Will definitely use again, she looked after our Jack Russell, Poppy, she sent photos and videos of Poppy playing with her dogs. Poppy was clearly very happy. Highly recommended.

My cat always comes home looking glossy and healthy. I know she is well cared for whilst staying here. The proprietor is lovely and clearly cares for animals.

The kennels and the service from Kate is amazing and I have a typical weimaraner who is very demanding and attention seeking and despite her whinning gets all the attention and love she needs from Kate. I would be lost without her so I hope she knows her service is very much appreciated

The cattery was in really nice condition, clean and well cared for. My cats seemed to get on well there and might have even enjoyed the experience, which is high praise from two hard to please cats. Will definitely be booking them in again in future if we're going away and stuck for cat care.

Left our 9month old GSD here for 9days August 2017. First time he had been in the kennels so was very worrying. Katie made us feel at ease, such a lovely person and loves dogs which is just what you want. Chaddy was very happy there and settled in well. Katie also said we could keep in touch whilst away of which we did and she would respond asap even though she is extremely busy!! Highly recommend but book fast as she is always full. Just tried to book for a couple of days in October but she is already full! Don't know how I'm going to find a better kennels and a better person to look after our much loved dog.

I would highly recommend this cattery! We were having a bathroom done and our indoor cat needed a home whilst this was going on. The builders kept changing the date and then took longer than we thought possible but this was never a problem and the owner was always happy to help. The owner was really kind and chatty. And our cat came back happy and unlike when we have used another cattery in the past he didn’t come back stressed or bald so the next time we need a cattery we would not consider using anywhere else! Thank you!

We have boarded our dog Willow with Katie for over 4 years and to be honest would be lost without her. Willow loves her stays there and is always very well looked after. Katie is always friendly and helpful. We highly recommend.

First time stay for our cat, just picked him up after a nine night stay. He seemed relaxed and totally unphased by his stay away from home which was great as he hasn't always dealt with catteries very well in the past, hiding in his box and not eating much; but not the case here. My first impression on dropping him off was that it was a lovely quiet setting and only a small place which great, I felt completely fine leaving him and wasn't disappointed! Five star 🐱

We have a particularly difficult dog with anxiety issues and I have no hesitation leaving him here. He is well looked after and always comes home looking really well and happy. I would not hesitate to recommend these kennels.

Louise has been walking our dog for two months and Wallace always loves going out with her. Plus she has helped with his behaviour and things he previously struggled with. Like car journeys and is working on staying settled near bigger animals.

Louise has looked after my cat Willow a number of times whilst we have been away on holiday. She has been absolutely brilliant with him and provided him with lots of love, care and attention on her visits to feed him. I couldn't have asked for more especially as my cat is getting old and requires medication. I fully trusted Louise to look after in and I felt happy leaving Willow in her care. Thanks so much :)

Louise has been absolutely amazing at looking after our puppy. She got to know him from when he was ten weeks old and we are sure they will be lifelong friends now! Louise is caring and knowledgeable. She has introduced our puppy to lots of new, positive experiences and socialisation with other dogs. Not only does she look after him; Louise trains and helps him to become a well rounded, behaved puppy! We are so grateful for all of the help and support Louise gives. We really couldn't have found anyone better and would recommend her services to everyone! :)

Our Springer Spaniel was just 12 weeks old when Louise started to look after him... He has turned into the most wonderful dog, and I am sure most of that is down to her influence. Paddy saw Louise every day for 2 years, and every day he greeted her as if he hadn't seen her for weeks!! We have sadly moved away, but would recommend these guys all day long!! I felt like we were stealing him away from her!!

We would highly recommend Louise to help you with behavioural problems that you may be having with your dog. She came to see us and listened to the issues that we were having. During this time she was also observing how our cocker spaniel was reacting to her and giving us ongoing advice and practical demonstrations. Louise also went out on a walk with us and demonstrated, from leaving the house to coming back, the importance of keeping our cocker spaniel calm. She also demonstrated various techniques whilst out walking which was really good to see in practice. At the start of the visit our cocker was quite anxious and nervous but by the end of the session she and Louise were best buddies. Louise gave us lots of brilliant advice and tips on the day, especially around setting boundaries for our dog. She helped the whole family understand the best way for us to approach the training as most of the issues were owner related! It was also really helpful afterwards to get a really comprehensive written plan that we can refer back to at any time. She also recommended some really good books to read which all helps with our training. It was great also to have a follow up visit to see how her recommendations had helped us and to have the opportunity to ask her further questions. We have certainly seen a great improvement in our dog’s behaviour after putting into practice Louise’s recommendations.

