We let the dogs out handled our dog Missy for our wedding and photos then took her home for us. They were so amazing. They came right on time, did an entire photo shoot with her, and let her be the guest greeter because our wedding was unfortunately indoors and she couldn't be our flower girl like we wanted. She even found us after we got out of the ceremony so we could cry and hug her. They were so amazing, had water, treats, and toys for her. We couldn't have asked for any better service. I cannot say enough good things about Wedding Bliss Pet Care/We Let the Dogs Out. We worked with Rachel and Jessica for wedding on 6/10/23 and are SO GRATEFUL for the service they provided. They were so patient with our lab throughout the day. Our wedding was on the water so we were a little nervous about him going for a swim but it was not an issue at all. Rachel and Jessica were so professional and patient with our boy throughout the day. They brought squeaky toys and treats and worked alongside our photographer to help pose him for pictures. Jessica even escorted our boy into our reception for his big entrance as "The Best Dog"! Having our dog at our wedding was so special and important to us but would have never been possible without Wedding Bliss Pet Care/We Let the Dogs Out. ‘We Let the Dogs Out’ has provided wonderful care for our dogs since we started using them several months ago. Everyone who has cared for our animals has been caring, attentive and responsible. Their communication is excellent! It’s easy to set up services, and we love receiving notes and photos of our dogs after every visit.

I would absolutely recommend we let the dogs out without hesitation. Our dog Miniwheat was always anxious of strangers, but their team always seemed able to get her to warm up to them. They were accommodating when we needed help on short notice, and understanding when we needed to cancel on short notice.

This is the most amazing dog sitting/walking/playing service around! They are all so experienced and caring to our pets who have been in great condition and had moments of many special needs and “we let the dogs out” is the most caring, professional staff you could ever hope for. This family depends on them often and have never been disappointed or ever worried about our animals care. Thanks to everyone at “we let out the dogs”! You are amazing beyond words.

These guys are the best. They not only care for your dogs like their own but if you end up in a situation where you can't get home from a trip on-schedule, they support you in caring for your dogs in that pinch. I recently planned to come home on a Wednesday from New Orleans but sudden tornados delayed that return to the next day. We Let The Dogs Out immediately responded to my distress call regarding my plight and that my dogs continued to need their care and they provided it. Such a relief. Plus they provide photos and updates following every visit. You never have to worry with them. If you love your pets like I do, use them.

I have used “ We let the dogs out “several times. They have been excellent in all categories. The communication is great, there always on time, and most importantly my cat likes them. We needed a pet sitter last minute when our other one got sick. I was stressed because a lot of other things (non-pet related) were going off the rails, so I was giving instructions rather rapid fire. Liz got every detail exactly right. Brady and Mischief loved being thoroughly spoiled. Liz and Roberta were very professional and loving to our pets. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

Just had my Yorkie Bailey groomed here for the first time. When I arrived the lady at the desk was super nice, super helpful on what kind of haircut they would give Bailey. She even came around from the desk to greet Bailey! When we arrived to pick Bailey back she looked BEAUTIFUL! We made another appointment for 8weeks! Thank you to everyone at Pawsome Pets!

I used to have to go into groomers and get all full of hair and allergies just to have my cat jinx feel comfortable! But I have full confidence in this place that my Jinxy Poo Poo will be well taken care of!!! I also love that I can bring him after dog time hours due to loud noises that cats just don't like! It is great they provide these services to Make it pleasnt as possible! I personally think all groomers should provide this, not many even like to touch cats which makes it really hard to find a good place! My cat loves them and they love him also! I highly recommend them!

I brought my Shetland Sheepdog Autumn here for the first time. She looks so amazing!! Her fur was shedding so badly and I swear she has half the amount of fur she came in with. Not to mention she’s incredibly soft and smells amazing! Thank you for the best groom she’s ever had!

This place is great. The groomers are friendly and professional. I appreciated the reminder texts. My dog always left looking and smelling amazing. I had gotten used to dropping my dog off at other places and him being there for 6 hours or so, but that was not the case here. They were always very efficient. We are leaving the state and they offered to have our new groomer call to discuss how they cut my dog’s hair. Very sweet of them. Can’t say enough good things, thanks for the great service!

