Leslie consistently demonstrated outstanding communication skills, both initially and throughout the entire process, and I would gladly give her more stars if possible. Leslie arrived as scheduled, and instantly the animals fell in love with her and Bennie. Our cats love our dogs but usually won't come in the house when a strange dog is here but they didnt even hesitate to come meet Bennie. Bennie was very calm and a true gentleman. Leslie sent pictures throughout the sit reassuring us the gang were all getting along and enjoying her and Bennie's company. She read through the welcome guide before we left as well as we showed her around. It was very nice getting the chance to know her a bit before we ledt the following morning. We felt very comfortable knowing our home and pets were in good hands. It is very apparent when you meet Leslie that she truly does love animals. When our Molly decided to hide, Leslie called us right away because she feared Molly may have gotten spooked by a firework going off in the neighborhood and escaped under the gate. I felt so bad for Leslie because she blamed herself because it was on her watch. I have trackers on all my pets and it turned out that Molly was still in the house and just hiding really well. She can curl up.pretty small. Lealie took our Lab to check the walking route and see if Molly was there. When I called and told her Molly had to be at the house because her tracker showed her there, she returned to our home and Molly hreeted her as she came in the front door. I was very appreciative of Leslie's phone call though because she didnt wait hours to call, she searched the yard and house and called right away. We decided to cut our trip short a day and asked Leslie if she minded if we came home a day early. We let her know we didnt expect her to leave early and made sure she was comfortable with our decision. As a pet parent, it is imperative that we remember the sitters are also on vacation and we didnt want to intrude on her time. As it turned out, we ended up stopping by the ER on our way home where my husband was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm. Unfortunately we had both the RV and my car and I needed to figure out how to get them home. I reached out to Leslie who offerred to give me a ride back to the hospital after I dropped o e vehicle off at home so I could retrieve the second vehicle. BTW, the surgeon was able to repair my hubbys aneurysm and he will be coming home soon. Leslie was a comfort during this frightening time and even stayed an extra day to help out and care for our home and pets. She was a teue blessing. Leslie left the house spotless along with so.e fresh flowers for me when I got back from visiting my husband. If you get an opportunity to host Leslie in your home, rest assured your home and pets will be well loved and well taken care of. We.would welcome.Leslie back anytime. She is not just a pet sitter, she is a new trusted friend.

Abi and David were FABULOUS pet sitters during our 5-day trip. They were devoted and fun dog walkers, park-goers and ball throwers. They communicated well and sent pictures. And when we got home, the house looked great, and the dogs looked calm. We would gladly have them. Sit for us again and highly recommend them.

Early in 2023 I went searching for a sitter to sit with our Lizzie for a month. I found Lori during my search and I am so happy I did. Lori’s reviews are all five star and I can fully attest as to why. Lori was so friendly and kind and I could tell from the moment she met Lizzie that she would take great care of her. I received daily pictures of her and Lizzie snuggling and I couldn’t have been happier knowing my girl was receiving a lot of love. Lori left our home in wonderful shape (probably better than I left it for her). She took great care and was very conscientious of all my plants. We even came home after a very long day of travel to some wonderful chicken soup. Lori will take wonderful care of your home and your precious pet. Jeremy and Brooke were fantastic! We have a senior dog and a over hyper pittie. They gave Daisy her meds and had lengthy walks with Fin to burn off some of his energy. Brooke sent me regular texts to show me precious pictures of the pups by the Christmas tree, which warmed my ❤️. The house looked great when we returned. They are awesome detailed sitters and will make your pets feel loved and secure!!

Thomas did an amazing job! We were very pleased with how well he was able to care for our 3 active Boston terriers. He was able to handle all 3 on a walk and feed them their special meal everyday. He even ventured out and took them to the beach which is no easy task for 3 excited dogs. Thomas did a great job communicating before and during the stay. We came home to a clean house with bedding washed. We had a handful of other pet sitters through this website and Thomas easily rates at the top of our list. Despite having attended 3 lots of puppy pre school courses throughout the first 7 months of his life (and other socialisation opportunities), our dog still had the tendency to react & bark at people and dogs while out for walks. We initially opted for the private 1:1 park sessions with Divina as we wanted to be able to train in an area with potential distractions. Within the first session Divina was able to teach me how to utilise a slip lead effectively to implement loose lead walking, and also how to navigate Cricket’s reactivity. We also continued training through the Fundamentals Group sessions which further tested Cricket’s ability to focus in a different environment. Although his training is always a work in progress, he has made a significant positive change since starting training with Divina earlier this year. We are extremely grateful for Divina’s patience and knowledge, and we look forward to continuing training with her.
Divina has been super accessible, very generous with her time and knowledge since our first interaction. We started our journey with private outside sessions where we learned about slip collars and began to focus on loose walking. Since then we added structured walks, our boy gets to see Divina a few times a week and boy he loves it. Trust me, you are also going to get homework so be ready 🐾🐾 Adding group sessions to help socialise Archie in a controlled environment will help to ensure he feels more comfortable around other dogs and doesn't react to them. I would recommend Divina to anyone looking to learn how to improve their relationship with their pet because that's the foundation, building trust and engagement so they can thrive whilst learning and having fun being dogs! Divina provides updates, photos and videos so you will sure to see their progress. We are really thankful for Divina's help.