I cannot recommend Petal Paws highly enough. Both Amanda and Louise have been fantastic and took the time to get to know my dog Tilly when she stayed for home boarding with Petal Paws for a week while we were on holidays. I felt completely at ease knowing that Tilly was being looked after to the highest of standards and spoilt rotten. I could tell when I collected her that she had well and truly made herself at home and was treated like one of the family. I also had a few updates via whatsapp during the week which was lovely and very reassuring. We have booked Tilly in for her next stay very soon and will definitely be recommending Petal Paws to everyone.

The care given to my dog by Petal Paws is second to none. This is far more than a business - the care and love given to my dog is built on a passionate commitment to his well-being. And also, he enjoys a huge amount of fun with the other dogs who have definitely become his best mates!

Petal Paws have been fab with my whippet, Burt. He's a young rescue doggie with some quite complex behavioural issues, but my dog walker Amanda has been brilliant dealing him and he LOVES his daily walks! Amanda is very professional, always easy to get in touch with, and sends me pics of Burt running around and refusing to look at the camera (via Whatsapp). She is also flexible when I need to make any adjustments on walkies times or length. When I first got in touch, Amanda and her colleague came round to visit Burt in his home environment, asked lots of questions to make sure they had all the information they needed, and even took him out for a test walk locally. I highly recommend Petal Paws and they get a big doggie paws up from Burt too.

We used Louise for help with our puppy, she has given us brilliant practical advice and support to address the issues we were having, we have seen such an improvement in her behaviour. Would highly recommend to anyone!

We are currently training our cocker spaniel Ralph alongside Louise who has provided not only a great individual service but taken real care and attention to provide the help we need, she is genuine and a natural with Ralph who just loves her - would highly recommend

We have used Danielle a few times and have had positive experiences every time! She has been very accommodating and her communication is great. We love to see the photos and videos while we are away from him. Our very large but soft pup has thoroughly enjoyed being in their company and despite our pup been somewhat needy/excited, Danielle has always given Shango her time and patience and shows so much love towards him which is lovely to see. She is amazing with him, as his Mat and their two boys. I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you, we are so glad we found you x

Fantastic service each time we use sit and stay pet services, We have had short two day stays, and longer two week stays. Bruce enjoys his stays so much he blanked me the last time I picked him up. (Highly recommend ).

Our lab Hector stayed with Sit and Stay for a long weekend and had the best time. They went on lots of adventures of which Danni kept us updated with pictures and videos throughout. Really professional but gave our boy lots of love, great value for money, highly recommend.

Danni was very communicative and accommodating. Our dog can be nervous staying at certain places, but he came back from his stay very happy. We will definitely be using her again.

We used Sit and Stay Pet Services for a recent holiday and was over the moon with the service we received. Our bouncy border collie Benjen was welcomed by Danni and her family and was very much a home from home, he didn't particularly want to come home! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Danni and will be using her services again in the future for not only our dog but other smalls too!

Used sit and stay when we went on holiday and was really happy with how our dog was looked after. We got plenty of updates and photos and he was really settled throughout his stay. 10/10

I don't use this service even though I have a dog and cat, as I can WFH. However, I would like to bring to the owners attention about the vans racing around. Today, on Spen Lane, a van raced through the traffic lights and then took a sharp turn, I pray that no dogs were in the van at the time. That's the 3rd sighting like this, but with men and women driving. Please look into this, as they should not be driving around like that anyway but especially if dogs were inside.

Definitely a five star rating, both from us and Lexi! We boarded Lexi for the day and overnight with Sue at The Dog House, and received regular updates, videos and pictures which reassured us throughout. Even though she was totally over-excited to see us when we collected her in the morning, she'd obviously had a lovely day, been fussed over and clearly been cared for. Sue is a sweet, kind soul who adores dogs - we recommend her unconditionally and will be passing on her number to our friends.

