The staff here is amazing! They take care of your dog like it’s their own. My boy is so excited as soon as I turn into the driveway. We use them for grooming and to kennel. He is content and happy when we pick him up!!

We board our dog 2-3 times a month and all across the east coast. Never seen someplace that won’t refund you if you check your pet out early. One or two days early I get it (because it may cost them business) but if you pay for two weeks and pick them up the next day because your plans change they won’t refund you a penny. I’d give one star for the policy alone but in all fairness they’re at least transparent and have plenty of signs up about it.

These dogs are our babies! They've never been kenneled before. I dropped our boxers off here on a Friday a.m. and picked then up Sunday evening. The girls in the office were GREAT with them and very understanding with all of my questions and requests. My dogs had a great weekend and we would definitely take our girls here again and recommend this Kennel for anyone looking!!!

If you have a large dog, it’s a no go. They are not equipped with knowledgeable staff to be able to handle a large dog breed. A very rude lady at the front desk seemed annoyed that I was even attempting to bring my Belgium Mal to her for boarding but she agreed to meet her. When I brought her in to meet the staff, a young lady took her back for less than two min and came back and said “it’s a no go.” When I asked why, she said she was reluctant to enter the kennel. Well of course she was. She’s not a regular boarded dog and was nervous. My Mal was boarded there 2 years ago and did great with the staff and other dogs. She’s been professionally trained. When we did the meet and greet, the staff did not even try to get to know her, talk to her and make her feel comfortable enough to walk in the kennel without reluctance. I think because of the size and bread, her mind was made up. Again, unless you have a small breed dog, I would not recommend this place.

The staff here is always pleasant and caring about my dogs. My dogs get so excited when we pull down the driveway and can’t wait to get inside. Thank you for all you do for my fur babies ❤️❤️

I went to schedule a stay for my pup that has been there prior, no issues what so ever. Owner was extremely rude and demanded a meet and greet. We complied on the visit, we were told she didn’t want to go into the kennel on her own so we have other options. This is for the best. If you are rude and nasty to the pet owners, who knows how you treat our animals. This use to be a good business you could trust. Our previous pup spent years with them. Shameful to put customers through hoops to just say that. For the record, our pup is professionally trained and is perfectly socialized to degree to go anywhere, including dinners, bars, and any event.

Love, Love, Love PFK. The staff are always so friendly. We've boarded both our dogs and cats here and have had a great experience every time. My dogs get so excited when we pull up and they run in to greet the staff when we get inside. We've used them for the past 7 years and couldn't be happier with the care they give our pets. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

My dog got kennel cough here. Initial staff was friendly. However policy on how often the dogs get played with and let out varied among staff. My dog who was boarded here got kennel cough and subsequently gave it my other dog. Verified by our vet which cost $360. If all dogs being boarded are up to date on their vaccines as required and the place is clean, it's highly unlikely she would have contacted it. So there's probably a breakdown of both... Won't be boarding here again

Prince Frederick Kennels is the best kennel we've ever boarded at. Our pup stayed for 10 days. The young folks who we interacted with were so caring and competent, and our dog loved them and the place. Lots of outdoor time too. We'll definitely be back.

Don’t ever take your pet here - a 10lb dog named Turbo was severely harmed, hemorrhaging & bloodshot eyes, after leaving this groomer. She needs to be investigated for harming animals! She once left a dog inside her groomer for 12+ hours!!!! Seriously?! Animal cruelty!!!! BEWARE!!!!

