Finding Pawshake has led me to the most amazing pet sitter for my pet. Pawshake is a relatively easy site to use, where you select the sitter based on reviews and their information. Your experience will be determined by the relationship with your individual sitter. A meet & greet arranged before you book. I was so lucky to pick Rosie. I go away and rest assured my fur baby is in good hands every time. Rosie is amazing! My cat thinks so too!

We had a great experience with Pawshake. Nicola our sitter was so reliable and trustworthy. Her communication was great and she met twice with us to meet our dog Benny and cat Harmony. The system is user friendly and payment is automatic. Highly recommended. Will use again

We used Lauren from Forrestfield. She was fabulous. Visited every day and fed and played with our cat. She sent us updates, photos and videos. We trusted her with our cat and our home. She was so reliable and trustworthy. We have more trips planned this year and we will definitely use her again. So much better than a cattery.

Pawshake App was a good find to locate the perfect dog boarding home for our Labradoodle Charlie. Everything from the booking, the meet n greet, Charlie boarding with Tina, to collection on return home from our short break away went smoothly. Very happy and will use Pawshake again for sure!

Our teen kitten Baxter has now stayed twice at furbaby retreat. Both times he has come back more confident with new people and has been as happy as can be. Happy to be home whilst not being annoyed or upset. We have been more relaxed on holidays from the daily updates we are sent and knowing that he is in good hands - with people who are paying attention to him, playing and the fact he gets dedicated attention & enrichment, which I couldn't guarantee he would get with a pet sitter staying in our home. The change in environment and routine hasn't been an issue (like all cats... I'm sure he would let us know if it had been 😉). It's clear Jess cares about the furbabies who stay, and she has put in effort to connect with Bax from the moment we arrive with him to the time he is packed up for home. Thanks Jess & team, Baxter will be visiting for future holidays! 😀

1st time stay for 5 nights. My cat was taken care of with Love from the second we entered. Great care was given to ensure everything was thought of. The entire place is spotless and run very efficiently. The team are wonderfully calm and gentle and clearly love and understand cats. Really appreciated the daily WhatsApp videos and photos. It was lovely and reassuring to see how she went from day 1 (very shy) to proudly strutting about, climbing and exploring with tail held high and playing. Nobody enjoys leaving their pets in these places but Furbaby Retreat really makes it a lot less painful when you know your little one is taken care of so well. Thank you Ginger and Jess. Great job.

Jess and the team truly cared for the cats. This is the third time my cat, QQ had stayed at Furbaby. QQ seemed very contented and happy. I appreciated the daily updates of how my little QQ is doing to give me a peace of mind. QQ enjoyed her daily walking exercise at the play room and the massages and cuddles from Jess and the team. The place is kept very clean and facilities were of high standard. I would highly recommend their services.

My 1 year old Siamese cat has stayed here a few times when necessary. I was worried about her as she needs a lot of love but is very wary of strangers. Last time she settled in right away and even wanted to say goodbye to Jess before we left. They always keep you updated with photos and information on their day. If you need someone else to care for your cat, for a short while, for whatever reason, this is the place to take them!!!

I can’t recommend Furbaby Retreat highly enough! Our anxious boy stayed here for just over 2 weeks while we were overseas and he absolutely loved it! The wonderful staff at Furbaby Retreat managed his special diet, supplements and medications, and the daily picture and video updates made me feel so at ease. He has settled in at home again beautifully too. We will definitely book him in again next time we go on holiday.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Furbaby Retreat when we had to board our cat whilst our apartment underwent renovations. They were great and communicating with us with updates on our Furbaby, and how he was adjusting to the change. We loved the pictures they sent us and videos, it made the separation anxiety I had easier to deal with! All the staff we dealt with were lovely and compassionate and they deeply cared for all of the cats in their care. We will definitely use them again if the need arises. ❤️

I 100% recommend Furbaby Retreat for anyone needing a safe place to look after their furbaby for a period of time. I recently had my baby stay here for 7 nights - I had booked the glamping suite for her, thinking it would be the best room given her general energy at home and boisterous nature. Unfortunately, she was not a fan and was all too overwhelmed by the change in environment, the window and not being around her people. The team at Furbaby Retreat were attentive in their concern for her wellbeing and care, keeping me regularly updated with photos and messages. We ended up moving her to a standard suite and she improved a lot greatly, clearly my girl is low maintenance and prefers peaceful seclusion. When we were meant to fly home, my partner became unwell and we were forced to extend our stay away. The team at Furbaby were so helpful and understanding, not only showing compassion for Tinkerbell, but my partner as well. They easily kept her for the extra time, alleviating one stress in a pile of many. I was so nervous leaving her for the first time, but the team were amazing. If I need to board her again, I will definitely be using them again!

We are over the moon with the service Tess provides at Perth Pet Palace! We were very worried leaving our beautiful puppy Alfie with someone while we were on holiday, but as soon as I spoke to Tess I felt we could relax knowing he was in good hands! Tess is so knowledgeable about Cavoodles & dogs in general. Alfie even came home from his little 5 night stay-cay better behaved! Tess took him for many walks a day & pampered him with love. She also sent a billion photos & videos a day, which we loved! We will 1,000% be using her again for our next holiday. Thanks a mill aunty Tess! You're the best!

