My husband and I are very happy with the service that Happy Dogz and Catz provided for our cat while we were away for a few days. From the moment we first connected with Olivia to our final visit at key drop off with Sarah, we felt assured that Bruno was in safe hands. Happy Dogz and Cats provided service through professional communication, timeliness and flexibility. We appreciated the detailed daily check ins, including time stamps and photos and were happily accommodated when our travel dates changed/extended. We certainly plan to reach out the next time we need a cat sitter!

I'm beyond happy with my experience with Olivia and her team. I was in a last minute pinch and needed to find a dog walking service for my sweet boy, Bazzi (4yo Golden Retriever). Olivia went above and beyond to accommodate my request and I'm forever grateful for her flexibility, as I reached out to her on such short notice. I appreciate how communicative the process is and I truly trust them with my dog. As someone who has a hard time trusting others with their dog, I was really nervous but I feel so comfortable and confident in Olivia and her team. Highly recommend!

Sarah provided care for my 2 cats while we were away for 3.5 weeks and we are very pleased with the services! After each visit we'd get a report on what tasks were completed, whether or not the cats made an appearance, and photos to put our minds at ease. Before we went on holiday, Sarah came over for a meet and greet and right away we knew she was going to be a great cat-sitter. Olivia was also helpful in setting everything up! Dyan came to care for our senior cat over Christmas. We don’t leave him often so I was very worried about him! Dyan fed him, did water changes, litter box duty, cat snuggles, and playtime with his favourite toys. The multiple photos and updates I received from Olivia really kept my mind at ease. She confirmed the time stayed, duties performed, and an update on how the kitty was doing. He seemed very relaxed and playful in all the photos. The booking process, key drop offs, payment system, and communication style were all fantastic. I was extremely happy with the quality of customer service I received. I will absolutely use them going forward and recommend them!

Sarah did a fantastic job with my cat Benny whilst we were away, providing a lot of comfort that he was well taken care of with lots of photos and great updates! Benny really took to her, and he’s a shy boy so I was very pleased with her care! Thank you!

Olivia came into my home twice over the Christmas period to feed & play with my kitten Lucky. She fed him, cleaned his litter box & played with him for a while each time. Olivia is very knowledgeable about animals & put Lucky at his ease while I was away which was very comforting for me. She sent me a report each time with pictures. I have had my dog Cashew stay with Paws & Pals Club for a few overnight boardings and the experience has been fantastic. Daryl and Joyce are so communicative and caring and take great care of him. Cashew also does occasional walks with them and he loves the experience especially when there is another doggy friend joining him. I cannot recommend Paws & Pals Club enough!!

When I decided to go away for a long weekend, I was super nervous about leaving my two cats alone at home. Whitney cared for our two fur babies while we were away for our destination wedding. Whitney was exceptional! I was so apprehensive about leaving our cat at home while we were away, as she has asthma and requires a puffer. I am so grateful we found Whitney. She administered her puffer daily, changed the food and water and kept the area clean. She gave our cat lots of love and played with her. She gave us thorough text updates with adorable pictures of our girl. It gave me such peace of mind knowing she was being cared for and that her medical needs were taken care of. My husband and I booked a last minute long weekend trip and I was worried I wouldn’t be able to find someone to help care for our cat. When I contacted PAWS, Whitney was wonderful and accommodating and gave us very clear instructions, pricing, and even a complimentary meet and greet so my cat knew who would be visiting while we were away. We required service for 3 days and on each day Whitney communicated when she was arriving and when all services (feeding, litter box, etc) were completed. Also, she provided pictures of our cat when she left - which surprisingly were much better than what we were ever able to capture! I trusted Whitney to watch my cat a few times and she was great, until once I caught her lying about coming to feed my cat. She sent me an update and pictures as if she was with my cat when she wasn’t (I know because I was home). I caught her once but who knows how many more times this was done. Super disappointing 😔 …

From the booking process to the first meeting, and taking care of our cats, she was absolutely wonderful to work with. Whitney sent us detailed messages and photos of our fur babies every time she took care of them while we were gone. Inky had a fantastic stay with Kevin. Though she was his first puppy guest, Kevin provided unmatched care and gave me peace of mind while away. He was very accommodating with our drop off/pick up needs and clearly communicative. Inky loved spending time at the Wee Woof Inn and I highly recommend!

