Miranda and Sam have been cat sitters for my cats for the last 5 years. They are absolutely fantastic! Clear communication and updates following each visit, incredibly professional and the most important thing they really care about the cats. As my boys have gotten older Miranda and Sam have been brilliant able to give them extra TLC when needed as well as following increasingly complicated food and medication regimes! When my flight was delayed it was no problem to book in an emergency additional visit. Knowing they are caring for them gives me the peace of mind to be able to go away knowing they are in safe hands and truly cared for. Would highly recommend, you could not ask for better people to be caring for your cats

Quality of care of our cats was good over the course of a year but sadly two unacceptable behaviours resulted in us having to end Miranda cat sitting for us. Firstly, Miranda would send passive aggressive messages to us (on multiple occasions) while we were away which we felt was completely unnecessary and inappropriate and would often upset us while we were trying to enjoy our time away. Secondly, we recently found out that Miranda and Sam (her sister) lied about visiting our cats - they sent the same set of photos from another visit and thought we wouldn't notice. When we respectfully confronted them about it, Miranda continued to lie and got very aggressive with us. What was also disappointing was that this was one of the hottest weekends of the year and the cats were stuck inside with no-one to check on them. Overall, we realised that we couldn't trust Miranda (or Sam) to care for our cats appropriately or deal with us professionally. Such a shame that it ended this way.

Miranda is excellent! She had a great, patient approach with my anxious cat and sent us regular updates with photos. She has also been extremely accommodating with our schedule changes and requirements, and really took the time to get to know our cat, her personality and needs. Will absolutely book again :)

I was very happy with the service from Miranda at Mischievous Meows looking after my cats. She is very attuned, attentive and nurturing to my cats and I noticed they were very happy after having spent time with Miranda. She is clearly diligent and she is also reliable and where she said she would be, so accountable and reputable. I would highly recommend her services to any who are going away and do not want to use boarding as an option and have kitties cared for from the comfort of home. I trust Miranda and I can see she is only focussed on the wellbeing of the cats and I found my home in same condition as I left it. 5 star service!!

From the first visit, Miranda was brilliant with our nervous young cat, who is usually very shy around strangers but warmed to her straight away. Excellent service, keeping us up to date and setting our minds at ease throughout our first time leaving our cat. Highly recommended.

Miranda looked after my two cats while I went on holiday. I would recommend her service too anyone and everyone. Although one of my cats hid the whole time, she still tried to calm him and get him to warm up to her. My other kitten would with growl with toys which amazingly stopped after Mirandas time with her. It's clear that this isn't just a job for her but she genuinely loves cats. She gave me such piece of mind leaving them for a week, which was my first time leaving them that long. Every visit she made she would send an update and pictures. Will 100% be a returning client when I have to go away again. I returned to two very happy cats who were well looked after.

Miranda has taken care of our cat several times when we have been away. She had always made sure to give him the best possible care, spending time playing with him and sending us photos every day. Miranda is very reliable and always makes herself available to suit our schedule. It is a huge relief knowing that someone who genuinely cares about our pet is visiting him while we are away. I have no hesitation in recommending her services.

We can't recommend Happy Hounds enough. Our dog Coco, loves his sitter Ellie. She's is amazing, looks after Coco so well and we can see that every time she comes to pick him up. He's so so happy to see her and to go with her. Everything is very organised and so easy to manage on the website and we get multiple updates daily by whatsapp. Chloe is also very nice and so helpful with any questions you have. Unfortunately we're leaving the area and Coco won't be able to join daycare with Ellie anymore. If you're looking for a doggy daycare you're on the right place, they understand perfectly how important your pet is for you and they do anything to help the pet feel happy and the owners too. We have been using Happy Hounds and Cooler Cats for years and the service from Chloe and the team is amazing. Our dog always comes back so happy from his group walks and it’s clear he enjoys his time with his walkers immensely. The team’s help has been invaluable to us, making sure he gets the exercise and fun he needs, especially during our busiest times!

