honeybee was a great sitter for our 3 animals. She communicated very well throughout the sit. Our flight home was delayed and she was great about being able to cover the extra days. Her connection to the animals was wonderful. We were less organized than intended on her arrival due to some unexpected work issues, and she was great about rolling with the changes (e.g. the closet doors were missing as the painter hadn't finished with them). She used public transport to get to Golden and then drove our car while here. She left a few items behind, and her attention to kitchen cleanliness could be better, but we would definitely have her sit our pets again if the opportunity arises.
This was the 3rd time that Jill sat for us. That says it all but please read our previous reviews. They all stand and Jill is one of the best and most reliable and loving pet sitters we’ve ever had. If you have a chance to have her in your home and caring for your pets, you will be absolutely delighted. We love her.
Bryan and Dana were the perfect sitters for Cella. We were delighted that they were able to arrive a day early so that we could enjoy dinner with them and get to know one another. We would be honored to have them sit again. On top of their great care they left us a thoughtful friendship gift. zeewoi continues to be the best site ever. Not only do we have great pet sitters for Cella, we also have the opportunity to meet great new friends. Thank you!!
This was my first time using house sitters and Shanen and Ryan were wonderful. She sent me pictures of Calla and game me updates on Calla’s activities. She would be welcome to pet sit for me anytime!
Ce was an amazing house sitter for our best bud Atlas. She not only took amazing care of our needy pup, she took great care of the home as well. I honestly think she left it cleaner than I left it for her! We certainly hope she is around the next time our best friend needs a friend. If you're looking for a responsible caregiver for your pets and home - look no further!
Janis is a wonderful person and also an incredible sitter -- we were very, very fortunate that she agreed to care for our beloved pets and rural log home for 3 days. We were confident that everything would be perfect – and it was. We returned to a home as clean and ordered as we had left it, inside and out. All plants were thriving; outdoor hanging baskets were blooming profusely. Most importantly, our beloved dog and 4 cherished cats had obviously been lovingly and attentively cared for. The koi were also active and happy. Janis is a “cat whisperer”. She is especially skilled and patient with shy felines, so we truly appreciated her patience and caring for our sweet Angie (with a semi-feral background). Janis immediately understood that Angie, despite her reclusiveness, craves affection and was able to start to earn her trust even with such limited time. Among Janis’ many gifts: she is a talented photographer and delighted us with frequent updates and photos of our furry children. They are so beautiful that we, with her kind permission, plan to include several in our zeewoi profile. Janis’ communications, reliability, self-sufficiency, and punctuality were exemplary, start to finish. We made a wonderful new friend and have already invited her back to sit again. If you are privileged enough to ever have Janis sit we are certain that you will be as delighted and happy as we are.
Mikala & Jake were great house & pet sitters for us!! Our dog and two cats absolutely adored them, and we came back to a very clean home with happy animals :) They were very reliable and fast communicators. They even had to deal with our power going out while we were away, and they handled it well. It eased our minds to know our animals and house were in such great care while we were away and would have them sit for us anytime!
Anna was the perfect sitter for Tali, Mac and Sox. From the first moment we met Anna we all got on extremely well and we had no worries about leaving our pets in her safe hands. Anna gave them loads of fun time and company, lovely walks and snuggles in front of the TV. Thanks for all the fun we had before and after the sit too. We would not hesitate to recommend Anna for any sit.
If you’re lucky enough to find Anna as your pet sitter you will have peace of mind and well cared for pets whilst you are away and a clean and tidy home on your return. Anna is thoughtful and kind, she arrived the evening before the sit which allowed for some time to hear about her interesting travels and work, kept me updated with fabulous photos and details of the friendship she was making with the cats and even took the trouble to fix a sticky catch on the cat flap. I can recommend her as a sitter without hesitation. Thank you Anna
Janis is absolutely the best pet sitter and home care we have had. She is a regular for us during our Christmas vacation because we totally trust her with the care of our three dogs and the management of our home. She is so good and efficient that I have already requested that she sits for us again next Christmas. Our three dogs absolutely adored her as she played fetch, took them on walks, loved and spoiled them. Management of our home was excellent. I had no concerns whatsoever as we had packages delivered and Mail that needed to be picked up. The house was in much better condition than what we left it. I highly recommend Janis and you will be fortunate to have her as your sitter.

Our Boxer loves the staff at Waggy Tails and all her play mates! The staff are caring and look after the dogs with so much love and passion no matter what bread or temperament they are. Can definitely recommend!
I have nothing but praise for Waggy Tails Doggy Day Care. The people that work there are lovely, my dog enjoys greeting the staff as much as she enjoys playing with the other dogs. Care is taken to ensure dogs are safe at all times. Every week my dog becomes excited when she realizes it’s day care day, and after all the fun, she comes home exhausted. Highly recommend.
This is my dog's happiest place on earth! He loves it at Waggy so much and has the best fun. The staff are incredible, I know this because my dog loves them and I love them. We have been taking Thomas to Waggy for close to 3 years now and this is where he learnt how to play and socialise with all types of dogs. He is a rescued greyhound and had a difficult first 4.5 years in the racing industry. His anxiety disappears when he is at Waggy. Thank you Waggy crew, we would be lost without you!
