So me and my husband lee work a good bit, and got a new puppy, and didn't want him sitting in his cage all day. So my husband started looking for someone to come take care of our baby copper aka ( our dog ) he he found Heavenly creatures pet sitting. And let me tell you about the great severs that miss Tanya (dog sitter) is appsalotley amazing with copper, and we couldn't ask for anyone else better for the job🙂 she feeds him, and plays outside and she also bords him when we go out of town. Tanya was great with our kitties while we were on vacation recently. She sent pictures each day she came, brought in our mail and our garbage can. I would recommend Heavenly Creatures to everyone. We had great peace of mind our kitties were in very good hands

This is the best experience I’ve had with a pet sitter by far hands down. My girlfriend and I were going out of town for a couple days and we found heavenly creatures on google to watch our GSP Ava. It’s very reasonable she has great communication and she keeps you informed with every that’s going on. She even sent pictures and when Ava had an upset stomach she knew exactly What to do!

Tonya was wonderful with my dogs and I know they are a lot to deal with. She did exactly what I ask her to do and my dogs loved her. Thanks again Tonya. I will be calling you again.

When our sitter of 12 years recently retired I was frantic to find another sitter. Our daughter had been using Tonya, from Heavenly Creatures for several years and has always felt confident in her. Recently we were going to visit family and needed Tonya’s services. We couldn’t be happier with her. She took Fred into her home as if she has known him since he was a puppy. She sent us pictures every day. I would recommend Tonya to anyone who has a dog, young or old. She truly loves animals and they become her family.

Tonya helped my fur babies out while I stayed in the hospital for three days! She played with my dogs to keep them entertained! Tonya also cleaned up a poopy situation as well as cleaned my cat box even though she didn’t have to!

Tonya is wonderful! We were really stressed out as we were about to go overseas and our petsitter fell through. She was able to keep our isolation-anxious senior dog during that trip and we had the peace of mind we needed. We regularly received updates and notes while we were gone and appreciated that she was willing to give him all his medicine during his stay.

We had a 2 weeks trip and left our baby with Tonya. I was nervous at first because I haven't left her with anyone else besides friends and family. We met up with Tonya and she definitely welcomed us. She made us feel at home. I appreciate Tonya so much for going the extra mile to carry my chubby baby up and down the stairs. Thank you! So happy I found her. She even sends pics to update us on how my baby was doing and I loved that. Tonya, I love how chilled and down to earth you are. Looking forward to book with you some more. You're amazing!

Heavenly Creatures is where I bring my fur babies for boarding, and they are absolutely wonderful with them. We have been using them since we moved to Paulding two years ago. The place they use for convenient scheduling, payments, etc is very user friendly. They are always keeping me up to date on how the dogs are doing including multiple photos while I’m gone. Our dogs LOVE when they get to go there. They come home so tired because they have gotten to play and have had so much fun. One of my dogs is also very anxious and scared of everything and he goes there and has had no issues. I 100% recommend them for pet sitting any time I get the chance. Trustworthy, affordable, and they really are dog people and will take care of your fur babies like their own!

This was my first time away from my babies and I was so sad to leave them but the staff continued to keep me updated and sent me photos of my pups while they were in their care!! I definitely appreciated that and it made me feel like I could enjoy my vacation without having to worry about my pups. I have 2 pitbulls and one is a rescue so I also loved that they had their own room and that I didn't have to lock them in cages like other daycares. Definitely going to be a returning customer!!! 10/10

I wish I could give 10 stars! After having bad experiences with other boarders and being new to Georgia, I was so relieved when I found Alicia. Her home was immaculate, she was very patient and knowledgeable about dogs, and she kept us updated daily with pictures and let us know how Ginger was doing. My family was able to relax knowing that Ginger was in good hands.

Alicia is truly a Godsend!! I have an adult Maltese and two 5 month old Maltese mix puppies. Alicia did not hesitate to open her home to my babies. This was the first ever time boarding my puppies so I was nervous. But after meeting Alicia, I felt a sense of calmness come over me. She’s a beautiful person with a beautiful soul. I highly recommend her! She takes care of my furbabies as if they were her own!