Tess has been Mabel's, our almost 2-year-old Cocker Spaniel's dog walker and sitter, since she was 12 weeks old. Mabel absolutely loves her walks and staycations with Tess and her other doggy friends. Tess treats all of her dogs like they're her own and when we travel, it's such a relief, knowing our girl is so well looked after. I would absolutely recommend Tess to anyone!

Tess recently looked after Oakley when we went on holiday. He’s never stayed away from home before so I was worried how he might go. I definitely didn’t need to worry. Tess and her gorgeous dog Ted E welcomed Oakley into their lives and home and looked after him as if he was theirs!! I got multiple photos and videos every day of their wonderful adventures and I could see how happy and settled he was. He even came home slightly better behaved so that was a bonus!!! If I could give more stars I certainly would. Tess is amazing!!

Tess was by far an above 5 stars stay for our puppies. She was great, friendly , personable , and had an instant bond and connection with our fur babies. Can’t recommend highly enough! Tess is absolutely amazing with dogs. Our two boys, Bailey and Mo spent two weeks with Tess, while we had renovations going on. She was incredible - adventurous and fun, caring and generous with cuddles. Tess shared daily updates so we could see how much fun the boys were having. They had an amazing holiday and we could get on with things knowing they were feeling happy and loved. Our little cavoodle pup Angus has stayed with Tess a couple times now, and we would not hesitate to have her look after him every time we are away. She is an absolute dog whisperer and cares for every dog like her very own! Our pup adores Tess and loves all the adventures he has with Tess and her dog squad! My two cavoodles Layla and Bella stayed with Tess for a week recently and had such a great time they did not want to come home. Tess was loving and caring and exercised them regularly. I couldn’t recommend Emily enough!!! The care she has given to our fur babies over the years has been unmatched. She has a genuine love for all animals and goes above and beyond every single visit. Unfortunately we no longer use Pet Friends due to a job change and moving house however I would highly recommend anyone needing a pet sitter to use Pet Friends & Emily. We can’t thank her enough for all the love she has given to our babies- mostly to Luna love bug- we are convinced he loves his aunty Em more than us!! You can be assured that your pets are in the best care.

It is always a little nerve racking leaving fur children at home, but especially when they are old. We were so relieved with the care and compassion shown by Jenny from Pet Friends in looking after our 4 cats - 1 requiring some special care. Receiving daily updates and gorgeous photos helped with our stress of leaving them home and allowed us to really enjoy our holiday knowing they were in great hands. She is usually very stress with stranger after attacked by a neighbour dog last year. Her first time boarding with Helen for 9 days when I am away to attend business conference. They are so nice, professional and patient with fare price. Elsa and Shelley are the best for taking care of Guinean pigs. I highly recommend them! They will send pictures and notes to me every time after they take care of my piggies, and they help me feed them and clean the space. They are great!

On Scouts first day, I could not believe how energised she was, full of love, bouncing around generally just full of beans! I believe this energy comes from the care, love and attention that she herself receives. I imagine this for all the dogs that attend. Of course until we get home then I like to think of her as she rests recalling all dog pals she played with that day! Jennifer went above and beyond for the care of our dogs whilst we were out of the house for two weeks. She took them to the park/water a lot, made sure they were well fed and cared for. It was hasslefree even though we did give her some issues, but she dealt with them despite them being difficult! You can tell she really loves her dogs and all those that she looks after.Thanks so much Jennifer!

Going on holidays has always been slightly stressful not knowing my mini schnauzer boys would be happy and get the same care and attention as they do at home. They can be a bit high maintenance 😆. Our boys have stayed with Jennifer twice now, and to see how much they enjoy their stay, the love she gave them, updates with photos and how now they get so excited to see her means that going away without them is no longer going to be stressful for any of us. I am so glad to have found Jen! She is super accomodating as I need to drop my dogs off at 5:15am. She is easy to communicate with, keeps you updated and sends pictures/videos through out the day. It can be daunting to leave your dog with someone you haven’t met before but you can trust Jen to take great care of your dogs. One of my dogs (Gringo) is a handful and I appreciate how patient Jen is with him. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for daycare/sitting. Jennifer is amazing! She has looked after our dachshund several times and absolutely spoiled him with attention every time- he loves her! Jennifer has been really helpful and flexible and easy to arrange stays with. She sends regular videos and photos which is great. Our boy can be nervous and has separation anxiety but Jennifer is like a dog whisperer and knows exactly how to manage him. I would definitely recommend her as a pet sitter!

Our dog Callie had the best time at doggy day care with Madame Mas. The team are so lovely and make the extra effort to make Callie feel welcomed and secure on her first day. We took her back the very next day and she couldn't have been more excited to get back to the fun at day care. We loved seeing the videos posted on Instagram, and always felt she was being looked after and having fun. It's super easy to park and drop/pick up. Our dog Maxi loves it here. They play games with the dogs and it comes with a report everyday too. You can see your dog playing with other dogs. Not like others that fence up and you don’t know what’s going on in there. Highly recommend this place if you care for your dog’s mental health lol

All the staff at K9to5 Littles are just amazing. The way they look after your fur baby is absolutely top notch, so much so that my sausage dog is a tad depressed when he comes home! lol He loves it there so much. I’m incredibly grateful to have such a fabulous daycare for my boy to go & know he’s always in the best of hands.

