Michelle looked after my cat Charlie whilst we were on holiday even though he decided to eat something he shouldn’t and become ill 2 days before we went 😩 She ensured he was loved and well looked after. He was on a special diet and nothing was too much for her. I had regular updates from her and he was a happy relaxed cat when I came back. She is someone who has the best interests for your pet. I would recommend her to everyone I know. She even checked up on him when we saw her out and about! She doesn’t forget a pet!

Our Harvey has been coming to TLC since he was 13 weeks old (now 3 yrs old) and he loves it. He can’t wait to get in through the door and play with his dog friends. Michelle is lovely, very down to earth, open and honest. She looks after the pets in her care as if they’re her own. Harvey’s stayed overnight a few times and will be a couple more times later in the year, I am out at ease and have peace of mind he’s being loved and cared for. Highly recommend.

We had tlc Michele to have our coco for 3 weeks whilst in America , coco is a jack Russel and nervous , when we picked up she was so happy and content she loves Michele which make us feel relaxed to leave her thank you so much Michele your amazing

If I could give 10 stars I would! Michelle has been looking after our dog Patch for many years. Both day crèche and boarding. When I had to go into hospital recently she was very flexible with having Patch, so my husband could visit. We moved to North Yorkshire for 3 years and we still used Michelle when we went on holiday. She is an animal lover and it shows in the care she gives to pets in her care. Patch always wags his tail as Michelle takes him from me, when I drop him off - you can’t get a better review than that!

I am so happy with the care given to my dog and cat by Michelle. It was great to come home to two happy fur babies. It makes me feel safe when I go away knowing my pets are very well looked after

I have used Michelle to look after cats for 5 yrs when on holiday and my cocapoo Leo since he was 4months old at least 2-3 days aweek when I work long hours, he is now 2yrs and still loves going to Michelle's he practically runs out the door, when he see's her. The service she gives is above and beyond, the animals love her and they are the best indicators of a person's personality professionalism and stability. He has also stayed overnight and weekends with Michelle at TLC, I will be using her till one of us retires 👍😁

HIGHLY WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND! DO NOT TRUST THIS WOMAN! I initially thought Michelle was a caring woman who I could trust to take care of my 2 boys while I was away(2 beautiful male rats). I’ve never left them for longer than a few hours to go to work so I was extremely worried about leaving them in someone else’s care as they are very dependent animals. I didn’t receive updates at all and when I returned home it was a devastating sight! She had obviously neglected them and when I asked why she hadn’t cleaner their cage AT ALL she gave me rude petty replies of ‘I couldn’t get the cage open’ or ‘I didn’t want to wake them up’, knowing full well it’s extremely important to clean and disinfect at least every 2 days as they are extremely prone to respiratory diseases from breathing in their own urine, I now have rats with respiratory diseases and infections, I will be paying vet bills until they die their early death because of this! Not to mention their water bowl was filled with bedding and faeces and the water was non existent. As well as old pieces of food I had noticed from the day I had left. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING! No care whatsoever it is disgusting. I feel sick to my stomach how someone else treated my babies and in my own trust as well.

Michelle looked after my 2 cats and canaries when I went away for the weekend. She was professional and kept me updated on how they were doing as I had never left my pets with anyone before. She is someone I will happily use again should I need someone. I recommend her to everyone who needs a pet sitter.

Michelle is amazing with the dogs. They absolutely love her. Brilliant customer service, always helpful and friendly. Would not go anywhere else! Thank you Michelle for taking the stress and worry out of finding somewhere for my dog to stay.

After careful research we are so pleased that we chose 'We Are Happy Dogs' to care for our young dog. It was reassuring when, rather than just agree to having the dog Sophie wanted to arrange an initial meetup to ensure that the dog was relaxed and comfortable in her care before arranging an overnight stay. Sophie kept us updated throughout, it was great to see our dog having fun socialising with the other dogs. We will definitely be using We Are Happy Dogs again and I am sure our pooch will look forward to going to Sophie's for another fun day out.. Thanks 🐾

Rio really enjoys going to we are happy dogs. Sophie and Rich are so good with them and it is home from home. Rio has also enjoyed his walks particularly as there was sausages! I feel very confident my dog is well cared for and is happy.

