So far met with owners and set up dates to kennel our dogs. They gave us a tour and visited with us. Nice folks and nice facility. Also very reasonable.

Very good place to let your furry baby's stay. They took great care of our babies.

My mom and I found Bunny {and her Pet Haven away from home} last summer. You won't find a better place to board your pets. Due to health issues we have used this facility many times over the past six months. I never worry about my dogs, or my mom's dogs. Bunny is the original dog whisperer. She will treat your pet like he/she is her own. Wish I could give this more than five stars! Thanks Bunny for all you do for us dog lovers everywhere.

The owners are very friendly and kind. They take good care of our dog. The prices are very reasonable.

We dropped off our furry children for a weekend and we picked them up with smiles and wagging tails. They then slept all the way home. The owners and staff were friendly and cared about all the dogs being kept. They have very affordable pricing and would recommend them if you're looking for a place in this area.

This has to be the BEST kennel around. You can sense the genuine care and sincerity from Bunny and Jim the moment you speak with them. I received daily videos of my boy and could see he was so happy and actually having fun. Bunny and Jim were happy to fulfill the special requests I had for my boy while I was away. They genuinely love these animals and it shows. This kennel is located on their personal property not far from their home so they are ALWAYS knowledgeable of what is going on at the Kennel. Although I have been pleased with my past kennel, belly rubs and Biscuts will now be Jacks home away from home! Thank you so much Bunny, Jim and family for taking such amazing care of my boy while I was away 💖💗.

This place is the absolute worse! I went in with my bunny and the owner proceeded to cook him right in front of me! I started yelling and pleading for him to stop and that’s when he ran up and dropped kicked me! Before hitting the floor I hit the wall where a picture frame fell and 1,000 roaches went scattering everywhere! As if that wasn’t bad enough I went to exit without my fur baby and he then set my car on fire. I will not be back😒

All Star Service, the owners are great people. The place is clean and all dogs are in separate spaces, there kennels are sanitized between every animal. Highly recommended.

Our puppy enjoyed his stay. Owner was very nice, her place was clean and well taken care of. I felt like I was at home. Will definitely return when we are back in town.

I had to recommend a client a boarding facility for her dog. Bunny was wonderful and accommodated this pup with special needs. The dog had impeccable care. I have now recommended this facility to many other clients!

This facility is truly the best. We used to board at a different place in Cookeville and 90% of the time our 3 dogs would end up getting kennel cough even though they're up to date on everything. They restructured their charge rates as well so we started asking around and tried K9. It as been wonderful, we've boarded multiple times over the last few months and our dogs really love it there. The huge yards, the play time, the clean space, and the photo roll all make me love boarding here. They also have discounts for extended stays which can make a huge difference.

Excellent boarding and grooming for your companion pets! Where to begin as Cookeville K9 are part of our family after so many years of boarding and grooming exclusively with them. In the past, they have successfully cared for our four dogs even as they aged and became a bit high maintenance, and one was a resource guarder. They have boarded our foster pups also when we traveled, including one who disliked other pups. We currently have one dog and she is treated like a princess at “camp”. She met a fellow boarder in the fall of 2021 & they fell in love-how meet cute is that!?! Well, this past January the owner and staff arranged a “pup-posal” along with the gentlemanly dog’s family. Some staff even came in from their day off to attend. To say our dog is loved by Cookeville K9 is an understatement. And they love every dog that much. We trust owner, Shannon, and her staff completely. Shannon is one of two people outside of our vet staff that I trust fully to care for our Redbird in our absence. The second being her trainer, Jess with Take Flight. We traveled to London recently and dropped Redbird at camp for a stay and a 3rd birthday celebration. A few days into the stay Redbird developed gi upset. The birthday celebration was put on hold. Shannon immediately contacted us and kept us up-to-date daily. She also immediately took action to help our pup feel better as quickly as possible. When Redbird had not improved within a few days, Shannon let us know she was heading to the vet for meds to help Redbird recover quicker. We were over 4,000 miles away but we knew Redbird was safe and cared for in extremely competent hands. Shannon and her staff were fantastic caring for Redbird and keeping us fully updated. Redbird is improving and back at home, and Shannon is still checking in on her. And I should mention that their groomers are not only skilled but patient and caring when it comes to grooming. They will not force a dog beyond threshold or force them to be uncomfortable for the sake of a groom. We cannot recommend Cookeville K9 enough.

