My bunnies had a wonderful stay with Lindy last week whilst I was on holiday. She was professional and very thorough when asking about their health, temperaments and daily routine. By doing this it allowed for my bunnies to feel right home and have a fun little vacation themselves. I received plenty of photo and video updates which really eased my mind and showed me how much fun they were having. She provided them with plenty of enrichment toys and activities and even gave my small bun cuddles via my request as he is a real cuddler. I would definitely recommend, her passion for the animals really shows.

Lindy is the perfect dog walker for my initially shy rescue dog. She's built a rapport with him so quickly and gained his trust. I couldn't have managed without her help whilst recovering from surgery. Walking him from the house suits him too. He wouldn't cope with a van!

We have used Lindy Leads multiple times now whilst we have been away on holidays/weekends. We have always been very impressed how well looked after all our animals have been. Lindy offers a home visit service and will look after multiple species such as our gerbils, rabbits and tortoise. Always very friendly and quick to respond. 10/10

Lindy’s Leads took such good care in looking after our bunny for the week. He’s an indoor bunny, and she sent pics of where he would be staying inside the house and that he would have free time and cuddles too! I want to thank you so much for looking after our bunny and sending the lovely updates. He was nice & calm when we collected him and he settled back home well. We have left our two guinea pigs with Lindy on 4 separate occasions now. We are certain that they are very well looked after, we get regular pics/videos to keep us updated on their wellbeing whilst we are away. We highly recommend.

Daisy our 11 year old rabbit has just had a wonderful holiday with Lindy. She was so loved & cared for as if she was their own, such wonderful service thank you.

Lindy recently looked after our rabbit over the new year break, and having never used bunny boarding before, she was absolutely great. She replied to my messages so quickly, and I loved having the daily updates about what our little bunny was getting up to, along with the video evidence 😁. She asked all about what he had at home for him, and tried to replicate that as much as possible in terms of housing, toilet habits, grazing etc. He seemed to be right at home, so will definitely call on Lindy in the future when we need someone to take good care of Beanie - Thank you again x

Our rabbit stayed at Lindy's for three weeks for the first time. Lindy took really good care of her and shared lots of videos and pictures with us so we could see how she was doing. She had a big two storey hutch to herself and also spent time in the run on the grass. We were very happy and would use Lindy's again when we go away.

Lindy helped us out when my partner was due to have an operation, which then got cancelled. She is lovely, the dogs were so relaxed with her and really looked forward to their morning walks. Highly recommend Lindy and will certainly book again when we get a new date or need a day out. 😀 …

Amy from All Paws, called in last weekend to give our family dogs, a cuddle and to play ball with them, while we were away for the afternoon. Both dogs are very special to us and finding someone who we felt able to trust and look after them is very important to us. After meeting Amy and her meeting the dogs, we felt they would be in good hands with her. I would highly recommend All Paws, I was able go away for the afternoon and not worry about our 2 special family members.

Had a lovely day out knowing that our German shepherd had someone to let her out and play with her, have more days out planned . Thank you so much .

Brilliant service, every stay is above and beyond. I have a sensitive and powerful lurcher but she is always looked after fantastically and comes home happy and exhausted. Updates and pictures are sent to reassure me, I do not think now of going anywhere else (main stream kennels made dog very unhappy and resulted in big vets fees after being overpulled).

The most perfect location, Deanne is amazing with our 2 dogs who have the best time on their holidays @Barkingham Palace.

Just collected my daughters 2 dogs who visited maggies mutts for the first time . They looked so happy and it was so reassuring to get a daily photograph to show how the dogs were. It was very professional when I collected them , password etc. I will most definitely bring my dog here when we go away next time

Maggie's mutts is the only person who l will take my dog's to she is very good at her job and the dog's relay get on well with her thanks and keep up the good work

Lydia is so lovely with my dog. He’s super happy when he’s home from a walk and absolutely adores Lydia. Sometimes I have to leave to work for the day and is reassuring that I have someone to drop-in and make sure my dog is okay. Highly recommend Lydia.

Lydia walks my dog and looks after him at lunch time. We met up before to introduce her to my dog she is very friendly and great with him. She took him for a good walk which he I could tell he loved from the photos sent to me after! I will definitely be using Lydia regularly!

It's been difficult finding somewhere to look after my big lad when I go away with work but he always has a fantastic time with Lydia. Very personalised service, lots of photo updates, and a happy dog!

