We are over the moon with the service Tess provides at Perth Pet Palace! We were very worried leaving our beautiful puppy Alfie with someone while we were on holiday, but as soon as I spoke to Tess I felt we could relax knowing he was in good hands! Tess is so knowledgeable about Cavoodles & dogs in general. Alfie even came home from his little 5 night stay-cay better behaved! Tess took him for many walks a day & pampered him with love. She also sent a billion photos & videos a day, which we loved! We will 1,000% be using her again for our next holiday. Thanks a mill aunty Tess! You're the best!

Tess has been Mabel's, our almost 2-year-old Cocker Spaniel's dog walker and sitter, since she was 12 weeks old. Mabel absolutely loves her walks and staycations with Tess and her other doggy friends. Tess treats all of her dogs like they're her own and when we travel, it's such a relief, knowing our girl is so well looked after. I would absolutely recommend Tess to anyone!

Tess recently looked after Oakley when we went on holiday. He’s never stayed away from home before so I was worried how he might go. I definitely didn’t need to worry. Tess and her gorgeous dog Ted E welcomed Oakley into their lives and home and looked after him as if he was theirs!! I got multiple photos and videos every day of their wonderful adventures and I could see how happy and settled he was. He even came home slightly better behaved so that was a bonus!!! If I could give more stars I certainly would. Tess is amazing!!

Can’t recommend highly enough! Tess is absolutely amazing with dogs. Our two boys, Bailey and Mo spent two weeks with Tess, while we had renovations going on. She was incredible - adventurous and fun, caring and generous with cuddles. Tess shared daily updates so we could see how much fun the boys were having. They had an amazing holiday and we could get on with things knowing they were feeling happy and loved. Our little cavoodle pup Angus has stayed with Tess a couple times now, and we would not hesitate to have her look after him every time we are away. My two cavoodles Layla and Bella stayed with Tess for a week recently and had such a great time they did not want to come home. Tess was loving and caring and exercised them regularly. Our pups Barry and Missy were looked after so well! They came home with smiles on their faces and looking healthier than ever! Going on holidays has always been slightly stressful not knowing my mini schnauzer boys would be happy and get the same care and attention as they do at home. They can be a bit high maintenance 😆. Fast response, so caring and nurturing. Felt at ease leaving my boy Tux with her, he was so comfortable in her environment which is completely equipped with everything your dog will need. He had so much fun socializing, playing and going on walks. She updated me with photos and messages throughout his stay. So lovely to deal with will definitely be using her services again. Jennifer went above and beyond for the care of our dogs whilst we were out of the house for two weeks. She took them to the park/water a lot, made sure they were well fed and cared for. It was hasslefree even though we did give her some issues, but she dealt with them despite them being difficult! I am so glad to have found Jen! She is super accomodating as I need to drop my dogs off at 5:15am. She is easy to communicate with, keeps you updated and sends pictures/videos through out the day. It can be daunting to leave your dog with someone you haven’t met before but you can trust Jen to take great care of your dogs. One of my dogs (Gringo) is a handful and I appreciate how patient Jen is with him. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for daycare/sitting. Jennifer is amazing! She has looked after our dachshund several times and absolutely spoiled him with attention every time- he loves her! Jennifer has been really helpful and flexible and easy to arrange stays with. She sends regular videos and photos which is great. Our boy can be nervous and has separation anxiety but Jennifer is like a dog whisperer and knows exactly how to manage him. I would definitely recommend her as a pet sitter!

Jennifer looked after ours two dogs Cleo and Goliath. They absolutely loved their stay and got to meet new doggie friends too. I would definitely recommend Jennifer to look after your pets as she is a true dog lover. She even sent us regular pics and videos as my daughter was missing them.

Highly recommend ashley!! Ashley walked both our dogs while we were away for four weeks. We had a house sitter but they were not confident with our staffy x as she can be reactive with dogs she does not know. Ashley had no problem with our staffy x what so ever. Our house sitter said both dogs were super excited when they saw ashley through the window. I think the dogs now miss ashley more than they missed us! Will definately use ashley again when we go away next.

My basset hound and very difficult Catahoula Curr dog absolutely love Ashley. She is amazing with all dogs, large or small! She always gives them tons of loving and cuddles and treats them just like they were her own!! I couldn't ask for a better friend for my fur babies!

Our dog Callie had the best time at doggy day care with Madame Mas. The team are so lovely and make the extra effort to make Callie feel welcomed and secure on her first day. We took her back the very next day and she couldn't have been more excited to get back to the fun at day care. We loved seeing the videos posted on Instagram, and always felt she was being looked after and having fun. It's super easy to park and drop/pick up. Our dog Maxi loves it here. They play games with the dogs and it comes with a report everyday too. You can see your dog playing with other dogs. Not like others that fence up and you don’t know what’s going on in there. Highly recommend this place if you care for your dog’s mental health lol

All the staff at K9to5 Littles are just amazing. The way they look after your fur baby is absolutely top notch, so much so that my sausage dog is a tad depressed when he comes home! lol He loves it there so much. I’m incredibly grateful to have such a fabulous daycare for my boy to go & know he’s always in the best of hands.