I have been boarding my dog, Kyle, here for about 2 years and I honestly couldn't imagine a better place to take my baby or better people to trust him with. He's stayed as short as 1 night and as long as 6 nights and is always happy and healthy when I pick him up. The price is more than fair and I love that they give you the option of adding extras, my dog is very energetic so I always opt for extra play time and walks and of course the frozen treats... and can we talk about the pictures (professional quality for sure) that they give you access to on Facebook to download, print or whatever. Thank you Shannon and the rest of the K9-n-friends staff for always being so awesome to Kyle. I highly recommend them

Our dogs had a great time and the staff took wonderful care of them! We were gone for 8 days, 9 hours away, and left our dogs in capable hands! We will definitely be boarding here next time for sure! Super friendly and clean! Discount on 2 dogs!

We dropped our grand dog Cinco off for 4 days, everyday they text me , I got to see him playing, they sent videos. He was a bit anxious but they done everything they could to get him to relax & he had a great time! This will definitely be our go to from now on! Thanks for going that extra mile…

Wonderful! I was nervous about where to board my pup Daisy because she’s very high energy and dog reactive. But she was so well taken care of - and I knew that for sure because pictures were posted everyday on the K9 n Friends Facebook page! Such a blessing! Daisy will absolutely be back!

My Sasha had a blast! I was afraid she wouldn't want to leave, lol. The staff was great. I loved the way they interacted with the fur babies. I will definitely use them again!

We boarded our boys for the first time ever and I was a bit nervous, but Shannon and Cookeville K9-n-Friends took such good care of them! They posted pictures on Facebook every day, and you could tell they were having a lot of fun. We will definitely be using them in the future - I highly recommend them!

Excellent facility! Dropping my pup off is like dropping off one of my human kids. Shannon met us outside and offered to help carry my dog's things and just chatted while he sniffed around. She and the other person working the front desk were incredibly welcoming and answered all of my "it's our first time" questions. My dog went back with Shannon with no issues. The facility was clean and tidy. Private also from passing traffic! Pickup was easy and my dog honestly seemed a little reluctant to leave. :-) We got to see photos daily of his activity and knew he was having fun while we were away. We will use Cookeville K9 n Friends again and highly recommend them to others! They love your pet as though it's their own!

Our Rocco has been there a couple of times and loves it. When checking in on him he is eating and doing great. Also highly recommend and love the grooming job. Looked and smelled awesome when we picked him up.

I recently boarded my pet at Copyright Pet Resort, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The staff is incredibly attentive and caring, making sure every animal feels comfortable and loved. Hayley was very kind and helpful. She is absolutely amazing at what she does. This was the first time leaving my pup anywhere and I have to admit I was a bit nervous to do so, but the staff made me feel comfortable with verbal updates as well as pictures. Toby came home smelling good as they gave him a bath before I picked him up. Thanks we will be back

I’ve been with them twice now. Once through Thanksgiving and the second for Christmas. During Thanksgiving, my dog was boarded there for a few days and she had the homestyle which allows them to be free with all the other dogs throughout the day. There were no issues whatsoever, and Hailey was really great and sweet to my dog. However for this Christmas, my dog went through the homestyle again however, I have a family friend who works there and lets me see her and my dog was limping and she had marks under her stomach and on her chest. Usually they are supposed to call you to let you know if something ever happens to your dog. No one ever did. The next day, the family friend told me that he came in and saw that she was in a kennel in the play yard and when he asked, Rhoda said she was “too much” but never specified anything more and didn’t mention anything on why she was “too much” and the markings. Again, no one even attempted to call or text me to let me know why my dog was in the kennel when I pay for a home style. Usually this place is good. However, this last encounter has made me completely change about going here. When he told me that I came in early and picked her up. When I picked her up, they never even said anything to me about her markings or that she was even in a kennel. The only reason that I know is because my family friend told me and you can clearly see it as well. I am extremely disappointed, and I suggest not to go here. The only thing that I can honestly say about this place is they will work with you about scheduling dates and that if you need to change your date, they will gladly do it. However, I do not trust them with my dog anymore. Rhoda was extremely rude. When I first came in to go drop off my dog. She seemed annoyed from me being there it seems like she was in a hurry to get me out and take my dog back. She was also somewhat too much when she was trying to weigh my dog. My dog was going against her because she was pulling on her collar, so I jumped in to move my dog for her because I didn’t want her dragging my dog by her collar to get her weighed when we first got there. the only employee there that is genuinely a good person and good with animals is Hailey. This girl does not deserve to go down with this place. I’m fully aware that dogs will rough play with each other, and I do not suspect foul play with the employees. However, if my dog had an encounter with another dog and was hurt, I should be notified instead of my dog being locked in a kennel and me having to figure out from a family friend. I don’t know how long or how many times my dog was in a kennel, but I do know that I paid full price and homestyle and I didn’t fight because I just wanted to get out of there with my dog. The family friend doesn’t work with the dogs, he just cleans the place so he’s maintenance, oh btw the family friend was fired too the day I picked her up. So let that tell you something.

