Our 2 dogs have never been boarded in separate areas. We were skeptical. However, our dogs were happy, relaxed, and responded as they were well cared for when we picked them up. We are grateful to Dog Daze for having the ability to board them and especially thankful for the kind and compassionate care they obviously provided to some of our most precious family members. We would highly recommend any families looking for 5 star pet boarding to seriously consider Dog Daze for your next boarding experience!

My dog Bodacious has used Dog daze since he was a puppy. He loves Charlie and Katie and all of the crew there! He's always excited to go and is happy when I pick him up. They're awesome!

I love Dog Daze for the ease of dropping off and picking up Molly. The staff is always friendly and love what they are doing. But most of all Molly loves it When I drop her off for boarding, or daycare, she gets so excited, and can hardly wait for the door to open. I have always felt comfortable leaving her for boarding, because I iknow she will be well taken care of.

Just picked up my dog after boarding her for over a week. She has had anxiety with boarding before which leads to excessive licking and tends to come back very shut down and tired. This was not the case at all today, I got back a happy, wiggly, clean dog with no lick spots, no wounds and couldn’t be happier. The owners were nothing but kind and understanding of my worries and all of my questions were answered with thought and care. I especially appreciated hearing about her connection with the staff as she was able to spend time with all of them in different ways. I will 100% be bringing her back and highly recommend!

Our dog Ace loves going to Dog Daze! He has never been with anyone but family, so he was hesitant going inside the very first time we took him, but every time we've been back he has run right in because he was so excited to see everyone. He has such an amazing time here, and is always tired out when we pick him up. The staff here is so wonderful and always super helpful with any questions we have. They take care of him just like we would, and Ace shows it! Highly recommend!

We love Dog Daze! Buster loves all the workers and is a tired pup when he gets home. We look forward to continuing to take our corgi here!

Charlie and his team are by far the best boarders we have ever encountered!! We are working with our rescue pup on crate training and separation anxiety training, and after just ten minutes of talking to Charlie in a get-to-know-you phone call, I felt like I should pay him for all of the training nuggets he so freely offered to me! Banjo’s comfort in the crate and when we leave him at home has improved so much since we started executing Charlie’s advice. Banjo returns to us very happy and balanced every time after picking him up whether it be for day care or a week long boarding trip—and you can’t beat their price! We will be taking Banjo here and using them as a training resource for years to come; I can’t recommend Dog Daze enough!

We have used dog daze a few times over the past year for long term boarding for our dogs Bulleit & Rye. The puppy had a tough adjustment period, but the staff worked to make both dogs more comfortable. They immediately let us know there was an issue and remedied it. The dogs always come back exhausted. We recommend Dog Daze to our friends. We wish we lived closer for day care.

My wife and i had a great experience in years past with previous owner who was very attentive to our dog. We ask for anything to be done for Flora it was done. She would just charge us, Her staff Never kept us long on the phone for an amount to be paid and was just an ultra nice and courteous owner always greeted Flora with hello sweetheart. The new owner Charlie is not by any stretch. My wife asked if they could cut our dogs nails while boarded and the owner said "i guess" He takes our dog Flora away, there's not a( well see you guys), (good bye) nothing just grabs our Flora and saids come on lets go. My wife looks at me and she stated that was odd, i stated maybe long day. So a few days later we go to pick up Flora, i ask on phone "you take check"? Owner states "Yeah whatever" then is breathing heavy.when I ask for total on Floras visit he leaves me on the phone for 10 minutes as if he wasn't sure what dog or was ours lol! When he arrives back on phone breathing heavy he states total- i could not hear total as garbage pickup truck was running, so i state total back and ask-So i make it to Dog Daze right and he just hangs up. When Flora comes outside he yells get back to the car, I figure he thinks i have a virus or something ok, meanwhile I'm wearing protective gear. But then i ask i need to give a check so where do i leave it? He walks up to me and just takes it and yells" bye"! Meanwhile Flora is not brushed, nails not not trimmed, Panting heavy making gagging noises from lack of water. I get home she runs straight to her water bowl and is drinking heavily and I'm two minutes from there business. So I myself a business owner could not treat my customers in this manner without feeling horrid. I really do wonder how the pets our treated there. I don't run a pet business and imagine there's hurdles to it amid frustrations but you must treat the customer and especially the pets with dignity and understanding. Also you need to remember what your customer asks, who they are helps. If a payment method is not accepted let customers know, not a guessing game. If you find your in a mood fix it or ask another member to assist. We will never go back to Dog Daze, We don't need that experience and definitely our Flora doesn't. If i could demand a refund i would but i know it would be falling on deaf ears along with heavy breathing.

