I was very grateful to find Queen City Pet Sitting. This was the first extended vacation I took with my parents, and usually we are each other's sitters when we travel. I rely heavily on reviews and stumbled upon QC Pet Sitting and I could not be happier! Stacey the owner immediately responded to my query and provided me with a quote. Their prices are fair and reasonable compared to their competitors and the services did not disappoint. Sarah stayed with our 3 pups in my home while we were on a 7-night cruise. I was very nervous since this is the longest any of has have left our furbabies with someone who wasn’t family. However, Sarah was extremely professional and gave us a huge sense of security and relief knowing they were safe in my home taken care of and treated like family. She sent timely updates and photos (and snuggled in bed) with every visit and kept me in the loop the entire vacation! I cannot thank Sarah and Queen City PS for their services. It is so wonderful to have this option in the future. We are already planning our next trip!

We have been using Queen City Pet Sitting for over a year now and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about their service. Booking my reservation was easy. The management is professional and prompt to get back to you if a question or concern arises. The sitters that we have had have been wonderful with our 4 legged baby. They were both very good about communicating and sending pictures and updates, frequently. We will definitely use their services again in the future!

We’ve used Queen City Pet Sitting 2-3 times now and would highly recommend them for anyone in the area. Our pet sitters came to meet us, get the layout of the house, introduce themselves to the pets (5 cats, some more skittish than others), and set up the schedule with us. Each pet sitter was diligent in letting us know when they stopped by the house and sent pictures of the pets (have added some of those to this review). We’ve had great experiences with them and will continue to use them when we have trips out of town! Stacey, the owner, and the staff are very communicative, friendly, and quick to answer questions whenever asked!

We were really happy with the care that Dennis took over our two cats while we were away. He visited us beforehand to learn the routine and meet them, and then communicated really thoroughly with us about each visit, including photos. That really set our minds at ease that the cats were being well looked after. We'd highly recommend him and Queen City Pet Sitting.

I have been using QCPS for about 2 months now and they have been there for me during 3 separate trips over that time period. I cannot say enough good things about this service. Stacey (owner) is absolutely fantastic and goes above and beyond for her clients. My dog, Whiskey (pictured), is a bit of a "special needs" case as he does not get along well with other pups. Additionally, I happen to live in a high-rise filled with other pups. So, getting him in and out safely can be a challenge. I have now had three visits without incident. The team (Casey and James) that have looked after Whiskey have taken the time to get to know him, understand his routine and ensure that my travel has not come at the expense of my best friend, Mr. Whiskers. In my most recent business trip, we were almost unable to find anyone to watch him and I was facing the possibility of driving 9.5 hours each way to and from Florida for a video shoot. Stacey came through in the last minute, offering up her office manager as a solution. Her words, "I put myself in your shoes and I just couldn't do that to you." These people are incredible, reasonably priced, care about you & your fuzzy buddies personally and I am just so very thankful I found them!

My family had a long trip planned, at the last minute I realized I needed pet care, my usual sitter wasn’t available. One of my neighbors uses someone from Queen City and loves them. So I reached out, the owner Stacey immediately called me, she hooked me up with the best pet sitter ever! Sharon took such good care of my babies, went above and beyond doing things that needed done like bringing in packages. I was nervous at first because I didn’t know her, but Stacey reassured me she’d been thoroughly background checked with lots of glowing references. She lived up to all the praise!! It’s so nice to have someone like that to trust your fur babies and your home with when you leave town. I’m so grateful to Stacey and Sharon…they took care of me and my babies when I was in need!

One of my dogs is diabetic and the sitters are very experienced with giving insulin shots so it is great peace of mind. Nana Linda has taken care of our pets for 13 years. She is wonderful, 100% reliable, and gives personal service. When we had emergencies with elderly parents (and we have had a few) and had to dash out of town, she just told us to go and she would take are of everything else. And she is tops with the most important things, I am comfortable with her caring for our beloved pets and they love her and her staff.