Alicia is an amazing! She is gentle, caring and a true professional. She gave me an appointment on short notice and calmed my fear as this was my 12 year old schnauzer’s first time being boarded. I cannot say enough great things about Guided Footsteps. We have left 3 of our pups with her twice so far. Our dogs are very attached to us which makes leaving them really hard but for the first time EVER they were excited when they arrived for their second stay when we pulled up to drop them off! Nothing makes me happier than knowing they are thriving when we are away!

We were so happy to have found Alicia online. We were moving from the west coast and had to book our 2 babies on a flight. Alicia was very thoughtful and patient throughout the whole process! Alicia is the BEST! Her services are fantastic. She makes everything as convenient as possible. My baby is a stubborn sometimes handful and she fell in love with Alicia and her family immediately. The care my dog received was impeccable! My dog received group play time and one-on-one time. I received updates and pictures throughout her day and I knew my baby was having fun! Alicia was such a great help to us. We had a death in the family and had to make arrangements for our dog on short notice the week of fall break. The kennel we normally use was all booked and so was nearly every other kennel. I hated to have to leave our dog in a new place, but Alicia was so kind and welcoming. She kept us informed of how our girl was doing and even sent pictures. Definitely would recommend.

Took my 2 babies for the first time today. I have a Schnauzer and a shih tzu and they came home looking fabulous and smelling so fresh and clean!! Location was terrifc and staff was super friendly. We will definitely be back!!!

I’ve been going to Shari and Marie’s Heavenly Puppy Spa for years and have referred many friends to being their fur babies to the facility! Their customer service is unmatched and my fur baby seems to feel as if this is her second home. In fact, my baby was socialized at Shari and does so much better with people now! From grooming to boarding, I just can’t say enough about these people! I mean, these fur babies have their very own luxury hotel with upscale spa services at this place! If you want a spot where your fur baby can feel they are home away from home, please give them a try! You won’t be disappointed!

Best groom and boarding I have found yet, the owner is very sweet and best at her business. Best rates around. I Love the amount of love shown to fur babies by owner and staff. They actually care about your babies. Take time with them to love them and care for them, treats every fur baby as if they are part of their family. I am so pleased with Shari! We boarded our puppy before Thanksgiving for the first time. As usual, we were scared and afraid to leave our puppy special, something we had never done before, but Shari took amazing care, and we will definitely bring our beloved Buzz back!

This place is great! We've had to board our dog a couple times since moving to Dallas, and he loves it! He always comes home smelling great too which is a big plus. I'm used to a very stinky dog in need of a bath after boarding, but they've got that covered!

Shari is a very caring groomer. She did wonders with my Husky. He is 3 years old and has never been bathed or professionally groomed. Shari made sure to befriend him prior to starting work on him. By the end of the session, he was giving her kisses and allowed her to trim around his pads. She is VERY reasonable with her prices and prides herself in giving that personal touch. I definitely recommend Heavenly Puppy and Cat Resort to anyone who is tired of the big chain store groomers. Thank You, Shari! Templar will definitely come to see you again!

Hi everyone! I recently boarded my baby for the weekend (Shari and Marie’s Heavenly Puppy and Cat Resort in Acworth,GA). He was returned to me without his belongings (food, dog trays, leash, and collar). I notified the owner and she said I can pick the items up the next day. But then she said that I couldn’t pick the items up that day and I had to wait another day. When I bathed him I noticed that his ribs were showing more and scratches in both ears. He had very unusual liquid bowel movement (loose and dark brown). When we got home he ate so much and fast like he hadn’t eaten in a while 😩😩 what would you do in this situation? Also I still do not have my dogs stuff. I attached a before (him sitting) and after picture (you most likely can’t see the difference in the pictures) . Also his BM and ear. 😩😩😩

They used to be in Acworth right off Cobb parkway, and were super convenient to my house. I had taken our cat there to get her claws trimmed and some knots in her fur clipped out. Their price was very reasonable, and they did a great job. Our cat is a bit high-strung, and the last time I took her to the vet to do the same thing, the vet wanted to sedate her first. Since she is getting up in years, I was not too happy with that. This business moved away from Acworth and into Dallas. While it is a bit of a trek over there, it is worth it. I have every confidence in Shari and Marie's Heavenly Puppy and Cat Resort, and I recommend them if you are looking to get your pet groomed!