My dogs have not been to DogDaze, as I live in California. I wish DogDaze was here. I'm writing in behalf of my son who is in the military, and currently on deployment over seas. I will try to keep this as short as I can, yet still try to express how thankful and appreciative of Charlie and his wife Kate that I am. My son's two dogs were being cared for while he's on deployment by someone he considered a friend. It came to our attention that this individual's circumstances changed, and the dogs were no longer being take care of properly. Our instincts were telling us that both dog's care was being neglected, and timing was critical to get them out of the situation they were in, and into the care of someone we knew would take good care of them. Charlie had cared for one of the dogs on my son's last deployment, as the second dog came into the picture after that. My son was able to reach out to Charlie and explain the situation. Charlie says "I got your back", and agreed to take both of the dogs. He didn't just "take" them. Charlie and his wife went out of their way, above and beyond to do what was required to get the two dogs out of their situation and into their care at DogDaze. I am sparing so many details, but it is unbelievable what they have done, and they are nothing short of a god send. It is very evident how much they truly care about these little guys. We highly recommend DogDaze!!!

I was shocked at the price when I picked up our dogs. From what I understood, the rate was for the room and not the two dogs. I see a $15 discount applied but we are upset this wasn't explained during our calls and emails. Both dogs seemed to have fun. They submitted photos and everything looked normal. However, I'm taken aback by how much they smelled after staying there. They smelled like strong cat pee. Our dogs have a white coat, and they were yellow all down her legs and belly. This makes me question the sanitation of the kennel. We boarded our dogs at other facilities and didn't even need to wash them. Here, I had to completely groom them when we came home. I'm unlikely to come back due to the unforseen costs and smell. Staff were friendly and professional, but that doesn't make up for the other factors. Edit/addition after 4 days: I noticed my dogs had regressed in their potty training. It made me wonder if they kept my animals in the kennel and didn't let them out. I went over and spoke with Shay about their protocols. To my suprise, they have a very clean kennel and they remembered my animals and explain their side of the story. They would have requested a groom but their salon was full, but they hosed my dogs off after one had an accident inside. This honesty and tour of the facility has made me rethink my original rating to 3/5. I'm still upset about the cost. I've never been to a kennel that costs so much. But I know for a fact they take care of your animals to a satisfactory level.

My babies know where they’re going the moment we turn onto Belgrade Ave. They absolutely love coming here whether to board or just for daycare. They go in fully energized and leave worn out from playing all day with the staff members and other dogs. My babies and I love the staff. They’re awesome, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I also love that they send my babies home with report cards that talk about their behavior, demeanor and how they ate, along with photos! I highly recommend CPR.

I’ve been taking my pup there since he came into our lives two and a half years ago. Great service. They always treat Victor Duke like a king, and he always has a strut in his step when I pick him up and he’s had a bath and a mani-pedi.

I LOVE this Charleston Pet Resort and the people that work there. They do such a good job of making this dog mom heart feel at ease. I know that captain and jojo are in good hands and I could not ask for anything more. ♥️ 🐾 …

Place smells really bad inside, don’t think there is any maintenance. It is no where close to be called a resort.

My dog has a wonderful stay every time! I can enjoy my vacation knowing he's safe and happy.

Great pet resort. My family had always boarded our pets here. My dog was happy when we picked her up and not scared or timid, so it seems she had a very good time. They also give you a report card to show you how well they ate, played, etc.

We love taking our hound Walter to Charleston Pet Resort! They always recognize him and great him like a VIP. Love watching for pictures on their Facebook page!