My two dogs get so excited when they know they are going to Waggy Tails Doggy day care. The team are fantastic and caring, continuing to train the dogs and always willing to accomodate my shift work. I feel comfortable and happy leaving my dogs in the care of the team. Its great socialisation, especially for my frenchie as he can be a bit of a naughty boy. I'd highly recommend Karen and the team if you need some day care for your dog.
Waggy Tails days are my boy's favourite days! The staff are always so welcoming, friendly, and loving towards him and I can see the genuine care they have for all the dogs. We're kept in the loop with what the dogs are up to via videos and photos, as well as getting some extra stories at pickup when there is anything to report. Special shoutout to Monica who goes above and beyond to help and has been an absolute legend, as well as Liam and Roc. Nigel loves you!
We started sending our pup Murphy! We can tell he loves every minute at Waggy Tails. They have also been super accomodating getting us last minute bookings due to renovations at home.
Murphy just LOVES doggy day care . He thinks it's the best day ever! He's full of excitement when he knows he is on his way. Murphy is a little spoiled and I just can't help that . When dropping him off I feel at peace knowing I am leaving him in the hands of all the friendly and trustworthy staff at Waggy Tails. They offer great services too. Grooming is my fave. It's hard work maintaining a little fur baby so this definitely makes my life so much easier.. We can't forget the social media side of things as well. It's awesome. I can check that my little boy is having the time of his life and if that makes him happy that makes me happy too. I can't thank the staff enough for the love and care they provide Murphy.
I have been taking my furchild here for around about 5 months now and can honestly say best decision i have ever made. Athena (my dog) is always super excited to go as soon as we hop out of the car she realizes where we are and drags me to the front door, she has gone to 3 other doggie day care facilities previously and i have never had this reaction, she used to never want to go inside at the previous places i have taken her. At Waggy tails they ensure your dog is always safe, happy and tired when you come to take them home ( a much needed night off from walks and hours of fetch for me). They walk your dog, give them yummy treats and help them break out of there shell, not to mention the socialization they have with all the other dogs. Whether its a cold winter day or hot summer afternoon the facility caters for all year round. Highly recommend Waggy Tails to all. Massive Thank you to Karen and the Girls for taking care of Athena! Attached is a photo of Athena ( far left) smiling on one of her Waggy Tails walks.
We’ve been taking our golden retriever here for years and he loves it. We are really grateful for the time and attention the staff gave him to settle in at the start. He was experiencing some separation anxiety after moving house and the passing of our other dog. The team at Waggy Tails were excellent and helped him form bonds with his new pack. He was not too sure at first but now he absolutely loves it.
So thankful for the care provided to Max by the Waggy Tails team. When the door opens in the morning they always know who he is. It makes it very easy to drop him off knowing he is safe and so well looked after (the exhaustion afterward is a bonus).
We have used Sharon's services a number of times now. Cannot recommend a better sitter who knows how to look after double coated dogs. Highly recommend Sharon with many years of experience.
Sharon looked after our boy for 3 weeks while we were away. He came back happy and healthy so it was clear that he was well looked after during his stay. He also enjoyed the company of Teddy and other dogs. She was easy to get in touch with and promptly gave us updates when requested
Sharon and Jessica care for my two golden retrievers on a regular basis. The dogs now run in happily when they are dropped off. Sharon sends regular updates and photos. She is reliable and the dogs are well fed and exercised and given lots of affection. Sharon genuinely cares for all the pets that come into her care.
Sharon takes the best care of my 2 golden retriever girls. One has more anxiety in general but she loves going to GoldenPawz and runs in the door happily when we take her. We are so comfortable knowing they are in such good hands.
Sharon and Jessica have taken very good care of my dog. Sharon sent photos and updates regularly while we were away. Definitely recommending Golden Pawz Pet Sitting to our friends and family :)
I was recommended Golden Pawz by my cousin who said it was like dropping your dog over to a friend's house. Sharon and Jessica clearly love dogs and it was it was great to know our border collie Koby was having a nice time while we were away. The photo updates and messages from Sharon made us feel really comfortable that Koby was happy and being well looked after. We will definately be using Sharon again to look after our boy. Highly recommended!
Sharon and Jessica have been caring for Klaus (black and tan dachshund) for a few months now. They have special sausage dog play days and Klaus can't wait to visit! He is always very excited to leave the house and always returns home tired and satisfied. Thanks for all the care!
My dog Paris was well looked after by Sharon and Jessica for over a month recently. Paris had a great time and enjoyed her start. Both Sharon and Jessica showed great love for Paris. The regular communications and flexibility provided (with my travel plans changing) were greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Golden Paws for their pet sitting services. Paris is already looking forward to being back for a stay :) Thank you again Sharon and Jessica!
Our mini groodle Buddy loves going to stay with Sharon. He always comes home so happy and relaxed! We feel so comfortable leaving him behind now when we go away.
Sharon and Jessica take care of Dino often - and practically his second home. The service is flexible in case of unplanned changes, they are very communicative and provide plenty of updates during Dinos stay. Dino is always excited when I bring him over - I highly recommend Golden Paw!