Communication at this facility is completely off! Our dog had her first half day on 7/31. I filled out all of her required paperwork and when I came back to pick her up they said she did great and would be a good fit and recommended that she come for full days moving forward. I called back on 8/7 to ask if she could come for her first full day on 8/8 and they said they had a spot for her and we could bring her in. My husband dropped her off on his way to work and they made him fill out all of the exact same paperwork I had already filled out the week prior, making him very close to running late for work. They also told him she could only stay a half day, and then called him back and told him there was a miscommunication and she could stay the whole day. I called this morning, 8/12, to see if they could squeeze her in for the day. Firstly, I apologized to them because I knew I was supposed to call on Friday to secure a spot for her, but when I got up this morning my schedule had completely changed for the entire week so I was just calling to see if there was any chance they had a spot for her today and if not I completely understood because it was my fault anyways. The person I spoke to reiterated that I was supposed to call Friday, even after I told them I was already aware and had apologized. I even told them I completely understood if there wasn’t a spot for her and was very kind about it. The person then brought up our dog’s behavior issues from the previous week. None of those issues were brought to our attention when I picked up our dog on 8/8, and instead they were brought to our attention when I called this morning to try to bring her back. Due to the lack of communication not once, but twice at this facility, I’ll be making sure my friends and family are aware of our experience and we will happily search elsewhere for daycare 😁

Took my dogs here for boarding and grooming and have to say this is the best business in cookeville! Prices are great compared to other places (I’m from Chattanooga) and the dogs were well loved! I will certainly be bringing them again when in town!

Extremely disappointed! I had my two golden retrievers boarded here for 5 days. When I called to make the appointment I specifically asked to have my dogs kept together because one of my dogs has really bad anxiety. The day we were supposed to pick the dogs up we got a call from the boarding place stating we should pick them up soon because one of the dogs (the anxious one) had pretty bad blood in his stool and we should take him to a vet. Apparently he had been having that problem for 2 days already and it was the first time anyone was telling us about it. Upon picking them up they mentioned it could be due to how anxious he was. They also mentioned how our dogs were boarded separately, after we mentioned numerous times we wanted them boarded together to alleviate as much stress as possible. They couldn’t explain to us why they intentionally went against what we had requested and agreed upon. Needless to say I will never board my dogs here again.

Always have a great experience with the staff here. They are friendly and knowledgeable about my cats. They keep me updated when I ask and have very reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

I bring my 3 big babies here every time I need to leave town, which has been a lot in the last 2 years. They are so accommodating when I've had emergencies too. My 3 boys are blood brothers but one doesn't get along with the other two, although they love each other dearly, so they are in runs right next to each other. I feel confident leaving the boys with them and also pay for a few extra services they offer, so they get some one-on-one petting time as well.

This is my little beagles home away from home… She gets to play with all the other doggies six hours a day, they elevate their beds so that they do not get wet, they even play music for them when they leave at night❤️ I no longer take her anywhere else when I have to travel!

My pups Moet and Cashmere love these people. I have been using the daycare for a few months. They are so excited to get there and are exhausted when I pick them up. They are well cared for and loved. So thankful to have found this place for them.

