They have been absolutely amazing with our 1.5 year old cat where we had to leave the country for a month to visit our parents. Alex and the team really made her feel comfortable (she is a shy cat). So definitely recommend Lucky Buddies to whoever really wants to be stress free whenever you can’t be around your fur babies for long!

I will readily admit that I am one of those crazy dog moms - my pup is a full member of our family and I am very particular about her experiences. I checked out four different doggie daycares in the area before deciding to try out Lucky Buddies - and Lucky Buddies blew the competition out of the water. As other reviewers have mentioned, Lucky Buddies provides excellent care for pets - the staff are well trained, passionate, and friendly. They really get to know your pet and meet them where they're at. Neko started attending at 4 months old (she's now 13 months old), and the folks at Lucky Buddies have been so patient with her wild puppy and teenage months. They work with me on her training, and they clearly love her for who she is. And Neko loves going to both daycare and overnight boarding! The level of professionalism demonstrated at Lucky Buddies continually amazes me. The staff communicates frequently, and Yesica and Alex are always adding new improvements with the dogs' best interests in mind. I would not trust any other facility with Neko; Lucky Buddies is her home away from home, and I'm so glad we have them in our lives.

am so happy to have found Lucky Buddies! I've owned three dogs over the course of the past 20 years and have boarded them at 4 different locations. This is hands down, BY FAR the absolute best. I realize at first glance it seems expensive, HOWEVER, when you realize the overnight price is for 24 hours and includes the wonderful daycare program, it's very reasonable. The staff are just wonderful and clearly love animals--all are treated the way staff would treat their own pets. Among the many things I appreciate are the regular messages and photos they took during my pet's stay and posted on the portal as well as emailed or texted owners (depending on your preferred communication). The best proof, of course, is how happy my dog was during the stay and when I picked her up. Yes, she was glad to see me but clearly she was not anxious to leave (as has been the case in a different boarding place). Don't even hesitate; this is the place to go. Your pet will love it and love you for taking him/her there. For the first time in a very long time, I don't feel guilty about leaving a pet behind when I travel.

I had to go for an unexpected trip and was in a hurry to find a good overnight daycare for my cat. The staff was very patient with him, and he was even able to warm up to the staff in the short amount of time he stayed with the Lucky Buddy staff. Very grateful for the care and frequent updates the staff provided!

To say Yesica & Juan are doggy whispers is an understatement!! They seriously have been so flexible with my fur babies- Ollie & Sadie. having a place that can take in last minute requests is a plus! I cannot thank them enough for taking in my babies when need be. And of course keeping up with them via Instagram is also a relief! You get to see what the Buddies are all up to throughout the day! It’s always an adventure being posted on their. I cannot leave out all the doggy activities they do (you get to take home & let your doggy be creative) as well as all the themed festivities, a holiday? Believe Lucky Buddies will be celebrating it! Like Valentine’s day, St Patrick’s Day, Christmas, Halloween… etc., they do it all! These guys go above and beyond to ensure every dog gets enough exercise, play time, cuddles, food, treats… the whole nine yards! It’s the best.. i’m forever thankful for their service and love to my babies.

Roxie has been going to Lucky's Buddies for that past year. Yecenia and Juan are great with her. When I went on vacation to Egypt they even picked Roxie up at my house! We began taking our puppy to Lucky Buddies a few months ago and have been so happy with their care! We've done daycare, boarding, grooming, and will soon start some in house visits as well. Our puppy loves playing with the other dogs, and always comes home happily tired and engaged. They are great at updating us, and we love catching glimpses of our pup's day on their social media accounts too! They use the timetopet app which has also been super easy to use and book services, they've also been very responsive to questions. We love Lucky Buddies so far!

Joji loves spending time at Lucky Buddies. I love seeing the videos of him playing and receiving daily reports cards with photos. He used to be a shy puppy, but he has become so social and playful after his stays with his buddies. He also enjoys the neighborhood walks and gets a bath before coming home! We really appreciate the love and attention that Joji receives from Lucky Buddies.

I was looking for day care for my 1 year old pup and was able to find Jackie through google. She was able to take him 5 days a week, full time, which was what me and my boyfriend were looking for. The meet and greet was great. She really wanted to make my pup feel comfortable. As the days went by, my pup was super excited each morning to see Jackie. She keeps us posted with our pup throughout the day and is extremely reliable! Would recommend to anyone trying to board or day care.

