This was our first time hiring a catsitter and we were reluctant to have someone we didn’t know take care of Cece while we left town for the weekend. I found Fetch and was astonished by their overwhelmingly positive reviews, so I called and spoke to Matt who was extremely kind and helpful in clearly/concisely explaining how their business operates. I told my girlfriend about it and we weren’t sure what to expect but Pam was excellent and super nice! She actually set up a time to come down, meet us at our apartment, say hello to our cat, and ask us everything she needs to know about taking care of Cece before we left. She also sent us pictures every time she stopped in to show us that Cece was okay which is really important to us as her owners. I found Fetch Pet Care about a year ago, and I've absolutely loved working with them! Our cat sitter Becky always takes amazing care of our two cats, and it's so nice to feel assured that they and the house are looked after while we are gone. We use Sarah as our cat sitter and she is amazing! We know our cats are in great hands with her. In addition, this service is reliable, friendly, and always makes sure we have a sitter. This is important especially since we have to leave on short notice. I would recommend using Fetch and if you need a cat sitter, Sarah is amazing. We also use Wendy and she is great too. Wonderful people work here!

We had such a great first experience with Fetch. Our sitter was extremely professional and provided great care for our two cats while we were on vacation. She called or texted me each day she visited to let me know how they were doing which I really appreciated. She even was able to help us by coming over early one day at the last minute when there was a potential emergency situation with water leakage in our home. We will definitely be using Fetch and our sitter the next time we are out of town!

I contacted Fetch Pet Care to take care of my cat when I had to go out of town on relatively short notice. They were very accommodating and flexible, which I appreciated! Aimee took great care of my cat while I was away, and even sent me pictures of him to let me know he was doing ok! It was such a peace of mind to be able to keep my cat at home while I was away. Fetch is now my go-to group for pet care and I highly recommend them!

I have used Fetch for the last 10+ years. When I have traveled I have had the same two people come into my home to care for my cats. I have never worried and whenever I have returned home the cats’ attitudes have been “we didn’t miss you at all“. Beth W has boarded my dogs in her home for the last 5+ years. I typically get a video or two showing them at “Club Med” and I am always amazed at how tired and happy they are when I pick them up. My experience has been that everyone treats my pets like they are one of theirs… Highly recommend!!

After a bad experience with another pet sitting service (dogs were their priority), we discovered Fetch and used them for over a year when we lived in Pittsburgh. What I love about their model is that you get assigned an animal sitter which I prefer so that our cats get comfortable and familiar with one person. Obviously if they are unavailable, Fetch can arrange for a back up. Our cat sitter was Paulette and she was warm and wonderful to our two cats! She would usually send photos during each visit which gave us piece of mind. She would come twice a day, usually for 30 minute visits. And she was always ready to care for our furbabies on short notice. I highly recommend Fetch and Paulette for peace of mind when you have to go away! Billing is done monthly and you can add a tip if you are short on cash before going away.

Took my cat there for his matted hair. Was welcomed and very pleasant ladies. Left my cat and when I went back to get him he was beautiful. No matted hair he was very clean and looked wonderful. I am so pleased I will return for him to just get groomed. Thank you for the excellent service and care of my animal.

Fancy Paws has been the most pleasant home away from home for my 2 pups for 14 years. The staff is very friendly and the grooming stylists keep the boys very handsome. Thank you Staci and staff for the best experience!!!!!!

I have never boarded my four-legged companions before. If they couldn't accompany me, I didn't go. I was nervous and didn't like the concept of boarding my 3 mo. old puppy, however, Fancy Paws took extraordinary care of my little girl. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about personal relations and putting their clients, human and animal at ease. Thank you Fancy Paws for the exceptional care of Hera. She sends puppy kisses.

Took our KoKo there to get groomed. She was super happy and very well taken care of while there. Have already recommended them to a friend for her dog. Will definitely be back. Was also a much better price then others we spoke with and did more at no extra charge.