We have been sending Sunny to K9-5 for the past two years and can’t recommend this doggy day care enough. The staff are amazing, Sunny is always so excited at drop off to see her friends, the photo updates are fabulous and the birthday parties are a highlight. It’s such a great way for Sunny to socialise with other dogs in a safe environment and makes us feel so much better heading to work knowing she isn’t sitting at home waiting for us to come home.

My cocker spaniel Reggie loves coming to K9to5!! He is now 2 and been going once a week for about 18 months. He bounds out the car when he arrives and is so excited to play. The staff are all very friendly!

I have been taking my doggo here since the beginning of the year and I feel so incredible grateful to have found such a wonderful daycare that he absolutely loves going too. It was the best decision we made, for him to be socalising with other dogs and being cared for by the amazing friendly staff. They have created such a positive community for all, it is an extremely well run business - I cannot recommend it enough.

My boys Tim Tam and Merlot have been to going to K9to5 daycare for over 13 years and they have received an excellent care from the staffs. I can’t say enough good things about this place! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and at ease. The staff is incredibly friendly and genuinely cares about each and every dog. Our Zoe has the best time playing with her furry friends and always comes home happy and tired. The facilities are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. They have plenty of toys and activities to keep the dogs entertained. I also appreciate the photos they post throughout the day, so I know Zoe is having a great time. The team at K9 to 5 take so much care and love looking after our little fur babies. We have been bringing our Gino to K9to5 for over a year and it's honestly the best thing we ever did! Everyone is wonderful here they take such good care of all the dogs, with lots of activities and fun. At the end of the day we have a tired happy boy that can't wait to go back and see all his friends!

Percy has been going to K9-5 for approx 5 years and knows exactly what day of the week day care day is! He is so excited to go and comes home absolutely exhausted from all of the playing! The staff treat him like their own and on the couple of occasions when he needed a little medical attention, they were amazing. The team have created a fun and safe environment for Percy to socialise with other dogs and it has made the world of difference as he has matured. He loves it so much, and so do I !

Alex and Cindy were fantastic looking after Bailey. Plenty of space for him to run around and explore. There was other dogs there at the house which Bailey loved playing with, it helps when they are of similar breed and size. Definitely recommend them for your dog sitting needs we will be using them again when we’re away on holidays.

Alex and his family took great care of my dog for a few days while away on a recent trip. They provided regular updates and photos keeping me up to date, and also went above and beyond asking about my dogs daily routine and feeding schedule. The initial meet and greet ensured my dog was a suitable fit to stay, and it was nice to know my dog would also have some other well socialised buddies around to play with. Alex and Cindy have been dog sitting our toy poodle for quite a few months and we would highly recommend them to anyone. I would highly recommend Jenny and her team of sitters. We had Henry come and look after our 2 babies. Our boy is very anxious and can be a lot to handle but Henry was amazing with both of them. I had daily updates with photos which made our holiday much more relaxing. On our return home, the babies were both happy and healthy, the house was also clean and tidy. I have used House and Pet Sitters for the past eight years and have been very happy with the service. After struggling to find sitters who covered our area and/or had availability I have found Jenny to be very reliable when I need a house sitter. From the start to finish, our experience with house and pet sitters was easy and everyone was amazing. Ben & Liz who looked after our pets and house were excellent. Our pets were well looked after and our house was kept in immaculate condition. We were very happy and Jenny was very accommodating and helpful through the process.

We were given Hannah and she is the most lovely soul I have met .My dogs absolutely loved her and I was able to approach her when I needed to see my dogs. Had a great experience for our two mini schnauzers. Our sitters were Ben & Liz and they were great. We did have to prompt for updates throughout the two weeks, but what we got was photos and videos of VERY happy puppies, clearly getting a lot of love. The house was left immaculate with bedding stripped, washed and drying on the line by 8.30am! We have requested another sit for the next holiday and hoping for Ben & Liz again!

We have used House and Pet Sitters for about 5 years. Recently the quality of the sits has been very poor. Our most recent , and last, experience was that the sitter came home drunk, had left his car and our house keys somewhere and so he tried to climb the front fence. When he couldn’t do this, he climbed the neighbour fence, at 3.30am, and then climbed into our yard. He ripped off our gutters and down pipe in the process. Unfortunately Jenny at House and Pet Sitters thought we were unreasonable in complaining and cancelled our future sits because “our requirements could not be met”. Unbelievable.

In highly recommend Pet and House Sitters. I have used them a couple of times and have always been very happy with the service. Our sitter takes wonderful care of our elderly dog and our house is always left spotlessly clean with a treat and some necessities left in the fridge for us. Jenny is very helpful and accommodating. I will definitely be using them again.