My dog Miso has stayed with Kevin 3 times for a week or more each time and she absolutely loves it. Kevin takes care of her as if she was his own and I know whenever I leave that she’s in fantastic, caring and responsible hands. I highly recommend Happy Go Lucky dog walking services. We went on vacation and had them walk our german short haired pointer twice a day. They were extremely responsible, attentive and super sweet with our rambunctious little girl. They knew how to put her gentle leader on and get her to listen which we were very happy and impressed with. Tanya did such a great job looking after our six cats while we went away for a week! In addition to taking great care of them (feeding their special diets and supplements, brushing, playing, cuddling, and tidying up after all of them—no mean feat!) she also took tons of photos and took the time to write us multi-paragraph updates every day. We always miss our cats when we travel but she kept us up to speed on everything so we didn’t feel so far. I’d trust her to look after my pets again any time :)

Melanie and her team have been taking care of our 1.5 year old bulldog since we got home about a year ago. I was super hesitant in trusting someone to watch him as I treat him like my baby & can’t imagine anything happening to him or anyone mistreating him…but can I say I was so lucky to have found her. She has saved us on our busy days and really lets the dogs enjoy and run around all day! Our dog comes home exhausted all the time!! You can tell she LOVES what she does, it shows. We’ve boarded alfie multiple times with Mel and he LOVES her and her team. She really caters to each dog in terms of breed, sizing, energy level, etc. I’m so grateful for their services and I feel so at ease & comfortable when my dog is with them. Happy Dogs, Waggin’ Tails is family! Our Danes LOVE Melanie and the pack. It’s so comforting knowing that our doggos love going to play and hang out. I’ve been with the company for a while now and all I have to say is good things! Mel and her team are amazing with my doggos and I wouldn’t choose anyone else! I would a thousand percent recommend to anyone in search of dog walking services!

Mel and her team are super responsive and flexible in terms of cancelations/extra bookings. The online system they use is super user-friendly and bookings are created very quickly. Our dog loves the walkers and waits for them at the door every day! She is gone for hours on end and is exhausted by the end of the day. We are confident that she is being socialized and getting the exercise she needs.

Melanie is my go to person. She's very knowledgeable, patient, really knows how to handle dog with an aggression. She's amazing. I totally recommend Melanie if you need your dog trained and behave.

Melanie has watched and walked our German Shepherd Hans since he was 10 weeks old. She is great with him and did a lot to socialize him with other dogs from a young age and also teach him better leash manners. We love seeing photos and videos of him posted on Facebook. He is so excited to go on his daily walks and comes back nice and tired which makes him a lot more manageable to deal with when we come home from work. We are really happy with Melanie and would definitely recommend her to other dog owners!

I love when Nala comes home smelling delicious and clean. She loves going there and play with friends. Thank you for your great service and the little bows she gets after bath. Your guys are awesome.

The owner and the groomer were super sweet and helpful. The groomer did a fab job with lulu (my dog). She is a Aussie doodle and her fur was matted in a lot of places. The groomer carefully assessed and let us know what cut would look best! And it definitely did. Reasonable pricing and very easy to find location. I just pulled up in their driveway for a drop off. 10/10 would recommend!

Our young dachshund has been coming to daycare 1-2 times per week for several months now. My husband and I love racing to the app to see her report card at the end of the day! We booked her for a bath and tidy (including paw/face/rear trim). She came home looking neat and adorable! The groomer did a great job removing her excess fuzz and keeping all the elements that make her so cute! It's a new feature but they really did a great job and I definitely recommend it! One element that I might suggest is that I'd love to learn more about the team. Everyone greets her so warmly every day and we don't always know their names! Maybe this is a segment that could be added to the notices that go out? :) All-in-all, a full-throated 5 stars from us!

