We have been taking our dog to Wag Hotel in Redwood City for years. They take excellent care of our dog. Earlier this year, our dog had an emergency health problem. We were promptly called, but were in flight and didn’t get the call until we landed. Our dog was taken to a local animal hospital for treatment. We were kept informed the whole time and felt like she was in excellent hands so we didn’t have to immediately return home. All was good in the end, she was given antibiotics and returned to Wag where they gave our dog her medication exactly as the vet instructed them to. Overall we have been very happy with Wag’s professionalism and kindness.

I am really impressed by the staff at Wag. We’ve been taking our dog here for about three years. Everyone we have met has been outstanding. It is more expensive than some of the other places we previously tried, but the quality of attention and care is absolutely worth it. We have a rescue dog who can be very timid around strangers. The staff at Wag has always been warm, kind, and caring with him. They remember him by name when we bring him in and treat him as if he was their own. Most importantly, our dog has opened up and now greets the staff as people he trusts.

I'm new to Wag Redwood City and so far our experience has been positive. Our pups appear to be well cared for, the employees are well trained and appear to genuinely care for pets. I've found the employees to be transparent and informative in communicating even on the rare occasion someone has gotten it wrong, which we appreciate. Thank you to the Wag Redwood City staff. We appreciate the service you provide and the calming classical music played in the lobby...no doubt a good thing for pets and humans alike.

I only book with Wag, and they never disappoint! Owning a Great Dane means I need a sitter who can handle his size and personality, and the team at Wag is absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond to ensure my dog is well cared for, providing plenty of love, exercise, and attention. I always receive updates and photos, which give me peace of mind while I’m away. If you’re looking for reliable and caring pet care, I highly recommend Wag!

This is a great facility for taking care of dogs when your work or life expects you to travel without your dogs. We have only used overnight stays and not day boarding. We have left our dogs at length about 5-7 days and they have come back home safe and happy. I do think private rooms are better equipped to take care of dogs. The staff are courteous and they take time to respond with relevant and appropriate messages when we usually call back to check on pets.

Close miss on a 5 star review, here is our breakdown. We will board again at Redwood City Wag. It was clean, the staff up front was super friendly and seemed to know what they were doing. It was organized and geared towards our pets. There was even a cute welcome sign for our dogs at the front door when we showed up. Overall our dogs were given food each meal time and their treats we left them in each meal bag. They did have water too. We did receive our photo memories of the dogs each day so we know they were taken out for their Specialized Care time. The cameras worked and never stopped working so we had constant access to see them while in their room. We also received report cards on each dog about their stay. They had a grooming appointment the day before their stay so we passed on the complimentary grooming that was included in the package we chose. But, both dogs came home clean. Their room was clean the whole stay of 7 days. They called us promptly when they noticed the appetite was low for both dogs and asked if they could add a topper to entice them to eat. We have zero qualms about their care and services for the dogs. Here is the dock in one star We boarded our two large dogs here because they had an ultra suite available and we wanted a larger space for them to be in while we were out of town for 8 days. We originally were booked at the Santa Clara location but we could not get them the ultra suite. The largest room they had available was big enough comfortably for one large dog. So we switched last minute to the Redwood City location purely for that reason. Both our dogs are rescues with horrible start to life backgrounds so we knew giving them extra comfort and keeping them together was a key to their stay here so they did not feel dumped. They each had their toy they loved and their night time milk bone with no problems or objections from Wag. Where our only issue is was when we arrived we asked to see the room they were in. Not a tour, just walk back with them to say bye. We wanted this because we know how sensitive our dogs are to our leaving and this was the first time boarding them anywhere (normally they stay with family). We were quickly rejected by the site supervisor to our request - just cold and curt. It didn’t sit well for the money we were spending to board them there- but on a more personal standpoint, the customer service from her specifically made the difference here from a five star to a four star review. This was also for our own comfort as we were going to be out of state, it was our first time boarding our Dog's and far enough away that we couldn’t get to them quickly if needed. (We did have an emergency contact on file if anything happened.) We were the only drop off in the lobby and staff was able to retrieve and send home two other dogs from the play area quickly while we were there getting checked in. A totally separate individual came out to take our dogs back to their room and both our dogs were trying to stay with us instead of going in the back. He was kind and gentle with the dogs but us walking them back would have made all parties more at ease. It was stressful for our dogs and us, their/our trip could have started off much differently and better than it did. This put their staff in an unnecessary and uncomfortable position. Regardless of the situation that didn’t allow us to walk back with them, it could have been handled better from their own leadership on site. When you are running a pet hotel it should be obvious that you are working with families that value their pets and treat them as family. No one wants to start their boarding experience with their dogs fighting to not go in the back. That extra minute of conversation and understanding or walking them back instead of seeing them fight not to go would have been the chef’s kiss. We would recommend and stay again at Wag Redwood City.