Our experience at Melbourne Tiny Paws BnB was top-notch! Aaron and Cindy’s expertise and daily updates made us feel confident leaving Mochi in their care. Melbourne Tiny Paws BnB is a haven for dogs! Aaron and Cindy’s gentle approach and daily updates reassured us that Mochi was happy and relaxed. We’re so grateful for Melbourne Tiny Paws BnB! Aaron and Cindy’s care and attention helped Mochi feel at home, and the daily updates kept us smiling. We will definitely be leaving Mochi with Melbourne Tiny Paws BnB again! 🫶
We recently used Tiny Paws BnB for our dog Rupert, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Initially, we booked for one week, but our trip ended up being extended by another week. Despite the unexpected change, Aaron and Cindy continued to provide excellent care for Rupert. We were nervous as Rupert isn't used to being around many other dogs. However, Aaron and Cindy were incredibly patient and introduced him slowly to the group. His confidence grew over time, and you could see this through the daily photo and video updates they provided. Seeing him happy and relaxed made us feel so relieved. When Rupert's dog food ran out due to our extended stay, Cindy promptly picked up more for him. This level of care and attention to detail really stood out to us. Overall, we felt so happy knowing Rupert had somewhere fun and safe to be. We highly recommend Tiny Paws BnB for their exceptional service and dedication. Thank you Aaron and Cindy for taking such great care of our boy! :)
Cindy, Aaron and Milo took the bestest care of Boomer when we left him at Melbourne Tiny Paws BnB for 3 weeks! They provided daily updates with SO many photos and it was so clear that Boomer was having such a blast - so much so that we were afraid he wouldn’t want to come home with us! Boomer had the bestest time there - with doggie friends, lots of human pats, lots of doggie enrichment activities and even walkies! We would most definitely choose Cindy, Aaron and Milo again when we need to leave Boomer - all the times we have left Boomer, it was with zero worries and lots and lots of fun for Boomer ❤️
I highly recommend Melbourne tiny paws Bnb. I found this page on facebook group, where someone mentioned how pleased they were with the level of care and great communication Cindy was. They were not wrong!! I sent my puppy “Cookie” a few times for day care before boarding. I was really happy with the daily updates. It gives me more confidence and peace of mind leaving my puppy for 11 days with Cindy. I am pleased to say that Cookie was well taken care of. I got so many photos and videos of my fur baby everyday. Cookie seems very happy, active and made lots of friends. I am actually kind of worried that he prefers to stay at cindy’s than home :) You will not regret leaving your furbaby with Melbourne Tiny Paws Bnb. Thanks Cindy for making cookie’s first time away from Mommy a great experience. We will be back soon :)
As a first time pawrent, I was a little apprehensive leaving my pup for an impromptu overseas visit. My apprehension quickly faded after my pup’s half-day trial. Whilst away, Cindy ensured I received daily updates; the care and attention was second to none - It really is like a home away from home! I especially appreciated the follow up message to see how my pup settled back in after her homestay. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this amazing service and will absolutely book again for any future travels. Thank you so much Cindy, Aaron and Milo
Pretty sure the accommodation and experience had by our pups at Tiny Paws BnB was almost better than our own when we went on holiday! This was the first time leaving our boys alone for more than a day and the Tiny Paws team made the experience a positive one. From the initial application and fact-finding, through to the daily (and twice daily) photo check-ins and message updates, we were comfortable that the boys were safe and happy. Tiny Paws provides 24-hour care, including playtime, naps, activities, walking, and even some training. With regular daycare patrons, the boys also had a heap of new friends to play with each day. The boys were also well supported with their diet, any medical needs, and any other routines that they had. If you're nervous about leaving your dogs and want to ensure they're well looked after—physically and emotionally—then I highly recommend Cindy, Aaron, and Milo at Melbourne Tiny Paws. The biggest problem will be getting your pups to want to come home again. With their top-rate service, communication, professionalism, and genuine caring, Tiny Paws is a service I can't recommend enough. I'll definitely be using them again, and I encourage you to do the same.
Melbourne Tiny Paws BnB is essentially a fabulous holiday retreat for tiny doggos. We have used Cindy's services three times now and we will certainly continue to take our toy poodle Millie to stay at Melbourne Tiny Paws BnB whenever we take a pet free holiday. Cindy goes above and beyond to look after her furry guests and cares for them like they are her own. We are provided with daily photo updates where we can see photos of the dogs playing, walking, getting cuddles and treats - it's lovely to see and puts me at ease when I'm away from my pooch and missing her. Cindy's property is secure and she even has the most gorgeous sun room that the dogs love to chill out in. I would recommend Cindy/Melbourne Tiny Paws BnB to anyone with a small dog but especially those who may be a bit nervous about leaving them with just anyone. Your dog is in safe hands with Cindy!
I couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter! Two weeks there and I think Alfie prefers Tiny Paws BnB over to his actual home. Thank you Cindy for such an amazing experience - the communication and the daily photos and clips of him living his best life has made our time away from him so reassuring. And the check in with us a day after he was collected shows how much Cindy cares for all dogs she looks after. Alfie has found his second home everytime we are away and require professional pet sitting, even if the drive is an hour away! We cannot thank you enough Cindy!
We can not thank Cindy (Melbourne Tiny Paws Bnb) enough for all of her help looking after our 2 toy cavoodles(our newest addition Blossom and our little boy Hiro). Earlier this year Cindy looked after Hiro on the night of our wedding. Even brushing him before he arrived for photos. Cindy lets your dog sleep inside with her and takes such great care. She also sends photos through out the day of activities they get up to. We have been so impressed with her services, her care and attention to detail. We don’t have family in Melbourne so Cindy has been amazing, looking after our dogs the same way we would normally at home ❤️ We can not recommend Cindy enough ❤️ Hiro and Blossom can’t wait to visit Cindy and Milo (her dog) again soon !!
