I have been using queen city petsitting for years and highly recommend them!! Let's start with James. I can always count on James to answer any questions I have and assign the right person for my fur babies. He is courteous, professional and always extends a helping hand when you need one. In fact, we just got a 2 month old kitten who needed additional TLC in the evenings, this was over the Christmas holidays, and he found us a catsitter that could take care of her. We also want to thank Idelisse for taking care of our fur babies in the evening, even through thr Christmas holidays. Last but not least, Mallory is a godsend! We've been requesting Mallory for years and we can always count on her. She made herself available over the Christmas holidays, our fur babies love her, hang out with her and spends quality time with them. Our vacations are always stress free as we know that our fur babies are in good hands!

I was very grateful to find Queen City Pet Sitting. This was the first extended vacation I took with my parents, and usually we are each other's sitters when we travel. I rely heavily on reviews and stumbled upon QC Pet Sitting and I could not be happier! Stacey the owner immediately responded to my query and provided me with a quote. Their prices are fair and reasonable compared to their competitors and the services did not disappoint. Sarah stayed with our 3 pups in my home while we were on a 7-night cruise. I was very nervous since this is the longest any of has have left our furbabies with someone who wasn’t family. However, Sarah was extremely professional and gave us a huge sense of security and relief knowing they were safe in my home taken care of and treated like family. She sent timely updates and photos (and snuggled in bed) with every visit and kept me in the loop the entire vacation! I cannot thank Sarah and Queen City PS for their services. It is so wonderful to have this option in the future. We are already planning our next trip!

We have been using Queen City Pet Sitting for over a year now and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about their service. Booking my reservation was easy. The management is professional and prompt to get back to you if a question or concern arises. The sitters that we have had have been wonderful with our 4 legged baby. They were both very good about communicating and sending pictures and updates, frequently. We will definitely use their services again in the future!

We’ve used Queen City Pet Sitting 2-3 times now and would highly recommend them for anyone in the area. Our pet sitters came to meet us, get the layout of the house, introduce themselves to the pets (5 cats, some more skittish than others), and set up the schedule with us. Each pet sitter was diligent in letting us know when they stopped by the house and sent pictures of the pets (have added some of those to this review). We’ve had great experiences with them and will continue to use them when we have trips out of town! Stacey, the owner, and the staff are very communicative, friendly, and quick to answer questions whenever asked!

We were really happy with the care that Dennis took over our two cats while we were away. He visited us beforehand to learn the routine and meet them, and then communicated really thoroughly with us about each visit, including photos. That really set our minds at ease that the cats were being well looked after. We'd highly recommend him and Queen City Pet Sitting.

I have been using QCPS for about 2 months now and they have been there for me during 3 separate trips over that time period. I cannot say enough good things about this service. Stacey (owner) is absolutely fantastic and goes above and beyond for her clients. My dog, Whiskey (pictured), is a bit of a "special needs" case as he does not get along well with other pups. Additionally, I happen to live in a high-rise filled with other pups. So, getting him in and out safely can be a challenge. I have now had three visits without incident. The team (Casey and James) that have looked after Whiskey have taken the time to get to know him, understand his routine and ensure that my travel has not come at the expense of my best friend, Mr. Whiskers. In my most recent business trip, we were almost unable to find anyone to watch him and I was facing the possibility of driving 9.5 hours each way to and from Florida for a video shoot. Stacey came through in the last minute, offering up her office manager as a solution. Her words, "I put myself in your shoes and I just couldn't do that to you." These people are incredible, reasonably priced, care about you & your fuzzy buddies personally and I am just so very thankful I found them!

My family had a long trip planned, at the last minute I realized I needed pet care, my usual sitter wasn’t available. One of my neighbors uses someone from Queen City and loves them. So I reached out, the owner Stacey immediately called me, she hooked me up with the best pet sitter ever! Sharon took such good care of my babies, went above and beyond doing things that needed done like bringing in packages. I was nervous at first because I didn’t know her, but Stacey reassured me she’d been thoroughly background checked with lots of glowing references. She lived up to all the praise!! It’s so nice to have someone like that to trust your fur babies and your home with when you leave town. I’m so grateful to Stacey and Sharon…they took care of me and my babies when I was in need!