I love this hotel for Doggie Daycare! My dog gets excited when he knows we’re turning the last corner. He’s going to be boarded soon so I’ll know how he does with overnights. The staff is awesome, the facility is clean. The picture is what he looks like after a day of play!… He spent a week at Wags and it must have been a great experience as he didn’t want to leave!!… He spent another week at Wags and had another great experience.

Everything went well during my dog’s first stay at Wag. She was happy to trot right in at drop off so I had a good feeling about it from the start. The staff in Redwood City is friendly, professional, accommodating and they love dogs! Thank you for taking such good care of my dog.

Staff was very nice and kind. After moving from Virginia to California we found it hard to take our fur babies with us so we knew we had to board them or find a pet sitter. It was comforting for me to get the daily updates and photos of them because I knew they were in good hands especially with one of our scared kitties. Over time I saw her relax in her photos and it put my mind at ease. Checkout was simple and easy and we can't wait to take another relaxing trip without worrying about our babies too much!

We're on our second dog here. Our first Bernese Mountain Dog used to get so excited just mentioning the name Planet Pooch where he enjoyed many daycares and extended stays. The staff and owner are caring dog people and really do take an interest in your pet while in their care. Our second Bernese is a pup and ready for loads fun and interaction at Planet Pooch. We appreciate that PP allows un-neutered males up to a year in a playful setting and doesn't confine them as you will find in other places.You won't find a better place on the peninsula for your dog.

Amazing doggie daycare.. we have been sending our pup for 5 years now and we love the place.. everyone is friendly, it's clean, well organized, dogs are well loved.. the play area for the dogs is large and roomy. Our pup always comes back tired and happy..

My pups love going here and they are greeted by name every time. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the overall care feels very personalized. It’s also a small business which we love supporting so they may not have some bells and whistles of bigger places, but they definitely care more about our dogs. The drop off and pick up are really easy too.

They are the best! It’s been so great to have a place for our pup to go and be social. It’s the only place he likes to play with other dogs and people! We’ve seen his behavior improve steadily over time and we know they are a big part of it. The staff really take the time to get to know each dog and work with individual needs. We tried dog walkers and another daycare before finding planet pooch and the others just couldn’t compare. Highly recommend this local gem!

I would not recommend planet pooch. We had a bad experience with them and my girlfriends dog. The dog came back from a boarding session while we were out of town with a large scab and there was no information shared with us during that time. We bought a package for daycare with them and weren't allowed to use it for day care. They canceled on our next boarding session the day before it was scheduled to start and we had to scramble to find an alternate. There was some clear miscommunication between what the owner was recommending in the evaluation and how the staff operated.

We had been looking at different doggie daycares in Redwood City before we chose Planet Pooch and we never regretted it! We have a VERY hyper husky and the exercise she gets at Planet Pooch is the only thing that makes her pass out at the end of the day. The place is clean and well-kept, and we love that they have web cameras so you can watch what your pup is doing at any time. They also have separate rooms and outdoor areas for small dogs and big dogs. One of the things that we like the most is the personalized approach. The owner and his stuff are very nice, we feel like they really care about dogs and always send us fun videos or pictures. Highly recommend this place!

Was no help at all with an emergency situation when my wife's service dog was lacking the correct animal passport to travel on our trip to Portugal. Was told the manager would have to make an exception but the manager was not there on that particular day. Needless to say, I was forced to stay with my Barkley and let my disabled wife travel alone.

We love Planet Pooch! For nearly 9 years, we've been taking our dog here for overnight stays when we're on vacation. They go to great lengths to make the dogs comfortable. In fact, on big firework night like New Year's Eve and Independence Day, they run big fans to drown out the noise. The hours may not always be ideal, but that's only because the top focus is on creating a great environment for the dogs.

This place has taken such great care of my dog for every vacation over the past 7 years - my dog always returns exhausted and happy. He also seems genuinely excited and happy when he arrives. If that's not an indicator of a great care provider I don't know what is!