For five years, we trusted the people at Charleston Pet Resort with our dog. He doesn't do well with other dogs and gets really anxious around most people outside of our family, but he loved everyone at Charleston Pet Resort and was always happy to go there. They did a great job bathing him after each stay and always sent him home with a cute little bow tie. We recently moved away from Charleston, and I just hope we can find another kennel that treats our dog the way he was treated here. I truly cannot recommend Charleston Pet Resort enough!

I had used Charleston Pet Resort multiple times for my dog who is dog-reactive- they have private rooms/runs. The last time I was there, in August, they told me very vaguely only that there was an issue with an employee when there was another dog around and that I should increase her anti-anxiety meds. When I tried to book again in October, they canceled my reservation without notifying me. I called to check on it and they said they were overbooked. I just found out they did it again to me, a month after I made another reservation for January, again with no phone/email notification, and when I called, the woman explained that I should have been told in August that they could not allow her to come back. I know very well how hard it is to deal with a dog that is reactive or aggressive to other dogs, and the business has to protect the other dogs and employees. What I can’t understand is how it took them 5 months to finally tell me what happened, or that they just canceled two reservations with no email or phone call to let me know. This is the second time they are leaving me scrambling to find an alternative. I will no longer recommend this place for that reason alone. Responding to the owner's response below, I know how Spam works and I checked that folder both times that this happened. There were no follow-up emails. I am also aware NOW in January, 5 months after the incident, of what happened back in August. What I do not know is what actually happened and what the employee did to handle the situation, as my dog has never shown aggression toward someone that was not hurting or mistreating her. ALSO why is in a situation where she is even able to get near another dog when I have been open about her reactivity and pay extra to keep her separated?? What I also do not understand is why this situation was not communicated to me immediately, or when I called in October to find out why my reservation was not accepted. To respond with the same degree of professionalism as I have been shown, take your well wishes and stuff 'em.

My dog was boarded here for 9 days. I will NEVER send him here again. I will never recommend this facility to anyone. When I went to pick him up, I immediately knew something was wrong. The girls at the desk seemed off. They told me “his neck might be wet” and I said “Oh was he playing in the water?” And they said “No, we’ve been trying to dry it with paper towels the last few days. He’s just really really drooly. Is that normal?” I said “No.” I tried to get a good look at him when they brought him out to the lobby. I had my kids with me and he was too excited. The lady at the desk saw me looking at his neck and said unprompted “I don’t think he has a hot spot.” …..Immediate red flag. Well I got my dog in the car, took his SOAKING WET collar off, got one look at his neck and about cried. I took photos, went back in and showed the girls at the desk. I asked “what happened?” They then proceeded to tell me they left his collar on for NINE DAYS STRAIGHT. They said they never took it off because “I didn’t tell them to.” And “We have other golden retrievers and we used it for identification purposes” Problem #1, they are a boarding and dog daycare facility with seemingly glowing reviews. They admitted they didn’t take his collar off at all during his stay. They should know it is UNSAFE and extremely DANGEROUS to allow dogs to play together with collars on. He also slept by himself, unsupervised, with a soaking wet collar on. I am so thankful he didn’t get caught on something and suffocate in his sleep. What I thought was common dog safety (Remove the collar), is not common there. Problem #2, they admitted that they thought something was abnormal about his drooling and that they noticed his chest was wet, but NEVER CALLED ME. In fact, I called them for an update and it was never mentioned! If I had known what was going on I could have advocated for my dog. I would have sent a friend to go get him immediately and ended my trip early. I was never given the opportunity to help him. Ultimately, when I spoke with the manager she was extremely apologetic and took accountability. That is their saving grace. My fee was rightfully refunded. However, my dog now has a massive hot spot on his chest, he seems genuinely depressed (and for a golden retriever that is concerning), and I potentially will be paying urgent care vet bills if this gets worse. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

