If I could give Sloppy Kisses a sloppy kiss I would. These wonderful people took care of my golden retriever while I was in town for work. They would come pick him up from my hotel and drop him off at the end of the day. The entire time I would get pictures, videos, and updates on how he’s doing. I am a new customer of Paw Sitters and its been really great!! They are a family company and I love the professionalism that both the Father and Daughter (Niky) have given me. Paw Sitters is really great with keeping communication of their arrival and to any questions I have. Niky has been great with my dog Loki and I can see I will be a long term customer plus the prices of their services are reasonable too!!! I am thinking about trying out their boarding services the next time I go on vacation. If that goes well like the dog walking Paw Sitters won't be able to get rid of me and Loki.

Niky is the best . She is always so loving, caring, and patient with my fur babies. It is hard to find someone who truly cares and take care of your pets while you’re away. I trust her and all of the members she works with. They are all amazing, because of them I get to enjoy my time away knowing my dogs are well taken care of.

Exceptional animal sitters, they truly care and take care of your pets. I have tried several different animal borders in our area, we will only choose them going forward. My dogs have stayed with them numerous times and each time they are well taken care of. Communication and pet care are outstanding. The pricing is fair, for the personal attention your pets get. I wouldn't risk poor animal care to save a few dollars a day. 5⭐ family owned and operated pet care.

The owners are easy to contact and responsive. I needed to leave my dog for the thanksgiving weekend and was fortunate to find that Paws Sitters had an opening. They do a great job sending you pics and short vids to show you how your dog is doing. They are very upfront about pricing, if the dog will be appropriate to leave at their location, and letting you know what to expect from them. I would not hesitate to leave my dog with them again. This is our second time that we use paws sitters pet service for our dog and we love the service they provide and how well they take care of our pet. They really love taking care of pets and I will highly recommend it.

Initially I had prepared for my very energetic Husky and yorkie-chihuahua mix to stay from Friday to Sunday, and paid a reasonable amount. I asked (somewhat last minute) if they could stay an extra night and they had no problem with it. Nicky and her family were extremely polite and wore face masks when picking up/dropping off the dogs. I was sent pictures and info on my doggies. The dogs came back so happy and well-groomed. I know my dogs are trouble makers and I appreciate them for caring for them. Definitely check them out !

I boarded my pet Milo with Paw Care Miami for 5 days. I would say, it was more like a vacation for my pet rather than boarding. Angela was very caring and prompt in updating everyday and I was overwhelmed with the over all experience... if anyone owns a dog, Angela and her family are the go-to place for caring them. They are reliable and trustworthy! Milo will be visiting again soon!

Angela is simply amazing, her dedication to her business and love of animals is uncanny. Our dog, Alaska, is completely in love with the location, the people and the other dogs. Alaska does not want to leave Paw Care and we don’t blame her, because we wouldn’t want to leave either. Paw Care offers the same routine we keep our dog on, while offering engaging play and socializing in a safe and stimulating environment.

It was our first time that we needed a boarding place so I was grateful when a friend recommended Angelas service. We had our 2 dogs stay here for Christmas Break. We were out of the country and missed them. So it was great to receive daily pictures and updates. Both dogs came home happy and healthy which is best proof that Angela and her team took great care of them!

I highly recommend Angela from paw Care Miami to take great care of your pets. She pet sitter our 4 month old Beagle, Leia for 6 days while we were out of town. Eventhough Leia wasn't fully potty trained, Angela welcomed her like one of her own. Angela kept us informed and updated with pictures and videos every day. Leia had a blast interacting with the other dogs, she was really happy there. Her place is spacious and is all about and for the pets. I highly recommend Paw care Miami for your dogs care. I went traveling to Europe and needed my young energetic dog taken care of for two weeks. Angela updated me everyday with how Mya was doing with pictures. I had peace of mind knowing that she was well cared for while I was away. When I was stuck in Europe for an extra week, Angela assured me that my dog was fine and that she would take care of her while I was away. Can’t recommend enough! We had two of our family’s dogs cared for by Angela and we had a great experience. It was our first time trying Paw Care and will definitely leave our dogs with Angela again. She has a large space for dogs to roam around, fenced so you don’t have to worry that they run away and Angela sent us pictures and updates everyday so we stayed informed all the time. Excellent service provided by Karla and Anthony! We can down to vacation in Miami and we couldn’t have our dogs at the Airbnb and had to find someone last minute. Not only were they accommodating but they were so sweet and caring towards our two dogs! We felt so comfortable and had peace of mind knowing they were under their care. Great customer service, Summer has been going to Peace love paws for over two years, they treat her as her own, it's a great environment for your fur baby. The owner will always send you videos and pictures which make it so important for us that travel for more than a month in a row, it makes it assures us she is doing great! I highly recommend Peace Love Paws.

