Kelly was a wonderful pet sitter and house sitter! Our dog Cooper adored her. She sent us pictures several times a day and he was always snuggling with her. She kept in touch with us regularly. We have never left our baby before and we were anxious about it but we ended up feeling totally comfortable with Cooper in Kelly’s care. She also kept our potted plants alive during a heat wave and took great care of the house. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.
Angie and Joe were fabulous pet/house sitters and overall people! Angie sent daily updates with photos. Really appreciate the extra effort they put into watering the grass and garden. The house was exactly the same as when I left (including sheets/towel washed, beds made, frig cleaned, dishes put away and trash taken out...). Pretty sure Mia was looking for them the next day as she ran to the guest bedroom. Already scheduled a second sit! If you're lucky enough to land them as pet sitter then you're lucky.
Lisa and her friend Sara were amazing pet and house sitters! We can't say enough great things about them - our pets were so calm when we returned from our trip and so happy... Lisa and Sara kept in touch with us regularly and sent us beautiful photos of the pets as well. We returned to a spotless home, fresh flowers and a note with polaroids of Soy, Calvin and Chickie! We absolutely loved hosting Lisa and Sara and highly recommend them, they are some of the best sitters we have ever had and they're welcome back anytime!!
Caitlyn, KJ, and their pup Sully were excellent house guests and pet sitters, and we would highly recommend them! I was able to meet Caitlyn and KJ prior to them house sitting for us, and we are always super appreciative when sitters are able to make that work and are willing to take time out of their schedule to come over and get the lay of the land. Their dog Sully was full of good boy energy and was a great playmate for our two Golden Retrievers. During the stay, Caitlyn & KJ sent us photos every day and followed all of our instructions for pet care to a T. They were super self-sufficient and gracious guests that left our place looking just like it did when we left, and we were very at peace knowing that our dogs were in great hands, getting lots of exercise, and romping around with new friend Sully. Don't hesitate to book this family of three, your house and your pets will be well-looked after!
I had the pleasure of having Tracey and her two children as house sitters, and I can't praise them enough for the incredible job they did. From the moment they stepped into our home, it was evident that they were dedicated, caring, and attentive to every detail. First and foremost, Tracey's approach to caring for our house and our beloved pets was nothing short of excellent. She has an innate ability to connect with animals, and it was clear from the daily updates and photos that our pets were happy and thoroughly pampered. The house was kept in immaculate condition, and they treated it with the utmost respect as if it was their own. Moreover, Tracey demonstrated remarkable responsibility and initiative when our AC system unexpectedly broke down. Without hesitation, she arranged for an HVAC company to come and fix the issue, taking time from her day to ensure our home was taken care of. Her willingness to front the repair costs until I could reimburse her was an act of kindness and trust that you rarely see. Tracey and her children's thoughtfulness and thoroughness provided me with peace of mind during my time away, which is priceless. I returned to a home that was just as I left it, if not better. Their stay was characterized by an extraordinary level of care and I was particularly impressed by how they left the house in perfect condition, with happy pets to welcome me back. I wholeheartedly recommend Tracey to any future hosts. Her reliability, compassion, and the ability to handle unexpected situations with grace are commendable. I would welcome Tracey and her children back to house sit in a heartbeat – they are exactly the kind of house sitters that one hopes for on this site! Thank you, Tracey, for everything. You and your children are welcome back anytime!
I enjoyed meeting Samara. Sosha arrived after I left so we only communicated in writing. Samara is a sweet, considerate pet sitter. She brought her cat, who posed no difficulties to my pets. Samara was in good communication with me during her stay. She used my car without incident. My home was left much cleaner than upon her arrival. Samara proved to be an honest and responsible pet sitter and I would open my home to her at any time in the future.
Megan and her partner were INCREDIBLE pet & house sitters during my 5 days away last month. I received consistent communication in the form of updates & photos and I had the true sense that Megan was invested in the wellbeing of my animals and truly enjoyed being with them! My house was CLEANER than I left it (immaculate!) and she left a sweet card thanking us upon our return. Truly the best sitting experience I've had thus far, thank YOU so much!