My dog cannot wait to go to “school” a couple days a week. She gets to play with other kind puppies, large dogs for hours and comes home exhausted just like we want her. Clearly they are very good to the dogs because she kisses them every time we leave. Truly every time. The staff are always friendly and give us a little update on her day. Rates are very reasonable. Highly recommend if your dog needs socialization and play. We also like the hours of 7-7 during the work week. Hance is so friendly. She will sleep 10 hours now after a day of play. Yeah!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!! If i could rate this negative i would. my dogs came home looking abused. My first dog sawyer has red and green puss filled wounds as big as two large fists all over his neck, with his hair falling out. my second dog polar cannot even lift his head off the ground and i am pretty sure his neck is broken. since we brought them home they have been off we have been to vets these past two days since we got home from our trip visiting family. this establishment is disgusting and i will never forgive or let mine are any dogs i know go here. i’m not sure if my dogs were abused (seems to be the case) but i will get to the bottom of this and take legal action if necessary. i am absolutely APPALLED. i left a message and now waiting for a call back.

Our dog loves this place! We were concerned initially with the introduction, as our dog takes time warming up to people and other dogs, but the staff was very reassuring throughout the process. Everyone is warm, knowledgable, and welcoming. I love that many refer to the dogs as “babies.” I highly recommend boarding and daycare at My 3 Dogs—West Ashley.

My mini Aussie loves going to the West Ashley location! The staff is super caring and sweet and my dog is super tired (but also super happy) when she comes home. A great place for dogs!

We have been coming here for about 3 years now and love it! More importantly, Murphy loves it! Leah has done an amazing job making the west ashley location what it is today, the level of service that her and her team provide is top notch. It’s easy to see that they all truly care for all the animals. Of course, I must mention Hance and Courtney and the fantastic jobs that they do too, keep up the great work and thank you!

We love My Three Dogs West Ashley. My dog Otis has been going to daycare twice a week for over a year and I just do not have enough good things to say about the staff and facility. It’s clear they love my dog as much as I do. We’ve boarded for multiple nights and do daycare. They update and communicate with me if needed they send me pictures if we’re boarding and I miss him. I’m grateful to have a trusted place to bring my dog.

I don't need boarding or daycare often because I work from home and typically have family that can watch my pups when I travel. However, I wanted to get them in the system for those 1-off times and they did a trial day and absolutely loved it! I am now taking my younger one (the old one prefers just napping at home all day) for half day day care visits occasionally just to get some time in playing with other dogs! He loves it there and I am happy to have found it. I'm sure eventually I will need them for an overnight stay, and will know they are in good hands. However, I doooo wish the the West Ashley location had cameras like the others. I would love to be able to check in on them. Especially if I ever need them to stay for a couple of days, it would be the only way I'd feel super at ease - knowing I can see them on the cameras during play time!

We absolutely love My Three Dogs West Ashley! The staff is so friendly and takes such great care of Franklin! They are very on top of things and great with communication! We are so happy to have found such a fun and safe spot for our dog! Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking - plus they have fun special add ons to spoil your fur baby (photo shoots, frozen treats and more!!) 😊

Our golden doodle, Mr Business, is 100% taken care of here and comes home pooped out and ready to cuddle ♥️ He learns a lot of good behaviors at daycare and we’ve even noticed an improvement at home in a short time. The definitely staff goes above and beyond and even gave my pup the cutest little tie to match his name.

Smokey can confirm Sandy Paws is the best option for dog sitting/walking any of your furry friends needs. Everyone is a dog lover, who can be trusted to take the same care of your pet as you would! Rated 10/10 toe beans.

Margo and Sandy Paws are truly the best! My dogs can be a little nervous around people they aren’t familiar with and Margo really took the time to make them feel comfortable and safe with her. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sandy Paws to anyone looking for pet services in the Charleston area.

It was our first time leaving our pup for a few nights since we adopted her and the experience was great. Check-in and check-out were smooth. They gave the meal supplements to her as directed with her food. We loved getting the nightly recap that showed how much she ate, pictures, and a note about her day. She got a going home bath and smelled great when we picked her up. We will use The Barker Lounge again!

