Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. I felt totally confident in leaving Darcy and my house in Elaine’s care and I returned to a very contended dog and a perfectly clean and tidy house. Elaine arrived the day before I left so I was able to get to know her and enjoy an evening meal with her before my very early flight. We kept in contact while I was away via WhatsApp and I was happy to see photos of Darcy relaxing in her usual favourite places. It was lovely to be welcomed back home after my holiday by a very well looked after dog and it was so nice that Elaine was here to welcome me and had the lamps on, flowers in vases and a meal in the oven. My house was clean and tidy and Darcy has enjoyed a week of lovely walks and neck scratches. I highly recommend Elaine as a completely reliable pet and house sitter and she is a lovely lady to chat to. I was so pleased that I got to know her.

Rebecca was the best pet sitter ever! Our chocolate lab, Kona, fell in love with her instantly and loved every minute of being around her. She was extremely attentive to Kona, taking him for daily walks and she did a great job of sending us updates, video clips and photos. We really loved that, knowing that Kona was being so well taken care of. As my husband said, "OMG, she is the Dog Sitter Champion of the world!!!" 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Amazing experience! Five stars all the way... Nikki was kind enough to watch our two cats Thomas and Toby while were away on our honeymoon. From the very beginning she made us feel comfortable with clear communication and quick replies. Since she was local in Atlanta we got to meet her ahead of time and hand off keys before we left. While we were away she sent pictures of our little buds having fun and being themselves, so we always knew they were ok. She always showed up exactly when she said she would from pickup to dropoff and it was so incredible to know they were in good hands, and we never had to worry. They love being around people so for her to have been able to stay with them and love on them regularly we came home and could immediately tell both Thomas and Toby felt great as they were completely comfortable. Much much different than when we leave even for a few days and have a pet sitter stop by and feed them. She asked all the necessary questions in advance, so she didn't have to email or ask anything while we were away. She even took the time to make sure everything was neat and tidy, prepped the sheets to be changed, and was unbelievably sweet to get us a wedding gift we both love. Nikki we can't thank you enough for taking care of our cats, and we would only be so lucky if you stuck around town! :)

We hired Cynthia to be the “wedding buddy” for our dog Max during our wedding. We wanted Max to be involved in our wedding ceremony and also to be walked around during cocktail hour for guests to say hi. Cynthia was excellent with Max and super knowledgeable about dogs. We had an initial FaceTime consultation with her, and then brought Max up to Napa for a meet-and-greet with her before our wedding day. Max has a lot of energy and can pull on leash when excited, but Cynthia was able to handle him with no problems. We boarded Max at a facility up in Napa and had our boarder meet with Cynthia at our venue to hand Max off, and then pick Max up from Cynthia when he was finished at our wedding. It was a bit complicated, but it all went perfectly smoothly and it was such a relief to not have to worry about our sweet pup during our wedding. I highly recommend Cynthia at PetzRFamily2!
Cynthia is a true gem. We were searching for a pet sitter who would look after our precious ragdoll cat during our wedding weekend in Napa. Cynthia put us at ease from the very beginning, offering to FaceTime with us prior to booking and providing glowing references. She was prompt, professional and an absolute sweetheart throughout the experience. She looked after our kitty as though she were a member of her own family, accompanying her to the ceremony (yes, our cat was part of the wedding!) and staying with her in our hotel suite during our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception. It was so important to us that our baby be well taken care of during our special weekend, and Cynthia was such a blessing. She even sent us photos and updates throughout the night! Bonny Doone is so amazing. Our dogs have stayed here several times and love it. One of our dogs unfortunately passed away while we were out of town and he was at the kennel which was not surprising with his age and health issues. The kennel staff knew him well and were aware of his health issues and always took great care of him. They called us immediately and took care of so much and gave us beautiful condolences. I can’t thank them enough for being there in my absence.
Bonny Doone is the only place I will board my pets. Rhonda's team is exceptional at creating a safe and comforting home-away-from-home. I recently boarded my dog Shelby for 9 days during the winter holidays. After returning home, I called Rhonda with a quick question. Shelby was asleep next to me when the call went to voicemail. Her tail started thumping loudly on the couch at the sound of Rhonda's voice on the outgoing voicemail message. Just another reminder of the peace of mind I have with Bonny Doone. They're the best!

This kennel was recommended by our vet, Dr. Mary (ret.) of Napa Small Animal Hospital, at least 5 yrs ago. I have been taking my dogs here ever since. My experience with the owner and staff has been great. They provide updates when I call and are very understanding when I call multiple times a day to check on my dogs. The facility is always clean and I never have to worry about my dogs being placed in unsafe situations as they don’t allow pets from other households to interact with your own. This is for the safety of the pets and is the main reason why I have continued to choose this kennel over others. They also use my preferred vet, Napa Small Animal Hospital, so I feel confident leaving my dogs behind knowing that they’ll be cared for by great doctors should they need it. Our Abby, a 22 month old doodle has been going to daycare at Bonny Boone for just over a year and we love the team there. The excitement Abby has when we pull in the driveway is a great feeling. The facility is clean, the team is professional and and if they ever notice something I may have missed with Abby ... such as she’s been licking her paw a lot, they let me know so I can keep an eye on it. Abby occasionally gets to spend the night and to be able to leave her and know that she’s in good hands is such a great feeling and removes anxiety about leaving her behind. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you!
We used Bonny Doone one weekend when staying in the area. Our hotel was dog friendly, so we dropped them in the morning, went out for the day, and picked them up at the end of the day. Very friendly staff and our pups seemed to enjoy it.