We meet Jackie over a year ago at puppy training. We were looking for someone to board our golden retriever puppy for a weekend. Our Lola was well taken care of and had a blast socializing with other dogs. She now goes 3 days a week for doggie daycare. She looks forward to seeing Jackie and her pups. Jackie goes above and beyond to make sure every dog gets the attention they need through out the day 💛

Jackie is amazing. She is very responsive and flexible. I started going to her after looking for a dog sitter that was closer to my home. She is much more than a dog sitter. Her dog training experience and loving nature elevates her services. Recently, I went on a trip far away and Jackie was only able to watch my dog for a portion of the time I was gone. After I was not able to find other options, she offered to take care of him and drop him off at the second boarding place. She also fed him white rice and boiled chicken when his stool was too soft. Even though she does not take dogs with soft stool she cared for mine as if he were her own. Thank you Jackie. I'm only sad that I'm moving soon and won't be able to see you much longer.

Jackie (of Precious Paws) is amazing. We adopted a sweet but stubborn half-grown pup, and Jackie has worked hard to teach our dog some manners. Our dog loves going to see Jackie every day, because she’s given tasks to do, but also treated with love. Jackie has made a world of difference!

I boarded my 10 month old GSD puppy with Jackie for 5 days and I was extremely happy with how well she cared for my dog. I received daily updates and pictures of my pup and that really helped me since it was my first time away from him. Due to snow storms my flight was cancelled and I couldnt make it back in time for the pickup. Jackie went above and beyond to help board my dog for an extra night. I will highly recommend Precious Paws for your Precious Pups.

I just wanted to share how much I love Precious Paws. My original dog sitter canceled on me at the last minute when I was ALREADY out of town and I called Jackie from Precious Paws who came through for me in a big way. Not only did she come pick him up and watched him until I came back in town, but she sent me updates that included pictures and just text messages that just left me know that he is in great hands and from the looks of things he made himself really comfortable on the couch. This is the exact kind care I was looking for. I didn't want to put him in a place where he was going to be another dog in a cage. I wanted him to have fun minus me and my son and that is exactly what I got. I am so happy with the care and will be back there for services again.

Allie‘s Doggie Day Camp is nothing beyond amazing! she is so flexible with my schedule and is very prompt with communication. you can tell how much love she pours into each one of her dogs at camp. My pup gets so excited everytime he arrives at the front gate. Allie’s is so clean and organized with plenty of water, mini pools, fans (when hot outside), beds and activities to keep the dogs busy throughout the day.

We were very lucky to find Allie’s Doggie Camp to look after our dog Butter while we’re on vacation. Allie is a delightful lady who genuinely loves dogs and is passionate about her job. Her spacious and well-maintained backyard provides the perfect play area for the dogs, and she keeps us informed with regular updaters via text/email. We just got back from a three week vacation and it was great to receive a video of Butter enjoying a relaxing massage while we were away:). Butter always returns home healthy and happy, clearly having a wonderful time there. Big thanks to Allie for taking great care of our dog and being there to help us whenever we needed it! I highly recommend Allie’s Doggie Camp!

So glad I found Allie's! The facility is gorgeous, kind of a spa for dogs, and very clean. Allie is very professional, very knowledgeable about all things dog and obviously really loves dogs. I trusted her with my Chiweenie, Elliott, for almost 2 weeks while I was away last month and I can happily say I have no regrets about it! I know Elliott got THE BEST care and I know he had a fantastic time with Allie and all the other dogs. I highly recommend Allies Doggie Day Camp.

We love bringing our dogs to Allie! She was nice enough to let our puppy try again with his older sister after failing the first assessment. Now they go every week, and our puppy is comfortable and confident enough to start going alone

My two dogs have been attending Allie's for almost 2 years now. So many places crate the daycare dogs constantly or have tiny spaces to play. Here they have tons of outdoor space, doggy pools, birthday parties, and more. They absolutely love their time there and bye Felicia me at the gate every morning.

Allie's Doggy Day Camp and Boarding is amazing. The first time we boarded our sweet dog there, we got little videos showing him running around playing with other dogs or chasing a ball that was being thrown for him. It helped us miss him a little less. More importantly, the peace of mind that we had knowing our family dog was being so well cared for and that our pup was having fun was so important. Another reviewer mentioned it was more like a doggy retreat or spa, and we fully agree on this.

