Pet Sitters in Port Sunlight

Been bringing my baby girl here for full time daycare during term time for the past 4 years - she’s also stayed overnight when I’ve been on holiday. The staff are CeCe’s second family. I trust them completly and seeing how CeCe reacts when I drop her off to them shows me how much she loves it there. The staff are worth their weight in gold. They understand how important everyone’s dogs are and show CeCe so much love when I’m in work/out of town - which eases my guilt of having to leave her. Until I win the lottery and can be a full time dog mum il always use and promote love ur dog as I believe they truly do love our dogs 🤍

Not long picked my German shepherd up from staying here . I was very nervous leaving him for the first time, but the staff were extremely reassuring. He is fed a specific raw diet which was explained to them prior to his stay and they ensured it was followed to the letter. Plenty of updates on his stay. Absolutely no signs of stress and he looked amazing when I picked him up. Will definitely be coming again. Can't thank them enough for taking such good care of my princess x

Some of the staff here are lovely and the concept is great as are the facilities ( some of the staff are exceptional -Liam) - our boy has generally seemed very happy here - I understand it is a commercial business but I do feel flexibility re bookings and deposits should be paramount as dogs are like family and stuff happens you can't control unfortunately. It's always hard leaving your pet and at least here they are outside a lot and can play -the water pools are brilliant. Seeing the photos of the dogs is nice too - we inevitably have to pay for the early drop off as you generally don't go on a weekend away after 2 pm in the afternoon ! Overall we are really glad this place is available as we can't get family to mind our boy due to age/ work etc so we need to know he's safe and happy - some of the staff are just great - thank you

Been bringing our dog for a few years and but this time seems to have gone down hill. The staff used to be welcoming and happy, staff now seem miserable and rude. Not really what I'm looking for when dropping off/picking up my beloved pet. If they are miserable and rude when I'm there what are they like when I'm not there. It's a shame it used to be a great place. Will not be coming back.

After viewing the images of carpeted, luxury bedrooms online we were completely bemused on arrival at seeing room after room of mattresses on floors or small beds in rows of rooms. The first thing we did was re-check in the car park if we had the right place - we did. It seems from other reviews we are not the first to see the images used online are possibly false? Completely dumbstruck how they think that is ok? Nothing wrong with the actual facilities as such, all clean and well maintained by the looks of it, the dogs there also all seemed well looked after, however on principle there was absolutely no way we were leaving our dog with a business who have seemingly put images up on their site that do not represent the actual rooms. All trust was gone at that point.

My dog has been going here for daycare since she was old enough. The staff are great and I know she's well looked after. She can't wait to get there.

DO NOT BLOCK BOOK DAYCARE! I would never use this company again & would not recommend them. They encourage you to block book daycare but will not refund if your circumstances change & you can no longer take your dog.

My dogs were so happy, I saw them mixing with bigger dogs and got nervous about it but the staff reassured me and let me know how they'd been over the 2 nights they were there. They were both knackered for over a day when they came home!

Amazing. The dogs absolutely loved it. So much so they were sad to leave haha 🐶😂 we will definitely be going back when we next go away on holiday!! Thanks guys I truly felt my boys were happy and safe with you. Plus they take photos for you!!! Check them out …

Dangerous work environment for dogs and staff. Staff are uneducated about dog welfare & safety! Constantly over capacity with number of dogs staying. Some dogs allowed to free roam all day even with BEHAVIOURAL ISSUES - while other dogs are locked in rooms alone for 20hrs+ a day. Dogs with parasites (fleas & worms) allowed to enter the premises. Evidence of other parasites (maggots) in food bowls left in dogs rooms. Along with urine & faeces! (I have photo evidence of parasites) Dog fights occur REGULARLY due to the dogs packed in like sardines and left unsupervised. (I have photo evidence of dogs fight injuries). Dog bite injures to staff occur regularly - unsuitable dogs are accepted to stay on premises! This company does not care for dog safety or wellbeing.

Our golden retriever Holly stayed with Claire, Allen & their children for a long weekend in their lovely home with a big garden for her to run around in. I was kept updated with pictures whilst we were away and Holly looked like she had the best time with lots of walks & cuddles. Claire & Allen are very professional, making sure they understood Hollys needs before they looked after her. When I went to collect Holly, she was so happy & comfortable in their home, I’m pretty sure she didn’t want to leave! I will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you so much again!

Stanley, our 9 month old miniature dachshund had the best weekend with Allen, Claire and their family!! We were kept up to date with photos and videos all weekend and they looked after him as if he was part of their own family! It was Stanley’s first weekend away but it was clear he had the best time and we will definitely be booking Stanley back in for a mini break!! We would 100% recommend 😊

We used Allen and Claire for our puppy who we had never left, we couldn't have wished for a better family to look after Otto. They sent lot's of photos and we felt really happy knowing Otto was being well looked after. A special mention to their son, on the day we introduced Otto to the family, their son played with him the entire time, they are a lovely family who love dogs and that comes across immediately.