We have had a great experience with Mirror Image K9 so far- our new puppy attended the puppy classes with Jillian and while she learned a lot, we learned even more about being her parents! We just completed our first one on one training session with Jillian to continue building on what we learned in puppy classes and we are excited for Charlie to have her first Day Camp visit after the holidays! We have no doubt this is the right team to help us train a well rounded dog and to help us be the best family we can be for Charlie!

Working with Millie at Mirror Image K9 has been absolutely transformative for our dog! The difference in his behavior is night and day -- and what's most impressive is how quickly we saw results. Millie has an incredible understanding of dog psychology and behavior. She knew exactly how to address our specific challenges with effective, practical solutions. So thankfully that I found Mirror Image K9! I was truly at my end with my dogs aggression and I did not know what else to do. Jillian has been a fantastic trainer and has taught me how to set boundaries and communicate better with my dog. I feel much more confident in handing my dog!

All I can say is thank you!! My sweet 9 month old chocolate lab, Tater Tot, was really struggling with leash walking, confidence, and basic dog skills. His companion for the first 6 months of his life passed away in June, after her passing Tater Tot really began to struggle with confidence, leash walking- basically anything. Tater tot had his first training session with Jillian a month ago and all I can say is WOW! Working with jillian in one session taught me and tater both more things than we have learned in 4+ sessions with other trainers. He was walking perfectly on a leash within ONE SESSION! Tater just recently starting the day camp services this past week and he was very nervous at first, hesitant to be left, but with the patience and care these amazing people gave him at his first day he came out wagging his tail happy as can be! We still have lots of work to do but look forward to coming here weekly 🖤

Mirror Image K9 has been hands down the best discovery for our dog/family. We adopted our dog through the Best Chance program and felt so supported during the whole process of fostering and adopting. We then chose to continue learning with the collar connect program with Brandon. Collar connect is the best decision we made. Our ability to communicate and relationship with our dog has increased and improved ten fold. We have used Brandon for boarding since, and have been to large group classes, day camp, and pack walks. We live 45 minutes from MIK9 yet would never consider going anywhere else! Our dog is sooooo excited to see the trainers every time and we have a blast learning alongside him. Including photos of two (of many!) essential skills our Thumper has learned with MIK9: 1. The ability to chill with a house full of dinner guests despite being an energetic and people-loving pup 2. Waiting until given a release command despite a toy and treat sitting right in front of him as a previously resource guarding dog

This may sound dramatic but…I don’t know where we would be without the Mirror Image K9 crew! We adopted a rambunctious 10 month lab/hound mix puppy who was a bit timid and struggling with new experiences and leash walking. My wonderful vet at Paw Patch Animal Clinic recommended Millie and her team highly, so we did one individual training at the center to start with. MIK9 have truly been lifesavers, especially when just a few weeks into new dog ownership I had a severe injury and was unable to walk or exercise him. Their guidance and fact that he had already started learning good manners rules/boundaries was an absolute blessing. Since then, we have used just about every service offered; from training and individual walks, to structured day camp and group classes. Each person here is SO knowledgeable and caring. Everywhere we go, we get comments on how well behaved and adjusted our (previously nervous) boy is. If you are willing to put in the work to create a great relationship with your dog, the team at MIK9 will guide you and give you the tools you need. Some of the best money I spent in 2024. My Great Pyrenees mix when from being a stubborn dog who would not listen (and snapped at us if he was particularly irritated) to being sweet and docile. By implementing Millie’s training, I was able to (over the course of about a month): - train my dog to go to his bed and stay there until he was told he could leave - walk perfectly next to me on a leash with no pulling (this is a large dog who is very strong willed) - respect when he is told no The biggest thing that stuck with me was that just because my dog doesn’t like something, doesn’t mean it’s bad for him. Boundaries are a form of love. I was nervous about wasting money with a trainer for a dog who previously had no training, and wasn’t bred to be trainable. Our dog is much less nervous, sweeter, and happier as a result of Mirror Image K-9’s advice. Thank you for transforming our dog!

