As a dog owner, I am very satisfied with Maggie taking Uno for a daycare. She's flexible and available always to help client's take care of their dogs. I will highly recommend Magie to my friends, relatives and whoever is reading this review. You can never go wrong with Maggie. She's amazing!

Maggie took really good care of our energetic border collie. She got lots of exercise and was all tired out when we got her back. We were able to get her last minute and she was very accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

Our dog loved her stay with Maggie. It was our first time using Rover and, after our meet and greet, I felt comfortable booking Maggie took our dog for hikes and sent photos of my dog.

I have a standard Australian Shepard and he loves going to day care here. I love that they have an indoor and outdoor area for the dogs. All the staff there are wonderful as well, I can tell how much they care and treat the dogs well since he gets so excited to return. They have awesome add-on services for day care if you want a little extra for your dog. I like that they have a thorough intake process with an introduction day to ensure safety for your dog and others. I had my dog recently groomed there for the first time as well and he looked fantastic after, they got his sections of white fur pretty clean and white again. He also had a little mat behind his ear and they managed to get it out without him looking uneven. I also like that they post Instagram stories of the dogs under their care so you can see how your dog is doing, or for a nice little pick-me-up to get you through the work day. Our puppy loves her daycare days. She’s so excited to go! It’s a great way for her to play and socialize in a safe, clean and fun environment. She comes home happy and ready for a nap. The staff and the owners are truly lovely. They are knowledgeable, professional, and they genuinely love the dogs. It’s such a comfort to have a safe place for our girl to go for daycare, grooming, and boarding. We have been clients for over 10 years first with our sweet girl Phud ❤️ 🌈🐾 and now Lark 🐕💖. We love and trust the Dog Patch!

I can't recommend the Dog Patch enough! We brought our 11-week-old puppy there for the Puppy Grooming Package. The groomer is incredibly sweet and patient with our pup, and we can’t wait to take him for doggy daycare! We received referrals from both a family member and our trainer.

I brought our Havanese dog to the dog patch for a groom (first time). I really appreciated how they took time to ask about my preferences and get to know our dog. The haircut was perfect, far better than other groomers we have tried. We also appreciated the first time 10% discount. I highly recommend grooming here and based on my experience I suspect their other services are good too.

I brought my 4 month old puppy to The Dog Patch today for her first visit. The girls that work there are so kind and professional. They put me at ease instantly with the way they interacted with my little dolly. I love the way they introduced her to the pack…on her pace. And then I got to observe her and chat while she played. I left feeling so secure. She had the BEST time there…I could tell from her smile in the photo they sent and the text I received telling me how her time was going. I have one happy tired out puppy!!

My golden retriever Lemon has been getting groomed at the Dog Patch since she was a puppy. Though she's a bit timid they did such a good job of getting her used to all of the different parts of the grooming process before doing a full session. Eryn has been grooming Lemon along with my sister's Bernese Mountain Dog for the last year or so and is so sweet and patient with them. They come home looking fresh and gorgeous! Our dogs have been coming to the Dogpatch (daycare and boarding) for many years. The care and love they receive is obvious when I turn down the road and the excited yelps start. 😁They can’t wait to get out of the car to see the girls and their fur friends. Even after 3 of my dogs crossed the rainbow bridge I keep coming back with my new rescue babies. This is there second home. I have since moved out to Mission but still make the 45 min trip in. I highly recommend The Dogpatch whether for boarding or daycare. Give your beloved fur pet a gift of love and friendship at “The Patch”. I am forever grateful!!

I brought my puppy Rhea here for an orientation day of daycare. My dad and I were blown away. The staff is extremely welcoming and the facility is incredible. I got an update on how Rhea's day was progressing with wonderful pictures. I even got updates on which dog she had become best friends with.🥰 …

The facility so by far the cleanest I’ve seen. The best part of the amazing staff, as Pet owner is not always easy to entrust our Bella to someone else but they welcomed our Bella like Family. Our puppy Auggie had a great first day at day care. It was so nice to get an update halfway through the day how he was doing. I loved that they noticed him having a bit of a hard time at first and gave him some extra one on one time till he was comfortable. You can see from the photo he had a great time.

Our puppy Cooper had a great time here! He will definitely be back. Very organized and I love that there is even a store within the facility for grabbing a treat or food for your dog.. so happy that they even sell Canadian made dog food.. the same that he already eats! They also have some great coupons that he got for his first day. Thanks guys!!