I got in touch with Happy Hounds when it was time to return to work (having gained a puppy during lockdown) and they were so helpful in getting me set up with recurring services, answering any questions I had and they made leaving my puppy to return to work so much easier both emotionally and practically. My pup really enjoys the daycare and the socialisation has helped her a lot in many training aspects (even if there is still work to do). They also provide daily updates (with pics) of your pooch while they're gone which is super reassuring and something to brighten your day. They're very fairly priced and just seem like a lovely bunch of people who love what they do. I'd definitely recommend this services to other dog owners - my puppy loves going and I don't have to worry at all while she's gone.

Without doubt the best dog walking service that we have ever used. The team at Happy Hounds are completely professional and always accommodating of last minute requests as best as they can. Our dog Dalton adores his walkers, is always excited to be picked up and comes home exhausted and happy, ready for a nap. We are sent videos of his outings which is really lovely for us, and the walkers are always vigilant to any changes in behaviour and report back to us if they have any concerns. Had our first boarding experience with Johanna who watched Olive for us and I must say how comfortable my husband and I felt with her ! She stayed in touched with us, sent photos and updates..and put a business contact number tag on her collar just in case anything were to happen ..I really appreciated that extra safety..as someone who suffers with anxiety and I always worry about my pup when we go away, I can say I feel quite at ease knowing she will be in good hands with her ! I honestly can't speak highly enough about Happy Hounds. After recently moving to east london with my two dogs and having to work some days in the office, I felt very anxious about who would walk my dogs when I was at work. My dogs are my world and whilst looking online it dawned on me that I was actually trying to find someone to walk the most important thing I own. I felt so relieved to come across Happy Hounds. We contacted Happy Hounds to organise daycare for our dog Ludo while I was pregnant, so that we could have some extra help to see me through the new born stage. My son is now 18 months and we’ve only now said our goodbyes! The service is excellent, so friendly and they always gave an update inc photos on the days Ludo was in daycare. I can’t rave about Happy Hounds more! My Zeppelin comes back looking adorable every time he goes there for a groom. Very kind & lovely people too! They do a perfect job.

Aurora is a fantastic walker. She really cares about dogs and Rhia was clearly very happy with her walks. I felt totally secure with her service. Aurora is great with communication and send great pictures. I would highly recommend and will be using again in the future!

I'm very happy with Aurora's help to look after Bobby, my cat, for almost a week. She was very thorough and knowledgeable with good experience taking care of pets. I love that she send daily pictures and updates, she even asked if I need my plants to be watered! Highly recommended and I'll use her service again, no doubt!

Aurora comes to walk my energetic husky Mischa for me every now and then - and Mischa is delighted every time! Aurora takes wonderful care of her, sending me tonnes of pictures of their adventures together, and is 100% reliable. She is even great for last-minute appointments (so long as she can squeeze us in) and is always very communicative. Would recommend her services to anyone!

Aurora has looked after my cat a few times when I’ve been away. She is trustworthy and I feel she really cares about him. She understands that a cat needs love and attention just as much as they need food and water. I can enjoy going on holiday knowing that my companion is being well looked after.

Aurora took care of our Boston Terrier and Vizsla for one night, and we couldn’t be happier! She has awesome knowledge, especially she knew how to work with our energetic Vizsla. Super responsible, she follows all safety rules, ensuring our dogs were secure and comfortable. Aurora is also very communicative, competent, and incredibly nice. She is not just a sitter, she is a dog expert. Highly recommend!

Aurora is absolutely amazing. She came over to meet my cat, Pigeon, before taking on the job to make sure they both got on and she knew where everything was. Then, she was super thorough and asked for lots of details about Pigeon and her health and who our vets were etc. incase of any issues when she was cat sitting. This was massively appreciated and let me know Aurora was an amazing choice as cat-sitter! I got pictures of pigeon when I was away so I knew everything was okay and I felt so reassured the whole time which meant I could really enjoy myself. I wouldn't hesitate to use Aurora for cat-sitting again, and can't recommend others do the same!! And see attached for some lovely pics of Pigeon and Aurora!

