We first came across Ingrid and Kate when personal circumstances and a couple of unweildy crutches mean't we needed a little help looking after our 2 yr old Irish Setter! Having never needed pet care services in the past we were a little unsure what to expect and of course that we were trusting someone we'd never met before with the little furry grenade that had so quickly become the centre of our universe. We needed'nt have had any concerns and within the course of a couple of days, which included an initial visit to meet and great and her first walk with the group, it was clear that she was in the best possible hands and was really enjoying adventure and high times with her other, new, four-legged friends. We've since explored a whole range of services DPC provide; walks, day care, home visits and evening drop-ins! We've been so lucky to find Ingrid and Kate. The Bean clearly loves them and we absolutely love what they do and now can't imagine what it was like before they came along. Even more so lately as within a very short space of time the Bean was laid very low following some hefty surgery for such a young thing. With tyical gusto she's bounced back but what has been absolutely amazing has been the way that Ingrid and Kate have been so accommodating and in particualr helping us with the Bean's recovery whilst she been convalescing. We could'nt recommend Ingrid and Kate highly enough. Both for us as owners but particualrly for the Bean they provide just the most amazing service, a home from home on day visits and as a bonus are both wonderful, wonderful people too (also not forgetting Reuben who's doing a cracking job reinforcing the Bean's paw work!). Keep it up guys, awesome job. Steve, Nicky and of course the Bean.

Ingrid and Kate have been walking my dog Merlin every week for nearly a year now. I think they are absolutely brilliant, and Merlin agrees. As does Munro, my partner's dog. The dogs love them, and enjoy every walk. Both Kate and Ingrid clearly care for the dogs, give a debrief after the walk, and do everything they can to fit in with our wishes.

I cannot recommend these people highly enough. Kate provided a thoroughly professional, decent, well priced service. Our cats were looked after better than we look after them ourselves and we were given regular updates and sent videos almost every day. We arrived back to happy cats and our home just as we had left it. Thank you so much. We will always use you in the future.

Kate and Ingrid are fantastic at looking after our cat Baggy when we go away. They are incredibly professional and it's a great peace of mind to know that she is being left in such good hands. We can't thank you, or recommend you highly enough!

Bertie gets so excited when Kate and Ingrid come to collect him. He gets a great walk every day and they are really flexible if he needs a little more time with them. I really appreciate that whilst I’m at work he is having fun and being well looked after.

I would highly recommend Ingrid and Kate - our dog Otis absolutely loves spending the day with them and it is so reassuring to know he is having a fun and stimulating time with kind people who really care about him. Particularly love the ‘pupdates’ from walks etc - so nice to see him enjoying himself! Total peace of mind when we’re both working. Thank you for everything!

Kate and Ingrid are great and Max always comes back from his walks happy and exhausted. They are friendly, flexible and Max adores them which is all we can ask for. A great team and highly recommended.

Katie and Ingrid walked our Border Terriers for a week while we were away. They were fantastic. Definately use them again no hesitation.

Stella has been going out with Tom since she was 5 months old and she’s now 2.5yrs! We would never dream of going anywhere else and they will be taking her out until she is old and grey!! The videos of her are always hilarious and she looks like she is having so much fun. 100% recommend them! Picture of a very tired Stella after one of her walks included for reference!!

I couldn’t fault their dedication, love and consideration for their clients and their little charges. They're trustworthy, flexible and friendly, it’s a shame we don’t get to see them as often as Tali. Tali just adores Lucy and all our neighbors always tell us how utterly happy she is when she’s collected and returned home. Her behaviour has improved and the care (and oodles of affection) Lucy’s given her is second to none. She gets to enjoy more fresh air than i do plus Lucy sends me cute pictures of her when they're out. T&L have been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my little fur baby, I can’t rate them enough!

I’ve been using Tom and Lucy to look after my cats whilst I’m away for the past couple of years. Communication has always been spot on and they’ve always left the apartment tidy and taken the bins out. I’ve had to call on them with less than a weeks notice sometimes and I’ve always been able to rely on them. The visits are great value for money as well! I highly recommend them. My cats are in good hands!

Tom and Lucy recently looked after our cat and I can’t recommend them enough. We returned from our holiday to a very happy and relaxed cat which is never usually the case! They went above and beyond, and kept us updated with how she was doing. It’s clear that they treat all animals they look after like they would their own which gave us such peace of mind. We will definitely be using them again 😀

Tom and Lucy do a great job looking after our cats. They are friendly, knowledgeable and have a passion for animals. They keep us updated with frequent pictures and messages. Highly recommended

I would definitely recommend Tom & Lucy for dog walking/pet visits. They have been walking our GoldenDoodle since he was a pup and he absolutely loves them. He gets so excited when he hears their van pull up and he throughly enjoys the walks. They are prompt with pickups/drop offs and he always gets a good run down after if he is grubby. They have always tried to fit us in even when it's been very last minute and haven't let us down with walks like previous dog walkers have.

I would recommend these guys to anyone and everyone. Tom and Lucy are just the best! In the short space of time being with T&L they have really looked after my dog Nelly, understood her and made her more confident. This was a dog who didn't like playing with other dogs and was nervous if one approached her on a walk... shes definitely a changed dog. They keep me posted with pictures, videos and her own WhatsApp group which is brilliant. They've helped me out last minute because I do shift work and I've also noticed Nelly comes home looking squeaky clean from her walks! If you're thinking of using pet services, go with T&L 100% you won't regret it. Tom and Lucy clearly have alot of time and love for our animals so for that I thank you both!

Tom and Lucy are so professional and knowledgeable about pet care and our dog absolutely loves going for walks with them! Their home visit service has made going away completely stress free and we are so grateful to have them locally!

T&L Pet Services are first class, helpful and flexible: I have had contact with both Tom and Lucy, and their work ethics are excellent, with special feelings for the animals in their care.