We have been so fortunate to have had Nana's Pet Sitting for about 7 years now. She and her team have taken the best care of our sweet kitty and were so good about communicating with us and making sure every detail was attended to. I have been using Nana's Pet Sitting for many years. (10+) When my fur baby Dixie was diagnosed with diabetes Linda began taking care of her monitoring, food and shots on a two time per day basis. She even made arrangements for them to come to my office when Dixie came to work with me. I feel that the quality care Dixie received added a couple of years to her life. Last year (2019) I have the sad news my young poodle Lulu has the same disease. I immediately called Linda and care began the next morning. Linda is a true animal lover, very detail oriented and has the best staff ever. There just is not enough praise for the present sitter Linda assigned for Lulu. I just got back from being away for 5 days and Nana's Pet Sitting took care of my 4 big indoor dogs. Got home and as always they were well cared for and loved while I was away. They were fat and sassy and so happy. Not only does Linda Edwards go above and beyond matching your needs to her pet sitters (we have Heidi and my boys and girl love her) but she takes great care of your home. Brings in the mail, turns lights on a off, and makes sure your house is locked up and secure. I have been hiring Nana's Pet Sitting for over three years and would not consider anyone else. Lots of harsh criticism here and I have not had the same experience. We have used nanas pet sitting for years. Linda has always been responsive and professional. If there was any issue she took care of it immediately. When our cat went missing (on our watch not hers) she came over out of the goodness of her heart to help us look for her. Definitely recommend.

We were out of town for a wedding and hired Nana's to look after our cat. When we got home there was a note detailing each day's visit. My cat's water bowl had clean fresh water in it, and his litter box was clean, and she even watered out begonia. We will definitely recommend their company to our friends and will use them next time we're out of town.

Linda and her team are extremely meticulous and reliable. They always show up on time and go above and beyond in the care of our animals. There is never a worry as to the quality of their care. They even brought in our groceries the other day and put perishables in the fridge. Absolutely amazing service, highly recommend!

Called Nana's Pet Sitting in mid July to schedule a pet sitter for our two cats for Labor Day weekend; left a voice mail message. Five days later, no one had called me back, so I tried again, on a Monday. This time I spoke to the owner, Linda. She sounded rushed and tired. She said that she had just hired three new sitters, but was still very understaffed, and also said that she had been working 12-16 hours a day to keep the business afloat. She said that my name was on her desk to be called back later that day, or the next day. At the end of the conversation she said "If I don't call you back by Thursday, call again." I am not about to chase someone down to get their business. I went with the next business on my list, called Pampered Paws. This time I got a friendly owner who drove out to my house for a free consult and to meet our cats. I would not recommend Nana's unless the owner gets her act together in the future and follows up with potential customers.

I've used Happy Hounds twice a week for the last several months and had my Boomer stay with Holly for a week. I'd give them 10 stars if I could! Very dependable & very loving! Never worry about a no-show or that my baby wouldn't be well cared for plus Boomer loves them! Highly recommend!!

I just moved to the Charlotte area and had to go out of town for a wedding. I contacted Happy Hounds regarding a meet and greet. From the first message, Holly was amazing. She was very prompt in responding and took the time to meet with us to see if home-style boarding would work. The online portal made it very easy to schedule, communicate and pay for the services. When I picked up my dog, he was very happy and I could tell he had the best time :) Huge peace of mind knowing that my dog is in great hands! All around a wonderful, stress-free experience. What an amazing discovery finding Happy Hounds has been! Such a relief to find an alternative to boarding and kennels. Happy Hounds is the best boarding option for me in the Charlotte area! I have been in-home boarding with Holly for several years. I could not recommend Happy Hounds highly enough. Your dogs are treated like family, and the communication is wonderful; I always am reassured and reminded that my senior dog is having fun and being an angel. I will be using them for dog walks in the future, too!

We had a wonderful experience with this service! We left our dog with Holly during a week-long trip out of town. He normally has some anxiety issues so boarding him was not an option for us. For the same price we were able to leave him with a passionate, caring dog lover in a home-like environment who treated him like family. We got lots of reassuring photos and updates while we were gone and Brownie was very happy! We will definitely use Happy Hounds again and again!

Happy Hounds is amazing! Happy Hounds is the first pet sitting we’ve used and they completely exceeded our expectations. One of our dogs is blind and Holly was super comfortable with her. When we came to pick our dogs up, they were happy to see us but not happy to leave! Highly recommend!