Aurora took really good care of my Penelope (cat) when I had to go away urgently. They got on instantly so I knew she would be in great company. I received an update and photos everyday which was a great part of the service and Aurora kept me updated on anything else that occurred during the 2 weeks. I could not be happier with the service and I know Penelope was really looked after. I will definitely be using Aurora's services in the future and will recommend to family and friends.

Our cockapoo has been going to Aurora since April 2021 (when he was about 14 weeks old) for daycare 2-3 times a week and overnights, and he couldn’t be happier! Aurora, Diego and her dogs are his second family - they’ve taken such good care of him, I really don’t know what we would do without her. Even since we moved out of the area last month, we still send him for overnights because it’s such a comfort to know he’s somewhere where he’s loved and looked after. We have also sent him for longer periods when we have been away on holiday and she’s been great. She is always very reliable, communicative and really knows how to take care of animals. Do not hesitate to book, but be warned, your dog may have a new favourite!

I feel so lucky to have found Ingrid! I have two pugs and one of them is old and in need of special attention, as he can no longer walk. She is the only one I trust 100% to leave them with. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. She loves them and they love her. :)

We had a trip scheduled and needed a cat sitter to take care of our 2 cats for a week. Before the trip, one of our cats fell ill and Ingrid came to our house daily to take care of her, including taking special care with her food and medications. We had peace of mind during the trip because Ingrid kept us updated with photos, videos and news about how our cats were doing. We will certainly contact her again when we need someone to take care of our kitties.

Ingrid is a punctual person, super kind and very careful with our pets. Always willing and affectionate, she goes on walks and takes care of our dogs whenever we need her. When we return home, the two dogs are always very happy and seem to have had a great time together!

I can’t rate the Dog In Black team highly enough! I’ve been using them every week for over a year now for my Border Terrier & large Lurcher for dogs walks, they’re always great communicators, send updates with pictures & have never let me down. I have also recently used them twice for home stay / house sit care & both times they were great & I know the dogs were much happier being looked after in their own home. Ruby was so professional with my puppy, the whole service from dealing with admin to keeping me updated with times of pick up and drop off. Dog in Black and in particular Cihan are a real find. My dog is a rescue and finding the right person to look after her is quite challenging. Cihan spent enough time getting to know and understand her allowing him to tailor his care perfectly to her needs. Absolutely wonderful service from Dog in Black for a number of years now. My Labrador Ted has been walked by them 3-4 times a week for at the last two-three years. The carers over that time have always been fantastic, very communicative and clearly experienced and dog lovers in general. For anyone interested in more of the details, for the standing arrangements where your pup is walked 3-4 times a week on similar/the same days they aim to have the same carer do all of their walks. Its a great setup which means that my dog builds a great relationship/bond with the walkers. Special shoutout to Becky, Alana, Louise and Madika who have all at various times been Teds primary walker and have always done an amazing job. They send you lovely updates after the walk every day, and when you're having a bad day in the office its always nice to get a few pictures/videos of your dog out there living his best life. They have always been very flexible and quick to respond on the administrative side and I really have nothing but good things to say about them. Thanks to all of the team and I look forward to many more years of one seriously happy and tired Labrador when I get in from the office.

Highly recommended! My two dogs, Finn and Aoife, have been doing daycare and walkies with Dog In Black for close to 2 years now. It has been a great experience, all of the carers have been polite, friendly and are fantastic with the dogs. Having seen the care and attention that Dog in Black have for dogs of all sizes, breeds and backgrounds, we did not hesitate to book our pup in with them. We had concerns as our pup is a little bit hyperactive but we need not have worried. We had regular updates throughout the day and our pup arrived back with a big smile on his face having loved his day out. I cannot recommend Dog in Black high enough and will be continuing to use them in the future.

Our puppy absolutely loves going to his adventure pup day care! We have noticed how much more independent he has become in only a few weeks. We really appreciate the flexibility, you are able to book as many days as you like which really fits into our work pattern. We’ve also found it really valuable to get professional feedback on a weekly basis (the training done during doggy daycare is also a little bonus) Couldn’t do without them now!