Do not take your large breed long hair dogs here. They charge $200 to shave dogs without permission from the owners in the middle of winter. You will drop off your beautiful fur baby at 10am and they’ll have you wait til 5pm to give you back a skiddish, traumatized, shaved and razor burned dog and expect $200. We brought my Black Russian Terrier to this groomer to have an inch of hair cut down and returned to find my dog fully shaved with shave burn bumps on the side of his face and in his genital area. For some unexplained reason they also shaved one side of his neck and not the other. The groomers said they’d had the manager look at the dog and determined he was matted allover but when we asked to speak to the manager who was apparently present to evaluate my dog we were then informed she was out of town…. So how did she evaluate the dogs condition earlier if she’s out of town? It’s apparent that the groomers present made a rushed decision due to a busy day and a lack of care. We had called about three hours after dropping him off(around 1pm) to check on his progress and they advised they were swamped with dogs for the holidays so he couldn’t be ready until 5pm so my guess is due to the busy day they decided they didn’t have time to properly do their job so they just shaved whatever dogs they felt like shaving. When we saw how they mutilated our dog and tried to talk about what happened to result in this they dismissed our concerns entirely, told us how they should have charged us even more and mockingly wished us a merry Christmas. They boast about their 20 years of knowledge but clearly these old dogs need to learn some new tricks because they shaved a breed that is never supposed to be shaved completely down as it can cause skin irritation in this breed and their double coat may not ever grow back properly. My poor dog has been scratching non stop for days since we picked him up from this chop shop. It’s even kept him from sleeping at night and he’s more skiddish like he was treated harshly at this groomer. That is the worst part about this whole experience, thinking about how poorly they treated our sweet 1 year old dog. For the record they said he was matted allover but he was not we brush him out fully every two days. Sometimes he gets matted around the collar area but we always get it out and he goes to a groomer closer to where we live every two weeks for a wash, blow dry and nail file. Let the record show we have taken our dog here once before and they did a good job with the cut so that’s why we took the hour plus drive this time when he needed another cut. We were recommended the groomer from someone we know who was lucky enough to have had better experiences so we trusted them. We also saw a number of dogs there being fully shaved down to the point that their skin was visible so I really urge you to take your dog anywhere except the Rita’s Grotesque and Greedy Grooming.

Let me just start with how the employees that work here at just absolutely wonderful. My kitty is very skittish and has an anxiety disorder, and they made her feel so comfortable in that environment. From what I saw it looked like they treated her with so much care and affection it warmed my heart. I have always had issues trimming her nails because again she is skittish and doesn’t like her beans being touched. They did so good on her tiny little toenails. They look so fresh and so clean. I’ve never dropped her off before with ANYONE. And I was so weary of just leaving her in fear something would happen when I'm not there (she is my emotional support animal also.) Lastly, her fur is SO soft and she smells so wonderful. One of the groomers told me that she didn’t like the blow dryer (she’s terrified of things that sound like the vacuum.) they cleaned up her back end, got her all cleaned up and returned her to me and she was the happiest I’ve seen her in a LONG time. Thank you guys for being such wonderful animal people and giving all of your fur customers the csre and affection they deserve :) if I could give you guy 20 stars I would. 30/10 recommend taking your fur babies here.

After my experience with Rita’s Grooming this week, I’m warning everyone to STAY AWAY!! Not only did my 10lb dog get the worst cut ever that goes from a shaved body to an unblended, crooked lined bowl cut on his head, he also only had nails cut on 3 paws. Fast forward 8 hours to when I was rushing him to the ER vet because the whites in his eyes were no longer white but full of blood. Diagnosis - subconjunctival hemorrhage in both eyes caused by excessive restraint. The next day, I spoke to Rita about my concerns with his grooming, first bringing up his nails and then the quality of his cut, but she was quick to place full blame on Turbo. She told me he was so difficult during the haircut that they had to stop, which is why it looks the way it does. They did nails after the cut but again he was unruly so they only did 3 paws. Rita told her staff to stop services because, in her words, her staff should have stopped sooner. She evidently told them that he would need to be tranquilized if he were to come back because it wasn’t a good situation. When I then bring up about his eyes, she said things like that happen and she’s tired of having to deal with customers like me that always blame her staff for these issues. This was not Turbo’s first time at a groomers. Being we rescued him 5 months ago, we didn’t know how he would respond to grooming but had received 2 good reports previously. One of which came from his 1st visit to Rita’s 4 months ago. Why was this time so different?? If he had been so unruly, to the point of him needing to be tranquilized for future visits, why didn’t they tell me that at time of pick up? I even spoke to Rita when I picked him up and she never mentioned anything!! If he had been so unruly that they couldn’t even complete his haircut, why did they try to cut his nails?? If her staff “should have stopped sooner” wouldn’t that imply they handled his care incorrectly?? Seems like a lot of excuses to avoid taking responsibility!

First time coming to Rita’s Grooming and this will be the only place I ever take Hank! They did such a good job and we couldn’t be happier!

Our experience was excellent. My two long haired cats were groomed quickly and with precision. They both look wonderful! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

They do an excellent job on small dogs I've been a lot of places that have Nick my little sassy but this time I didn't see any cuts on her and she wasn't shaking at when I came to pick her up I found them very gentle very kind she was a little matted at when I took her in it cost a little bit more to get her cut real close but are they did an excellent job and calming her and they were very attentive to her I really enjoyed this place I will be going back

My first time there. They did an amazing job with our ShihTzu. He has never looked better or been happier after being groomed. Definitely will be returning in 8 weeks.❤️. The Golden Retriever looks beautiful.

