Pet Taxi I used pet taxi to get my dog spayed at Emancipet on Adam's Avenue. Very affordable from West Philadelphia to Northeast twice. Drivers were friendly and didn't mind waiting for check in and check out. I will absolutely use Collar Club pet taxi again and recommend it to friends.

Bree is truly the best! Sadie is our first dog ever and I was so nervous to leave her with anyone when we first got her. Bree was the first person to ever watch her for us, and we are so lucky to have found her! She sends us pictures whenever we ask for them, and when we leave her for the holidays she always gets special treats! Sadie absolutely loves Bree (and almost every time pees on her front steps out of excitement). Bree is super flexible, kind, and we can tell she genuinely loves every dog that comes to The Collar Club!

We hired Bree to house sit for a week in July, with our puppy and cat. Bree was a no-show for our first meet and greet; late for the rescheduled meet and greet; and nearly 2 hours late for the start of house sitting responsibilities. We thought, that’s ok, she is probably just busy. We provided clear written information on caring for the animals and plants. A neighbor texted to say that she had watered the front porch plants as they were getting crispy. I asked Bree if she would like help with the plants, offering that my neighbor could do all the watering. Bree told me that the plants were looking great and all was well. On the morning of our trip home, Bree informed us that she had fallen asleep without crating the puppy, and he had chewed the couch cover. She promised to pay to replace the cover. Accidents happen, we understood, and we were glad she offered to pay for the damaged item. When we returned home, however, we found that the dog had also chewed the rug and destroyed his bed; the dog enrichment puzzles and kongs we had asked Bree to use had not been touched. In addition, many plants were dead, the laundry machine was massively overfilled, and the air conditioning was set to 50 degrees (which could have broken the unit). We were pretty shocked at the state of things. We added up the cost of damage and provided Bree with an itemized list. We asked for less than half of the cost of damages. We heard nothing back, followed up three weeks later, and then received a message stating that we were causing Bree stress but that, yes, she would refund us the requested amount. By the next week, we hadn’t received the refund, so we followed up. Bree replied that her refunds go out net 15 days. We waited 20 days - still nothing. We followed up, and waited another 15 days - still nothing. This is 35 days total. We wrote to Bree that we would resort to small claims court if we didn’t receive the agreed refund. Bree replied that her accountant processes refunds and she has no control over it. So this is where we are. Given the damage and the lack of refund we may have to pursue legal options next week, and we definitely wouldn’t recommend.

We put a $440 deposit down in August to have our dog boarded. Sadly she did not pass an aggressiveness test and owner agreed to refund our money due to our circumstances. Weeks went by and we didnt get a refund even though they said they did it so we filed a complaint with our credit card company. The owner summited to the credit card company their terms of service for no refunds and because we only had text message proof they would not refund the money. We are out $440 and still waiting for them to return it to us

This was the first time my baby has stayed with Bree at the The Collar Club. Normally, both I and my baby have lots of anxiety. But today when we arrived my baby went straight to Bree and acted as if I didn't exist. She had a wonderful time and the anxiety we both normally have didn't occur today. It was as if we had known Bree forever. I will definitely use her services again and will tell others.

Bella is our baby and we changed the reservation twice because we wasn't sure if she would get Great care. Bree is the Best she is so loving and caring with Bella from treating her dry hair and recommending salmon oils to clipping those killer claws and she must of gave her a shower because she slept so good her backyard was full of entertaining for Bella and hubby was pleased I would be using this service forever Thanks Bree 😊🐕

My experience at the collar club was very reassuring and comfortable due to Bree and her diligence and communication with me during our time there. I absolutely LOVE The Collar Club! I’ve been looking for a safe + dependable place for my puppy for when I need day/night care, and they are perfect. My puppy stayed with them for the weekend and everything from booking to pickup was amazing. I got to see real time updates via an app they use, and even got a little report card at pickup time to let me know how he did. Very pleased with their services and I will be returning soon :)