Allie is the best, took our German Rottie while we were out of town for 2 weeks! He enjoyed his time so much. Ally offers convenient scheduling, a clean & open backyard and rigorous behavioral screening ensuring safety and peace of mind.

Allie's Doggy Day Camp is an awesome place to leave your furry friend while you're away. I felt very welcomed leaving my 6 month old puppy at her place. Allie is super knowledgeable about dogs and makes sure each dog is a good fit for the daycare. She's also flexible and accommodating, so you can rest assured that your pup will be well taken care of.

Allie and her pack are the true dog whispers. My Beau loves staying overnight with her... tons of fun, play and rest. My heart and mind is always at peace when Beau is with Allie. And the ultimate bonus is the pictures.

My dog Archie loves coming to stay and play at Red Rover! He practically drags me to the door as soon as we get out of the car. I love Red Rover too and have a blast watching him and his pals play on the webcams. It is better then reality television. I strongly recommend giving them a try...your dog will thank you with a shower of wet kisses.

NEVER BOARDING OUR FUR BABY @ REDROVER AGAIN It was first and last time we boarded our baby here. We were very excited to board our 10 months old playful and friendly fur baby at REDROVER thinking that he will be safe and happy. (NOT RELIABLE ) He was very happy when playing with other dogs but it only lasted for 3 out of 5 days(we saw that in LIVE camera). He was not given group play time for 2 full days which was promised. (INJURIES) He was not SAFE from RedRover’s own staff. When we left our puppy we requested the staff to “not spray water on him but if they do please dry him up.” But looks like they did extreme opposite , we saw them spraying water on him (again on LIVE camera) and left him as is i.e. drenched! He got multiple HOT SPOTS behind both his ears and we were never informed until we came in to pick him up even. See the photos attached. REDROVER staff was very chill about our baby’s injuries and took no care of it but Vet confirmed that this was as worst as it can get. We spent generous amount on examinations and medicines for our baby but our pet’s health and safety is more important than anything. We were so disappointed with how our fur baby treated. We hope people first read this post before making their decision of leaving their babies with irresponsible staff of RedRover so that they don’t go though same pain and safety issues.

My baby boy loves going to daycare here. He's always excited to go and always happy when I pick him up. Very caring and attentive staff and a wide variety of dogs to play with.

My Pomeranian Jax has never been the most social with other dogs as he’s just more interested in people, but each time I bring him here for a few day stay he comes home happy and exhausted! The caretakers say he makes new friends every time! They truly love taking care of dogs! I enjoy watching him on the cameras too!

Look after our dog really well for short or long stays. He enjoys his time there and the little customization they do. Priced reasonably to make it financially possible to take him one or two days a week.

I have uses Red Rover Milpitas multiple times in the past year. The facility is very nice, spacious and clean. The have different options for boarding, including baths which is very handy if you drop your pets for long duration. The camera access gives you peace of mind as you can see your loved ones playing with their friends daily.. My dog always goes in happy and comes back safe and healthy. I definitely recommend Red Rover for a safe and healthy stay for your kids.

This is our go to spot for our dogs when we take week long vacations and when we take weekend trips. They take good care of our pups and our pups love the time they spend at Red Rover. I love the fact that they have a bath option because sometimes when you return home from a trip you don’t want to bathe your dog but it’s necessary.

My 2 year old Husky had the opportunity to be boarded with Red Rover for 9 days while we were visiting family across the country. From what I could tell she had an amazing time, the staff was attentive to her and all her puppy friends. On top of that the ability to check in on her throughout the day on the camera in the play area was great. I will say that she likes to hide around the corner in the blind spot of the play area, but she would pop out for love from the staff who was monitoring the pups, to check out the little pups through the fence or grab water. I additionally loved that she was featured on their instagram page/stories. We will be back for sure!

I took my husky and Petti for grooms both looked great and happy when I picked them up plus I like the fact they have a open space area to play while waiting to get pick up. When I called to book another grooming appt for both my furry babies gentleman said they could only take the petti because my husky was to difficult which is a first for me to hear since he does so well at PetSmart and Lush Spaw never have I ever gotten a complaint for my husky.