We started boarding our two Bichons at Barker Lounge about seven years ago when we lived at Edisto Beach. We’ve since moved back to Lexington, SC, but we still drive to Charleston to board at Barker Lounge. Their operating philosophy and their layout allows all day play and socialization which is important to us. There’s no place like home, but Barker Lounge is the next best place for our sweet Bella. Not feeling guilty when we leave her is worth the drive!

Chester had a great time boarding there. The staff are so friendly, you are kept up to date on how your dogs stay is going with daily info and pics. Love they have indoor and outdoor play areas and that your dog gets lots of play time.

Love the Barker Lounge and so does Max. Started with daycare and then allowed them to watch our boy when we went on vacation. They gave personalized updates and we felt secure knowing Max was in good hands.

Barker Lounge is the BEST. They love our dogs and our dogs love it there. We have very different temperament of pups - one who is very nervous and one who is over-the-top happy/playful. Barker Lounge owners and team are always so thoughtful and competent in how they care for our pups. We especially love the personalized email reports for longer stays and sneaking peaks of our pups playing on their IG page.

I feel so fortunate that my dogs were able to become regulars at The Barker Lounge in Charleston for daycare. They are always ready to get out of the car and run through the front door. Sometimes they hit the door if I don't open it fast enough for them. The staff immediately knows my dogs when we come through the door, and have their preferred treats ready for them. London likes the soft baby-size treats and Ryka loves the hard dog biscuits. At the end of each day, London and Ryka are worn out but often seem as though they would rather stay and continue playing. I feel so happy to know that they are loved by others, and I am able to be guilt-free when I need to leave them while I'm at work. I also feel guilt-free when I need to board them because they get to have their daily daycare routine while they are boarding. I highly recommend The Barker Lounge. It is clean, safe, and has a great team of people caring for London & Ryka.

So glad we found the Barker Lounge. We started bringing our Golden Retriever puppy to get him socialized. He now looks forward to seeing his " buddies" twice a week. The owners and staff really care for the dogs in their care. They give us reports on how he is doing as he grows. They even gave us his baby teeth when he was looking them. Very principled, too. We were desperate to find a place to board him and he had a respiratory infection. They would not take in a sick dog. Good for them. After a day at the Barker Lounge, he is exhausted - and happy.

This place is great! When I'm too busy working to take my puppy to the park they sure do a good job at making sure she exercises 😂😂. She doesn't even chase the cat when she comes home. 2nd day there and she hopped out of the car and ran to the front door. You can definitely trust these people with your dogs …

My dog has been going to The Barker Lounge for both daycare and boarding for almost 4 years. He is alway SO happy to go in and I can tell he is very well taken care of and has a great time there. The staff could not be more kind or more helpful. You can tell that the owners and staff truly care about and enjoy all of the dogs. It’s so nice to be able to drop my dog off and have peace of mind knowing that he is in great hands.

We are so thankful we found the Barker Lounge. We often board here for our longer trips out of town, and have been very happy with the service every time. Our two boys get so excited when we pull up. The staff is very sweet and friendly, and the facility is very clean. I loved that we got a tour the first time, it is nice to see where are boys enjoy themself so much. They did a wonderful job grooming my golden-collie mix. The price is very reasonable for the amount of services they provide in a session, and they'll board your pet pretty much all day if needed, so it's convenient with most work schedules. The staff was very friendly, and seemed to be well educated on the health and needs of my dog. I plan on sticking with them!

Been taking my dogs here since I moved to Charleston and I love Dr. Hudgins. She always takes time to explain things and answer any questions I might have. The office staff and vet techs are great too. I feel like my dogs are always in great hands here!

I love the folks at West Ashley Pet Care Center. Everyone there is so sweet and accommodating to me and my Pets. My dogs love the people too and I am always confident that my pets are treated well when I am away. The facilities are always extremely clean and fresh and the staff is well organized.

Kara was extremely helpful and kind. She made me feel comfortable and at ease with checking in my 14-year old small (spoiled) dog for a few days. When I picked up my dog, it was clear she'd received good care and feeding. Thank you to you and the team!