We had a wonderful experience with Good Dog Day Care in Port Coquitlam! The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, and you can tell they genuinely care about the dogs. My pup always comes home happy and exhausted after a day of play, and I love the peace of mind knowing he's in good hands. The facility is clean, well-organized, and spacious, with plenty of room for the dogs to run around and socialize. I also appreciate how they send me updates and pictures during the day, so I can see how much fun my dog is having. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and loving daycare for their furry friend!

Oh my goodness do we ever love Good Dog…,.our guy Sampson has been coming here since he was a pup and he absolutely loves it……we have never ever had an issue here and everyone who works here is awesome….they are kind and professional and they will love your pooch…..I always feel like Sampson is in the best hands…..I also get Sampson bathed there every now and then and he always looks amazing after they are finished with him…..I would highly recommend Good Dog to anyone that asks….don’t hesitate to bring your dog in…you won’t regret it!!!

The staff are great and friendly. Snickers always leaves there smelling and looking great. They do an amazing job trimming her. I have not ever been disappointed. Thank you for taking such good care of her when she is there.

Highly recommend Good Dog for daycare, boarding and grooming services. This was our first time boarding our 6 year old dog Sammy. Of course we were a bit nervous but his trial daycare day eased any concerns we had. The staff are so friendly, helpful and kind. They have fantastic customer service and all our questions were answered promptly and fully. We sent our dog for a daycare trial as well as an overnight trial and his following stay (9 nights) went extremely well. We also had him groomed while he was there and that process was really great too. Great service, tons of care - can't recommend this place enough! If you want to go away and not worry about your dog, this is the place.

We were so scared of getting a cut for our pup. After looking for so many places we found good dog and what a pleasant surprise! We will definitely will take our puppy again for a haircut and daycare! I can recommend enough!

Its our first time to bring our puppy for day care and we are happy that our puppy had a good stay with Good Dog. We think that he had a good time since he was so tired when we came home. Everything were so organized and there’s even a report card with pictures of what our dog did for the day. Will definitely be back. ❤️

Staff are so kind and respectful, I am so picky for anything about my dog but the good dog grooming department are amazing, I couldn't recognized my dog after grooming 😀😃 I have very good experience with them. Also I was looking at other dogs when they arrived, they were so happy and excited to see staff, even my dog never leaves me when we go to a new place, but today she went to the other side where the employees go, I suddenly realized that she was going to that part by herself and I realized she's feel so comfortable Today was first day of Lexy s daycare, she loves her present but the only thing, she has allergy to beef but she got a beef treat and she loves it, unfortunately I can not let her to have it

We recently brought our dog Coco to this location for a cut and wash. While we have been here many times previously, this cut was very unsatisfactory. While we were waiting for the grooming session to complete, we got a text message letting us know that Coco's hair was matted and they were going to need to shave off all her ear hair and also shave her body and legs down to match the length of each other. When we asked if they could leave the ears instead and we'd try to take care of the mat ourselves, they basically said no, we're going to do it. They did not give us a choice in the matter. They also said Coco would be cute in the end. When we went to pick up Coco, they basically shaved her ears right down to the bare minimum and the rest of her body looked like it was shaved down to the bare minimum as well. This is not what we expected and in our view, she did not look cute at all. In fact, Coco is now moping around the house as this is a very drastic change for her. I understand that having matted hair on our dog could make things complicated during a grooming session, but I believe we should have been given the choice of continuing the grooming or not, given a choice in what we could cut, able to choose the length, and what it all would have actually entailed in the end. We spent a lot of money on this grooming session and this isn't the first time this has happened. We've had a previous experience that went very similar, however, we wanted to give this location another chance. Unfortunately, it happened again. I don't know if we'll be able to bring ourselves to come back to this location after these two experiences. Having Coco cut down to the bare minimum without us wanting it to turn out like this is not what we want to pay over $100 for.