Never ever again. Stay away. When my dog got home, early in the morning he drank water like there was no tomorrow. Very, very thirsty. I belive they kept him caged almost all day long. He even lost weight there. Barely send pictures and it takes them forever to answer calls or texts. And last but not least, make sure u clarify what the price is. Shes not clear up front. Initially, I was told 55 per night and she ended up charging me 65.

This place is amazing! Carla and Anthony truly care about your pet as if it were their own! As a first time dog owner I felt immediately comfortable and assured that my pup was safe and well provided for. They send you photo updates throughout the day which can put your mind at ease. Every time I arrive to drop off my dog he is so excited to be there he nearly jumps out of the car to dash right in!! This is the only place I trust with my dog, so grateful this business exists!

Where do I start? I have a pitbull/labrador and she’s 3 years old and name is Luna. I have been so so scared to leave her alone, but this time I had to because my sisters wedding was in Arizona. I was terrified. My child being away for a week at some daycare…let’s just say thank God I found Peacelovepaws, they were actually referred to me by my sister’s friend and although I was nervous, I trusted my sister’s friend. I left Luna here for exactly 5 nights and one day. Can I just say how amazing of a job they did to making me feel so secure and reassured me Luna was going to be ok. They are very organized and the setup they have at their home is amazing, the dogs are so friendly and wonderful and at first Luna was shy, but she opened up and had a damn blast!! They have so much play time and never alone. They sent me videos and pictures while I was away and I was able to text them and ask questions and they were right there to respond quickly. Luna was really happy as I could see in the videos and I’m just happy I picked them. I finally have a place where I can feel safe leaving my baby. I highly recommend them! Karla and her husband are so sweet and the dogs adore them!

People able to pose 12 or more dogs for a beautiful photo speaks volumes about their ability to handle animals. For us, and also for Simba, our pet, this is one of the best places to leave dogs in the Miami area. He loves to stay there. Also, the location of it is unbeatable.

I was so lucky to find Karla and Anthony! They are very near my home and are very reasonably priced. I feel at ease leaving my dog Bella with them. I feel like she's with family and not at a business place. I know she is loved, taken care of and has a blast with her other doggy friends. Plus she's exhausted when I pick her up!

Tessa is theeee best human ever! I have so much to share and to attempt to fit it all here briefly will be difficulty. I met Tessa four years ago when I took my mother to pick up her shihpoo from grooming. It was a pleasant meet and I knew that if my mother (who'd never had a dog until in her 60s) trusted Tessa, so would I. I learned later that two sisters and a friend also had their dogs groomed (and two boarded) with Tessa. Fast forward a few months and I indeed used Tessa's services for boarding my (then) 85 pound rottweiler, Merlot while I went on a four day trip. It was an immediate connection! Merlot loved Tessa and Tessa loved my baby! Although the trip was short, she communicated with me throughout while informing about Merlot. Fast forward again to when I had to move out of the country. For what was supposed to be a couple months, turned out to be three years that my baby and I were separated. As we are all aware, 2020 was nobody’s friend! Merlot’s international travels to get to me turned out to be a near mission impossible — from no travels due to Covid restrictions for an entire year, to unable to travel because the summer months too hot for travel, to a new policy of having to purchase a special made ($850) crate for large breeds (airlines wouldn’t accept anything different), to a vet no longer in business and having to get all immunizations re-administered, to a misunderstanding that “21 days travel before” is not the same as “within 21 days of travel” to a failed heart worm exam, to a missed flight and having to wait a week longer, to sitting in customs for four hours, and to receive an international health certificate — you’d think she was two exotic tigers being shipped! I could not have gone through any of this had it not been for Tessa (and of course, my husband’s encouragement)! She let me virtually cry on her shoulders because missing my furbaby oftentimes was unbearable. In our texts we often spoke about life, the pandemic lockdown, homeschooling her boy, what adjusting to island life was like for me. She always always sent me pictures of my girl’s antics. She even gave birth to her own baby. For months, I pined at the thought of Merlot not remembering me but three years later, when she finally made that flight and only after sitting in Customs for hours, were we reunited! She did not skip a beat! It’s been three months now and Merlot is living her best life here in the Sint Maarten — a promise I made her when I had to leave her.. For Tessa, boarding and grooming dogs is much more than just a job for her. She loves what she does and she’s the best in the business. She’s the real deal! Her place is clean. She has plenty toys and treats for the dogs. Many of the dogs (those who are well socialized) get along with the others. Dogs cannot wait to return to her place. I would not hesitate in requesting her services. You will never be disappointed! My hope is that Tessa will be able to open a doggy spa/hotel in the near future! My Little Olivia has been going to "Aunt" Tessa for almost 2 years now, anytime I need help with her. The love she receives is so obvious! She gets spoiled. Tessa also provides grooming if needed. It is done with gentleness and care. Mini pigs are emotional animals. They tend to get upset with their owners if they feel neglected. Olivia ALWAYS returns super happy and is very happy to visit when we drop her off. Tessa caters to the need if your pet baby and you know this due to your pets response. I'm ecstatic I discovered her and leave my baby with her with complete trust. Thank you for all you do to make us all comfortable. FYI, this was difficult for us to do initially. Olivia is my son's emotional support animal and our time apart is due to my physical disabilities. That's why I reiterate how comfortable Tessa has made this for us.