Boarded our pups there in August. They did great. Have gotten our dogs and previously a cat groomed there for several years. Always a wonderful job. ❤️

Called us on the morning of our trip to tell us we did not have a recent poop sample on file so our dogs couldn't stay. Didn't try contacting us any time sooner as we had no record of an incoming call or voice mail from the business. Not even a couple days to, you know, give us time to collect a sample and get said sample analyzed or a voicemail to let us know they tried to reach out. Thus leaving us to scramble the day of our flight to find care for our dogs. Absolutely would not recommend, super unprofessional and would suggest finding alternative care for your animals. What kind of kennel business thinks it's acceptable to call the morning of planned accommodations to cancel? It's either badly managed or poorly staffed either way, would you trust your dogs with people that are that unorganized? Edited to clarify that while the business may have tried to contact us they left zero proof of doing so with a voice mail. Honestly being gaslit by a business that does this is fairly unscrupulous.

They treat our Preacher boy like royalty. It is so easy to schedule our appointment for grooming. He looks so handsome.. highly recommended. Stacey and her wonderful staff are so pleasant and treat their furry friends with great care and love!

Bath, ear cleaning, nails trimmed and groomed for a price cheaper than competitors. The owner and the staff was very personable and treated my dog like they're own. There services we're completed in a timely manor.

When we started to plan a trip to Italy, I couldn’t get too excited until I knew who would watch our dogs. Our regular sitter could only cover the first several nights, so I had to find someone to cover the rest of the trip. I looked for hours to find someone who meets our high standards and could stay at our home, especially since we would be an ocean away. Once we did a meet and greet with Gabby I knew she would be perfect. Our dogs loved her and she sent us tons of photos, videos and updates. There is no doubt these pups had constant love and attention. I never had to worry about them which allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation. When we came home they were calm and healthy. I would not be able to say that if we left them at a kennel. We feel like we made a new friend and am so happy to know I can trust her with our kids. Our home was clean and all secure when we returned, what a great experience. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Salute!

I don't even know where to begin. Let's just say I have two high maintenance dogs, one being elderly and one being a Jack Russell (enough said on that one!) I always struggle to relax when I am away, because the older dog has separation anxiety, and at nearly fifteen years old, I know her days are numbered. It is hard for me to have peace of mind not being able to be the main caretaker of her. Then I found Gabby. I have never had a vacation where I was able to relax and not be worried about how everything was going at home. Gabby went above and beyond, even with the crazy medication and supplement schedule I have the senior gal on, and the demanding nature of a high drive breed. She sent updates and pictures every single day. I did not have to wonder what was happening or how everything was going. I honestly could write pages about how amazing our experience with Gabby was, but let's just say this.. BOOK HER NOW. I'm already looking for dates for vacation next year so I can be sure to have her in advance. Could not have asked for anything more from her at all. If I could give an infinite amount of stars, I would!!

I have 2 tiny dogs that have super sensitive stomachs and eat 4 times a day. I had to travel out of state for almost a week and was extremely preoccupied about leaving my 2 little ones. I found Melrose pet resort, and let me tell you that Gabby is the most amazing, comprehensive, and pet lover dog sitter you could found. She took care of my babies like they were hers, she went above and beyond to accommodate them so they could be separated from bigger dogs, as I asked, they could have their meals at their regular schedule and she also kept updating me constantly with videos and pictures of my little ones. They had such a great time with her, got to make a few little friends that were staying at her place, and even participated in a Christmas photoshoot!. She gave me piece of mind while on my trip, and I definitely will be using her services next time I travel.

I cannot recommend Gabby and Melrose Pet Resort enough! As a bulldog owner I’m always looking for the best care possible since our boy tends to need a little extra attention, and we absolutely found it with Gabby. She followed our directions to a “T”, and went above and beyond. She also sent us videos and updates throughout our vacation, putting my mind at ease about how our boy was doing. She also took great care of our home while we were away. Gabby is the best and we can’t wait to plan our next vacation and get on her schedule!

