Annie sat for our cat, Tuna, over a long weekend. She was extremely kind and self-sufficient. When we arrived home, Tuna was relaxed and happy and our apartment was as clean and tidy as we had left it. Annie would be welcome to sit for us again any time, we'd highly recommend her.
I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! They also went above and beyond making sure my apartment was tidy for when I got home. So grateful and would definitely be honored for them to sit for me again any time!
Francesco has been taking care of my furry babies and my place while I'm away for well over a year now, and I couldn't appreciate him more. He is a joy to communicate with, and the most reliable person one could hope for. Being able to count on him while I'm traveling makes a world of difference, because I know I don't need to worry about anything while I'm away. Benny and Zumba love him and are very well taken care of. I know because I come home to two very relaxed and happy kitties. I am super grateful to have found Francesco!
Hannah and Joseph were so kind, so communicative, and clean! Kevin seemed so happy in all the photos they sent. Not only did they wash my sheets and towels they used (without my requesting it, simply out of the kindness of their hearts), they ALSO then put my fresh sheets on the bed! 🥹❤️ Such incredible sitters. 10 stars!
Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!
Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.
Gwynn was wonderful! She was super communicative, flexible to come to our house beforehand to get oriented, and attentive to details. She connected with our pup, Scout, immediately and we felt so assured that he would be well cared for with her. We hope Gwynn can come stay again another time!
I was thrilled to have Courtenay as our sitter. We had a few last minute changes and she was very accommodating. She is a very pleasant, well spoken person who bonded very quickly with our dog, Pepe. We were in Europe and Courtenay keep us we’ll informed via internet, pictures and all. We came home to a clean house, a happy pet and a delicious pie she left for us in the refrigerator. You would be very pleased to have her as your sitter. Lucy Hottle
Wendy was great, she kept us updated on the dogs and all the fun she had hiking with them on the mountain. I returned home to a very tidy house. My dogs just loved her. I will definitely have Wendy sit for me again and would be very lucky to have her do a sit for you.
Julian and Susan were amazing, we came home to happy healthy creatures and a clean, tidy home and yard. They communicated with us during our vacation, both about anything unusual and just to let us know when things were going well (as they were the majority of the time). They are very adaptable and capable people, I highly recommend them for your home and pet needs.

Meg was a dream pet sitter for my three year old labradoodle. She gave him nice long walks and was very organized, communicative and tidy. I look forward to another opportunity to have Meg in my home!
Not only did Krista take great care of our cat while we were away, she left the house cleaner than she found it. She also kept in touch with occasional photos and videos of kitty antics, which gave me peace of mind that the cat was well-cared for. We definitely recommend her as a house and pet sitter and would ask her again in the future!
Angie and Joe have been our go-to pet sitters for our dogs, Cooper and Kona, on multiple occasions, and they consistently deliver exceptional care. Each time we've entrusted our pups to their care, Angie and Joe have gone above and beyond to ensure their well-being. Their genuine love for animals has always left us worry-free and able to fully enjoy our time away. Cooper and Kona's excitement whenever they see Angie and Joe speaks volumes about the bond they've formed. We sincerely recommend Angie and Joe to anyone seeking reliable and caring pet sitters.
Lindsay and Bryce provided excellent care to our two cats while we were gone. They are great communicators, took amazing care of our apartment and send regular updates and photos so that we knew all was going well. We would absolutely recommend them as responsible and thoughtful pet sitters who can be entrusted with the care of your home and pets.