I could not have higher praise for this home away from home for our fur babies.. Last week we boarded our two dogs with them. We have used them since we moved here two years ago and have been very pleased. One of our dogs was young and the other almost 15 years old. She had had problems recently getting up and down and had recently had a seizure. We were praying she would be ok until we got home. Unfortunately Shortly after we left she had another seizure and was in bad shape. The girls on duty called their manager who was on her day off. She immediately went to the facility, assessed the situation and took our sweet McKenzie to our vet. Our poor baby needed to be put to sleep in order to stop her suffering. They were so sympathetic and did everything they could to make the situation as easy for us as possible. Victoria called us numerous times as well as Best Friends Veterinary Clinic. Also our other little dog was confused and upset when McKenzie was taken away. They gave him lots of love and extra attention. They were all amazing! It was very difficult being away when this happened but they took care of everything so efficiently. The owner of Bed and Biscuit contacted us himself and offered his condolences and any services we might need. Justin was so upset for our loss. They are very caring and accommodating. We are forever grateful for everything they did and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good caring place to leave your pets when necessary. Our dear friend takes his border collie to this spot and couldn't say enough great things about Bed & Biscuits (which is the cutest name ever!) Recently we needed a place for our fur-baby Boogie and we called on short notice but they told us he was most welcome! We were anxious as it was our Boogie's first time away from home and us_ He literally had to be coaxed inside upon arrival. They took immediate action with him; gentle and loving. As we returned to scoop him up and take him home, we literally had to coax him OUT their door. They fell in love with our 'Boogie' and vice-versa. He had a blast there and adored the attention he received from the phenomenal team at Bed & Biscuits alike! We would pay it forward as our friend did for us_ This is the perfect spot for your fur babies when they need love, care, and a temporary home away from home. Very affordable and easy forms to fill out. We highly reccomend this wonderful spot and we give it (5) paws up 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾 Thank you guys_ especially to Cathy & Jessica! Our dogs have been going to Bed & Biscuit for 5 years. Never a worry when we are away they take great care of them. They are always happy when we pick them up but the are happy when they go there too. Would recommend them to anyone! Great people who care about our dogs. Jessica also grooms our dogs and she is excellent. Takes great care in making sure they look their best.

We take our Nugget to Bed and Biscuit every chance we get!! He loves it there and we feel good about leaving him there. The grooming service and kennel service is great. The workers are all nice and knowledgeable.

OUTSTANDING KENNEL! Our exuberant 18 month old Weimaraner was boarded there from 10/26/13-11/2/13. Extremely kind and friendly group of care givers. We took her out 3 times for several hours while there and had a great time. Returned, they fed her. In the past, she hasn't always eaten her food out of anxiety separation but she wolfed it down and was happy to be there. I believe this kennel's approach actually would lure pet owners to the area because they make you feel very comfortable about leaving your pet. It is a very clean, attractive facility. Everyone is kind to the animals. Returning on night close to closing, we opened up the back and the dog jumped out and ran right to the front door where a caregiver came out to greet her. They also charge a flat fee...and don't knit pick you with extra charges for this or that. We asked for her nails to be trimmed and they charged $7 for that but we have paid $15 for that service at other kennels. Highly recommend this kennel. Bill, who owns it, has been doing this for years and still is fresh and loves his work. THAT is evident!!! As a result, he almost always has 50 dogs there.

We've used this kennel many times over the last several years and I can honestly say something must have happened. What we thought of as a safe place to board our little Chihuahua had become a near-death zone. We will not be taking him back. It took us ten days to get our little guy healthy again after the last visit.

Visiting Fairfield Glade and brought the family dog with us, even though the resort did not allow dogs. I took her to Bed and Biscuit. Reasonable price to board the dog, appears to have been cared for. The staff was very friendly and answered any questions or concerns.

Wasn't too sure about leaving my dog with someone for the first time. After meet and greet I was reassured everything was fine. Huge fenced in back yard freedom to play inside or out.. Daily pics on how he was doing... All the Belly rubs 😍.. I definitely will bring him back again.. She doesn't cage or have alot of other dogs at one time. Your baby will be pampered . Just bring thier treats, food& bed.. Don't forget their favorite toys!! A hidden gem .. THANKS ❤️ 😊

Desiree & Ron are Crossville’s ‘best kept secret’ when it comes to pet-sitting. We left the required meet-n-greet appointment feeling very good about our Goldendoodle’s upcoming stay. Desiree is very hands-on and immediately treated our pup like he was one of her own. She asks all the right questions that lets you know she truly wants your pet to feel at home -away from home. They have a perfect indoor & outdoor environment also - very secure! And nothing sets your mind at ease like getting daily (text/vid) updates on your pe while you’re away. We were so appreciative that Desiree included that as part of her service. Bottom line- they are excellent at what they do and we absolutely plan to use them again.

Desiree and Ron are truly a blessing. Finding the right people to care for your pets can be a huge challenge, especially when you're new to an area. We recently needed a sitter for our dog and I contacted Desiree. I'm so glad I did!!! We discussed their services and our dog's needs & routine. Then I took our dog to Desiree and Ron's house for a meet & greet. They're so welcoming and their house feels like home. I left the meet & greet knowing Max would be comfortable and cared for with them. I was right. Max spent a weekend with them recently. Desiree sent pictures & updates each day we were away. It was very comforting and appreciated. We will definitely call Tails and Trails whenever we need a sitter for Max in the future and I'd recommend them to anyone needing pet care services.