This is the BEST dog kennel I have ever used. The staff members are expert,, pleasant, helpful and competent. One can leave his beloved dog here with extreme confidence that she/he will be cared for properlyj.

Have taken great care of my pet twice. Who also doesn't always get along with petcare workers. They are very patient in that regard.

Im not a fan of waiting in my car and not getting to be their with the doctors to converse while they are doing their checkups. I am not a fan of waiting in a hot car. Animals carry covid so what is the point of making the humans wait outside in the heat? Animals dont wear masks either

I have used them for my boarding and my pets were well taken care of. I am very happy to have them around. They truly care for your pets like family.

The Dogstar team is absolutely amazing! We've had the pleasure of working with them over the last five years and can't tell you how comforting it is to have a team you can trust watch your pets. As our fur family has grown, Dogstar has been more than accommodating, even jumping in for emergency sitting arrangements or extended service. It's always stressful leaving town, but at least I know my pets are taken care of. We also get plenty of updates and pictures along the way. I can always tell how happy everyone is when we get home from all the attention. Would recommend through and through.

I used Dogstar for my very active lab/weimaraner mix and was so incredibly happy with the service! I scheduled a 30 minute run for Kodie to get her the exercise she needed beyond our normal walks. Dogstar sent great runners who were not only capable of handling an active dog but actually seemed to enjoy it! Kodie loved her running partners and was super excited every week when her favorite partners showed up. Would highly recommend for any needs. Exceptional customer service, very responsive to messages, and fantastic results!

From the initial meet and greet, we knew our 2 older cats were in good hands! The Dogstar team is professional, reliable and always reachable... they provide photos while you're away so you can feel more relaxed knowing they are taken care of. They will also take in your mail and water your plants... would highly recommend their services.

I am so thankful to have found Dogstar! Jiggy is the sweetest dog but has had some past leash issues and I really needed someone I could trust to understand his needs and my concerns. Brett and Nick go above and beyond to make sure Jiggy and I are both happy. They are always very responsive and accommodating to changes. Justin (Jiggy's regular walker) is awesome as well. Everyone is polite and friendly and I love the notes left to let me know how Jiggy did on his walk. Jiggy has been a happier and healthier dog since I found Dogstar - thank you for all you do ❤️

We always have a great experience with Dogstar! We use them for our two large dogs for walking/visits throughout the day when we are out of town since our dogs don't do well being boarded. They are very communicative and always send us an update at the end of the day on how they did. Always a great experience and our dogs are always very happy when we come home.

Great service. I was able to set everything up easily online, but when issues arose it was easy to contact a human quickly. They were very reliable, accommodating, and left a note every day of how my dog did. I happened to stop home one day when our dog walker came by, and my dog happily rushed over to her, so I know my dog enjoyed her time with them too.

I can't say enough about how amazing Dogstar has been for my dog Josie. My schedule is constantly changing, and I've found such relief in knowing that my dog will be taken care of when I'm not home. They are extremely responsive, reliable and (fortunately) very flexible and accommodating when I have a last minute request. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love this daycare!! The kindest staff and my 100lb lab, Bandit absolutely LOVES his days here! They always share the greatest pics and give feedback on how he was that day. The gals also pointed out a few lumps he had that they noticed when bathing him. And even followed up about his vet appointment. Super grateful to have found this place for my fur baby! Highly recommend! We love Playful Pack!

This has been THE BEST experience for our puppy, Lil Wayne. The staff is amazing- every time we check in via the puppy cam, they are attentive to all the dogs. The facilities are fantastic. Lil Wayne loves going to day care, and we love a tired, happy puppy after a long day of work.

Playful Pack is the best doggy daycare! Due to my busy work schedule I sometimes have to reserve daycare very last minute and they are always accommodating for us. I love getting report cards for her and Harbor always comes home very happy and tired!

My dog, Angelo, loves this place! The facility is brand new and the staff are friendly and professional. Unlike other daycare facilities, this place isn't packed and they have a great staff-to-dog ratio. I highly recommend Playful Pack!

