After our home was impacted by Hurricane Helene, they went above and beyond to accommodate us, even allowing Franklin to stay longer when we needed it most. They sent us photos to lift our spirits and, upon pickup, gifted us a thoughtful care package with essential items. The staff truly made it possible for us to focus on getting our lives back together, knowing Franklin was in such loving and capable hands. We trust them completely with Franklin, and would wholeheartedly recommend Pet Paradise Odessa to anyone seeking compassionate, reliable care for their pets.

Our boy Zeke LOVES it at Pet Paradise Odessa! This past weekend was his third stay here since we started six months ago. He loves going and making new friends, and I love that I can check in on him and see how happy he is. The staff is super friendly and so helpful. They always answer our questions professionally and make us feel comfortable leaving our boy while we are away.

Maggie and Kassie are amazing! One of them is always there and greets us by name. They know their pets well and keep them happy. After hurricane Helene, we had to board our puppy often while the house was under repair. Using the app for last-minute reservations and knowing she was well cared for have been such a relief.

Max is a relatively anxious boy and doesn't get along with other dogs. We used to have to watch Max flip around and struggle to go into the back with our previous boarding facility we used. It is such a great feeling to watch Max walk right back with the employees at Pet Paradise. Max seems so comfortable and that's incredibly important to us. I also really appreciate the time and effort the Pet Paradise team takes to ensure medication is properly counted for and instructions are understood. I love that they re-review this information at check out as well.

Fabulous facility, staff is great & you can watch your furbaby, at anytime, using their app. I had a great experience with Odessa’s Pet Paradise facility & staff. I loved being able to see my girls on the cameras. It was the first time leaving them, other than with family. They looked happy and comfortable. Jojo seemed to love playing with the other dogs. Missy is a bit on the shyer side. She didn't play with the other dogs as much, but she didn't seem scared. Thank you for taking good care of them.

Now that they have grown so big and are crowded, it takes 20+ minutes to check in, in the mornings. Last time I asked why only one was person was checking dogs in (6:30 - 7:15 AM) I was told - “have some patience!” That was the second strike. The first was checking my dog in on a Friday to pick up on a Saturday morning, and being told she wasn’t eligible because her vaccines expired on Saturday. And then being told they would “send my dog out to get her vaccines that day and charge me for it” to which I replied with a less than professional, family, friendly response. I lost a whole day of work so the frustration was there! End result - my account at Pet Paradise was canceled, but that’s fine because it was definitely time to move on.

I brought my three pups here for the day because we had work being done at our house and my dogs all absolutely loved it! I have never sent my dogs to a place like this before so I was extremely nervous about leaving them and had no clue how they would react but the staff were so good to my boys and made me feel comfortable leaving them. Would recommend and will definitely bring them back for play time!

We were trying their services. Left our puppies there for a couple of days and they came home very sick. They have a respiratory issue. I called Pet Paradise to check if they had an outbreak and the person that talked to me said that she was not sure but that dogs getting sick there is very common. How nice to hear that!! Vet bills, medications and two dogs that were perfectly healthy are completely sick now. One of them worse than the other. It’s heartbreaking seeing them like this because they never had nothing like that. She recommended me to take them to the vet, of course they had been to the vet. My dogs are very sick. So disappointing and frustrating to trust your animals to a place like this and they didn’t really take care of them in a proper way! Never again!!

I have been sending my dog for over a year now and have always been very happy with the care your staff gives and also the cleanliness of the facility. The staff is always extremely pleasant and always have big smiles on their faces when I come in! My dog gets so excited when i tell him he’s going to camp! We love coming and will continue!! Cannot recommend enough

We’ve boarded our dog here many times and it’s always a great experience. They take great care of our beagle and we even get pictures of him almost daily from the staff while we’re away. We wouldn’t bring him anywhere else!

I was very impressed with how well Dogs R Us staff took care of my pup while we went on vacation for a week! Lynne was so knowledgeable and kind and made me feel at ease. She sent pictures every day. When my pup got sick the first couple days, she immediately let me know and adjusted his diet to help with tummy issues. There's plenty of space for the dogs to run around and play! The price is reasonable and well worth it. All the staff was kind and helpful. We will definitely bring him back! Thank you!!

Class act "ma & pop" style place. Clear and constant communication daily if desired, and most importantly, my dog seemed to love it. Got photos like those attached without even asking, and clearly they're spending time with him outside. Will definitely use again!

My dog goes to camp in st Pete and Tampa! He definitely favors this camp due to smaller groups. Hes been going for several months and also had grooming. They sometimes upload photos at the end of the day which is nice to see and your pup gets a report card. I love the flexibility of drop off and pick up. It’s such a huge convenience to not be locked into certain pick up and drop off times! I highly recommend.