Desiree and Ron kept our four babies for 18 days while we were on a long holiday. Up until this point, our only option for dog care was to put them in a kennel, so we were very excited to find someone who would keep them in their home. During our away time, we received many photos and videos of the dogs from Desiree. This was SO comforting, because we could see that they were comfortable and happy without us. When we returned and picked them up, it was clear that they'd been very well cared for, and were happy dogs (in fact, my oldest considered just staying there!). We cannot say enough good about the set up Desiree and Ron have, and their care of our babies. Thank you guys!!

This was our first time leaving our young cat Daisy in someone else's care and we were so nervous. But Desiree was amazing. She made us feel like she would take care of our cat as if she was her own and she did! Having moved to Tennessee recently, we didn't know anything about the pet sitters in the area. I researched several and was so happy to find the Tails and Trails site and read about the good care Desiree and Ron were providing. Desiree was very kind and loving, looking out for Daisy's comfort in any way possible. She even went the extra mile to make Daisy as calm as possible in anticipation of the July 4 fireworks. She was very considerate of our kitty, our house, and our need for communication, especially given our worried parent status. We would use Tails and Trails again and highly recommend them without hesitation!

I have had the pleasure communicating and meeting Desiree and Ron. We recently moved to TN and needed a dog sitter in our home for our 12 year old Bassett hound, Bentley. He is a nervous and anxious puppy dog and meeting Desiree for our meet and greet in our home, my husband and I just loved her. We both felt at ease and very comfortable with her and Ron staying in our home. She was so responsive with her communication and sent us lots of pictures and videos. Bentley was always wagging his tail and loved his walks with her even out in the rain. Thanks for taking of Bentley like he was your own! We would highly recommend Desiree and Ron for dog sitting services! We have already booked our next get away! :)

To go out of town, for my mom's memorial service and not have a worry in regards to my fur babies was so refreshing. Desiree and Amanda have a calming assurance, my pets felt very comfortable in their care. I highly recommend their service. The overnight stays kept my Mazie & Kitty in their own home environment. Amanda was extremely attentive to our two yellow labs. While away on our trip we received numerous pictures of our girls having a great time with her. We did have an issue with our older lab not eating (which is common while we are away) and Amanda phoned us several times. We appreciated her concern and well being for our dogs. We would highly recommend Amanda or Desiree for your pet sitting needs.

We needed someone to take care of our cats for 5 days. Amanda came to our house twice a day to love, feed, change the litter box, etc. Our cats were well-adjusted when we got back- they didn't turn their backs on us or act as if they needed extra attention :) Both Desiree and Amanda are professional, accommodating, and promptly return phone calls/texts. We definitely plan on using Tails and Trails again!

Wow! Are we glad we discovered Desiree and Ron!! They welcomed our timid rescue dog into their home and she was really happy during her stay with these lovely people. Since she was so timid we used their daycare services for a few times and when I picked her up she was not stressed at all. What a blessing to not have to worry about our dog when we are out of town!!

I’m new to the area and this place was recommended to me by several people! I have a corgi who needs lots of exercise. We also used to live with other dogs and now we don’t so he was definitely missing having some dog time. Barnaby comes home tired and content. I can tell he loves it! Also, the price for daycare is very fair and they have a deal where you can buy ten visits for a reduced cost. Love it!

Best place around to get your doggies did up. Plus when you keep your animals on a good flee prevention program it will not get infested with fleas even if it gets around another animal that is infested with fleas. I've had hounds as long as I can remember and completion hunted for years. My dogs were around other dogs a lot every weekend most the time and my dogs were outside all the time and I never had any problems with fleas or ticks. It's in the type of treatment therapy that keeps your dog free of parasites, fleas and ticks. I will not disclose what I used on this page because I don't want to argue lol. Long story short get on a prevention schedule and you can take your furry friend anywhere without worry. The only person to blame is the owner if their animal is infested with fleas it can't be blamed on a business that's business is to provide services to animals like flea baths. Sorry for the rant but that lady does not have a clue. I hope this clarification will help your business and grow your clientele.