Very experienced trainers. We brought our rescue/shelter dog in with separation anxiety and barrier anxiety. We worked with Connor and he was fantastic. This was our first session and we immediately noticed progress. We will be back for more sessions. Great place to get your dogs trained!

The entire Mirror Image team is amazing. They have helped us successfully bring a rescue dog into our household as well as work on some anxiety issues with our other dog. Their day camp program is the best, and I won’t take my dogs anywhere else. The facility is clean, and I know my dogs are in good hands while they are there. I have always avoided boarding my dogs, but I needed to have my puppy in daycare for a few days and boarded for a few days while we were out of town. From the first trial day, our girl was excited to get in there and play with the other dogs and the employees. Now, when we pull up to the drop-off gate, she practically jumps out of the door before we've turned off the engine! Dog tails don't lie.

Fabulous doggie daycare and boarding. The staff is friendly and kind. They are willing to send videos when requested. I started to bring my boys for a stay when my vet recommended this boarding facility because they don't have many dogs there a day. All about population control for dogs , customers, and staff. They have smaller groups so they can maintain wonderful safe play areas for dogs while keeping watch. Very reassuring of the treatment and environment they keep for the dogs they care for.

They are the best... went out of town for the Easter weekend and I was able to pick up my dog on Easter 🐣 they even gave my him a easter tie, which was so adorable. Everyone is friendly and I can tell my dog had a good time with other dogs his size, I definitely will be coming back …

I love this place for my dog for boarding and daycare. You see the same people working there every time proving they care about their employees. And I know they care for my dog from the conversations I have with them at pickup time.

We love Ruff N It! My dog goes for daycare twice a week. She loves it. We also went training classes when we first got her. it helped both of us. We also board with them when we go out of town. They treat her so well i never have to worry!

Today was the first experience my fur babies had at Ruff N It daycare. I loved how there are multiple areas for the dogs to play as well as several handlers to engage with them throughout the day. They had a great time and will definitely be booking more days in the future.

I was kinda worried at 1st because my pitbull is very protective with the people around us but never did i get a call to pick him up early, they said he did very good and didn't need to have his muzzle on. My fur babies (cat and dog) love being boarded here when we are away. This is the ONLY place I’ve seen that makes sure animals get exercise and socializes while being boarded. What attracted me to this place was the fact they had three outdoor spaces for dogs, which one of them is completely covered in case of bad weather. After taking a tour prior to my fur kids’ first boarding, I found out this extended to cats too with an indoor cat playroom. I wouldn’t want anyone else taking care of my fur kids while we are away.

Everyone is so nice and caring! We have boarded dogs here, and also our little Pomeranian is groomed here. They do an awesome job! We wouldn't go anywhere else!

Kritter's is the best value in dog boarding and day care. My pups have come here for about 10 years and they've always had a great experience.

Like all animal lovers, our cat Chloe is a member of our family. The people here were extremely friendly and the facilities they had to house the cats was great. First it was away from the dogs (others mixed dogs and cats in the same room which would make cats nervous and fearful since dogs have a tendency to bark a lot) second the accommodations were very clean. The cages were double the size of other facilities we looked at and compartmentalized. There was a section for play and stretching, there was a place for the litter box and there was a cozy little area for our cat to curl up and sleep. We will be going out of the country for a month in Spring and will be taking her here as we believe this will be the best environment for her and that she will be well cared for in our absence.

I have taken my baby Storm to stay here a few times, and I Love the service, and my haby comes home happy! Thank you all for taking good care of my baby!! ❤️

Been using Keitter’s country club Douglasville for over 20 years. THEY ARE THE BEST they loved my dog Cesar Spike and Spud as much as I loved the. Beth and staff if I could give you 100 stars I would. When I was in a car accident broking both of my arms they extend courtesy and picked up my dogs and give them a bath and then brought them back. They let me know when they were sick and even took them to the animal clinic when I was out of town. I don’t know any other business that gives 100 % Beth Eric and all of you much love.