Everyone at Good Dog has always been so helpful. We have used the grooming, daycare, and boarding services for our small, somewhat nervous boy. They have gone above and beyond!! We definitely recommend them! ✨️

So took my dog in for a Profile and Tidy today and got him back and noticed his feathers were quite long still. So I took him back in, spoke to the front desk girl and mentioned what I noticed. I asked them to be trimmed just a little bit so they weren’t super long and then get him back and they were very tight/short. Think it was a misunderstanding/miscommunication between what I asked for and what was done. If you want something more specific, please be clear with your dogs and make sure if you have any concerns to actually speak to the person grooming your dog before it goes back to have anything done. ***Update*** I received a call from the manager and they were very understanding of my concerns and apologized. We spoke about it, and clearly it was a misunderstanding and explained both view points. Just to be clear as I mentioned above please be clear about your asks and if it’s something special they are more than willing to listen and help in these instances. She offered me credits and or add ons for next time which was very kind of her and they truly stand by their services, so that being said we will be back in the future. I appreciated that she took the time to call me and reach out. Customer service is very important and the manager did exceptionally well in this.

I brought my Samoyed here after numerous tries at another grooming location in which they told me I’d have to shave my poor boy because his fur was too compact. I spent hours brushing him out thinking that I got everything but he still needed a full groom. All I can say is that every dollar I spent on his grooming service with the team was 100% worth it!!! He is barely shedding, feels so soft, and they must’ve spent 4 hours brushing this boy because he is pristine!! Thank you- I am already looking forward to a more regular grooming schedule with your team!

Truly a 5 star experience- so much so that I am hesitant to post this review, as they are already so busy! Our dog Gatsby sees them weekly for daycare, and just stayed with them for an 11 day boarding trip. The care, the attention to detail, and the passion is unmatched. We have never experienced such amazing care for our little old man. Truly the best facility in the lower mainland. Thank you thank you thank you Good Dog! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was our second time at Good Dog Rocky Point for Copper’s Grooming and I was nervous as our previous groomer had left this location but I must say Shylow was exceptional and this is definitely my favourite look!!! Thank you for taking the time to come out and meet the two of us to go over pictures and style. He is so handsome and I couldn’t be happier!!! We really appreciated all the cuddles & love & attention our reactive dog received. I appreciated that there was a worker assigned to her each day so that she could get used to one person & the updates & pictures that they provided--it was very reassuring to see how relaxed she seemed. Also appreciated the puzzles & mental stimulation that she got to try out. I highly recommend this kennel for any dog, but especially for dogs who struggle with reactivity. Thanks Good Dog staff!

I came across good dog while researching good borders in my area. Good Dog has a very informative website that answers all possible questions. They just seemed so appealing and so right for our dog. I was in for a first assessment for daycare and boarding within a couple days. Dropped him off in the morning by mid afternoon, ,I had already been contacted with an update, detailing what he had done for the day. That evening, I was emailed a video report card absolutely amazing. I am definitely going to be using this facility for daycare and boarding!.

We’ve been taking our dog Emmy-Lou to Good Dog Rocky Point shortly after they had opened in Port Moody. We have used their daycare, boarding and training services. Ida was our trainer for both the group sessions as well as one recent private session. She went above and beyond to address all of the concerns we had with our puppy. Her passion, commitment and positive energy makes it a pleasure to be around, and Emmy loves her too which is a huge bonus because of how cautious and shy she usually is around people. Highly recommend Ida as well as all of the custom daycare/boarding staff. Top notch services all around.

We are so grateful for the amazing experience we had today. From the moment we reached out to Good Dog with our own pawrental anxiety due to our bestest boy, Indiana Bones, having such a terrible experience at a another kennel, we were cautiously optimistic that his first visit would go well. But it didn’t go well. It went absolutely perfectly and more amazing than we could’ve hoped and exceeded our expectations. We’re absolutely elated to have Indiana in a safe and nurturing environment full of friends and enrichment. Thank you for giving Indiana and his nervous pawrents a chance.

I've never taken my dog to a groomer before but I've had an amazing first experience with the staff at Good Dog. They were friendly, kept me updated and I felt like they truly cared about the well-being of my girl, Kira. Would recommend!!

Usually my dog Phoenix is super antsy about going to new places, but I could tell when he entered Leash Loft that he'd be well taken care of and I was right! Amara took great care and lots of hours going through Phoenix's heavily compacted coat, and I cannot understate how much happier and relaxed he is after his groom. I'm so happy to have found Leash Loft! He looks much younger and lighter after all the hard work she did, and I'm so grateful. Picture on left for before, picture on right for after.

