Amy is amazing with dogs! She is very thorough with the whole pet sitting process and because of that I felt very comfortable leaving my dog, Sophia, with her. She sent photos and updates multiple times throughout the time she had Sophia. She treats your pets like they are her own! We have already scheduled our next pet sitting with her. 10/10 recommend!!!

I was very reluctant to leave my senior (12 1/2 year old) Golden due to her health issues but when I met Amy at Hank’s Pet Sitting Services my decision was made! It is extremely obvious Amy is a dog lover and caretaker! But also her professionalism with paperwork assured me if anything did come up with our girl she could handle the situation. Her communication relaying when she would be at the house as well as pictures and videos from each visit were so assuring. I HIGHLY recommend Amy for the care of your beloved four legged family members!! We are lucky to have her as a pet sitting resource in our community!

We used Hank's Pet Sitting Service for our two Labrador retrievers while we were out of town for a week. Amy sent us daily photos of our dogs playing ball or hanging out with her on the couch, and they loved spending time with her. I highly recommend her business to anyone who like myself, doesn't enjoy the idea of your pet spending 16+ hours a day alone in a kennel at the vet or a large boarding facility.

Amy was updating me throughout the 2 weeks I was on vacation, and had given my kitty all the attention he needed! Will use her again and again for any future vacations :) Highly recommend, especially in the Lancaster OH area.

Amy was wonderful to have watching over our cats while we were away. The extra level of detail was great. Weather it be sending photos of our cats and or text messages before and after checking on them. Made me feel more at ease leaving them home alone. She even made friends with our senior cat who can be quite a handful! I would highly recommend her to all my friends. We plan on using Amy again in the near future.

I loved having Hank's Pet Sitting Service take care of our animals. Amy is so caring and courteous. It was also obvious that my animals adored her. We had her come to our house over a period of five days to feed, clean up after, and medicate are cats. She was even willing to do some side tasks for us if need be like collect mail and take out our trash. Meeting with Amy was simple. She was easy to communicate with via text. Having Amy come to her house was much easier than our normal boarding procedures . It also saved our two girls a lot of stress! We will definitely be using her services again.

We had Scales Tails and Paws watch our 3 cats over Christmas. Our oldest cat was 20 with diabetes and needed insulin twice a day. This team did such a good job taking care of our cats. I knew the oldest cat wouldn’t do well with us gone. He did end up getting sick, and Ingrid brought him to the vet for us. He unfortunately passed away, but Ingrid was there to love him through it. I am so thankful they were there for our old boy in his final days when we could not be. I highly recommend Ingrid and the crew at Scales Tails & Paws, especially if you have special needs pets.

We have been using this service for almost a year now for their dog walking services. It’s been smooth sailing from the get go. I love how you can book/request online easily. Communication has always been quick, efficient and clear. I feel very safe with anyone from this company coming into our home to walk our dogs, it’s usually the same two people but if it’s ever someone else they give me a heads up. To note our two dogs are large and tend to be a little wild so managing both of them can be a lot but they have never complained about caring for our dogs and have been able to manage them fine. In fact they tell us how much they have enjoyed them! My favorite part is the update with pictures they send to your phone after each visit. We don’t have a consistent need because we have odd work schedules but they have the option on their website to schedule consistent walks daily or weekly. Easy customer website portal to use, very user friendly. Would recommend to neighbors, friends and family to care for their pets! Pictures in post are pictures from updates they have sent me.

As I was recovering from surgery we used ScalesTails and Paws for our dogs daily morning walk. Morgan is the best. He was very attentive to her needs and by the last day she was giving Morgan kisses. I loved that Morgan even sent pictures and a recap of their walk each day. It was such a huge help to us each day .

These people are the greatest. As much as I hate to leave my fur babies when I travel, I 100% trust these people with my dogs. They always share pictures of my dogs from their visits as well what happened with each dog during the visit. I highly, highly recommend this company 🐾🐾🐾

We left our 5 year old dog at our home in the care of Jenny and Leo for about a week for the first time. Our dog suffers from high separation anxiety and could never get comfortable at the kennel no matter how much extra attention and stimulation I would pay for her to have while we were away. That was not the case with Granville Pet Sitting! Jenny (and Leo) made sure our anxious girl knew she was well loved with all of her familiar toys, treats and cuddles. They wore her out playing outside when they could and made sure she was completely comfortable while we were gone. Our kitten also loved all of the attention he got from their visits as well! We came home to two calm, well cared for pets who were happy to see us instead of giving us the cold shoulder for leaving them. Jenny was great with communicating during each visit and I felt like I knew exactly what was happening with all of the pictures. 5 stars, 10/10, 2 thumbs up service for both our pets and their humans!