I am SO impressed with Pawesome Pets!! They did an absolutely amazing job grooming my senior Pomeranian. My pup has a double coat, which had gotten very matted and dense overtime from previous salons not being able to groom her well. Anyway she came out of the salon with zero mats and the groom gave her a perfect shape. I am in LOVE and will absolutely be back!

Jody cares for my 14 week old brother and sister Boston Terriers. She provides excellent care, love and exercise during the workday. They are a handful and she cheerfully takes care of their cage cleaning and puppy “ accidents “, while putting up with their “ love bites”. Highly recommend.

Carol is amazing. She is detail oriented in the best of ways, making sure to provide for our dog, Teddy, just as we would for him. Teddy is always happy when he realizes he is going to Carol's which makes it easy to travel and not be worried about our cuddliest family member. What a wonderful experience for our new puppy! Carol treated her as her own and gave her so much love and attention! We received daily photos and updates and felt completely at ease that our puppy was extremely well taken care of, safe, and most of all, happy!!!!

Wish I could give them more stars! Devil dog daycare came HIGHLY recommended by my vet for dog training. Lisa the owner and the staff is amazing. It’s so apparent how much they care for the dogs . I truly can not thank all of them enough for being so kind. Also the groomer Aimee that is there is the best you will find .

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. My dog loved it here, she hardly wanted to leave. I took a tour when I was dropping her off and the place is very clean. There's an outdoor space and a baby pool so the dogs could splash around when it's warm outside. All in all, it's a great facility, will definitely be returning here.

My pup has been going to this facility since she was 3 months old. The staff is amazing, friendly, and professional. The owner is meticulous when it comes to cleanliness. The dogs are vetted for where they will spend the day and with what other dogs. I tell them we have joint custody of my dog. She is very fearful of humans and this is the only place she is excited to go to. I hope they continue to share my pups journey through life and highly recommend them. Trust me, I’m very overprotective of my dog and I totally trust this facility I’m blessed to have a place like this for Sadie to spend her days. They even throw parties and special holiday events for dogs and owners. This is truly an amazing daycare.

I started bringing my puppy to Devil Dog Daycare about 2 months ago and it was the best decision for her. Living by myself and working full-time, I didn't have the heart to keep her in the crate or leave her home alone. She is a rescue pup and had some skittish tendencies, so at first, I was worried about her being in daycare. I am thrilled with how well she is doing and how amazing the staff at DDDC is. She is happy and enjoys being with the other dogs. She gets really excited seeing the staff and goes right in with them. DDDC is reasonably priced, has an extremely professional staff, and well organized. Thank you to Lisa and the staff for working with her and making her a part of the DDDC family!

These comments about the owner are the biggest lies and harassment. It’s sad that Google doesn’t prevent spam or harassment in the reviews of businesses. If you’re looking for honesty here it is, the owner Lisa goes above and beyond every day to make sure every pet and client that walks in feels like a part of the family, she is constantly thinking of the clients and dogs at the facility first above all else. She is one of the most knowledgeable people I’ve ever met and about all dogs that come in and makes sure every pet that comes in has the best experience playing in a clean and safe environment. She goes above and beyond to help any way she can for those who work for her and her loyal clients bending over backwards to help even when there’s no benefit in it for her. So if your looking at reviews for honesty you need to know that the owner Lisa is who you should trust with your pet, it’s sad to see people take out personal issues that have nothing to do with the business by leaving negative reviews.

This world can be a messed up place. There are some liars who will work in groups to target one person , But if you're not doing anything wrong, then you have nothing to fear!! Trust & believe that ! Lisa the owner of Devil dog daycare is one of the most hardworking , loyal & professional people I have gotten the pleasure to get to know , she runs her business from a sense of professionalism, love & caring for the pets she is trusted with day in & day out ! along with the staff she employs & show respect to on a daily basis ! Bringing outside drama into a review to harm her business makes you a coward & hitting below the belt , so I want everyone to know when you read the comment below of the owner being “no good” I want you to know that & read all the other beautiful things people have said & experienced while being clients at this doggy daycare & not believing a comment with 0 facts to back it up .