Absolutely love this service! We got an 8 week old puppy which we were completely unprepared for in regards to potty training and needing multiple walks per day. Needless to say when Monday morning came around I panicked. Holly was so accommodating on such short notice. She came over to meet my baby free of charge and was able to give me multiple options for us to choose from in order to best meet our needs. Our little one requires 2 and sometimes 3 walks per day, our schedule may very week to week and this has been no problem at all for a very reasonable price. Our puppy is always calm (as a puppy can be) and happy when we get home. Holly pays such great attention to our baby and has been great in reinforcing all of her training needs. I get wonderful text messages and pictures that help reassure me that she is doing well and she always looks so excited to be out with Holly. Happy Hounds is a caring attentive service for your pets needs and is extremely reliable and affordable .

Happy Hounds is the BEST. Holly cares for my dog 4 times a week while I am at work. This has been so helpful for me because not only does Holly walk her and let her out, she is also super flexible and caring. She can give my dog treats and chew toys that I only want her to have for half the day, leave her in or out of her crate, etc. Holly sends me a status update and picture every day, which I love getting! She's also really been there for us in a pinch when I unexpectedly need a last-minute walk and has even cleaned up puppy accidents a couple of times... My dog also home boarded with Holly over a long weekend. She was so well-cared for and it was so easy for me because Holly picked her up and dropped her off for me. The prices are also the cheapest I have seen in Charlotte. I didn't think I would be able to afford a dog walker but Happy Hounds has been tremendously valuable to me (and cheap)!

I've used a few different pet-sitting services over the years and Happy Hounds is by far the best! Holly is amazing. Not only does she take excellent care of my dog, but she's respectful of my home as well. She brings in the mail and trash bins; knows how to work my alarm system; will turn lights on and off and will even spend the night when I have to go out of town for work. She is responsive to new sitting requests and always sends an update (and picture!) via text when she's at my house. Best of all, she loves what she does and it shows! Her human clients and her pet clients love her equally as well!

This place is horrible! Dogs out in heat it was 80 degrees and dogs outside with no air-conditioning. Lots of poeple around and pestering and bothering the dogs. All the dogs looked very sad and hot.

Fluffs of Luv is the best company to trust with your animals! They don’t employ independent contractors, they are a true all encompassing pet sitting business. I have used this company for years and never had a single issue. Complete peace of mind. I moved to a location that I didn’t think they’d cover and tried another company that has independent contractors. Rhymes with Dover. The person had locked themselves out of my home on day one. They had accidentally changed the code on the lockbox - because this place employed independent contractors, they would do nothing to help me and said it was between me and the person I hired. My animals went without care for four days in a row. This would never happen with Fluffs of Luv because they care about the service they are providing and work to rectify the issues. You and your pets are not alone and neither is your sitter. If they become ill or can’t sit for your animals - a new replacement sitter will be found. I can’t say enough good things about this company!

We used Fluffs of Luv for the first time this past week. We had never left our sweet dog, Blue with sitters before and we were very nervous. I could not be more pleased with the entire experience. Felicia is exceptional-she came out for our consultation and Blue immediately loved her. The journal updates and pictures were great. They are very punctual. Bri and Melody were also great with Blue as well. Fluffs of Luv genuinely cares about making your animals feel loved. I cannot recommend Fluffs of Luv enough. We will definitely be using them again.

She took great care of our baby. She sent me pictures and logs of everyday care and we were so relieved on our vacation. I visited their cat boarding facility and loved that as well. Best in Charlotte by far. I have used Fluffs of Luv since 2012. I relocated in 2016, so I stopped using them, but I moved back this year, and resumed services. My my past dog walkers with Fluffs have been great, but my current one- Linda, is amazing. They have all been very professional, and they truly care for my dog. I give extra recognition to Linda because my dog (Lucy) is now a senior. Linda goes out of her way to be extra patient and loving to Lucy, and that means a lot to me. I have referred other friends to Fluffs of Luv who have all reported positive experiences as well.