I normally don't leave bad reviews, but I have no choice. I brought my 10 pound Maltese in for a haircut (this is the first time we've been here) everything seemed nice, even her haircut was fine. But later that evening I noticed my dog scratching a lot(the 14th), and today (a day later, the 15th), I found fleas. I called immediately and they told me, and I quote- "two dogs came in BEFORE Blair and they were infested with fleas. We sprayed Blair in hopes it would prevent her from catching them." I'm sorry, you could've told us before we dropped our dog off that you had an infestation? This is incredibly unprofessional and overall disturbing that you wouldn't notify me just so I you wouldn't lose money. My husband and I are now covered in bites, and my poor dog is so uncomfortable. Update- here is the screenshot of the date, time, and how long the phone call was. I have no reason to lie about a small business, I gain nothing from this, just keep this in mind before you consider bringing your four legged family member to this establishment. ‍

I love just Poochy. They have taken care of my min pin great. I have gone to them since I got my dog Sofia. They even put me on the cancellation list and the next day they called me and got her in sooner.

I have been bringing all three of my dogs here for over a year. I have always had a wonderful experience! Just Poochy will make your dog look amazing and they're cage free! I won't take my dogs anywhere else!

They took great care of my dog and were so gentle. I'm especially happy because the last place I took him for grooming cut him so bad he had to have stitches.

I started training my dog Cajun with Anna at Wildcard K9 in 2021 when Cajun was 4 months old. Best training obedience ever and he has completed all his AKC tittles. We are now doing Nosework/Lost Items and having a great time. I have also boarded Cajun with her and he was extremely happy and plan to again soon. Whether you want to do one class or further your pups education in any field this is the training center for you!

This is the only place I would bring my four legged kids for training, daycare, boarding & special events (Frisbee & Diving)!!! Anna and her staff are very dedicated, knowledgeable and friendly (to the dogs and their humans). I highly recommend contacting Anna for any of your training or boarding needs!!!

We love Anna out at wildcard canine. She offers so much from training , to boarding , weekly pack walks , frisbee leagues , Nasda trials and so much more. I highly recommend her.

Anna is the best and most experienced trainer. Don't expect to have her train your dog. You're being trained. And she's the best! She can see the slightest body language in your dog and teaches you what she sees. Very knowledgeable. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I highly respect her!

Anna is a phenomenal trainer, and deserves more than 5 stars. This isn't a cookie cutter training program. Since every dog is different, they build the training around what your dog needs. Anna is knowledgeable, fair and honest. My dog was dealing with some intense behavior issues before we came to Anna. I now have a more balanced, confident and happy dog. As the handler, I'm also more confident and have learned so much from training. They offer a wide variety of group classes, boarding, and training for competitive sports. If you want the best for your dog, this is the place to.go.

Wildcard Canine trained our 18 month old lab for 19 days while we were on vacation, The training was worth every penny. Our Lab now has manners on a leash, will go to his place and stay, will drop toys without playing tug or keep away and just generally minds better. Wildcard Canine training is highly recommended.

We had the pleasure of meeting Anna over a year ago when we placed duck in her board and train. She did amazing work with Duck in learning to cap his energy, obey with only commands and stayed the loving sweet dog he is. Since then we have used wild card canine services any time we had to go out of town. They love and take care of our dogs just as if they are her own! I will never take them anywhere else and highly recommend them. I have a yellow lab and a Aussie doodle who love Anna and her staff. They have a passion for what they do and that speaks volumes !

Have had wonderful experiences with Anna. I will continue to bring my mischievous sheltie to her. Started Rally classes and my pup and I enjoy them. Her pack walks to some of the local parks in Crossville are fantastic. Then there’s the drop in classes on Tuesday mornings where any student of hers can participate. Great time to share experiences with other students of hers

Amazing place. Our dogs have gone there for training, day care and boarding and Anna, and her staff, have always been wonderful. They really care. Anna understands dogs, she is not just there to take your money but to help with everything dog wise. When we were introducing a new dog into the house she gave us some great advice on how to do without any trouble between the dog we already had and the new dog.

We LOVE Dog & Company!! My Aussie always has a fun filled day at day care and their boarding services are easy to schedule. I have no worries when my fur baby is with them!

I would give 3.5 if able. First time having our goldendoodle stay at a place where the dogs all run free together. Not sure if I love it yet.... :) Ours is a bit spoiled, so I think she would sleep and eat better while there if she had her own kennel at some points to go into. Nothing bad. just some personal concerns 😉 The team works with you and easy to book in any time crunches you may have! Bath was a request for my day of pick up since the weather has been so hot, she was bathe prior to my pick-up time! Love that she gets to interact and play on the outside playground with the other dogs! Hoping to increase review as we go!