I'm so glad to have found Jenny to help with our new(ish) pup! This is the first time we've lived far from family and needed to hire outside dog boarding and care. We have hired Jenny for drop-in visits, boarding at her home, and more. She is professional and communicative and a true animal lover. I have such peace of mind when I know our dog is in her hands.

Jenny was really wonderful! We were living in a strange place, so we were afraid to hire a stranger to watch our 3 cats. Still, we had to travel a lot to visit a dying family member, so we took the risk. Jenny came over to meet us and the cats and helped calm us down right away. She did well with all of them while we were there, then sent us lots of pictures when we were gone. She brought toys and played with them. She even tired our our kitten, which I know the older cats appreciated. She always let us know when any of them were behaving strangely (our older cats were getting used to a kitten, so it did happen), so we could check in and make sure everything was ok. During a really hard time in our lives, it was such a relief knowing that she was there to take care of our fur babies.

Jenny treats your pets like they are her own. When dropping in to care for ours during weekends away, she took extra time with them to play, make sure they used the restroom, and to give lots of pets and snuggles. She always gave me updates which aso gave me piece of mind. She is very knowledgeable about dogs and different breeds as well. I highly recommend!!!

I have an Australian Shepherd, who at first was very aggressive and wasn’t very good with other people and angrily barked at people as they go by and likes to jump, & couldn’t even take him into public places, but one of my husbands buddies recommended us to Heath, for training, has helped our Aussie TREMENDOUSLY!!!!!! never been so happy with how well Heath works with dogs and trained our Australian Shepherd!! We just took our dog into Tractor supply for the first time ever and he did so well and minded his own business and did his own thing! that tells you right there how amazing Heath works with these dogs!! Milo at first could only go into playcare for trainings, but now he can go into daycare and play with other doggies with no issues and have no issues with the staff there, which are amazing as well! so friendly and nice to talk to and tell you how your pets stay was! i now can be stress free about my dog staying with FIDO and i know my dog is having a blast while being there as well!! While Milo was in training, Heath sent me videos of Milo to keep me updated as well which made me feel better about how my dog was doing! Shout out to FIDO & it’s Staff, you have helped my dog become the best dog ever and a better dog than ever before! THANK YOU!!!

Excellent place to take your pets. Our dog was there while we were on vacation and they took great care oh him. Facilities are clean and staff do a great job of taking care of family pets. Communication was top notch and price was affordable. We will be taking Woody back for more play days and possibly training sessions. Thank You

I left my dog in their care from 12/22/23-12/30/23. Trinity left me a voicemail the day before his scheduled pickup requesting a call back. My emergency contact was scheduled to pick him up since I wasn't going to be back until late in the evening. She informed me that when she picked him up that she was told he lost weight. When I got home I noticed his behavior was off. He was lethargic, constantly shaking, his eye appeared irritated and he'd lost a pound in weight. On 12/31, I called to speak with Trinity but she was unavailable. I informed the employee who answered about his condition. She didn't seem concerned and said that she would have Trinity return my call. That never happened. I took him to the vet the same day, he had a bacterial or viral infection ( I can't recall which one). He's better now but his shaking lasted for a least 3-4 days. I was hoping to have a good experience with F.I.D.O since they were recommended to me but I didn't.

When we moved to the area, we took a tour of FIDO and immediately knew how awesome this facility was. We've been working through some issues with one of our dogs, and we had a consultation with Heath. He was so knowledgeable and gave us some great advice, which we've now implemented, and seen some great improvements!! Our dogs also boarded here for 2 weeks while we traveled overseas. They took such great care of our babies while we were away, and were so helpful when we were having flight issues when returning. I am someone that can be very nervous and anxious about others caring for my dogs. I love them so much! But, FIDO and all of the amazing managers and staff, and Heath really made us feel comfortable with it and gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Thank you FIDO!!!!!