Playful Pack was able to complete a temperament test the same day. We were able to use their daycare services so we could enjoy the tours that Charleston has to offer. We were able to view our dog anytime we wanted. Our pup came home happy and tired. Will absolutely use this company anytime we’re in this area. Thanks again to the entire staff.

Finally! A dog daycare and boarding facility on the peninsula of Charleston! Not only is the convenience of location amazing, but our experience in our 3 visits has been consistently positive in all ways. We often board our Goldendoodle and have never had a necessarily “bad” experience anywhere, more just “unimpressed” with the places we’ve tried. We gave Playful Pack a try and not only are the owners and staff members enthusiastic and experienced, but they are genuinely thrilled to care for our dog. During our boardings, we received daily report cards (with photos) which not only detailed how our dog was doing, but mentioned the friends he was playing with and activities he was doing. Playful Pack does not simply “watch” your dog, but they give them wonderful attention by means of planned play activities, read-alouds, crafts and even a treat-filled Easter egg hunt when we boarded over Easter. Thrilled to have found Playful Pack!

We are nervous pet parents as we think of our pets as our kids. One of our dogs is high anxiety. Playful Pack has put us and our dogs at ease. Our babies seem to enjoy going. They have spent a few nights boarding and did well for the most part. It takes some time to get acclimated but I am very happy with the care so far.

Wow. I can’t say enough great things about Playful Pack Charleston. The owners Peter and Cheryl are so friendly and the staff is amazing. Our dog Trixie loves to go to daycare and we boarder her for 4 nights and she came home happy. We loved seeing the daily photos posted, the report card, and seeing the daily activities. I would highly recommend Playful Pack!

Playful Pack has definitely became my pup’s favorite place!! She loves coming here and I love going home with a sleepy pup!

Cheryl was wonderful to communicate with and made things very simple and easy for us. More importantly, our lab has a wonderful time and came back to us very happy and well taken care of. We are very thankful for Cheryl and plan on reaching out next time we have a need in the area.

My husband was MUSC for treatment and we had to go to Charleston on short notice . I needed a place for my dogs for 1 to 3 nights. I chose this after internet research. Cheryl was very flexible with my dates and situation and my dogs were very happy. I would recommend this to anyone.

Our Stella had a good time playing with their pup and boys, and when we left, she stood on the armrest in the car and looked back at the house for as long as she could see it. She's glad to be home, but I think she misses her new friends!

I am very particular about where I take my dog for boarding... from the first time Duke met Cheryl and her family, he felt right at home! I knew I had nothing to worry about while I was away. I get daily updates of my pup and her son and Duke have become best friends! (It really is the cutest thing ever!) I have recommended Cheryl and her family to everyone I know and will continue to do so. If you want to leave your fur baby with a family that will love your pet like their own, you have to go with Cheryl!

What a great experience. Definitely more stars are deserved. This experience was the best. Cheryl provided that. When you talk southern hospitality this exceeds expectations for your family pet. I was so nervous but she provided comfort for not only me but my family friend and companion. I already have future bookings and I’m so thankful to find a business that Cheryl been owns, understands, and values pets as family as like they are her own. Highly recommend!

Thank you Cheryl for taking care of my fur babies❤️ Cheryl took great care of both my dogs, especially with one having special needs! She updated me with pictures every day, and made me feel at ease while on a long trip away from home. I definitely recommend her, and I’m sure your dogs will love her too!

Cheryl looked after our Ella for 9 days while I was on a work trip/vacation. She sent me pictures and kept me updated on her status. When we got to Ella she was beautifully groomed, leaving me questioning my grooming skills. All in all, I highly recommend Charleston Green Dog Boarding, your doggy will be loved and taken care of.

My dog Sully had an amazing experience!! I was updated frequently about his activities and adventures and I think he really enjoyed the fact that he wasn’t being kenneled!! Cheryl was super easy to work with and even brought Sully to me so that I wouldn’t have to deal with traffic!! Amazing attention to detail and super accommodating!!! I also changed my reservation about a week before and she didn’t make me feel like it was an inconvenient at all, which was so nice. I would HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Green Dog Boarding!! Sully will definitely be a frequent guest at green dog boarding!!!