Elaine was a welcomed sitter for Cyrus and Purrelli. I returned from holiday to find a very content relaxed dog and a happy fat cat. Purrelli doesn’t eat when he is stressed so seeing a little meat on him let me know he was content and happy :) My condo was left clean and in order, all communications were smooth and there was zero issues. Thx for the great pet care Elaine.
Farhan is a fantastic house sitter! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a down-to-earth, kind, and caring pet sitter for their home. We have three small dogs (around 6 lbs) and he took excellent care of them. They can be a little nervous/ timid around new people, and more so around men at times, but the dogs didn't show any of that nervousness around Farhan! He was gentle and respectful of their space and they warmed up to him immediately. I got a wonderful text the first morning that I was away that they cuddled up with him at night - showing how quickly they adjusted to him as their caretaker. I was able to meet Farhan in person before I left on my trip and I was able to have a wonderful conversation with an ambitious explorer. He is a delightful person. Upon my homecoming the house was very clean and the dogs were happy and relaxed. I can't ask for anything more! Thank you Farhan for taking such wonderful care of our three dogs and our home.
Gowri was very patient and caring with Irisi who got sick the day before I left. I cannot commend her enough for how she rose to the occasion and took care of my baby. She even pick up meds from the vet. My cat, Squinty, was very comfortable with her to jump in bed and wake her up early in the morning (as he would with me). I am not aware of him doing that to other sitters that have stayed at my place. I would give her 6 stars for Pet care if I can! She updated me with Irisi's condition which really help ease my mind, knowing someone looking after my furry really cared. I would certainly have her back again!

Oz Pet Minders have been a reliable, efficient and caring dog sitting organisation that has impressed us. Our dog has beet treated very well with many long walks that he loves. They take great care of the dogs in their care, keep us updated and do as they promise. Our dog is always happy to go off with Oz Pet Minders and is equally happy and healthy when he returns. We highly recommend them
Up until tonight the service of dog walking has been great. Tonight though I came home and my dog was missing. When I tried to contact the business there was no answer. I never got a call back till an hr later in which time I was beside myself with worry. They had my dog for the whole afternoon and forgot about him. So disappointed and upset.
Why does someone jump on social media under their business account and abuse people for being vaccinated?
Thank You 😀 …
Thanks Brett. Much appreciated 🐶 …
Patient paws is truly the most amazing community for your pup! My Golden Retriever Kevin has been part of their pack for 6 months and it is his favourite place. When I first joined their classes I was struggling with my high energy puppy and now he has good doggy manners and we have the most amazing bond. That is all because of the patient paws aunties and I cannot thank them enough for their love and support. Kevin loves going to daycare once a week, learning in group classes on the weekends and getting cuddles from the patient paws aunties. It will truly be the happiest place on earth for your pup 🐶🧡
I couldn't be happier with the service at Patient Paws! My dog Boston always has a blast playing with his daycare friends, and it’s such a relief to see him so happy. They also go above and beyond with special activities – from a fun Kissing Booth on Valentine's Day, Christmas Decoration Making and Painting, and even adorable Photoshoots with the Easter Bunny for Easter. The attention to detail and the effort they put into making the experience enjoyable for both the dogs and their owners is truly exceptional. Highly recommend Gemma and the Patient Paws Team to anyone looking for a place where their dog will be well cared for and entertained!
If you’re looking for a safe & fun place to leave your fur child for the day, or to do some training, this is the place! I am so grateful to have found Patient Paws and my young Rottweiler Freya, is too. The Aunties of Patient Paws are truly wonderful, they remember you & your dog when you walk in, Freya lights up with excitement as soon as she sees the building. The training tips are also wonderful! Gentle, relaxed, and without treats which is wonderful to know you can rely on your dogs behaviour even without a treat in your hand. Thankyou to all the Aunties of Patient Paws, from me & my family, and Freya, THANKYOU!!