We have a 1 year old puppy who is reactive towards people but loves other dogs. We heard great things about F.I.D.O. and wanted to try daycare to help us with our puppy’s socialization. With the puppy’s fear of people, Trinity recommended we do a training consult with Heath, the owner of F.I.D.O. We are so glad that we did! Heath came to our house to observe. He made very thoughtful recommendations about how WE as people could be better leaders for our dog. Heath’s training consult totally changed our outlook. Within days, we we’re seeing progress with our pooch! Within a few weeks, we felt confident enough to try him at doggy daycare. When I picked our pup up on the first day, I was so proud to hear how well he did. Heath even took some videos for me to see how well he played with other dogs and interacted with staff. While our pup is still learning, Heath’s positivity and the socialization that F.I.D.O. provides gives us such hope and excitement that our dog CAN learn to outgrow his reactivity. Plus, he will have fun at F.I.D.O. while learning! If you’re looking for a clean, safe place that your dog will look forward to going, call to set up a tour of F.I.D.O. 🐾

We have two dogs in the home, one older and a new puppy. We were having some issues with the two dogs getting along. We felt like we knew enough about dog training to fix the problems ourselves, but on a recommendation decided to reach out to FIDO for an in-home visit. Boy were we wrong! Heath spent a couple of hours here with all of us in the home, teaching us how to correct their behavior through positive (or lack of) reinforcement. And aside from the education we had a great time! We really felt like we were Heath’s only client that day, and leading up to the appointment, the customer experience with all of the other staff was phenomenal.

We were looking for a place to board our dogs when we go away on vacation, and this place was recommended to us by a family friend who lives in the Lancaster area. We live approx. 30 miles away so for us this is pretty out of the way. We tried ones closer but nearly all of them were "pay to play." In other words, if you don't buy playtime, they get 3 potty breaks and then it's all day in the kennel otherwise. Those costs QUICKLY added up and I just find that kind of treatment appalling. Here, they do get to spend time socializing with other dogs. Our lab-mix is a bit skittish and shy, and the staff has worked with her while she is at daycare, so she has a good time with the right dog group. She loves people so they said if its not working out that day, she can just spend time with their staff. Our Jack Russell-mix surprisingly has no issues here. So, because our dogs get to play and have fun at a great price, I give this place 5-stars. The only thing I would ask them to change is their facility tours. The other places we looked at were more than happy to have a staff member give us a quick tour and answer any questions on the spot. FIDO does not do that and will not bend on this policy. You have to schedule it in advance, it is done after hours on certain days and for us who do not live close, it's hard to do this and that is unfortunate. Other places have pictures on their websites of the areas where the dogs will sleep and stuff, and I have asked for these via email and it's been ignored.

Best kennel I've worked with yet! I've had more than one dog and have been a customer of more than one kennel. F.I.D.O. is hands down the best yet . The facility is modern, spacious and clean. The staff, lead by Heath Wills (excellent dog trainer) are all dog lovers that you can tell genuinely care about your four-legged child(ren). When I bring my dog to F.I.D.O. walking in is like when Norm walked into the bar on 'Cheers'; everyone is excited to see him. In the past I would bring my dog to a kennel out necessity, like traveling out of town. Now I find myself bringing my dog just so he can have some fun, be pampered and play with friends, both canine and human. I cannot recommend F.I.D.O. enough!

Heath and his wife, Libby are wonderful business owners! Heath came to my house and made so much sense out of my puppy's behaviors. What we learned was so simple to practice and to keep reinforcing. I am so thankful for him! He was even able to show us how to correct her excessive barking! I recommend FIDO 100%

We had the best experience today at Frosty Paws! I am typically anxious taking our dogs places, but we were given constant photo updates throughout the entire grooming process! All of my requests and concerns were taken seriously, and they made our pups look and feel so beautiful and soft!!! Our dogs are anxious babies, and they had the time of their lives. Extremely affordable for getting two 90+ lbs dogs groomed which is hard to find for their size. I couldn’t recommend this place more!!! ☺️

We had to board our Brody for a week and were nervous about it but frosty Paws did an amazing job with him!! He had his own vacation playing and running. They took amazing care of him and I would use their services agian with out hesitation!!! They sent me daily text updates and pictures so I knew he was doing great!!! Thank you so much!!! Our little boy Milo goes here for daycare a couple days a week. We did this after our lab died suddenly. We thought it would be good for him plus just more playing with other dogs. He loves it and the owners are awesome! Even tho he's only there about 4 hrs Misty sends me several pictures of him! We can tell when we walk him that he's more social with neighborhood dogs. So, it's been so great that they groomed him and he looked so good! If you need grooming, daycare or boarding call them! We're so glad we found them! Here's one of the pics Misty sent me. I ❤️ it!