Great place to keep your dogs for vacation. We received constant updates with pictures and our dogs were freshly bathed and pooped from playing with all the other dogs when we retrieved them. Will definitely use again and would recommend to anyone who worries about their dogs on vacation!

Great place, lots of room for the dogs, lots of very supervised playtime, and groups are made to ensure that no dog is put with a dog they don't get along with. Very accommodating, and they accept unaltered dogs! (So long as they aren't in heat of course)

Quality Time pet sitting cared for my indoor and outdoor cats and were wonderful! I will certainly use them again. Marie and Rob are so friendly and care deeply about animals. My indoor cat is not usually social with people she does not know but Rob was able to become her friend! He was the best! I would highly recommended them.

Ruth has been our pet sitter and I always feel comfortable leaving my cats in her care. She is a super warm person who I knows really cares about our little pets! We hired Quality Time to take care of our retriever and cat. They offered a lot of other services, like watering plants, bringing in mail, etc. I appreciated the attention to detail for both animal care and the logistics for the house.

Vickie has been caring for our cats for a few years now - including our diabetic cat - and she is fantastic! Countryside is the BEST find we could have ever hoped for. We truly feel that they've become family. The staff is phenomenal and they are a one stop shop. My puppy goes there for daycare, grooming and we will also be using them for day board and train and boarding when we go out of state in August. The pricing is always fair and honestly I would gladly pay more than what they charge for the grooming services. I always know my boy is in the best hands when he goes to countryside and truly feel they love him like one of their own. And the awesome videos and pictures they post on FB every day are so fun to look out for! One look at all the smiling dogs in the photos says it all. BEST PLACE EVER!!!

We brought our 4 year old Pit-Mix little girl with us from NY while we visited with family. She stayed here at Countryside in daycare for 2 days, from early morning until early evening. Our dog doesn't get that much time to run around off-leash in the city, so being able to play in the sun, running free with other dogs for hours, is such a treat for her. The staff at CPR was great, very friendly and attentive. We asked for notes on her visits as, we got her from a shelter a year ago and she still has some trauma/anxiety issues when she's not with us. They kept an eye on her and made sure she adjusted well with the other dogs. Both days she was there, she came out happy and tuckered out after a full day of playing. They groomed her the second day, we asked for one of the spa treatments. She came out with a cute pink bandana and a matching pedicure that I was not expecting, she looked adorable and smelled so good! We're definitely going to bring her back whenever we come down to MD. Thanks to CPR and your wonderful staff... This will be our fur baby's new home away from home!

As far as I know, this place took excellent care of my dog. He came home at least 5lbs. Lighter and he was VERY happy. So I give this boarding house 5 stars! He was definitely well taken care of! I definitely had my concerns as I’ve never been away from my dog for more than a day in 13 years. This place put me at ease. My family was allowed to come visit (all though you have to call a day in advance.) and see my buddy while I was in Japan. I definitely recommend this place. If I leave the country again, I will definitely use this Kennel.

10/10 recommend & looking for excuses to go back! My partner and I aim to play with Zaya 1.5-3 hours daily so for overnight boarding I signed her up for 3 solo play sessions and 1 group play session. Wasn't sure how she'd be so we totally assumed she would need another good play session when we got home. We Were Wrong 😁! Zi has been tuckered out for the last couple of hours. Countryside Pet Resort truly lives up to their name and then some 💕. The services look good but the staff pals truly make the resort experience. Everyone I had the pleasure of speaking to was well-informed and clearly passionate about animals. I really appreciate how they balanced being professional with pointing out a misunderstanding on my part (timeframe for a vaccine). Super appreciate their emotional intelligence 🥰 I feel confident pets are well taken care of with them.

The staff is wonderful at Countryside and they really get the know the individual dogs. We have used the doggy daycare and grooming services. We also did a day board and train program with Brian and it was the best investment ever. Brian was able to give our dog a wonderful foundation to build upon, thanks to his skills we get to enjoy taking our dog everywhere with us and he is always so wonderfully well mannered. If ever I have the need I would not hesitate to board with them. Wonderful facility and staff 5 stars is not enough.