Gabby’s attention to detail is on another level. She did an amazing job with our dog, Remi. He is a creature of habit, and his transition from us being out of town to Gabby staying with him and taking care of his routine was seamless. She thinks of everything to ease your mind of what is going on. Her love for animals is apparent, and I appreciate that so much. Remi has specific medications that have to be taken, and I was not worried about Gabby covering everything perfectly. All the wonderful pictures she sent was a bonus, she should consider being a pet photographer! Thank you so much for taking care of our spoiled boy, Remi!

I cannot rave about how great Gabby and Kris were with my dog! Being a sitter myself I know I can trust them with my anxious little boy going forward. I have never left my dog with anyone but my family before and him being an older and anxious dog I was not sure how he’d do. But almost immediately Gabby and Kris made him feel so comfortable and right at home. He received all the attention and affection he needed and I also received all the updates and pictures I needed to know he was doing great. Knowing how well he was taken care of now makes me wonder why I was even worried about him to begin with! During our 9 day vacation we were nervous to leave our shy cat alone since this would be the longest time away. We expressed this to Gabby, who reassured us before and during our trip. She listened as we oriented her to our home and pet. She sent so many lovely pictures and videos while we were away to reassure us our pandemic pet was doing well. Talk about an AMAZING dog sitter and person, Melrose Pet Resort is a far better pet sitter that I ever came across. I came from out of state, and we were recommended to Melrose Pet Resort while we look for a home. Contacted her and immediately got a quick response. I never in my life have as much interaction with her as other dog sitters in the past. I have a Deaf dog and one with diet needs... Gabby constantly send photo's and video's of there activities, and I could see how happy my fur babies were. She is very personal and active with my pets and I am excited to have her again and as well as Chico and Bella. I am glad I am moving to Florida knowing when I need Gabby again, I will never have to worry about my fur babies again, knowing they will be in great care.... WOOF WOOF APPROVED

Hands-down, the best pet sitter I've ever had the honor to work with. It was like leaving the dogs with a family friend. If I even had the slightest worry about them or their care, it vanished in the rain of delightful photos and videos and the constant updates about breakfast, dinner, lizard hunts and games of Ball. It is just possible that my dogs had a better time than I did while I was on vacation. They stayed in their very own room, in crates for everyone's safety, but were out and about quite a lot of the time (certainly WAY more than they would be in a kennel or daycare) and they were treated like family. They got to "help" make dinner and cuddle on the sofa and watch TV. Obi even got to chase MANY BALLS AT THE SAME TIME. Heaven! Obi and Ursa can't wait to stay with Aunt Gabby again!

We recently put our baby Jasmine here after searching for a boarding facility for weeks. And I can't say how happy we are that we decided to choose Melrose Pet Center opposed to one of those facilities. Not only did she get personalized care, she got love and affection the entire time. We know so because Gabby sent us updates daily; mornings, afternoons when she could, and night. She sent Pictures and videos and Jasmine looked like she was having the time of her life. I also loved the cute bandanas she had while we got the pictures. We were even lucky enough to get a pic of Jas with Santa in their home (Thanks Kris!! Lol). Jasmine also enjoyed playing with her dogs, tiring them out all day! If we could give more than 5 stars, we absolutely would! Thank you again for treating our pup like she was one of your own!

I love taking ROCKO to Lucky Dawgs!! I have a dog that needs a lot of playtime and exercise, and this is THE perfect place to exhaust all of that. I also am BEYOND THRILLED as Nicole was able to cut his nails, the task that I have had 4 different people try to complete and failed miserably!! I can’t say enough about the fantastic place!

It was our first time boarding our 2 pups one being 14 and the other 3 and I couldn’t recommend this place enough. The staff is super friendly! We paid for a bath and they smelled great and their nails were short which is great. We will definitely be using lucky dawgs again!!!!