This review is late, but it's not from lack of care. Jaxson had the most amazing time here. He did not want to leave. I could tell he had been well cared for during his stay. I received pictures during his stay and was reassured he was doing well. Frenchies are interesting breeds, but she knew just how to take care of him. I am so happy to have found Tessa's care!!

I'm incredibly neurotic about my dog and this was the best experience I've ever had putting her in someone else's care. This was also the first place she ever stayed besides home that she didn't want to leave. Pawtopia is affordable, and most importantly, you get regular updates about your pup! I'll be coming back.

I’ve used Pawtopia Boarding for several years. I started using Tessa and Pawtopia the day after I picked up my puppy. He went everyday for doggy daycare while I was at work. When I would turn down the street he would start spinning in circles in the car from excitement. He was over-the-top excited everyday. Tessa treats each dog as if her own. There is plenty of free play in the yard and plenty of water and shade. Sacha was there for daycare for more than two years until my retirement and move from Florida. Upon a recent trip overseas we considered many local boarding facilities in NC, but never found a facility that came close to Pawtopia. We chose to book our flights through Miami so that Sacha could stay at Pawtopia. Upon getting within a mile of Pawtopia, and after more than a year of not being there, he got very excited, tail wagging and barking in the car. Upon arrival,, he bolted toward the door and practically jumped in Tessa’s arms. Mind you, Sacha is a 90 pound male Belgian Malinois. As long as Tessa and Pawtopia are available, I will not take my beloved Sacha anywhere else! I am so grateful!

My two dogs (12 year old Weimaraner and 8 year old Terrier-mutt) have been boarded with Pawtopia many times over the past 5 years. They've been boarded from a few days, up to a week and I feel very confident and secure leaving my dogs knowing they'll be cared for. My dogs get excited when being dropped-off and upon seeing they'll be at Pawtopia :) Texts and updates are provided, and the pricing can't be beat!!!

I am so grateful to have been recommended Tessa's boarding services! She was extremely communicative and patient and caring. I had never left my puppy with someone I didn't know and she immediately made me feel at ease. My Great Pyrenees Ragnar jumps and runs out of our car to get to Christy! We always feel bad when we plan a trip to leave him and then we get to her house and he doesn’t even look back, he loves going. She is very responsive and always gives us updates on him. We left him for 5 weeks this summer and he was happy, healthy, clean. Absolutely the only person we trust in south FL.

I have no worries when my 2 1/2 yrs boy Tango is at A Pet's Home Away From Home. Christy takes Very Good Care of Tango, he be so Excited as soon as I turn on Christy Street because he's know that he's going to his Happy Place and will be playing and having Fun. My Cane Corso loves going to see Miss Christy and his doggie friends. She is very good with him and is always available for our needs. He can be a handful but she does a great job and gives good pet advice. I recommend to all my friends.