We have been taking our dog here since she was a puppy and she always looks forward to daycare. On the days we take her, we like to tell her "it's daycare day!" and her face lights up. She gets so excited to see her friends. It was thanks to Leash Loft that we discovered how much our dog loves playing in the pool! We love how we can see our dog on their Instagram stories since we get to see how happy and excited she gets :)

Our pup loves coming to the loft! She's an anxious dog and being able to socialize with other dogs and the amazing staff has helped her so much. You can't find a better team to look after your dog!

Our Olde English Bulldog, Odin, has been attending daycare at Leash Loft for several months now, and we couldn't be happier with the care and attention provided to him by the amazing daycare staff! He first started off in the Puppy Pre-K, then graduated to the main daycare. It's clear that the staff got to know Odin well from the very beginning, and they have been great at giving us regular updates on how he's been with the other dogs any time we've asked. They have been extremely helpful with sharing their observations and working with us around some problem behaviours we were concerned about, which wound up giving us valuable information we were able to pass on to our vet. Additionally, they have been very quick to call us any time they noticed something that could potentially be a health concern. If you are looking for a daycare that provides quality care and truly values the health and well-being of all the dogs who attend, you will definitely find it at Leash Loft!

Our dog has been going to leash loft since he was a few months old. He absolutely loves it. He gets so excited everytime we pull up. The staff are all so lovely and friendly!

I can’t say enough good things about these guys! Hands down the best daycare, the staff are great with the dogs and I’m always confident that everyone is safe and getting along. Facilities are always clean and it’s super easy and convenient to book your dog in online. Everyone is super friendly and they’re so thoughtful. My dog Riley was sent home with a flower for me on international women’s day and a little card 🥰 they host special events and they also run a rescue. If your dog is in daycare there they also offer grooming services! If you follow them on Instagram, they post stories everyday you can watch and see everyone at daycare that day. They also offer adorable dog birthday parties! What more could you ask for?

Leash Loft is our dog's absolute favourite place to be (even more than with us some of the time). The staff here love our dog like she is their own. They are very transparent about any issues that have happened throughout the day, and always ensure the best care for all the dogs they have. They also have groomers on site that you can book on days your dog will be there, so you do not need to rearrange your already busy schedule to get them to a groomer. We have recommended Leash Loft countless times to other people that are thinking of getting a dog in Coquitlam, but are concerned about exercise and socializing in an urban area. Our border collie mix always comes home exhausted and will sleep from the time she gets home until the next morning if we let her. Cannot say enough amazing things about Leash Loft and EVERY person that works there ❤️

I’ve been boarding my cats here for a few years. Excellent kennel. Place is spotlessly clean. Cat not stressed when I pick her up. So reassuring to know I’ve left her with real animal lovers.

I’ve left my cats there four times in the last sixteen months. Cats always relaxed an happy on getting them back. Kennel immaculate, prices very reasonable, and it is obvious that Mark and Sheila love animals. So good to have a safe place for my cats when I need or want to go places.

With a behaviourly difficult dog it's hard to find a kennel that will take him. Kendon kennels has been an amazing resource. The staff are incredibly kind, patient, and experienced. We trust no other kennels and are grateful for their service and care.

I must admit that we were reluctant to take our dog here because of all the poor reviews. I’m not sure if it’s a competition or another dog sitter nearby writing all the negative reviews but we had an opposite experience. Our dog was well taken care of when we were gone for vacation - the prices at this kennel are super affordable versus what people are now charging on Rover per dog (some people are asking $100 per day with no qualifications). Our dog was healthy and happy when we had picked him up and facility was clean. We also got photos of him from them. Overall very happy.

This is very good facility to leave your cat even for longer time. We used it multiple times and our cat always came back happy and well fed. Highly recommended for friendly staff and reasonable price too.

My dog Nida is always happy to stay here. Her tail is always wagging when we walk up to the door. She's more apprehensive and Afraid when I take her to the dog groomer. And when I pick her up she seems in good spirits. I use this place all the time.

Took my 2 dogs for boarding last month, they stayed there for 2 weeks, and were very happy and healthy. Mark is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed by the hygiene of the facility, no odor or smell of detergent or air fresher whatsoever, nothing but fresh air!

A family owned & operated business for many years with many repeat clientele as this kennel is very clean & very secure. They care for the well-being of your pet and keep them safe from people and other dogs, alike. I highly recommend them to keep your pet the next time you go away.

