeting Elaine and I would recommend Elaine to anyone wanting first class care of pets and home!!! We all miss having her around and wish her a fabulous world trip and safe journey back to the States.

As owners of a reactive and sometimes rowdy pup I cannot recommend this place enough. We were paired with a walker, Jade, who was experienced with reactive/protective dogs. From the minute she met our dog wr knew she'd be a great fit, she did absolutely everything right and I swear he was better behaved when we got back. Very much worth every penny and we can't wait to work with her again. Thank you Jade and Strut The Pup for a stellar experience!
I have been using Patricia's service for the past 2 years. She is the best! Always flexible and accomodating, even with my irregular work schedule. My mini dachshund adores her, and would probably choose to walk with Patty over me. 100 percent recommed for those who need someone to take care of their loved ones.
I was referred to Ravenna Pets and I highly recommend it! Patty was wonderfully kind and patient with my senior dog Roco during his last few years of life, and has excellent communications. Your pets will be in good hands with her!
We love Patty so much! She is the kindest soul and we trust her implicitly! Takes the very best care of our Pippa and loves her as her own.
Highly recommend Ravenna Pet Care! I needed weekend care and walks for my dog with only a weeks notice and Patty responded to my inquiry immediately and was able to come by for a consultation visit right away. She was really flexible with timings and very easy to communicate with. The app was great and she sent pictures from each walk. She really went above and beyond, so happy to have found her!
Patty has been wonderful with our two dogs. She Updates us whenever she visits them for a walk. If we need to change up our schedule, she is always accommodating. Highly recommend Ravenna Pet Care!
Coral has been watching our baby Boba for a while now. Boba absolutely loves staying with her and being apart of Coral's dog pack. Coral sends multiple picture updates whenever were out of town or whenever she's a part of doggy daycare. Me and my partner would trust Coral with Boba's life. If something were to happen to us, we would want Boba to be with Coral.
Coral and her mom Shayla are amazing at taking care of pets. They are both kind and compassionate animal lovers, and I wouldn't trust my babies with anyone else. They're friendly, responsive, and flexible. Highly recommended!
Coral was prompt and communicative while caring for my sweet fur babies Jeff & Ophelia, she even sent me pictures of them while I was away! Purrfect!
We have been clients of Coral for going on nearly 4 years now, and having owned dogs for over 20 years and we have never had a more reliable and caring pet sitter. Gabby and Kirby love their weekly walks with Coral and their furry "gang" of friends. In addition, Coral's and Shayla's experience with animals with special medical issues has been a god send while our beloved Kirby goes thru the final stages of renal failure. Coral and Shayla are more than pet sitters to us at this point, they are family. You can't go wrong with them as your pet sitters.
Greenlake Dog Care has made my dog so happy. She normally is very anxious and clingy, but she feels so comfortable when I leave her there. They have lots of toys, take her for periodic walks, and are very present and aware of her needs and habits. Thank you so much!
Greenlake Dog Care has been so good to my pup. Plenty of space for her to play and stay active. So glad I found this place!
Lindsay has watched our cats twice and is a trusted, kind, and reliable pet sitter. Highly recommend! One of our cats is very shy but befriended Lindsay quickly. Do not hesitate to call Wild Pack Pet Care!!
Our little Louie is pretty hesitant to meet new people, but he warmed up to Lindsay almost immediately. We are so grateful that she is so attentive to Louie’s needs and always makes sure that he has a great time while we are gone! Lindsay goes above and beyond with pet care, and I would recommend this business to anyone needing pet care services.
Looks so cute, right?! While true, Grover is also a bit ornery, has developed a taste for fingers, and is quite discriminating when it comes to his circle of trust. So I was surprised and elated that he’d immediately taken so well to the pros at Wild Pack—they definitely have the It Factor when it comes to dealing with special little dogs with special little needs. This is a one in a million success for my dude, and we’re not about to shake that up. Grover will be a member of the Wild Pack for life!
Lindsay is fabulous. I can tell how much she cares for my dog. The photos and videos she shares always has Koko smiling. And, Koko doesn't smile easily when I'm not around because of her separation anxiety. I'm so glad to have found her!