Our cocker spaniel Rosie sees Divina for regular structured walks. Knowing her since puppy school, Rosie absolutely adores Divina! Divina is extremely knowledgeable, builds an amazing bond, and is able to tailor her methods to bring out the best in all dogs. Oh, and it's important to mention that it's not just all about the walks! The insight we get chatting to Divina before and after sessions is super helpful for us to improve as dog owners. Divina has been able to help us train our fearful determined wild-child into a happy, confident, and well-mannered pup. Of course, it's always a work in progress, but we continue to trust Divina and absolutely recommend you do as well!
Whilst we did lots of research prior to introducing a dog into our lives, the reality of having a suburban border collie who fell into reactivity, resource guarding, leash pulling became overwhelming and the videos, books and online resources were not bespoke enough for us to implement ourselves. With the help of Divina we were given tools and scripts on how to manage the less desirable behaviours our dog was exercising and the difference was instant! Divina is incredibly dedicated to her art and the benefit of having the 1:1 in and around your environment made it much easier for us to contextualise the information she has given us. We wish we were closer to sign up for walk and train but will continue to work with Divina overtime as our family, needs and dynamics evolve. Thanking you always Divina!
I engaged Divina towards the end of 2023 for her exposure outing service (Day out with Divina.) Its a service that gives your dog time some time out in public with the added bonus of being handled by a dog trainer. Being an existing client is not a prerequisite which is great. A small fee was paid so that Divina could travel outside her service area to pick my dog up as I was unable to leave the house that day. When she arrived there was a brief introduction and exchange of key information. Divina brought my dog to our local centre for about an hour. She shared many updates via Instagram and it felt as though I was right there with them. Although it was not the first time my dog visited the local centre, it was a pleasure to see how well he was going amongst a 'busier than usual' environment. When my dog got home, he K.O-ed and Divina and I had a quick debrief. She took her time to answer the questions I had. We are slowly working towards calm and neutrality as my dog is sensitive to stimuli and gets excited easliy especially when he sees other dogs, so his outing with Divina was beneficial for us. I'd be happy to recommend this service to owners of reactive and excited dogs or those who just want to work on socialisation and training amongst distraction.
Divina is an absolutely fantastic trainer. She has helped us in so many ways other trainers could not. Cleo absolutely loves her too and cannot contain her excitement when she gets to see her!
Amazing training sessions and guidance from Divina. She is so knowledgeable and passionate about her work. Our boy Obi was almost impossible to walk due to his strength and reactivity. After just a few sessions and learning new techniques, we saw a very big improvement in his behaviour while on walks. Divina is absolutely wonderful - not only has she been able to help me during training sessions, but she also provides training that really works via online consultations! Divina is so sensible and practical when supporting dog owners, and has given us so many strategies to use with our working breed dog. Divina has expertise far beyond many trainers out there and the work she has done with us has helped our dog so much! Her manners are sensational, walking, engagement & attention to commands, when to use a long line, when and how to implement various strategies and other training techniques, the list is endless. I feel so much more confident as an owner and handler of my own dog, our relationship is so close and so positive and we work together as a team. Divina doesn’t overtrain either, her approach just helps you have the best relationship with your dog, living life and loving your dog and all the personality they have naturally! I cannot recommend Davina enough - the best trainer we have ever worked with!

This is the first time using a boarding service for my two guinea pigs and Willow Woods was fantastic. I received photos everyday on how my two pigs were doing and could easily contact via whatsapp if I needed to. Drop off and pick up was really easy. Piggies seemed happy and safe on their holiday.

Thank you Clarence for caring for our 3 guinea pigs. We have boarded our piggies twice now and they have been cared for so wonderfully. Our children are anxious leaving their pets, but knowing they are cared for so well, and the photo updates, helped our children not to worry. Clarence has passion for rabbits and piggies, and takes really good care of them. Our family highly recommends this boarding kennel for your beloved piggies.

Absolute luxury accomodation for bunnies. not only is the site itself totally pristine, safe, and comfortable, but the owners are so professional and really care about looking after your rabbit. 100% recommend to anyone in Melbourne. Our bunny Snacks stayed with Willow Woods twice and on his second visit in May 2019, needed emergency vet care which was terrifying for us being overseas at the time. Willow Woods communicated with us perfectly throughout this process, and got him the help he needed with our preferred vet. Unfortunately, Snacks suddenly passed away at home last week due to the lengthy battle he had with his illness. We are forever grateful that Willow Woods coordinated with our vet while we were away to get him looked after, otherwise he maybe wouldn’t have even made it this far.
The only place we will ever take our bunnies when we go away. Clarence is a lovely guy and he does a wonderful job of looking after your bunnies. True peace of mind that your little pals are in good hands.
Willow Woods is absolutely 5 star. The facilities and the staff are of the highest standard. For rabbits and guinea pigs Willow Woods is absolutely perfect. The cages are spotless and perfectly set up. I will definitely bring my guinea pig back to Willow Woods.
My guinea pigs stayed at the Cavy Camp and it was great. Cages were clean, guinea pigs were well fed and I was also updated of their wellbeing on Facebook. Would definitely recommend!!