Our pup Landry just loves Poochie Play! It was her first experience with day care and the staff was amazing. Extremely patient and sweet with her and with a nervous new Mom and Dad. She gets to play and socialize with friends while we know she is safe and well-loved throughout her day. The facility web cams give us that extra security and allow us to watch our baby while she has a great time. Most of all, I love the way the staff knows her by name when we walk through the door… and they always seem genuinely happy to see her!! We definitely recommend Poochie Play!

We started bringing our two dogs to Devil Dog Day Care about six months ago. Prior to that we used to use a kennel where the dogs would just lay around all day and it cost extra for 15 minutes of ball play. At Devil Dog Day Care the dogs actually come home tired after playing all day with other dogs. Not only are they kept active all day but they learn invaluable socialization skills. The team there is highly recommended not only for their skill set but for their true compassion and care that each dog receives. We recently had our two dogs there for over two weeks as we went on vacation; we did not worry at all about them as we knew they were in great hands. They love our dogs as much as they love them. All we have to do is say "Wanna go see Lisa" and they run to the door all excited. Thank you Lisa and the whole staff for all you do and your expertise and your true love for animals, you give us so much peace of mind.

Liz is truly a dog whisperer! Our dogs have been known to be a bit shy and nervous of strangers especially when they enter our home. Liz clearly took great care of them as they seemed quite comfortable overall. It was a beautiful moment to be able to involve our fur babies in our wedding and knowing they were safe after all was said and done. If I could give more than a five star rating, I would in a heartbeat. We are truly thankful 🐕🐶

One of the best decisions my wife and I made (besides getting married) was hiring Liz and Wedding Bliss Pet Care for our special day. With the amount of last-minute planning that always takes place before a wedding, Liz made us feel confident that our corgi and ring-bearer, Kevin, was going to be in good hands and always in the right place at the right time. Whether it was making him smile for the camera in our family portraits, making sure he stayed fed and hydrated, all the way up to walking him down the aisle, Liz was on her A-game and we couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Wedding Bliss was such a great addition to our vendor team for our wedding. Liz talked with us about how we wanted our dog, Appa, to be involved in the wedding and answered all of our questions, which made it an easy choice to hire her team. Danielle, who was our wedding day dog attendant, was so kind, patient and loving towards our dog. She handled her with such an ease and made sure Appa was where she needed to be, and tried her best to get her to look at the camera and not us! We are so glad that we went with the Wedding Bliss team to assist with Appa that day. She was very well taken care of, and well-rested when we came home the day after. We would hire them again without hesitation. Thank you for taking such great care of our Appa girl Danielle and Liz!

Rachel and Elizabeth did an amazing job tending to our dogs on our wedding day. They picked them up from our house and drove them to the church. They arrived early to make sure they were all set and knew when to walk down the aisle. Then they stayed with the dogs during picture time so that my husband and I could get our pictures with family and with the dogs. Then they drove the dogs to cocktail hour and let them mingle with us and our family/friends. After cocktail hour they took them home and stayed with them over night. Having them really put my husband and I at ease that day and let us enjoy our day while also incorporating them. Really made for a special day

Liz was absolutely wonderful with our sweet pup! We wanted our dog to be there for our wedding but knew he would need someone to keep him from getting overstimulated/overwhelmed by all the excitement that day. Our pup simply adored Liz and they had the best day exploring the venue grounds together! It was such a relief to know he was being so well taken care of so we could focus on our ceremony and reception.

Elizabeth and Linda were the best team to have at our wedding! They made sure to ask all their questions to be the most prepared for the day where you would not have to worry about anything. They handled everything smoothly and made sure that our puppy felt comfortable and the least anxious we've seen him in a crowd! We are beyond grateful for the team and it was hands down one of the best investments for our big day and our family!!

We hired Liz to watch our 1 year old puppy and also be her pet attendant for our wedding. Liz was such a pleasure to work with, as she sent us updates on how our puppy was doing and even sent "hair and make up" photos of her getting ready before our wedding. Liz made sure that Penny was dressed and ready for her role and even gave us first look photos from Penny's perspective! We are so pleased with how everything went and appreciate that Liz went above and beyond for us.

