I have been a client since Day 1 and never disappointed! My dogs LOVE their staff! The socialization is invaluable not only for my dogs but also the fosters I work with. The reviewer who commented negatively about the gentleman on the phone, for all they know he was communicating with a client (maybe me) about their pet. I also routinely receive video footage or photos of my dogs playing. All taken from a cell phone while in the yards. Check out the pics on their FB page and you can see the joy in the dogs playing. Pets are well cared for on an individual need based on their social level. Never put in harms way and loved by staff every day. This is the best place to board your pet as well. They are in clean runs of significant size, given the option of day care services and if not in day care, still allowed to play in the yards for lengthy periods 4 times a day. No other facility offers that level of service. Thank you, Rita for always being there for my kids!

Great place to take your dogs, they are very attentive to your animals and love them. They also will post pictures so you can see how much fun your dogs are having.

Doggy day care is amazing for our energetic pup. Wonderful people who love the pups. The new ownership has continued the excellent tradition of loving care for our precious pups. Our dog is normally barking before we turn off the road into the parking lot, he loves day care and the friends and playmates he has there.

We love this place and so does our puppy! Grand paws is our first choice whenever we have to board our puppy! Anytime we take him for doggy daycare he comes home exhausted of all his playtime.

I've been going to Grand Paws for grooming for a while now. I absolutely love taking my Bailey girl there, she loves getting to play with the other dogs and extra cuddles from the staff. She always looks so adorable and clean when she leaves them. Bailey is 5 pounds full grown and they do such a great job with her. Rita and Cassie are so great! Could not recommended enough!!

We have a good reputation in this town as we have lived here our whole lives and I would never say bad things about anyone unless needed for a warning, this place is Horrible all the way around even with new owners!! I would give a zero star if possible I would ask opinions of this place and advice from people before taking ur animals here read the bad reviews not just the good ones because these people will lie straight to you and about you to get whatever they want it’s sad that they call their selves Christian but that’s our days and times I suppose!! Don’t just take my review ask people before leaving your animals here!! Absolutely horrible!!

I love bringing my husky here whenever I’m in town! Everyone here is so nice and accommodating- especially considering I call last minute. My dog comes home happy and exhausted after playing here all day, and she is quick to pull me in the door trying to go back and play every time I take her. I’m so thankful Dalton has such a great group of people to take care of my dog during the day when I’m busy so she doesn’t have to stay home alone all day!

I take my dog here twice a week while I'm at work. I have a high-energy large goldendoodle who never runs out of energy. I truly couldn't ask for a better service. Everyone is friendly and knew my dog by name after the first couple times he went. They always get me in and out fast. I've never had ANY problems and would recommend this business to ANYONE.

My dog and I are both very happy with Grand Paws. I know they take good care of my "baby" because he is always so excited and happy when we go there and he is still happy when I pick him up. It’s been nearly impossible for me to find a sitter while we go on family vacations, but I had made a post in a local group and so many people requested Rosie so I reached out to her, and she was so sweet gave me her personal number went over everything to make me feel super comfortable. I even did a visit prior to leaving them and I just felt very comfortable and knew that my babies were going to be safe with her. She did daily check-in and sent photos of my two. . She’s very attentive and make sure she writes down every detail and instructions that you give her for your fur babies. it’s such a great feeling to know that your babies are safe and they’re in a home and not locked up in a cold kennel all night by their self and mostly during the day with all the chaos around them.. Long story short 😂”she’s the best”

Rose really made me feel so at ease. My dog is a very special old man who can be misunderstood. I have a lot of anxiety leaving my dog anywhere, like most people, he’s my child. She kept me posted everyday and sent me pictures of him enjoying his time there. She was professional and empathetic to Gavin’s needs and mine on top of that! We appreciate everything she did for us.

Rosie has been caring for my pets for the past 2 years. I have hired her for extended periods of time when I leave for vacations, and when I'm working out of town. She has been very professional and flexible when my schedule changes. Most importantly my animals love her, and do well when she cares for them.

