Kate was an absolute dream and was the best pet sitter I could have possibly asked for! Kate was extremely trustworthy, communicative, and reliable, and provided frequent updates while I was away. She left my apartment spotlessly clean and even took the initiative to fix my wobbly towel bar. Finally, Kate took excellent care of my cat Daisy and I came home to a happy and content cat! Kate was amazing all around and I would be thrilled to have her sit for me again at any time. Thanks for everything!

Leslie consistently demonstrated outstanding communication skills, both initially and throughout the entire process, and I would gladly give her more stars if possible. Leslie arrived as scheduled, and instantly the animals fell in love with her and Bennie. Our cats love our dogs but usually won't come in the house when a strange dog is here but they didnt even hesitate to come meet Bennie. Bennie was very calm and a true gentleman. Leslie sent pictures throughout the sit reassuring us the gang were all getting along and enjoying her and Bennie's company. She read through the welcome guide before we left as well as we showed her around. It was very nice getting the chance to know her a bit before we ledt the following morning. We felt very comfortable knowing our home and pets were in good hands. It is very apparent when you meet Leslie that she truly does love animals. When our Molly decided to hide, Leslie called us right away because she feared Molly may have gotten spooked by a firework going off in the neighborhood and escaped under the gate. I felt so bad for Leslie because she blamed herself because it was on her watch. I have trackers on all my pets and it turned out that Molly was still in the house and just hiding really well. She can curl up.pretty small. Lealie took our Lab to check the walking route and see if Molly was there. When I called and told her Molly had to be at the house because her tracker showed her there, she returned to our home and Molly hreeted her as she came in the front door. I was very appreciative of Leslie's phone call though because she didnt wait hours to call, she searched the yard and house and called right away. We decided to cut our trip short a day and asked Leslie if she minded if we came home a day early. We let her know we didnt expect her to leave early and made sure she was comfortable with our decision. As a pet parent, it is imperative that we remember the sitters are also on vacation and we didnt want to intrude on her time. As it turned out, we ended up stopping by the ER on our way home where my husband was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm. Unfortunately we had both the RV and my car and I needed to figure out how to get them home. I reached out to Leslie who offerred to give me a ride back to the hospital after I dropped o e vehicle off at home so I could retrieve the second vehicle. BTW, the surgeon was able to repair my hubbys aneurysm and he will be coming home soon. Leslie was a comfort during this frightening time and even stayed an extra day to help out and care for our home and pets. She was a teue blessing. Leslie left the house spotless along with so.e fresh flowers for me when I got back from visiting my husband. If you get an opportunity to host Leslie in your home, rest assured your home and pets will be well loved and well taken care of. We.would welcome.Leslie back anytime. She is not just a pet sitter, she is a new trusted friend.

Monique was very nice and easy to schedule with. She sent us pictures of our dog Maisie while we were away, which we enjoyed seeing. Maisie was well cared for and had gotten plenty of exercise by the time we got home. The house was spotless, which was lovely to come home to! She had taken the trash and recycling bins out, even though we hadn’t mentioned them to her before we left. She made sure to let us know if anything was amiss so there were no surprises when we returned. Would definitely recommend her as a pet and house sitter for others. :)