My dog had the most amazing time at We Are Happy Dogs and will certainly be letting her stay in their care again in the future. My beloved pet was able to be part of a wonderful household, got plenty of exercise (which she loves) and got to socialise with other lovely dogs too. Sophie was fantastic looking after our year old Beagle, we did a meet and greet prior to her staying overnight which put me at ease. I love the home from home experience and when we picked Bovril up she was very happy. I will absolutely be using Sophie again.

Having only ever used a kennel for two nights before since having a dog I was nervous about a 10 day board, however I then found We Are Happy Dogs. As soon as we visited I knew my cocker would be well cared for and that was absolutely the case. The home was set up for it yet still very much a home and the exercise was beyond all hopes. My dog was loved and nurtured and so happy. I cannot recommend it enough. Thank you Sophie.

We are so happy with the service Soph provides, so professional yet friendly. Tony is never on his own, always other dogs to play with and is a home from home. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I don't know who loves Soph more me or Reggie, in fact I know it is Reggie. HE loves going out for walks with Soph and is always so excited to see her walk through the gate. He has also successfully stayed overnight before I have to leave him for a holiday. I am not looking forward to leaving him, but I know he will be well looked after and loved by Soph.

After being attacked, our boy Sprocket became reactive.. I know when he's with Sophie I don't need to worry about him.. She has the experience and calm nature to look after him and make his walks enjoyable and positive. Knowing Sophie is checking in on him and taking him out for his walks, means we can go out for the day and not worry.

Our hamster, Cookie, has just spent the past couple of weeks at Fluffy Paws boarding, whilst we went on holiday, and I would highly recommend them if you need someone to care for your small animals. Zoe has been amazing, at not only caring for Cookie whilst we were away but also supporting and guiding my daughter in being more confident in handling Cookie. We had regular contact with Zoe whilst away, and my daughter loved receiving the photos and videos of Cookie to see how settled he was. Thank you again, Zoe, for all of your guidance 😍

We cannot recommend Zoe highly enough for the care of your small animal. Our beloved hamster Pouch stayed with Zoe for the week and where we were very worried about holding Pouch, Zoe has helped give us all confidence in handling and some excellent tips on play times. We feel extremely lucky to have found Zoe ☺️

Zoe has been the most dedicated and amazing person looking after my rabbits when we were away ! She has updated us everyday with photos, videos and messages. We knew how our rabbits were doing, how well she was taking care of them while taking them inside or outside depending on the weather. Their food has never been so diverse and they loved it ! We have introduced many many things in their diet and habits thanks to Zoe and the time she took to actually educate my partner and I about rabbits needs. Milo my eldest rabbit actually fell in love with Zoe and her husband. Very funny and cute to see ! They were amazing with them. Not the mention the price which was very very very fair considering all the care and attention they had ! I don’t think there is anyone able to compete with them. Zoe thank you so much again, you will clearly see these two little terrors again as I am pretty sure they are looking forward to it. Not to mention that Milo has always been scared of going on someone’s lap or in someone’s arm but it seems like Zoe’s house was a paradise for him! His behaviour changed and he is such a gentle and confident little fluff now. Thank you so much again!! xxxx

We are so glad we found Fluffy Paws Boarding! Zoe and Mike offer an excellent, professional, personal, and friendly service from start to finish. They really do go above and beyond – nothing is too much trouble. They are extremely knowledgeable; and it’s clear they love animals and know how to look after them. We knew our pet rabbit was in a safe and caring pair of hands. They looked after her brilliantly. Whilst we were on holiday Zoe sent us pictures and video clips of our rabbit which was great. The grooming service was excellent too, with our rabbit returning like she’d had a full service. She was so happy and content too – she’d obviously had a very enjoyable time. We highly recommend and will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you Zoe and Mike.

Zoe and Mike have been absolutely fantastic looking after our two guinea pigs. Our piggies have never stayed with anyone else before but Zoe's set up helped them settle in straight away, with loads of toys to play with, hay to nestle in, grass time and pen time. We were really pleased that they got lots of cuddles every day and Zoe and Mike even taught us some things they liked which we didn't know about before, like belly rubs. Zoe and Mike were super friendly and seemed genuinely enthusiastic about looking after our guineas and seemed to love looking after them, which really put our minds at rest. I would highly recommend Zoe and couldn't fault anything.