Best service ever! Stacey, Queen City owner, has been beyond phenomenal with scheduling and providing top notch service. My sitter, Savannah, is truly exceptional. She has given such love to my elderly dogs, one of which we recently lost. Her compassion exudes from her. Hugest gratitude for their service. Recommend with zero hesitation.

He texted me updates and pictures of our dog during his visits, and he spent extra time and showed lots of patience when he was being temperamental. I just moved to the Charlotte area and had to go out of town for a wedding. I contacted Happy Hounds regarding a meet and greet. From the first message, Holly was amazing. She was very prompt in responding and took the time to meet with us to see if home-style boarding would work. The online portal made it very easy to schedule, communicate and pay for the services. When I picked up my dog, he was very happy and I could tell he had the best time :) Huge peace of mind knowing that my dog is in great hands! All around a wonderful, stress-free experience. What an amazing discovery finding Happy Hounds has been! Such a relief to find an alternative to boarding and kennels. Happy Hounds is the best boarding option for me in the Charlotte area! I have been in-home boarding with Holly for several years. I could not recommend Happy Hounds highly enough. Your dogs are treated like family, and the communication is wonderful; I always am reassured and reminded that my senior dog is having fun and being an angel. I will be using them for dog walks in the future, too!

We had a wonderful experience with this service! We left our dog with Holly during a week-long trip out of town. He normally has some anxiety issues so boarding him was not an option for us. For the same price we were able to leave him with a passionate, caring dog lover in a home-like environment who treated him like family. We got lots of reassuring photos and updates while we were gone and Brownie was very happy! We will definitely use Happy Hounds again and again!

Happy Hounds is amazing! Happy Hounds is the first pet sitting we’ve used and they completely exceeded our expectations. One of our dogs is blind and Holly was super comfortable with her. When we came to pick our dogs up, they were happy to see us but not happy to leave! Highly recommend!

Absolutely love this service! We got an 8 week old puppy which we were completely unprepared for in regards to potty training and needing multiple walks per day. Needless to say when Monday morning came around I panicked. Holly was so accommodating on such short notice. She came over to meet my baby free of charge and was able to give me multiple options for us to choose from in order to best meet our needs. Our little one requires 2 and sometimes 3 walks per day, our schedule may very week to week and this has been no problem at all for a very reasonable price. Our puppy is always calm (as a puppy can be) and happy when we get home. Holly pays such great attention to our baby and has been great in reinforcing all of her training needs. I get wonderful text messages and pictures that help reassure me that she is doing well and she always looks so excited to be out with Holly. Happy Hounds is a caring attentive service for your pets needs and is extremely reliable and affordable .

Happy Hounds is the BEST. Holly cares for my dog 4 times a week while I am at work. This has been so helpful for me because not only does Holly walk her and let her out, she is also super flexible and caring. She can give my dog treats and chew toys that I only want her to have for half the day, leave her in or out of her crate, etc. Holly sends me a status update and picture every day, which I love getting! She's also really been there for us in a pinch when I unexpectedly need a last-minute walk and has even cleaned up puppy accidents a couple of times... My dog also home boarded with Holly over a long weekend. She was so well-cared for and it was so easy for me because Holly picked her up and dropped her off for me. The prices are also the cheapest I have seen in Charlotte. I didn't think I would be able to afford a dog walker but Happy Hounds has been tremendously valuable to me (and cheap)!

I've used a few different pet-sitting services over the years and Happy Hounds is by far the best! Holly is amazing. Not only does she take excellent care of my dog, but she's respectful of my home as well. She brings in the mail and trash bins; knows how to work my alarm system; will turn lights on and off and will even spend the night when I have to go out of town for work. She is responsive to new sitting requests and always sends an update (and picture!) via text when she's at my house. Best of all, she loves what she does and it shows! Her human clients and her pet clients love her equally as well!

Happy Hounds is the best! Holly and Mike alleviate our worries when we are out of town. Our sweet girl is 15 years old and has special senior needs. They understand and take extra care to make sure she is happy, comfortable and taken care of. Love the pictures we get with the status texts!

For Pet Sake is amazing! They are so kind, always reliable, professional and, most importantly, my dogs LOVE them! They send a great report after each visit that includes a picture. They are the only pet sitting service that I trust to take care of my pups!