My husband and I are very happy we found Naye’s Pet Hotel to take care of Rocky, our dog. We were going on a long trip, and the person we usually takes care of him cancelled on us the same day, just a few hours before we were leaving. We panicked and thought we had to cancel the trip, since we don’t feel comfortable leaving the dog anywhere where we don’t know, but decided to search online and that’s when we found Naye’s Pet Hotel, and I am glad we did. I called and spoke to Nayelin explaining to her what happened and she was very understanding and asked me a few questions about the dog, she then checked for availability for those days and told to bring the dog. We were received by her husband and we realized they love what they do; Rocky was very friendly with him and we knew he was going to be taken care of the way we wanted. We could enjoy our vacation days knowing he would be treated like one of their own. We loved seeing the photos and videos of our pet playing and enjoying throughout the day. We couldn’t be happier and would definitely bring Rocky back in the future.

Naye was amazing!! She took care of my 2 little Poms and I have never had such great service. I paid a little more for the separate VIP room for them and it was so worth it, they had so many toys, a video access camera where I spoke to my babies, and several beds! She also attentive to them all day and night which I really appreciated! I will 100% leave my babies here again any day!

Naye’s pet hotel is like a home away from home for our 4 year old dog.Naye and Marcos took care of dog even with such short notice .The care ,love and responsibility they have towards our dog makes us choose them always .Our dog’s needs are all met which includes proper meal times ,play time ,grooming sessions .

Naye is amazing! One of my dogs is very anxious and has never done well in boarding but since we started taking her to Naye she will gladly get out of the car and is excited to be there. I have been using Naye for about 4 years. To say that she’s All love it’s an understatement. But have a rescue pop, who had terrible nervous anxieties. I could not leave her anywhere. Only with Naye, she learned to calm down, obey, and be happy. She feels safe, and cared for. Friendly professional staff clean place dedicated to your pet during their stay. Easy appointment, drop off and pick up. I enjoyed receiving email updates and pics on my dogs stay. You can go on vacation and know your pets are given attention and being cared for properly. They also bathe them before you pick them up so they smell great ! I've been taking my almost 2 years old Boston Terrier to this location for over a year now and I can safely say I've never had any issues with DGW Miami Gardens. My puppy runs in there so excited each and every time which is always a great sign that he enjoys being there. He's spent up to a week there and I always feel safe and have peace of mind knowing my pup will return to me safe and sound while also enjoying play time with his doggy friends. I also love that at DGW my doggy isn't locked up all day like at many other lodging places, rather he spends all day playing with his friends and running about. I HIGHLY recommend taking your doggies here!!

This was the first time I took my dog to a daycare. He hasn't had much socialization since we lost our other dog and I was a little nervous. The new client application was easy. The lobby was clean and the girl who helped me out was great with my shy and nervous dog. The status report I got in the middle of the day and when I picked my dog up was great too. I would recommend this place to all my friends.

Took my dog here for a much needed grooming session and he has never looked better. He suffers from anxiety, as a lot of Australian Shepherds do, but his groomer Camila had such a calm and gentle demeanor that she was able to put him at ease immediately. She did a fantastic job keeping his fluffiness while cutting the excess. We will definitely be back!

I have been taking my Beagle Baby for over a year. They are very affordable, love those fur babies like you wouldn't believe. Each dog gets undivided attention and unconditional love. My dog's tail wants to fall off as soon as I tell her she's going. Thank You for loving her so much!!!

My baby suffers from anxiety, he’s had multiple surgeries and I guess the noise from clippers puts him at the edge … is my baby but I know he can get ugly under this environment! They’ve always treated him with love and care! At every pick up he seem calm, not so rushed to get out of there… Also pls people if you have dogs that go thru this tip !!! That person is taking longer to ensure your baby is relaxed, they could be doing this in a minute and taking the next appointment!!!

We take our pups here to the doral location every time we need to go out of town. They send reports with pictures. We know our dogs are being well taken care of here and have never had any issues. They also give them baths before we pick them up after each visit. Would highly recommend it if you are looking for a dog boarding service.

My dog has been going here for over 2 years for day care and cage-less boarding and she loves it! We are very pleased with this business and enjoy getting pictures of our dog during her stay. We strongly recommend!