What a lovely couple Tara and Tyler are. They had been in Scottsdale about six weeks before the house sit. and can to meet us. Rusé, our Toy Fox Terrier, fell in love with them immediately, and was in Tara’s arms within two minutes. We always like our sitters to arrive the day before we leave, take them out to dinner and get to know them. It was quite apparent from the videos and photos we received, that Rusé did not miss us. Tara and Tyler’s three grown up children joined them before Xmas-to Rusé’s delight as these were additional hands to throw his rubber bones and balls. The house was all clean and tidy, when we returned.. There is a strong possibility that Tara and Tyler will move to Arizona from Montana, with two of their children, recently moved to the area. They have already offered to look after Rusé in the future. We know he would love it. We cannot recommend Tyler and Tara higher enough, they were perfect House and Pet sitters
Davis and Sydney were loving sitters for our pets. We even had an extra cat (our son's) and they took great care of all of the pets and our home. The pictures and the comments they sent showed us they figured out all of their quirky personalities very fast. It was nice to come home to a clean house and all pets were safe and happy! We would ask them back again.
Megan and her partner were INCREDIBLE pet & house sitters during my 5 days away last month. I received consistent communication in the form of updates & photos and I had the true sense that Megan was invested in the wellbeing of my animals and truly enjoyed being with them! My house was CLEANER than I left it (immaculate!) and she left a sweet card thanking us upon our return. Truly the best sitting experience I've had thus far, thank YOU so much!
Toby and we were SO lucky to have Tom be our home and pet sitter for our Thanksgiving Holiday trip! From the very beginning Tom was responsive and communicative. He was even able to arrange a "meet and greet" with us and Toby before beginning his stay. While here Tom took great care of our home, and, most importantly, provided wonderful care of Toby! When we got home everything was in perfect order and we could tell that even though Toby was happy to see us he was going to miss Tom. I would be thrilled if we could have Tom as our zeewoi again. You will be lucky if he can do the same for you. :)
Janis is a wonderful person and also an incredible sitter -- we were very, very fortunate that she agreed to care for our beloved pets and rural log home for 3 days. We were confident that everything would be perfect – and it was. We returned to a home as clean and ordered as we had left it, inside and out. All plants were thriving; outdoor hanging baskets were blooming profusely. Most importantly, our beloved dog and 4 cherished cats had obviously been lovingly and attentively cared for. The koi were also active and happy. Janis is a “cat whisperer”. She is especially skilled and patient with shy felines, so we truly appreciated her patience and caring for our sweet Angie (with a semi-feral background). Janis immediately understood that Angie, despite her reclusiveness, craves affection and was able to start to earn her trust even with such limited time. Among Janis’ many gifts: she is a talented photographer and delighted us with frequent updates and photos of our furry children. They are so beautiful that we, with her kind permission, plan to include several in our zeewoi profile. Janis’ communications, reliability, self-sufficiency, and punctuality were exemplary, start to finish. We made a wonderful new friend and have already invited her back to sit again. If you are privileged enough to ever have Janis sit we are certain that you will be as delighted and happy as we are.
Jerry and Suzanne were absolutely ideal sitters for our home and pets. We spoke with them ahead of their visit and could tell that they are genuine pet and travel lovers. Over their stay we got to see even more that they are wonderfully friendly, kind, and responsible - plus they kept us laughing with their updates and descriptions of our pets' antics while we were away. Our pets and plants were well loved and our house was spotless upon our return home, and they were even kind enough to leave a few goodies in the fridge. Our dog in particular seemed to miss them and their long walks around the neighborhood. Thank you Jerry and Suzanne! We wish you well in your travels!

I always take my dog here when I am away on vacation and this is the only place I trust with my dog. My dog has special needs that they accommodate with the best care, time and consideration. The business owner is very kind and, most importantly, very knowledgeable about dogs, their behaviors, and what they need in order to have a better life for the dog and the owner. I have done the day care and private dog training and it did not disappoint. I cannot recommend this place enough!
Like many Australian Shepards, our Milo can be a handful when it comes to care. Combine that with the behavioral issues he developed from his time at the shelter and many exchanges of ownership, we knew we had to search for the best services possible when it comes to daycare/boarding. Diane and her team were highly recommended to us by our dog trainer. Diane is very knowledgeable and patient with us and our pup, and she provides exceptional training to her staff as well. When Milo is unable to join us on our family travels, there is no other group we trust more than Beyond The Walk, because that is exactly what the provide - thoughtful care, stimulation, and training that extends BEYOND the basic boarding and walk a dog needs. TLDR - Diane and her group are cool people, and they know dogs!