My family found Buckie Pups in the fall after many failed attempts to find someone to watch our diabetic elderly dog. I randomly found Buckie Pups through my apartment message boards from someone raving about Natalie. I immediately reached out and was met with one of the kindest, most compassionate humans with a true love for all dogs. She did not hesitate to say she would do whatever our dog needed as long as we did a visit prior (with both our dogs) to be sure they got along with other dogs. We were able to see first hand how Natalie treats her own and our dogs and how incredible of a bond she immediately seemed to make with them both. Since the fall, Natalie has watched them for a long weekend and then for two full weeks while we traveled out of the country for my sisters wedding (which we didn’t think we would be able to attend in order to care for our dog but thanks to Natalie were both able to go) and then a full week in March. I honestly have seen her manage insulin freezing and doing whatever it took to get another while we were gone, upset tummies, and just true care and love for both our dogs. She also sends pictures and provides updates. I can’t even begin to describe how much our dogs love her but the fact that they now get excited for our suitcases to come out instead of freaking out and getting inside them I think says it all. I also think she and her family are just incredible, caring humans. I trust her with both my dogs, even my elderly dog because I know she would do whatever she needs. I never thought I would find anyone that I think truly cares for and loves our dogs like their own family but we did and we are so grateful. It’s truly their home away from home.

Brandy who runs the Pup Yard is an absolutely phenomenal dog sitter. She is very well versed in all types of needs and personalities with dogs. She has multiple fenced in areas to ensure all dogs have a safe place to run, play, and socialize (even for reactive pups). My rescue pup always comes back happy and well taken care of. It is super easy to book with Brandy and she has accommodated me last minute on several occasions. I never fret that my boy will be in good hands because of brandys expertise. I highly recommend her services. Not only is it gratifying to support a local business but it is awesome to have peace of mind that my boy is going to be safe while I’m out of town!

Natalie came and was able to sit one of our dogs last min. Our dog is a very difficult dog that was previously from a shelter and has a hard time adjusting to new environments. We wanted our dog to feel at home and not locked up in a kennel for days. She had lots of fun making new friends!!

Natalie did a great job taking care of our dog. She’s a petite husky and needs lots of playtime and 2 walks, and good space, and she was SO happy at Natalie’s house. When it was too hot, Natalie was careful to put the dogs and pups inside in the AC so they were nice and cool. She has a large backyard and a nice front yard fenced up, so it’s great for the dogs. Natalie was also great at providing up photos and videos regularly while we were away, and the happy pictures of our dog just made us so happy during our trip. I recommend Natalie 100% to anyone who is considering her for pet sitting !

I left my Golden Retriver, Tommy, with Natalie for 1 month while me and my family had to go back to my country and he had a blast! He made a best friend and many pals, had tons of fun, and was treated like family! Buckie’s Pup House is probably the best dog care/boarding place in the entire Bay. Other boarding places would just put your dog in a cage for most of the day and let them out for an hour a day. But Natalie let’s them roam free the entire day! She takes them out on walks, cooks and prepares meals for them, plays with them, gives them toys/accessories, and she treats them like family. She also updated to us on how Tommy is doing and sent many pictures of the blast he had with her and the other dogs. Buckie Pup House is definitely our go to dog care place now and we are so thankful for Natalie and her service and we are astound with how happy Tommy was with her. And all of this fun at an amazing price point! I highly recommend Buckie Pup House and I am sure your little buddy will also have a blast!

My female German Shepherd puppy has made so many friends at Buckie Pup House and loves Natalie. She goes to daycare 2-3 times a week and always comes home tired and happy. Even on a rainy day, she was exhausted! I love how my puppy can free roam, lounge on the couch, and play in the back and front yard when weather permits. Natalie does an excellent job supervising the dogs, communicates promptly, and sends me adorable pictures of my puppy while I am at work. This daycare is so much better than ones at larger facilities because it is a small group of dogs in a clean, comfortable environment. Thank you Natalie!