Cutie Paws has been watching our cat almost once a month for about two years now. They are incredible and our cat loves them too. Incredibly responsive and trustworthy, and so easy to schedule with. I reached out to Ashley in a complete panic after the pet sitter I had hired was a no call no show to a meet n greet, a week before I was leaving the country for 2 weeks. Ashley called me back in less than 5 minutes because she could tell in my voice that I was about to burst into tears. Ashley was so kind and compassionate towards me. Within an hour, she found 2 pet sitters and scheduled meet n greets, accommodating my work schedule. The original agency did get in touch with me with a reasonable explanation for the no show and rescheduled for the next day. While I did decide to stick with my original agency, I would absolutely consider using Pooch Scoochers the next time I need a pet sitter. My experience with Pooch Scoochers has been nothing but positive. The owner Ashley is very easy to get in touch with and shows a genuine interest in me and my dog’s needs. When I first moved to East Falls and had my new dog with me, I considered using one of the dog walking apps. Because of my apartment complex, I realized it would be too complicated explaining to a new dog walker each time where to go and how to get in. Pooch Scoochers was already very familiar with my complex and had multiple clients there already! There is a noticeable benefit to having the same 1-2 walkers for your pet, and their walkers are all fantastic. 100% recommend!!

I’ve been trusting Pooch Scoochers with my pup for 7+ months now with daily walks and I recommend them to everyone I know! Emily provides such loving care to my boy, Finley, and always gives me detailed updates on his walks/visits along with the BEST pictures. Emily is also great at keeping a watchful eye on him - she will notice if something is off about him (both physical and behavioral) and be sure to bring it to my attention which I appreciate so so much. I was off from work one weekday and decided not to cancel the walk - seeing how excited my dog was to see Emily and watch their interactions together made me feel so at ease. I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the recent incident involving my dog Kash at your daycare facility. It has come to my attention that my dog was mishandled while under your care, and I am extremely troubled by this news. As a pet owner, I entrust my dog's well-being to your establishment with the expectation that they will be treated with the utmost care and respect. However, learning that my dog was not handled properly is both distressing and unacceptable. Dogs are vulnerable creatures who rely on us to provide them with a safe and nurturing environment, and it is disheartening to know that this trust was violated. It is imperative that all staff members are properly trained in handling and caring for dogs, and that strict protocols are in place to prevent any mistreatment or negligence this was the second time he was attacked and this time the men were shaking him up kicking the dogs just nasty I’m pressing charges they need cameras in there ether on here lying because they can’t see what goes on when they walk away be careful leaving your dogs alone with the men of the daycare !!!!!!

Jake loves Andrew’s! We don’t go often since I work from home, he usually goes for boarding if I have a quick trip. He gets tons of play time with the various dogs there. It’s such a good spot, wish they had a bigger space for all the cute client’s. Wish there were more neighborhoods businesses like this close to my home we would come more often.

We dropped our puppy off at 7am and when we came to pick him up he didn’t want to leave. We were nervous at first but we have all the confidence in the world in Andrew and his team. We’ve been using Andrew’s Pack ever since and can’t recommend him enough.

THE BEST!! My dog is nervous with strangers so finding a place to take him for daycare/boarding wasn't easy. But he immediately took to Andrew. Andrew employs the most incredible humans, all of which truly understand dogs and care about their wellbeing. They know each dog's demeanor and personality and manage them perfectly to make each dog feel safe and comfortable. My dog loves going to Andrew's!

We take our 2 year old labradoodle to Andrew's Pack and she always comes home happy and tired. The staff really seems to care about the animals they take care of, even remembering my dog's name and routine after only a handful of visits. Dropping off your pup isn't easy but I never have any doubts leaving my dog with Andrew and his world class team for the day or overnight. The prices are affordable, the dogs have space, and the team is always very gentle with the dogs and even accommodating for special needs. I started to bring my dog to Andrew’s pack a while ago and even before I had her I’ve always seen andrew and other dog walkers at all times of day taking care of the dogs. Our 1.5 year old dog has been absolutely loving her time at Z Dog. She’s normally pretty timid, but not at Z Dog. She feels comfortable enough to play all day and is so excited to see the owners. We tried other daycares, but this one takes the cake.

We’ve had a great experience with zdog. Our pup Luna is anxious, and they make a special effort to keep her with smaller groups of dogs so she’s comfortable. Zdog is the only place where she gets along with other dogs, which is great to help her socialize. They’re also always very accommodating of last minute bookings!

