Mary was fantastic from start to finish and looked after our elderly dog with love and attention to her needs. She also looked after our home with respect and care. We couldn't have asked for a nicer sitter and would highly recommend her for your pet sitting needs.
We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!
This was our first time using a pet or house sitter and the bar set by Leslie is very high! She is warm, friendly, communicative, responsible and very clean. Upon arriving, she immediately bonded with our rat terrier, Oreo, by bringing him a new frisbee (his favorite toy/activity) and throwing it for him in our backyard. Leslie has a sweet and mellow dog, Benny, who is now Oreo's new buddy! She kept my husband and I updated via texts/pictures of their daily activities, our house, and was proactive in asking questions before she left. She even dropped our dog off at the kennel for one night at the end of our trip since our flight was too late for us to get home for him! Our home was clean and had fresh flowers from our garden that she put in vases for us! Such a simple and nice touch! We have asked Leslie to come back to sit for us again for 2 weeks in August. I'd highly recommend her to take care of your pet(s) and home too!
Abi and David were FABULOUS pet sitters during our 5-day trip. They were devoted and fun dog walkers, park-goers and ball throwers. They communicated well and sent pictures. And when we got home, the house looked great, and the dogs looked calm. We would gladly have them. Sit for us again and highly recommend them.
Initially, I was very nervous about finding my very first in-home pet sitter who could provide the level of care and attention our 3 beloved fur-kids required. From the moment Emily and Johnny stepped into our home, I knew they were going to be in good hands. Their gentle demeanor and genuine love for animals instantly put our dogs Gypsy & Johnny at ease. Emily and Johnny took the time to understand our pets’ unique personalities and preferences, ensuring that their every need would be met. During our absence, Emily provided us with regular updates and adorable photos. Their detailed communication gave me peace of mind, knowing that my fur babies were in the best possible hands. Upon our return, we were greeted by a happy and contented gang, who clearly had enjoyed their time with Emily and Johnny. Emily and Johnny are more than just pet sitters; they are true companions to our furry family. Their exceptional care, genuine love for animals, and unwavering dedication have earned them a permanent spot in our hearts. Without hesitation, we give Emily and Johnny a 5-star rating and highly recommend their services to anyone seeking trustworthy and loving caregivers for their beloved pets. THANK YOU Emily and Johnny!!! <3
Carolina was a fantastic Pet sitter. From the beginning, it was straightforward to communicate with her. She met us before we left our trip and ensured she understood all the house and pet logistics. Luna and Cal were very comfortable with her and were best friends with her fast. She was very affectionate with them, and Luna and Cal loved her and were very happy with her. Carolina was very responsive and sent updates. She was really lovely and easy to communicate with. She was very respectful of our space and very tidy. She even washed the sheets and towels she used even when she didn’t need to. She put a lot of care into caring for Luna and Cal, and they looked very comfortable with her. Having Carolina as a pet sitter made our trip very easy, knowing our pets were cared for so well. We would love to have her back to sit for us again and highly recommend her.
Melanie and Steve were excellent house & pet sitters. They sent me so many pictures of my 3 cats without me even asking and it made me so happy to see them enjoying their company. I'd say out of all the house sitters I've had, they spent the most time with my cats which means a lot to me. They are kind, easy to connect with and I'd welcome them back anytime. As far as caring for my house - top notch.
We've had many pet sitters over the years (this is our first time using this app) and Missy is the best sitter we've ever had for our dog and cats. Our pets, particularly our dog, adored her and was really sad to see her go. It is obvious she loves animals and immediately understood the pack dynamics and the pet personalities. She kept the house tidy, litter box clean, and the animals so well loved. Because she was traveling from far away, she stayed with us the night before our trip and the night we came back. It was a pleasure to get to know her. We would welcome her back to our house as a friend or a sitter anytime. Highly recommend!
Ramona and Brandon were the perfect sitters! They rescued me and were very accommodating with my needs. Ramona's communication with me was A1. We spoke multiple times before she arrived and throughout the sit. She was good at keeping me updated and I was very grateful for that, being so far away. The pets gravitated toward them from the moment they arrived and you could see that all she and Brandon wanted to do was spoil the pets with lots of cuddles. My female pup was in heat and they handled that very well and were able to keep her and my male dog separated. I could only imagine how exhausting that may have been but they didn't complain one bit. Ramona and Brandon had to hand over the sit to another sitter and were kind enough to write out the details and everything they observed to make the transition a seamless one. I must say, it helped tremendously. I'd have them back in a heartbeat to sit for me as they showed that I could trust them, not only to take care of my pets but to respect my home they way they would their own. Thanks again for making my trip away worth it!