I loved my experience with pawfessionals. My dog kali loved Alex and George. When I picked kali up she was so happy and you can tell she she had a lovely stress free time. I also opted for the grooming and they did a fantastic job. Will definitely be using this service again! Thank you guys!

They charge for a mandatory exit bath, but my dog smelled like urine and feces at his paws. He is fully trained, and doesn't urinate ever in a crate, so unsure where he was placed after the bath, and how clean they maintain their kennels and crates. He's a beagle, and his tail was docked (stumped over) which is a clear indication that he was left in a crate too small, and for too many hours. That really upsets me because I was told he'd be roaming around regularly, so no reason his tail should be docked over. Hopefully it heals in the next few days. Lastly, I called at 10 am asking if I could pick him up on his day of pick up, and THEY requested I pick him up at 4-4:30pm. (I'm guessing it had to do with their bath schedule) HOWEVER, was charged a $25 afternoon pick up fee?! Because I picked him up in the afternoon! I was told by their staff to pick him up at that time, plus, if I paid for his boarding, why am I being charged to pick him up? To make matters worse, my dog was extremely thirsty at pick up, he drank 3 full bowls of water, as if he hadn't drank in over a day or so. Honestly, really let down by this place and don't think I will return.

We are absolutely thrilled that we found this boarding facility to care for our dog Bella while we are out of town. The owner and staff are very friendly and truly care about animals. The location is great and always clean. I highly recommend them to anyone needing boarding and grooming services. Looking forward to using them from now on. We recently boarded our dog here (July 2019), it was our first boarding experience ever. We were super nervous, but after meeting Christy, we were sure we had found a home away from home for our boy! Everything from scheduling to pick up was fast, efficient & easy! Our 7 month old puppy came home full of excitement & well cared for. This will be our choice for future kenneling needs!

This company is all about making money. There does not seem to be an y true intent to help individuals who can not take care of they pet for some time being. Here are some examples: 1. "Pickups after 12pm will be charged an additional daycare rate ($20)." 2. "Un-neutered males are accepted but will incur extra charge and not engage in social group play." 3. "Reservation cancellation policy a minimum of 48 hours notice." I am in shock that they are still in business. It's really unfair to make everything about money, that unneutered dogs will basically have no social time with other dogs when we pay you for that. And nobody knows 48 hours in advance their schedule, make it 24 hours at least. I would rather go somewhere else in a heartbeat.

Best daycare and boarding facility in all Miami! My dog loves and looks forward to come here everyday to play with his friends. I 100% recommend this place to anyone!

Hey there! Just wanted to share our amazing experience with The Pooch House. Leaving Bailey and Sunny with someone for the first time made us a bit anxious, but Elizabeth really came through! She provided us with frequent videos and messages that helped calm our nerves. Seeing all those smiles and how patient she was with our moody little guy was so comforting. We're thrilled to have found someone who treated our boys like family. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be using The Pooch House again.

Left our sweet spunky emotionally attached mutt at the pooch house for the first time and won’t be our last, that’s for sure! Got plenty of daily picture updates and by the end of the week Chester had a hard time saying goodbye to his temporary home. He was treated with love and care. Ely and her family take great care of the pooches, give them lots of love, attention, and care. My dog Hemi always looks forward to the overnight stays when needed, knows when it’s time to go, and picks his favorite toy to take over! Truly amazing! They are beyond patient and treat your dogs like their own. Very happy I found someone my dogs and myself can trust! They send videos and pictures which was very nice. I strongly recommend and I will definitely be coming back in the future.

I can't recommend The Pooch House enough! Elizabeth has been absolutely amazing with my dog, Bailey. She has come to my rescue twice in less than a month when I had last-minute work trips. Elizabeth is always in contact, incredibly loving with the animals, and Bailey absolutely loves it there, especially since she gets to play with two other Golden Doodles. On one trip, Bailey went into heat while I was in Mexico, and Elizabeth went above and beyond by getting diapers and taking great care of her. I am truly grateful for the peace of mind she provides. If you're looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter, The Pooch House is the place to go!

My boy was taken care of like a prince at the Pooch House. He was always happy, loved & well fed. Owner sent me pictures and videos of my pup having fun with his new friends. She was always responsive and willing to provide updates. Will definitely use them again!