Countryside pet resort is absolutely wonderful!! Dexter loves going there for daycare 2-3 times a week and we board there when we go away. Every employee is outstanding with him, it's like the dogs are their own family. He has also taken his 3 week training from Brian which was a huge success. We are so pleased with the resort.!!

This was the second stay for my Frenchie Pack. They enjoyed their stay. We added the services of nail trim with polish for the girls and a Woodland hike. They offer extended stay and day boarding.

Do not board your dogs here. The boarding price LITERALLY only includes allowing them to stay in their enclosed room and go potty. The staff does not play with them at all unless you pay a $15 fee per dog per play session. Every normal boarding activity has an extra charge of $10 or more per dog for each one!!! They completely price gouge. Ask for their price sheet before boarding unless you don’t care if your dog is just locked up constantly. Facility and staff were professional, just a horrible business model.

We’re very lucky to have Countryside within a reasonable distance from our house. We’ve boarded our 3 pets there for 2 longish vacations and they’ve been well taken care of by the Pet Resort staff and owners. We have a large and medium dog and they get to share the larger family room accommodation so they can keep each other company and console each other for going to doggy jail. Not really a jail, but they’re locked up instead of roaming the house, so they probably think of it as jail. On our last vacation, our cat had just been put on medication the week before we left and Countryside was so accommodating by agreeing to give her meds although it’s not their policy. They said she was very good about taking the med - hopefully they weren’t just being polite 🙂 Anyways, we feel blessed to have this nice facility run by real animal loving people available to care for our critters while we are away.

Such a wonderful first time experience! Megan took great care of my pups for a week. She follows all directions given or any special care your pet may need. The property is beautiful and secluded, perfect for anxious dogs. I was nervous at first bringing my pups to a new place, but I felt at ease the moment I walked through the door. Will always recommend and continue bringing my pets here!

My two babies were never kenneled before. 5 and 13 yrs old. Megan invited me to come check the place out prior to dropping them off. Megan keeps a clean friendly loving home away from home kennel. I boarded them with her. My pups were happy staying with Megan. They were happy to see me after 8 days but were sad to go. Megan catered and truly took fantastic care physically and emotionally to Oreo and Prince. Thanks Megan!

I have taking my dog Ringo to little Farm kennel for a couple years now on the recommendation by my neighbor. He loves it there and Megan is awesome. It's always a great experience for both Ringo and I whenever I need to drop him off for either a long weekend, or a week long business trip. I’ve used other kennels in Prince Frederick, and will never take my 5 dogs anywhere else. Megan is amazing, and our dogs are happy and healthy when I come and pick them up. We have 5 and they are all able to stay together, so no one is alone or stuck in a crate all day.

Little Farm Kennel is great! Megan and her family are doing great things at their pet lodge and my pups will be back for many more stays! I definitely recommend to anyone living in the Southern Maryland region.

We joked many times that we shouldn't leave a review because they are so amazing we don't want to share them with everyone else. This family is so sweet and will love each of your animals like their own. Your dogs will run and play and they won't charge you extra to let your dog be a dog. If you need to go out of tpwn without worrying if your dogs are okay or sitting in a crate all day look no further. You will not be disappointed.

We contacted Pawwws Aboard to see if they were able/willing to watch a mini pig. Jazmin stated she had never done it but was willing to try. She came to meet him and we all felt comfortable so we booked her for 2 visits a day while we were away. She has fair pricing with multiple ways to pay. She was very communicative while we were away and sent pictures, videos, and updates during each visit. We felt at ease knowing she was there taking care of our pig. Will definitely use Pawwws Aboard again for future trips if she’s available

She is an awesome puppy sitter!! I will definitely be using her the next time my husband and I go on vacation! She sent us videos everyday for updates on our little one and she was always happy and playing. She showed our Frenchie lots of love and attention. I was very nervous about leaving her but she assured me that she was in good hands and I had nothing to worry about! She has a forever client here!

Jaz has been amazing! Pups and I moved to Baltimore and were so lucky to have found her! Takes great care and they adore her. I have a pup that needs meds twice a day, She is very responsible and I can trust her to be on time. I travel a lot for work, wouldn’t know what to do without her!

I had a pause in my need for a pet sitter during the past year. We just did a camping trip and needed to board our fur babies. Even though we moved further away from Jazmin, I thought of her first. She responded quickly that she had an opening and during our trip she sent pictures of Emma playing with a toy and Lingling playing with the puppy, Beauty. I knew they were in good hands!