***RAVE!*** SEPARATION ANXIETY REVIEW - 1st Time Customer: My pup was stressed the first night I dropped her off but the overnight staff stayed with her to calm her nerves so she could sleep with some companionship. They slowly integrated her into group settings and she was able to enjoy the outdoor space. I received several photos each day and that eased my nerves tremendously! The staff was incredibly responsive to our WhatsApp message thread and I even received a phone call to discuss my pup’s first update. I know my dog’s mannerisms very well since we are inseparable and together 24/7. I posted several photos on this review but I can easily identify the sole picture from night 1 with her heightened anxiety look and pinned back ears. The subsequent photos are in sharp contrast and she’s visibly enjoying her new friends. We will absolutely be back for my remaining business trips! I highly recommend the facility and staff which are top tier! Background of Anxiety and Previous Boarding Facilities for Reference: My basenji pup had severe separation anxiety since day 1 of her adoption and it has not subsided when we are separated. My job recently required travel again and my 1st 2 business trips were an absolute nightmare dealing with the aftermath of previous boarding experiences. After the first trip, my pup left a different boarding facility with a bout of diarrhea requiring me to take her out every 2-3 hours for 2 entire days. The second trip ended with a very expensive late night emergency vet appointment due to anxiety induced colitis. She was so stressed that she lost 2.5 pounds in a few short hours and I rushed her to a 24 hour emergency clinic. (VEG Tampa was fabulous!) It was heartbreaking to see the toll my travel was causing my pup and I was beginning to consider a resignation if I couldn’t find a good fit. In addition to her severe anxiety, she’s a master escape artist that would rival Houdini. She’s escaped kennels, collars, harnesses, fences, chewed through her leash several times in seconds and has high prey drive. She tends to immediately run to the busiest street with the fastest cars to chase. As a result, I’m extraordinarily overprotective and terrified that unqualified facilities would not be able to board her safely. The staff at Paws Paradise Fur Life exceeded my expectations and threw me a lifeline. I’m very impressed by their business model as they are geared towards pet owners who are passionate about their fur babies happiness and well-being rather than stacking up small kennels and cramming as many dogs as possible into tight spaces. Paws is THE BEST. Not only do I trust them, my frenchie loves attending daycare! It’s his favorite day of the week. Everyone makes us feel at home and they show him so much love. This was my first time dropping off my dog here Where are you? and it was last minute during Thanksgiving and they were more than accommodating. My dog was so happy here they sent pictures of my dog running, and he looked like he was having so much fun. It was such a relief to know that he was in good hands. As a first time user of any kennel service, I was very nervous about leaving my dog overnight without his family. Little did I know Paws Paradise Fur Life IS like a second family! I received photos of my pup looking extremely happy while staying here during his visit, and the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. At pick up, my dog looked like part of the pack which I was happy to see! I will be using this service again and would recommend Paws Paradise Fur Life to anyone looking for a great place to board/daycare their pup.

I recently started taking my dog here for daycare and it has been an amazing experience! Every-time we pull into the parking lot, Tito gets excited because he knows he’s going to get a day with so many friends. He’s only 2 so has a lot of energy and they do what they can to help him burn it off. I know he can be a rowdy puppy but they always welcome him with a smile and so much love. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place and their staff!!

This is my dog’s first time at doggy daycare, and of course I was nervous, but I am already at ease thanks to the amazing staff here. I’ve been getting updates about how she’s doing, and I know she’s in the best hands. I can’t express enough how life changing this daycare has been for me and my boys. Due to their histories, one of my dogs is extremely fearful of people while the other has a very short temper with dogs who are still learning manners/boundaries. After our first meet and greet, I was sold on this daycare and the women who run it. They are clearly knowledgeable at both recognizing dogs with behavioral quirks and implementing strategies so the dogs can be successful in a daycare setting, even with their limitations. Both my boys absolutely love the staff there (and that’s a BIG thing for my fearful boy) - and they are always posting the cutest photos or selling festive doggy apparel. Absolutely love and trust this daycare!

Augie and Daugie love staying at Paws Paradise Fur Life. They always receive special attention with all the other pups. Running around, not put in crates are the best for my boys. I don't crate them at home and we love we found a place that doesn't do that either. Thanks, PPFL!!! See you for our next vacation!

You can’t go wrong with Happy Tails. I’ve been taking my Luna there for a couple of years and she absolutely loves it. They have tons of room to run and they let the dogs have lots of play time. That was super important to me. And as a bonus, they usually send me pictures!!