I recently got my pup groomed at Hot Diggity Dogs, and I'm so impressed! If you're looking for top-notch pet grooming in Etobicoke, this is the place to go. The groomer did an amazing job with my dog – from the cut to the pampering, everything was spot on. The staff is super friendly, and the whole vibe is so relaxed and welcoming. I’ve tried a few dog grooming spots before, but this one is hands down the best in the area! Can't wait for our next visit.

I am grateful to the loving team, who gave a restful home, a stay lasting over a week, for my precious and occasionally anxious fur baby. The daily photos and report cards were comforting and emotional from my end. I could see how content Freya was. My pup seemingly settled in immediately and made new buddies instantly. The place is well maintained, a well-runned ship; the dogs easily become a little pack. I wouldn't hesitate, short of my separation anxiety, to bring Freya back. The only caveat with an extended stay is that your pup may not want to return home with you. 😅🥰 Great service and professionalism. 🙏

My experience with Hot Diggity Dogs has been wonderful. My pup started out in their daycare services. He had so much fun, came home tired and ready to rest each time. I aprecaite how commicative this company has been. I always get a report card and photos. Something i really apreciated was that when my pup started to develop signs of reactivity they let me know and had a concersation with me about what they were noticing. As a result I got my dog into specialized training and pulled him from daycare. Being told early on has allowed me to consult reactivity professionals and just three weeks into training he is showing improvememt. Although we no longer put Phil in daycare we do send him in for regular grooming. I have always been pleased with grooms. Hes always so happy, clean and cute afterwards, he is also now more okay with being brushed at home. 100% recommend this company and encourage you to let them know about your dogs needs as they have been responsive and helpful every step of the way!

I was dog sitting for my parents and our sweet old dog, Django. He was too anxious to be left in my apartment alone while I was at work. Hot Diggity Dogs took him no problem and he was so excited to go during the day. I'm so thankful they were available, they were fantastic with him. They were accomodating and kept special care instructions in mind (such as he is too old for stairs).They even gave reports with cute photos of their day! An added bonus was the doggy trick or treats and pumpkin neck tie they gave him when he stayed on halloween. So festive and cute Amazing doggy care! If I ever dog sit for my folks again I will definitely use them for doggy daycare again. Thanks so much for taking such good care of our sweet boy!!!

My anxious dog has had a great experience here. I love getting photos of him at the end of the day, and feel like I can be in contact with the staff easily, which helps with peace of mind. It's great that they have multiple rooms as well as outdoor space for the dogs. This makes a huge difference for my dog compared to other daycares we've tried where they're stuck inside all day. My dog loves coming to city sniffers daycare. Miranda the owner is really understanding and caring and her colleague is really wonderful as well. I really love the constant updates on instagram stories. I also love that they take small groups of dogs on separate walks and if your dog needs to eat before coming home, they will feed him/her. Love this day care! It’s by far my favorite. Miranda and Nick are very nice and not only do they watch your pup closely but they also play with them a lot. My favorite part is that they post many ig stories of the doggos playing throughout the day so I love watching him play. It’s also kept very clean so my pups is never dirty when I pick him up. The prices are very good as well. I highly recommend this day care and glad I found it, Benji and I both love it!

We love City Sniffers! When we first got our puppy, Raegan, we used their private puppy walk service before she was fully vaccinated. The team was super accommodating to our changing schedule as we adjusted to life with a new pup. Now Rae goes to the Dog Club 3-4 days a week. There are few things she loves more - she pulls me up the ramp every morning and comes home exhausted from playing with her friends all day. Would nightly recommend!

Since we got our new puppy, we had to check out 3 different doggy daycares in our area. By far City Sniffers Pet Services have exceeded our expectations. Miranda and Nick are so kind and caring for our puppy, and their hourly video posts on the Instagram will make your heart melt from watching all dogs are having so much fun. We also left our puppy with Miranda overnight and instantly knew that our Daisy would be in great hands. Lastly, Daisy loves coming to City Sniffers and made besties already. We are thrilled we have found Miranda and Nick.