I've been with Z Dog for years now and they are by far the best dog care place in South Philly. Owners are responsive to all questions/schedule changes and are available via email, phone, and text whenever I reach out. My dog Lola loves it there and gets a full day of playtime. Z Dog is a life saver. Since I started daycare for my high energy puppy, she’s been so tired at the end of the day that there’s less chance for mischief at home 😝. She’s happy to go socialize with her friends as well as Natalie, Jose and the rest of the caring staff when I drop her off in the morning. And I get a great, big hug from her when I pick her up in the evening. Highly recommended.

After calling an exhaustive number of doggie day care centers. We found Z dogs for our Pearlie girl. She went for two visits to get acquainted before boarding and it was clear that the owner really cares about the dogs there. Pearl was very well taken care of when she was there, they communicated how she acted and we appreciated that. I want them to do well and I will definitely recommend them to any dog owners I know!

Our dog has been going to Z Dog for a few weeks now and we could not be more pleased with Natalie, Jose and the facility/location. We have put our giant pup in other day cares around the city but none of them compare. Mainly, we love that crate time is not forced upon them. There’s a very nice fenced in yard and the owners/staff post videos of the dogs playing together daily! What really made us feel most comfortable in choosing Z Dog was the tour we given during our orientation. My boyfriend and I are still having to go into work right now and Natalie and Jose have brought us great peace of mind knowing our dog is well taken care of. For that alone, we are forever grateful. I truly cannot recommend Z Dog enough!

For approximately 9 months, Z dog has provided excellent pet care for my rescue dog, Fin. I work 16-18 hr days and they have picked up Fin from my home, watched him play and rest in their daycare, and then dropped him off. When I come home, he is content and seems to have had a fun day. I have appreciated their close communication and flexibility through schedule changes, and we will sorely miss them! I would recommend Zdog pet daycare to anyone in the city with a playful pup!

Whenever Rory is slow to get out in the morning, she immediately perks up once she realizes we’re going to ZDog! I’m glad to know she’s in such loving hands while I’m at work. It’s obvious that everyone there loves dogs and treats the dogs that come like their own. I highly recommend ZDog Daycare.

I have used Z Dog Walkers since I moved here 2 years ago. I have consistently used them for walks, doggy day care and boarding. They are top notch in terms of kindness, dependability and flexibility. I have been in desperate situations when they were there to save me (and my dog Maggie:) and have enjoyed numerous vacations knowing Maggie was in the best hands with Natalie and Jose. I would highly recommend them if you desire the best care for your dog!

We love Howls and Meows! Colleen takes care of Harper like she’s one of her own. Harper starts to bark as soon as she’s pulling in the driveway and never has any hesitation when we leave. Colleen is responsive, sends us pics/videos and has a great Instagram account where we see can what’s happening with our pup while we’re away. Best thing is that Harper always has a friend at Howls and Meows like Squeegie and Biggie Paws :-)

We were initially looking for a place to bring our puppy for overnight boarding that didn't seem like 'doggie jail', and we have been so happy with Howls and Meows! Our crazy dog is definitely more comfortable in their home-like environment than she would be in a kennel. The pricing makes sense, and the business owner has consistently taken great care of our girl when we are out of town. Their flexibility for boarding, overnight in-home sitting, and ability to care for our cats when needed makes it an easy choice!

I have two cats Laverne and Shirley. Colleen is absolutely fantastic! She is always available and very professional. Whenever she is pet sitting she always texts me videos and pictures. She also lets me know how my girls are doing. My one cat Vern is very shy and hides when anyone comes over. Colleen was able to build a relationship with Vern so that she is comfortable. My girls love her! I highly recommend using Colleen and her company for your pet sitting needs!

Colleen is wonderful with our dog, Bruce! He’s a 2 year old lab mix who is full of energy and needs plenty of play time. He gets so excited the minute we pull up to her house- he loves going there! Best of all, Colleen has been such a help as we recently found out Bruce has epilepsy. She was right there with us sending suggestions and advice from her years of experience with similar dogs. She’s one of the few people we feel comfortable caring for him when we are away. I know she monitors his medicine schedule and makes sure he’s comfortable in a large crate in case he has a seizure at night. She really goes above and beyond for her clients. You can tell she cares for the animals as if they were her own pets!