Friendly and professional - my pup seemed to love his time at day play. If I have the need again in the future, I'd be thrilled to take him back. Very fair pricing and excellent care (plus they sent a few photos of him enjoying his day).

Was at first very nervous about getting the dog from some of the reviews I have read regarding the puppies health and some other issues. But from everything I’m honestly very grateful and happy we went this route I love my puppy and we are so thankful they were awesome and very professional! Recommend going to them if your planning on getting a puppy definitely worth it!!!

We've been a customer for 15 years and have always been very satisfied the the care my dogs receive. They get to play a lot outdoors while they are there. Even though there are many other places to board my dogs much closer, to us and and my dogs it is well worth driving 30 minutes to get there. They even offer a special Thanksgiving meal for a small cost and send photos of the dogs enjoying it.

Our Leyla never wants to leave when we pick her up! Well worth the price. You can tell the care providers actually enjoy being around and interacting with their guests. After finding this place we don’t even comparison shop anymore. Leyla has found her home away from home!

Thank you ladies for taking such great care of Dexter! Dexter and I absolutely loved our experience with happy trails. The boarding was like half the price of our usual spots. They have so much more space and more for him to do. He was truly a happy camper!

I was very pleased with the staff and the attentiveness they gave me and my animals . They did a very great job. Also they were very reasonably priced , understanding and clean.They were fast to answer any questions or phone calls that I made. Last week my family and I were on vacation, so our dog was staying with Leigh and her staff at Happy Tails. While away 1000's of miles away, our dog developed some post op issues from surgery 8 weeks ago, and I thought our vacation was over and had to return to take care of our dog with doctor visits, etc. The owner Leigh said she would assist us while away and would take our dog to the emergency animal clinic and she did !! and as well went another day to our dog's surgeon. WOW!! her service to us went WAY ABOVE OUR EXPECTATIONS !!, we have a pet lodge for our dog for life. Thank you Leigh, you have an awesome place and you are a perfect fit for taking care of animals. We've been boarding our dog here since 2011. We have left her here for weekend trips and long trips; never felt that we had to worry. We usually do an exit bath because she plays so hard. She normally sleeps for an entire day after returning home because they allow the dogs to play multiple times throughout the day. An added bonus to this place is that the dogs have their own private dog run that goes outside from their inside kennel. Upon pick up we get a report on how she did. Their pricing is reasonable, staff friendly and accommodating for special requests.

I drove over 35 minutes to visit the only remaining Royals location after the one near my house closed, only to be met with a disappointing experience. The gentleman who greeted me had an attitude, making me uncomfortable from the start. He mentioned being overwhelmed and behind by almost 2 hours. When I requested additional services and organic products, he sighed, rolled his eyes, and said it was tedious at that moment. Nearly 2 hours later, I received a call saying my dog was too shy for the clippers, something other technicians never mentioned. He suggested it might be because he was a man. WHAT?? His haircut ended up being extremely uneven, and he was visibly scared. This visit was a waste of time and gas. I will not be returning to this location or any other. Poor customer service and a terrible business experience. I wish I had read their other reviews here on Google. BE AWARE AND STAY AWAY if you care about your furry one at all. 🙏🏽

I would avoid doing business with this corporation. If I could give them Zero stars, I would. I am still owed over a $500 refund for daycare package when the Palm Harbor abruptly closed in March 2024. I have sent countless emails to the finance department, operations department and even CEO Denise Wolin— most of which have been unanswered. I even filed a complaint to the BBB in August to which Denise replied to them stating I would be getting my refund shortly. It has been 4 months since that reply and I still have not gotten my refund. BBB reopened the case and now they refuse to reply to them and are continue to ignore my emails. When you call the Tampa location, all they say is it’s up to the finance department but can’t offer me a phone number to contact anyone directly and no one responds to their emails. Based on other reviews, this company owes a lot of customers and vendors money and I doubt they will be open much longer so save yourself the trouble and support another company with a better reputation and customer relations.

I showed the groomer a picture of how short I wanted my dog's hair cut, but they kept saying, "I can shape her up." I repeatedly told them several times I wanted her hair cut short, and they assured me they understood. However, when I picked up my dog, her hair was the same length all over, except for her legs and butt, which were patchy and uneven. This is the second time coming here and my first experience wasn’t the best but since it was a different groomer I gave it another chance. I won’t be giving it a 3rd chance especially with how much we pay just to have them not do what we ask.