Can't imagine taking our dog anywhere else. Dan and all of his employees put so much effort into making Planet Pooch a safe and constructive environment for the dogs. Our dog is always so excited to go in, and it makes taking trips much easier when we know he's having a blast the entire time.

I leave my dog here all the time and couldn't be happier. The staff is knowledgeable and always friendly. They know me and my dog by name and my dog is always excited to greet the staff. The business has been family owned for decades so you know they are doing something right.

My dog, Elsa, loves coming to Tyson for daycare every Friday. She can't wait to get through the doors. Tyson takes very good care of her. They match her up with dogs of similar energy/personality. She is clean and happy when I pick her up. They let me know when Elsa had a cut on her tail last year ( injured at home, I did not even notice) and advised me how to keep it clean and bandaged before I was able to get her in to see the vet. Tyson used to take care of my last dog Gitta from 2008 to 2019. This is a wonderful family business. They've been around for decades and the reason is simple, they are honest and they know what they are doing.

My dog Bama has never loved a kennel more! Bama and I were greeted instantly by warm smiles and the check in process was easy. Upon pickup, Bama hardly wanted to leave because he had such a lovely time. He met a new best friend Delta, a German Shepard. And the manager Tiffany was able to check me out with ease and great service! Ignore the bad reviews here. As a long time Menlo Park resident, it’s not a coincidence that the bad reviews started when they built the new apartments next door. Seems to me the people who live next door ought to move away from business that’s been here for 20+ years.

We have boarded our sweet Golden Doodle, Cashew, at Tyson Kennels numerous times, and the experience is off the charts amazing. If only we could always bring him with us on vacation, but Tyson Kennels truly makes it a treat for both us and Cashew, and makes going on vacation that much sweeter. My dog has gone to Tyson's since he was a puppy. He loves running around with all the other dogs. They are great with him and he always comes back home tired. The staff is awesome, happy to switch to overnight stay if we need last minute and even help with diet restrictions when it comes to treats. They are all very friendly and love the pets that come to visit for the day or stay for boarding.

Been using the boarding and day care services for over 3 years now. Everyone at Tyson Kennels are amazing. They have the best staff. My dog, brutus loves the place. This is his second home. They take such good care of him and go out of their way to make him feel loved and comfortable.

Ever since I adopted my Maltipoo (four years ago), I've been bringing him to Tyson's for doggy daycare. A friend introduced me to them, and I've never regretted taking him there. They have the most awesome staff! There is very low turnover, so you regularly see the same people. With so much longevity, the staff really get to know you and your dog(s). They know how your dog likes to play and with which other dogs or staffers. I especially want to call out Mona, Vanessa and Pablo for being so wonderful. I love the fact that there are both indoor and outdoor play areas that the dogs cycle through. Plus, they celebrate the dogs' birthdays and have a fabulous Halloween costume contest. As soon as I turn onto Haven, my dog gets very excited, because he knows he's going to a happy place. I appreciate the daily photos so I can see him at play. There's also a webcam, that I never remember to check out.

LOVE this kennel!! I am one of those over obsessive dog mothers who never wants to leave her baby. Tyson Kennel put me at ease. From the moment I meet the staff and walked the facilities I knew I could trust them to take good care of my boy. I feel compelled to write this review after witnessing an incident at Tyson's that has been grossly misrepresented in a recent review. First, I want to express my gratitude for the exceptional care Tyson's provides for my dog. Each visit reassures me that he's not just in safe hands, but he's also receiving the utmost attention and love. Tyson's is the only facility I trust unequivocally. They are a multigenerational business with decades of knowledge and experience training and caring for dogs (and cats). Their expertise and the level of care they provide is unparalleled on the Peninsula. They have always treated my dog as if he were one of their own. My dog has become as much a member of the Tyson's family as Tiffany, Mona, and the rest of their team have become a part of ours. Regarding the review about a dog's weight loss, I happened to be present during this interaction between the customer and staff and I can attest that the behavior of the customer was, unfortunately, highly inappropriate. The staff, led by Tiffany, handled the situation with professionalism and restraint. Her primary worry centered on the root of the weight loss - the dog's separation anxiety from its owner which was more severe than most cases of separation anxiety that Tyson's experiences from time to time. The attempts by Tiffany to explain the dog's anxiety during its stay at Tyson's, along with the steps taken by her team to mitigate this stress, were unfortunately overshadowed by the customer's hostile and profane behavior, coupled with their erroneous conclusions. The allegations made in the said review about animal abuse and neglect are not only misleading but blatantly false. Having been a client at Tyson's for a considerable time, I have consistently observed the high standard of care, love, and attention the staff provide to every animal. The claim that the business is 'abusive to animals' and 'super sketchy' is completely contrary to the reality and could not be further from the truth. Additionally, the notion that the positive reviews are falsified is baseless. I am a genuine customer, and my positive feedback is based on my own, very real experiences with Tyson's. This facility has been a trusted place by many pet owners for decades as indicated by their 4.7/5 star review on Facebook and their 4.2/5 star review on Yelp. It's unfortunate that a single negative review, stemming from misrepresented facts and personal discontent, threatens to mar the longstanding reputation of Tyson's as a business that exceeds expectations on care, safety, and cleanliness. Additionally, other negative reviews citing dogs barking overlooks the reality that this is a dog daycare and boarding facility. In fact, I would find it a bit odd if I didn't hear dogs barking. In an era where we rely heavily on reviews online, I encourage potential customers to look past these isolated opinions and read into the overwhelmingly positive feedback from satisfied customers, like myself. I cannot recommend Tyson's enough as they are simply the best. To the team at Tyson's, keep up the excellent work. Your dedication and love for animals do not go unnoticed.