Update 7/21/23: I’m back to say that we are still incredibly pleased with the services that Beyond the Walk offers. Diane and her staff go above and beyond to make sure the dogs (and families) are comfortable with their stay. My husband and I have added a third dog in the past year and we wouldn’t be able to go on vacation if we didn’t have the right place to care for our dogs. Our newest pup is blind, so that leaves us with two special needs dogs and a third dog who has had several medical challenges this year. Beyond the Walk offers a calm, nurturing environment that considers the individual needs of each dog including training goals, personality and play style. My dogs would not do well in a typical kennel environment and I know that they receive the best care possible here. I would recommend anyone to use Beyond the Walk without hesitation. Rebel, Shea and Annie highly approve! My husband and I are thrilled with our experiences at Beyond the Walk. I have two rescue hounds and they adore Diane. I am always so anxious to leave them, especially with one of my pups being blind. Diane makes us feel so comfortable and I have total confidence in her care. I get picture and video updates and she individualizes the care she gives each dog. She knows what they like and helps out with your dogs’ training goals. Beyond the Walk is the only place my dogs will stay!
I have been bringing my two dogs to Diane and Beyond the Walk for over 2 years now. She has done an amazing job care for my pups and has been a wealth of knowledge with their behavior. Since my schedule changes, she is always available to help and take my dogs for daycare on short notice. I highly recommend BTW to anyone looking for daycare, boarding, and training.
Our dog needs more than most places are willing to provide in boarding. Beyond the Walk is able to give him everything he needs and more. He’s actually happy to go visit when he has the chance. They do a great job with him and I am so grateful that we found them!
My husband and I recently found Diane after looking for a new boarding place for our anxious and reactive pup. Diane was absolutely amazing to work with, knew how to handle my dog and his ability for big emotions, provided updates during his stay, and he was clearly well taken care of during his stay! Can't wait to bring him back! Thank you Diane!
Diane is amazing in the boarding/care for my dog. She treats my dog like he’s part of the family. Her knowledge of dogs is outstanding. I used to board my dog at a kennels and that was always a nightmare on whether he was being taking care of. When I drop off my dog for boarding at Diane’s, it’s like he’s going to his 2nd home. He can’t wait to get out of my car. I would HIGHLY recommend Diane for any training/boarding you need for your dog.
Beyond the Walk is great! We have been going here since day 1 when we got our puppy. It is great socialization and was very good to get my puppy used to crate training. When we were away, Diane sends us photos of our dog having the best time! She keeps us informed and gives us updates. There is no hesitation on where to bring her when we are away. What we really like is Diane bases playtime on the friendliness and temperament of each dog. Diane is very knowledgeable in nutrition as well as many other aspects to make sure we have what is the best for our pup - it helped us make a very conscious decision for what to look for in dog food. The location from our home is a little out of our way but we still wouldn't consider going anywhere else!
I was so nervous about boarding my dog with a new boarder after a bad experience with Clip Shoppe but am so glad I chose Beyond the Walk. Diane is phenomenal with my very large, energetic, anxious Doberman. She is knowledgeable and gives advice on what we should do about his anxiety and endless energy. She is fantastic with training and all the girls there are so friendly and responsible. Pricing is reasonable (though honestly I don't care what the cost is, Diane's services are top notch and my dog is worth every penny). The yard they have for the dogs is huge and the house is always clean. I know my sweet boy is always in good hands when I board him at BtW. I reccommend Beyond the Walk to everyone.