You can’t put a price tag on peace of mind and that is exactly what I have when fluffs of luv is taking care of my fur babies. I have been using this local company since moving to Charlotte and they are FANTASTIC I would never use nor trust anyone else after my experience with them. They are not only reliable and responsive when you need them but they are in communication with you via text and pictures the entire time you may be traveling or away. My husband and I moved down to the Charlotte area last year not knowing anyone. We are avid travelers and needed to find someone trustworthy to watch our 2 cats while we went on sporadic trips. Fluffs of Luv has always delivered! We had an initial consultation to have a pet sitter over to our home to meet us & our fur babies. After that we made all of our appointments online through their very user friendly online portal. They have always been available every time we needed them. One trip, we received an email from our apartment complex stating they found a lost cat. Halfway across the country and anxious, I emailed Fluffs of Luv to make sure our 2 cats were safe at home. They investigated right away and ensured me our cats were safe and sound. I really appreciated their quick response so I could get back to enjoying my trip. I would recommend Fluffs of Luv to anyone!

We used Fluffs of Luv for our three cats for the first time last week, and it was fantastic not having to worry about them while we were away from home. Deanna took great care of them, and was in touch with us frequently. We also really enjoyed the notes that were left on how it was going each day, as we have two newer cats that haven't been exposed to visitors/guests before. Overall, we know that when we can start going out of town again, we won't have to worry about our cats and it's great.

We have used Fluffs of Luv several times since moving to Charlotte last summer. Their sitters are so dog friendly and we know when we leave them in their hands we can relax because they are taken care of properly. They leave detailed notes about their visits and also little notes about cute things they did. I love these notes and keep them all. We have had to make a couple of last minute trips and knew we could call them and have our pups taken care of. We have an old dog so his care is crucial. Fluffs of Luv takes excellent care of him even with all his problems. I would highly recommend this sitter for anyone who loves their pets and wants them to be well take care of when they are gone.

If we could give 0 stars, we would! A friend hired this "pet sitter" and after some bad gut feelings got a camera to find that that he left a 17 year old blind, liver/heart and KIDNEY compromised dog in an apartment for 15 hours without being able to potty. It takes her 5 minutes, if that!! If you love your fur babies, choose another company!

Wags N’ Kisses took the best care of our cat. John visited in advance to meet him and get all the details of his care. I felt totally comfortable and confident that our cat received friendly, competent and compassionate visits during our absence. Their professional online site is easy to use and makes communication simple. I will definitely use Wags N’ Kisses again.

John and Anna are amazing with our pups. We have a 12 year old and and 2 year old and they were so accommodating to both dogs needs while we were away in Florida visiting 4x daily. They send pics every visit. Our 12 yo even had an upset stomach and they didn’t let anything go unnoticed. Even did laundry to help clean up! We Highly recommend their services and will definitely be using again for our family vacations.

We recently moved to the Charlotte area and found Wags N Kisses! The owner, John, was amazing and was so sweet with our 10 year old pup. She took to him right away and we knew she was in great hands while we were out of town. He sent daily reports and pics of our girl. Look no further if you’re in need of a great pet sitter. I absolutely love this business and the humans who work it. When I have to be out of town, I trust them to care for my dogs. They always update me with photos showing how much fun my dogs are having while I’m gone. It’s hard to trust people to be in your home while you’re gone, but I’ve never been disappointed in Wags N’ Kisses.

We were very happy to find John & Anna of Wags & Kisses. We appreciated the details they collected on the initial forms as well as the in-person consultation to get to know us, our pups, & our home. We have one pup who needs a little extra time to adjust & some patience; Anna was great with her & helped us to feel comfortable while we were out of town. The updates Anna sent to us while we were gone were greatly appreciated. Anna also left a note recapping the visits & even checked in with us when she knew one of our pups was ill the following week. Both Anna and John expressed a desire to assist us in the future & we are grateful because we will most definitely use their services again very soon.

Anna and John are fantastic! I have a 2 year old Bichon and he loves staying with them. He's right at home. I love the doggy door and back yard. He gets regular exercise and plenty of playtime. I've used their service many times and never worry. John send pictures and text during he's stay. If your looking for a fantastic dog sitter I highly recommend them.