I have been taking my dog, a 12-year old Chiweenie -- as well as my other dog before he passed -- to Tyson for daytime dogcare and occasional overnight boarding since 2016. My dog enjoys spending time at Tyson. They provide him with a clean, safe, and fun environment in which to interact with and play with other dogs. I could work from home every day, but I choose to go into the office a couple days a week so that my little buddy can have regular, consistent dog socialization time at Tyson. They have shown great affection and care for my dog and, since there are usually others dropping off or picking up their dogs when I'm there, I have seen that Tyson staff are equally warm and engaging with every dog in their care. (I tell them that if something happens to me, my will leaves my dog in the care of staff at Tyson.) #jokingnotjoking A colleague of mine recommended Tyson to me back in 2016, and now I, too, recommend Tyson to everyone I know who is in need of dogcare and/or boarding services. They are professional, have a lot of experience caring for dogs (and cats), treat our furkids like their own, and are warm and friendly to us humans, too. :)

We have been boarding our two labs with Kevin for over 8 years, and love him for so many reasons. Kevin truly loves and cares for these dogs, and it is evident in how excited they are to see him. He frequently sends photos and videos of them playing, napping, and cuddling with each other. Kevin does not use crates or enclosures of any kind, as they are all free to roam and treated as if they were his own, in his personal space. He is very attentive at all times. I have full confidence in Kevin to care for our dog children, as he always allows for a stress-free vacation when we are away. I appreciate his responsibility and love for the pups. Haven’t met any other dog daycare or boarding place that cares more about their dogs than Kevin at Andy’s Boarding Place. He is always very communicative, the hours are great, and he sends updates throughout the day so you know your dog is happy. Our dogs have been going to Kevin for more than four years and we don’t plan to look anywhere else. We always have peace of mind that they are safe and happy at Andy’s Boarding Place.

Andy’s Place is our puppy’s favorite daycare in the area! Kevin takes incredible care of all of the dogs, and they all look like they have a great time.

Very affordable for this area and our pup plays nonstop with all the other dogs every time he is there.

This place is amazing!! The staff truly cares for the dogs. They are very responsive and so reasonably priced. They were so flexible and understanding as well. Maui & Moe came home so happy and tired after day care and boarding. Highly highly recommend!!

We travel for at least 1 month each year without our dog Lotus, so it is extremely important that there is a doggie day care and boarding facility that we can absolutely trust. That facility is Woofs and Wiggles, which we have been using for many years, both for Lotus and her predecessor Roxie. Woofs and Wiggles is a small family-run business, operated by the owner and a few staff members, all of whom seem to take great pride in what they do, and take great care of the dogs that are entrusted to them. The facility itself is clean and spacious, and the dogs are well looked after. Prices are reasonable. I could not ask for more.

This place is clean, affordable and has knowledgeable staff. I was gone from my pup for 2 days and was extremely happy with how he was taken care of. He has special needs, extreme hair loss because of stress from previous abuse, so his skin needed to have lotion applied to him every day. The staff went out of their way to make sure that it got done. The only downside was that I had to drive out of the way to get to them, but the drive was worth it because of the price and quality compared to some of the closer kennels to me didn’t match up.