Excellent, highly recommend! We were in a bind because we just moved to the area, had an upcoming trip for a wedding, and our booked sitter canceled last minute. Wild Pack to the rescue! They took the time to come by before the trip to meet and learn all about our two medically complex cats. Then during the trip they gave daily updates and pictures, asked thoughtful questions that anticipated the needs of the cats, and made sure they were both happy and healthy. Very detail oriented and professional. They are our first choice for pet care in Seattle!
This is how awesome Xander’s walks were with Lindsey. She allowed him to get outside and sniff all dirt and flowers he wanted, spending 45 in the sun, and she was such a gentle soul that he didn’t feel any separation anxiety from me. And miracles upon miracles, he came back and crashed hard right after each adventure—which means he got all the stimulation out of their interaction that I could have hoped for. It was also very satisfying and unusual that she was able to start the same evening as I contacted her and came with the same consistency each day so that Xander felt safe going with her.
Wild Pack has been such a great resource to help with my brand new pup (only ten weeks) when I have to be away from him for work etc. He is always so happy when I return and not exploding with energy, which shows he got a lot of attention and exercise/play during his visits! Great communication and truly care about your animals being taken care of. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for pet care in Seattle!
Wild Pack has been an absolutely awesome walker and sitter for my dog. Their daycamp experience is a unique highlight - they take my pup on outdoor adventures including long walks along the water. He returns pooped with his tail wagging!
Wild Pack was wonderful with our two-year old Beagle, Lambo. We felt like he was very well taken care of and we received frequent pictures and updates while away. They took him on multiple walks every day and even bathed him so he was fresh and clean upon our return. He was energetic and in good spirits when we got home. Would definitely recommend Wild Pack to anyone needing reliable pet sitting!
Wild Pack is one of the most genuine, caring and compassionate pet service providers in the area. Clearly committed to their soul purpose the love shows in all Wild Pack provides for our fur babies.
Great place to take your fur baby when you’re at work for the day or going on vacation and can’t bring them with you, this way you know they’re never alone and they get to play & make new friends. If your dog is boarding with them the employees will send you daily pupdates via email with pictures to let you know how they are doing and if there’s any complications. Everyone here is very friendly and can tell they really care about the animals and their well being.
While no other place would consider taking our reactive dog for boarding, the AMAZING staff at LDCD were extremely empathetic and sensitive and offered to have Austin over again and again to make him feel more comfortable and safe. They spent so much time with us and were so patient and reassuring. Thank you Jay, Jenny, Reese, Kylie and everyone in staff for truly loving dogs and accepting and supporting our anxious dog. You have helped him open up to people and calm down. Throughout the 3 weeks Austin spent at LDCD, the staff kept us updated many many many times. I appreciate all your hard work and kindness towards dogs and humans as well 🙏
Boarding overnight / day care: Dog injured. Nose and paw injured. He came in happy and left in pain. We will have to take him to the vet to do a full check up. After taking him home, he was not himself. He was hiding and still is as I am writing this. His nose is swollen and bleeding. Absolutely No communication about this at all. Might be the reason why they did not send me pictures or videos when requested. A lot of excuses for not sending any pictures to me, which seems like a cover up of the injury. I emailed and asked for pictures and videos after I dropped my dogs off. A hour later I called about pictures. 3 hours after that I called again and after a long while finally got one picture of one of my dogs. Then after almost a life time I got a picture of my other dog. But still no videos. I called again today for pictures, nothing was sent to me. All I got was a bunch of excuses regarding the injury (I understand dogs play rough, but the injury looks so serious), and not being able to send me pictures. I got a text after I got home about a refund for the baths for both of my dogs because my dogs smelled like pee and had stains and dirt all over them after their baths. Will never recommend this place. I question the cleanliness of this place, and everything else. I was told if anything happened they will give me a call. I guess not. Judging by the pee smell and stains after taking a bath, clearly the place is very dirty and doesn’t get cleaned up, my dog could have an infection. And to say my dog was snappy during bath time is just infuriating because my dog loves bath time. Still waiting on the videos and pictures I asked for… hopefully my dog is ok. And hopefully this provides an insight as to how this place runs. I hope no dogs have to experience what my dog had to experience coming here.
I board my dog several times a year and I always trust Lazy Dog Crazy Dog - Ballard with her care. All the employees are so friendly and kind, and most important, our dog loves them. She can't wait to see her friends and get inside to play when we drop her off each time. Thank you, Lazy Dog Crazy Dog!