Yesterday was my big little guys first day at Buckie Pup House. I was nervous because we recently had a bad experience with a locally popular, high rated boarding facility. Buckie Pup House is a kennel free environment that allows dogs of all ages and sizes. This was music to my ears because of our previous situation and because my pup is a 70 pound giant. To get the process started, Natalie allowed us to tour her home before I decided if I wanted to move forward. She was extremely polite, kind and answered all of my questions. On the day of care, she allowed for an early drop off to accommodate my work schedule. This alone was a lifesaver! She reassured me by sending pictures throughout the day and even gave him a bath for a very reasonable rate. Upon pickup, I was so relieved and grateful to see that my pup was a happy boy. She also gave me tips on how to care for his healing injury. I highly recommend Buckie Pup House for your dog care. I hope she has availability the next time I need help. After reading so many horror stories about other dog boarding companies I really took my time and did my research when I was recommended Buckies. Natalie and her family were absolutely amazing. The first step was the meet and great which I really loved because we made sure our pup was a good fit and we wanted an outline on what to expect. Everyone was very attentive and asked questions about our pup that I would not have thought to bring up. I had my 6month old Minidoodle stay at Buckie Pups for three nights and four days and it was by far the best decision I made! Natalie was so attentive and sent tons of pictures. Every time I felt myself anxious about leaving my pup behind during the trip I would receive a text and picture update (its like she read my mind)! The one on one attention and walks my pup got on top of all the updates made it clear Buckie Pup was a great decision. It really felt like I was leaving my pup with family over the weekend which was a great feeling. I will be coming back for sure!

After leaving my fur baby at WAGS hotel and seeing how poorly they manage sooo many dogs at one time I was looking for someone who would care for my dog in a cage less environment. My dog seemed traumatized after his stay at the pet hotel. So when I knew that I was going to be out of town for 12 days I knew I had to find someone that I could trust to care for my doggie in an environment I would feel comfortable leaving him in. Thankfully I found Natalie!!! My dog was having the absolute best time of his life in the care of Natalie and her family! All of the picture updates I got while I was on vacation definitely put me at ease the entire time. My dog made so many doggie friends and I will 100% be bringing my doggie back to Natalie. Anyone who is looking for their dog to be loved and cared for while away on vacation, look no further! I would definitely recommend Natalie’s services to any pet parent in the area!!!

We have a mini Australian Shepherd named Mila and she has been having the most amazing time at Buckie Pup House with Natalie, her husband, children, dogs and chickens. Every time we drop Mila off for daycare or boarding we know we leave her in trusted and experienced hands with the most care. The dogs have a lot of space in the two yards (front and back) to play all day long. And when it's hot, Natalie makes sure they can play inside and still get the exercise they need. She even took Mila on a walk when it had cooled off. Natalie is also amazing when it comes to communication. She sent us pictures and videos when we were away for a weekend and made sure we had all the information we needed. Definitely a 5 star recommendation because of the great care and communication from Natalie. We just love people that are themselves and are transparant in their communication. Teresa is an incredible dog sitter who truly goes above and beyond. It’s very easy to communicate with her, and she keeps us updated with regular pictures of our dog, which always brings us so much joy and peace of mind. The picture I add to this review is one that she took. Teresa is so kind and caring, and it’s clear how much she loves animals. On top of that, our dog is completely smitten with her son—they have the sweetest bond! We couldn’t ask for a better sitter and feel so lucky to have found her. Highly recommend!

We had to travel abroad for three weeks during the Summer. Through a friend's referral, we found the perfect dog sitter for our Yorkie. Teresa is such a loving and trustworthy person. I'm glad that we left our furry baby with her! ☺️

I remember that my GranPets were still babies when we left them at PetLovers.The most incredible thing is that I am an animal lover and the name attracted me too.Tereza and Wanderson are really animal lovers. We traveled and left my GrandPet Macho and Spotty with them. Sometimes we are away for 2 months and they feel like they are at home, sometimes I take them to visit because they miss the PetLovers owners and playing with their dogs friends. Hands down the best place for my dog. The staff are so warm and caring, even staff members I haven't met before greet my dog by name and seem to know who he plays with and how his days go. I have a very intense, extremely high energy, easily bored, destructive puppy. In a previous daycare (equally warm staff, but less staff members present and no toys/equipment for playing), my dog would come home tired but his manners would deteriorate after his time there. Sometimes he'd play a little too rough with other dogs and often he would smell bad. I believe this was due to poor supervision (dogs urinating and it not being cleaned promptly, unsupervised play getting too wild and rough). My dog has as good (or better) manners after going to Downtown Dogs and this was evident after his first week there. I work a lot and really appreciate that there is a place to bring my puppy where he gets to play, interact with other dogs and humans, and just be himself and thrive. I also appreciate that all the work I put into his training doesn't go out the window when I leave him at DD. They also offer a lot of a la carte activities, treats, playtime, etc. and sign up for these and regular services is really easy (online, by phone or email, or sign up sheet in lobby). Can't express how grateful I am to have found DD and that they love my dog so much!