Janis is a wonderful person and also an incredible sitter -- we were very, very fortunate that she agreed to care for our beloved pets and rural log home for 3 days. We were confident that everything would be perfect – and it was. We returned to a home as clean and ordered as we had left it, inside and out. All plants were thriving; outdoor hanging baskets were blooming profusely. Most importantly, our beloved dog and 4 cherished cats had obviously been lovingly and attentively cared for. The koi were also active and happy. Janis is a “cat whisperer”. She is especially skilled and patient with shy felines, so we truly appreciated her patience and caring for our sweet Angie (with a semi-feral background). Janis immediately understood that Angie, despite her reclusiveness, craves affection and was able to start to earn her trust even with such limited time. Among Janis’ many gifts: she is a talented photographer and delighted us with frequent updates and photos of our furry children. They are so beautiful that we, with her kind permission, plan to include several in our zeewoi profile. Janis’ communications, reliability, self-sufficiency, and punctuality were exemplary, start to finish. We made a wonderful new friend and have already invited her back to sit again. If you are privileged enough to ever have Janis sit we are certain that you will be as delighted and happy as we are.

Excellent, friendly place. My 2 dogs have loved it there & they are both very pampered pets at home! Very flexible about pick up times as long as they know you may be a bit late. Already booked in for the next holiday.
Took our pooch here for a long weekend whilst we stayed nearby. Staff were friendly and dog seemed very happy... must have had a lot of outdoor fun as she came home quite mucky. The road up to the kennels is a serious climb and would challenge even even military vehicles come winter time!
They love the animals. And the animals love them.
We regularly put our 2 dogs there for a 'holiday'. They always jump out of the car enthusiastically and when we pick them up they look healthy and well looked after.
Keith takes extraordinarily good care of our 3 flat coated retrievers, cockapoo and cat. They all enjoy their holidays at Croftspardon leaving us to confidently enjoy ours 😁 …
Great place, our Fern loves her holidays here, and peace of mind for us. They are all lovely people who genuinely care for animals.
We booked in our dog for the day whilst we visited the wildlife park and felt like he was in very good hands. No fuss and and super friendly - highly recommended!
Looked after my Great Dane Satch , he looked happy &calm & in great condition when we picked him up, great place
Friendly people, very clean kennels and happy kittens! Will definitely use them again.
Excellent. Very caring;.been using for almost 20 years. Nothing but outstanding courtesy and attention throughout this period.
K9-Kind Limited Dog Training is unique! Aileen Hodgson observes and listens to each owner AND dog then works out how best to answer their needs. She provides notes and further support either personally or online. Our Alaskan Malamute has met her twice. The first time as a very large puppy who just loved to jump on everyone he met and hauled us everywhere. Aileen sorted us all out in less than a couple of weeks as well as our separation anxiety. . . The second time as a 3 year old for consolidation of his training. He is a joy and I've no doubt that he would have been more of a handful if he hadn't met her.
We have just completed Aileen's puppy course and found it extremely helpful. As first time dog owners we felt Aileen's kind and sensible approach really helped us learn how to teach our puppy what we expected of her. We will be in touch to book more training sessions, thank you Aileen.
Just completed the Loose Leash Walking Course. We'll worth the opportunity to train in a small group. Many helpful exercises with the advantage of doing them with the distraction of other dogs. Fun activities. Sandy loved going to the classes.
Aileen came to us one week into our new adventure with our Labrador puppy Margo when we were sleep deprived and had had one bout of tears already! The course gave us clear guidance on how to train our lovely pup, the sessions were brilliant and allowed us to have a structure and bond with Margo during the first crazy weeks of owning a new dog. Margo’s progress in five weeks is astonishing and we cannot wait for puppy classes to begin. Thanks Alieen! Louise Hinchliffe and Sarah Dickinson
A lifeline for a good start to training your puppy. Aileen delivers a rigorous 6 week course with one class/week in a village hall which has space for up to 6 dogs suitably spaced around the hall. There's homework too and good follow up. Barney and I have just attended a further course on Platform training six months after puppy classes. Aileen identified areas where we needed further work such as loose lead walking. You can also book one on one sessions at your home.
Learned such a lot from Aileen and all so enjoyable. Is making such a difference to my recently acquired older dog, helping her settle into her new life. Aileen's teaching is very well organised - I'm finding the the post-lesson emailed notes and videos + other useful links all extremely helpful.
First time puppy owner after having rescues for 40 years this course has given me confidence. I love the way explanations are given as to why a puppy is acting in a certain way. I endorse the idea of training with kindness and setting pup up for getting it right. This course is an absolute must for new dog owners and for anyone with a problem I would thoroughly recommend Aileen. Thank you so much for all you have done for us.
I recently enlisted Aileen of K9-Kind Limited to help me train my border terrier puppy, Fin. I found Aileen to be very knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. She clearly has a genuine love of and respect for, dogs and she makes training fun. Both Fin and I very much enjoyed working with Aileen. She keeps herself up to date with all the latest dog training techniques, dog psychology and provides very high quality training materials and notes. These training materials are provided both in paper form and in digital format, which is very useful. I would have no hesitation in recommending Aileen of K9-Kind to anyone who is interested in finding a high quality, reliable dog trainer in the Perthshire/Pitlochry area.