Charlotte and the team have been wonderful to my dog! Each time she has attended daycare, she’s been very happy and very excited to go back. They always go the extra mile with fun events and keep the dogs very safe. The owner even made an imprint of my dogs paw print as a souvenir for me and my family during Christmas time. They are all so thoughtful and it is obvious they love what they do. We would highly recommend!

I absolutely love The Howlin Hive! The staff is so friendly and welcoming, and you can tell they really care about the dogs. Charlotte is amazing—she’s so attentive and takes the time to get to know each dog. My dog, Willow, loves coming here and always comes home happy and tired from a fun day of play. We have a psychopath for a dog. He's a Blue heeler and he's nuts. We love him, but he's nuts. Charlotte was extremely accommodating. She spent hours with my wife and dog just making an effort to get to know Ozzy so that he would feel comfortable with her. No other dog boarding facility or daycare facility would even give him a chance. She actually spent the time, cared, and developed a relationship with our dog to the point where he feels at home there. Give'em a go you won't be disappointed.

The Howlin Hive is a beautiful boarding place for your furbaby. It has a clean, neat and tidy facility, not to mention it is incredibly adorable. Their staff and owners are outstanding and ensure the best care is provided. They also text you updates and pictures throughout your dogs stay which is wonderful. Our dog Winston loves coming here. I would highly recommend this place.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Howlin Hive! I brought my dog here when they first opened. From minute one we both felt welcomed and cared about. I never thought I'd feel so comfortable leaving my dog with anyone but the owner Charlotte, and every single staff member are amazing. I simply cannot imagine going anywhere else. My dog loves loves loves it here. She literally sits by the door waiting to go. She dives out of the car to go see her friends in the morning and collapses in the back seat when I pick her up. If she doesn't get to go, she pouts. They are reliable, caring, and responsible in how they allow dogs to play together avoiding any conflicts. The facility is spotless. I feel so safe bringing my dog for regular daycare and overnight boarding. I don't know what I'd do without them. Howling hive is the absolute best place to take your dogs! Our dog was really unhappy at his old daycare and was being called a grumpy man. So we decided to look for somewhere that would allow him downtime and play. Howling hive is great because they have lots of areas for play and actives but also have kennels for nap time. Which is a must for our pup! My mom has 2 little dogs who absolutely hate daycare and Charlotte treats them like her own, making sure that they are comfortable and giving them a kennel together for down time and extra snuggles if the littlest one is shaking as she’s a very nervous dog. Charlotte and Damo put their heart into this place and it’s the only place our pups will be going!

Thought I would be paying $49 + gst per night for boarding. Charged me $10.00 more for peak season in Nov.? Plus 1/2 day boarding because I didn't pick him up until 3 pm not 11 am. Didn't bring him there until after 10 am the first morning. We originally booked for 2 nights but only needed one. Would have paid around the same if we picked him up at 11 the second morning. So after the assessment day and one night I paid $120.00! No receipt both days. Had to ask several times and they finally emailed them to me so I could see the charges. Make sure you read the website fees.

So happy I found the Howlin Hive! My pup has tried two different daycares prior and struggled with being overwhelmed and coming home overexhausted/overstimulated. After searching for a daycare that incorporated rest, I came across Howlin Hive. Charlotte was so accomodating in allowing my pup to have some quiet alone time to decompress and my request for no petting for my handling sensitive pup. I've seen a huge difference in the way she returns home from daycare and am so so grateful :) Also shout out to Kaitlyn for always greeting my pup with so much joy everytime I drop her off, it's definitely not easy to have such a welcoming smile at 7am, and it's very much appreciated!

I did dog boarding for my puppy at Happy Tail and he absolutely loved it. He had a blast and I felt really good that my golden retriever Cooper was in very good hands and was well taken care of. When we picked him up after his stay he smelled very good which was an added bonus:)

Benji , my medium poodle has been to this kennel in the past 2 years . Always well taken care of and happy to go back. He loves the play times as there is lots room to run and make new friends . Love the pictures I receive from the owners with him playjng. One time my travel plans changed and had to extend the stay and they were very accommodating including feeding him. Happy we found this kennel when we moved to Lower Mainland .

My dog has had an awesome time on all his visits. He is always excited when we start down the driveway. You can tell the love the owners have for all the dogs as soon as you arrive.