Wonderful experience Rosie came to my home and taught me so much about my body language and how it encourages bad or good behavior in my jumping out of control collie. One hour of teaching me and pup we are in a great position now. Thanks so much Rosie you are very gifted excellent skills

Rosie came out to help us with our two dogs Apollo and Indica. Indica is very fearful and has issues with pulling on leash. Apollo is reactive to other dogs and has a high prey drive. She knows exactly how to handle fearful/anxious dogs and make them comfortable. Rosie provided us with lots of advice and good information on how to better help our dogs with their issues. I love her focus on making sure to keep good/neutral energy to better help your pet. I struggle with anxiety and didn’t realize how much I was also affecting my dogs anxiety as well. She really helped us figure out a good plan of action for our babies to create a healthier and happier life for everyone. I now feel much more confident in my ability to work with my dogs and their struggles. We will definitely reach out to her in the future for any training/boarding needs. Rosie was referred to us at a time when we needed to make sure we were making the best decisions not only for Presley, but our entire family. She put us at ease regarding issues we were experiencing and put us on a path to correct problems before they start, without an expensive set of classes or intensive training. We contacted Rosie for assistance with our chocolate lab Charlie. We were having issues with him being extremely frightened around other people. Rosie came by our house and spent some time with the family and Charlie. She gave us several tips and offered so much great advice. Within an hour Charlie was comfortable around her and she was even able to take him on a walk. I would highly recommend contacting Rosie if you are having any issues with your dogs. She offers other services as well and we plan to have her meet us in the park for a follow up visit. We have much more work to do with Charlie but she has given us a lot of advice and sent us in a good direction in working on his behavior.

Rosie keeps our babies when we go out of town. We never have to worry or be concerned about them.

I have had many dog walkers/sitters over the years, but I must say, Rose goes above and beyond to ensure my dog is safe and happy. My pug, Bucky, has several health issues and Rose is always attentive to his needs. It is evident that Rose loves her furry clients. She is professional, reliable, and pleasant to work with. Additionally, she is a certified dog trainer....I highly recommend her!!

Rosie is wonderful! I can’t say enough about our in-home training session today. Immediately, she was such a warm and friendly presence. She was very encouraging and incredibly helpful. She didn’t overwhelm us with too much information or speak over our heads. Rosie provided us with practical steps we can take and she’s made herself super available for follow up. Sadie Mae loves going to be groomed at Renee's. She loves all the attention she gets and she gets to play with the other puppies. She will be boarding there the weekend of July 4th I pray she has a pleasant experience with us being away from her for the first time ever.

The BEST in the business; I trust nobody else with my dog. Renees staff is professional and courteous I am very pleased with the service I get there. Tjeyve never disappointed. A solid value his placeprovides the full hometown hospitality experience and they are very good with my girl. I eould give tjrm 6 stars if I could.

This was supposed to be our 2nd time boarding and when we booked the lady NEVER mentioned being closed every other Saturday and that 8 am was our only option for drop off time. We arrived at 9:30 obviously no one was there, there wasnt a number to call or anything to even clarify what happened. We attempted to reach out to the owner on fb and had a friend attempt to send a message that was a mutual friend as well... with no response. We ended up having to drive 3 hrs with our 90lb German shepherd so that he could board near where we were lodging. We wont book with Renee's again.. reliability is important when you are planning on traveling. Anyone looking for a boarding facility I highly recommend Smoky Mtn Pet Resort in Sevierville! They are reliable and I was even allowed to call and check on my Cooper!

I trust these good people with my 4 dogs. They treat us like family. All of my dogs have been previously abused and have issues. They recognize this and take special care to ensure they are well looked after and loved. I highly recommend them!

Best place to board your dog. The staff is great and they care about your pets. Our dog has a great time when he's there and have never experienced an issue or problem.

Such an amazing place for your pets. They wash your pets toys, blankets and beds before you pick up your fur babies, they will bathe them as well for a small fee and they are treated with love.

We contacted them and dropped our pet in less than an hour. It was Sunday and they closed at 12. Im glad they took our dog else we wouldnt enjoy our visit to Ellijay and Blue Ridge that much. We were charged $30 for an overnight stay which is affordable. Thank you for taking care of our Tsuki.

So grateful for excellent, thoughtful care of our dog while we’re out of town! You can tell the staff is really caring. It’s hard to leave our pup behind but we’re grateful to have such a great place to leave her when we must. They definitely have exceeded my expectations.