Rachel and Elizabeth were essential to my being able to include Peanut in my wedding! They worked with me before the wedding to make sure that they knew about everything Peanut needed, made sure he made it down the aisle during the ceremony, helped the pictures, and made sure he could be a member of our celebration on the big day, when I had so many other things on my mind!

We have been using this service for over a year. My husband and I go away a few times a year and we feel confident that our pets are getting the best care and attention form Jessica. She has become part of our animals pack . We can go away an not worry that they are not getting the best care. Jessica will check in with us about any concerns or just to send a picture of our animals along with a note of how they are doing. This has been the best experience for our animals and us.

Jessica has taken great care of our beloved dog. She is dependable, trustworthy and our pets love to see her come! I’m looking forward to her walking our new puppy when we get him in the fall! Highly recommend!

We have received nothing but the best service from Jessica. She is dependable and is kind to our pets and they love her in return. She is willing to cover vacations for us when needed, and we can go away and not have to worry that anything will go wrong. She is honest and very pleasant, and we are pleased and glad to have met her.

We employed Hooves, Hounds, & Whiskers pet sitting to take care of our cats and hermit crabs while we were away for 4 weeks, and they were nothing less than fabulous! The apartment and all pet areas were perfectly clean and well cared for, and they left us a comprehensive daily diary of their visits which is very nice to come home to. I fully recommend them to anyone seeking pet care services in the greater New Haven area. They do all kinds of pets and all types of visits! This was our first time employing pet sitters, and was a very positive experience. I was impressed that they didn't bat an eye about caring for the hermit crabs too, which are admittedly weird and outside the basic realm of mammal care. They even changed the cat boxes fully right before we came home, which is something I don't even work up the energy to do more than once a year.

So happy we met Jessica! She takes such good care of our dog while we are at work, leaves us notes daily, and is very flexible if our schedule changes!

I had a bad experience with this pet-sitting service. Carol Parmalee treated me poorly to say the least! In our communications, she failed to respond to emails and telephone calls in a timely manner. Carol did not care that she treated me poorly. Worst of all she failed to respond to requests about the return of my house key upon my return from vacation. Carol ignored my request for the keys six days. Finally, I called the Guilford Police Department to get my house keys back. By that time I had changed the locks on my home. At the conclusion of the service, she had the audacity to charge me extra money for an extra day of vacation due to the death of my uncle. She is unbelievable and does not take ownership of her bad behavior.

We use HH&W for daytime potty breaks when I travel on business. Carol is great and flexible to keep up with our schedule. Highly recommended.

HHW staff have been great to work with. They are always available for last minute requests and my dog loves her walkers!

We love Paw Haven! I've been taking my pup here for over a year and I'm continuously impressed. The kind staff clearly care about all the pups and are looking out for them. Benny goes for camp a couple of days and week and I've boarded him on several occasions. He loves it and I can't imagine taking him anywhere else. They have an app to use for bookings and are overall great at communicating. 10/10 recommend!

Paw Haven has been a godsend for my high energy doggo. She walks in with excitement & walks out very tired. The staff is great! Friendly, kind, & always busting their butts to get the doggos out on time. You can really tell they love spending time with every pup! They give the best silly little updates. Would recommend over & over!

My chocolate lab mix “Edmond” and husky “Sissy” have been going to Paw Haven (dog daycare) for at least a year now. They love the staff and the other dogs and they come home tired & happy. The facility itself is huge and beautiful and the prices are on par with or less than any doggy daycare you’d find in the area (I’ve done my research, trust me). The staff does cute activities for holidays and PH also offers grooming and boarding services which I haven’t yet used but it’s a nice option to have. Some other things I like: the facility has cameras, there is a quick response time should you have any questions and the interview/orientation process was simple and straightforward. There really aren’t many cons, the only time there was any confusion/issues was several months back when more staff was being hired and a lot of people were in training all at once (which is understandable). No issues since that brief window of time. I really love this facility and know they take good care of my favorite people - my pups.

I’ve sent my dog here several times over the past two years and have always been pleased with the experience! The staff are all very kind and my dog seems so happy when I come to pick her up. The livestream webcams are a huge plus and I love being able to check in on her watch her play while I’m away. They also periodically send photo updates of your pup during their stay. I’m moving from the area which is unfortunate because I’ve yet to have another boarding experience that rivals Paw Haven!