If i could give 0 stars i would. The guy at front desk was rude. My dogs were up to date on all their vaccinations. They just had their bordella that is good for a year. The guy said the vet requires a 6 month one. Why would I give them another one when they just had it. I had them call my vet from my other state and he argued with her on the phone. Furthermore he said he didn't see the date on the vaccine records, the date it was given and the due date for all was on there.

Horrible experience with the grooming services. Jagged, uneven, choppy cuts. Asked for a schnauzer cut and received a poorly executed shave. Do not let the groomer Philip touch your dog’s hair. He rushed the grooming and didn’t bother following through with our clearly stated requests—a simple schnauzer cut for both of our miniature schnauzers. If Philip has experience, it definitely does not show. The absolute worst groomer I’ve ever had the displeasure of utilizing. I would highly suggest Royal Pets address this issue to ensure Philip and/or other staff do not repeat his inexcusable mistakes. His work is sloppy and he obviously does not take pride in his work. Royal Pets should never have allowed this to happen. I was told the manager Shirley would call to discuss the issue, but never received a call. We will not be returning.

Danny helped me with my shopping today and 100% I will be returning. The staff here very clearly cares about their customers, human and pets alike. Danny knew all of the pets names coming and going, educated me on different dog food brands and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. This is officially my pet store now, and I will be returning with my furbabies for their veterinary services. Two thumbs up for Danny and Royal Pets Market!

Avoid Royal Pets. Their Palm Harbor location closed earlier this year and we still did not receive our refund for the daycare program we paid for in advance. We have been promised that the funds would be returned by the end of August but we still did not receive a penny. No one that responds to emails either.

Don't do business with royal pets, still waiting on two owed paychecks, and they owe multiple locations for bad checks for the last 4 months. *edit 06/08/2024* Still haven't been paid!! Take your buisness else where, theirs plenty of local places that I'm sure treat their customers and employees way better. *Updated 11/03* Still haven't been paid, the owner even said she'd take care of it and still hasn't. 🙄

There are better places for animal care. The staff is condescending, with snide comments, and little care for the actual animal. They just want your money. Worst vet experience I've ever had.

The worst place to take your pet, and they never pay the groomers and that's why they don't last more than two months. Very dirty and contaminated, they treat their employees very badly. Never go to this place.

My Dog’s, Milo, loved Renee and team. They took such good care of him for his first half day of daycare. He had an absolute blast and came home relaxed and tired which is exactly what we were hoping for as he's only six months old and has energy to burn. It was so cool to hear how well he got along with the other dogs and I love that they posted a couple videos on Facebook of him & the other dogs playing together. Highly recommend My Dog's Spot. You can truly tell they care about and like working with dogs, and want them to have a fun experience.

My wife and I needed occasional day care for our rescue Labrador, Joey. We checked My Dog's Spot. Joey got to meet all of the dogs to make sure he would fit in. He loves it there! He starts to whine when we pull into the parking lot and he is dog tired when we pick him up! The staff there look after your pet and they put posts on Facebook so you can see your puppy while you are gone. If you want a good place for your fur baby when you have to be away, this is it.

Amazing place. Staff are super friendly and you can tell they absolutely love the animals. Definitely feel much better of leaving ours with renee and Shelley instead of just leaving her in the crate all day until we get home. Lots of other dogs for fun interactions and social time. Everytime I come to pick our dog up she is so tired from the day and sleeps amazing at night! Definitely a great time for every dog involved.

I am new to the area and needed a vet (Palm Harbor Animal Hospital, next door) and a groomer. I have a 15 year old persnickity Cairn that doesn't much like having her feet looked at let alone groomed. Story short, Renee and Gabby are my angels. They worked with me and listened to my pup girls story and rescued us both. DO NOT HESITATE to bring your fur baby here or next door to Dr. Holly. We have found our vet/groomer home and I know you will feel the same.

This is the best dog day care and grooming salon by far!! Our dog Charlee loves it. Renne and Shelly are amazing with animals! They really care for them like they care for their own! He also get his haircuts, baths and nails trimmed. We tried many dog day cares before and he was always upset to go, this is the first place he is super excited about! Thank you Renne and Shelly!!

This place is like a Resort for my dog. She gets her hair done, manicure, pedicure and gets to hang out with other doggie friends. Then comes home and sleeps like a baby. The woman that’s in charge, Renee, is the sweetest lady with a huge heart for animals. So you can be sure that your pet will get treated as if it were her own.

The staff at The Dog Spot are phenomenal. They take care of my Mal puppy max so well and he always looks forward to doggy daycare!

I have been using Pet Tenders for years. They take care of all types of animals. Since I have MANY pets, her service is invaluable! I have never had a problem and I use them several times a year. Most importantly, all my animals enjoy when she takes care of them.