Our gorgeous Guineas spent their first stay at Fluffy Paws last week and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them! Zoe and Mike went above and beyond to make sure our daughter felt comfortable leaving her most treasured pets with them, from letting her set up their cage to sending lovely photos including the sign she had made them, which really reassured her. I honestly cannot recommend Zoe and Mike enough. I dropped off my two female bunnies to them not long ago both of which we thought were mini lops. Zoe was able to tell me that actually one of them is a lop X rex which has been a massive help to us with understanding her personality and traits. Not only did Zoe manage to bond my two girls in a week, but it's literally like I've brought home two different rabbits (in a good way!!) they've gone from me thinking that they may never be bonded and never like being picked up, nails cut or anything like that to being the complete opposite. they are now best friends, beside each other and playing 24/7, are fine being handled and cuddled. Zoe has managed to achieve everything I have trying to in months and has completely gone above and beyond for me and my two girls. She also sends regular updates with pics and videos which really help when you're missing your pets. Not only is she a lovely person but she is absolutely fantastic with animals and that stands out a mile off. I cannot recommend fluffy paws enough, I am so grateful for all of the hard work Zoe has put in and I will definitely be booking in for future boarding!❤️🐇

Our house rabbit had a great time with Zoe and Mike. They are very experienced and Lola settled in very quickly and was obviously happy with her environment. We were sent lots of updates, pictures and videos so could see what she’d been up to. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Zoe for your small animal boarding needs.

Zoe recently looked after my tortoise Henry for a few weeks and did a great job! Zoe is very friendly and professional with a wealth of knowledge and experience! We got regular updates and pictures and I know Henry was well looked after. It's clear that Zoe is a huge animal lover and welfare and care are her top priority. I would happily let Henry stay again. Zoe looked after our bunnies for two nights in August. This was the first time we had really been apart from the bunnies since getting them but felt I was leaving them in safe hands. Had updates each day from Zoe about how the buns were and what they had been up to and a cluster of photos to reassure me that they were happy and looked after with time out of their hutch. Zoe did her due diligence in finding out plenty about what the bunnies were used to before their stay and was happy to continue providing the medication that one of my bunnies was on. We have booked in again this month and plan to for Christmas. You can tell that Zoe and her partner are animal people and really care about the pets in their care. Claireece kindly looked after my cat at short notice whilst we were away on an unexpected trip. She sent regular updates/photos and I felt so at ease knowing my boy was looked after. Highly reccomend We Love Pets Swindon :)

We have used Andrew from We Love Pets several times this year for home-boarding. We have found him to be very reliable, and we are delighted with how quickly he put Maisie at ease. (She's a slightly anxious dog.) He also communicates with us very well, regularly sending photos of how Maisie is getting on. We were particularly delighted that, on her most recent stay, Maisie made a friend out of a fellow boarder.

I have been using We Love Pets (Swindon) for about 12 months now since I got my second (and fairly challenging) pup. Because of reactivity issues my boys get visits and cuddles rather than walks and it’s been a life saver. They took excellent care of our two indoor kittens and our outdoor cat for a week while we were on holiday. We received daily photos and updates, which eased our minds greatly. All the cats loved the carriers and took to them immediately, which was amazing since they are normally shy around new people. Thank you guys again for looking after our babies while we were gone 💜

We had we love pets coming into to check on our cat, Tigerlily, on our wedding day. They were perfect. Andrew is absolutely amazing with our poodle and I was very impressed by how thorough he was before he agreed to have our dog for a week to make sure she was happy with him and settled. The We Love Pets team have been walking my two border terriers for the past 7 years, more recently adding my Whippet puppy to the crew! Over 7 years Claire & her team have got to know my dogs really well, understanding the dogs quirks, especially as they are getting older, adapting especially as their needs have changed. Our current walker has been walking the dogs for a while now, including the whippet baby! The dogs love her she loves & cares for them, they’re always delighted to see her and enjoy their walks. She looks out for their welfare & notices when something is not quite right. More recently we have been using the home boarding services, this is a really welcome service where I don’t want my elderly dogs staying in kennel, I also like the fact that there is someone in the house. I feel I can go away on business or holiday and know that my dogs and home being in safe hands with a totally trustworthy team who keep me up to date with what’s going on at home! We Love Pets offer an incredible personal service with a loving touch for your pets, I would highly recommend them.