We absolutely love Patient Paws, so grateful for the services they provide. Bonnie was a different dog after our very first group class where we learnt training methods without having to bribe her with treats! We’ve since been involved in their off-leash training weekends and Bonnie attends day care as well. Thank you so much for all your support and love, Patient Paws Aunties!
Would highly recommend patient paws!! We did their 5 week puppy school program, we learnt so much from them. The dog trainers are so lovely and helpful. Our Mack loves it there.
Dante has been going there for three years He was a rescue puppy at 6 months old I took him to patient paws and he had his one on one training He passed with a few home work things to do He just loves going there every morning he’s looking for his lead and straight into the car Dante can’t get there quick enough Dante loves all his fur friends and loves all the aunties that look after him Dante has lots to play with and even helps the aunties out at times I couldn’t ask for a more inviting place to leave him for the day Thank you so much for all you have done Dante will have many more years there
If you’re looking for an exceptional dog training experience, Patient Paws is the place to go. The team at Patient Paws creates a supportive and welcoming environment that makes both dogs and their owners feel like family. Both of my dogs struggled with being around other dogs, and the team made me feel very comfortable bringing them in. Their professionalism and genuine care are evident in the results of the training. It’s clear they are passionate about helping dogs and their owners build strong, positive relationships. Highly recommended for anyone seeking outstanding training and a supportive community atmosphere.
I take my 2 year old Mastiff to training there, and she absolutely loves it. Gemma and the staff are all professional and friendly. Highly recommended for good dog training and daycare your dog will love. I now take my 5 month old puppy, and she can't wait to go.
Very friendly staff, great puppy school programs and fun Doggy day care however, some training methods didn't sit right with us (squirting with water, circling and halties) or work for our pup so we've switched to a qualified positive reinforcement trainer.
I've only been attending Patient Paws with my pup for a short time, but already they've helped me immensely in changing the way I train and communicate with my dog. If you'd asked me to make my dog drop, and walk away for a minute without him breaking it, I don't have confidence we would have been able to. Now, I can easily ask him to drop for an hour, and he will relax and not get up until I ask him to. The 3 day course was such a good investment. We picked up things that I think would have taken so much longer to learn casually. Gemma created such a wonderful and supportive learning environment, and teaches a really effective method of communicating with your dog. I can easily use all the principles learnt to reinforce the things covered, and apply them to other areas of manners around the home (like stop chasing the cat!). My dog is not treat motivated, and using this method, we made more progress in 3 days training than we did in weekly training over a 12 month period. And we both had so much fun throughout! We will definitely be regulars in the weekly classes, to continue helping him develop into a wonderful, well mannered and well trained dog.
Peppa loves going to DayCare! She races through the door and doesn't look back. Tara and her family treat her like their own and she's matched with dogs that suit her temperament. I could not be happier with the service we receive.
Our pup Kira has been going to CYT since she was 20wks old and has loved every second of her time with Tara and her CYT friends. She has her gal pals and boyfriend & lives her best life on the days she’s in care. Tara takes amazing care of the pups and treats them like they’re part of her own family. We couldn’t speak more highly of CYT & Tara herself.
Not sure why my name is Harry I’m Sue. Chase your tail is like a second home for my dog Inky. Tara and the team go over and above to provide a nurturing stimulating caring safe and welcoming environment for all the dogs. Extremely grateful we found Chase Your Tail Highly recommended
Peppa loves visiting Tara’s house. She’s matched with dogs of similar temperament and she always comes home happy but exhausted after a day of play, snoozes and walks.
Our dog always loves her days here. We regularly get photo updates and couldn’t be happier
We were worried about Prince doing daycare, as the last time he did at another place, he got super stressed and had to be picked up early. This place was incredible! We did the daycare/training. They said Prince did great and they used treats to reward him being calm. We'll be coming here for every boarding. We got a video and report card for Prince as well!