Frosty Paws was amazing with my fur baby! They treated both her and I like family. I received daily updates about how her stay was going. Misty and her family are warm, friendly people who seem to truly love dogs and care for them like they were their own. I will definitely be boarding here again and would highly recommend it to anyone!

We can’t express how happy we are that we found Frosty Paws to board our German Shepherd! Misty and Mike treat our girl, Maddie, as if she were their own. She’s so excited to arrive which tells us she is very comfortable being left with them and that not only gives us peace of mind but allows us to shed any guilty feelings for leaving her behind. This has been our go-to boarding for a couple years now. The owners are super friendly, very accommodating, and they take good care of our dog.

I wasn’t shown where my dog would be located. When picking up my dog, the same amount of food that was dropped off when I left was provided back to me. I asked if my dog ate, was told he did. However my dog in this 3 days has lost weight and when he got in the car started to whine. There is no way he was fed. I won’t be back. Upset, disappointed, and feel so bad for my dog.

All the pet family members in good shape after a five day stay. I would recommend trying them. Wonderful caring people.

Our experience from the first phone call to the pickup was excellent. We dropped our two dogs off for a 9 day visit while we were on vacation. Shane assured us they would be well taken care of and we were not disappointed. Pictures were posted quite often of our babies having fun at The Hotel. Messages about the pups were answered quickly. Of course they were happy to see Mommy and Daddy but they didn't come home stressed at all. I would highly recommend. Thank you guys for taking care of our kids.

I scheduled an appointment with The Winston and it went great. The young lady was just wonderful with our elderly Heeler and he was instantly comfortable with her. That’s unusual for Bandit. The set up was smooth, the groom was excellent and customer service was very responsive with my questions. Highly recommend 🐕

I recently boarded my dog, Stella, at The Winston. I have not had to board any of my pets but already had travel arrangements when Stella was dumped where I live. The staff are great and we're very kind. They went above and beyond to make sure Stella was well taken care of. I completely trust the staff at Winston and will continue to take Stella there. My dog, Max, loves this place! It's his home away from home. He gets his own bed, which he very much enjoys. And all the attention from the staff is excellent. He is always so happy to see them. It makes me feel so much better about leaving my dog when I know he's going to be cared for just like at home. My dog has been coming to the Winston Pet Hotel for a few years now and I highly recommend them!! I was nervous at first to board my dog but she loves going here. When we pull up she's never resistant or hesitant, she gets excited. The owner/staff are amazing!! They are so caring with the pets.

Had to find somewhere for our basset hound to stay last minute on a holiday, luckily they had 1 spot open and we were able to drop off on the holiday itself on the way to our event. The owners were awesome, guy we dropped off with was awesome, girl who did our pick up was awesome and was able to tell us cute lil stories about his stay. Pictures were posted online. We LOVE The Winston Pet Hotel. The staff is so accommodating with scheduling and updates. We love the photos of how Sophie is doing while we're away. But the best part is how its changed our girl. She was rescued by a house with cats and being with the other dogs at The Winston has taught her to relax, lay back, and enjoy the day. She is eager to go and spend time with new friends, and always comes come so calm. We highly recommend The Winston Pet Hotel.

Luna went to Dott's Place last week while I traveled. She was at "doggie camp". She had the best time. Usually she is kenneled. At Dott's Place she gets to be outside every day and plays with other dogs her size and energy level. They offer daycare too. Luna does daycare too sometimes. Dott's Place is wonderful. Luna had her second birthday there. I am grateful for such a caring and safe place. Staff are super!💚

If Sierra doesn’t have room, I probably won’t go! Sierra and her team are beyond amazing. This place is like summer camp for your fur babies. This is not your typical boarding setting. Dott’s Place is the BEST! Winnie loves attending Dog Daycare there and did just fine with her first overnight boarding. Also, I do not worry about her being there when I drop her off. I can relax knowing she is happy and safe.