My dog Esco absolutely loved staying at Tiny Paws BnB for daycare while we were on holidays in Melbourne. He had so much fun and was very well looked after. I would highly recommend Tiny Paws to anyone looking for a safe and secure environment for their dogs to stay in for boarding and also doggy daycare 🐾 …
Very fair quotation and speedy response response to my initial enquiry. When I arrived it was very easy to find and I could tell straight away I was leaving my two dogs with caring people just by the way they had a genuine interest with my dogs. I didn't have to worry at all and when I picked them up they were very happy and smelt so good. The owners were very friendly and interested and I would definitely recommend them to anyone with fur babies that want that personal service. Beats any kennel or resort hands down. If I could give more stars I would.
Would recommend pet stays to anyone! Happy i found them. Janene & Res are great & give updates of your pet during the day! My dog goes 2 x per week :)
Our 7.5 month old Golden Retriever Ocean had her first doggy day care session here last week. We were very thankful that we could get a daycare spot last minute, as we had to head out of town for the day. We got update pictures and she looked very happy playing with all the other dogs. She made some new friends and was very from all the play, that she didn’t even want to walk up the stairs to go to bed. We will definitely be bringing Ocean back for more play dates. Thanks so much for taking such good care of our girl.
We love sending Winnie and Mini here, they always come back home completely exhausted and always excited to go back! Jeannene is really fast and efficient. Also noticed the development in our puppies training. We love it hear!
We highly recommend the service of Pet Stays, professional, warm and caring Team who looked after our Teddy while we were on holidays. Jeannene and Reza are doing an amazing job. Thank you! We are very grateful! We will definitely ask your service in the future.
I have had the best of experience! Jeannene and the team at Pet stays They are wonderful caring and totally understand that you’re missing your pet when you’re away. Sending you photos and updates of them making new friends & how they are enjoying their time away. I have one and a half year old labrador that is a happy friendly dog I know when I drop him off with the team at Pet stays he will be safe in their care & I will get to have quality cuddles because he will be so tired after having a party with his new friends Thank you again, Emma & Hector
I was lucky to find PetStays when the pet hotel cancelled Chloe’s accommodation at the last minute. Jeannene made the effort to answer all my questions and assist me with arranging pick-up for Chloe. Chloe enjoys her stay at Pet Stays and has been there for long vacations since last year. She is always excited to be picked up by Jeannene. I can tell that Jeannene, Reza and the other staff took great care of Chloe, as she always returns home happy and well-groomed. I get lots of photo updates every week. They help Chloe socialise with the other dogs and pamper her with treats.
Thank you Jeannene and Reza! Ronnie loves his stays with you and we love receiving the cute photo updates. Highly recommend!
Thank you so much for taking such awesome care of our fur baby! Hearing how excited she was to see you every morning totally made our day while we were away. We can’t recommend your services enough and will definitely be back! Thanks for making both us and our big fur ball feel so welcome and loved!
Alfie loves going for his adventures to Petstays. He enjoys the extra company while I am at work. It’s great to know that he is safe and entertained while I’m at work. A little on the expensive side compared with alternate daycares, but the personal experience is a positive.
Thank you so much Dogdayz for taking good care of Fuji! This was our first time being away from Fuji for an extended period of time (2 weeks) and he was thoroughly looked after. We were so anxious of leaving him but as soon as I saw photos of him posted on FB, I knew he was happy. It also helped that the staff are proactive with replying to emails and will gladly answer any questions and provide updates as requested. We appreciate the health and behaviour check out notes that outlined how he was day by day - it feels like we were still there with him. It’s nice knowing the dogs that he has befriended! Definitely recommend Dogdayz to everyone and will use them again for our next overseas travel! Thank you again so much! Fuji has been sleeping since getting picked up, proof that he had a blast playing with his friends!
My partner and I have been using Dogdayz Toolernvale for our 3.5 year old Staffy Bull Terrier Cross, Zuko, for about three years now. We travel at least once a year outside Australia, and often times more than that, added to which we have other occasions where we need to board Zuko for weekends away, or other social events where we cannot leave him at home alone. We have found the staff at Toolernvale to be friendly, cooperative, engaging, and always willing to chat and discuss any issues or concerns we might have. Zuko just LOVES staying at Dogdayz. On the days that we need to take him there… the moment we reach the Holden Road corner, Zuko immediately realises where he is being taken and starts getting VERY excited in the car about his upcoming stay, and being able to play with all his "friends" there. Once out of the car he just HAS to get to Reception as quickly as possible, and he can get a little annoyed if there is another dog owner ahead of us having their dog checked in first. The other nice service provided by Dogdayz is that at least weekly (it seems that sometimes it is twice a week…) a complete latest batch of photos of all dogs currently staying there are posted on the Dogdayz Facebook page, where we are able to see the latest photos of Zuko thoroughly enjoying his holiday stay. When we are travelling overseas, it is always very heartening to see very recent photos and to know that he is having a thoroughly good time without us. Of course, when we do return to pick him up at the end of a stay, whether it is just a day or two, or a long 3-4 week stay, Zuko is obviously happy that we have returned and for him to see us again. But always, for a couple of days after coming home, he seems a little saddened because he obviously misses his time there and the friends he has made while there… but he very soon revovers from that. I thoroughly recommend Dogdayz Toolernvale as a very dogfriendly environment for a short, OR a long-term, stay. We have never had any reason to be concerned, let alone be at all dissatisfied, about using their kennel boarding services. Nothing but professionhalism at all times has been our experience. Allan Smales Diggers Rest
Really friendly, helpful staff. It’s a bit hard to ask your dog if she had a good time, but ours seemed very happy and healthy after a 4 day stay. We’ve used Dogdayz twice now and will be back. Love the daily photo streams on Facebook.