Up until now we have had no issues with Lower Mill, having been a customer of theirs for the last 3-4years. But this week we have tried to make contact with them to book our cat in for a 3 night stay at the end of the month (I’m aware last minute) due to something that has cropped up. I messaged them on Monday detailing the dates and as usual receive an automated reply back asking to be patient for a reply back but if urgent please call up. As not to bother them, I then waited patiently for them to get back to me. Tuesday came and went, and then midday Wednesday I asked my partner to message in case they were that busy they had missed my message. This morning my partner received a message back (still yet to reply back to my message) stating they have seen I have messaged but that they have previously stated that a quicker response is to call them up. Which ironically myself and my partner did do yesterday morning but as always are met by an answering machine. Having seen the message my partner received I don’t like the tone of the message and clearly they are that busy they don’t need my money and therefore will look to take it elsewhere. I am happy to have a conversation about this over the phone, as you will have my contact number on record. I look forward to hearing from you!

Sprout seemed to really enjoy his stay at Lower Mill Cattery. He was well looked after and seemed at home when we picked him up. He received a lot of care and attention while he was there, and the staff seemed to have bonded with him very well. I would recommend Lower Mill to anybody looking for somewhere for their cats/dogs to stay, and would 100% use them again.

An amazing group of well trained people at lower mill boarding kennels. I have used these kennels and cattery for over 25 years and won't put my pets anywhere else. Well done Johnathan and team.

Great Kennels with caring and friendly staff. This was the 1st time our dog had stayed away from home overnight and he was relaxed and happy from the moment we arrived as well as when we collected him.

Our Labrador spent two weeks there and he was very well looked after by lovely, friendly staff. Treated like a family pet and was a happy, happy doggie. Highly recommended and would definitely go back. Five stars for sure.

Both of my small breed dogs have been to Lower Mill for their holidays. The staff really care about the welfare of their canine visitors. The dogs have lots of stimulation and are walked several times during the day. The kennels are also super-clean. I heard of Lower Mill through a personal recommendation and I now always recommend Lower Mill to anyone else looking for overnight care for their dogs. My little girls (dogs) were invited to have a day visit before they stayed overnight which was a great idea as it meant I knew they would be happy and familiar with their surroundings and staff during their 'holiday' :D Lovely setting and excellent staff. I wouldn't want my dogs to go elsewhere. Most importantly, my little ones always seem to enjoy going there and they love the staff.

We always board our cat's here, never had an issue of any kind, lovely staff, nice accommodation

This place is amazing - the staff are caring and knowledgeable and run a good tight ship in terms of inoculation rules which fills us with reassurance that our dogs will be healthy and safe. Love the one day trial visit too - meant they and we got to see if Lower Mills was the right place and boy is it :)

Alice and the team have been walking Marley since he was a pup over 4+ years now. They provide an excellent service and Marley always looks forward to his doggy walks.

Alice has made a real go at creating and growing her business. She is a very capable young lady. She has a lovely way with all animals and our Charlie adores her. We have used many of her services, and we have always been more than happy to recommend her to friends. We will often call on Alice for help and advice too, nothing is too much trouble for her. Alice has also started to provide hampers for those special occasions and after the lovey Christmas hamper Charlie can't wait for Easter!

Ali looked after our felines for the summer. No job was too small for her and she took her time to come and get to know the cats before we went away. I felt calm, happy and settled and rightly so, as when we returned the cats were happy and healthy and I had regular updates about how they were and photos to confirm all was well. A really efficient, happy and helpful person. Will be using AJs services again. Thank you so much Ali for all that you did.

Alice has been amazing with my dog who is a rescue. She’s really coming out of her shell. She doesn’t trust strangers but seemed to really warm to Alice quite quickly. Confidence building walks have been amazing for my dog and she’s really thriving from all the work Alice has done with her. Thanks so much.

Alice looked after our beloved cat, Boba whilst we were away. First time having Alice care for Boba. Alice was so caring and professional, ensuring she did a meet & greet before us going away, and noting all information for boba including vets etc. This gave us reassurance she would give the upmost care to Boba. During our trip, she was in regular contact, updates and pictures, Boba took such a like to Alice. Highly recommend and already booked Alice for our next trip

Alice is great with my dog Oscar, he really enjoys his trips out . Alice also takes similar types of dogs out together on each walk, so there is a great walk for everyone ! Very professional, personable and Oscar really happy with her

I have two very precious sausage dogs and Alice understands just how precious they are to me. She knows I prefer them to be socialised with smaller dogs for their backs. She understands their raw feed diet. She's very knowledge about all different dog breeds but she's not pushy with it. She adapts to your routine and whatever is best for your dog she will do. She goes above and beyond for my boys and they love her so much. I wouldn't want anyone else to look after my boys. They love alice and she loves them just as much. Thanks for being you!!!! Alice has been walking our rescue boy and introducing him teaching him to be sociable with other dogs Freddie adores her and respond very well to her capable handling 10/10 . Her ready smile cheers me up too in these difficult days

We are absolutely amazed with Jenn and her dog boarding service. It really is incredible, from start to finish with the gentle onboarding process to make sure everyone is happy to the actual enriched boarding with fabulous dog walks is just so so comforting as an owner. We love the fact that Jenn has a real sense of command and control with our dog and so we know she is in safe hands with training and discipline as well as being cared for and all of her needs are being met. Brilliant!