Diane is an absolute life saver, and we are so happy she came into our lives several years ago, honestly, she is one of the best things that has come into our doggies lives(multi dog household). (I was previously more involved with foster/animal rescue prior to my wife/human child). I / We (the fur babies included) had a traumatic event several years ago with the WRONG person that was hired (this was obviously not Diane) my OG first dog of my adult life ended up in ICU fighting for his life and ultimately lost his ear. I remember my first call to Diane, I was nervous "will they be safe, there was this event" of course she talked me off the ledge, they had a meet and greet and of course they did well their first visit away from me, and their second, third, millionth. She is a life saver, she held them a bit longer when we moved, so we could quickly hire painters to quickly paint the entire house before my k9 crew came in and "painted" themselves. She was ready in the event my wife went into labor with our human baby, but we were fortunately were able to coordinate a drop off. She is full of knowledge, and is a great sounding board, and totally nonjudgemental. She helped me talk over a previous dog that I had who had a severely declining neurological problem. (He crossed the rainbow bridge) My one who currently stays with Diane when we vacation has several medical conditions Hydro, cleft, epi. He doesn't need TONS of medical care, but he beats to his own drum and needs medication with his food. Diane isn't swayed by it and just meets him where he's at each day!. I had previously had a more "energetic" dog, who had both cruciates repaired, broken his leg, arthritis, and would just need to burn a lot of energy off before he would calm down. Diane didn't mind, just another dog! My heart broke a bit a few weeks back when I texted her to tell him he crossed the rainbow bridge. My dogs have been going to Dianes for years, I absolutely trust her and her staff to take care of them. I know they're in good hands. I recommend her and i feel your loved one is in good hands
Tatyana at Lucky Paws & Tails is the real deal! She will treat your pets as if they were her own. Punctual and flexible, scheduling is always simple. We are so lucky to have her visit us each week!!! 🍀 ❤️ …
Tatiana is wonderful! Warm, reliable, professional, an excellent communicator, and she consistently goes above and beyond for our furry family members! Highly recommend!
Professional, personable, super knowledgeable, never misses an appointment, and identifies ways to protect pets. That's the formalities of the review. Just great to work with, pet care scheduled most weeks of the last 3 years as a frequent client.
Lucky Paws & Tails is amazing!!! Tatyana cared for our cat while we were away. She sent pictures to us every time she visited. Showed us pictures that our cat was eating and even watching TV. She truly cares for the animals that she is taking care of. We will use her every time that we need to leave the cat.
Tatyana went above and beyond walking our 14 year old girl, Pippa! She sent us daily photos and lovingly tended to her geriatric needs. She is dependable, honest, diligent and caring. She obviously loves what she does and it shows. We are so lucky to have found Tatyana and can't recommend her highly enough!
Tatyana is so reliable and honest and always will go out of her way to help in any way she can.....and most importantly she is loving and playful with our pets...and she takes a great picture! It is so nice to have someone that the pets look forward to seeing and are perfect when we get back home! She is simply the best.
Tatyana is absolutely amazing! So compassionate, caring, and kind. She took care of my 2 kitty cats while we were on vacation and had no complaints! She made us feel so at ease while we were so far away from our babies. She also made sure our house was kept safe too while we were gone. If you need any type of pet care, she should be the one you call! Thank you so much again! - Emily and Jeremy King (Oliver and Groot) :)
My dogs and I are very fortunate with Tatyana - her care and professionalism go above and beyond. From quick walks to week-long visits, we highly recommend Lucky Paws & Tails. You can tell from her photos that they like her!
Lucky Paws in an absolute Godsend! With my senior and another anxious pup, it is always a guilt-ridden trip out the door. But with Lucky Paws I know my furry friends are in excellent, diligent, and caring hands.
Tatyana, of Lucky Paws & Tails, is an absolute gem. She cares for my pets as if they were her own. She goes above and beyond, always giving me updates and sending the best pictures while they are in her care. Tatyana is extremely reliable, trustworthy and flexible - if I could give 6 stars, I would!!! 100% recommend her services!