Super care givers and handlers. Our dog is happy to go and happy when we pick him up. We love the one on one activities and being able to look in on the streaming video. Go Amber and Jackie, Clipper loves ya, and so do we!

My pup absolutely loves it here! I don't have to worry about him when he's here; I know he's having a good time and, as a bonus, he comes home exhausted. Everyone on staff is super friendly and responsible. They provide honest feedback about your pup, both good and bad. Additionally, they meticulously keep track of everything your pup needs, including food, treats and enrichment activities. They also ensure that my dog doesn’t get overstimulated by giving him enough breaks during the day. Their evaluation process gives me confidence that my pup will get to play with dogs of similar temperament and won't get bullied.

10/10 would recommend this facility! I was incredibly nervous leaving my dog in the care of someone who wasn’t me, but the employees here made me feel comfortable doing so. They are all kind and clearly love dogs. I love that I am able to check in on her through their live webcams, as well as having the option of “pupdates”, where they text you pictures/videos throughout the day. They have so many enrichment options to choose from to add something a little special to your dog’s day, which I always choose! My dog has gone here a few times and each time she is excited to go in and greet the workers/other dogs. I still get nervous leaving her, but knowing that she is genuinely being looked after/cared for makes me feel a little bit better. Definitely check this facility out if you are considering doggie day care!!

Both San jose and Palo Alto locations are great. The staff is friendly and always doing special events for the dogs. I appreciate that your dog will also learn how to play well with other dogs and can practice other skills like obedience and agility.

Downtown Dogs offers great enrichment activities and weekly treats that pet parents can choose from. My boy is never bored when he’s there. The great staff really get to know the dogs and best of all they really like the dogs who are in their care.

This is a gem of a dog care facility. The staff are truly amazing. Their understanding and patience with Bernard’s quirks, like his playful habit of going through legs or his less charming moments of mounting, have been great and they handle correcting behaviors well. Bernie has been a regular for a few years now and absolutely adores his daycare and overnight stays. Whether it’s for a day or a week, I recommend this place!

I’ve been bringing my dog to downtown dogs for 2 years now, and would absolutely recommend them to others! It’s always a good sign when my dog is eager to go through the day care door every day. I love they have an evaluation before allowing any dog into the daycare, they put a cap on the staff to dog ratio, they have a they have 2 hr lunch breaks during the day to feed them and let them relax/digest, they are so accommodating of my pup who has his unique personality quirks, and they are great about giving feedback on my pup’s day each time I ask. Also, the staff is always so friendly and provides great customer service!

We absolutely love this place. From the first time that we brought our 11 week old to a puppy social here, we knew we had found an awesome group of people that we could trust. They are usually booked for daycare 3 days out and extended overnight boarding needs a month or more notice. We've been coming here for a year and a half now and every Thursday Artemis gets super excited and bounces off the garage door hoping to get to go for the day. The webcams are clutch and let parents watch how much fun our furbabies are having without us! This week we went through another puppysitting agency and we thought we were going to be ok being out of town for a week. Boy were we wrong. Even though we had introduced Artemis to the sitter beforehand and they seemed to get along, the sitter just couldn't get Artemis to trust her. It took a neighbor and their pup coming over to get her to feel safe enough to be leashed. Fast forward to a repeat of the situation the next day at the sitter's place. We were out of town and there was absolutely nothing we could do. Artemis was stressed and didn't feel safe, so was the sitter! Downtown Dogs really came through for us. Even though they were already fully booked, they listened to our situation and agreed that they were the safest place for Artemis to be, so they took her in! I am soooo glad that we had been bringing her here for soo long! Artemis is in a happy place where she knows and loves everyone and she gets to play with her pupfriends.