For Pet Sake has been taking great care of my dogs whenever I am away - have been relying on them for over 10 years. One of my dogs is diabetic and the sitters are very experienced with giving insulin shots so it is great peace of mind. Love that they text me to give updates and also text to make sure that I made it home from each trip. It is great to be able to leave the dogs in the house and know that they are in great hands!

I boarded my dog Koda here over the weekend and she had a blast!!!! She made lots of friends and seeing her so happy in the pictures made me feel loads better knowing she wasn’t sad and alone. They even gave her an exit bath when I picked her up which was such a nice surprise!!! She smelled great and it was nice to not have to do it after a long day of traveling. They are also super fair in pricing and we will 100% be back for any boarding, day care, training or grooming needs!

I have 2 dogs and 2 cats. I have used Ashley and Abbie regularly for walking my dogs as well as check in on my kitties. They are wonderful to work with. Very dependable- they have never missed an appointment. I know they have a busy schedule but will do their best to fit you in for a last minute visit. Recently, I was home recovering from surgery and I got a chance to observe my pets when they Abbie or Ashley arrive to take them for a walk…. My dogs get so excited to see them. You can tell that they genuinely care about animals. Also, they take the best photos of my fur babies!!

The owners of Animal People Dog Boarding & Day Care (Aaron and Ashley Babaa) know what they are doing. Both are epic dog lovers and will care for your dog just as it were their own. This venture is born out of their equal passion to care for and board dogs in a dignified manner. Beautiful clean facility with new state of the art kennels to keep your dogs. This place WAS great and has been fantastic! I was going there for almost two years now. It's 45 min for me and has been well worth it! Both my dogs have come a long way and can't wait to see how much further they progress. 😊 However, the owner has abandoned this to move onto something else and it is under new management that has been a dissapoinment and changed what they have said so I will no longer be back there and will find something else. Therefore, I no longer suggest this facility.

Dog School Charlotte provides excellent training for pup and human! We are very pleased with our progress. We were having significant problems with our rescue. Dog School Charlotte folks are professional, courteous, extremely responsive and always on time! We are looking forward to continuing our advanced obedience & group training with them! We love Animal People! Our pup is always excited to go and tuckered out when she gets home. If anyone is going to take care of our floof, they need to be animal people, just like us! Affordable care by folks that love our pup like just like we do!

Ashley and Aaron offer a warm and welcoming home away from home for your fur babies. The facility is kept clean and well organized and the dogs have plenty of indoor and outdoor space to run and play. I love that they send pupdates to the owners to let them know how their fur baby is doing. I have complete confidence recommending them to anyone!

Simply the best! We can’t recommend Animal People enough. Our pup spent two weeks with their team, and she had the best time. We got regular updates and photos throughout her stay. It’s very evident everyone on the Animal People team truly care for each pet in their care.

My sweet boy, Baire, LOVES coming here! He is so excited that he jumps out the car 😂 I know that he is in great hands because of how he reacts when he gets dropped off. Great doggy daycare and boarding place! My dog absolutely loves coming here and it makes me feel much more at ease when they always recognize him and say they love him, even though I know he can be a bit of a stubborn old man at times. Will not take my pup anywhere else when I need to board him!

Before his hair cut he was looking so bad, he had knots here and there on him and she got him looking like a handsome boy, I will definitely be back! Best doggie daycare. They take care of my Chiweenie so well. He always sleeps so well on the way home. They nicknamed him Chiwee-wee and now the whole family calls him that.

I gave this place a couple days before I decided to rate it to be sure I loved it as much as I thought I did - and boy do I! I found Midwood Barkery on google when I had to go out of town last minute for the weekend. They accommodated my two German Shephard’s and took great care of them. Neither of my dogs have been to day care before let alone a boarding facility, I’ve always gone the Rover route so I was a bit nervous. It went so well, the next day I enrolled my youngest dog in unlimited day care! The employees at this place know what they’re doing. I have tried to get Koda into day care at other facilities and he was turned away twice at his initial meet and greet because he was barking a lot. Koda has a TON of energy and gets overly excited, but the staff here knew just how to handle him! He has been playing so great and looks forward to going everyday. He sits by the front door every morning and waits! I have included a picture of him at the begging of the day, and the end of the day. He is exhausted, and that makes me a VERY happy doggy mom! My only comment is I wish I could see more pictures/ videos of Koda playing during the day. They are good about sending pictures when asked, but I hate asking! But that’s a minimal complaint compared to how well taken care of my dog is and how much fun he has during the day! I never thought I’d see the day where Koda was able to go to day care. We are on day 5 now, and the staff already knows me, my car, and my dog by name! They’re great I cannot recommend it enough