Lucky Dawgs treats my pup like their own. We drop our pup off on our way to work in the morning. He runs around and has a blast with all his puppy friends, then comes home exhausted. He loves going there to play! We've even boarded him when we've gone on vacation. I see the pictures of a happy pup and know he's well cared for. I highly recommend Lucky Dawgs to anyone's pup looking for some puppy play time.

The facility and staff at Lucky Dawgs are the best! My boy gets to run and play with his friends all day in a safe and fun setting. Because my dog is exercised and socialized appropriately, he is much better behaved at home and around other dogs even when not at daycare. We love Lucky Dawgs and highly recommended them for daycare, boarding and grooming!

Our dog Cooper stayed at Lucky dogs while we went on vacation. He loved playing with the other dogs and the staff was great! He was happy to see us and smelled great as we asked for him to be bathed and get his nails cut. We will certainly use Lucky dogs again in the future!

took my two huskies here for the first time while going on vacation for 5 days. they barely gave me any information besides what to bring with them, and when i spoke to someone on the phone before drop off they told me it would be around 200$. i had to have my dad pick them up the last day because my flight got delayed, and was very disappointed to learn they charged him $600. now, i can understand if they meant $200 per dog on the phone, but i’m wondering where the extra 200$ came from. checked their website with little to no information. if i could of picked them up myself i would of questioned why it was that much, and why i wasn’t told the price beforehand. even worse, BOTH of my dogs came home sick with kennel cough, and got my third dog sick as well. $120 a DAY for both dogs, and they both came home sick?? sad because they posted photos of them playing with other dogs on facebook, which was really nice until i came home from vacation to a ridiculous bill & three sick dogs to take care of.

We picked up our dog today after 10 days of vacation. He was very happy and didn’t show any signs of stress. He was a little tired from playing with the other dogs. Pictures were on Facebook from his stay and he looked very happy in every one! We love this place!

We have used Lucky Dawgs for day care and for boarding (for family vacations). Our dog loves going there! The team is great with him and they are very pleasant and easy to work with. The facility is clean and our dog has never had any issues. We will continue to use them and we think you should too!

We’ve entrusted our German Shepherd’s care to Lucky Dawg’s for daycare ever since he was two months old and will use them for boarding as well if the need ever exists. They’ve been such a blessing to us and are the kindest people you could ever have watching your pup! I’ve never raised a GSD before and the staff has been so helpful along the way with any questions or concerns that I’ve had. They truly have your dog’s best interest in mind. They’ve made it so easy to get our boy socialized and exercised well even though he can be reactive. I’m very impressed with the quality of care they offer. They slowly exposed him to the facility and the other dogs until he was comfortable and it was safe for everyone. “Daycare” is definitely now our dog’s favorite word. Our boy leaves the facility so happy and calm every single time he’s attended daycare- which is a big deal because he is HIGH energy. They are very accommodating with last minute bookings and early/late drop-offs/pickups. They care about you as a customer as well and do a lot of little extra things that can make a bad day unexpectedly so much better, such as sharing cute photos of your dog having fun, capturing seasonal photos during holiday seasons, gifting you an ornament for your Christmas tree, etc. Life can can be so stressful at times but it brings me peace of mind knowing that when I have a lot going on, I can bring my fur baby to Lucky Dawgs and he will be taken care of and thriving.

I never thought I would be at a doggy daycare. This is the best thing I could have ever done for our GSP! The socialization with other dogs and the love ❤️ she recieves is amazing!! If you're looking for a place to socialize your dog or just run energy out lol. Definitely look into Lucky Dawgs!