I have used the team at Dirty Paws several times now. They always do a great job looking after my 3 cats, providing excellent communication and bring very well organized with how they complete all the requested tasks (feed cats, empty litter boxes, search for and clean up “accidents”). My cats are very shy, but have warmed up to the pet sitters they employ. Happy customer - will continue working with them for many years to come

At first we were hesitant has we've never left our Siberian husky alone or with someone else.. she's 15 months old and has some separation anxiety but Kenya and her team came through for us! They showed up at the designated times that we requested played with our dog fed her, played fetch, and let her go potty as our Luna loves to play fetch. I’ve been a Dirty Paws customer for over 3 years and I am obsessed with Kenya and my dogs love her so much. I have used all her services: dog walking, in-home overnight pet sitting and transportation. Dog walking (5/5): My dogs were walked by a wonderful woman employed by Kenya name Elizabeth. You can tell Kenya makes sure to hire people who love dogs and treat them as if they were theirs. On days when Elizabeth could not walk the dogs Kenya would happily step in. Kenya is very flexible and is happy to accommodate last minute walks (if she has the capacity). After each walk your are sent a photograph of your puppies. 😊 In-home overnight pet sitting (5/5): When staying over in your home the sitter is there to keep your dog company while you’re away. They get a night walk, fed dinner and then a morning walking and breakfast. Transportation (5/5): Kenya runs this service herself and it’s amazing since I do not drive. She takes my dogs to the groomers every few weeks. Kenya also takes my dogs to the vet for their quick vaccination shots since vets were not allowing you to go inside but rather needed to collect the dogs from a parked car. I am so happy to have met someone like Kenya as she is so kind and really loves your animals and truly loves what she does. I highly recommend trusting your pets with her care.

We LOVE a pet villa!! Our dog has been going here since she was 4 months old, including boarding. She always has so much fun and we love seeing her pics on their instagram! They also do a great job trimming her nails.

I have a Belgian Malinois who is very high energy and at first, very anxious dog but if given the chance, can warm up and be very loving. A Pet Villa Staff gave my dog the opportunity and were patient with him. Now he loves going there every time. Prices are reasonable as well.

I brought in Archer for a meet and greet and immediately he loved the team. I was so happy they had the patience and took the time to build his confidence with the other dogs. When I came to pick him up, he was so excited and happy. He did not want to leave without saying bye to the team members at pick up. His report card was super helpful too! After Jackie told me about the packages, I made sure to make the purchase. When not visiting his grandparents, he will be hanging out with his buddies at Pet Villa :)

It’s comforting to know that we can also plan extra sessions with obedience and agility trainers during her stay, ensuring continuous and comprehensive training. After a recent two-week boarding during our Europe trip, Claire returned even more well-behaved. Urban Dog House is a great training school and I highly recommend them. Both Dexter and Steve truly care about the dog's being compliant, happy in their compliance, with fewer and ultimately no corrections. This philosophy is reinforced in all their training regardless of who you work with or whether you do private, public, or pack walks. You get the sense the trainers really care about your dog and they care about teaching you so BOTH parties are happy and successful. Some highlights: -They offer so many opportunities to train your dog (group classes, private classes, swimming, agility, pack walks....) I have done group classes (currently level 2), private lessons, and have participated in a pack walk. I appreciate the real life settings to put into practice what has been learned in group classes. Additionally, the private lessons I have done with Steve have been very effective and really encouraging. - Dexter and Steve are willing to work with different training tools (flat collar, martingale collar, prong collar, e-collar...). I really value this. They don't force a "type" on you. They also care about the tools being used correctly and that your dog is not being over corrected. I see consistently that they care about your dog and want to make sure communication from the handler to the dog is clear, appropriate, and effective. I think this is super important and I think Dexter and Steve do a great job with this. -They welcome all family members to participate in classes or pack walks (or whatever). It is important for family members/handlers to hear the same message and have the opportunity to practice and ask questions. Not all training facilities allow this and I am thankful Urban Dog House not only allows it, but encourages it. My daughter has done most of the classes with me and therefore the training at home has been more effective. Some notes: -Classes/pack walks etc... tend to run over the allotted time. You can always leave when you need to, but I just plan cushion in my schedule. -The trainers talk a lot (something I notice about most dog trainers :-) and sometimes I wish we practiced more, but what they share is valuable. Bottom line - I am learning, my dog is learning, and our relationship has significantly improved because of the training we have received at Urban Dog House. Give them a try - I believe you will be glad you did :-)

We heard about this place and decided to give it a try. We put our dog through obedience training. Prior to enrolling my dog, he lunges at people and other dogs, to the point where my wife and I don’t look forward to taking Milo in walks anymore. Fast forward to today, we are currently 1 week away from finishing our level 1 class (out of 5 sessions) but I can honestly say that I have seen a HUGE improvement on my dog. The training is not for the dog, but they train you to train your dog. I love being in class for two reasons; socialization for my dog and it’s affordable. Dexter (owner and trainer) is a very hands on with the people he works with. Special shout out to Steve and Juan as well!! If you’re looking to train your dog and ready to do the work, I recommend to give this place a shot!