Odrun is the best and very thorough. She was a new sitter recommended and I was nervous; however, I could not have been more pleased with the level of care provided, including all the little extra's she does. I received daily pics showing how happy my paw babes were and how comfortable they were with Odrun. She really pays attention to detail and I was totally comfortable knowing they were in good hands. 🙏😊

Ms. Brazelton is BOMB!!!-Diggity!!! She knows her dogs! She's very astute regarding proper pet care and training (we have a 3 month old puppy). A very professional pet sitting service. The owner was very helpful in an emergency situation involving a neighbors pet during the late night hours. She was able to take the animal to the animal emergency care center and treated the animal for several days after release from the emergency care.

We have an indoor/outdoor cat and a couple times a year we go on a weekend trip. C-PUP has always provided great service for our critter and has always been there, even on short notice. They feed our cat, top off or change the water, clean the litter, give some pets and playtime, email us a picture of our cat, and bring our mail and packages inside once a day. They've taken care of our cat when we decided to leave her in the house or outside. They have also kept our garden alive during summer trips by watering for a little extra charge. I would highly recommend C-PUP! We have used their services a couple times a year for the past 5 years or so.

We've been working with C-PUP for dog walking and dog sitting for over a year now. If you are looking for a walker or in-home sitting service, I'll assume that your fur family members are incredibly important to you and you want to make sure they are getting the best care possible. C-PUP provides just that. They are incredibly professional, well-organize, thorough and meticulous when it comes to understanding what your pet needs for care. We have three dogs of various ages, including a senior dog that requires extra-special care and C-PUP is incredibly attentive to all of their different needs. They are wonderfully communicative as well, especially during over-night pet-sitting. Your fur family will be in wonderful hands with C-PUP.

Over the years, all of our cats have been well taken care of by C-Pup. They are a pleasure to work with, trustworthy, and they always keep us posted (text msg and e-mail) on how things are going with our fur babies. Also, for us what is very important is that they are a local neighborhood business. Being local means being able to provide their services quickly.

She is incredibly organized and meticulous in ensuring that pets and owners may leave each other with an easy mind. All of her staff have been generous, patient, lovely people who treat us (humans and pets) with great care! A detailed report card is left at each visit outlining the activities our dogs performed, their affect, and notes on the overall visit. We have traveled and used C-PUP for home stays and also as a dog walking service. Our dogs have become so familiar with C-PUP staff that it's as if another family member is with them. Wonderful, wonderful people and service. I can't say enough good things about Shannon and C-PUP! I recommend them to anyone and everyone expressing an interest in pet services. Our dogs love them; we love them!

C-PUP has been walking our two dogs for over 2 years and they both still run to the door to great C-PUP's walkers every time they come to the house. They've been very easy to work with for both their dog walking services and their pet sitting services. C-PUP is super responsive, and incredibly flexible when plans change at the last minute. Our dog walker, Emily, is terrific. Our dog is always delighted when she arrives for his daily walks and play. She makes sure we have returned when expected, so our dog is not alone or missing dinner. Shannon's attention to detail gives us peace of mind. C-Pup is fantastic! We had someone stay overnight with our pets while we were gone and she did a great job. Typically when I go away I worry about our pets, but with C-Pup we got frequent updates and I knew they were in good hands. When we arrived home our cats and dogs were well-adjusted and excited to see us. I can't imagine going on vacation and having anyone else stay with our pets. I highly recommend C-Pup.

The team at C-PUP has been taking care of my Golden Retriever, Breeze since we brought her home 4 years ago. While my husband and I worked in full-time jobs during the day, we had multiple scheduled walks for her energy level. During that time, Breeze was so well cared for and loved, just as we would have done if we were there. As I transitioned to full-time work from home, I now call on C-PUP for our overnight sitting needs. When we go out of town, whoever stays with Breeze loves her just as much as we do. They provide detailed notes, pictures/updates and take care of any worries we have while we're away. I would recommend any of their services if you wish for your pet to receive the highest quality of care when you can't do it yourself!

We've been using C-PUP to look after our cats for several years, and we've always had an outstanding experience. We get email updates once or twice while we're away. We arrive home to find a written daily log of feeding, meds, visits, etc. I can recommend them without hesitation.