John & Anna have been amazing!! When we got our puppy, they would come during the day to give her potty breaks while she was potty training (over a year ago). They went above and beyond to take care of our sweet pup and we appreciate it so much! We haven't needed the day sitting in a long time but use W&K on occasion a few times per year when needed. They always send great pictures of your pet while you are away. Your pets are in excellent hands with W&K.

Amazing!! I cannot recommend Anna and John enough!! I would give them 10 stars if I could! We have used them twice now for our weekend trips to Maryland! They truly care about the animals they are caring for! One of our bulldogs doesn't do well in thunderstorms and she recommends all natural gel for her to take! I never would had known about that product if it weren't for her. They also started the girls sheets in the wash and were in the dryer waiting for us when we got home so they wouldn't run out of clean bedding!! Oh and I'm pretty sure they swept the house since both girls shed white hair and there was hardly any on the floors! I know if we ever have to go out of town they will love on our girls and take wonderful care of them as well as our home! They both provide pictures every time they come over which is awesome to see pictures of our girls! Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of our girls!! You are the only ones I will ever trust to watch them and our home while we are gone!!

Leaving my best friend Shadow Balloo for the weekend with a new daycare and groomer was a smooth and easy process. I was anxious so I went and checked out the facility a week before. The ladies were very accommodating. He came home a happy, clean, smelling great boy with an awesome hair cut. Other places have struggled with my playful pup. I am Sooo pleased with the results. I definitely will return. I could tell he loved it there as he loved on them before leaving. I will be returning.

If I could I would give this place 10 stars! I take my dog to day camp and the nice young lady up front is always super nice and all the dogs seem to love her, she always goes all out for holidays with my pup and the others with gifts, treats, and cute photos from parties. The staff is always welcoming and do a great job of cleaning and having the place not smell like dogs come in. My dog almost jumps out the window and that's a good sign to me! I've been to multiple dog facilities and seen some not so great things from the workers caring for the dogs but with Best Friends I know I can take a huge breathe of relief !

The folks at Best Friends are great. The grooming is always top notch and Bentley my Schnauzer loves coming here and they love him. I would highly recommend them for your pet needs

Gus loves it here. I never take him anywhere else. The staff all know him and shower him with adoration and professionalism. Their groomers are top notch as well as affordable. I especially like that it’s all indoors and climate controlled; the Mom in me never has to worry.

I brought my puppy in for his first little hair trim! Chasedy did an amazing job with my little guy. The front desk staff were so welcoming and kind too. Overall very happy with the service.

Best Friends has been the best thing for my dog! The groomer Chasedy is so AMAZING at her job I've been to many grooming facilities and they've always messed up his cut he was always nervous at his grooming appointments but with Chasedy he gets so excited for his appointment. The assistant manager Arianna is always so kind and provides him with lots of attention and care, my dog loves her! The new manager Quinten has made the atmosphere so welcoming when walking in. The staff is all in all the best I have experienced. My dog also gets to go play all day unlike pet paradise and barker lounge and not so many dogs like camp bow wow with one person seeming like my dog isn't really safe and can't be looked after properly

Like so many dog moms, my pup is my 4 legged baby. I wanted to make sure to find her a safe and reliable place for her to spend time during my workdays. Gilly always has so much fun when she stays here. I can rely on her being not only safe, but well taken care of, kept clean and fed, taken out for playtime, and pampered when she visits. Chasedy, Gilly's groomer extraordinaire, absolutely spoils her! Arianna and Quinten, thank you both for running such a smooth ship, you guys really are the BEST!!! Highly recommend, 10 stars!!!! PS...they must be under new management, because I have NEVER had any issues like some of the reviews left many years ago. They are awesome!

Terrible service. Dog boarded two nights and was to have been bathed before I picked him up . Brought him to me and was obvious he had not been bathed. I brought it to attention of office staff. They were extremely rude, did not believe me. Will never go back. We live a mile away and was very convenient. Now we drive to Fort Mill- much better service. I don’t see how they are still in business.