We’ve been taking our pup to this wonderful place for around 9 months now and can’t say enough about the compassionate and competent care they give her. Boarded my husky puppy here for the first time. She loved getting to play with all the other dogs there and came home exhausted. The workers send updates and take photo shoots so you can see your pup when you’re out of town. I got her groomed before I picked her up and they did such a good job. I will definitely use them again in the future when I have to board my pup!! Definitely recommend(:

The folks that work at Midwood are really great with dogs. We've boarded our dog here several times over the past two years, and she's always happy (and tired from playing the whole time she's there). They also have a great deal on bulk daycare passes. Highly recommend.

Derrick and company are the kindest and most likeable people you will ever meet! Our dog Sr. Cappuccino absolutely loves going to doggy daycare with them, he runs right out of our car to see them!

Never did I ever think I would turn into “crazy dog Dad” but hey, I love my dog and want the best for him and to be well taken care of while I’m away. I’ve used these guys for boarding and for doggy daycare and they do a great job. I always feel comfortable, leaving my dog here knowing he will be in good shape from the time I drop him off to the time I pick him up. Staff is very friendly and accommodating and give you the full report on how they were while gone. Highly recommend this place!

The Barker Lounge is the best boarding facility around! They are so friendly with the humans and our dogs are always so happy and well taken care of every time. Their daily updates always put a smile on my face when I'm away, and the dogs come back tired from an obvious great time. Their favorite part is the cookie they get at pickup!

Disappointing Grooming Experience I used to love bringing my dog to the Montford location, as the staff was always warm and loving toward her. Unfortunately, I’m writing this review to share the issue we encountered with the groomer, Jerial (name may be misspelled). This was our first time having my pup groomed at The Barker Lounge, and I thought it would be a good choice given the overall comfort and care I've experienced there. However, during her grooming session, my dog was nicked multiple times in her private area, and the tip became noticeably bright red. I was never informed that anything went wrong during her appointment, but soon after bringing her home, she began showing signs of irritation (licking and scooting). When I called to address the issue, Brianna assured me that my dog had played normally afterward and didn’t appear hurt. She mentioned that she would speak to Jerial through a translation app, as he doesn’t speak English. Later that day, Brianna told me that the groomer had used a blade instead of scissors, which would have been more appropriate for a small dog like mine. When I asked about the groomer's experience and which size blade was used, Brianna couldn't provide answers, stating only that she had been there for two years. While I appreciate Brianna’s kindness and effort to resolve the situation, I found it troubling that she couldn’t provide more information about a staff member involved in such a serious issue. This lack of communication and transparency is concerning. Additionally, I believe the groomer’s inexperience played a significant role in my dog's discomfort. Using clippers on a small dog in sensitive areas was not only inappropriate, but it also led to harm. The language barrier made it even more difficult to fully understand what happened, which only added to my frustration. As a result of this grooming incident, my dog was shaken and no longer wants to return to a place she once loved. I had to take time off work to ensure she was okay, and I even had to visit the vet for ointment. Although Castor (general manager) did work to rectify the situation, offering both concern and a refund for the grooming, I am still disappointed by the lack of communication and the apparent inexperience of the groomer. I understand accidents can happen, but in this case, it seems more like a lack of proper training and oversight. It’s hard not to feel that the groomer should be held accountable, and honestly, I feel this situation could have been avoided with more experienced staff, proper tools, and clear communication. I sincerely hope this was an isolated incident and that The Barker Lounge takes this opportunity to review their hiring practices, training, and communication protocols to ensure no other pet experiences something similar.

I recently switched to barker lounge after my previous day care closed. It was scary to switch to a new place after my dogs Jepson and Dizzy were familiar with one for so long, but the staff at barker lounge made me feel so comfortable! It’s a very well run facility and it’s clear they care about their customers and dogs. I was so impressed with how quickly every staff member knew our names and dogs names! Definitely would recommend this dog day care to anyone looking for one.