Colleen and her business has been such an absolute blessing to our family since we brought our puppy home two months ago. As my father in law says, "She's like the Mary Poppins of dog walkers!" Colleen radiates positivity and kindness and I think she adores our puppy just as much as he loves her. Not only is Colleen always dependable she reliable, she has wonderful communication in updates for our puppy, goes above and beyond by setting up puppy playdates, and has even helped out with little things around the house while she's over (bringing up trashcans, cleaning up after the cat--- she's simply amazing). A couple weeks ago we had a family medical emergency. Colleen was so compassionate and incredible. She came back after her normal hours, packed up our puppy and his things, and boarded him at her place for a few days while we dealt with our emergency. Never did she ask for specifics on when I would be picking up our dog, or bog us and down with questions and demands. We just felt understanding and care from her, and it was such a relief knowing our puppy was in the best hands and we didn't need to worry about a thing. She even sent cute little photo updates on our puppy that were a silver lining in a otherwise very bad time for us! We are so beyond happy with Howls & Meows and can't recommend them enough. Give it a shot and see just how quickly Colleen becomes more than just a dog walker, but a part of your family!

We found Colleen through a Google search, gave her a call, and based on her knowledge, experience, and confidence, we decided to try it out. We went and met with her, saw her home and yard, and were reassured this would be much better than leaving our puppy at a kennel. We were right. She's great, a pack leader so our dog is always safe, and just a nice person. Her rates are reasonable and our dog always comes home happy and tired.

Colleen is great. She's really in tune with reading dog body language and genuinely loves dogs. She will set up a meet and greet with your dog and hers to make sure everyone will get along. I ended up really appreciating this part, as it made me feel a lot better about leaving my 10 month old puppy for a week. My puppy was actually excited to be dropped off afterwards, because she was excited to play with her new friend Squeegee. She was really responsive and the rates were reasonable. Our 7 month old lab puppy was in great hands with Caleb! He sent us a bunch of photos and kept us up to date on how she was doing. She had a blast! We highly recommend Caleb! We just moved to Philly and we are so lucky that we found Caleb! Not only he takes great care of our pup (Fuller), he also recommends us to so many great spots that we could take our pup. Caleb is so good with my dog! He was very patient as she learned to trust him (she developed a bit of separation anxiety during the pandemic). She clearly adores him now. Julie has been helping me find a friendly, loving, comfortable home for my dog Rocky for the past six years. It makes taking a trip so easy. I never worry about Rocky when we are out of town. He is cared for just as he would be in his own home. He has stayed with a few different families over the past years and each one has been wonderful! Sharing lots of pictures and letting him snuggle next to them on the couch just like he enjoys doing with us at home. Julie knows what she is doing and offers a valuable service!

We are very happy with the family Julie placed us with. We continue to drop off our dog, Boomer, with them when we travel. The best boarding option for your dog. Our dog Boris has stayed multiple times and it’s a relief to be able to go away knowing he is in excellent hands. By staying in a loving home with outdoor space and sometimes other furry friends to hand out with we know he is having a wonderful time. He loves it so much it’s like a vacation for the dog! Wag Days is amazing! My dog attended the 3-week puppy preschool and learned so much during his time there. The staff at Wag Days sent updates on his progress and tips on how we can practice at home. They truly care about all the pups that come through. We also love visiting for regular day care now that he has graduated. Couldn’t recommend way days enough!

We started bringing our puppy to Wag Days last fall to help with her socialization (and get out some of her puppy energy!) and we couldn't be happier with the care she continues to receive. She has so much fun "going to see her friends" and does her excited dog dance when we get within a block of Wag. We love that she gets a mix of indoor and outdoor exercise, has access to enrichment through our membership, and is friendly with all dogs she comes across through the great socialization she gets at Wag. We've also used the home-based boarding and loved that she got to hangout with people she knew from going to Wag while we were away. I also appreciate getting photos of her during the day and being able to check what she and her friends are up to on the Wag Days instagram account. Can't recommend this place enough and feel lucky that it's located in South Philly!