I had used Aline’s service during a family trip where we couldn’t take our dog, Quincy. She was quick to respond, reasonably priced, and willing to meet with us prior to get introduced to Quincy. After our initial meeting, I felt very comfortable having her stay with our dog. She sent us pictures each day, showed them snuggling on the couch, going for walks, etc. She’s a very genuine person that clearly loves animals. I 100% recommend her services and have even promoted her to our dog’s vet. I have already booked her again for another week early next year!!

Always a great, personal service. At home care makes for a much more relaxing environment for pets, and has the added bonus of having a presence on the property while I'm on holidays. The team have been great, and able to provide an excellent service even at short notice. I've been very pleased each time I've used Point Cook/Wyndham Pet Care.
Amazingly professional and caring service. The best pet care service I have ever encountered. Such a personal and caring approach that I can feel completely comfortable that my four legged family are getting the best care. My dog loves getting visits from the girls from PCPC and that means the world to me as I know she is being treated like she is their own pet.

It was soo good to have Lou and Tanya looking after our babies while we were gone for the week, they were able to accommodate for our pets needs especially when we booked at the last minute for new years. When my dad passed away in 2015, Cat Napping looked after my beloved cats. My Birman was elderly and had special diet with medication, He couldn’t manage the ladder up and down between the sanctuary and floor so the staff made beds and put blankets down on the floor so he wouldn’t get cold and picked him up and put him to bed every night with heat pad. They really went above and beyond. This experience has continued every time my cats have stayed at there, and I’ve gotten to know the owner and team quite well. Cat Napping is my go to for boarding, I recommend them all the time!

My older cat, Willow, stayed in a Deluxe Villa here for 2 nights. I wasn’t sure how she would go as she’s not very fond of other cats however she was pretty content on drop off and seemed happy and well looked after when I picked her up. I received a detailed email update with photos the morning after dropping her off. I provided my own food for her and they fed her as instructed. Kristine was extremely friendly and quickly responded to Willow’s needs, giving her neck scratches, which are her favourite & moving her food bowls up to her bed as she was a bit nervous in the new environment. The pricing was also very reasonable. Definitely recommend!!
I spoke to a lovely lady tonight over the phone at Cat Napping Hoppers Crossing. I was inquiring about boarding my cat this Christmas as I am going away. Unfortunately they are all booked out but I was given a lot of amazing information and advice on what steps I need to take to be able to board my cat in the future. She had such a happy and helpful tone and didn't mind answering my many questions. I look forward to having a tour around this cattery and potentially using Cat Napping in the future!

Amazing dog sitter! Bear and Friends were able to cater to our lab’s needs and took very good care of him while we were away for two and a half weeks. The booking/onboarding process was smooth and their team really took the time to get to know our dog first to ensure they can best care for our furry friend. Their team is professional, friendly, reliable, and above all, compassionate towards animals. They went above and beyond to make sure my dog was well taken care of while I was away, and I received regular updates with photos/videos and felt like I never had to worry about anything. Monique, James and Donnie have been an absolute godsend to our home. Bonnie and Buster are so excited to see them each week and we are so appreciative of the love and care our two get. Monique was great to communicate with and sent a great sitter Simone to look after our pup while we attended a family function. Everything felt great pre 'sitting' and there was no problems and Simone took here for a walk, fed her and sent a couple of snaps during the time with our pup etc Great service, highly recommend!
Monique was always professional and took such good care of our babies. From walks to overnight stays, they were always in the best hands. Photo updates and maps of where they had been were always reassuring. We haven't needed Mind My Paws services for a while, as we are now home a lot more, but I highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable pet sitter or walker who treats your babies like their own!! 🐶

Highly recommend Monique from mind my own paws. Very responsible and reliable. My border collie was very well looked after while I was away! Mind my paws were fantastic, Desi came over and fed our dog and 2 cats, cleaned up any accidents, brought in our mail and took out our rubbish. She even checked in with us to put on our aircon when we had 40+ degree days while we were away, sent daily photo/videos, and took our dog for walks. It was incredible peace of mind knowing our pets were getting looked after the same way we would ourselves while we were away

My two pampered pooches have been staying at Vern Ryan's four or five times a year since 2010, as I trave quite a bit with work. I cannot speak highly enough of them. The boys love going there and I wouldn't trust them to anyone else. The "pick up service" is brilliant and the care they receive at Vern's is amazing.