Great doggie daycare that's just a few blocks from where I work. Owners, Johnny & Diane, are very friendly and easy going, and the staff are great with all the dogs. The staff live onsite, so there is someone there 24/7, which makes me feel better about boarding my guy, Grayson!

It was by pure accident that I have discovered an amazing daycare in Redwood City. Bottom line: incredibly kind, caring staff; very clean facility; very inexpensive. It is a small family business: the owner's name is Diane and she is assisted by her son Johnny. People: Diane and her staff took amazing care of our dog -- they know her by name, they went into a store to buy her favorite food when the food we left ran out, they pampered her throughout her stay there. They gave her as much love and attention as we do. Amazingly kind people, who took incredible care of our dog. Facility: very clean, with plenty of room for the dogs to run. Prices: I was slightly blown away at how inexpensive they are and how straightforward the pricing is. I hope this is helpful. Cheers!

My toy poodle is my first pet, so he is the baby of the house, especially for my autistic daughter. I came guided by google reviews and with doubts I brought my baby here for Pet Boarding. I’m SO grateful for the excellent care! The place is clean, they have the dogs separated by size, each one with its own mini playground and beds. The manager and assistants were very helpful. I recommend it !

We have four dogs, of whom the whole family loves! The biggest problem with having four dogs is that, while they are part of the family, they cannot go on all family trips or getaways. This being said it is very difficult and expensive to send your family to a place to board for any period of time. This being said, it is awesome to know that a place, like Woofs and Wiggles, is around. It's a pretty good drive for us to drop off our dogs at Woofs and Wiggles, yet we do so gladly knowing they will be well cared for with reasonable prices! The owners, Johnny and Dianne and all of the staff, know all of our dogs and treat them as they would their own. So I have no hesitation bringing my dogs here and leaving them. I also have no hesitation when recommending this place to anyone looking for a place to take their four legged family members! 5 stars from me!

Staff was friendly and prices were very reasonable, but I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my Frenchie here. It didn’t seem like the dogs had much supervision and the layout made it seem like it wouldn’t be suitable for very hot or cold days. I want my frenchie to have supervised care and attention 24/7, and I didn’t feel like this was the place for that.

My puppy loves it! I first tried Woofs and Wiggles because they allow puppies under 4 months and I'm so happy I found them. Johnny is great! My dog gets so excited whenever I bring her to daycare. It makes being away from her much easier, knowing that she's gonna have a great time. :)

Woofs and Wiggles is a great daycare located in a bit of an industrial neighborhood of Redwood City. Johnny and his staff are very caring people who obviously love dogs. My dog always has a great time here and comes home tired and happy.

I can't thank Pet Sitter ASAP enough for caring for my baby Wan. I normally leave Wan with my family, but because I relocated, I had to find a pet sitter. Raquel would text me pictures of Wan and let me know how Wan was doing. I felt very comfortable and highly recommend anyone who is looking for a pet sitter to call Pet Sitter ASAP.

This place is absolutely amazing!!! We’ve had such an awesome experience every time we come! The business is always extremely clean, all the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable! Julie was the one that always helped us originally and there are a few other employees that have taken care of our dogs who have been just as perfect! We’ve been coming here for about 6 to 7 years with our previous dogs and now we bring our dog Hunter who actually enjoys coming! They have unbeatable prices! I would highly recommend bringing your pets here because they are super trust worthy!

We have been taking our dog to Dogtopia on Branham for a few years now, just to use their grooming (bath) services (not daycare.) The staff have always been great and friendly and very helpful. But this morning, our dog got sprayed by a skunk (gaaah!) The Dogtopia team found time to fit him in for a bath less than an hour later, and he came home smelling a million times more amazing than I had ever dreamed. They did such a great job, and really went the extra mile to help us ASAP. Thanks Dogtopia!

So happy we found Dogtopia, and now we can travel guilt free! Our corgi pup, Lola, came home exhausted and happy after her first night boarding. I love the webcams they have set up and how much free play time they get. It’s so nice to be able to check in on your pet. Every staff member we’ve interacted with has been friendly and cheerful. While it took a while to get an assessment (4-5 months), I’m happy they do it because we have assurance the other dogs aren’t aggressive. Booking seems fairly easy though once you’re passed the assessment.