Love this place!! It’s a tad on the pricy side but after looking around and trying other daycares I’ve learned that you often get what you pay for, and you won’t be disappointed with this choice. My lil guys loves coming to daycare and I know he’s actually out playing and not just in a kennel for most of the day because he is EXHAUSTED when we get home. The facility is clean, the staff is amazing!!!! Despite us coming every blue moon they still remember me and my dogs name which blows my mind because they are almost always full. Take the tour see for yourself and I promise you will love it!!!!

We knew of The Barker Lounge for some time, as it’s just down the street from our office. We first chose to try them on a recommendation from our dog trainer, Robin Lincoln, as she spoke very highly of them. Our 2yo Treeing Walker Coonhound (a COVID rescue) needed a lot more exercise than we could give him until our fence was installed. Even since then however, we keep taking him 2 days/week for the socialization & exercise. He’s so excited to go every time, and when we bring him home afterwards, he’s exhausted and happy. On those days, he typically crashes for the night by 6:30-7pm instead of 8:30-9, as in the 2nd attached photo. 😁 We also started taking Hershey and our little Maltese, Molly, there for boarding while we’re on vacation, as they get so much exercise and play time. The staff at Barker Lounge are wonderful and obviously love taking care of dogs. Great people!

We have boarded our 3 pups here a few times and have had a great experience every time! They do daily updates and photos so we can are what our pups are up to while we are away. We have also gotten the dogs bathed/groomed there and have been happy with the results. Highly recommend!

We started taking our Bodhi to BL when he was a puppy 5 years ago and won't go anywhere else! Our Bodhi is a nervous boy with separation anxiety; but loves TBL!! Gabe! Gabe, Caitlyn and Gabi always go above and beyond for each fur baby that is there for the day or for a wee stay. We can go out of town knowing there will be love, affection and plenty of attention for Bo (even if he causes trouble). The groomer is also wonderful! Thank you to all TBL staff for everything you do for our family.

My dog hated going to some of the daycare businesses in the area and didn't get warm welcomes in. When it came to the Barker Lounge, she gets excited to go in and see her friends. Not only that, she gets a very warm welcome from the awesome staff. I can tell my dog loves being there and it brings me joy to see how much the staff loves my dog as much as I do

Cannot recommend The Barker Lounge enough! We have been bringing our dogs here for 2 years and love it. The staff is super friendly and they always remember our dogs' names whenever we drop them off. We've used them for boarding, daycare, and grooming and have had positive experiences with all their services. I also love how they post pictures on Instagram so you can see how your pup is doing during their boarding or daycare stay.

Our dog LOVES the Barker Lounge. The grumpy old man turns into a puppy every time he sees where he is going for the day. Thanks to everyone at Barker Lounge for giving Gary a great place to visit.

Hands down the BEST pet sitters in Charlotte. Affordable, very communicative, and send updates/pictures every morning when they check on the kitties. We trusted Midwood Pet Sitting with the care of our two cats over the Christmas holiday. Rebecca and her team were phenomenal from the moment of first contact. She took the time to learn our house and the unique personalities of both our kitties several weeks before our reservation began. While they were sitting we got detailed daily updates, adorable photos, and even some celebratory videos when our shy cat finally emerged and began to play. The Midwood Pet Sitting team was very consistent in the time of day they visited (good for animals on a routine), loving and enthusiastic in their play and care with our furry guys, and incredibly responsive to us as clients whenever we had questions or updates. Highly highly recommend!

Rebecca has been taking care of our 3 fur pups for 4 years now! They range in age from 2 to 15 and she knows just what each one needs. We trust her to stay over with them when we are out of town and she has become part of our family! She can do quick lunchtime visits or longer stays....she loves the animals and has an amazing work ethic!

Amazing!! Rebecca and her husband do such a wonderful job caring for my 55lb lab mix. They fill his water, give him approved treats, take him on nice long walks, play with him, plus attention and love all for a minimum charge. It was such a relief to know my fur baby was in good hands and getting extra love during the long work days. They were flexible when I needed days switched and even accommodated my request for time of day which made all the difference. They offer additional services like mail pick-up or snagging packages to put them inside, watering plants, etc. to ensure you are happy and satisfied with service. My sweet Turkey loves Club Fetch! He always gets so excited when we pull in for daycare, and is always greeted by lovely, smiling staff who are excited to see him as well. These staffers genuinely care about my little boy. As someone whose dog is my whole entire world, I can leave him there with confidence and an eased mind. They also have great special events with ADORABLE photoshoots, and are always willing to give Turk a nail trim if I ask! 10/10! We love Club Fetch!