I used Fetch many times, Gina was my cat sitter and my cats LOVED her, we are new to the area and I was so happy that we were able to find someone to watch our two kitties, who you can see in the photos! We hired them from August 3rd to August 11th and Paulette, the owner, was the one who watched them. We were so happy to have the owner take over for Gina, but it was the worst experience we have ever had and I have spent the entire last month trying to get this fixed. Our last visit was at 7:30 pm on August 11th and we returned at 6:00 am on August 12th. When we arrived our cats had no water at all, they have a large fountain and it was completely empty. What if I didn't get home until later that night? Their litter box was also almost empty, instead of the 3 inches we left it with there was only about 1/2 inch of litter, while the giant tub of litter was right outside the bathroom door. I leave a note detailing instructions, nothing complicated, but I don't believe it was ever read, cans were put in the open recycling instead of a closed garbage where we put them for safety. None of my outside plants were watered, the cats treat container was broken and just left on the counter, where the cats could get it. No one reached out to me the entire time I was gone to ask any questions at all. Gina would text me each time she visited, while I know that was extra it was appreciated. Honestly I would think that a trainee came into my home, not the owner of the company. I never write things like this but it was appalling . I have now spent the past MONTH trying to reach some sort of solution to this issue. I have emailed them 8 times, no response, and I know that they check the email because they have chose to text me, but then not respond to any emails. I texted them, I only asked for a partial refund for how honestly horrible the service was, but have got nothing back. I have never been treated this way I have no idea what is going on with this company. I travel 3-4 times a year and have hired Fetch for every trip, but never again. I am honestly so hurt and disappointed that they would treat my cats this way after I trusted them in their care and then never rectify the situation. I will NEVER use them again and warn others against using them. I spent a month trying to fix this so I don't have to be that person writing a bad review, but here we are.

Fetch! has been such a great service on our past few trips. We have had Monique and Adrienne help out. They take such great care of my cat and it gives me great piece of mind that she’s safe and happy. - They do a mini consult to meet the pet and go over the details of their visits. - for my pet, they clean the litter, refresh the water, refill the food, give snacks, and play/snuggle - after the visit you get photos from the session and a journal - they will even bring in delivery packages and cans, no problem!

Very easy to schedule pet sitting and the sitter is always responsive. They provide great care to my cats when I am out of town. I've been using them for the last few years anytime I am out of town and I have never had an issue. I would and have recommended them to friends.

I cannot recommend Fetch highly enough! The app is so well-organized; you will receive a "yes or no" checklist of things your pet-sitter did during each visit (fed, watered, scooped litter box, etc.) and if they return for multiple visits, they will also note how your pet reacted to those things (did they eat? want to play? use litter box?). They also send a personalized note and photo of your pet each visit; it was such a relief to be able to watch my cat get more and more comfortable hanging out with Paulette in real-time while I was away. :) They put so much care and attention into pet-sitting and communicating with pet-owners while doing so. Thank you so much for taking such great care of my cat!!

Highly satisfied and very happy with this company. Monique did a fantastic job cat sitting our two furbabies. She took notes of our instructions and gave us peace of mind making sure that our kitties are going to be safe and sound. I never have to worry about the care of my pets since I found Fetch! They are so dependable, the price is great, and the app is easy to use. I also love that the same wonderful Fetch! pet care person (thank you Lenore!) has always been available to care for my pets- cause when you have cats that take a bit to warm up to people, that is piece of mind! I have recommended Fetch! to two coworkers and they too are happy customers.

Monique understood exactly the situation I was facing, helping a family member who had to leave town for an emergency (and I'm in a different state). They were able to find a wonderful pet sitter for us in a flash, who was just wonderful with Cookie the kitty. Those of us who have pets know that they are not just "pets". They are members of our families. I had a family emergency and had to go out of town. Monigue took care of my bird at my home while I was away and she was absolutely great! Honestly, I think she took better care of "Nancy" than I do! She sent me a picture every time she visited which made me feel a lot better about leaving her in someone else's care. Another thoughtful item is that Monique did a "meet and greet " with Nancy and me before I left. She was also extremely responsive when I would send her a text regarding any additional information she may have needed, etc. I would use their service again in a heartbeat.