Walter is a happy dog and his behaviour on coming home confirmed that he was well looked after. Staff obviously love the animals and they take great interest and record a daily health report and how the dog has fitted in. The running of the place is caring and professional. It’s Walter’s home away from home. Thank you Warrandyte Team
The Warrandyte team are wonderful and take such great care of my dog whenever she stays there. You can tell they are real and caring dog lovers and genuinely see and interact with the dogs as individuals. Luna is normally very anxious and they take great care to ensure she feels happy and confident. And she has so much fun when she is there - She always runs to the gate without even a backward glance!
My Mini Schnauzer, Freddy, absolutely loves going on holidays at Toolern Vale. He is excited even before we get out of the car and can't wait to run in and see all his human and canine friends. The staff are incredibly friendly and take really good care of their guests. I wouldn't take Freddy anywhere else for his holidays. 😀 …
Our three-year-old Labrador loves staying at Dogdayz Warrandyte. He has stayed there about four times over the past year or so. He can't wait to get through the gate on dropoff. He loves running and playing with the other dogs in the large open spaces near the river. The staff are very friendly and take great care of him. The daily reports on his health and behaviour at the end of each stay are informative. Regular posts on Facebook show us what a great time he is having, which creates great peace of mind. Highly recommended, particularly for dogs that love running and playing with others.
Milo had so much fun during his 2 weeks at Dogdayz that he almost seemed conflicted about coming home with us!! We were nervous as this was his first time staying away for such a long time but I feel confident that he was very well looked after. Staff are caring and very keen to offer cuddles. The daily health check and feedback (provided at the end of the stay) was great to see. We will definitely be using Dogdayz again.
We love knowing our two dogs are being well cared for at Dogdayz Toolernvale. Always recommending it whenever we are asked. Our Frenchie is apprehensive to go but loves his stay, absolutely loves playing with the other dogs and having fun with the staff. Our American Bulldog can’t wait to get there, is always super excited on the drive and keen to go through the gate every single time. He always loves the pats and getting to see his brother throughout their stays. Our dogs have been there for a many short stays but also a big 5 week stay and the best part is always being confident with them being there, if we are wanting updates all we need to do is send an email or call but also love seeing the photos!
The best care was taken of our pup Ziggy whilst we were overseas for 3 weeks. You can tell the animal attendants, and everyone you cross paths with cares for the animals, and I think Ziggy was sad to leave. Would 100% recommend Dog Dayz Warrandyte and we will be back in the future. Thank you guys for all you do!
This service is run by lovely people who really care for animals. The communication has been fantastic. The bookings allow flexibility to have multiple visits a day if your pet is unwell or needs extra attention. Excellent service. Thank you.
I've been using Lonely pets club for 4 years now and would recommend them to anyone. I was nervous the first time thinking of someone in my house and with my cats (who aren't keen on new people or cuddly), and it has been a great experience. Our carers have taken such great care of the cats and they love the carers. They always stay for the time booked and spend quality time with the pets. I recommend this service as it's not only great for any pets at home, but also like a house sitter as the carers will put out bins (plus clean litter trays), water plants and check the mail. They service many areas around Melbourne with the same great service.
We had Jess look after our two cats while we went away at Easter and then again when we went away for 2 weeks just recently. She was awesome, keeping us updated about the kitties and sending pictures. We felt like our cats were well looked after and loved while we were gone and will absolutely be using their services next time we're away.
Miranda was fantastic. Our precious dog was very well cared for as was our house and garden. The booking process was very easy and professional and we were happy to be dealing with a real dedicated business rather than a uni student of some random website.
Used LPC for the first time over Easter. The office staff immediately removed my nervousness about leaving my cat and home under the care of a stranger. The carer, Marty, was super professional and my normally shy cat loved him straight away, making my time away stress free. I will be using this service whenever I go on holidays.
I have been using LPC for a few years now and they are nothing but professional and caring. My regular sitter Jess goes above and beyond, and has managed to forge a relationship with my cats who usually take a while to warm up to people. Jess unexpectedly had to give one of my cats some medication on the most recent visit, and she handled it with the care I have come to know. Thanks Jess and LPC.
This guys did a great job of looking after our very special puppy Junior. I highly recommend them to take great care of your pets. Will be using them again and again and again, aswell as recommending them to all my friends.
Have used Lonely Pets Club a few times now and they have been fantastic every single time! So grateful for this service - is so convenient and every carer I have had has been totally lovely.
Carer was wonderful! Very professional, took good care of my cat and my garden. Wonderful service! Will be using them again!
My carer was really professional and went the extra mile. My cat was so relaxed after we came back from holidays which is not normally the case when we go away.