City Sniffers has been so amazing with our puppy Indy! When she was young it took her a little while to warm up to dogs - especially the bigger ones, so for the first 2 weeks Ryan updated us after her walks to let us know that she was having lots of fun with the other dogs (and the instagram pics and videos of the walks/daycare are amazing too!). They have been incredible at accommodating last minute walk requests, and even an extremely last minute puppy visit request shortly after Indy was spayed because we were unable to make it home to check on her. The absolute best part about city sniffers is seeing how excited Indy gets when she sees Ryan, it really shows us that we picked the right place for our puppy, they really really care about these dogs and that's so extremely important when choosing someone to leave your fur baby with.

We are so grateful to have found City Sniffers! We honestly can't imagine a better company to take care of our dog. Ryan and Daniel are incredibly professional individuals who clearly love what they do (one may even compare them to the dog whisperer). Our dog immediately took to them both, and there is a noticeable difference in her behaviour (all positive!) when we come home. We also appreciate the daily updates regarding the walks, and enjoy reading about all the dogs they take care of on their Instagram page. We have been using Ryan since our dog was a puppy. Ryan is very accountable and has helped us out on more then one occasion with last minute walks or adding on daycare. Our dog is always well taken care of and comes home happy. We would highly recommend Ryan and his city sniffing crew. Both the walks and their daycare have made our dog more social. Plus we love the Instagram updates of all the cute pups.

Daniel and Adora are amazing. Very responsive, reliable, and lovely to deal with. My dog was a little hesitant the first time she arrived and now regularly redirects me when we’re out for a run right to their doorstep in the hopes that she can come in for a visit. So nice to have such a great home away from home for my dog.

My pup Samba has loved going to the Tail Wag Hotel since day one. I feel very comfortable and confident leaving her there knowing that she will have a great time and be well cared for. We have been sending our dog Fred to The Tail Wag Hotel since he was a puppy four years ago and we couldn’t be happier with the care he receives there. Daniel and Adora are very communicative. It puts our minds at ease to receive frequent updates and videos showing Fred having a blast with his fellow boarders. Daniel is an expert trainer and he has given us lots of great advice over the years.

Phoebe has been enjoying her stays with Daniel & Adora since she was a puppy. It has always been a great experience and worry-free for us, wether she stays for the day only or for longer "vacations". Daniel is always very generous with advices and we absolutely love the fact that he is sharing daily videos of Phoebe playing with her friends. We would stop whatever we are doing as a family, "Daniel sent a video guys!" and watch our Phoebe enjoying herself ;-) Boarding Phoebe at the Tail Wag hotel gives us an absolute peace of mind and we would definitely recommend the place (we actually do!) to any dog parents.

Cannot recommend The Tail Wag enough! Our dog Wrigley has gone for "vacations" with Daniel and Adora since she was 6 months old (just turned two!). She always has the best time and Daniel and Adora provide us with constant updates while she is there. I can always trust that she is in good hands and well taken care of (she actually went to see the cherry blossoms in the spring on her last "trip"). If you're looking for daycare or boarding in the city - this is the place to be!

What can I say, this family is the best. My dog, Batman has known this family for 12 years. He was trained by this family in 2012 and by Daniel and I've been coming back every year to have my dog stay with them when I take vacation. They are the only ones I trust with my dog, not even my own family lol. My dog loves them so much and I feel so comfortable knowing when I'm away that he's in good hands. The Tail wag Hotel rocks and I am forever grateful that these brothers are always happy and willing to take my dog whenever I need their help. Will forever be grateful to them for taking such good care of my dog every single year for the past 12 yrs and to many more years to come 😁

Daniel and Adora (plus the extended family) are the only people we trust to take the best care of our rescue pup Shona while we are away. We know she is safe, secure, and loved while in their care - she always comes home happy, has a chance to play and interact with other dogs in a very well supervised and facilitated way. We have continued to use Tail Wag Hotel despite moving to the other side of the city, it's more than worth the 2-hr round trip for drop-off and pick-up to have that peace of mind when we are away.

Fantastic! I left my rambunctious golden retriever puppy at Tail Wag for 10 days, her first ever boarding stint and it was great. She was happy and well taken care of, plus besides just boarding Daniel is always generous with training and other tips. The regular video updates gave me peace of mind. Tail Wag is on the other end of the city from where I live but I’m glad I left my pupper here. Highly recommend!!