Our two dogs are very well cared for here. They take very careful care to match up play groups so that the dogs are well socialized and active. Chris has helped to socialize our nervous dog into a happy pack-mate and our chill dog loves playing with everyone. The dogs are happy, safe, and well cared for. The boarding they offer allows us to take vacations knowing our dogs are happy, loved, and in good hands. 10/10 highly recommend 😀

My dog LOVES Happy Haven! She is always excited to arrive. The owners are dog lovers and truly understand dogs. The kennel isn't fancy with private TVs for each dog but they get tons of exercise and excellent care.

My German shepherd dog was well taken care of at Happy Haven and the whole experience from start to finish was friendly, professional and enjoyable. We got photos sent to show us how our dog was enjoying things and it was great to see him playing so well with the other dogs! We highly recommend!

I always feel good about leaving our German Shepherd at Happy Haven. The owners have a genuine passion for dogs, so I know he'll be treated well while he's away from us.

At the end of this summer I had one week family vacation and I could not take cat and dog to cruise. I found and compared some cat & dog boarding kennels, Happy Haven has more comfortable and free environment for cat and dog. I gave deposit to book rooms in advanced, then paid the balance fee when I picked up them after one week vacation. My dog and cat didn't display nervous when I picked up them. They still are free and easy at home. I think they should be well at Happy Haven. Thank Chris and Nimani for their kind loving.

Our German Shepherd Shelby loves visiting with Nimali and Chris. They are careful and wise about matching up the dogs for play time. If you look at the pictures of the dogs, they have a smile on their faces. They let dogs be dogs. Shelby makes new friends every visit. I never have to worry as I know she is in good hands. Thank you for loving my fur baby. I highly recommend Happy Haven.

Dogtopia in Coquitlam is Tucker’s second home!! He loves going, and he is so well cared! When we get out the car, we walks himself right in, and into the arms of the staff. When Tucker sister died, the staff were so caring towards me. I recommend Dogtopia to all my friends and colleagues. The hours are great as well for shift workers for pick up and drop off.

I recently took my furry companion to Dogtopia for a week of boarding and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making both me and my dog feel at ease. The facility itself was clean, well-maintained, and had plenty of space for the dogs to play and socialize. I loved that they have webcams so I could check in on my dog throughout the day and see that he was having a great time. The staff at Dogtopia clearly love what they do and are passionate about caring for the dogs in their facility. I felt confident leaving my dog in their hands and he came home happy and tired from a week boarding and play. I also appreciated the additional services offered, such as grooming and training, which I definitely take advantage of. Overall, I highly recommend Dogtopia to any dog owner looking for a safe and fun environment for their furry friend. I will definitely be returning!

My dog would drag her feet going here, I had to do all but carry her in. (She, my dog, is at a new daycare now and loves it - tail wagging and runs to the door) Also, before signing up, I discussed whether or not it would be possible to make sure she was not crated at any point because she came as a rescue with a history of abuse in confined spaces. They confirmed they would not crate her, and put her in what was called an open "suite" instead, should she need space. I looked on the camera one day and she was in a crate. Unfortunately, when I signed up they very strongly suggested that I buy the new daycare package which included a set amount of drop-ins. I didn't get to use them all because I couldn't get her in the door, and they were crating her when they weren't supposed to be. I am now out probably around $100. I did communicate with them on the day that I discovered her in the crate that this was not the agreement, and asked what could be done. They made no suggestions, and implied that it was acceptable because my dog was being aggressive. I've had her for almost a year now, and she doesn't have a mean bone her body, she's an absolute sweetheart. She plays beautifully with other dogs at dog parks and her new daycare, and is incredibly gentle and good-natured. I'm giving it more than one star because the woman who was there on the initial day of assesment was kind to my dog.

As a first-time pet parent, I researched a lot and inquired about different places to find the right and most comfortable fit for Tyson (our lab, 11 months old). At Dogtopia, the staff is warm, knowledgeable, and professional. The manager gave us good time, explanation, satisfaction,and tips on the very first day of assessment. Tyson came back home happy and eagerly awaited for his next visit. Webcams are the best way to see how your pup is doing and give you satisfaction when you see your pup is well taken care of and in safe hands. I am an extra-protective and sensitive parent, but Dogtopia staff took all my worries away, and Tyson found his best second home. Thank you for your great work 💗

This review is for the grooming services, as I have not used the daycare services yet. I've taken my 75lb malamute mix here for grooming twice now, and both times it has been the best grooming he has received. I've been a few other places but they are often way more expensive and do a worse job. My dog's fur is always very soft and shiny after leaving Dogtopia and he doesn't have the terrible chemical-y smell he does after visiting other dog grooming facilities. Definitely recommend them for grooming!