Great place for boarding. Your dog gets to play with other dogs under supervision. All dogs are tested for temperament to make sure they will get along with the others before they are allowed to board there. I also like the fact that the communal play area is astroturf over concrete, so they can sanitize it to protect the dogs against parvo

We been coming here for at least 3 years, my pup gets so excited when I mention daycare. when we walk in, he is so excited to see all the staff, they have always been good to us. People have to understand when you first start daycare with a dog, It’s just like a child they’re prone to get sick, its not the daycare itself, anytime my pup has been sick, They have always looked out for him for me. They truly are wonderful!!!!

I brought my Hooligans in for a temperament test. I was worried as one of my dogs has had problems in a kennel environment. They took him in with no problems. By the end of the test he was playing with the other dogs. The cost was less than I expected both for the testing and their services. Can't wait to bring them back for daycare and baths.

I have a 7 month old puppy named Bruno and I've never left him anywhere before and i heard great reviews about this place. I really liked my first impressions about this facility, it seemed clean had very large outdoor and indoor play areas. I love the fact that they weren't caged or kenneled at night and also someone was there 24 hours a day. I did call and check on him a couple times and they were very responsive. When i got him back he was happy and healthy, overall I will use this place again 10 out of 10 can't recommend them enough.

My dog has been going to Dog and Co since he was six weeks old, for six years now. They are wonderful. Big hearted and just fine people. I have never had a single problem and my dog gets cranky if he misses more than a day!

I took my dog there for doggy day care for the day. They didn’t give her water once the entire day. When we arrived and they let her out to see us instead of greeting us immediately she ran to a water bowl and drank water for I KID YOU NOT almost an entire 5 whole minutes without stopping. She looked pitiful. She is a Great Pyrenees and she was on the verge of overheating. Person at the front desk would not even give eye contact while this happened. Do not take your dog there.

Love this place! My 2 small dogs are always so well taken care of while they’re being boarded. The staff is so kind and the facility is always super clean! I recommend them to EVERYONE!!

We love Creature Comforts and so do our pets! They are the sweetest, most caring people and you can tell they love working with pets. They are currently watching our 3 huskies. We were able to board them together as a group so they could still play together and give each other comfort❤ This place is the best by far!

Creature Comforts in Livingston. I have only brought my dog to this business one time. I booked dog last minute and did not go to facility ahead of time. The staff was friendly. I paid for yearly shots, deworm and bath, all was done during his stay. Prices are competitive and no temper test was required. If you are concerned about your dog getting outside time, do not bring them here. Dogs are taken outside 4 times a day for 15 minutes each. The rest of the time is spent in a cage with no contact with other animals. I figure this is why no temper test is required ahead of time. Other then no outside time to run or social time with other dogs, I have no complaints.

Left my 1 year old rottweiler with them for 5 days while my family and I went on vacation. They greeted her by name and she seemed to be very comfortable from the first minute. The staff was very well trained and made it much easier for me to leave her in their care. Required shots be up to date, boardadella, and dog flu/ kennel cough vaccination. The price was $21 a day. I will definitely use them again.

My dogs love it here and I am always at peace when I know they are there. The staff is great and very attentive to the animals. When they say we treat your pet like family, believe it because they do.

My dogs and I absolutely love creature comforts. The staff all know my dogs by name. My older dog Reece has some anxiety issues and he uses a pair of old socks to self sooth. A couple of times I forgot his socks and a staff member went out of his way to bring Reece a pair. Remi and Reece get so excited when we tell them we are going to see Sheila at doggy daycare. Also, they are right beside our vet so if anything comes up or one of the boys is behind on his vaccinations they come over and give them. I would recommend Creature Comforts to family and friends and anyone else looking for the best place in town for your fur babies.

Hurt my family’s dog, do not use! My family used this business as a retreat for their family pet while on vacation. Upon picking her up, her tail was bent and had a large purple bump in the middle. After taking her to see a vet, it was revealed the tail was permanently damaged. Our dog did not recover fully until about 4 months later and it is permanently bent at an angle. Upon inquiry, they take no responsibility, however it was not bent and she was not hurt at all when they dropped her off. Again do not use Creature Comforts! There are plenty of other businesses that will make sure your pet is safe.