I felt so relieved when I came across the Tail Wag Hotel when I was searching for a safe place to board my 7yr old GSD/Husky mix, Willa (adopted 2 years ago). From day 1 they have treated her just like their own pup. Willa has severe separation anxiety and they were incredibly patient in getting to know her before committing, including doing a few trail overnights to ensure she was comfortable and Daniel & Adora could get get to know her. This gave me such peace of mind. On top of the exceptional care, their communication was unmatched - every day during our trip they sent videos and text updates letting us know how Willa was doing which made all the difference and put me at ease knowing she was in such good hands. I would highly recommend checking them out - we can't wait for our next stay!

My dog, Shiloh, loves staying with Daniel and Adora! When he's stayed in the past, receiving little updates about him makes travelling feel a lot better because I know he's having a good time and he's so safe with them :) Shiloh normally finds it hard to make new dog friends and relax around people but he does really well there!

We LOVE Dante's Boarding! We had a wonderful experience, this is our favourite boarding place in the city, and our 2 dogs would definitely agree :). We are so grateful for the staff @Dante's Boarding for taking such good care of our pups for 2 whole weeks. Both of our dogs had the best time, the activities were fun and interactive. The staff are very experienced, knowledgeable and quick to respond. They kept us updated throughout the entire stay. Even though we missed our dogs, the daily pictures and videos really helped, knowing that our dogs are safe, doing well and having fun is priceless. 12/10 would recommend to all pet parents.

I am a VERY picky dog mom and can't express how much I LOVE Dante's. I was so impressed right from the very beginning with their mandatory behavioral assessment to ensure that there are no aggressive dogs there. It made me feel very confident in their process and their staff, and made me feel safe leaving my dog there. They really go out of their way to build activities for the dogs to challenge their brains and make sure they are having fun. I love that they also always send updates through videos and photos to let me know how my dog is doing throughout the day. Truly can't recommend this place enough.

Dante's Boarding is fantastic for our dog Donut! She comes home tired and happy, having had a blast with other dogs. The staff are incredible, providing both fun and security. We feel completely at ease knowing she is in such good hands. Highly recommend for peace of mind and a joyful pup!

Rory had an amazing time at Dante’s daycare! They were so attentive to Rory and made sure he was safe and had fun I love how they keep tabs with the owners and send pics and updates as well as how clean the facility was. You can tell the staff put so much effort and love into what they do and it really shows with the quality of care. Super affordable too definitely coming back again!

We have a Weimaraner. So if you are familiar with the breed then you will know is is a breed that has high energy levels and needs stimulation. They also need to be able be big babies and want to cuddle and often seek your attention for a belly rub or snuggle. We have used a daycare for many decades and have made a switch to Dante’s Boarding. We are SO thrilled that we did! The facility is very clean….and you will know this not just by what they advertise but by the way your fur baby comes home. In comparison, our boy comes home with no odour from this environment. The assessment is very thorough and not rushed. There are many aspects to the assessment so we knew that our dog, who is well mannered etc, would be in the company of other dogs, big and small, with no worries of behavior issues. Our Weim was taken out for plenty of walks one on one. The staff also walked our dog in a pack which shows they are experienced and confident handling multiple dogs for a walk. Whether there for the day or an overnight, they were very accommodating to feeding times, snack allowance and often kept us posted on the day our dog was having. It did not take long for our dog to get very comfortable in Dante’s environment and more importantly he shows signs of feeling safe in ways a dog would communicate this to you. For several years we thought we would not find another daycare for any of our dogs we have had. The thought of making a change for our dog was nerving, BUT making this change has been an amazing experience. We feel at ease and have no worries or concerns when our dog is in their care. We are often left with our hearts full knowing how our dog is doing throughout the day and the goodnight picture and messages for his over night stays. We’ve owned dogs for 20+ years and Dante’s will not disappoint from the environment, planned daily and monthly activities and the care they receive. Your dog is not “just a customer” but rather part of a family.