We were super nervous about doggy daycare because of how wild and high-energy our puppy is, but the folks at LDCD have always been so good with her, and patient even though she is jumpy and comes in the door screaming with excitement every time. They play with her and love on her all day long, and she comes home content and exhausted. It's great to know she's well taken care of when we have to board her as well, and being able to take advantage of their newer expanded hours and ability to do late pickup has been a lifesaver. Thank you all for being so good to our girl <3 She loves y'all so much!!
My little Velcro muffin cake trots right into Lazy Dog. She loves it and they know her by name when she comes in the door and let her know which of her pals are there. The team is first rate and I am grateful to have found LDCD!
Great staff and our dog loves it there. My only improvement suggestion would be on speeding up drop off and pick up. If there's a line, the wait can be 10-15 minutes, because each dog takes several minutes.
I can't say enough good things about Lazy Dog Crazy Dog! From the moment I contacted them, the staff was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to answer all my questions and put my mind at ease. It’s clear they truly care about the well-being of every dog that stays there. They kept me updated with pictures and messages throughout my dog's stay, which was such a relief. I felt like they treated my dog like one of their own. Most importantly, my dog looked like he was having a good time and made friends (a rare moment for him). If you're looking for a safe, caring, and fun place for your dog, Lazy Dog Crazy Dog is absolutely the best choice!
I highly recommend this business for your dogs! Roslyn had an amazing time at daycare and her overnight boarding stays! They are great at giving updates and putting your mind at ease. Roslyn is on a very specific diet and they are very detailed oriented in following directions! We have been to other places that aren’t as thorough and it shows. Lazy crazy dog is very thorough for your dogs needs. They make sure your pup is taken care of and in good hands! Thank you so much for all you guys do!!
Friendly staff. They got to know my dog so well the first time he boarded, and on our second trip, he almost ran to the front door because he was so happy to be back.
Holly and her team are just the best — we don’t know what we would do without Rocket Dog. We are huge worriers about our high energy dog and in the years we’ve been taking him to RD (for both daycare and boarding) we’ve never had anything less than an amazing experience. It’s become like a second home to him and he gets sooo excited when we tell him it’s time to go to “daycare!” We’re so grateful for this team of knowledgeable, caring, professional dog lovers!!
Love having a spot like this in the city with so much space for the pups to play. The vibe definitely is more like a “homestay” than most other spots which is great for my boys who dont do well in crated and cooped up!
I have been taking my dogs here for years and have always had a great experience. I trust Holly and her staff with my dogs 100%, I can go on vacation and not worry once because I know they’re well taken care of by a responsible caring business. I’ve sent multiple clients and friend to rocket dog, probably about 15 people, all of them have had really good experiences. 10/10 recommend rocket dog.
We LOVED Rocket Dog and trusted them 100% with our lab Quinn. Sadly we moved away from Seattle, but they were so good to her and she was always so excited for daycare. She has epilepsy and they took such great care of her so we didn’t have to worry when boarding her. I wouldn’t take her anywhere else in Seattle.
Excellent place to take your dog for daycare. We bring ours one a week just to get a long day of playtime and tire him out. He is so excited when we pull up to Rocket Dog, it's his favorite place! The employees are very knowledgeable and attentive to the dogs. Very clean and organized as well. Highly recommended!
We take our dog here for both daycare and overnight boarding and he loves it!
I love that rocket dog is off-leash and outdoor-based! They take trips to dog parks, daily. After 3 months with rocket dog, and I suddenly noticed that my shy little dog was running around with the pack and he knew how to swim. Amazing!!
Sweetie loves her play time at Rocket Dog care!!! Best doggie daycare around!!!!
Great team that recognizes us and more importantly our dog. We never worry knowing our puppy is safe and having fun during the day at Rocket Dog.
Cosmos favorite place in the whole world. I've never seen him be such a rude puppy trying to claw his way through the door to get in!
When we first contacted Pete he was super responsive and he was able to take King on July 4th weekend for boarding. As we did our research we realized this wasn’t a commercial place where they have a large amount of dogs which we really wanted for King We told him he had separation anxiety and said it wouldn’t be a problem. We also received updates from him throughout the day. Pete’s accommodation for late pick up was greatly appreciated since we were held up from our drive on the way to get him. Upon arrival, King looked super happy to see us, looked well rested and fine. Pete said he was a perfect dog and we really appreciate his words! We’ll definitely have Pete take care King for boarding and day care if needed. Thank you Pete!
