Emily did an incredible job grooming my three dogs . The care and attention to detail she put into their grooming were outstanding. The establishment itself is clean, well-organized, and clearly designed with pets in mind. Highly recommend both Emily and this place for top-notch grooming!

My standard poodle was a mess he hasn't been groomed in a while and Nadine for us in quickly. He is a nervous boy but she took her time to get to know him a bit before she groomed him. He looks great and was very happy

She was very patient with our dog Bear, he had never been to a groomer and she did an excellent job with him. She was very patient and took her time with him, and he looks amazing. Made apt with her and she never showed up ,then offered 10 $off for gas &10offfor her mixing dates up for a chance to make it right and did it again I sat for hour waiting for her never to show up again

my mother and I dropped off our sweet baby boy at Fur Babies Pet Care for the first time today we were a bit nervous at first but when we went to pick him up he seemed happy that he got groomed and he seemed happy that we got to see him with a very nice hair cut and he even got his nails clipped which he seems happy about well I am writing this so from my personal experience I give Fur Babies Pet Care a five star review and hope that if you get to experience the good energy and how good your pet will feel and look you will also give them a five star review as well.

Dog grooming was such a disappointment. No prices posts anywhere because ‘every dog is different’. There should be some kind of price list (price range) for dog sizes. I understand that ‘every dog is different’ but you don’t go to a human spa blind without knowing a price range (unless you are independently wealthy). I paid $140 dollars for a 2 hour job and my dog’s fur is much too short. He is a good natured dog with some matting. Not a $140 job by any means. I will never go back there again.

I brought my VERY dirty, 80 pound Great Pyrenees in for a grooming for her very first time ever. I didn’t even recognize her when I got her back. Ive never seen this dog so happy and so clean. She’s went from looking like a stray to looking like she should be in a beauty contest. They do such great work for a GREAT price. Thank you so much, my pup thanks you even more! We will be back!

We had our husky girls stay with Monkeyshine while attending Ferris State University graduation. They were welcomed very openly and loving. The girls took to the staff instantly. They loved it with them. We would go back if in the area again in the future. Thank you staff at Monkeyshine.

Boarded my baby here, and they are amazing caring people! She was happy and had been taken well care of. She even smelled great, unlike many other kennels when I've picked her up, and she smelled and was dirty. Drop off and pick up is seemless, and they have an amazing online reservation service through their website!

We were in the middle of a cross country move and April took great care of our dogs. She worked with us on our shifting schedule, set up visits, kept us updated on their Facebook. Our dogs were so happy and well taken care of. I just booked their 2nd stay.

Absolutely love this place! We have been taking our puppy here for a few years now. They are very kind in person and on the phone. Our Belle loves coming here and I wouldn't trust anyone else with our baby! She is a ball of energy. The owners always make sure she is up to date with her vaccines and inquire about any new preferences or changes since her last stay. I would highly recommend this Kennel! In fact I have and my friends are very pleased as well.

We had never used a boarding place for our dog before finding Leiter's Country Kennel. Pam and Bob are amazing and LOVE our dog. They make sure that he has time to play, heat, air conditioning, and even soothing music! The place is spotless, and the staff is so friendly. I never have a question about him being happy and cared for. He is so tired out and happy when he comes back home. He absolutely loves going there and I would never take him anywhere else. The price is very, very reasonable for the attention our big guy gets!

We love Leiter’s Country Kennels so much! A quiet country setting, beautiful Kennels, and lots of love for your dog are just some of the reasons we LOVE this kennel so much! Pam is wonderful to work with and cares a great deal about your dog... sending pictures and reports to you. Our Dog, Chloe, gets so excited when we pull up she nearly knocks down the door to get in! I boarded my dog here over the weekend. She has been boarded in the past at another place and did not do well there. She would hardly eat, she literally would climb up on my shoulder and cling to me for dear life, and she would cry all the way home. What a difference bringing her to Leiter's Country Kennel was. She ate fine; I could tell she was happy to see me when I picked her up, but it wasn't the anxiety-ridden greeting I've had in the past; and she didn't cry at all on the way home. The kennel is clean, the owner is really nice, and she has people working for her that spend extra time with the animals. I think that makes a big difference. Plus they sent me photos of my dog while I was gone, which was a nice touch. I will definitely board her here again if the need arises.

We have boarded dogs for roughly 7 years now at over 6 different locations in two states, and this is the best place they have ever stayed. They go hog-wild in the car once we turn down the gravel road! It is not the cheapest (it's pretty close), but you absolutely get what you pay for. Their shed is clean, climate-controlled, and very spacious (dogs get an inside kennel and an individual outdoor kennel space). If you stay during off-peak hours, Pam and Bob let your dogs have near-unlimited outdoor play as long as they are quiet (and don't try to tunnel out!). Our dogs have actually bonded better as a pair when staying with these folks. I highly endorse their recommendation.