I can't say enough about Dantes Boarding. They staff are very professional, caring and engaging with the pups in their care and the facility is very clean and well maintained. I love that the team schedules fun activities for the pups throughout the month and take them on walks throughout the day. My girl is always tuckered out when she get home and I know she’s had such a fun day at Dante’s. The moment we pull in for drop off my Billie is soooo excited to be there. She will jump and yip with excitement waiting to be let in the gate to go play with her furry friends. It’s so nice to have a place close to home where I know my girl is in the best hands on days that I can’t take her to work with me. I highly recommend Dante's Boarding to anyone looking for a reliable place to leave their fur babies!

Dante’s Boarding took care of my 2 dogs for 2 weeks. Every day I had messages with videos or photos. If I wanted to see more their Instagram account is fed almost every hour with the dogs' activities. The service is great, my dogs were really happy I recommend with my eyes closed! I thank the whole team for taking such good care of my babies.

I cannot express how grateful I am for this dog day care! They take care of my fur baby as if it were their own, and they always keep me updated with pictures and videos. I have been using Hanit’s services for 10 years now. She does an excellent job and is really accommodating. I have has to ask her numerous times at the last minute if she can come and she has always said yes. Hanit also does an amazing lion cut on one of my females. She is excellent and I would recommend her to anyone.

I reached out to Hanit in a panic, looking for someone to help us with administering subcutaneous fluids to my 21-year old cat, Nessie. Hanit responded right away and was kind enough to fit us into her busy schedule. She was kind and patient, showing and teaching us how to give Nessie her fluids. She also gave us several tips on how to make the experience as easy and as stress-free as possible for all parties involved (kitty and us!). Hanit was extremely punctual and accommodating while taking care of our two cats, one of whom is diabetic and requires insulin 2x daily. Previous experiences with Pawshake was stressful so having a reliable sitter for our cats while on vacation was a great experience. Highly recommend!

I contacted Hanit to care for my kitty while on vacation and to help me put her in the carrier for an emergency vet visit. She gave me some great kitty care tips and suggestions that really eased my anxiety around getting my kitty to the vet. Hanit is great at communication and very accommodating. I highly recommend her!

I have been receiving Hanit and her team's services for over a year, over 4-5 trips during which we had to leave our two cats home. Both cats required medication, one was diabetic (required one insulin shot in the morning and one in the evening.) Everything went very smoothly each time. I met Hanit in person for the first visit. Hanit was very professional and always responded within a day. I felt my cats were very well cared for while I was away. Everything cat-related was clean and tidy. I have every intention of continuing to request Hanit's services in the future, and have done so for an upcoming trip in July.

Hanit helped us with our elderly cat with stage four kidney disease when we needed to go on vacation and didn't know who to call. Our cat is very high maintenance but she was able to give him his subcutaneous fluids, medicine and food. When we returned our cat was happy and alert. Thank you!

My cat and I both recently had our first groomer's experience, which was with Care Pet Services. She's had a few mattes that had built up over the last while that needed attention as soon as possible. I was fortunate enough to come across Care Pet Services online, and left an inquiry via voicemail. About a day later I received a call and went over my scenario with the groomer and she was really helpful, informative and accommodating. She agreed to make a house call as my cat tends to be a little difficult. A couple of days later she arrived with her colleague, set-up shop for the grooming area, and the de-matting process began. Within about 15-20 minutes the job was complete (note: matte grooming times vary based on the type of cat and the complexity of the matte). They were able to keep my cat a lot calmer than I first expected, they navigated the mattes carefully to avoid additional pain/irritation, they were efficient, and offered great advice to help avoid any future issues. I will be using their services again, and would surely recommend them to any pet parents who are looking for grooming services. :)

Hanit and Zoey came right to my house to give my cat a lion cut! They were in and out in 25 minutes and were great with my cat, and didn’t leave a mess. I even got to help hold her and pet her face while they shaved her! Definitely less traumatic for my kitty than taking her to a groomer and it was the same price! Thanks guys!

Took amazing care of our cat while we were away for a week, getting regular updates and went above and beyond trying to get our shy cat to come out of his shell. Amazing deal with price per day as well will absolutely be using this service again.
