I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! Misti
Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!

Lilly & Thomas
Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.

Janis and her husband Dan were beyond phenomenal! Communication was great leading up to their arrival, especially with coordinating arrival and departure times. And during the sit, I got lots of picture updates throughout of how Isabel was doing. I could tell from the pictures how comfortable and happy my dog was hanging out with Janis and Dan and getting all the pets and attention. Coming home, everything was left so clean and organized. I definitely recommend them as pet sitters as they clearly took such good care of both my pup and my home.

Lisa and her friend Sara were amazing pet and house sitters! We can't say enough great things about them - our pets were so calm when we returned from our trip and so happy... What a lovely couple Tara and Tyler are. They had been in Scottsdale about six weeks before the house sit. and can to meet us. Rusé, our Toy Fox Terrier, fell in love with them immediately, and was in Tara’s arms within two minutes. We always like our sitters to arrive the day before we leave, take them out to dinner and get to know them. It was quite apparent from the videos and photos we received, that Rusé did not miss us. Tara and Tyler’s three grown up children joined them before Xmas-to Rusé’s delight as these were additional hands to throw his rubber bones and balls. The house was all clean and tidy, when we returned.. There is a strong possibility that Tara and Tyler will move to Arizona from Montana, with two of their children, recently moved to the area. They have already offered to look after Rusé in the future. We know he would love it. We cannot recommend Tyler and Tara higher enough, they were perfect House and Pet sitters

Early in 2023 I went searching for a sitter to sit with our Lizzie for a month. I found Lori during my search and I am so happy I did. Lori’s reviews are all five star and I can fully attest as to why. Lori was so friendly and kind and I could tell from the moment she met Lizzie that she would take great care of her. I received daily pictures of her and Lizzie snuggling and I couldn’t have been happier knowing my girl was receiving a lot of love. Lori left our home in wonderful shape (probably better than I left it for her). She took great care and was very conscientious of all my plants. We even came home after a very long day of travel to some wonderful chicken soup. Lori will take wonderful care of your home and your precious pet. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Our Dog has just spent two weeks of vacation with Debby in the Jura and it was a very good experience. Transport from Geneva to the Jura is very easy. Debby's mother comes to pick up the dogs at an agreed location and brings them back to the same place. Debby sent us lots of photos and some videos. Communication was super easy. The dogs are at her house like they are at summer camp: they roam freely… large open spaces, walks in the countryside and in the forest and lots of friends to play with. I highly recommend this family pension! 😊

Sam has been watching our 2 year old golden retriever, Georgia, ever since we moved to Switzerland a year and a half ago. She is very professional and takes amazing care of our pup (including lots of outdoor adventures including walks in the mountains and swimming in the lake). We trust her 100% with Georgia, and Georgia gets so excited every time we tell her she is going to stay with Sam. We always get tons of pictures and update while we are away which is very comforting, and she provides pick up/drop off services in Geneva which makes the translation super easy. I highly recommend her for pet sitting services!
Sam hosted our anxious chihuahua terrier mix rescue for over a month at a time for two summers and she took excellent care of our dog. She takes the responsibility very seriously and is super responsive. We trust her completely. Highly recommend!
Sam was a gem with Saba , she took care of him for 5 nights with pick up and drop up ! I got daily updates on how he was doing particularly while he was on walks on their beautiful property in the mountains! I’m grateful she was flexible enough to make arrangements to take him there as he had more space to run and play . Sam was timely with the pick up and drop off and communicated effectively throughout the whole process . My dog was slightly bigger than what she handled him with care ♥️!
I have a 30kg rescue dog. She has on leash reactivity and can be quite intimidating for most. But not for Sam!!! I highly recommend her. From the moment my dog met Sam, my dog was much calmer than she usually is with strangers approaching us. I think my dog was charmed by Sam immediately and I could go away feeling confident that my dog was in safe hands. And the photos Sam sent everyday confirmed this. Sam took care of my cat Leyia twice (for 2 weeks each time) and was outstanding. Highly responsive, helpful and thoughtful. She sent photos every day and Leyia really enjoyed cuddling her. I have had several cat sitters and Sam is by far the best.
Sam has been looking after our little Dachshund for almost a year now and we’ve been delighted by her services: Sam is very well organized, the communication is great and she is taking care of Rio like it was her own. Even when he was sick, she would follow the instructions and give him his treatment. Sam is very reliable, she regularly sends us picture on a daily basis. Our dog is always ecstatic when he sees Sam and knows he will stay with her for a couple of days. I was very satisfied with Olivia's services during my vacation. She took care of my three dogs (a Malinois, a border collie and a Finnish Lapland dog), as well as my chickens, rabbits, sheep and my garden for 15 days with 2 visits per day. From the first contact during the preliminary visit, I could feel his love and dedication to the animals. Olivia was incredibly kind to my animals. She made sure to feed them properly and give them lots of love and attention. The photos she sent me during my vacation were really adorable and also reassuring. This allowed me to enjoy my vacation with peace of mind, knowing that my animals were in good hands. When I got home, I could see how happy and fulfilled my dogs were. They seemed to have had a great time with Olivia. It really touched me to see how much she took care of them. My little Thor (7 month old Jack Russell) was delighted during his visit to Happy Pets with Cindy and her family. It was very well received and very busy! He took a lot of walks and was cuddled. We entrusted our little 11-month-old dog, for the first time, to Cindy and Jean-Rock for a 10-day stay. Cindy and Jean-Rock took exceptional care of our baby and were incredibly present. HappY Klep’s is not a daycare for dogs, but a real holiday experience for doggies, where they are more than pampered and where they benefit from varied activities, adapted to their needs. Every day, we received news and tons of photos and videos of our dog, thanks to Cindy and Jean-Rock. We are deeply grateful for their wonderful work. Cindy and Jean-Rock are truly rare gems!