My dog loves it there. She is always welcomed by cheery caregivers! Peter is very conscientious that all dogs are up to date on their vaccinations. Great place!! ❤️

I love this place and more importantly my dog loves going to this place for daycare, boarding and Grooming. He always starts jumping in the car when he realizes he is going here. The owner and staff are very friendly attentive and helpful. I don't worry about my dog because it feels like I dropped him off to a family member

Dogtopia is the best dog boarding/ daycare in the Bay Area! The facility is clean and odor free, the staff/owner are very kind and obviously care about our dog/s. 100% would recommend boarding or having your dog stay the day for daycare at Dogtopia!

Love Dogtopia! They are our favorite place and take great care of our pups. We r on our 2nd dog with them and they have been so patient with our young energetic pup still learning to socialize properly.

My husband and I and our Chihuahua love dogtopia! The staff are amazing with all the dogs, you can tell they are all dog lovers! We've taken our dog there for several years now and done both doggy daycare as well as boarded him there while we were out of town. And recently we've been taking him to doggy daycare every few weeks so our pup can see his friends and also so the good folks at dogtopia can grind his nails for us! We would highly recommend this place!!!

the great reviews are true! We chatted with Alexandra and Ed about their services for our two kitties. They were very responsive and set uontime to meet in person. They are insured with pet CPR certification. They were friendly and welcoming, yet thorough and attentive with questions. They took fabulous care of the cats, and shared pics of them and the immaculate litter box. They even changed the litter genie and swept up stray litter. The cats seemed quite happy. Shout out to this fabulous service. It gave us such peace of mind, which is so important. I cannot recommend them enough.

Extremely professional and reliable! Alexandra has been taking care of our cats whenever we have gone away on vacation over the last three years. It's always difficult to leave our fur babies behind, but Alexandra's professionalism gives us peace of mind when we're away. It also helps that she sends regular email updates with pictures (sometimes video) of our cats! It's so nice to come home to clean and happy kitties after being gone for a few days. Alexandra & Ed have been taking care of our dog for almost two years now. We've had them walk our dog regularly during the week and have also had them stay over while we've been out of town. Lovable Pet Sitter is not some big pet service conglomerate. You will have the same familiar person taking care of your pet. It's been really important to us because our dog does not warm up to strangers easily and we feel at ease knowing that our dog is in good hands when we're away. We highly recommend them.

Lovable Pet Sitter took care of my cat for two weeks and they were fantastic. I got text message updates and pictures as well about my cat every time Alexandra came over, which was great and a huge relief. They provided an extremely reliable, excellent service and I would highly recommend it. They also have reasonable prices that are on their website and very straight forward.

Ed and Alexandra are THE BEST dog sitters we've ever had! They've been our dog sitters for over 5 years now and we've never had any problems - quite amazing considering that one of our dogs is prone to anxiety issues and the other is aggressive towards other dogs. So leaving them at home "unsupervised" or going on walks can be challenging and daunting. Oh and did I mention that they're both 70lb Akitas! We usually hire them for our long vacation trips, anywhere from 2-4 weeks and we always feel that our dogs are in good hands. The reassurance they provide is why we keep hiring them. We can tell when we come home from our trips that our dogs felt comfortable too, and in fact, probably miss Alexandra because of how well she takes care of them. As other yelp reviews have mentioned, Ed and Alexandra are very thorough and leave "report cards" after every visit in addition to email/text updates with picture to show "proof of life" haha. Those pictures ARE the best! They will also water plants, check mail, take out trash and do additional services included in their price that you wouldn't expect a dog sitter to do. And to show how committed they are, they recently stopped service in Mira Mesa, where we are, but told us that they would continue to be our dog sitters because of our long relationship and their relationship with our dogs. Needless to say, we were so relieved and thankful - that's great customer service! If you want trusted reassurance at an affordable rate, HIRE ED AND ALEXANDRA!

Ed and Alexandra are awesome. Our jack russell's absolutely love them and after 7 years of perfect pet sitting we trust them completely. Ed and Alexandra care about our pets like their own and you as an owner. They also send you frequent updates and photos. I would recommend to all of my friends and family!

My cat never warms up to people right away, but she instantly greeted Alexandra. I swear she is the cat whisperer! I have been entrusting Alexandra with my cat for over 4 years now & I would never use anyone else. She always sends updates, either text messages, or pictures, or videos. It definitely gives me peace of mind. She has also administered medication to my cat in the past, with no issues. I highly recommend!!