Pete was an enormous help to us when I was having my baby. He was willing to have a flexible drop off time, and he even said that he would leave his phone on in case the baby came in the middle of the night. When it was time, my dog (who had never met him) instantly liked him and was happy to be left at his house. Pete sent pictures of my dog having a nice time, and seemed genuinely happy to have my dog stay with him. He even gave my dog a toy to take home with us! Pete's services were above and beyond what I was expecting, he treated us like friends even though we were strangers. I am so happy we found him, and I would absolutely recommend him!
We needed a place for our reactive dog to stay for the day while went for a hike on a trail with many other dogs. Pete was responsive & communicative and sent us many photos of our dog. Thank you so much!!
Pete does a good job at reasonable price. Very reliable and consistent. Plus allows late pickup which is useful for travelers like me.
Such an amazing and stress free experience! We were expecting and didn’t really know how to plan for dog boarding. When I called to inquiry, I was met with ease free info and assurance that they’ll work with us and completely understand. We have two bulldogs, and when we picked them up they were both in good spirits. One of our dogs is a lot to handle. They seemed to have no issues and were very understanding. So grateful for Seattle Dog Boarding and allowing us to focus on welcoming a new baby girl while our dogs were in good hands!
Absolutely the most inhumane and unprofessional doggy daycare. Lets just say we didn’t end up leaving our dog at Seattle Dog Boarding but they charged us for the entire booking. So be forewarned… They make you pay upfront with no tour of the facility; which hindsight all makes sense as if you saw the rundown house and the folks that live there you wouldn’t leave your dog there either. Pete wasn’t there when we showed up to drop off our dog. No one answered the door, so we called Pete hoping we were at the wrong location. He had to call a “roommate” to come to the door. By that time, we already decided that we weren’t going to leave our dog there and politely asked for our money back. The roommate said we needed to handle with Pete who finally texted us and said there are no refunds but we could book for another time. I can see Pete asking for us to pay for the first day and reimbursing us the remaining amount but no he outright refused.
So happy we found Pete and Seattle Dog Boarding to take care of our huge 7 month old puppy and our 15 year old dog. They are at such different stages in life and I never thought I would find someone to handle both of their needs. We just returned from a 10 day trip and both dogs were so well cared for and came home happy and healthy. The senior dog had space to chill and relax and the puppy had a blast playing with other dogs. Thanks you Pete and everyone at Seattle Dog Boarding for taking such great care of Cleo and Bear!
Worst doggy daycare experience of my life. Incredibly unprofessional and not to mention expensive, as a single day of daycare is $69 (which they make you pay up front with no tour of the "facility", which is just a rundown house). In addition, they don't make you provide proof of vaccinations. I dropped my dog off at the house. Pete wasn't there when I dropped her off, but his roommate was. This man didn't look like he should be around dogs. These dogs are our children, so if a man can't take care of himself then I'm not sure how I can trust him to take care of my dog. Incredibly unprofessional and off-putting. I knew in my gut something was off, so I returned 10 minutes later...she was alone in a house full of larger dogs she had never met before. There was zero staff inside. I had to call Pete so that he could find someone to return my dog to me. I waited 10 minutes for a "roommate" to emerge from behind the house took my dog and left immediately. This is an INCREDIBLY SHADEY place. It's dirty, disgusting, and probably a front.
They had my 1 1/2 year old Yellow Lab for six days and took excellent care of her. She is a hand full and a very busy girl. They keep her busy, they played with her and took her for daily walks. They even sent me pictures of her playing with other dogs in the program. I think they are great and I can fully recommend Seattle Dog Boarding as a good place to board your dog!
Our dog spent a night at Pete's house during a quick trip to Seattle where our regular boarding options back home weren't going to work out. Pete was very accommodating and our dog had a great time and made buddies with the other dogs. We would use Seattle Dog Boarding again.
We love Scooter’s! Our pup loves going to doggy daycare and it’s so great to have a tired puppy after a workday. Laura and all the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable, and willing to answer my many questions about my dog’s play behavior and tips on training.