Toby and we were SO lucky to have Tom be our home and pet sitter for our Thanksgiving Holiday trip! From the very beginning Tom was responsive and communicative. He was even able to arrange a "meet and greet" with us and Toby before beginning his stay. While here Tom took great care of our home, and, most importantly, provided wonderful care of Toby! When we got home everything was in perfect order and we could tell that even though Toby was happy to see us he was going to miss Tom. I would be thrilled if we could have Tom as our zeewoi again. Thomas did an amazing job! We were very pleased with how well he was able to care for our 3 active Boston terriers. He was able to handle all 3 on a walk and feed them their special meal everyday. He even ventured out and took them to the beach which is no easy task for 3 excited dogs. Thomas did a great job communicating before and during the stay. We came home to a clean house with bedding washed. We had a handful of other pet sitters through this website and Thomas easily rates at the top of our list. Jerry and Suzanne were absolutely ideal sitters for our home and pets. We spoke with them ahead of their visit and could tell that they are genuine pet and travel lovers. Over their stay we got to see even more that they are wonderfully friendly, kind, and responsible - plus they kept us laughing with their updates and descriptions of our pets' antics while we were away. Simply spectacular, we often write comments to be nice, but based on the experience I had this week (8) days, I can't just be nice. We were introduced by my daughter-in-law (Ana Cosmeli) to Lúcia, who I had the pleasure of meeting at her wedding. The support that my princesses had (Meggy, Eva and Yara) was simply brutal, we always had daily news 3.4 times a day with videos of our girls, thank in particular Teresa and Esperança for their friendliness and dedication as only those who love animals have the patience you showed. Excellent service with constant updates via video and photos. Sam had company, affection, and was very well looked after by Lúcia and Ângelo. The space is good, completely suitable for a cat, with good dimensions and several scratching posts. Litter box hygiene was done as requested, as was brushing his fur, and they took care to ask several questions about Sam's habits in order to know how to best care for him. Honestly, it exceeded expectations, which were high! I will use the service again, and I recommend it without hesitation. Congratulations on the work :)
Lúcia, Ângelo and the EntreEajuda family became family for the cuca too. Their understanding and knowledge of animals makes them the ideal choice of petsitters, and they went above and beyond what was expected to ensure our pet's comfort. They consistently communicate the condition of the animals to the owners, comply with the specific requests that the owners make regarding the animals' habits, and are ready to suggest behavioral improvements that we can train, after getting to know the pet more thoroughly. Our dog spent her first best vacation with Lúcia, and left that period with great learning and adventures, and we are very grateful.
I left my two dogs, Milka and Lindt, with Lúcia and Ângelo, and it was the best choice we could have made! We came to them on the recommendation of a friend, and the experience exceeded all our expectations. Before closing, we did a pre-visit to see the space where the girls would stay, which was a big difference and gave us a lot of confidence. During their stay, in addition to taking great care of the girls, they also trained them with dedication and patience. They also kept us informed the entire time, sending photos so we could keep a close eye on how they were doing. Their love for animals is evident. Furthermore, Lúcia and Ângelo are extremely friendly and attentive, which left us completely at ease. Without a doubt, they will always be our first choice for babysitting the girls!
We went on a trip over the weekend and Jake stayed with Grandma Paula. The experience couldn't have been better. He was very well treated, welcomed, and they gave all the attention to my big dog (and to me, who was anxious). It was Jake's first time staying at a family hotel, and they reassured us from the beginning. More than a service, it was a second home and a second family. My Nina was respected, she was well treated and cared for, more than that for us as tutors we also felt that our opinions were taken into account and understood. Nina had a real vacation, it wasn't just "taking care". I had an absolutely incredible experience with EntreEajuda Petsitting! From the first meeting, where we met over tea and cookies, you could already see how dedicated and professional they are. I left my dog in their care for 10 days and throughout that period I received constant photos, videos and updates. I just have to thank Bruna and Danilo for their care. My Luna is a fearful and reactive dog, Bruna and Danilo took care of her with great affection and respect for her limits. They left us at ease during Luna's entire 1 month stay, with videos, photos and voice messages. She had daily walks, days in the park and lots of cuddles. I recommend it with my eyes closed. Excellent petsitting service! They were super professional and attentive to our cats. They gave our "beast" the oncology medication without any problems. My cat sitting experience with Judah was simply wonderful! From the beginning they were punctual, responsible and truly loving towards my cat. I was impressed with the level of attention to detail they showed in sending daily information about how my cat was behaving, eating and playing. These daily updates left me feeling at ease and confident that he was being well looked after (in addition to basic care, my cat needs daily medication administration and everything went extremely well!). 𝗝𝘂𝗱á 𝗣𝗲𝘁𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 was super professional from the beginning of our contact, proving to be super trustworthy. On the day of the technical visit, we were able to see how much they liked animals, and I could see that my kittens also knew that she liked them. Even my Frida, who is very fearful, came to say hello and felt at ease. On the days of the visits, Bru sent all the details, filmed everything, and sent several photos of my little ones playing and happy. This is sure to warm any pet parent’s heart! Aunt Bru and Uncle Dan won Froid and Frida's hearts, they even left a little gift that they loved, and mom here couldn't be more grateful for their care. I highly recommend it!!!

Bruna and her husband are simply incredible. My dog is paraplegic, he needs help to do his business, and I am extremely careful and (very) demanding when it comes to taking care of him, so I have always had a lot of difficulty leaving him in the care of other people. In Judah, I received (many) videos and photos daily. The communication with them is incredible, the responses are very quick and she made me feel very calm and confident regarding his special care. It's not just work. It's a lot of love and respect too. I highly recommend it.
The people at Judah took care of my two treasures (two very tricky kittens) with all the care possible. Communication is one of several strong points, always sending videos. Furthermore, the visits are long and full of games, which is great for the animals not to feel alone. Last but not least, the cleaning was very well done, with the food/water bowls and litter box always up to date. If it stopped there, the service would be very good and highly recommended. But there were more. They gave us a farewell kit, with lots of goodies, in a cute little bag. 10/10.