Incredibly nice people and very caring of dogs. We brought our dog who is often nervous when boarded and around other dogs. They texted us updates and photos of her to let us know how she was doing. They spent the time to get to know her and care for her. Would recommend to anyone, amazing service and care.

Leiter's Kennels were very accommodating on getting my dog in last minute for daycare. I really appreciate their professionalism and will definitely use their services again.

I have been using this kennel for both long and short-term for a little over year now. I have been thoroughly impressed and grateful . They have always been able to accommodatell my two Goldendoodles, Sammy and Sade Rae, at even the shortest notice, every time. Additionally , when I plan to stay a few days longer on my trip, they have always been very kind and happy to have them for an extra day or two. The price is extremely reasonable, the staff very kind, and the social set up so great for my fur babies as they are enjoying the company of other dogs and taking away the added worry of thinking of them cooped up in a crate. Most importantly, Sammy and Sade Rae''s behavior and disposition regarding going to or leaving Leiter ''s Country Kennel is indicative of how well they are treated there. They love the ride there and as soon as I pull in the their driveway they are jumping around in the car to get out! Never once have they been anything but their happy self when I have to pick them up. This kennel is very clean. It is heated and has air conditioning. This is a great business that I am happy to support and would recommend to anyone who''s pet would enjoy the social experience offered at this fantastic kennel.

Excellent place to board your pet. Owner sent me updates and pictures of my pet through my trip. My cat came home happy and contented. Would definitely use again.

I have an 75lb giant ball of anxiety. Nancy and her staff have been absolutely great at helping us slowly ease him into being comfortable staying at the Bed and Biscuit. I know he is well taken care of and safe, and I also appreciate Nancy's attention to detail when it comes to making sure all pets are up to date on vaccines. I love the day care option, it is great when we are going to be out town just long enough for me to worry that it will be too long for him. Highly, highly recommend Bed and Biscuit!

I made a reservation and worked with them to get shot records to them. Found them to be very nit-picky. We have given our dogs their routine shots for years as we've had a kennel in the past. We couldn't get our dog in for the first influenza shot so gave it ourselves. All other shots were administered in the vets office. Three weeks later, they refused to accept our shot records and referred us out to another kennel. Now I'm scrambling get another reservation.

Took my 3 furbabies here for boarding during our recent vacation. Staff is very professional and kind. I picked up my pets at 9:30 and they had already been outside twice; that doesn't even happen at home!! I've already reserved a spot for our next trip!

This place is amazing! My dog has severe anxiety issues when she's away from home. So much so that I've often driven her two hours one way to stay with family when we've been gone. That wasn't an option this time around, and after meeting Nancy (who you can tell right away knows and loves dogs!) I believed Bed and Biscuit would be the one place where my dog would feel "at home." We returned to find her happy and relaxed. She'd eaten well (not always the case in the past), made a dog friend, and hadn't even needed the anxiety medication her vet had prescribed for her. It was unbelievable. I'm grateful for the love and attention she received while we were away. The peace of mind we feel is invaluable.

I can not say enough nice things about The Bed & Biscuit Pet Resort. The owner Nancy and her staff are attentive, friendly and accommodating. She made me feel so good about leaving Chicken there for two weeks and when we picked her up she was a happy cat. My husband and I have never had such a good experience with pet boarding. Our cat Chicken is a bit particular and requires a lot of love. Not only did they allow us to bring in her electronic water dish (she won't drink water without it), her blanket and the many toys she requires but the space she gets to stay in is huge! It's the size of small bathroom with a window and perch for her to look out of. I only want to bring her to this place, it is absolutely the best around. I didn't worry at all when we were on our trip and instead was able to enjoy it knowing Chicken was in good hands.

Bed & Biscuit is a 5 star "doggy hotel". We have been taking her there for several years. She always seems excited when we get to their door.

Our fur family loves staying at Bed & Biscuit (we call it Camp). It's almost like their favorite babysitter, only better!

My dogs LOVE Bed & Biscuit...they cry and carry on when they realize we're on our way there. And then they practically pull my arm out of the socket as they head to the front door! They are always excited to see whoever is working, and they know the routine--that they're immediately let out into the spacious fenced yard to run and run. My older dog is on three medications, and they are administered properly, so I'm always at ease knowing both dogs are being taken care of properly. The only issue I ever have is that the dogs are so exhausted when they get home (but that's wonderful as it helps me adjust after time away)!

We recently relocated to the area, and left behind built-in dogsitting via family members. Our dog is pretty high maintenance, and not great with people and dogs she doesn't know, so we were hesitant to engage a service like this. We did a test-run for one night, then two longer stays while we were out of town, and I'm happy to say that all three went flawlessly. The people at Bed & Biscuit are friendly and they understand dogs. Our pup has come home no worse for wear, and exhausted, each time we've left her here. We'll definitely come back to Bed & Biscuit for our dog boarding needs.