We have been sending Sunny to K9-5 for the past two years and can’t recommend this doggy day care enough. The staff are amazing, Sunny is always so excited at drop off to see her friends, the photo updates are fabulous and the birthday parties are a highlight. It’s such a great way for Sunny to socialise with other dogs in a safe environment and makes us feel so much better heading to work knowing she isn’t sitting at home waiting for us to come home.

My cocker spaniel Reggie loves coming to K9to5!! He is now 2 and been going once a week for about 18 months. He bounds out the car when he arrives and is so excited to play. The staff are all very friendly!

I have been taking my doggo here since the beginning of the year and I feel so incredible grateful to have found such a wonderful daycare that he absolutely loves going too. It was the best decision we made, for him to be socalising with other dogs and being cared for by the amazing friendly staff. They have created such a positive community for all, it is an extremely well run business - I cannot recommend it enough.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and at ease. The staff is incredibly friendly and genuinely cares about each and every dog. Our Zoe has the best time playing with her furry friends and always comes home happy and tired. The facilities are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. They have plenty of toys and activities to keep the dogs entertained. I also appreciate the photos they post throughout the day, so I know Zoe is having a great time. The team at K9 to 5 take so much care and love looking after our little fur babies. We have been bringing our Gino to K9to5 for over a year and it's honestly the best thing we ever did! Percy has been going to K9-5 for approx 5 years and knows exactly what day of the week day care day is! He is so excited to go and comes home absolutely exhausted from all of the playing! The staff treat him like their own and on the couple of occasions when he needed a little medical attention, they were amazing. The team have created a fun and safe environment for Percy to socialise with other dogs and it has made the world of difference as he has matured. He loves it so much, and so do I !

My partner rang & explained our situation. They told us to come down straight away on Xmas eve. The staff were so fantastic & amazing. They check our GSD straight away & we didn’t have to wait. Morley Vet has been brilliant to us with our dog and also our little bird that had to recently go to Bird Heaven They were so professional and so sensitive and respectful to us and our little bird that we had since a very young age. If I could put ten stars I would!! We had to put my Dad's dog (Raven) into boarding as he had an unexpected stay in hospital. The lovely lady who answered the phone when I rang in a bit of a panic was so kind, caring and informative. When we dropped Raven off the staff were really friendly and helpful. We also asked if she could be vaccinated while she was there as she was due the following week and they were happy to do that. We picked her up today and she has come home happy and healthy. A big thank you to all the staff at Morley Vetcentre - you are all wonderful. We would highly recommend and will certainly use you again should the need arise.

Can’t fault them. They have been amazing with all our pets but especially with our Lilly who sadly passed away recently. They were so empathetic and they even sent a handwritten card to our family after she passed.

My much loved cat was a victim of hit and run, so therefore I am extremely grateful for the care they gave to Simba. Being a pensioner though, I am just sorry I will be paying it off for years to come!! VETS are very good.

We have used AllPets several times a year for over 5 years now and have always felt that we are leaving our pets and home in good hands. We have had some excellent sitters - singles and couples and all very caring and very pet loving people. The girls in the office - Gemma, Lee and Catherine are friendly and Jan runs a very professional business. If we have been away for long sits (4 or more weeks) she usually does a visit to the home to make sure everything is running well. We mention AllPets House sitters to lots of friends and family and thoroughly recommend them. We are just home from two weeks away and we had an excellent young couple Celeste and Fernando looking after Teddy (4 year old Retriever) and Scout (2 year old grey cat). They sent us photos and updates every so often which is lovely when you are away from home and your 'fur babies' . We have our next two trips already booked for this year. We have used All Pet House Sitters twice now - both times we were away for approximately a month overseas and have been delighted with the service we received. On both occasions our house sitters had done a fantastic job looking after both our home and the pets (we have a 6 year old schnauzer/poodle cross and a 3 year old cat). The dog, particularly, can get a bit stressed when we're away and we find it is so much better for him to be cared for in his own environment and sticking to his usual routine. We have been very happy with the care and professionalism shown by all the Allpet staff who handled our bookings. They really understand the anxiety that many pet owners feel when having to leave their beloved fur babies and have thought through all the details very well. It is also reassuring to know that the housesitters have the back up of the office staff at all times in case of any unforeseen eventuality eg delayed flights back home or the like. We would definitely use Allpet's services again and are happy to recommend them to any pet lovers looking for reliable and caring house and pet sitters.