Louie absolutely loves his walks with Jo. 🐾 Both Jenn and Jo have been absolutely brilliant over the last few months I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a dog walker in the Shifnal area. Jenn has taken great care of our dog. During his stays with Jenn, we’ve received regular updates on how he was doing as well as photos. His last visit with Jenn was for 12 days, so the regular contact helped my wife and I feel at ease while we were away from him. Our dog can be anxious sometimes but Jenn knows how to tailor her approach to suit each dogs personality and needs. I would highly recommend Paws and Moore!

Dealing with Jenn and Shaun at Paws and Moore has been amazing. They are both so professional in their approach and service, and also very accommodating. Shaun started visiting our two dogs recently. He does a great job and makes such a fuss over them each time he visits. No hesitation is dealing with their medication and the dogs love him. Would highly recommend Paws and Moore!!

Jenn looked after my dog Blue for 10 days while we were getting married and he had an amazing time! The best dog sitters you could ask for! I visited Shrewsbury for work in the lead up to Christmas and required dog care for around 10 days. Despite my working hours being a little erratic, Jenn accommodated us amazingly and was super flexible with pick up and drop offs. I received daily pup dates and was always informed of drop offs and pick ups which put me totally at ease. I was so thrilled by how friendly and personal the service was and loved how happy My pup was after his visits. I couldn’t recommend Paws and Moore any more highly, I just wish I could relocate them to London for the rest of the year!! Thank you so much for making everything so easy and enjoyable! Absolutely EXCELLENT!

Have taken our Lucy here twice and she has been so well looked after. She comes home full of bounce. The staff are lovely and Lucy is not nervous about going there so I feel confident leaving her with them.

Absolutely brilliant place, my dog is totally hyper and crazy, but settles well here and she loves the place. Excellent service and she always comes home happy. The lady's here are both lovely, friendly and have excellent customer service, wouldn't use anywhere else for my nutter.

Beautiful quiet setting, lovely mother and daughter that run the place. My dogs have boarded here and we're well looked after. They're the first kennels that one my dogs actually liked, she didn't come home clingy and was very settled. Highly recommend.

Not sure ; wasn’t given the opportunity to have a good look around when bringing my dogs, I could see that they didn’t have an open run of there own going out onto grass,I wasn’t asked what my dogs like to eat , it seemed like they were in a hurry for us leave; the dogs where there 15 nights; on there return I could see they had lost weight , they ate two and a half full meals when we got back home , we weren’t told what they would be fed ,so it’s hard to give a proper review .

By far the best kennels I've taken my doggo. Very friendly and understanding people, they took amazing care and attention of my family dog. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Beanie has been coming to Wags & Whiskers for 4 and 1/2 years now, he goes twice a week and absolutely loves it. All the staff are amazing and they show so much love towards all the dogs. My mad spaniel, Paddy, has been going to Wags for over three years now and he loves it! Steph and her staff clearly adore dogs, and they make sure that their charges are exercised, stimulated and rested as appropriate. I love that I can see on Instagram what my boy is up to when he’s there!

I can honestly say wags and whiskers is so good .Our little Finn has been going for nearly 12 months now and loves his days .steph and all the girls are fantastic ,the facilities are so good with plenty of outside space and play areas . It is also great value for money . We had a bad experience with first daycare place we choose for Finn so moved him to wags so glad we did . Also Steph is a great groomer so Finn can also have a groom . If you are looking for daycare wags is the place . Annette

Bob has been with Wags for a few years now and it's fantastic. I can tell from the social media updates he is having a ball and he loves the staff. I know I can drop him off and trust he'll have a great time with his doggy pals and be looked after my the team.

What a fantastic experience for our 3 dogs, they absolutely loved it. Loads for them to do, didn't stopped running around for the whole hour. All was very quite on the way home. Easy access to all gates. Even though there were sheep and horses in the next fields the dogs wernt interested at all. Felt very secure in all areas. Definitely recommend and will book again. Great place for a dog party. 🐕

Used the Wags and Whiskers field hire for the fist time today. Totally brilliant! Luna loved every area and having the freedom of being off lead she was a happy doggo. Recommend 100% and we definitely be booking again 😁 …