We always board our dogs here and they always come home so happy and so well taken care of, Club Fetch does a great job. Our dogs aren’t huge players with other dogs, and the staff always gives them attention and makes sure they are loved. They are happy to see them and so kind. Our dogs have medicine(s) and they always administer them correctly and ask questions. They have good space for dogs to run/play given its South End. We always get outside picture of them! Overall I feel like my dogs are loved, happy, and safe when they are there. The staff is always accommodating when we have had to change plans last minute and or several days out. Recently Stephanie especially helped me when I was in a crunch - she was kind and professional. I give whole the staff, the system they run, and the facilities five stars!!

Aspen did such a good job grooming our Great Pyrenees! When we originally took him to Club Fetch he was scared and didn’t let anyone touch him but Aspen worked with us over 3 sessions to make sure he was comfortable. By the third time we took him in there she was able to completely groom him! She has the magic touch!

Club Fetch saved the day! Memorial Weekend, I had to run out of town and the Dogsitter that we had booked was no longer available. This would have been our dogs first long ride and we didn’t want to chance it so we took a chance on Club Fetch. Lindsey was very friendly and you can tell she’s an absolute dog lover. She made sure to discuss the various packages that they offered and got us squared away. We selected the pack and play package where your pet would get cuddles and story time and we would get a photo report card of how he was going each day. The photos, while some were not good, did put us at ease seeing his face. Some of the photos were blurry, others seemed to have on a filter, or just a bad shot- nonetheless we were grateful for having them save the day. We made it to see my aunt (who was ill and hospitalized and back to Charlotte). Here is where our feelings dampened. Upon return, we were told about additional fees, that were not disclosed at drop off, additionally, we ordered a spa bath and they must’ve forgotten as they ran to do it after I called and said I was on my way and they brought him out soaking wet and not dried with no fragrance. To top it off, I was told that he wasn’t a fan of the dryer when he’s had several spa baths previously at another facility. The lady that assisted me upon my return was very lackluster and nonchalant and borderline rude. I stood my ground and told her what was covered with me upon my check-in and what wasn’t and I was told she was adjusting the bill. Oh, I forgot to mention, when I returned on Tuesday, they had me in the system for a 6 night stay and he was there for 4 nights. I was billed for a package for 6 nights and he was only there for 4…this is what the lady told me she corrected. I swiped my card, got our pup and left. Once I got home and reviewed the invoice I noticed that I was still overcharged. I called and left a message and the next day Lindsey returned my call and said she was getting the error corrected and refunding me a little more for all of the trouble. I’m on the fence about returning because my pup did return and had diarrhea for a few days. His vet gave him some meds for his stomach and now he is on the mend. Read everything before signing and double check everything. Keep in mind if you are boarding your pet during any holiday that there is an up charge for boarding during those “peak” times. I was told that over the Memorial Day weekend they had over 100 dogs there. They also offer doggie cookies as a sweet treat and an add on for your pup. I ordered a Memorial Day cookie and I was suppose to get a photo of him with it, but someone missed the mark. Not sure, if we will return but this first time visit was definitely chaotic.

I have brought my dog here a couple of times after a recommendation from my girlfriend. Wow! I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences so far! Laura went above and beyond, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. I’ll definitely continue to bring my pup here

Poppy LOVES club fetch! We had tried another daycare in the area which went horribly. I was so worried bringing her to a new place she/I would have the same experience. It was NOTHING like the other daycare. Lindsey took the time to explain their process and philosophy, tell me exactly how they were going to get poppy to warm up to them, and followed through on that promise to get Poppy to love daycare. After just 3 trips there, poppy now sprints inside, tail wagging, so excited to have a day of play with all her friends (human and puppy!). I am so grateful for the amazing staff they have there.

Bear and I love club fetch! The staff is all amazing and friendly and they know who bear is as soon as he walks in! When I ask bear “you wanna go to daycare?” He immediately gets excited and runs to the door! Cannot recommend enough! Lindsey is amazing and knows the dogs by name, she is the best!!