Monique did an awesome job checking in on my two cats for 9 days. She was reliable and took care of everything they needed. One of the cats knocked over a glass and she let me know immediately, swept it up, and checked to make sure neither of them were hurt. I would use her again for peace of mind while away!

I had never boarded my fur baby until recently. The staff was great with her & gave her lots of attention like she were their own dog. As expected, she didn’t sleep well the first night from bring home sick but I loved having the in suite cams to check on her. The place is extremely clean!! Would definitely recommend!! 😊 …

I had never boarded my senior cat Baby Girl before and was so worried about leaving her. I found that the staff treated her with such patience and kindness! They are truly wonderful people. The facility was also spotlessly clean. I'm so grateful for the care they provided my cat!!

We have been taking our puppy to daycare and are so thankful we found Barksburgh. The facility is clean, staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about dogs , and more importantly my dog love it! The cleanest, calmest kennel I have ever seen! The staff took great care of my dogs on their first visit (an overnight stay). Very reassuring that our own vet is just a text or call away. We will definitely board our pets there in the future.

We ended up with a "COVID puppy" and the one thing that I was not prepared for was how I would NOT want to leave her alone. Ever. Now, thanks to Barksburgh, on the rare occasion that I am going somewhere that my girl can't go, I know that she will be in the best care. She is hilarious whenever we turn into the parking lot and starts going nuts, unable to get out of the car fast enough. And I can see why-everyone there fusses over her and she eats up every second. The TLC time and cameras are a huge plus. The cost is extremely reasonable, especially when you know that your furbaby is being cared for like their own.

We are Sooo Happy that we found Barksburgh for our boarding needs. The facility was clean and warm for our babies, I loved that I could log in and see my pups when I wanted, and the staff was super sweet and attentive. We Highly recommend Barksburgh and will definitely use them again if we’re in the area.

My Daisy baby loves it there! I need to start taking her back just even once a week. We boarded her for a weekend and it was Daisy first time away. She is a rough collie and shows her emotions and I thought she would miss us, but it was like the opposite. Lol. Thank you!

If I could give Mylyssa a zillion-star review I would do it. She is absolutely phenomenal with our super sensitive older Mastiff. Fred just loves her and she takes such good care of him. I cannot say enough good things about her, and I’m sure the other caregivers are very good as well since I can see the high standards for love and care she practices.

Petite Feet Petcare has been my Great Dane’s sitter for 3 years and Diva loves her girls like family. They have been nothing short of amazing with her, I highly recommend them!! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!

Luna, our rescued Great Dane, means the world to us! We were very picky with choosing a pet sitter. Luna is a big girl and craves love and attention. Mylyssa met with us and answered all our questions. We also met two additional girls since we use them often and Luna loves them all. She had many sleepovers and visits from the girls!! Mylyssa and all of the sitters at Petite Feet are always the most pleasant and reliable sitters! They've taken care of our 3 dogs and 1 cat a few different occurrences now, and we won't use anybody else. They send pictures and updates every day, and they make us feel confident that our dogs are in the best care possible.

I can leave my cats for a weekend or a vacation without worry, knowing they are in the wonderful care of Petite Feet Pet Care. Knowing my cats are being cared for so well and receiving picture updates of them everyday is the only way I can leave them without worrying. When my 7 month old kitten was diagnosed with a disease that had treatments that required daily injections for a period of ~3 months, I wasn’t sure how I was going to manage it on my own but Dr. K from KVet recommended Mylyssa & her services to me for when the vet office wouldn’t be able to help. Mylyssa was very accommodating, fitting us in her schedule and was a huge help to me with my cat’s treatments and was very pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend Mylyssa & her company for any medical needs your pet has and I know I’ll be keeping them in mind for typical pet sitting services for vacations or work travel as well!