This place is adequate for kenneling your loved one. A little surprised at the minimal handover when I brought my pets into their facility the first time however, my pets seemed to be well cared for when I returned

My daughter takes her dog here and loves the place. I myself am grateful to them for when my daughter's car broke down there they let me stay there until about midnight till i was able to finish fixing it.

Great boarding facility! The dogs have spacious runs and a fenced in place to run and exercise. The staff is incredibly dog friendly and accommodating to their needs. Highly recommended if you are near Ellijay.

Billie watched our aussiedoodle puppy every weekday for 3 weeks. We are training him and she took the time and effort to learn the commands and style we are using and work with him daily to continue the training. She gladly accommodated our schedule when required and helped us with advice since this is our first dog. We highly recommend Billie.

Billie arrived on time to walk Cookie . She was gentle and kind with Cookie. After the walk, Cookie peed in the house and Billie cleaned it up despite me telling her that I would take care of it when we got home. We were really happy with Billie and we recommend her for all your pet’s needs.

Kritter Sitters is amazing! Lisa, the owner, just has a way with the animals, she treats my fur babies and my home with respect and care. I know when I travel that I don’t have to worry about my pets or my house and that piece of mind is priceless! it’s nice that it’s a small, local company, but that they have the manpower to cover any last-minute requests that I have also. I have used several members of her team and they have all been amazing with my pets. I have two great Danes, and it is hard to take them with me on the road, they love just being at home in their own space with people who care about them.

The staff at Kritter Sitters is AMAZING!! I have two GSDs that require specific care and I never have to worry when I need care for my fur babies! It is wonderful to come home from either a long day at work or a week long trip and have both my pups relaxed and calm because Kritter Sitters has been there! Kennel cough is definitely an issue here. I live with 8 dogs there been two of them going here. The whole house is currently sick on antibiotics. We called them and asked about it and they denied any of the other dogs being sick. We had more information on this place through the vet also. This is an ongoing problem. We were super happy with the place until the sickness took over our house. Please talk to your vet about doggy daycare before going to them.

We had to leave our precious girl, Penny, here for 8 days while we were out of town. This was the first time she’s ever been boarded so I was a little nervous, but the employees here made me feel at ease every time I called to check on her with how much they loved her! Even when we picked her up each of them came and told me what a joy she was to have! Thank you Happy Paws for loving my little girl!

The cow moos but the hawk tuahs. Well well well, Where do I even begin with Hawk Tuah? Not only has this phrase changed my life, it has taken such a positive impact on me. My vocabulary now consists of nothing except Hawk Tuah Demure Gold. After witnessing this phrase take over TikTok, I at first did not find anything fun about this. I would come to regret this decision as the phrase slowly replaced all the knowledge I knew in my brain. I start to completely lose myself and immediately I edge every time I hear the word Hawk. I shall never be able to look at this species again without thinking that it'll make a SPIT noise. I am so excited and ready to witness this masterpiece of a podcast. Hawk Tuah girl... you've changed me for the better.

I absolutely love happy paws grooming & boarding & so do my fur babies! They took a GREAT job of tending to & making my baby girl Midnight who is a Pit-Terrier while she boarded there for 2 weeks to heal from being fixed. I didn't want to keep her outside while she healed bc her incision didn't need to get dirty & she didn't need to get too hot or too cold... since she is an outside dog. I went & seen Midnight every day at happy paws while she was staying there & she loved the workers there as did I. I would recommend them to anyone for any of their fur babies. They are honest people & generally care about our fur babies. I wish I could give them 100 stars. I also take my little baby boy Roscoe who is a Chihuahua-Whippet to get groomed there every 2-3 weeks & just like his sister & I do... he loves the workers. They always send him home with the cutest bandanas. I couldn't ask for a better groomer or boarding place to leave & trust my fur babies with. They are fantastic!

The ladies at Happy Paws were so kind, and so very helpful! My mother-in-law who lives in Calhoun had a medical event, and so we had to come up from Atlanta very quickly, and had to bring our dog with us as it was an emergency. I needed something to do with our dog during the day- we couldn't leave her in the hotel room, and we were so busy at the hospital and organizing care during the day. Happy Paws accommodated her for last-minute daycare, and were so nice and helpful I could just cry! It was such an immeasurable relief to have one less thing to worry about at an extremely stressful time. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone looking for boarding or daycare for their babies!! Thank you so much again, ladies!