I did a private lesson with my dog and Dexter was hands on and open and passionate about his training methods. I learned that mostly the dog owner is the one that needs to be trained to manage his loyal pet dog. I will be returning for more training.

This is so much fun!! Steve is super patient and nice, he slowly introduced our dog to the pool and our dog learnt how to swim so fast!! Highly recommended.

We just visited this place today. The staff were very attentive to details. There were no forced sales pitches. It looked like dogs were comfortable in their pans and having access to walk areas nearby was definitely comforting to see.

We've taken our dogs for training and recently tried the pool and swimming. All great! It was our dogs first time swimming. They were nervous but did ok. We'll be back to give it another try. Great way to exercise and tire out our hound dog!

We've had nothing but great experiences here! Both Dexter and Steve are amazing trainers who really take the time to understand your dog and their behaviors and give great feedback in the moment. We love their pack walks too! It's nice to train your dog in a real environment.

Danielle is super professional and took great care of my four cats for two weeks! Everyday she sent me an update about my babies wellbeing and pics, she answered all my messages really fast. I used to leave my cats at pet hotels when we travelled, but my cats loved staying in the house, it was less stressful for all of us. I saved her contact for future trips, because it was really comforting to know she was here to take good care of my cats.

I have been using Danielle’s services for many years and trust my pets are in good hands with her! I have a senior dog and a cat with diabetes and she is able to give them all of their medication without any issues! She is reliable and knows how to care for animals in a professional and caring way. She also has great advice and recommendations so I can better care for my animals when asked. Her services are exceptional and she goes above and beyond for each animal. She developed a deep connection with each of my animals so I feel most comfortable leaving them in her care. It puts me and my pets at ease knowing she is caring for then when I am away or in need!

My two Chihuahuas have stayed with Danielle a few times now and I've always felt they were in the best hands! Twyla has some resource guarding tendencies which Danielle is skilled in handling. And my old man Wilson has kidney disease which gives him poor appetite but he always eats for Danielle. I would absolutely recommend!!

Four Paws is great. They are very caring and professional. Our dog had an emergency surgery and was on medications. We needed someone with experience and also knowledgeable about after care surgery since we couldn’t cancel an important trip. A very difficult situation for us and even though our dog was stable and was already 7 days since the surgery we were worried. We found Four Paws on line. We met with Danielle and Bianca and Immediately felt confident leaving our doggie with them. Danielle kept us informed about our dog’s progress and the medications intake. Danielle made especial arrangements the first few days to accommodated our dog’s needs and to make her feel comfortable and safe!. We will forever be grateful with them for helping us during that emergency situation. After that event we had left our dog a couple of times with Danielle and Bianca and each time it has been a great experience , our doggie is happy and We finally go on trips with a peace of mind !!!

I am so grateful to have found Danielle a little over a year ago! My 9 year old Pomeranian, Wally, has many medical conditions and Danielle is the only person I trust to leave him with. He has a thyroid issues, collapsing trachea, allergies and had a recent knee surgery. I needed someone with medical experience above a day to day walker who would be able to check in on him and make sure he was ok when at work (and let me know!). After knee surgery he still wanted to get out and about and Danielle walked him around the neighborhood in his stroller - he loved it! I've also used Danielle for overnights and Wally had a blast. He can be difficult with taking medications and picky with food and Danielle handled it with ease (and got him to eat!!!!!). I can truly relax on vacation knowing he's safe and taken care of. Recently Danielle has offered doggy daycare and these are some of Wally's most fun days. He always comes home happy and tired!!! I can honestly say Wally is a happier and healthier dog because of Danielle - I highly recommend her services!

We had Danielle at 4 Paws watch our dog while we were on vacation. He is very nervous with new people and we were worried about leaving him with just anyone. I knew as soon as we dropped him off that we made the right choice to leave him with Dani. We received photos while we were away updating us on his status and could see that he was having a great time with her and the other pets in her care. By the time we got back he was so comfortable with them I know I’ll be using them again in the future. Five stars all the way!! I’d recommend them to anyone needing care for special needs animals or just for a doggie play date. We enjoyed our vacation so much more knowing our baby was safe and happy.