I have been bringing my fur baby here for almost 7 years. Day camps, boarding and grooming. I have closer places, but the amount of excitement Charlee shows when she sees her people and the fact that she runs right to the playroom door is all I need to know. They're all very kind, and I can tell they are all loving dog people. So A+++ from me!

I boarded my dog Koda here over the weekend and she had a blast!!!! She made lots of friends and seeing her so happy in the pictures made me feel loads better knowing she wasn’t sad and alone. They even gave her an exit bath when I picked her up which was such a nice surprise!!! She smelled great and it was nice to not have to do it after a long day of traveling. They are also super fair in pricing and we will 100% be back for any boarding, day care, training or grooming needs!

I have 2 dogs and 2 cats. I have used Ashley and Abbie regularly for walking my dogs as well as check in on my kitties. They are wonderful to work with. Very dependable- they have never missed an appointment. I know they have a busy schedule but will do their best to fit you in for a last minute visit. Recently, I was home recovering from surgery and I got a chance to observe my pets when they Abbie or Ashley arrive to take them for a walk…. My dogs get so excited to see them. You can tell that they genuinely care about animals. Also, they take the best photos of my fur babies!!

The owners of Animal People Dog Boarding & Day Care (Aaron and Ashley Babaa) know what they are doing. Both are epic dog lovers and will care for your dog just as it were their own. This venture is born out of their equal passion to care for and board dogs in a dignified manner. Beautiful clean facility with new state of the art kennels to keep your dogs. This place WAS great and has been fantastic! I was going there for almost two years now. It's 45 min for me and has been well worth it! Both my dogs have come a long way and can't wait to see how much further they progress. 😊 However, the owner has abandoned this to move onto something else and it is under new management that has been a dissapoinment and changed what they have said so I will no longer be back there and will find something else. Therefore, I no longer suggest this facility.

Dog School Charlotte provides excellent training for pup and human! We are very pleased with our progress. We were having significant problems with our rescue. Dog School Charlotte folks are professional, courteous, extremely responsive and always on time! We are looking forward to continuing our advanced obedience & group training with them! Highly recommend!!

We love Animal People! Our pup is always excited to go and tuckered out when she gets home. If anyone is going to take care of our floof, they need to be animal people, just like us! Affordable care by folks that love our pup like just like we do!

Ashley and Aaron offer a warm and welcoming home away from home for your fur babies. The facility is kept clean and well organized and the dogs have plenty of indoor and outdoor space to run and play. I love that they send pupdates to the owners to let them know how their fur baby is doing. I have complete confidence recommending them to anyone!

Simply the best! We can’t recommend Animal People enough. Our pup spent two weeks with their team, and she had the best time. We got regular updates and photos throughout her stay. It’s very evident everyone on the Animal People team truly care for each pet in their care.

My sweet boy, Baire, LOVES coming here! He is so excited that he jumps out the car 😂 I know that he is in great hands because of how he reacts when he gets dropped off. Everyone here is so nice and I can tell that they love what they do and take care of all the fur babies as if they were their own. I appreciate all the care and service given toward me and my dog. The prices are reasonable and includes daycare with boarding- I appreciate this so much because I would have to pay separately for this at other places. Thank you so much Animal People!!

We needed to find a Doggy Daycare place for our babies that wasn’t like ones that you hear stories about all day play, no rest time, & 10+ dogs with 1 employee. We were looking for a place with rest, enrichment, but a fun environment! Our girls are more on the shy side with other dogs and get overwhelmed, so it was tough finding a place that offers one on one with stimulation. We live an apartment so it was important for us to get them out of the house often! Since the first day, we loved this facility. During the assessment, they called us and let us know how they were doing and that they were resting. Ever since, we’ve been a couple times and our pups demeanor has changed for the better! They are more stimulated and rest from how much fun they have. They get excited when they get in the car and when we pull in the parking lot. The staff ALWAYS greets us and tells us how their day went. We love this place and could not recommend it enough to anyone especially for people with dogs who aren’t as social like ours!

I just started taking my dog brandy here and she seems to love it!! I was a little worried because she is super smart which also makes her a little nervous and stubborn. After her eval, the staff mentioned specific traits about her that they noticed which made me feel like they really payed attention to her. Brandy is my literal baby and I really trust the staff at social pet. The report cards are nice and the pictures are amazing. I am so happy i found a daycare that Brandy immediately likes and I can’t wait to see her develop more in their care!!