My dogs and I love Kritters!! My dogs pout when I don't take them. They don't I l9ve the staff. I constantly recommend them to people.

Rocket and Pepper LOVE coming here! I try to bring them once a week for doggy day care. When I had a family emergency and had to go to Alaska for 3 weeks, Beth was able to accommodate my dogs, which I really appreciated. Pepper makes sure to kiss everyone hello and goodbye each time we go. They break the dogs into smaller playgroups when inside so they can match personalities and then merge some of the groups for outdoor play in their huge yard. Rocket and Pepper are in different playgroups because of size and personality, but I like the fact that they get time apart.When I board them, they do kennel together at night. I wouldn't take my pups anywhere else.

I’ve been very pleased will the regal beagle services! When we first went there was for Grooming and although Cricket went insane with the other dogs the groomer there was super nice and actually have up options. We now use the mobile grooming service and Sam is amazing! Not only did Cricket do amazing with them she also loves them as well which is always a good sign! Her hair cuts have been beautiful and even her personality has been taken in account when she goes in for grooming. We boarded her and even did romp n play there and I was very pleased with how it went. Cricket loved it and even after her train day when it came time for boarding she barely wanted to say goodbye to me lol. Over all this is a great place and other than cricket having some tangles after boarding(but hey what can you do with a curly haired dog? There has been no complaints l! Below is her haircut now which is absolutely stunning!

So happy with our first service! Shelby did such a great job with our gal Tinley. She was very considerate in listening to our concerns about our pooch’s sensitive skin and using a hypoallergenic shampoo. She let us take a peak inside the van and explained what was all included in today’s service. After the service she was very knowledgeable about the different things we should be on the look out for and things we could do personally for our dog (i.e. different methods to clean teeth and what to look out for concerning her ears). Most importantly I could just tell that my dog felt so comfortable with her. Our dog does not like baths and had never been dried before and even though she was so happy to see me after her service, she immediately went back to Shelby for love and affection. Again, so happy with the service we received!

For years, we have relied on The Regal Beagle for our boarding needs. Owner Mike and his dedicated staff are professionals and do a great job. We wouldn't trust any other place to board our bearded dragon. And the place is beautiful and tastefully decorated.

JB our groomer was fantastic. My fur baby is shy and suffers from anxiety. She was gentle with her and gave her excellent care. She communicated well with us prior to the appointment and set clear expectations. My wife and I are extremely happy

We love Regal Beagle! We have boarded our doodle here multiple times! The staff is always so friendly and the place is very clean. I love seeing the report cards once we pick up our doodle and the pictures posted on their instagram!

I love The Regal Beagle. Decades ago, my parents started bringing our dogs here. When I moved back to the area a couple of years ago, I started bringing my dogs here regularly for grooming. Cash and Jax always look and smell great after a spa day. And I feel good knowing that they are eager to go into the back when we arrive. The staff is so friendly and great at their jobs.

I highly recommend this place for dog training, doggy daycare, and over oven stays. Ray is absolutely amazing. With her help we were able to train our dog to be the best version of himself. She helped us understand how to work with our dog and how to help him understand us. We would have been lost without her! The entire Happy Trails staff is professional and so knowledgeable. My boy absolutely loves going to doggy daycare here and I feel comfortable while he is under their care. Thank you Ray and the rest of the staff at Happy Trails! I could not recommend this place enough!