We’ve only boarded our dog here, but the staff is friendly and their prices are very reasonable. From what I’ve seen, they use indoor fenced runs rather than cages so your pet actually has room to move around. Conveniently located off I75, it’s accessible and always a quick drop off/pick up. It is usually pretty loud since the dogs are essentially all kept in one big room, so I’d keep that in mind for anxious dogs. I’d recommend (as with every other boarding facility) that you bring a dog bed, treats, toys and enough dog food for your pup to make sure they’re as comfortable as they can be while you’re away.

My kids were well taken care of. The people are friendly and capable with my kids. It's a good place to be if you don't want to worry about your babies while you're gone.

I would not recommend this doggy daycare. Had an awful experience. Our dog was killed by another dog under the care of this daycare on May 18, 2023. They are negligent. The owner of the daycare kept defending the other dog by saying it had been going for years and never showed aggression. When I got the call from the daycare they said my dog was bit and just getting seen by her vet they NEVER said on the call that another dog attacked her or the severity of the injury. Her lungs were punctured and my dog was gone by the time she was taken to the vet.

They always do a good job grooming my dog. It is worth the drive.

Happy Hound is my favorite pet sitting service. I love the personalized approach and app used for booking. I get chat updates and my cats really love the sitters. I don't worry at all while HH is watching them. It’s easy to book and they are very responsive to my questions and needs. I love supporting local businesses as well. HH is great about the details and they always make sure the doors are locked on the way out.

Happy hounds has been a game changer and life saver for us! We have 2 dogs that were injured at a local doggy daycare center, so we no longer felt comfortable leaving our dogs in someone else's environment. Luckily we found happy hounds who allow our Old English Bulldogge and our senior Boxer to stay safe and less stressed at home. We've had nothing but great experiences. I think we've used them for about 20 visits so far and we're always happy with the level of communication we receive, they always provide a text update and a couple of pictures of your kiddos so that you can feel at ease. We feel comfortable having happy hounds at our house and we don't stress about them being in our home when we aren't home. We had cameras for a while at first, but now we're past that. Highly recommend! I attached a screenshot from their last visit for anyone who might like to know what kind of communication to expect.

I had an excellent experience with Happy Hounds! Both Asia and Kaylee far exceeded my expectations. They sent me pictures and updates with each visit and a personal message about each dog that helped to set my anxious mind at ease. I even had a very inconvenient last minute problem come up that included an extra dog and some extra special instructions and care and they were quick to accept and fulfill all of mine and my dogs needs and took on the issue without hesitation. I highly recommend Happy Hounds and I will definitely use again.

Asia was the best help with being the point person for our pup on our wedding day. We knew we wanted our dog to be apart of our big day, and Asia was able to help make that happen and avoid us having to worry about our girl!!!

This is an outstanding service. They provided dog sitting for me and were incredibly loving and caring for my doggo. They played with him every day and sent me pictures to keep me updated on every visit. Ashley and James took fabulous care of our fur baby. He is skittish around new people but warmed up easily with them. They took him on walks every day and shared pictures of him loving the attention they gave him. We highly recommend them.

Ashley came in to watch my two boys and it made me feel so much better leaving them alone. Super communicative and sent me messages about them after the visits (even when they were bad). On the last day sent pics of how she left the food and water setups and litter. Already have her scheduled for my next trip since she’s a great stand in.

Amanda was great with our two kitties while we were out of town. She was attentive and truly cared for them. She made sure to ask plenty of questions and obtain all the information needed to care for them and make them comfortable. Our cats are usually shy around others but they loved her. We recently used CPC to care for our kitties while we were out of state. Amanda took excellent care of them! They trusted her immediately and I knew they were in great hands. I loved receiving photos and updates every time she visited. It was so nice knowing my babies could stay in their home environment while we were away. Much less stress for both them and us! Communication was great and Amanda provided them with plenty of playtime and love. We will definitely be using CPC again when we travel!

We recently used Chattanooga Pet Care to look after our sweet pup, Ravi. There were some glitches with email which resulted in a communication issue, but Amanda was quick to act and went ABOVE and BEYOND in caring for Ravi. Chattanooga Pet Care is who I trust to come walk my dog a couple times a week while I’m in the office. I always get a picture with my pup looking happy and it gives me peace of mind while I am away from him for long hours.