Have brought my 12 year old lab here many times. 1st visit for my 6month old puppy. Very accommodating to my fur babies. Bringing them back in 10 days. Plenty of supervised play time, clean accommodations and going above and beyond for finicky dogs. Extra caring caregivers that can not be beat. Even has pick up services if you can't bring your dogs to them. Affordable prices as well. Always happy to leave my fur babies with country lane.

Love this place! We've been using them for kennel services for about 17 yrs. Many of the same staff has been there the entire time. They treat our dogs like there are their dogs. I always feel safe leaving them in their hands.

A nice variety of high quality foods and treats. I also board my Rottweiler here from time to time. I love the staff, they are so helpful and they love my dog, which makes me so comfortable when i leave her. She loves the staff too!

Bella loved her stay there. They are great with taking care of her. She is on daily meds, special diet, and doesn't get along well with most other dogs. She socialized with other dogs and they groomed her. She was on a nice vacation while we were.

We have taken our dogs to Mancusos Pet Hotel for 40 years. The dogs love going there, and they get the best care. Mancusos prides themselves that someone is always there overnight (not as prevalent in other kennels as you would like to believe). They are the best.

Very clean and friendly treats all the animals like they are there own plenty of space for dogs to run around and get exercise very spacious kennels just a great place all around. Highly recommend if bordering cats or dogs.

Excellent! First time boarding my 3 babies and I was nervous and worried about leaving my pups anywhere. Val and Autumn are amazing! They did a great job and I was at ease the entire week they stayed. I was able to view pics and they kept in touch letting me know how they were doing. Autumn had all 3 bathed and smelling fresh and ready to cuddle when I picked them up. I definitely recommend them and will use them again, that's for sure! They took care of my babies just like family, thanks girls.. you are awesome! XO!

My two high spirited Aussies visited for the first time in Nov 2024. They were very wound up when I dropped them off & I was extremely nervous to leave them. I returned to pick them up after four hours and found them happily playing with the entire group of six dogs in the outside room. It brought me such comfort! We just had our first stay here. Our dog has sensitive skin and developed a hot spot that became infected, but the team here was on top of everything. They knew when to seek care, they gave us updates, and even checked up on our boy a week after our stay. We truly felt like they cared and that they did everything to help him out. Definitely recommend. All the staff was great! We will definitely be back!

We had a great grooming experience with Sam! I had a full groom done on my senior Golden Retriever, and our puppy got his first nail trim. Communication was great, and the boys came out looking amazing and so very happy! Highly recommended! ❤️

Sam did a great job grooming my 3 month old golden retriever for the first time. She was patient and found a way to help him feel relaxed during the grooming process!

Our 8 month old pup loved her time at her very first doggie daycare! The staff was very communicative and posted pictures of our girl on their social media which made me feel as ease knowing she was having so much fun!

Finally a doggy daycare that my dog likes. She's excited to get out of the car (instead of trying to get back in like she does at other popular daycares). The staff is super friendly. Knew which one was my dog from the first visit.

My girl, Molly doesn’t travel well in the car & I had to board her while on vacation. It broke my heart. She’s 3 & the 1st time we’ve left her. The staff was great with her. I checked in several times that week & they gave me honest feedback. (She was a bit upset we left her.) They helped Molly adjust without having her family & gave her extra attention to ease her transition. I cannot thank them enough for taking care of my baby! I highly recommend Friendly Paws & will def use them in the future.

I highly recommend Bowser for your dog. Our dog went for in home, boot camp and sleep away camp. The in home training was great but we just didn’t have the time we needed to dedicate to it. We enrolled him at boot camp and he came back a brand new dog. Walks are so easy now and I enjoy them. No pulling or barking at cars. When I dropped him off for sleep away camp he was so happy to be back at Bowser’s. It made me feel good that he was going back to a place that he loves and where he is loved.