We boarded our 8 year old Weimaraner Tia with Guy for a long weekend March '17 just gone, am so glad we did. She has never been left alone with anyone else except family before and Tia loved it. Guy kept us updated on how she was doing and what sort of day they had and Tia found a new best friend in Guy's dog. She is booked in for July with Guy and I know she will have a fab time and that I can enjoy my holiday as I know she is in good hands and enjoying her holiday and pampering with Guy too. A big thanks to Elaine for getting us sorted. Thanks to everyone again!!!!!!!!!

Doug the Pug has been coming to the Dog House now for almost a year. If Doug could speak, this is what he would say "I LOVE THE DOG HOUSE! ELAINE AND ANDY ARE AMAZING, THEY LET ME CUDDLE THEM AND THE OTHER DOGS AND I ALWAYS COME HOME FEELING RELAXED AND LOVED! I WISH MY MUMMY AND DADDY WOULD SEND ME THERE MORE OFTEN I LOVE IT! I CANT WAIT TO SEE MY FRIENDS AT THE DOG HOUSE AGAIN. THEY MAKE ME FEEL SAFE, WARM AND LOVED". Highly recommended.

After being surprised with a birthday trip away I only had two days to sort out pet care for my very first set of kittens. I’ve never had a cat sitter before and didn’t know what to expect or how to go about it. Looking on the internet there was a lot of random advertisements just with a name and mobile number that I wasn’t too sure about. I came across pedigree pet care Leeds which looked professional and I sent a text message at 8am desperate and not too hopeful that I would get somebody on such short notice. Sharon called me straight back, she was lovely, informative and reassuring. She organised to meet me that day after my home to discuss my needs and meet my furry babies. Sharon showed me all her professional paper work, dbs, pet life saving skills you name it she had it. Personalised a care plan with me and completely put me at ease. I was away for three days and every day I got messages and photos of the boys having a great time. Not only did she feed them but took them to the garden, played with them, cleaned the litter trays, took out the bin. My kittens like to spray their kitty litter everywhere when they have a dig so I expected a mess when I got back but everything was absolutely spotless and amazing. I can’t thank Sharon enough or recommend her more highly. I will not hesitate to use her services again. Thank you!!

Keith, my anxious spaniel, boards with Sharon if/when we go away. She keeps me up to date with messages and short videos and photos if it's a longer visit. I love that I'm sending my 4 legged friend to a home from home environment, and he still gets loads of fuss attention and excersise. My kids asked me "Mum, do you think Keith is missing us?" My answer was "probably not", and THAT is why Sharon is awesome.

I would highly recommend Sharon at Pedigree Pet Care.She came round before our holiday and told us about her services and all her qualifications.She was very easy to talk to and discussed with us our needs for Peter while we would be away.She sent us pictures of Peter,and updates while we were away.This was very reassuring for us as this was the first time we had left him.Everything was fine ,Peter loved Sharon and they quickly formed a bond.We will definitely be using Sharon again,She was brilliant,we will be recommending her to everyone we know with pets.

Emily has been doing drop ins and walks with our Labrador for over a year, since he was an 8 week puppy, and we have no idea what we’d do without her! We love the detailed reports and photos we get after each visit or walk too! He wouldn’t be the dog he is today without Emily so we couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Wow! What can I say about Emily at tails and trails... my dogs absolutely adore her! They go on varied and forfilling hour long walks on my office days and sleep till I get home! Emily looked after our two cats whilst we were away and was great. She popped round well before our trip to learn the lay of the land for our house and cats, then checked in before we left to check nothing had changed. Once we were away Emily gave detailed daily updates with lots of photos, and managed to become friends with our skittish ginger boy. Could not recommend Emily’s services for cat sitting more. We will be using her again!

Emily at Tails and Trails has been walking our two dogs for the past year and she is wonderful with them. They get very excited when she arrives to take them out and she sends us detailed updates after every walk, usually with lots of photos. Emily has also reinforced some of the training we've done with the dogs, like working on their recall and listening skills. We would highly recommend Emily - she is friendly, professional, organised and our dogs love her!

Lynn is exceptional and our dogs worship her totally. Genuine, down to earth, totally caring for your dogs and does the full walk come the rain, hail or blizzard-well it is Yorkshire!