Paw Haven is honestly a dream come true! Our dog has a lot of energy. He needs an environment where he can burn it off in a safe capacity. He pulls my arm off when we get out of the car in the parking lot because he’s so excited to walk through the door. He loves his social time and spends all day running around, instead of sitting at home waiting for us to return. Later when he gets home he sleeps from that moment on through the ENTIRE night. Tired dogs are happy dogs and this rings true over and over again. Not to mention that we love the friendly staff, we get to “check-in” periodically to see him playing with his friends through Paw Haven’s camera system, AND at the end of every day we get a handful of adorable photos! I tell my husband all the time, daycare at Paw Haven is worth every single cent!

An exceptionally bad experience! We are traveling to the area for the holiday and when I first called I was told that they can accept our dogs for daycare after I create an account, uploade vaccine records and book a meet and greet. We did all of that, called back and was told we need to upload records of a fecal test, so I had to call my Vet in Michigan and get them to send me lab test, which I did and uploaded to their account. I called back only to be told they had not sorted out their interview policy for this week and they actually aren't accepting new dogs for daycare! I spent almost an hour and a half running around to do what they asked for after two separate calls with two separate people only to be told they weren't fully organized with their holiday week policy! How is this a business? Obviously poor operations if the management can't communicate to the employees fielding calls.

Our pups love their time at Paw Haven! When we board them, we get them a Luxury Suite that they can stay in together, and it has Live Webcams that we can use to check in on them throughout the day. We love the report cards and photo updates at the end of each night, and love the optional add-ons we can purchase to spoil the pups a little extra while we’re away.

Love this place! I know I can trust them with my pup whenever I leave him here. He always comes home so tired from a long day of play! Plus they always send me a report card of how he did that day along with pictures!! They make my day. It’s nice that they always make sure to keep you updated. The website also has a camera in the playrooms so you can check on your fur baby when you miss them. Not only that but some rooms have a camera so you can see your baby after the playroom camera goes off for the night. Really saved me and my husband when we went on vacation. I always recommend this place to my friends. Pawhaven is AMAZING. Id trust them with my real children if they took them too 😂attaching an adorable pic they took of my pup 🥹

My puppy Bruno LOVE pawhaven!!! He is staying for the week in boarding and he is so so happy there! Every time he walks in, he immediately starts jumping and barking with excitement! Absolutely bring your dog here if you need day care and/or boarding!

Donna is great at communicating and always shows up on time. She is so nice and personable and I know my dog is comfortable with her. This is our second time using Donna from The Dog Sitter and we couldn’t be more pleased! She is top notch! Our dogs were well cared for, given lots of love, and seemed very happy and stress free while in her care!! She sent us daily updates and pictures while we were away so we could see and hear how our pups were doing!! She worked very hard to keep them on their normal routine with feedings and exercise, taking them on daily walks and playing with them in our yard. I was so impressed with her attention to detail and to the care that she gave to our dogs!! Donna is the best dog sitter, she sent me frequent photos of my dog while I was away. My dog needs a lot of activity and she played ball with him 3x a day and kept him very clean since my yard was muddy. Her rates are very reasonable and she is passionate about taking care of animals.

Donna is amazing! I have such piece of mind knowing she’s taking care of my dog. She goes above and beyond with making sure he’s cared for, walked and fed, even plays music for him. She is extremely dependable. I wouldn’t trust the care of my dog to anyone else.

I can’t recommend Donna of The Dog Sitter, LLC enough! She is knowledgeable about dogs and clearly loves them. My pup loves seeing her come to walk her (her tail doesn’t stop wagging!). Donna is responsible and dependable. I am confident that she will come to walk my dog when she said she would. She is also easy to contact and will send a picture and/or a message afterwards. My pup and I are very happy that Donna was recommended to us!

Love the good shepherd care! I recommend them over any other pet daycare. Kim and John are caring and kind people, they treat your pets like they are family. They care for my kitty, Puss. Puss is not very socialized yet with other cats and they provided her with her own space where she can be as comfortable as possible. She loves it and her favorite spot is bird watching by the window.