Couldn’t recommend them more. I have an anxious APBT/Lab mix and within the first day she loved it there. For me as a first time dog owner I was personally anxious about how my dog would do but the staff know what their talking about and help me relax. The webcams are a nice addition so I can see my dog having a fun time. Also having the grooming service is great since my dog won’t let us cut her nails our self. Dogtopia of Coquitlam have been an amazing help to our dog, her confidence is already better just from being there.

The staff are very caring towards my partners dog. They are also very accommodating to my partner when she is running late or if she needs to drop off her dog before they open. They also provide good dog interaction and are always doing stuff with the dogs to help them learn. I definitely recommend Dogtopia.

We are always greeted with a smile. Everyone always takes such great care of our dog. Riley has a blast every time he comes there. He sleeps all night! Best doggie daycare ever!

From our first visit I was impressed by the friendly and communicative staff. Kona had great experiences with daycare/boarding in our previous community so I was hopeful for a smooth transition. She always seems happy to go to daycare so to me, that is the best review. We have been pleased by the grooming services but have not yet used boarding.

We recently used Pawsitivity Pet Care for our wedding, which was one of our best decisions! Aysia was so amazing with our dog and even arranged to meet him beforehand - so we already knew he was in great hands. We were so thrilled that we could include him in our big day but also knew that he was well taken care of without burdening any of our friends and family. Getting an email with adorable photos of him throughout the wedding was an added bonus! Thank you, Aysia!

We LOVE PPC so much, and for the first time in 20 years I can leave a pup in boarding and vacation care free. I couldn’t rave more about the care the dogs get at PPC and how happy my girl Matilda is to go there for sleepover parties - I literally tell EVERYONE to take their dogs there. Knowing that Aysia worked at a vet clinic and is also an R+ trainer is literally the cherry on top. Huge fan. Huge.

Aysia and the team at Pawsitivity are absolutely amazing! Our dog is more than a handful, and as their name suggests they gave him an incredibly Pawsitive environment. We got updates on how our little guy was doing, and could tell by the photos that he was having a blast and beyond well taken care of. It was an amazing experience for our dog and us. I know he already can't wait to go back.

Pawsitivity Pet Care is simply fantastic. Our dog adores all the hikes, swims, and treats she gets whenever she is with Aysia and always comes home tired and happy! I can’t say enough good things about Pawsensitity! They are so good with reactive pups, our doggo is not a happy camper about nail trims & have had no luck with repeat nail trims anywhere until now. They are so incredibly welcoming, & so caring with both doggo & parent never making you feel like a bad pet parent for your dog being a a jerk about something scary like a nail trim…my doggo likes to bring the drama. I don’t trust many with my doggo but hands down trust Pawsensitiity with our girl!

Aysia and Alexia are literally the biggest blessings in my (and my boys) lives. My one dog Dexter was not thriving at other daycares as he was being overstimulated by tons of other dogs and would have little human interaction. This was turning him into an unpredictable dog. I ended up pulling him out of daycare and panicking on where to take them. I believe everything happens for a reason and while at work, a coworker suggested I give Pawsitivity Pet Care a try. I literally drive an hour and 15 minutes out of my way to drop my dogs off because I refuse to take my dogs anywhere else. From the endless attention they get and the perfect amount of playtime my boys are happy yet tired at the end of each day. I’ve been with Pawsitivity for over 2.5 years now and we will be life long clients. If you have the opportunity to take your dog here, jump on it. My boys are my entire life and I would not trust taking them anywhere else. There has not been a single issue in the time we have been here and that proves what an incredible business they run both professionally and how much they truly care about their clients. 100 stars out of 5!

I have abit of anxiety leaving our golden retriever whenever we go anywhere and have always had the hardest time leaving him; feeling like he would 100% be care for the same way he is at home. Then we started taking him to Pawsitivity. Have not looked back since. I am absolutely confident that he is having a puppy vacation as we are having a human vacation while he is left in Aysia’s care. All meanwhile I know he is completely safe and is getting the best care and love as well. I will never go anywhere else simply because all of the animals Aysia cares for are family and that is how they are treated, daily adventures and constant new fun activities ensures the whole time!