I can’t say enough incredible things about Aimee and Steve! We are a military family that moves constantly so it can be hard to find people you trust with your “babies”. We have a 5 month old lab puppy that is still figuring out the world. She is a little timid at first but I loved how understanding both Aimee and Steve are. Daisy has done doggy daycare and they were AMAZING about making sure the class wasn’t too big and the right dogs were matched together. They planned ahead knowing Daisy was coming and had a calm dog paired to slowly integrate her into the pack. Daisy is currently in training and both Aimee and Steve were interested and willing to continue her training while under their supervision! Steve has a very calming approach with the dogs and Daisy really took to him. Aimee has so much patience with not only the dogs but also me! She was willing to answer all of my questions, concerns and never made me feel uneasy. You can tell how much they BOTH love the pets they care for. After having several successful doggy daycare days we opted to board her with them. We received updates and pictures of her “sleepover” with her friends! I knew Daisy was in great hands. They even did an adorable paw print picture that I will cherish forever! I jokingly say that we are now co-parenting together because that’s how amazing they have been with her. I selfishly want to keep them to myself but I also know they deserve all the praise in the world! I don’t consider them a “boarding facility”, more like a 2nd home.

I want to share my incredible experience with Trails End Pet Sitting, LLC. I don't often post recommendations, but I am truly compelled to share how delighted I am with the care they provided for our Guinea pigs, hermit crab, and puppy, Meadow. I stumbled upon them on Google, did my research, and read their reviews on Facebook. I was impressed with what I saw and decided to have them do home visits for the small animals and board Meadow at their Southern St. Mary's location. Being a total helicopter mom, I was initially nervous. But the moment I met Aimee, I knew it would be a great fit. She came to our home, asked questions, and got to know our pets' schedules. Aimee's professionalism and knowledge were evident from the start. When I dropped Meadow off at their boarding facility, I was immediately put at ease. The dog play area was secure, shaded, and well-ventilated to keep the pups comfortable. The grass and turf were well-maintained, demonstrating their dedication to safety and cleanliness. Aimee greeted us warmly and assured us that everything was under control. She even discussed emergency plans for Meadow. Aimee's commitment to our pets' well-being continued throughout Meadow's stay. She was more than willing to take Meadow out for potty breaks whenever needed, even during the night. I received updates from Aimee daily, complete with pictures, videos, and detailed accounts of Meadow's day. Blake, her employee, handled home visits for our small animals and sent us daily pictures and humorous updates that had us laughing each evening. I cannot speak highly enough of Trails End Pet Sitting. Their level of professionalism and care is exceptional. Aimee and her team genuinely care about all animals, big and small. I am incredibly grateful to have found them and will always turn to Trails End for pet sitting needs. The peace of mind they provided while caring for all my fur babies was priceless. I would give them 11 out of 10 star ratings!

We are new to the area and I was so nervous leaving our pups while traveling for Christmas. Alexis was our sitter and she was so helpful, communicative, good with the pups. We came back home and they were incredibly well taken care of. For someone who gets a lot of anxiety about leaving our pups, this service was incredible and so worth it. They were incredibly flexible, allowed us to pick multiple visits and options for the days we were gone. Just incredible and could not recommend more

Trails End has been such a huge help for our family. They are wonderful with our dogs, administering medication and caring for them while we are gone. I am able to relax while on travel or vacation knowing that my dogs are well taken care of. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs to be away from home and rest assured their pets are taken care of.

This is our first time using a pet sitter and we are so pleased! We have 2 cats and 2 dogs and in NC, we had used kennels for the dogs and paid separately for someone to come to our house for the cats. With Trails End, all 4 are taken care of and the cost is less. I love that we can book from a phone and they send photos and updates with each visit. Prior to their first pet visit, they provided a home visit to meet the pets and learn about their care. Whether it’s a one time visit for a long day in DC or a week out of town, they are perfect!

My cat really enjoys the visits from his pet sitter Penny. I honestly think he gets a little disappointed when it's me and my husband coming home from a trip and not his new best friend Penny! I have absolutely no worries at all when I'm away and I know that Penny will be looking after my kitty. I look forward to reading the detailed daily notes that she leaves. Trails End provides great customer service, communication, and care for my baby Lilo. I can not praise them enough. Highly recommended!

Penny @ Trails End has been a HUGE help for us. We have 2 kitties that need special care and medications and Penny has gone above and beyond for them. We love the feedback that she gives us and we know that she will take care of them both as if they were her own! We can leave them in Penny's capable hands and know she will take super care of them and keep us informed of how they are doing while we are gone!

Aimee and Alexis took care of our pup and it was great I received feedback after each visit and pictures of my boy in addition to my plants being watered and not having to rush home on the last day of our trip. It was a wonderful experience.