It’s a big undertaking to find someone who cares for your dog the way you do, but we have found that with Kim and John. They take excellent care of our dog, Leaf. He always enjoys his time at Good Shepherd and comes home happy and content every time!

John and Kim were absolutely wonderful to work with and took excellent care of my two Yorkies while I was away for a few days. They came to my house ahead of their stay to meet my dogs so that they were familiar faces. They sent us updates while we were gone and my pups seemed calm and happy when we returned. They were so experienced, kind and communicative. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend Good Shepherd Pet Care if you are looking for trustworthy care for your pets!

Good Shepherd Pet care is a totally unique model of caring for pets. It is equivalent to your pets being cared for by a family member or a close friend. It is actually better as the Wrobels easily give your pet opportunities to socialize with other dogs. They are attuned to each dog or cat; they make sure that every pet has a happy experience away from home. Indoor there are couches, rugs, blankets and beds for dogs. Homey spaces for cats. Outdoors there is a very large fenced in area where the dogs play freely with many toys and if a dog needs its space there is plenty of room. They are always watched to assure relaxed joy. This is akin to the best sleep away camp- where any issues of pets being homesick are addressed. The Wrobels provide photos and videos for each family. This Pet Care emerged from the Wrobels' deep love of animals. Creating Good Shepherd Pet Care has been their life's dream Our 3 dogs ( a Japanese Spitz and 2 tiny Chihuahuas) look forward to spending time at Good Shepherd. Once you experience their care you will never go back to a kennel or boarding experience!

I am so thankful I found Good Shepherd. Kim and John are lovely people and are true animal lovers. This is not a traditional boarding place, there are no small kennels and bunches of barking dogs in a stressed out environment. The animals stay right in the home, in crates if you want, or on couches or rugs or chairs or their own beds if you want to bring them. However the pets are comfortable. They walk and run and play every day in a large enclosed yard. I hadn't vacationed for years because of my anxiety ridden dog that needs medicine daily and my special needs cat that needs 3 medicines twice a day. I could not imagine leaving them in a "normal" boarding place. If your pet needs special care or is just not OK in stressful situations, you need Good Shepherd. I got photos every day! I was so relieved not have to worry about my pets while I was away. Highly highly recommend :)

I entrusted my best friend, Frida, with John and Kim for a long three week stay. Our initial meeting so see if Frida could be comfortable as a good one, everyone got to know each other a bit and Frida took right to every single ball they had in the large (think horse sized), well-kept pen. Suffice it to say, Frida had a great time there. She was well socialized in a way that she wasn't before, and was sleeping with the other dogs on her cushion. They let her do her thing (Frida is a border collie) in a thoughtful way (she would run from now until the end of time after a ball). Good Shepherd Pet Care will get all of our dog boarding business from here on out. Thanks again!

Good Shepherd Pet Care took incredible care of our dog Teddy. My wife and I were searching all over for someone who we could trust and know our dog was safe when we needed to go on a trip, wedding, or just a night away. They treat each dog in their care as they would their own. They are patient, understanding, and put you at ease by checking in with pictures and even videos of your pet so you know they are safe and happy. My advice is if you are in need of a pet sitter that you will feel at ease and confident with, give them a call and schedule an overnight trial. Thank you for taking such good care of Teddy!

John and Kim hosted Rumi and Bodhi recently for a full week. They sent me videos and pics every single day to show my buddies having fun with each other and their new friends. If you’re like me and don’t like leaving your four-legged kids behind, it’s awesome to know there are wonderful people like John and Kim who will take great care of them while you’re away!!

I can’t say enough positive things about our experience with John, Kim and their pup Lilah! Jake stayed with them for his first overnight and they knew I was nervous leaving him. John and Kim updated me regularly with photos and reassurance, right up until bedtime and again first thing in the morning. Lilah also welcomed him into her home so nicely - such a sweet girl 🥰 They went for walks, rides, met other animals and Jake seemed to love his time there - he’s exhausted today! He was very comfortable with them and will definitely be going back… highly recommend!