Bowser’s knows how to train humans to communicate with canines, and are such patient and knowledgeable trainers. They know what the dogs need, and how to train the human to let the dog know what is needed and to recognize what the dog is trying to communicate. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I rescued my Hans in May and he had a lot of fears but is now so calm and happy, the most chill of pups!

Jayara was the best! She made sure we understood how to communicate with our pup, Pallas. I’ve went through quite a few trainers looking for help and I’m so happy to say that I don’t need another one after Jayara. She took incredible care of our doggo both in lessons and in boarding. She was honest with us when it came to what was needed to get the results we want. Before Bowser’s and Jayara I couldn’t take my pup anywhere without her being reactive and ever since her board and train we’ve been going out and she was on her perfect behavior at Page’s opening night in line for 1.5 hours. I absolutely loved my experience and would recommend anyone to Bowser’s. Thank you so much for helping us give Pallas a fulfilling life with many more adventures.

I thought I was a good dog trainer. I’ve had prior dogs that had exceptional behavior. Until last fall when we got the most insane, excitable, stubborn puppy I have ever encountered. He was an absolute nightmare and was turning our house upside down. Upon a recommendation we called Bowser. From the moment Nate stepped in our house we knew we had our answer. Our dog is now obedient, calm, and enjoyable to be around. He is also FINALLY living in harmony with our 2 cats. We also boarded Fritz while we were on vacation. We received many updates and he was returned to us better than he was dropped off. Even though our training is over, Bowser has become part of our family and are still more than willing to help if we have a question. Highly recommend.

Nate, Jodi, and the rest of the bowsers team went above and beyond training our dog, Thor. Please read this and understand you will NEVER find better trainers than Bowsers. My husband and I were worried to spend more money on training because we had tried it with different companies in the area and it NEVER worked. We felt lost and had given up even walking our dog in the neighborhood due to his reactivity but within TEN MINUTES we knew that Bowsers was the real deal. They are SO passionate about their job and can tell they truly love and care for each dog they train and they do it FOR THE DOG! They came out and did a free consultation, 4 at home sessions, a 2 week boot camp, and we will be doing 4 more follow thru sessions. They were very thorough and sent a quote within 1 hr of leaving our evaluation. Our dog came home from his 2 week boot camp healthy, happy, and 100% trained. They gave you thoroughly instruction on how to continue the training and ensure your dog a great life. During his debriefing session there was a moment that I had thor in a heel and I did a quick turn and he followed me 100% and it almost had me in tears because I NEVER thought I would be able to walk my dog in public again. Thor and I have gone to hobby lobby already and he got belly rubs from STRANGERS! Seeing my dog enjoying and LOVING his life again is a beautiful gift…and BOWSERS GAVE US THAT! ❤️

Bowser's Dog Service is an outstanding organization! My 2.5-year-old pitbull, Bear, benefitted greatly from the attention and structure provided during their two-week boot camp. I couldn't be more pleased with the results! They sent me daily pictures and videos of his progress, which warmed my heart. They understand the intricacies of canine communication/body language and are highly skilled at explaining their professional skills to the average dog owner. They made a massive difference in my household. The whole team demonstrated themselves to be experts in their field. We were really struggling with Leo’s separation anxiety, making it very hard to leave the house and Nate helped us turn it around in our very first session. He is unusually skilled at understanding how dogs think and the skills he taught us have extended well beyond the initial issue that we went to him for. I took my dog in for the 2 week bootcamp and what a difference it made in my dogs behavior. My dog came back completely different would highly recommend. Nate and his crew do an excellent job. Its definitely difficult being away from your dog for two weeks but I receiving daily updates to see kali’s progress and it made me feel much more comfortable.

I cannot recommend Bowser’s more! Jodi and Nate helped our pup Kiska so much - they are very sweet with our girl and so patient with us. While Kiska was at their bootcamp, Jodi would regularly send us video updates and information regarding her training. They even came to visit us at our home In Philly in order to finish up some training we weren’t able to do at their kennels.