On the day of November 23, I picked Hannah up from daycare around 4:10 PM. She seemed fine, but the guy at the front desk told me she did not get a bathe! I was slightly confused and irritated because I was expecting her to be clean. I asked him why he didn’t call me and he sarcastically said, “why would we call you for that?” And then he told the lady I was upset when all I was doing was asking questions as to why she was not clean! I guess that was him trying to make me seem like the angry black woman in that moment! The gag is, if I was angry… I would’ve said that and it would have been known by my actions! Either way, they claimed she didn’t want to take a bath, but that has never happened before! She has had at least five baths and has done fine every time. That’s not what I’m tripping about. She has had three bouts of diarrhea since she got home! The diarrhea that squirts out like water! At 10:30 PM, 11:30 PM last night and 6:30 AM which is why I’m making this at 6:54 AM! I’m not sure what happened or what they fed her, but I will get to the bottom of it! I don’t appreciate it one bit And I don’t appreciate his sarcasm either! This is not cool and she will not be coming back! They didn’t even seem concerned and I’m sure they talked about me when I left yesterday! I don’t care anything about that though, my concern is my fur baby! And then she tried to use what I told her in confidence against me by saying that I’ve been going through things and her not wanting to take a bath may have to do with that! I GAVE UP my apartment October 21 and we have been just fine ever since in a hotel living life as normal, so why would you try to throw that back in my face? That’s something that a narcissist would do! Either way, I don’t appreciate it and like I said she will not be going back!

My pup and I love Happy Trails! We use them for boarding several times per year, grooming every few months and have always had a good experience. They know my dog’s name and seem to really care about all of the animals that they care for. I have never had any doubt in the care that they provide. We are so blessed to have a place to care for my boy that enables me to not have to worry about him when I’m gone.

Absolutely love this place! the owners, Rachel and Ray are incredibly knowledgeable and really put a lot of effort into making sure my pups have the best time possible here! I highly recommend bringing your dogs here, you can trust that they will be well taken care of and have a great time.

They have been a wonderful place for my 3 dogs to get socialized and play with other pups. Ranging in age from 1 year to 9, they have been accommodating to their every need. We also choose to board with them and they always go the extra mile to ensure they are eating well and comfortable through personalized care. They even added cooked turkey to their food to encourage their appetite and give them breaks from play when needed. Highly recommend.

Could not recommend this place enough! My family is no stranger to happy trails, in 2018 my mother started bringing our family dog, Chloe, here and she enjoyed and loved daycare until she reached her last senior years and ultimately passed away. Shortly after I started bring my own dog to day care and boarding services, Murphie, and she loves happy trails so much she gets excited as soon as we turn onto the road! Today I dropped off my new puppy, tater tot, to his first day of day care and I can already tell by watching the cameras (the cameras are amazing to watch them play btw!) he is loving it! The employees here are so compassionate about animals and as a ER vet tech I am extra careful with whom I leave my babies with. I have no worries leaving my fur-babies here!!

Took my dog there for an evaluation and playday. During the introduction/tour owner showed a long flexible pole with loose strips on end of it and said they will carry it and use by swinging it in front of them to keep the dogs from rushing the gates and to keep them in line if necessary; may touch dog on hind with it to get them to move or listen. Also said they may use a spray bottle with vinegar and something else in it or hose to squirt dogs to stop an interaction. Watched the cameras ALL the time and saw some disturbing things. One dog was literally kicked/pushed with a worker's foot on the hind end to get it up and moving out of the kennel. Another dog was struck what appeared to be hard on the hind end with that pole end; appearing as if he went the wrong way. The pole was swung very quickly in front of a worker to move dogs back like she said it would be; some of them cowered at it…have seen that reaction prior in dogs that have been struck. Too many dogs in play areas at same time for my liking. AND all they seemed to do was meander about and follow the worker around the yard; once in a great while the worker would pet a dog and then push others away that also wanted petting/attention. Pretty sad. Owner talks a good line about dog psychology and treatment when you inquire. These are observations by an owner, and if it had been my dog that had the interactions above with staff, I would have been there immediately. And by the way, you have no idea what my background/knowledge/training is… You are right, you don’t send dogs home injured or needing vet care due to problems or interactions with other dogs. You keep the dogs safe. Your tactics are just not agreeable with me.

The best place for my doggo! The team there has always been friendly, professional, answers all my questions (even some weird ones), and does a phenomenal job of taking good care of my elderly dog. - Paws down, the best!

Love this place. My puppy Beau loves it too. His first day at Happy Trails left him totally exhausted and this was a very good thing! He made new friends both human and non human. And the pictures show how tired he was. He actually ate his food lying down.
