Kate was an absolute dream and was the best pet sitter I could have possibly asked for! Kate was extremely trustworthy, communicative, and reliable, and provided frequent updates while I was away. She left my apartment spotlessly clean and even took the initiative to fix my wobbly towel bar. Finally, Kate took excellent care of my cat Daisy and I came home to a happy and content cat! Leslie consistently demonstrated outstanding communication skills, both initially and throughout the entire process, and I would gladly give her more stars if possible. Leslie arrived as scheduled, and instantly the animals fell in love with her and Bennie. Our cats love our dogs but usually won't come in the house when a strange dog is here but they didnt even hesitate to come meet Bennie. Bennie was very calm and a true gentleman. Leslie sent pictures throughout the sit reassuring us the gang were all getting along and enjoying her and Bennie's company. She read through the welcome guide before we left as well as we showed her around. It was very nice getting the chance to know her a bit before we ledt the following morning. We felt very comfortable knowing our home and pets were in good hands. It is very apparent when you meet Leslie that she truly does love animals. When our Molly decided to hide, Leslie called us right away because she feared Molly may have gotten spooked by a firework going off in the neighborhood and escaped under the gate. I felt so bad for Leslie because she blamed herself because it was on her watch. I have trackers on all my pets and it turned out that Molly was still in the house and just hiding really well. She can curl up.pretty small. Lealie took our Lab to check the walking route and see if Molly was there. When I called and told her Molly had to be at the house because her tracker showed her there, she returned to our home and Molly hreeted her as she came in the front door. I was very appreciative of Leslie's phone call though because she didnt wait hours to call, she searched the yard and house and called right away. We decided to cut our trip short a day and asked Leslie if she minded if we came home a day early. We let her know we didnt expect her to leave early and made sure she was comfortable with our decision. As a pet parent, it is imperative that we remember the sitters are also on vacation and we didnt want to intrude on her time. As it turned out, we ended up stopping by the ER on our way home where my husband was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm. Unfortunately we had both the RV and my car and I needed to figure out how to get them home. I reached out to Leslie who offerred to give me a ride back to the hospital after I dropped o e vehicle off at home so I could retrieve the second vehicle. BTW, the surgeon was able to repair my hubbys aneurysm and he will be coming home soon. Leslie was a comfort during this frightening time and even stayed an extra day to help out and care for our home and pets. She was a teue blessing. Leslie left the house spotless along with so.e fresh flowers for me when I got back from visiting my husband. If you get an opportunity to host Leslie in your home, rest assured your home and pets will be well loved and well taken care of. We.would welcome.Leslie back anytime. She is not just a pet sitter, she is a new trusted friend.

Leslie and Kyle set the bar for all other pet sitters! On the first morning of their stay my cat got out due to a faulty window in my apartment and they handled the situation so well. Leslie sent a text explaining what happened and that my cat had returned safely and she was so calm about the whole thing that it put me at ease for the rest of my trip. Kyle went above and beyond and not only fixed the window screen (he actually fixed two screens during their stay!) but also made sure the window was secure until maintenance could come and fix the issue. Their go with the flow attitude was amazing. I would 100% have them sit for me again! I can not recommend them enough. You would be lucky to have Leslie and Kyle as your sitters :)

We were lucky to have Andrea back for another sit with our elderly dog and feral cat. She has been wonderful both in the past and on this last sit for a month! We trust her implicitly and are always at ease that our pets will have the most kind and careful attention. She is excellent with videos and communication and very clean and tidy. Again we feel lucky to have found her, and feel she would be a great sitter for any pets!

Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Mary Jessica was self sufficient, needing very little instruction outside of our Welcome Guide. She followed everything I wrote and asked how much communication I’d want. Davis and Sydney were loving sitters for our pets. We even had an extra cat (our son's) and they took great care of all of the pets and our home. The pictures and the comments they sent showed us they figured out all of their quirky personalities very fast. It was nice to come home to a clean house and all pets were safe and happy! Angela and Joe are wonderful house and pet sitters sitters in every way. They have a great loving way with animals and my shy dog warmed up to them right away. They are warm, organized, confident, and thorough. They communicated very well and gave me frequent updates and sweet photos of my dog Chica. They also took excellent care of my home. My only regret was that I didn't get to spend more time with them, because they're such lovely and interesting people. Amazing experience! Five stars all the way... Nikki was kind enough to watch our two cats Thomas and Toby while were away on our honeymoon. From the very beginning she made us feel comfortable with clear communication and quick replies. Since she was local in Atlanta we got to meet her ahead of time and hand off keys before we left. While we were away she sent pictures of our little buds having fun and being themselves, so we always knew they were ok. She always showed up exactly when she said she would from pickup to dropoff and it was so incredible to know they were in good hands, and we never had to worry. They love being around people so for her to have been able to stay with them and love on them regularly we came home and could immediately tell both Thomas and Toby felt great as they were completely comfortable. Much much different than when we leave even for a few days and have a pet sitter stop by and feed them. She asked all the necessary questions in advance, so she didn't have to email or ask anything while we were away. She even took the time to make sure everything was neat and tidy, prepped the sheets to be changed, and was unbelievably sweet to get us a wedding gift we both love. Nikki we can't thank you enough for taking care of our cats, and we would only be so lucky if you stuck around town! :)