There are not many people who are brave enough to look after three boisterous weimaraners, but Claire has welcomed this wholeheartedly! My dogs absolutely love Claire, and can’t wait for their cuddles. She is so attentive to their individual needs, and she spends lots of time with them in the garden and making sure that everything is operating just right. Claire also looks after my house with the dogs in it, rather than us worrying about kennels or having to take them to someone else’s house, which provides us with so much confidence. Claire is a fab dog walker, takes the time to get to know both the family and their pets. By understanding the needs and requirements of the dogs she’s able to plan and execute wonderful walks either alone of with a buddy. When odd occasions arise and she’s unable to attend, a friendly colleague is always on hand. Never out of the blue as she ensures that the customer has previously met the colleague beforehand. We have been using We Love Pets Cirencester for a few years now. I can't recommend them highly enough. They are great. Completely reliable and ensure our pets get their usual pettings as well as food and the basics. When our travel plans changed unexpectedly they were able to add us to their busy schedule. I can trust them with our animals and that is a real compliment .

Maria and Paul have looked after my two cats Boots & Minx many times whilst we’ve been away. They have different needs and different food. Boots has recently had to have vet food and medication. He is vulnerable to urinary stress and can develop crystals which can cause his bladder to block if he eats the wrong food requiring vet care. We use microchip pet feeders to keep both cats safe and to ensure they stay healthy. It was no trouble for Paul and Maria to take time to understand the needs of our cats and to use the feeders. Maria took detailed information down about the food and medication. She has our vet details and emergency contacts for the cats. She knows how to troubleshoot the feeders if there was an issue. Everyday I was sent photos and kept up to date with with what the cats had done. At no point did I have any concerns about their care. When I came home the cats seemed happy and healthy. Their food area was clean and I could see they’d been well cared for. I have used a good Cattery in the past but the pet sitting option works much better for us. I recommend Swindon Pet Sitting 100% and have recommended them when asked who I use. I am much happier my cats are at home in their own space and the good communication I have with Maria and Paul is reassuring.

Maria and Paul shared the care of my cat while I was on holiday, and I couldn’t recommend them more! Maria took the time to come meet us to get familiar with my pet’s routine, she’s attentive and respectful, and from the daily pictures and updates I could tell my cat was happy and well looked after. I will definitely use their pet sitting service again.

When I met with Melanie last summer to chat about daycare for our puppy, Waffle, I was immediately incredibly impressed as I was a very nervous new puppy mum! Melanie’s love for dogs is so clear to see and she has a wealth of experience. She immediately won my heart and I knew that Waffle would be safe, secure, stimulated and most importantly loved while I’m at work. Melanie has been looking after my puppy for the last three months and she has been everything I could have wished for and more. My pup comes home tired from a long day of fun, and can’t wait to be back, often not wanting to leave! Melanie was a God send for me. Having a puppy and a job at the same time is not easy to manage. She made it easy for me. Dougal has been going to Melanie's for about 4 years now. He goes for day care once or twice a week and also for his holidays (!) Dougal is always greeted by Melanie with a big smile and he loves to lay on his back and have his tummy tickled when he is dropped off. A day at Melanie's is filled with lovely long walks (even on cold, wet, windy days - that's dedication from Melanie !) cuddles and plenty of playtime. What could be better ! I trust Melanie 100pc. In the last few years when the weather has been unbearably hot during the summer months, Melanie made sure that the dogs were kept safe from the dangers of overheating. Each dog was provided with a cooling coat - and the pooches were even treated to a paddling pool and gazebo in the garden - amazing ! Melanie is just brilliant, the best really. Always reliable, incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. Nothing is ever too much trouble. We are incredibly lucky to have found her. Dougal comes home exhausted but oh so happy !