We’ve been taking our puppy to Tailwaggers East for a few weeks now, and we couldn’t be happier with the care they provide! Shari and Millie are always so friendly and welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely love what they do. Our pup gets very excited every time we pull up, and I know she’s in good hands while we’re at work. We love getting updates and pictures of her having fun with the other pups. The flexibility to drop off and pick her up is also a big plus! Thank you for making we feel like part of the family! We couldn’t ask for a better daycare!!!

Our dog Lola absolutely loves Tailwaggers! She has been going there almost every weekday, and we couldn’t be happier with the care and attention she receives. From the moment we started, it was clear how much the team loves dogs. Lola gets so excited to go in the mornings that she even wants to go on weekends and bank holidays when they’re closed! The regular updates and pictures Millie and Shari send us are such a lovely touch—it’s so reassuring to see her having fun, playing with her doggy friends, and getting plenty of cuddles. It’s obvious how happy she is there, and it gives us complete peace of mind knowing she’s in such a safe, loving, and fun environment. Sadly, Lola can’t attend anymore as we’re moving to another country, but we’ll miss the wonderful team and the amazing experience she had. We can’t recommend Tailwaggers enough. Shari and Millie truly go above and beyond for the dogs in their care, and Lola has made so many friends and wonderful memories.

Shari is a beautiful person with a heart as pure as gold. She regularly looks after my little beloved dachshund, Luna, and I have complete confidence in her. I can rest assured, knowing that Luna receives the utmost love, attention, walks, playtime, and, of course, all the cuddles and kisses when she’s with Shari. Luna absolutely adores Shari’s dog Gizmo and she gets so excited to see him. Shari consistently goes the extra mile by sending me pictures and videos to keep me updated. My dog Barney has recently started with Tailwaggers! The day care is absolutely amazing, Shari & Millie are great and 100% care for my dog and all the dogs, they really take pride in getting to know the dogs individually and treat them like their own! My dog doesn’t usually enjoy being away from me. But I cannot praise Tailwaggers enough. He absolutely loves it here. And Shari and Millie are incredible with him. His new favourite place! it’s hard to get him to leave!

I am over the moon that shari along with millie are opening a dog daycare in london. If I was not living in kent, their daycare would unquestionably be teddy’s home away from home. Shari has been looking after teddy in the past when I was still living in east london! We are so lucky to have found Furry Friendz! We have used the service three times now. Jade is a reliable, professional cat sitter and we have been blessed since she started caring for our baby when we are away. Our cat is very shy and does not like to have other humans around apart from us. After only one day Jade started taking care of her, she immediately warmed up! The brilliant Polly's Pet Care team have looked after our dog for almost 4 years now and I would highly recommend them. Lyra loves all her walkers and they really know and care for her. She's even got her own pillow in the car! The team are absolutely reliable and flexible too if I need to book an extra walk or cancel an existing one.

A truly wonderful company! We have been using Polly's Pet Care to walk our beloved little Frenchie and every week he looks forward to seeing them! Sam (Company Director) and Sydney are our main walkers and they are simply wonderful! They are so interested in our little fella, so caring and so loving. They take them out to the best parks and woodlands and always ensure they are scrubbed down before entering the house. We have also used Polly's for house sitting. They were incredibly polite and considerate when staying in our home. We cam home to a beautifully clean place, just how we left it. I couldn't recommend Poly's enough. I can’t thank Sam and her team enough for the great care that they take of our dog. Sam is always at the end of the phone answering any questions we may have. The safe guarding around walking the dogs is second to none and I know that while she is out with them she will not only having fun but that she is on the safest of hands. I love the photos and videos we get sent of her which is such a lovely touch. We have never been let down by the team and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the local area. Well done team, you do a tremendous job.