I can highly recommend Aileen from K9-Kind. I'm a new mum so it was all a bit daunting and these past 6 weeks of training have been invaluable. Aileen is so knowledgeable and very patient and I learned so much from her course. I very much doubt my pup would be as well trained as she is now had I not done these sessions, the most important part of it being good recall. She's come on leaps and bounds and my confidence with her has grown too. If you're thinking about taking Aileen's courses, don't think too hard. You will gain so much from it, but the main thing is the relationship you have with your pup will grow even stronger as you both learn together. Just do it, you won't regret it. Thank you Aileen.
Aileen is really friendly and knowledgeable. All the dogs absolutely love her and listen to her every word, very insulting my dog likes her more than me haha I've learnt so many good, helpful tips and tricks for training my puppy. It's all really easy and FUN. I love playing with my puppy and she responds really well to the games and advice. Thank you so much for your great guidance. I will definitely be getting in touch if adolescence becomes too much, for some advice!!
My parents are hosts for Barking Mad and they just love getting all shapes and sizes staying with them! Isla does a fantastic job to make sure the dogs are well taken care of. She is a bubbly person and i have made a good friend.
Isla is amazing - so friendly and helpful. My two dogs love going on holiday with Barking Mad. I always feel confident that they are being well looked after while we're away.
Good clean place. Friendly efficient staff and good fast food
Very useful
I took my dog for an initial visit and can say that Steve and Tricia and Bramble and their house are very dog friendly. There is a huge fenced area with great access to the loch. My dog Romeo will be staying with Steve a few times over the summer and a longer time in the autumn.
Excellent transport and assistance provided by Michael for my first ever dog! He drove from Sheffield to Canterbury, stopping off at two service stations so my dog could exercise and make some mess! The car used was very smart and comfortable.
I have had the most amazing trip to pick my puppy stray up from Zante and drive all the way back to Yorkshire. My driver/courier, Norman was fantastic. The whole process went smoothly, safely and was a trip of a lifetime. They organised every last detail to ensure the dog and myself were comfortable and well looked after. Highly recommend this fantastic company. Expensive but SO well worth it. Thank you.
I travelled with my dog from Sweden to Wales. They were very professional and organised and even remembered our names when we would call. No issues with booking etc. Were given plenty of information and contacted by the driver days before which was reassuring. He arrived in a branded van and clothes which reassured me (I am a young woman) and was very professional throughout. The van was clean and well equipped for transporting my dog and we took regular breaks around every 4 hours. Well worth the money and would definitely use c four paws again. Thanks/Diolch!
We had Milo collect from London on Sunday with two cages and a carry cage and lots of toys. Milo was perfectly happy and items were in good order. Collected on time and delivered on time. Excellent service and driver was very nice. Highly recommended for animal transport. Will definitely use again if the need arises. Good job thank you
Calagran Four Paws and my driver Will were absolutely amazing at handling our cross country transport for a long distance move. Having a rather large Staffy x Old Tyme, who had sadly had to be exempted due to her size, I was even terrified to take her on the road in anything other than proper transport. And with it being such a long way I wanted a safe long distance option also for all round safety and comfort. Our needs were catered for with the upmost care and Will was absolutely amazing with my nervousness and with my lovely girls nervy nature. I couldn't have been happier and I plan to travel with them again. I can highly recommend them.
I highly recommend this company. I just endured an incredibly stressful and long importation process into Europe and finally into the UK with my 3 med/large breed dogs. CFourPaws went above and beyond to help me logistically with things they really didn't have to and was outside of their services. Provided much needed emotional support and were empathetic to my unforeseen financial costs. Really without people like Keith and Greig, I may have crumbled under the stress of it all. BIg animal lovers, BIG hearts and can't fault them. Thanks CFourPaws x
I have been bringing my dogs here for a few years now. They are always happy to come back and I love that the kennels share photos with you of your pets. The drop-off was very useful
Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU. In a medical emergency you were the first kennels we found after literally 100's of phone calls with spare capacity to take Casper while his mum had an emergency operation to remove a brain tumour. The 10x photo's you sent us showing him happy & thoroughly enjoying a run in the secure field were a huge relief to his dad & a massive boost to his mum's immediate recovery.
We recently used C Four Paws to transport our dog Adi from Glasgow to Heathrow for her trip home to Canada. David was a very kind and professional driver and got us to the Kennel at Heathrow on time in spite of some unavoidable traffic delays along the way. We’re back home with Adeline safe and sound and are very grateful for having used the services of your company and David for the first leg of our trip.
An absolute lifesaver when it came to transporting me and my cats from Dublin to Somerset. There was fantastic communication the entire time during the booking process and our driver Clive was incredible! They made what was a very stressful move for me and my cats, a very easy time and I cannot thank Clive and the whole team enough.