Our dog started at Wag when she was about 5 months. It's been almost a year now and she can't get out the door fast enough to get to school. Nora and the staff really love the dogs as their own. I love watching the stories and seeing Holly playing with her friends throughout the day. Thank you so much for all the fun safe space you provide the dogs.

We are a big fans of Wag Days! Our pup Olive is about 10 months now. We originally started with another puppy kindergarten class, and the trainers expressed their concerns with our pups play style -- they weren't sure if she would be a good fit for day care or the dog park. As experienced dog parents, this was really upsetting for us to hear, especially with such a young dog. We were determined to make sure she was properly socialized. My husband had won a free day at Wag in a raffle, and initially I was hesitant to redeem the offer because of the feedback we had. We reached out to Wag Days, explained everything, and they basically said, "We got you. Bring her down, lets have an eval and go from there". Long story short -- Olive crushed her puppy school training with them, has the best time ever at day care when she goes, plays well in the dog park, and has really great leash skills (with lots of treats, she is still a puppy after all). We have had such a great experience with Wag Days, and are really grateful for their help with our pup.

Our dog, Mo, absolutely loves going to Wag Days for daycare! She is basically dragging us to the door to go see her friends and comes home happy and tired from playing! We feel really comforted knowing that they love and care for our dog as much as we would! One of the best decisions we’ve ever made!

Wag Days is excellent for dog boarding and day care! I’ve been taking my dog for 3 years! My dog Biscuit LOVES playing (and getting attention), and they do an excellent job! I love that they give you tons of updates via Instagram and their portal about your dog at day care. I love seeing the enrichment activities they do - you can tell they really care about the dogs at day care! I cannot recommend them enough!

In-home boarding that makes my doggo feel right at home, complete with photo updates while I'm away and lots of love and social time that leaves her completely exhausted when she gets home. We (and our dog Bogey) are obsessed with Wag Days. They constantly send us pictures via email and also update their Instagram story throughout the day which is really great! Nora the owner is always very responsive if we have questions or concerns. We have also used Wag Days for boarding a couple of times and Bogey always returns happy and exhausted.

Our puppy Cooper did so well with Wag Days. Colby is an awesome trainer and I love all of the videos and pics they take of him during the day. Our pup picked up a tremendous amount of skills while refining some of what he already had in place. Can’t recommend Wag Days enough!

I literally cannot say enough about how wonderful Wag Days is. We have been taking our dog Charlie there for almost two years now & we have never had anything short of an amazing experience. Our pup sprints to daycare when we tell him that’s where he’s going & we feel so at ease knowing he’s happy there and having fun. Liz is awesome - super reliable/professional and my dog is obsessed with her. When he was a puppy she would help with his training and reinforce everything we were teaching him. We love Pamper and play! We have used their service for walking our dog and for housesitting. In both cases we found Liz and her team to be reliable, responsible and loving toward our dog. I also love how we can book a dog walk once in a while when we realize we're going to be gone for a long day. Liz is as happy and responsive to do a oner-off walk as to be coming regularly. The folks that housesit for P&P are wonderful. (TJ is great!_ I can tell they really bond with our dog. I highly recommend Pamper & Play. You won't regret it!

Very professional. We had Liz take care of our 2 dogs and 4 cats, in our own home, while away for our summer vacation in Myrtle Beach. They and we loved her!!! She stopped by 3x a day to make sure our furry family members were happy and healthy. Liz even went the extra mile of vacuuming to make sure we didn't come home to extra fluffy carpet due to summer shedding. She loved the animals as if they were her own, and spoiled them as if so. I think they were more upset to see Liz go then us when we left for vacation lol. She also kept us updated daily with how everybody was doing. They didn't seem to miss us one bit 😍

I have two German Shepherds and was dog sitting for a friend when I had a family emergency. I was needed at the hospital ASAP. I was nervous about these dogs being together and I needed someone fast that could handle the job. I had heard about Liz from a friend. I can't express my gratitude enough. She showed up as quickly as she could. She walked them, fed them, managed to have them all tuckered out by the time I got home (not an easy task) AND all three of them were snuggling on the same bed. As far as my experience goes, Liz is a miracle worker! I will definitely be relying on her services from now on.