Sue did a great job with our 5 month old puppy! He had a lot of fun staying with Sue and her senior pup Shadow. She took him out on walks daily and to the dog park where he was socialised and leash trained and she also did a bit of behavioural training at home with him. He’s been a lot more calm around mealtimes compared to when he used to jump up all over us when we’re eating. Well worth the stay, we’re finding walking and training him a lot easier now considering he is a big puppy to manage. Thanks again for your help Sue!
Sue took wonderful care of our 2 dogs while we were away. Her updates, including photos, every day were greatly appreciated. It was great to see the dogs looking so relaxed and happy while on their walks. Sue’s expert knowledge was clearly seen in her handling of the dogs, and they responded really well to her control and care. Sue happily fed our fish for us too, which was a great bonus. We will definitely be contacting Sue when planning our next holiday.
Sue is great. Simba, my 13 yrs old golden retriever just loves it when Sue takes him for walks. Her love for dogs is so evident. She cares for other dogs as much as she does her own. Whilst I am recovering post surgery it has been a blessing to have Sue walking Simba . I have Sue booked for 2 hrs sessions with Simba but on occasions this may extend to 4 hours all at no extra cost. Thanks Sue for all that you do to keep Simba happy & healthy. I really do appreciate it.
Sue has been such a great help to us. Having two puppies from two different litters at the same age is not an easy task. Her training and guidance has seen so much progress with Onyx and Koda. We appreciate her friendliness and training approach. The puppies have grown to understand boundaries and respect our leadership which has been so helpful! Thanks Sue!
Sue is just amazing with our golden retriever Poet and he just loves her. We have so much confidence in Sue. We trust her completely with him. She is very reliable and we know she looks after him like he was her own and this is very important to us. She has a beautiful, soft, understanding way with dogs, I would highly recommend her.
Sue does an amazing job - she really is a dog whisperer. We live in the country now and our beloved golden retriever, Chewie is now 12 1/2 and not so up for walks now, but Sue used to care for Chewie for many years. Always had absolute trust in Sue and the level of care & commitment that she has for all her canine friends. He would always have the most wonderful days when he was out and about with Sue! Very highly recommended ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
We couldn't have asked for a nicer, caring and more dedicated dog minder. We went away reassured our beloved golden retriever was in good hands. The training leading up to her stay with Sue was a real eye opener and we had no idea that we were the cause of Holly's behavorial issues! We now follow Sue's methods and Holly is a much more calm and settled part of the family with no more anxiety.. Thank you so much Sue!
Sue is a passionate and caring animal lover. She loves dogs and connects with them on a deep level, which gives her great understanding of their behaviour and any challenges owners maybe experiencing. Having known her for many years, from her having her own pets from very young, to now helping other owners to bond and communicate with their treasured pets in the most empowering way for both parties, I can but highly recommend her services.
We have a 3 year old lab at home and have been struggling to take him for walks. He used to pull us all the way through the walk and we come home frustrated and exhausted rather than enjoying the walk. Luckily for us, we came across Sue and what she did for Ollie was nothing short of a miracle. First hour in to the the first lesson, our boy started walking more sensibly and obediently. We now enjoy our walks and Ollie is doing much better when he sees other dogs as well. Thank you Sue. We so look forward to our next lesson.
Our little two year old cavoodle, Billy, always comes home very happy and content after his regular walks with Sue. And thanks to her, he no longer jumps up on visitors when they come to our home. Sue is amazingly gifted when it comes to dogs' behaviour and what they need. She is very patient and caring towards Billy and we trust her immensely.
Our three cats boarded here. They came home in fantastic condition, with beautiful coats, very healthy, calm and happy. Highly recommend and will definitely use their services again.
we've had our Aussie bulldog board with Spparow in the treetop few times. The longest being over one (1) month - we can't fault them. The staff is amazing. They offer a pick up and drop off service and our dog gets looked after very very well. Highly recommend.
We’ve been to Sparrows a number of times for our Curly Coated Retriever. Every time our dog comes back happy and well fed. Importantly the staff are really engaged and fantastic deal with - I could not recommend more.
Staff were very friendly & caring. Dogs normally are quiet on car rides but they were so chatty on the way home.. as if they had to tell me all what they did in the first 5 minutes.. Both were so excited..they settled back to home so quickly..
We took our schnoodle, Reggie, on 16 April and had him delivered back to us on 6 May. We were delayed on our return flight home, but the delivery driver Cate kindly delayed her arrival to allow us to make alternative plans and have someone else collect Reggie. He was in happy spirits and looked really well when we got to him - clearly he'd been well looked after at Sparrows. We totally recommend them!
15 year old Rusty spent 12 days at Sparrows only his second time away from home. Rusty is my first pet Dog and I was very worried at leaving him. Well all that worry was unnecessary as Rusty has had the Best care and was happy to see me and was in good shape when I collected him. Thank you to the wonderful staff for looking after my Rusty so well it is much appreciated. I would highly recommend this kennel and will definitely be requiring their services in the future. Kind Regards Uma.
Our 4 year old Jack Russell, Buddy, has stayed at Sparrows many times - sometimes for a week and a few times for a month or more. He is always happy to see Gary & Leticia when they collect him and comes home every time fit, clean and so happy. I truly believe that when Buddy goes to Sparrows he believes that he is the one going on holiday! Thanks to the team for always looking after him so well. Highly recommend.