Toby loves Social Pet! He is super shy and anxious but over time we have seen his demeanor change around other people and animals in the best way! He is building so much confidence with Social Pet and we are so grateful we started taking him. The level of attention from the Social Pet team is unmatched, I love getting his Daily Report Cards and seeing how his day went!

So easy to book, drop off, and watch your pup play online. I do wish the camera quality were better, but I love the staff's daily photos! They seem to really care about the dogs and actually give them attention. My little Lincoln was nervous on his first day but much more comfortable on his second!

Our dog loved their time here! The staff connected with me prior to our pups first visit to walk me through their process which was very helpful so we knew what to expect. Our pup was so happy when he came home and the small group play is a perfect fit! The portal is also very easy to use, book, and see progress reports.

I recently took my pup to Social Pet for the first time, and I couldn’t be happier with the grooming experience! After moving to the area, I was a little nervous about finding the right place, but the staff here immediately put me at ease. They were incredibly attentive and kind, treating my dog with so much care. The grooming itself was flawless—they did an amazing job with the cut and paid extra attention to keep my dog’s beautiful eyelashes intact, which I really appreciated! I highly recommend this place to any pet parent looking for a groomer who genuinely cares about their work and the animals they care for. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We felt so relieved seeing the daily report card and pictures of our girl enjoying her time and friends. She cries when we leave her but seeing her playing and enjoying other pups eases our hearts. We had Ava groomed before we picked her up and she looked so beautiful! She was glad to be home! But like a fly on the wall I now know she enjoyed her time at social pet.

My pup Smokey had the best time ever there! We boarded him for 3 nights and he was well taken care of. Slept like a baby when he got home, no doubt dreaming of his wonderful adventures.

This place is special thanks to amazing staff. I've got a rescue with significant anxiety/trust issues and they have been amazing with him! Shortly after I adopted Friday and before I knew about Social Pet in Pineville I took him to a different place and he had a really bad experience so I was really nervous about bringing him anywhere after that. Social Pet was recommended to me and I figured "Well, Friday is going to need somewhere to stay when I have to travel so I might as well give it a shot." I think I was just as nervous as he was when we initially went there but the staff was SO good with him and so good at explaining their philosophy to me and just reassuring me that Friday would be taken care of. This guy means the world to me and I cannot express how thankful and appreciative I am of the staff here. You guys are awesome and knowing there is a place that I can take Friday where he'll be happy and safe and treated well means more to me than you guys can possibly know.

I have been nothing but satisfied with my services since I started using Pet Sitters of Charlotte. They insisted I do a face to face interview with my pet-sitter prior to beginning, which made a lot of sense to me. She was very nice when we met, and each interaction with her has been amazing. She sends me texts to keep me updated on my pets when I'm away on business trips, and hand written notes on my kitchen table. The administrative team have always been incredibly responsive, helpful and accommodating as well. I receive my invoices, and company updates, although they do not overwhelm my inbox. I highly recommend Pet Sitters of Charlotte to anyone looking for basic check-ins and over nights. Me and my cats are very satisfied customers.

Outstanding Service! We've been using them for 4 years to care for our blind dog and they always place her with a caring sitter. We receive accurate invoices and reports on our pet's status. While we are away, the caretakers send pics and texts which make us feel at ease. Big fans!

AVOID THIS PET SITTING SERVICE!!!!!! I paid to have my cat checked on for 7 days and the sitter only came for 3 of the days. Visits lasted between 3 and 6 minutes – not the 15-20 minutes I paid for. I only know this because my home security system keeps a record of every time someone enters and exits. I suspect this is a common practice but unfortunately most customers don't know that their pet is being neglected because their homes don't have the technology. If you want to pay money to have your pet neglected this might be a good service for you. If you want a good sitter look elsewhere.

Pet Sitters have been taking care of our dogs for years now when we travel & they have always been very reliable. We really appreciate the quick updates & open line of communication they keep . Kalin is very good with the dogs & they really enjoy her visits.