We used All Pet House Sitters to look after our very precious Dalmatian in August/September 2015 when we were overseas for a month. We were thrilled with everything about this service. Jan was so professional and efficient and was an absolute delight to do business with. David and Rachel, our house sitters were so gorgeous. We met them a few times before going away and couldn't of been happier. While we were away we received constant updates and photos which was brilliant. When our original house / dog sitter plans fell through, we came across Allpet House Sitters. Jan and her team were very efficient with their communications, and I appreciated their thorough sets of documentation for us to prepare and go through with our sitter. Andrew was an amazing sitter, sending us regular updates, taking great care of our dogs, going absolutely above and beyond with maintaining and cleaning the house; buying us some eggs, bread, milk and a box of chocolates ready for our arrival back. Our first experience with All Pet House Sitters was absolutely fantastic. Claire and Lucas were amazing with our little dog, two cats, goldfish, garden and house. Alison and Bob were amazing. From the first time I met them, they gave off a warm and friendly vibe and our cat felt immediately comfortable with them. When we were away on our trip, Alison kept us updated with photos of our pets and any other info from home. I couldn't have asked for a better pet sitter than Mary! Our dog Ettore stayed with her three times, including a two-week period, and each time was an absolute delight. Mary's daily messages and photos kept us reassured and connected while we were away. I have a Labradoodle puppy that is very anxious and gets easily startled. I went to Melbourne on holiday, and no one else in my family could walk him while I was away. So I reached out to Lillie&Co, and they were very flexible with the walking times I required for my active boy, and my dog loved the dog walker. I got daily photos and updates about how he was progressing, which made me feel less anxious about leaving my boy home on holiday. Colin, my 3 year old golden Labrador absolutely loved his stay with Lillie&Co. He stayed for a couple of weeks while I was away in Tasmania (longest he’s ever been away from me having recently relocated to the state and having no one familiar to look after him) and it was basically like a mini vacay for him! We had a meet up prior where Colly met Milo and they hit it off straight away. Whilst I was away I was sent pictures and videos of Colin daily. Colly made himself right at home and even made himself quite comfortable in their bed (whoops 😅🤣). So happy with our experience and will definitely using their boarding service again and again!! Julie's kennels provided excellent care for my Dog's recent stay. She entered the kennels with a previous injury which required 4 different medications to be administered during her stay. She had a bandaged foot which had to remain dry, she had to wear a cone, and she also required a prearranged vet visit to change the bandage. All of this was accomplished without hesitation. I would highly recommend Julie's kennels.

My dog has stayed twice now for a week each time. He has been happy and very relaxed away from home. Staff are passionate about caring for each of their guests. They were able to give me a detailed handover on my dog’s experience. What he did, what he ate, if he got on well with other dogs etc. I would definitely recommend this boarding kennel. We had the worst experience at this kennel, staff lying and making offensive false comments about our dog just to prove she is correct. We previously had great service and accommodation for our dog when Shannon was in charge, but since she left, the service has gotten extremely bad! the owner, Julie, doesn't understand anything about customer service, rather than diffusing a tense situation, she further escalated it, she is absolutely irresponsible and very unreliable, don't trust your beloved family pet to these people.

First time leaving our doggy, the care seemed fine, I liked how they let the dogs have a play with the ones that get on.

We sent our fur baby in for a week.we have sent him to another boarding kennel before and he was happy and relaxed when he came back. We chose this place as it was nearer to our home.However, when we dropped him off he was happy. When we picked up, its been 2 days and he seems withdrawn and quiet with tail tucked under. He is always a happy and active boy, its sad for us to see him this way. Makes us wonder what might have happened.The lady at the teception seemed flustered and generally staff there did not seem friendly.We are definetely not sending our fur kid back there again. 👎

I can highly recommend Julies Boarding Kennels to anyone looking at boarding kennels for theirs dogs! Shannon was absolutely amazing with Amy and we are so grateful for the time Shannon spent with us leading up to Amy’s first stay. After a not so nice experience with another boarding kennel it was a huge relief to find Julies boarding kennels. We were so impressed with Shannon and Lexy’s experience with challenging rescue dogs like Amy, I felt extremely comfortable with leaving Amy in their capable hands for the weekend. Amy came home happy, content, soft and clean! Thank you both for taking such good care of Amy and bathing her! We look forward to using Julie’s Boarding Kennels again when we are away next.

Terrible experience. My male dog has been left with a female dog and the kennel owner found them "stuck" and it resulted in an unplanned pregnancy for the female dog. They didn't even contact us but were told when we picked up our dog. Very unprofessional and shocking from a long established boarding kennel.

Loki and I love coming here… Loki has his friends and his favourites… the staff are friendly and I adore Brittany and Lexi who have such loving personalities. When I leave my Loki Bear. I know he is safe and has a great time because he basically walks himself to the back door and barely says goodbye. Little jerk.

I can't reccomend these guys enough! Working FIFO sure has it's Downfalls around leaving my furbabies behind, however, knowing my pets are in great/safe hands makes it that little easier being away. Julies Boarding Kennels and Cattery go above and beyond as well as empathetic towards other people's lifestyles working FIFO. I also want to say thank you the Team and especially Tania (Reception/Admin) for all your efforts and always being in positive spirits! Your hard work doesn't go unnoticed, so thank you!😁