My cat is 3 years old and she has only recently gotten so matted I couldn't brush her. My Vet recommended 2 places in town that groomed cats. Both places had good reviews but I was drawn to the Pet Stop. As you see by the before and after pictures that they did a wonderful job. She wasn't upset at all and she seems like she feels so much better. I was embarrassed that she had gotten so matted but they never made me feel bad at all. I will go back again. I think that she will feel better in the summer because even though she is an indoor cat her coat is heavy and she's always on a cool floor. Thank you Pet Stop
Take my dog here for every hair cut. Great service and prices. Usually takes them 3 hours and they do her nails, and hair for around 50$.
We came into town for the 4th of July weekend and our normal boarding in our hometown was full. We were in a pinch and every other boarding in Sioux City required at least a day visit before booking overnight boarding for new dogs. Pet Stop was accommodating and let us board our two pups even though they were new to them. She even left her friend at the bar after work to open up for us as we were late into town! Our dogs were taken care of and had no issues throughout the weekend. We would definitely send our dogs back next time.
We’re traveling through the area for a funeral and we needed a last minute place to watch our dog for a few hours so she wouldn’t be alone at our hotel. We called a bunch of places who were rude about taking out of town guest, but when we called Pet Stop they were so nice and said they could watch our dog. I was coming into Sioux City from Jefferson, Iowa to visit family for the weekend. I saw the good reviews so I called them to book my puppy. At first they were hesitant about taking him in, but then said since he was small, they could fit him in. When I showed up there was a sign on the door that said they were on vacation until the 24th of July. His appointment was supposed to be on the 20th at 2:30. Of course no one was there and no one answered the phone. I was very distraught and upset by this since I never received a phone call letting me know they were going on vacation. I wouldn’t recommend.

Took my cat here to have some knots removed in his fur. I had never been to a pet groomer before, and this was a fantastic experience! I made an appointment, and did not have to wait long before getting service. My cat is a very nervous boy, and they did great with him. They were also very knowledgeable, and that helped me know what I might need to do in the future for his care. Will definitely be going here in the future!
We just love Gramma Jo and so do our doggos!!! We are so blessed to have found her to care for our dogs. They get so excited to see her and she welcomes them with open arms each and every time. She has nick names for them which is so cute. Our big guy she calls him "Bubbalicious." It fits him to a T because he's a big Bubba and he's as sweet as can be. My 10 year old pug mix lilly, refuses to let us trim her nails. Even when taking her to vets its a real struggle for such a small dog. But lilly must have liked laci. She squirmed and fought at first but then let laci do her thing. Best experience in her nail trimming in 10 years!!!! Will definitely be back. Thanks laci!

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ We have always boarded our dogs while on vacation and never had a “dog sitter”, but decided to give Emily a try, as I know boarding is so stressful on our two dogs. Not only did they do great staying at home, but I absolutely loved the constant updates and photos through the app. I was able to check on them daily and could tell from their happy photos they were enjoying their company. 😁 And the cherry on top was that we also had someone to check on our house multiple times a day while we were gone, someone to water my flowers and to bring in the mail. We will absolutely be using Emily and Lots of Love on our next trip!

I rely on Emily to let my babies out when I’m working! I work long shifts and feel it’s unfair for my babies to be kennels the entire time. My babies seem SO much happier now that they get a potty break and a walk during my long work shifts. Great place to leave the pets for a vacation when you can't take them along. They post videos and always give feedback on how everything went. While I still have anxiety leaving my dogs for an extended period of time, I find comfort in knowing that Becky and the crew truly are dog people and they will take the best care of them!
My wife and I are in sioux city for three months (she's a travel nurse). We needed a good daycare for our dog. This place has been the BEST doggy day care we have experienced by far. Staff has been extremely caring and helpful. Staff knew our names after one visit. It's the small things that count. They post pictures on their social media as well. You get a small town feel for the place. However the care and attention makes it feel like a big town operation. I would recommend to anyone who needs a place for their dogs.

Our dogs love coming here when we go on vacation, it's like a vacation for them too! The owners are very knowledgeable and always answer my messages right away. After a few times of my dogs coming here they knew right away how their personalities were and how best to take care of them.
Best doggy day care & boarding place in all of Siouxland!! The staff are true animal people who love and treat my fur babies as if they were thier own. The kennel area and back play area is always clean, they have several yards for different size dogs and lots of play and agility toys. You can't find a better business to take care of your dogs in the entire tri-state area! They have a huge acreage for the dogs to run around in, and they truly love the animals they care for. I have family who live on Stone Park Blvd, and I have seen Bed and Biscuit open for years now! Their length up operation truly is a testimony to their great service - which is exactly what they do. They strive serve their customers (and owners) more than they strive to earn the "extra buck." We take our dogs there when we leave town, and so does my family!

Desi was wonderful with our 2 dogs and cat during a Christmas vacation! A few weeks before she pet/house sat Desi came over for a meet and greet with us and the pets. We left a detailed note for her. Any questions she had she texted us right away. She even kept all my indoor plants alive and watered, and put chemicals in our hot tub according to our directions 😃 During our trip Desi would send us pictures and texts of her and the pets hanging out. By the end of our trip even the persnickety cat was a Desi fan. If you need a pet sitter and appreciate the peace of mind that comes with knowing your house isn’t sitting vacant with your pets trapped inside except for 2 feeding/potty breaks, don’t hesitate to call Desi! We love happy tails. Will loves it when we say..."you wanna go to school". He knows he gets to play with friends all day long. The staff care about each dog and know their names and personalities.

We always use them when we go out of town for a few days. They do a great job with the dogs and we like that they have an in-house groomer in case the dogs also need their feet trimmed up. We have 2 miniature dachshunds and they keep the small dogs separate from the big dogs. We've been going here since the current owner's parents used to own it. We cannot say enough good things about them!