1st stay for our 9 month old dog with Cindy and Jean-Roch. He was welcomed into Cindy’s home and made himself at home. We found our dog happy and tired from his walks and discoveries. He was pampered for 3 days. Thank you Cindy!! We will definitely call on them again when we need them.
Our Australian Shepherd was 10 days with Cindy and Jean-rock. We left with complete confidence leaving our dog. They adapt completely to them and their needs… We had news every day, videos/photos. I am very satisfied with the services of Cindy and Jean-Rock with Thorfinn, my 18 month old labrador. They are very professional. Thanks to their experience, they personalize their care (games, walks, stimulation, etc.). During my absence, I loved receiving photos/videos, comments and anecdotes. This is the first time I'm having my dog looked after: I got Thorfinn back in good shape and I won't hesitate to ask HappY Klep'S again, which I highly recommend.

NOT to send your dog to this boarding: My dog was with Best Friend Palace for about a year. He was 9+ years old when we started, but when he turned 10+, he was rejected from the facility. When I asked why my dog lost 4.5 kg in a 10-day stay, the owner seemed dismissive, attributing the weight loss to my dog running around and playing with other dogs all day, especially as my dog chased female dogs. If this is the case, they should require that all dogs be sterilized to prevent such issues. It appears this facility is not willing to handle older dogs or those needing special care, or they are simply not equipped to do so. Additionally, I had recommended Best Friend Palace to a lot of friends before they rejected my dog. I didn't make any complaint and moved on. Tragically, last year, my friend’s dog, Teddy, passed away from a stomach bacterial infection, which we believe was caused by the raw food given to them. This incident has raised serious concerns about the hygiene and quality of care at this facility. If you decide to board your dog here, I strongly recommend providing your own food. Because of the owner's unfriendliness and double face, I cannot in good conscience recommend this place at all.
We trusted our small rescue dogs to Best Friends Palace for their boarding services . We interacted with very attentive and knowledgeable staff . We love the concept and know our little ones were well taken care off. Well recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Super recommendable Hotel for all the dogs ~ very nice and professional owner and staff! There is a big play ground and swimming pool. Dogs can get pretty haircut and hairdressing here too!
We have left our dogs twice in the last 2 months. We are delighted, they socialize and exercise with other dogs. One of our dogs has daily treatments and this has been taken into account by the boarding house. We received photos and videos each of us without even asking for them and also a written report of the stay at the end. We can only recommend this place and we are very happy to have such a good pension close to home. You can leave your furballs with complete confidence and peace of mind.
