They even provide additional services, such as free hydro-baths for dogs staying seven days or more, which I found to be a fantastic bonus. Each time I picked up my dog, he was happy, healthy, and calm – a testament to the quality of care he received during his stay. The kennels and "kitty condos" are well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment for pets of all kinds. The staff's attention to detail and willingness to accommodate special requests were particularly impressive. They were always ready to update me on my dog's well-being, which gave me great peace of mind while I was away. Very professional and friendly, pets are looked after. Like their second home and treated very well, my jack Russell had his first stay at the kennels and he was very relaxed staying there , I feel secure that my dogs are looked after in a safe and Clean caring well keeped environment when travelling you know they are in good hands.

Thankyou for helping us out by looking after our baby Bindi. My husband can rest and recover knowing she is in safe hands. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs their baby looked after. Our girl has been there for 8 weeks and receiving great attention and care.

They fitted our dog Cherry at late notice and we couldn't have been more happy with her upon pick up. She was very calm but of course happy to see us. Highly recommended

We have had our twin cross-shepherd dogs stay twice now. This time Saffy had just started medication, she was much healthier after her 4 day visit than when we dropped her off! This and the fact that both Saffy and Spunky turned back for a pat from James before they got into the car told us just how comfortable they felt with their visit. I highly recommended Taree Boarding Kennels. They love animals as much as I do and looked after my baby as if he was their own when I was on holiday. (I actually got him from there as I puppy) I do not trust many people with my dog, but I have no worries leaving him at Taree as I know he will be happy and very well looked after. Would recommend Taree Boarding Kennels and Cattery! A friendly and reliable family owned business who offer an exceptional service. They care for your animals to a very high standard and I feel very comfortable leaving my cats there knowing they are getting looked after very well. We wouldn't leave our cats with anyone else when we go away.

James is incredibly flexible and our two pugs really enjoyed their stay including my mum's 16 year old blind poodle. I have no hesitation in recommending James to look after your dog.

Since 2012 on occasions that I have to go away without my dogs, for whatever reason, which is usually a couple of times each year, I have always boarded them at the Pacific Pet Resort in Possum Brush, so conveniently situated on the southbound side of the Pacific Highway, between Taree and Nabiac. The resort itself is picture perfect and is always in an immaculate showcase condition at all times of the year. The staff are most friendly, caring and importantly, very knowledgeable in the care of both dogs and cats. I know that they only use premium feeds for all animals in their care and any special dietry requirements are happily catered for. A few years ago a friend of mine asked me if I knew of a reputable boarding facility that I could recommend for their precious cat and I had no hesitation in recommending Pacific Pet Resort. On their return my friend contacted me to thank me as their cat was returned to them in perfect condition and health. I recently had to go away again for a week in Sydney and left my precious 6 year old German Shepherd Jax in the loving care of Jayne and her caring, professional staff. During my week away Jayne sent me a beautiful photo of Jax that they had taken letting me know that he was well and happy as I knew very well he would be. I will attach that photo with this review. I thoroughly and without hesitation, recommend the Pacific Pet Resort to anyone seeking reputable boarding kennels for members of their precious furry family.

Very helpful and organised. Our dogs loved their stay and were happy and relaxed when we picked them up. Will definitely let our four legged family members holiday at Pacific pet resort when they can't travel with us.

We have boarded our 2 Dogs at Pacific Pet Resort several times now & I cannot recommend them HIGHLY ENOUGH. The Staff are absolutely fantastic with their ‘ Guests ‘ & our Dogs get very excited when they work out where they are going. We have a very anxious, highly strung & extremely reactive Staffy & the staff have said that She is as good as gold for them. The staff are very accommodating of the requirements put forward by the owners & I will definitely continue to use the Pacific Pet Resort because I KNOW IT’S THE BEST IN THE MID NORTH COAST BY FAR.

Jayne and the team take extra special care of your pets. They go the extra mile to ensure your pets are loved and cared for. Cannot highly recommend them enough! We have taken our Border Collie there plenty of times and will continue to do so!

Sent my 2 dogs in for 5 days. Staff are very friendly. Dogs can't talk but they didn't die so all in all its good. Would recommend and use them again. Easy access just off the highway and a big turn around bay if you have a large van

Our dog loved it here and isn’t always social but got along with all the other dogs and was very happy when we picked him up. We were sent photos which calmed our anxiety on his first time in a kennel. Thanks for looking after our puppy!

We boarded our cat and dog for five weeks at Pacific Pet Resort. We were extremely happy with the way our fur babies were cared for. We received emails from Jayne with photos and both pets were happy and well when we collected them. We would definitely recommend Pacific Pet Resort and will use them again in the future.

Booked a wash during his boarding and he walked out handsome and calm! Thanks Tim, Julia and Jess. Hint for first timers: bit tricky coming off the highway. Heading south from Taree, you'll see a huge pink number (15095 or something like that) tacked onto a treeb for the neighbours. PPR driveway is about 250m after that. Luckily, the neighbour's entrance (at the end of the line of trees) adds extra space to pull off the hwy. Heading north to Taree: the hwy is dual lane, no warnings - you'll drive past the resort (PPR) and take the next right to do your U-turn at a crossroads junction. When leaving PPR, everyone has to turn left; there's a RH turn soon after, on the hwy, at a crossroads junction, which allows you to turn North again. Just make sure you have lots of traffic space to get across lanes when you come out of PPR driveway ;)