I have had Melanie look after My retriever several times and each time, he’s come away happy, tired and content! He got extremely excited each time he caught sight of her and I could not recommend this lady enough. Your loved one and fur baby will thank you from the bottom of its paws 🐾 100% recommend. My two lively dogs have stayed with Melanie on a few occasions and have been very happy and most of all had a lot of love and attention. Melanie is very caring and obviously very happy in her work. Looking forward to when we can next have a holiday as well as Ziva and Rascal.

Was our Millie’s first time being in a kennels, was worried as she’s quite a nervous puppy, but grace was amazing, talked us through everything before and left us super comfortable to leave Millie here for the week. She kept us updated through the week how Millie was getting on and was lovely to see the daily stories and watch Millie coming out of her shell and having fun!! Would highly recommend and will absolutely use again next time.

Freddie stayed at Braydon dogs as a last minute booking and he loved it! He hasn't actually said much about it himself but we can tell from the videos playing with lots of dog friends, running round their enclosed fields. He stayed in a heated kennel so was very comfortable for him. Grace was really accommodating with our last minute request and very easy to deal with. Fred will definitely be staying again.

Our dog Stavros stayed at Braydon dogs for just over a week, he had such a great time whilst he was there. We were able to watch videos of him running around whilst we were away, which gave us real peace of mind that he was enjoying himself. Stavros can be a tricky dog at times, but Grace and Ryan really know about dogs and could tell they knew what Stavros liked and didn’t like. He came back looking happy, healthy and like he’d had a brilliant holiday : ) I would definitely recommend Braydon dogs to anyone, in fact I already have today to a lovely lady that came into the vet practice I work at.

Ted always enjoys his stays in the home boarding at Braydon Dogs. He's always happy going in and very tired when he comes home. Lots of running about and clearly gets very well looked after. Grace is always very helpful and accommodating with booking, drops and pick up times. On the first boarding, Grace kindly kept me updated with how Ted was settling in, and the pics/FB updates are a lovely touch. Highly recommend them.

We were so lucky that our first choice of kennels were full because it meant we found Grace, Ryan and Braydon Dogs. What a fabulous place - all 3 of our dogs loved it. They had never stayed at a kennels before, we have a 15 & 5 year old and 6 months old puppy so their needs are very different but Grace really understands dogs and they all adored her. So much fun running and playing. They'll be back for their next holiday for sure. Thank you ❤️

Our lab, Buddy, absolutely adores spending time with Grace and Ryan (and the kids and dog pals!). He has the freedom to run and be part of the family unlike a typical kennel. We’re doing a three hour round trip to drop him off when we go on holiday as don’t feel comfortable leaving him anywhere else.

Grace and her family were so brilliant with our dogs. They are very shy, but she brought them out of themselves and they had a great time playing in the secure field. The Kennels are super clean as well.

My dog has just spent 10 days with Grace whilst we have been away. Grace was great with him and really took the time to get to know him (on his terms) and in doing so he relaxed into the routine and really enjoyed his time. It’s a 3 hr round trip for us but so worth it knowing he is happy and cared for. Loved seeing the regular video updates. We’ve already booked him for a return visit when we are next away.

Our dog Calix was lucky enough to be the first to stay in Grace and Ryan’s brand new accommodation. While we enjoyed a week in France, he enjoyed a brilliant standard of care, four walks a day, an enriching environment and a clean, comfortable and spacious kennel. He was obviously happy to see us when we got back, but we don’t think he would have minded a bit if we had stayed away for much longer!

Took my Springer Spaniel to Braydon Dogs for a long overdue haircut/Groom. And was over the moon with the results and attention to detail/dedication that Grace put into making my dog look smart and presentable again! Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend Jo and Little Paws. Whenever we go on holiday, we leave our rabbits with Jo. She cares deeply about all the animals at her boarding and she looks after them as if they were her own. We had an older bunny who needed extra care and Jo was always happy to go the extra mile. Thank you Jo for taking such great care of our rabbits!

Our little guinea pigs love their holidays with Jo as much as much as we love being able to travel and know they are looked after. Thank you!