Incredible petsitter! My cat Xico is moody, doesn’t like new people, and is almost 16 years old so you can’t imagine that is not easy to take care of. However, Malu is always beyond expectations and takes care of Xico in the best way. Super attentive to behavior changes and needs. Always giving very detailed feedback with tones of pics and videos.

Julia is a very sweet person who obviously loves dogs. It was such a relief to have our Maddi stay in a home environment as she is not used to dog hotels. We highly recommend "Dog Walking Lisbon"! We needed a place for our dog Nylah to stay and wanted to avoid a kennel. It was the first time we leave Nylah and we were quite nervous. After meeting Julia and our lovely sitter Margarida we felt extremely comfortable as they took the time to understand Nylah's character and her fears. We left Wiley with Nanda for 2 nights when he was very young and she made it so easy for us - she sent us regular updates (pictures, videos and messages) and she was obviously making his stay really enjoyable and comfortable. When we collected Wiley we could tell he was really happy and well cared for. Nanda is great and I’d definitely use her services again!
Fernanda is the best! She is very professional and at the same time she is very sweet. She sends photos and videos to share different moment of the dog during the day. She plays a lot with my dog and she takes care of her in a cute way. My dog and I love her!
Nanda is exactly the kind of person you want to take care of your beloved pet. We left our dog with her, and both time she took amazing care of her. She truly loves animals and is very attentive. She walked her through out the day playing with her in different creative ways, she always made sure she had water and treats. As I don't always find time to walk my dog, I've tried several dog walking services here in Lisbon. I highly recommend Petsit.Lisboa, they are super reliable. Fernanda and Marsha already stayed here at home to take care of Feijão while we were on vacation and we always received photos and news of him, he loved him and was always very well looked after. As he is a dog with a lot of anxiety on walks, we had difficulty finding someone we trusted to walk him, they adapted very well to Feijão's needs and also took care of our home. Furthermore, they are always specializing and taking courses to provide the best support for pets.

Bobby has anxiety and every time we travel he goes a few days without eating. Last time Masha stayed with him at our house and it was spectacular, as he didn't stop eating for a day and on top of that he went on several walks 😍. In addition to Masha, Fernanda and Umut have stayed with him on other occasions and I can only say that they are all wonderful. I just have to thank you for the affection and care with which you treat our little one.

The site is very unhygienic, we did not receive the services we wanted, we only received stress and unprofessional service from the staff! My dog was infected with a virus there, the dog did not eat, did not drink, had diarrhea and vomited for some reason! I do not recommend!
I have a 2 year old dacshund and he loved his stay, Chloe was always worried and sending photos. We will definitely repeat it when necessary!!

Dog daycare is wonderful! The staff are all so kind and caring, they clearly care about the dogs they look after and they are very thorough in their care - having the dogs come in for an afternoon to meet ‘the pack’ to make sure they’re a good fit and happy whilst in day care.The overnight stay is just as well run and they give regular updates on our pup whilst he’s staying. I always feel Wiley is in great hands when I leave him and he always seems super happy when he leaves (and very excited when I drop him off)! Can’t recommend this place highly enough!

I am staying in Lisbon for several months with my dog and needed a reliable place to leave her for two weeks while I traveled. I chose this dog day care because I had previously used their "SPA" services and was impressed by their professionalism. They insisted on a preliminary inspection, where my dog stayed for half a day for evaluation. The dogs are kept in a spacious, well-equipped hall and are taken outside several times a day in an organized manner. I even witnessed one of these outings by chance. Throughout my dog's stay, I had continuous updates on her condition, including photos and videos, which gave me great peace of mind. When I picked her up, she was happy and well-cared for. The staff, though mostly non-English speaking, were pleasant and professional, and communication was easy with the help of Google Translate. I don't know the owner, but the young team running the place does an excellent job. I will definitely continue to use their services for the remainder of my stay in Lisbon.

The best experience my Scoobylu had! He is a 2-year-old pinscher, who doesn't go with just anyone and was super comfortable with the couple! The professional and considerate boarding services are so impressive that we will try other best to ensure our pet to keep on enjoying the services when we have the holidays alone, in our life time! We were so my much comforted to get the video that our dog has been starting to play with the other dogs, as early as we are still on the way back to home and my wife was still crying for the short separation, on the way home from the boarding service venue. In the following a few days, we got our dog's video several times a day and understood how much pleasureful our dog was. Such videos made us totally be relieved and comforted our missing of the dog. I highly recommend it! I have a very territorial dog who doesn't really like following rules. A week of vacation was all it took to see big differences.