Sierra has always has an immense love for all animals. You can clearly see this shine through with how she runs her dog boarding business. She cares so deeply for each and every dog that comes into her facility. Giving them the best care and all the love and affection they could ever need. Often times going above and beyond what is needed or expected. Making sure they are all safe and cared for. This also applies to all of Sierra’s employees. She has taken the time to find people with the same love for animals as herself and trained them how to properly care for them. I also love how she puts the owners at ease with pictures and updates of their furry loved ones. Sierra and her staff are knowledgeable in many aspects of health and wellbeing of dogs. So you can take comfort in knowing that they will be cared for appropriately if a belly ache, boo-boo, or any extra care is required. She’s great to turn to with any questions or advice. I own my own dog training and boarding facility as well and she is the first one I turn to with any questions, help, or care of my own animals or my clients animals. She is also my go-to if/when I may be full or unavailable for boarding. And I trust her with that, full heartedly. Another major plus is her play area for the dogs. It’s big. It’s beautiful. It’s well kept. With a nice and secure, high fence. AND! She can even bathe your dog for you so they’re nice and clean for pick up. All the praise to her, her facility, her employees, and services. Boarded my puppy here for a long weekend. Good price, knowledgeable about the breed I have, nice facility, friendly staff. The best parts were that I was sent pictures and given updates about how my pup was doing. I could tell that that she played hard all weekend because she was calm and happy when I picked her up. I feel like they even worked with her on some behavior things too because she was super chilled out and content. Thank you for a great and safe place to leave my puppy for a few days! We’ll be back!

As a previous client of Sierra, I expected better when she branched off and started her own dog training business. Per my training contract I’m owed an in home/follow up lesson and have tried numerous times to schedule but she has since blocked my number. During the most recent board and train I received very little communication and had to text more than once to get a response. I was promised a googledrive with photos. During the entire 17 day stay, there were only photos from 2 different days. At our in home session during drop off while Sierra was handling my dog, she allowed her to jump on top of a seated family member in my home. I was unimpressed by her lack of control in the situation. My dog came home with more anxiety than she left with. I was hopeful Sierra would contact me back to schedule our final in home lesson but since I’ve gotten no reply and my number blocked, I’ll have to share this. How am I supposed to receive the support post training that’s included if I can’t contact the trainer and she hasn’t communicated to me? My dog was supposed to be trained on a treadmill walking pad during her 17 day stay but due to numerous issues this didn’t happen. I was promised a link to a video that would allow me to train her on the one we have at home and never received it. She also cancelled our in home lesson due to not knowing her own personal schedule, came late to our drop off and cancelled a scheduled daycare visit same day. Communication is certainly a struggle with all of these but you can’t count on keeping an appointment either. As a business owner you have a right to “discharge” clients but I’d highly recommend you only do that in warranted situations. Sierra is well aware that this isn’t one of them nor has she communicated that she wishes to terminate our contract and discharge us as clients. Update: after reviewing messages, it appears my contract includes TWO additional in home lessons in addition to the drop off “lesson”.

Our dogs were so happy! They got to stay together and play together. I finally have a place that caters to us and our wishes. Thank you Dott's Place, the boys can't wait to come back!

Our dog started going to Furball fitness when he was 11 months old. He has now been going for over 7 months and LOVES IT. This is an incredible team and they take great care of dogs under their supervision. Highly recommend!

I cannot speak highly enough about the staff at Furball. I have a dog with vision problems who is afraid of certain doorways. The staff go ABOVE and beyond to make sure my dog is comfortable and isn’t forced to go somewhere she doesn’t want to. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. The facility is clean and not overcrowded. My dogs look forward to coming and I have peace of mind knowing they’re at a great place!

My dogs and I have been customers there for years. They take care of your pets like they are their own. I love them. They are family 10/10 strongly recommend for grooming, boarding or training.

I was disappointed in the puppy training class. Their website said a benefit of the class would be exposure to other puppies and dogs. There was one other dog in the class and and the dog just wanted to hump my dog so the dogs were unable to socialize with each other. Classes were rescheduled, the other person dropped out and we could not move to an older puppy class because I was told it would be disruptive to the other dogs in the classes who had bonded. I Wish my dog had that experience . I know they cannot control who is enrolled in a class but don’t advertise this. During class 5 I asked two pet owners who were picking up their dogs from daycare if my puppy could meet their dog so my puppy could have some contact with another dog. I didn’t find training that helpful and decided not to go to the last class and have my dog graduate alone.

My dog's separation anxiety has been so bad I don't like leaving him home alone but I needed to do something with him when that wasn't an option. Furball is great! He gets so excited when we pull up he vibrates. Drop off is nice because they take him right back o the other dogs before he even knows I left. Of course, I get a couple hours of pouting after for leaving but I'll take that over the frantic fear in his eyes when I left him alone.