We love Shoreline Pet Lodge! More importantly, our beloved Capone loves it even more, and we are so happy with the care and loving attention he gets whether at daycare or being boarded. It’s so reassuring to have a place where we know he is safe and happy and gets to play and run around with his friends! For the past three years Barbara and the team at Shoreline Pet Lodge have been wonderful for our lab Penny, and were so amazing when we needed their help! When our twin boys were born they spent two weeks in the NICU at Yale. Shoreline had Penny for those entire two weeks and I don’t think we could have gone through that time without them. The twins are perfectly healthy now, and Penny loves them almost as much as she loves going to daycare and seeing her friends at Shoreline. When Penny has a bad reaction to a spider bite while lodging at Shoreline, Barbara rushed her to the animal hospital on a Sunday and got her the best immediate care I could not. I was informed throughout the process and Penny could not have been in more capable hands. I would not hesitate to trust Shoreline Pet Lodge with your family’s pet, and I strongly recommend them for boarding or daycare.

Shoreline Pet Lodge is the best, they took care of my two beagles and during their stay I was able to extend it with no problems because my plans had changed. My girls had walks, play time and baths. Much more than other places that they stayed. The staff is friendly and caring, treat you like family. I don’t want to use anyone else ever again. 💕

My dog has been going to Shoreline Pet Lodge for three years now. She gets so excited once we turn that corner and knows she is going for a play date! I appreciate all the people there who take good care of my baby, I love seeing all the pictures of her while I am away and the new report card we receive at the end of the visit is always fun to get as well. Our dog angel has gone their for boarding and day care. She loves going there. The staff is amazing and treats her well. I feel they treat her well like familly! Thanks to the staff for everything they do. Angel loves u!

Our Havanese, Pepper, has been a regular at the Shoreline Pet Lodge. Barbara and her staff have been wonderful with him , going above and beyond when necessary. Recently, Pepper had a health issue while under their care. Barbara took him to our Veterinarian for assessment and cared for him personally until we could pick him up. Our pets have stayed at Shoreline Pet Lodge for over 11 years. We most often use their boarding services and sometimes daycare. Our dogs get excited when they’re in the parking lot. The staff always remembers them by name and all seem to be genuinely happy to be working with animals. I also appreciate the pictures they post in their app so you get peace of mind your pet is doing well while you’re away.

Thank you Barbara and staff for always taking such good care of Bindi, our large breed French mastiff 130 lb girl - you all handle her well and she comes home happy. She’s been visiting the Shoreline Pet lodge for 9 years and we’ve not had a problem. We’ve had to leave her there two weeks plus, to go overseas to family and all was well other than a little homesickness….

We rescued our dog Louie last year. When we got him he was already a year old from Louisiana and didn't realize he has had a hard time with separation anxiety. The staff at Shoreline has been so caring and kind to Louie. They took the time to assess him so that he is comfortable and relaxed. He loves going there. The staff at Shoreline have been an integral part of Louie's growth and confidence. We love how they treat the dogs like family. Louie recently celebrated his 2nd birthday with his doggy friends with a photo op, playtime and treats! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a safe comfortable place to bring their dog.

We had a HORRIBLE experience with our dog staying at Shoreline Pet Lodge. They are not equipped to handle large breeds and were honestly afraid of our dog. He was there for a long weekend, and we got a phone call on the second day that they were having “trouble” with him. They had him in a very small area with a small doggie door to access the outside area. They were insistent that he wouldn’t come through the gate because he was aggressive, however it was simply because he wouldn’t fit! As a large dog, he doesn’t like crawling through spaces smaller than him. They lack of effort on their part to help our dog and make him feel comfortable was pathetic. They promised us he was eating and could use the bathroom, but when we picked him up he smelled horrible, like he had been laying in his pee and poop. We picked him up early, and the owner had the nerve to charge us full price. Our dog needed an immediate bath, peed in our house, and pooped 7 times within 12 hours of being home. Shoreline Pet Lodge ruined our vacation, because of the guilt we felt for our dog once we say how distraught he was. Our dog is not aggressive, at all. Shoreline Pet Lodge used his size as an excuse to be scared of him. Don’t take your big dog here- they are not able to handle them. Thank god our dog is home safe.