Our dog had his second stay at Sparrows over the new year break. When Letitia arrived to collect him, he greeted her with excitement and didn’t look back. He needed special attention during this stay, which the team were most happy to accommodate. I’d recommend Sparrows to anyone looking for dog boarding near Melbourne. Thank you Gary and team for all that you do 🐾
Mav our German Shepherd has had multiple stays with Sparrows in the Treetop. Friendly staff who all go out of their way to make sure all families and animals are cared for. Mav is always so excited for his special holidays there and always returns smelling amazing!!
terrible. didnt give the medicine we gave them to give our pup, didnt allow us to see where the animals were staying (you could tell they were bad), and the pup was distant and sad after coming back
Not having to worry about my girl while I went away on holiday was something that made my holiday far more enjoyable. Coco was cared for by Micki who made us both feel welcome and took great care of Coco whilst I was away . The whole process of using Don't Fret Pet was great with friendly staff who were more than happy to answer any questions and to match a carer to your pet . I would definitely use them again if I plan any future trips away.
5* service from Don't Fret Pet. I met two sets of carers and both inpressed me immediately with their air of competency and experience with dogs. The company matches you up with someone who will meet your needs, so in my case my dog got to sleep on their bed with them at night and the carers would be home for the majority of the time my dog was with them.
Thank you Don’t Fret Pets! I had to make an urgent overseas trip during the Christmas/New Year period and couldn’t find anywhere to leave my JRT, until I found Carole at DFP! Despite the short notice and peak period Carole found me several wonderful options, and she also organised an extension when I was delayed in returning home. My JRT was very happy and his carer was very patient and understanding! I would definitely use Don’t Fret Pets again.
Our greyhound, Bob, was cared for and loved by Jenny for the 6 weeks we were overseas. Staying with Jenny gave Bob a second family and home. Jenny constantly kept updated with photos and news of Bob. It was an amazing and positive experience for us all.
Amazing and top notch service from beginning to end. Staff was friendly and understanding of my situation and put my mind to rest given my urgent overseas trip to find the best care for my dog. Highly recommend and my dog Charlie loved his stay too!
Beatrix and her sister Marie were exceptional in looking after my dog Coco, whilst in Bali for 8 days. She was walked daily, lots of attention and cuddles. I had peace of mind and regular updates whilst away. I highly recommend.
We have been minders for Don't Fret Pet for over 10 years and still love meeting new dogs and seeing our regular visitors return. We try to ensure the dog's owners have a relaxed and carefree holiday knowing that their furry friend is comfortable in a home environment with other dogs to play with.
It was a pleasure dealing with Carole from Don’t Fret Pet. Thank you for finding a last minute sitter for my little dog Skye. Carolyn and Luke were lovely warm people and went beyond expectations with Skye. Thank you!
Jenny, of Don’t Fret Pet came to my rescue when I recently experienced quite a desperate and upsetting time trying to find someone urgently to help look after my two beautiful baby Cavoodles when I had to travel away unexpectedly for a family matter. After a number of options failed, I found Don’t Fret Pet’s number and spoke to Jenny. She helped me organise everything necessary and by the next morning my little fur babies were getting settled in. Jenny took lovely care of them in a very safe environment for a couple of days. She sent me a couple of photos with updates. Jenny was an angel when things weren’t looking too promising. I highly recommend using the Don’t Fret Pet company when you need someone trustworthy and reliable to look after your precious babies. Thank you, Jenny
I have been a minder with Don't Fret Pet for 5 years now and have absolutely loved having a wide range of dogs coming to our home for a holiday while their families are away. Our labrador adores having the company and has made so many new friends as many have become regulars. We treat them as part of our own family and wouldn't have it any other way.
I signed Bob up for Kip's "Board & Train" program as I was going away, and wanted Bob to learn basic dog manners (not pulling towards other dogs/not pulling on the leash during walks). The staff at Kip are respectable, patient, and truly give all the love and attention your pooch deserves. Kip Homestead is located on a massive space, so there are plenty opportunities for your dog to learn new tricks and run around with some new friends (dogs are protected from each other by a fence). Olivia was assigned as Bob's trainer; she is incredible and our dog Bob absolutely loves her. I've seen her with other dogs too from the other videos on Kip, and it's the same with them. She's knowledgeable, confident, and just knows how to work with dogs (and people). I appreciated all the regular updates about Bob and his progress! And I also want to thank Olivia for the thorough handover at the end of the program to ensure that I'm able to continue the same level of training at home. Highly recommend the Board & Train program to anyone who wants help to improve their dog's overall behaviour/want somewhere safe to board their dog while going away. I've already recommended this place to all of my friends with dogs and I'm excited to see their pooch's progress. I'll be sending Bob here next time I go away (and I'm sure he'll be excited to be back at Kip Homestead)!
We’ve seen huge improvements in Dirks reactivity and general manners since we picked him up from his board and train program. His trainer Catherine provided lots of updates over the three weeks to keep us at ease and provided comprehensive guidance at the handover session so that we can continue his training at home. We will definitely bring Dirk back in for more top up sessions in future.