We booked our 3 year old Mini Dachshund in for a 3 week train and stay experience and I couldn’t recommend KIP more. He has some complex issues and behaviours but nothing felt like too much for any of the team to handle. We were assigned Megan as our trainer and she is greatly educated in how she trains both the dogs and us as the owners. We could really see she has a passion for her work and an immense care for our boys needs. He came home with more confidence and a much more relaxed demeanour and we now have the skills shown by Megan to carry on his training at home.
Our dogs, Leni and Bobbi, absolutely love their time at Kip! It gives us peace of mind knowing that while we're on holiday, our fur babies are not only safe and well cared for, but they’re also enjoying a little getaway of their own.
Recently had our senior 9 year old Samoyed Meeko at Kips for 2 and a half weeks with trainer Megan. We were provided almost daily updates of her progress as well as a comprehensive handover after picking her up. Her behaviour has improved dramatically and Megan has steered us in the right direction. The training is worth every penny and I highly encourage anyone give it a go if your furry one isn’t the most obedient.
I sent my seventeen month Golden Retriever to Kip as he was reacting to other dogs and pulling on leash. I have noticed a big change when i picked him up. The trainers are fantastic, they send videos and photos every day, and give a lesson when you pick them up. I highly recommend Kip. Special thanks to Alex.
I can not fault Kip south east from the enquiry process to the handover. I was skeptical to put my 14 month old German Shepherd in for a long stay. After the inquiry process, the head trainer contacted me for a lengthy conversation to suggest the best program based around my needs and expectations. We committed to the three weeks Board and train and The process has exceeded my expectations. As a first time puppy owner of a large breeder, especially, I probably needed more training than my dog. Through this service kip covers all bases to ensure success. Shout out to all the team working so hard. Thank you.
Our 11 month old German Shepherd absolutely loves attending the Daycare & Train. The staff are all wonderful and welcoming . He has thrived on the training, as he is very energetic it's been a godsend to discover this place. Highly recommend!
I have had my boys stay in Kip Melbourne South East a couple of time in the last 4 months and cannot fault their service. I receive daily updates with photos and videos of them playing with the carers and other dogs and they always look like they are having a blast. They are always so happy to go back again that they pull me through the door. It’s very reassuring to know that they are being well taken care of when I am away.
We had both our dogs stay here whilst we were on holidays for three weeks and they both had a great time. One dog was in for boarding, and our energetic Border Collie for board and train. Megan was AMAZING with her and they formed such an amazing bond. The daily updates were so great and made us feel comfortable they were happy and not missing us too much. And their follow up with the training has been so helpful and appreciated. Both came home happy, healthy and well cared for. Thank you team!
This was our first time using Kip Kennels, and wow, what an amazing experience! Our dogs usually experience kennel stress for at least three days after returning from other kennels, but not this time. Kip Kennels provided daily photos and playtime, which were absolute winners. We couldn't be happier with the care and attention our dogs received. Highly recommend!
After 11 days staying with Kim and her dog Rocky, my cavoodle came home happy to see me, but definitely much more settled and happier than our other boarding kennel experiences. I knew he was well looked after. In all of the other kennel experiences he had, as soon as he got in the car, he would tell me about it in his own way, he would usually be hoarse from all the barking often experienced in those places, and very nervous days after. Going on a longer holiday than usual, I wanted to make sure my furbaby was going to be well looked after. I chose Pets N Paws because Kim provides daily playtime and walks, she gives treats which is lovely, as my dog loves that and treats are not usually offered in kennels, she has a big fully enclosed backyard with a huge covered area so I could feel secure knowing he couldn't escape, and I had peace of mind that he would be indoors at night. When I met Kim and Rocky, I felt at ease to leave my boy in her care. Bringing him home, I'm glad we did. Thanks Kim
Good groomer, and is always the case, individual groomers vary. Shaved or long, pick one that is good and you'll be happy as.