I’m so glad Scooter’s Per Care opened!!! Laura is so reliable and great with any dog. As soon as we turn the corner onto Roosevelt and into the parking lot Tucker our dog can’t control his excitement! He literally pulls me into the entrance. I love it when my dog gets excited!!! Goes right into the building and waits to get let into the gate to play with his new buddies. The establishment is so clean and inviting! On our last visit Laura had a photo shoot set up for the pups for Easter photos. So cute! She even does overnight boarding and I trust that Tucker will be well taken care of once we utilize this service. She does bathing and trimming of nails too. Get your dog booked here! Tucker comes home tuckered out cause he has so much fun!
Scooter’s is the best doggy daycare! They gave our pup Nova the best care. They even sent her a birthday card! The staff are kind, trustworthy, and respectful. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for daycare and/or boarding!
Check out Scooters Pet Care! We are so thankful to have found a wonderful daycare/boarding facility for our pup. After a full day of daycare and a multi-day boarding visit we can confirm and recommend the excellent care and service that Scooters provides. Our experience: Prior to being welcomed at Scooters, they need proof of updated vaccinations (you can email them over yourself or include the contact info for your vet and they will do the rest) and they also need a fecal parasite test to be done. I’d never done the fecal parasite test before. My vet charged $55 and we got results in 1-2 business days. Then your pup will be evaluated by the staff during a trial daycare visit. They recommend a few hours (hourly rate is $16 I believe). We decided to leave our pup for a full day ($50 total). Our dog was so excited and overstimulated and did not behave his very best. We were nervous that he may not be allowed to come back but Laura, the owner, gave him another shot and he was much better his second time visiting. I appreciated the photos and updates during both daycare and boarding stays. Each staff member we interacted with was kind and professional. Thank you so much to the entire Scooter’s team.
Fantastic little facility!! I was so nervous to board my 11 month old puppy for the first time, for a full week, but the lovely people at Scooters took great care of her. They made a note that I wanted frequent updates on how she was doing, and they sent me a quick text and photo almost every day. I appreciate that they have different areas in the building to seperate dogs by energy level, because she was exhausted from playing so much after a few days. At the end of the week, I picked up a tired but happy puppy. If you live in the Maple Leaf area and are looking for a great nearby daycare/boarding facility, this is your place! :)
Scooter’s is super! As a first time dog mom, they have been super sweet and patient with both me and my Mia, who initially was super anxious about coming. Over the past year she seems to have found her groove and is now more than happy to get ready to go to daycare. The staff is so friendly. Also, such a bonus to have the grooming services available! I was so happy picking her up happy, fresh, and clean after a long day at work on Friday (and seeing her birthday card really made me smile). So grateful to have found Laura and the team at Scooter’s! ☺️
Scooter's is the ONLY place I'll trust with our dog Rocket. It is always clean, safe for all types/sizes of dogs, and even provides nail clipping and baths!! We haven't yet hired them for boarding but I know they have a staff member on site OVERNIGHT, so your pup is never left alone. I've never heard of a boarding facility that staffs at night. I think the best part was that our Scooter's profile reminded us which vaccines were needed at Rocket's recent annual checkup. Of all the daycares and grooming companies we've used over the years, Scooter's is easily the best and I cannot recommend it enough. The staff is friendly, its affordable for the high quality of care provided, and the owner told us she's planning to expand (very soon!) a back yard/patio for outdoor exercise. If all this wasn't enough, we were surprised by this adorable Easter shoot, which made for an amazing Mother's Day present for Rocket's grandmas.
We absolutely love Scooter's Pet Care! Laura and team are all dog-lovers and they have taken care of our two dogs with exceptional care and attention. We have been using them since January and our dogs are always so excited to visit. While we were in Korea and the dogs were boarded, we received daily photos and updates on what they were doing. We never have to worry when we leave them at Scooter's. They even made a birthday card signed by the staff for our dog Jona. Thank you Scooters, will be recommending them to our friends and family!
Other places would not see my larger elderly dog who was blind and had trouble standing for longer periods of time due to weak back legs. She hates nail trims at home but obviously still needed them with her legs. Scooter's treated her with the dignity she deserved and went above and beyond in her care, as a result, she was far less irritable and looked great and was comfortable for her too soon trip across the rainbow bridge. It really meant a lot to us.
My pup loves the daycare service here at Scooter’s pet care!! Laura is very kind and sends me updates throughout the day :) 100% recommend to all healthcare/first responders as Laura is VERY accommodating to our weird work hours. Thank you!!