Communicated with Jess, she was so kind and explained everything. When we dropped off our babies they were so understanding about how they needed to be cared for. The woman behind me said I had nothing to worry about. She drives an hour to come there. I felt reassured. They are wonderful people and a lot of little dogs like my babies. This is the first time in five years we've kenneled them. Thank you so much for being so kind and understanding. ❤️

Very unhappy with the service that was provided. I could've went somewhere that was cheaper and done a better job. My dogs nails were splintered after clipping, causing her to leave scratches on me and other people and could've hurt herself if one was to break. Not to mention she was let lose through out the shop going around other dogs without my permission. This was my first time here and they do not know the dog.

This is the best!!! Hands down! My sons is temperamental (to say the least) and territorial, All about Pets is the only place we trust. Have used them for grooming and boarding and couldn’t say enough nice things about them!

They always do a great job with my Yorkie. Their prices are very fair and they love my baby as i do and take good care of her from when she's dropped off, to her bath, nails, and grooming to when she's picked up to go home. I love taking her to All About Pets!!

All About Pets has been taking care of my pets for years... Grooming, boarding... They are absolutely the BEST! My current dog is not easy to deal with. Jess and crew is very patient and kind. I can't say enough good things about the gals at All About Pets! They feel like family.

I haven't actually used this business yet but I will be! I toured the facility and talked with the staff and feel very confident about leaving my fur baby here while I go on vacation, which is saying A LOT. They seem to have a heart for animals and that's what matters the most. Also very reasonably priced for boarding!

Jess and her staff are so nice! Very patient with my cat that has a bit of an attitude. Very accommodating as well for both my cat and myself. They have gone above and beyond for emergency situations and I recommend them or everyone!

Amazing!! I have a big dog that gets nervous with people touching his feet. I went in to get his nails trimmed and wonderful staff met me in the front and let me hold my dog while he got his nails cut.

Great place. Takes walk-ins anytime to trim your dogs nails. They offer a variety of ways to pamper your dog from facials to wide array of different shampoos, along with a selection of different treat, collars and leashs, and candles that smell great and last forever. . Most important to note, they were amazing with my dog. The only criticism of this place I could possibly have is the month plus long wait list they have if wanting to get treat your dog to one of the facials or shampoos. Although it is irritating I cannot fault them for being busy, they are worth it.

The staff here have been super friendly and responsive. They call to alert me when my pup is almost done and I have been very pleased with the grooming results.

First time having our Finn (shorty jack mix) boarded or professionally groomed. I was so worried to leave him somewhere. We went on vacay for a week and when we returned, he was such a happy boy, you could tell he loved it there! They sent us videos of him playing with his new friends and kept us updated. Also, he looked so fluffy and clean, and with a cute little halloween bandana! Prices were very affordable. Good job girls, and thank you for taking such good care of him!

This is the moat awful place to get your dog groomed! We asked for our standard poodle to be cut down 1 inch. They shaved him down so bad that he had knicks in him. When asked about it Victoria got defensive and hung up on us. Theres 0 reason to be hateful. Please never use them as a groomer!

I'm not sure what happened, but don't give any criticism to Victoria, because she refuses to accept ANY responsibility for her errors...refused to acknowledge that pulling the hair from my dog's ears was part of a full groom, told me that my dog was so matted that he had to be shaved completely down, which he wasn't, his hair was about 3 inches long when he went in... In my past experiences, with smaller poodles, and not so much work for a groomer, ears were ALWAYS cleaned of hair inside, and brushing out the dog was all part if a full groom... Also, my dog came back wafting of great smelling shampoos and velvety soft coat... It didn't happen this last time... I seriously doubt if he even got a bath, but was just rinsed off...... In conclusion , my appointments, that were booked out to the end of the year, were all cancelled by Victoria because I complained of not being satisfied with paying $100.00 for services I felt weren't complete... I would have complained spending that kind of money anywhere if I wasn't satisfied with the service... And Victoria claims to be the owner, which I find sad.. because others there are great to deal with ... She also informed me, with great attitude, that she wishes nevluck finding another groomer, which I had no problem with before the end of the day... EXTREMELY disappointed in the way this was received and handled... The negative attitude was not necessary

Our girl gets excited when we bring her. Emily always says she eats well, plays well, and is happy to be there - and we can tell she had a good time!

If your looking for a fantastic and safe place to bring your fur friends this is it! Mia gets to get out of the house and play with other pumps! Macy and Melissa really do care for your dog, like its their own! Cant even recommended this place enough!
