Leslie consistently demonstrated outstanding communication skills, both initially and throughout the entire process, and I would gladly give her more stars if possible.

Leslie arrived as scheduled, and instantly the animals fell in love with her and Bennie.  Our cats love our dogs but usually won't come in the house when a strange dog is here but they didnt even hesitate to come meet Bennie.  Bennie was very calm and a true gentleman.

Leslie sent pictures throughout the sit reassuring us the gang were all getting along and enjoying her and Bennie's company.  She read through the welcome guide before we left as well as we showed her around. It was very nice getting the chance to know her a bit before we ledt the following morning.  We felt very comfortable knowing our home and pets were in good hands.

It is very apparent when you meet Leslie that she truly does love animals.  When our Molly decided to hide, Leslie called us right away because she feared Molly may have gotten spooked by a firework going off in the neighborhood and escaped under the gate. I felt so bad for Leslie because she blamed herself because it was on her watch. I have trackers on all my pets and it turned out that Molly was still in the house and just hiding really well. She can curl up.pretty small.  Lealie took our Lab to check the walking route and see if Molly was there.  When I called and told her Molly had to be at the house because her tracker showed her there, she returned to our home and Molly hreeted her as she came in the front door.  I was very appreciative of Leslie's phone call though because she didnt wait hours to call, she searched the yard and house and called right away.  

We decided to cut our trip short a day and asked Leslie if she minded if we came home a day early.  We let her know we didnt expect her to leave early and made sure she was comfortable with our decision.  As a pet parent, it is imperative that we remember the sitters are also on vacation and we didnt want to intrude on her time.  As it turned out, we ended up stopping by the ER on our way home where my husband was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm.  Unfortunately we had both the RV and my car and I needed to figure out how to get them home. I reached out to Leslie who offerred to give me a ride back to the hospital after I dropped o e vehicle off at home so I could retrieve the second vehicle.  BTW, the surgeon was able to repair my hubbys aneurysm and he will be coming home soon.  Leslie was a comfort during this frightening time and even stayed an extra day to help out and care for our home and pets.  She was a teue blessing.

Leslie left the house spotless along with so.e fresh flowers for me when I got back from visiting my husband.  If you get an opportunity to host Leslie in your home, rest assured your home and pets will be well loved and well taken care of.  We.would welcome.Leslie back anytime.  She is not just a pet sitter, she is a new trusted friend.

Natalie and Christian were dream pet sitters while we were out of the country for 2.5 weeks. From start to finish, they were reliable and professional, with excellent communication. They had took great care of our dog and chickens and left the house and car in great shape. Plus, they’re just a really sweet young couple. We’d highly recommend them as house sitters.

Angela did a great job caring for Willie for 10 days while we were out of town. She was easy to communicate with and kept us informed about Willie, along with sending photos of him out on walks and at the beach. Angela was very accomodating when we needed to come home a day early - Thank you!

Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Mary Jessica was self sufficient, needing very little instruction outside of our Welcome Guide. She followed everything I wrote and asked how much communication I’d want. I’m very pleased and would both recommend her and love to have her again.

Kyle was a great house sitter and pet sitter for us. We had a good dialogue prior to him sitting for us, and we also did a short walkthrough the week before. Kyle formed a great bond with our dog Charlie and also took good care of our rabbit Poppy. A couple of minor issues came up with systems in our home due to an unexpected power outage, and Kyle was quick to connect with us and then was able to work 1:1 with the service providers to resolve the issues. We look forward to working with Kyle again.

Ce was an amazing house sitter for our best bud Atlas. She not only took amazing care of our needy pup, she took great care of the home as well. I honestly think she left it cleaner than I left it for her! We certainly hope she is around the next time our best friend needs a friend. Megan and her partner were INCREDIBLE pet & house sitters during my 5 days away last month.  I received consistent communication in the form of updates & photos and I had the true sense that Megan was invested in the wellbeing of my animals and truly enjoyed being with them! I have had 4 pet sitters this year so far.  And Liz was the best!  She was wonderful with cats.  She has an easy going manner and is very comfortable to be around.  Very smart and she is a great communicator. She followed all directions and left the house spotless.  I highly, highly, highly recommend her!  I would have her again anytime!

Thomas did an amazing job! We were very pleased with how well he was able to care for our 3 active Boston terriers. He was able to handle all 3 on a walk and feed them their special meal everyday. He even ventured out and took them to the beach which is no easy task for 3 excited dogs. Thomas did a great job communicating before and during the stay. We came home to a clean house with bedding washed. We had a handful of other pet sitters through this website and Thomas easily rates at the top of our list. For our first experience with a house sitter, Jim and Julie have set the bar high.  We felt totally confident that any issues would be dealt with, fortunately there were none. They were outstanding house and pet sitters whom we would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone. They took exceptional care of our house full of pets from 2 large dogs, 3 cats, snake, gecko, fish tank and a koi pond. They provided updates daily, were very easy to communicate with and the house was just as clean as when we left it, with the addition of a nice welcome home gift. We knew our pets were in good hands.