Tim and perfect pooches trained my very energetic Siberian husky. Tim’s training came with a leash, electric collar, and hands on training. It’s been about a month and my dog is trained to go to his bed and remain there unless he is called off. Tim even gave dietary advice that got my pup eating more! Well rounded professional service. I 100% recommend for boarding and training.
I really had no idea what I was getting into adopting an 3 month old puppy. After 1 private lesson, we instantly saw Tim’s talents in action, and signed Remy up for boot camp. After a few weeks with Tim, Remy came home as a much more behaved pup. During pickup, mom and dad got some training too! We understand he is still a puppy and pushing boundaries, but walks and listens(mostly) well. The biggest moment was just 2 nights ago. We were playing fetch outback when a skunk wandered onto the property and Remy started to head right for it. 2 taps on the training collar and he ran right back to me and safely back inside.
We took our 3 month Cane Corso puppy to Tim for obedience puppy training for 2 weeks and could not be happier. Tim is beyond knowledgeable and amazing at what he does. Training included leashes and e-collar. The results exceeded our expectations for such a young dog and we now have a perfectly behaved and obedient little gentleman.
Tim was extremely informative from the moment we inquired about a training session. Everything during our training session was explained in great detail and we left with the confidence to continue what we learned at home with our new puppy. We will be going back to Tim for more sessions and I highly recommend using him.
Tim was excellent with our puppy. The dog that we brought to him two weeks ago is not the same dog that we have today. We had stopped enjoying her because her behaviors felt so out of control. We now have a well mannered dog that we love to be around, is easy to walk on a leash, and who our kids delight in spending time with. So grateful for Tim‘s help!
Tim is an excellent trainer . He is a wealth of information . He explains in detail what and how his process of training is done, and spends as much time as you need learning to carry on his technique once you pick up your dog after training. Our 6 month old Labradoodle, Oliver , spent two weeks with Tim. It was an investment worth every penny , we now have a pet that we can enjoy and continue to make him the best version of himself! Thank You Tim!👍🐶
Our puppy just came back from 3 weeks of training with Tim as he was an extremely rambunctious little guy and we could not be happier with the results. His entire attitude has changed and he came home with an amazing foundation for us to build on. Highly recommended and we look forward to maintenance lessons to get our puppy exactly where he needs to be!
We liked Tim from the start. We spent a long time on the phone with him, asking all sorts of questions, which he answered patiently and candidly. No BS. Our 1 year old dog stayed with him for boarding only for a week, and already came back to us calmer. Then we opted for the 10-day Camp to get him properly trained. On the pick up day, Tim spent 2 hours with us teaching how we should continue with the education and training showing what we should do, fixing what we were not doing right, and demonstrating how to make our dog learn and follow our commands. He also sent us some literature over the email, and is very open to keep in touch by answering questions and boarding Ringo. Definitely recommend Tim's service.
We have a 1 year old goldendoodle who is extremely high energy and reactive and we were having a tough time getting her under control. We also had an issue with her being overly mouthy with women without much self control. We decided to work with Tim on an initial private lesson where we learned some basic training to start practicing at home. From here we decided to also utilize his 10 day camp program, which was the best decision we could have made. After we got our dog back it was as if she had completely forgotten all of her bad habits. She no longer pulls on a leash, reacts to others nearby or becomes mouthy with us at home. I would recommend Tim as a training to anyone who needs help with their dogs!!
10/10 would recommend. Tim helped us to build an effective curriculum for the continued training of our dog. The framework for the training plan provided structure in our lives as well as the dog’s. Tim is readily accessible for questions within reasonable business hours and is flexible regarding in-person training times. We have noticed a remarkable positive change in our dog’s behavior and feel much more in control after just 3 to 4 weeks of training.
Mary is just wonderful and so happy to have connected with her. She has many years of professional pet care experience. FIVE STARS!
We first found When UR not there Pet Care when we needed a caregiver for our 15 year old blind lab. The staff are all very experienced and gentle with our old boy.they were also very reliable and accommodating even on short notice. I highly recommend them - your pets will be in very good hands!!