I have been taking my dog Meli to Club Fetch for a year. I could not be happier with the employees at club fetch. It gives me so much comfort knowing that she is well taken care of every time she goes to daycare and that she doesn’t have to be at home while I’m at work. She loves playing with other dogs and every time I pick her up at the end of the day her tongue is hanging out of her mouth and she has a big grin on her face! I highly recommend every service at club fetch. Meli also gets groomed there and she looks adorable every time! It’s nice because you can drop them off for daycare and they can get grooming services while they are there. Thank you club fetch for making our babies happy and safe!

After boarding my dog here for the first time for a weekend I was disappointed at pick up on Sunday. After requesting a bath during the online check in process and in person at time of drop off, when we clarified a basic shampoo and dry on Sunday morning, my dog was not bathed prior to pick up. I left two comfort toys at the facility with my dog and both were missing a time of pick up. The only response was "sorry", there was no offer of reimbursement, replacement, or even to take down a mailing address to mail the toys if found.

My yorkie needed a grooming desperately. We had tried a groomer after moving to Charlotte and I was not too happy with them. It took a while to find a place near me that I was comfortable going to and Club Fetch was perfect as well as Jackie his groomer. I will definitely go back. She did an awesome job and he looks adorable!

Barker Lounge East Charlotte is the absolute BEST! We love them so much. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great Dog Daycare. They are like family to us.

My dog gets so excited when we approach the barker lounge. These folks are amazing and you can tell they love the dogs and it’s mutual Tristan is awesome and we joke that our pup likes him more than us. Cannot recommend high enoughI

I love their updated portal where they send photos and updates on their daily meal times. My dog is low energy and chill so I'm glad that they group lower energy dogs together. Also love to follow their Instagram where they post doggy photos multiple times a day ♥️

Our doggie absolutely loves going to the Barker Lounge. He always leaves happy, well balanced, and very tired! When he spends the night he gets a report card. This is so helpful and thoughtful. I trust the staff with him and know he is being looked after and cared for in our absence. They are strategic in the placement of every dog to make sure that they have the best experience possible. We love the regular posts on Instagram especially when we have to leave him for an extended amount of time. The facilities are clean and well managed. As hard as he plays he never comes home spelling like a toilet like other places we’ve been. They do offer bathing and grooming services but we just take a bath when we get home. Prices are comparable and I would highly recommend as our first choice in a long line of other day care and boarding places!!

I was thrilled when this location opened up because my dog had stayed at the other Charlotte location but it just wasn't convenient to my house to use often. My dog LOVES The Barker Lounge and the East Charlotte staff give him all the attention and belly rubs he wants. More importantly, I trust the staff to take good care of him and make sure he stays safe and healthy while tiring him out with the other dogs, whether he's there for day camp or for overnight boarding. They take the best photos of him, too!

Phenomenal staff, easy online portal, and check in/check out experiences have been fast and easy. Barker Lounge has been very dependable for us. They are very good at communicating and will love your pups. There is the option for baths as well-- highly recommend doing this, we love picking up our dogs all fresh.

TBL-East is awesome! My girl, Skye has loved daycare and boarding since day one. She drags me in at checkout, and comes home tired from wrestling with pals and playing with staff. Because of a different job location I looked into another dog care, and Skye was NOT HAPPY! She wouldn’t come out to play with the other pups, and growled at staff members. I’m sure all were kind to Skye, but she definitely knew it was not The Barker Lounge. I highly recommend this place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Below is one of their photos of Skye! We have been taking our dog to Barker Lounge East for about 6 months now and I can’t say enough good things! As soon as we pull up our pup is sprinting to get inside , all the staff are so kind and treat your dog like family! Sully always comes home exhausted from playing all day which is a bonus! If you are looking for a safe and wonderful place all around to take your dog , look no further!

My fur baby has a special spirit and for a year Barker Liunge has shown him nothing but love! Maximus practically jumps out the window when we turn into the parking lot. When I took the tour, I was 1st impressed by the fact there was NO SMELL. Staff is great and calls me and Maximus by name everyday the door opens! The play exhaustion lasts about a day🤣!

Thank you for taking care of Pepper. I was thrilled to be able to get her in last minute to spend the night so we could go have family pictures taken. Pepper is always a happy dog when she goes in and when she comes out. They even post pictures of her on the insta so we can see her.. even though she is the mom UNphotogenic dog ever - and we appreciate that. LOL.. Would love to see them offer grooming.