“Exceptional Training Experience with Kip Stay Homestead!” I can’t recommend Kip Stay Homestead enough! Our black lab, Charlie, recently completed their 21-day training program, and the results are beyond amazing. Olivia worked wonders with him—Charlie is now so much calmer and significantly less reactive to his environment. One of the most noticeable improvements is his loose leash walking—it’s like night and day. Seeing this new version of Charlie has made every penny spent on the program absolutely worth it. We know the work doesn’t stop here, but Olivia gave us an extensive and thorough handover, ensuring both my boyfriend and I feel confident in maintaining Charlie’s progress at home. Kip Stay Homestead has truly transformed our life with Charlie. If you’re considering training for your dog, this is the place to go! Thank you, Olivia, for giving us the tools to help Charlie thrive!
Our handsome Smooth Collie, Hugo, spent 3 weeks with David, the master of working dogs. From the moment we met David, he was confident and straightforward about what might be going on in our pup’s tiny head, based on his working breed heritage. We were immediately relieved, knowing that Hugo would be in good hands during our trip. While Hugo already has good manners and a gentle soul, he had been showing some unwanted reactivity towards strange/unfamiliar things/people. David and the team at Kip listened to our concerns, worked with Hugo, and cleared up some misunderstandings we had about his alert barking. Hugo is now handling new situations much better, because we, as owners, understand what he needs in order to manage his vigilant nature. The handover 1:1 session was very helpful, as was the online course, which I can revisit at any time. David also sent some additional information afterward, which showed the care and attention Hugo received during his stay. While the training wasn’t 100% force-free so that I can’t say it’s concurrent as in trend, we genuinely appreciated the efforts and care Hugo received during his time there. From the pupdates we received irregularly, we could tell Hugo was comfortable, with his tail wagging happily to the right. Overall Hugo will be going back to Kip Homestead whenever we can't take him with us.
We left our 2yo dog reactive Goldie with Cathrine for 3 weeks in the board and train program. We went in not expecting miracles, but to help move along in handling our girl day to day, understanding how to approach situations out of our control and getting her better on leash. It’s honestly night and day to when we dropped her off. Cathrine was very real with us, which we appreciated, that our girl just isn’t a dog’s dog. And likely never will be, but that’s ok. She has helped her walk on leash so much better to the point where, now a few weeks after picking her up, we can now go for 20 - 30 minute street walks without anxiety of what to do if another dog passes by. She even has got to the point of sniffing another dog for a few seconds and not showing aggression / fear. We know that she won’t ever be a dog who can be off leash and play with other dogs, but we have been blown away by the progress she made and tips in our toolkit to continue these good behaviours. Our regret is not finding Kip earlier in her life and leaving her with you guys. We loved the update videos and they provided us lots of laughs and happiness while away from her for a few weeks. We will definitely bring her for another stay at board and train when we are away next!!
My 6 year old GSD had her first stay over the weekend, and we couldn't be happier! She has had a few issues in the past with fear aggression and they addressed her care very diligently, the updates we received daily were very reassuring and when we picked her up today she was so happy and looked beautiful! She had no issues, and we are so impressed with Kip and can't wait for our puppy to have her next stay 😊 it's a bit on the pricier side, but well worth it!
Our dog Coco recently stayed here for 3 weeks while we were away and we honestly couldn’t be happier. From the very first moment, it’s obvious how much the team at Kip genuinely love and care about the dogs. We looked forward to the daily updates and photos to let us know how she was going which made it so much easier to be away (especially for our kids!). We booked daily bushwalks and a couple of training sessions for her stay and she was freshly bathed when we picked her up. Our only concern was that she wouldn’t want to come home ☺️ thank you so much to the team for taking such good care of our girl.
I recently enrolled my Pomeranian puppy, Little Foot, in the board and train program at Kip, and the experience exceeded all my expectations. David, our trainer, was absolutely incredible. His expertise, patience, and genuine love for animals were evident from the start. He took the time to understand Little Foot's unique personality and tailored the training to suit his needs. Throughout the program, David provided regular updates and insights, ensuring I felt confident and informed about Little Foot's progress. Little Foot has returned full of joy and is now more obedient, calm, and confident. The techniques David used were not only effective but also gentle and compassionate, which was very important to us. He taught Little Foot essential commands and addressed specific behavioral issues, making our day to day life much smoother and more enjoyable in the long run. I am beyond grateful for David's dedication and the comprehensive care Little Foot received at Kip.I wholeheartedly recommend the board and train program to anyone looking to improve their pet's behaviour and to overall give their furry babies a good little holiday. Thank you, David and the Kip team, for the amazing work you do! Little Foot cannot wait to hang out with his new best friend David again when we enrol him in the future. Thank you Tara
Our Violet spent 3 weeks at Kip with Olivia and we were absolutely blown away with how far she came in 3 weeks. The regular updates of Vi became a bit of a weekly highlight for us to see her smiling and clearly having a great time. Olivia was honestly brilliant, we couldn't have asked for anything more, our pup has come back far less anxious, far more engaged and the handover session has made us feel like we can continue on the great work that Olivia started. We could not recommend both Kip and Olivia any higher!!
Cannot thank David and the team at Kip enough. Eldin recently came in for the Board and train program as he was reactive with other dogs and became hard for me to control when his emotional state was so high. The difference from drop off to pick up was absolutely amazing. I also now have the confidence to continue the training with the abundance of information I have to refer to. The staff are all lovely and the grounds are spectacular. Highly recommended. And as you can see, the smile on Eldins face says it all.