Found Paws Galore online and sent an enquiry. From the first email response Kacey and the team have been fantastic. Very helpful, responsive and accommodating. We had Jenny as our cat sitter for our two elderly (16&17 yo) cats. Jenny took time to understand their routines and needs. One of our cats has hypothyroid and Jenny was great at making sure our cat took her tablets and ensuring they had play time and strokes both morning and evening. I felt relaxed while we were away and I would recommend this company. Jenny also sent regular pics and updates and our cats seemed super happy in her care. Thank you team! I’m hugely grateful to Kacey and Brenda who looked after our cat over the summer for 2 weeks. This was the first time we’d used a cat sitter; we thought it was a better option for him to stay at home than to go to a cattery. Kacey’s service and prompt and organised; She found a sitter quickly and the booking process is very easy to follow. Brenda is a conscientious cat sitter, who did an amazing job looking after our cat, particularly as it was a lot of work getting him to eat for the first few days. She was very solutions oriented. Brenda kept us updated with texts and images so we knew he was safe, which meant we could get on and enjoy the holiday. By the end Brenda was his best friend and we came home to healthy and very loved little cat. Thank you Brenda!

We had a very good experience with Paws Galore. Brenda, our cat sitter, looked well after Artù. She took good care of him and sent many updates to us. We really appreciated when she managed to go last minute even if it was not planned in advance! Super happy with the service :)

I recommend! Lila came to care for my cat 2x a day for a few days while I was on a work trip, she sent me updates and pictures. When I came back my cat seemed happy (whereas previously she would be grumpy if I left her alone overnight..)

I needed a cat sitter pretty last minute because my usual company dropped the ball. I called Paws Galore thinking it would be the first of several calls to find an available pet sitter. I spoke to Kacey and she was very nice and understanding straight away. She assured me she could find a cat sitter and made me feel at ease. Within a few hours, I had a sitter assigned. The cat sitter contacted us quickly and was very communicative from then on. She made arrangements to come get the keys and meet our cats the next day. We took out trip and the sitter sent photos and detailed messages each day. She really went above and beyond when she came to visit the cats. She was really great! I am so glad that I found Paws Galore. I feel much more secure about leaving my cats with Paws Galore after one time than I did with the other company after years of using them. I've used Pets Galore now a couple of times and have had a great experience both times. My cats are fairly timid around new people and so I was apprehensive about leaving them in a total strangers' hands, but Kacey couldn't have been more supportive and understanding - especially since I had been let down very last minute by another company whose service was clearly 2nd rate. I was paired with Michelle, who as soon as I met her, made me feel much more relaxed. Her natural calmness and chilled demeanour clearly filtered down to the cats and I could see through my daily updates that they were perfectly happy - meaning I was also happy whilst on holiday! Great service from Kacey and the team in arranging dog sitting for Arlo and Indy at our hotel in London (shout out also to Montague on the Gardens). Lee our sitter was great arriving in good time to hand over our two Goldies and had no issue staying on later than planned when we had tube difficulties getting back from the O2. Highly recommend them.

This is the first time I have had Zoey looking after my 2 cats. And myself and my husband would highly recommend her. My 17month old cat is not easy to look after if you are a Stranger, but Zoey had patience and persevered with her. We also had updates.I would use Zoey again and again, lovley lady.

Zoey has looked after all our cats (and fish) for many years now. She is amazing and makes going away so less stressful knowing that our furry family are well cared for. Over this time various cats have needed medications and it’s a relief to know Zoey is fully qualified and has it all under control. As a bonus she also looks after the house, security wise. Anna sat for my cat for 11 days over Christmas and did a great job. I found my cat happy and well fed upon my return, and Anna had followed all my instructions to a tee.

This was our first time having Zoey look after our two cats only having moved to the area a couple of days prior. She was so lovely and sent regular pictures and videos of my boys whilst I was away which I much appreciated as it put my worrisome mind at ease. Despite having initial difficulties with administering medication to one particularly grumpy old man, she was really patient and took her time to work out the best possible method without stressing him out too much. Happy to say I came back to two very happy cats :) I would highly recommend Zoey and we'll definitely be using her again very soon!

Cannot recommend enough! We've really struggled in the past to find a good dog sitter in London but London Pet Sitter has been a god send. They're always so quick to get back to any questions you have and the team are always so lovely and helpful. Having used them on three occasions so far to look after our pup who is quite a handful, we're so happy with this service. They really know what they're doing and really love our pup, we get constant pup-dates through out our time away so we don't have to worry about whats going on and our dog never wants us to get back :P