For starters they are only getting 1 star because I had to put something so this would post. DON’T TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!!!!! Since being home both my dogs have had stomach aches. Not been able to do nothing but drink water no appetite whatsoever. This is very unusual I have an American Bull who is about 80lbs and I have a mix Siberian husky with a pit bull who is about 76lbs and both are acting the same. I signed up for playtime and bath with nail trimmings and although they states they had playtime none of the other stuff was done. I will never let my babies come here again!!!!

We have trusted PetSuites with our dog for the past 4 years for both boarding when we travel and grooming on a regular basis. Everytime we go, he gets excited to check in and it's always happy to see us when picking him up. We usually book the luxury townhome when boarding, so he gets a bigger room, TV, etc. We like to spoil him when he goes in for boarding. They always do a great job, save we will continue to return.

1st PetSuites experience was PetSuites - Greensboro. Phenomenal. Entire staff was friendly, I received a pawgress report & pictures of my Husky while he was housed every time we used the place. Staff sent updates via text during his stay, let me know how he was eating and doing with their food. Expected this one to be very similar, a completely different experience. This time I had 2 Huskies to board instead of one. Check in lady didn't seem to know that they were housing together. During their stay I never got the pawgress reports I was supposed to receive. Sent texts asking for updates, never got any replies. Called and no one answered. Then at pick up after listening to the guy in front of me get a detailed report & explanation of how his dog was all I got was a "as far as I know they were fine" when I asked how they were during the stay. The 2 stars are because they did honor their multi pet discount & the first night stay free for my younger Husky who had his 1st kennel stay. Every experience is different and my last experience at a different PetSuites location was better. Was not the same experience @ this place

Petsuites is a great place for your dog. Daisy actually knew most of the people that work there. She would greet them when we walked in. Great place!!! I like how they will have “picture days”

PetSuites Wendover burned me twice, and I can't forgive or return. I've used multiple PetSuites locations without issue, but this one was new for both my dog and me. Two weeks in a row, I packed the exact same meal, in the exact same bag, but in different containers—and two weeks in a row, they failed to feed my dog his food. The first time, they saw the dry food and just... missed the wet food. Instead of checking the bag, they gave him some random wet food I didn't authorize—a brand he'd never even had before. And when I asked about it? They straight-up lied and said they fed him part of his meal in the morning and the rest in the afternoon. Fun fact: I didn’t even drop him off until 11:30 a.m., so I had already fed him that morning. Despite all that, I decided to give them another chance (bad call). Yesterday, I checked in with the manager, hoping they’d finally get it right. Nope. When I picked him up, the dry food was still in his bag. I specifically told her the food was separate, but she logged it as mixed together. And the “pro” who fed him didn’t even question why my dog was apparently eating two tablespoons of wet food for an entire meal. You’d think they'd be extra careful after screwing it up last week, but nope. The other manager, Blake lied too. Completely over this place.

My pup had a nice stay here. Everyone is so nice and very responsive. They have a good loving team that care for your pups. I will definitely recommend this place.

I boarded my dog here for a few days, on the last day I unfortunately had car issues coming back into town and had to have my emergency contact pick up my dog. When my best friend called me to confirm she had picked up my dog and was headed to my house, she kinda joked she was not asked for her name or ID. The desk attendee simply handed over my dog with no regard to who was actually walking away with my pet. Despite the form when signing your pooch up for boarding asking who is allowed to retrieve your animal and the contact information. I know it’s a worst case scenario, but my dog is everything to me. There should be due diligence to make sure the dog is given to a safe person, anything less than that is unacceptable. I was also not notified of any upset stomach my dog had, and he had poop stains all over his behind. I paid for the pawgress report and called to check in, and it was never mentioned. I know it’s normal for a dog to get an upset stomach while boarding, but I did pay to be updated with that information. I had also called to ask about how his group play was going as they offered to test out his compatibility as I only signed him up for the more expensive one on one, they didn’t even know he had been going and I had to insist another front desk associate had him in group. The front desk associates were very kind when I went, I just feel like this location is a bit disorganized and I won’t be returning.

I don’t trust my little angel with anybody but I trust PetSuites to handle both his regular nail trims and overnight stays when we go out of town. I love the convenience of having a camera in the townhouse to be able to check on him whenever I am away and feeling worried.
