Erik has taken excellent care of our large greyhound since we adopted our pup in March. Greyhounds can be shy and aloof to strangers, but Erik seems to have a natural intuition in engaging with my dog; this is evident during our first meeting, and our boy has maintained a bond with Erik ever since. My significant other and I both have highly demanding jobs, and Erik has been blessing to us especially in caring for our energetic boy both during the day and sometimes overnight home stays. He pays great attention to details, has been flexible with scheduling, and always provide timely updates to let us know how our dog is doing. I knew our pup was in great hands when we arranged a week-long overnight stay with Erik. We have been incredibly pleased with how professional, communicative, and passionate Erik is about taking care of our pup.

Erik has watched our two cats twice now. Both times for four days. One of our cats has asthma and needs an inhaler. Erik has been able to give her this medication with ease and we are so grateful! We have been so impressed with this service. He is prompt and kind. Very communicative. The price is extremely reasonable. This most recent trip, we accidentally got the days wrong and he was able to accommodate! The cats really like him. Professionalism is at a 10! We will definitely hire him whenever we’re out of town and we recommend him to anyone!

My dogs love Erik! The are full of excitement when they see him arrive. He is very dependable and professional! I have two high energy dogs that Erik handles with ease. I highly recommend him!

We highly recommend Erik (Crazy Dog Man) for pet sitting. We have a large black lab/pit bull/Great Dane mix (Harley) that is a rescue, abused as a pup many years ago. He is therefore apprehensive around new people and takes awhile to gain trust. When Harley met Erik earlier this year, he took to him right away. Erik respects and understands Harley and his needs, especially now that he is a senior dog and has health issues. Erik stays at our house when we are on vacation and the occasional weekend, and provides Harley with exceptional care, including all his medications. Erik is definitely in tune with dogs, no matter their size.

Erik is very capable, conscientious and caring. My three horses and one donkey can be a handful but Erik handled them beautifully. He also did a great job of keeping their stalls, paddock and arena clean. I have recommended him to my friends, because they know I’m very particular about the quality of my pet family’s care. Erik provides that level of care!

Kate watched both my dog (Todd) and my sister’s dog (Lenny) at my home over a long holiday weekend. Both being labradoodles, they are energetic and can be a handful. Not only was she able to provide updates and photos each day, she handled them with amazing skill. We came home to a clean house and two very happy pups. I will definitely use her services again, and would highly recommend her to other family and friends!

Kate is simply the best. We trust our Charlie girl with her and know that she cares about Charlie as much as we do. It makes me so happy and relieved to know that Charlie has a sitter who loves her so much and takes such great care of her when we can't be with her. Kate takes her on hour long walks and takes photos of her every time for us. The best part is that Charlie is smiling in all of them! I would highly recommend Kate and I'm so glad we found her!

The owners are friendly to us and our dogs. They are more attentive than other dog boarding companies and took very good care of our 8 month puppy who is still learning to be social. The owners updated us with a video of our dogs every day while we were traveling.

This was our pup's first time being boarded, so we were a little nervous. Kate came highly recommended. I knew when I dropped our pup off, he was in good hands! I got daily photos and/or videos, he looked so happy, and that helped us enjoy our vacation. Glad to have found trusted, high quality care for our dog. We will definitely use Magnolia again!

Kate is amazing with my senior bulldog, Gigi. I travel extensively for work and I leave knowing that Gigi is well cared for and given lots of love. Kate is an excellent sitter. We’ve know her for 2 years now. Our two dogs (one elderly, one young) and cat all love her! She is super responsible and an excellent caretaker. We contact her first when we are looking for care needs!

Terrible place... If i could have given less than 1 star, I would have. We boarded our dog on the 19th Dec and picked her up on the 23rd. We had already informed the team that she is not good with all dogs. They assured us they would try slow introductions and if it doesn't work out she would get individual playtime/walks (for which we obviously had prepaid extra). The day we pick her up she was a different dog completely. Her usually happy behaviors were all gone. We thought may be she was just very well tired out and needed some time to recover. We asked at the reception how the boarding went and they assured us that she had a perfect score and it went all fine. Our interaction there with our dog was just receive her from the staff there, put her in the car and immediately drive back home. As soon as she reached home we notice a huge and deep gash on her bum with blood pooling inside. We immediately call CCCC and whoever picked up says oh yes she got into an altercation with a dog on the 20th and had been bitten by that dog. They apparently checked her for injuries. Mind you, this was the 23rd when we had picked her up. My poor dog did not get any medical attention for 2 whole days. And if we would have left her there any longer she would not have gotten any attention for that entire time as well. She could have had sepsis and things could have taken an awfully wrong turn. I beleive the staff at CCCC is not to be trusted. They did not even care to notice a huge gash on our dog. She is a malamute and she has a lot of fur, but that wound was so easily visible that unless they interacted with their eyes closed, there is no chance a person would miss noticing that wound. I also noticed someone in the reviews mentioning that only half the food of what might have been measured was fed to the dogs. I noticed that too as well. I stronly urge CCCC to hire competent staff, because this is beyond outrageous.

Took my perfectly healthy happy dog there, he was there for two nights and now he is not the same dog I dropped off. He's skinny, they only gave him half the amount of food I sent with him that I had measured out prior to bringing him. And he came out limping and they said nothing about it when I asked them about it they acted like he got it on the walk out then claimed it was from being in the water at play time. We live by a river that he swims in everyday so that’s certainly not what happened, his entire paw is swollen and he can’t even step on it. He looks and acts absolutely traumatized and malnourished. I never leave reviews like this but when it comes to what I consider my child I will prevent it from happening to someone else’s. Will be hiring a pet sitter next time.

We were so nervous to board our 2-year-old bubs for the first time. We had never been away from them. The staff is so wonderful, so kind and patient with us when we called every morning to check on them. Our boys loved it there, they were able to socialize and play with other dogs and we will be taking them there for daycare. Such a great place to take our dogs with peace of mind that they are adored and cared for so well.

My dog seemed to love it and was very happy dropping off and when I picked him up. And they didn't seem bothered at all when I called to check up on him Update: it's been almost two years since I brought my dogs in! They stayed for 7 days this time! My one dog is very skittish and not a people lover. They both did great! They seemed to be well taken care of! They did walks everyday and I was able to call for updates. I was so nervous dropping my younger dog off but now I think I will be ok next time they go!

I had a fantastic experience at Canine Country Club and Cattery during my first visit! The staff was friendly and genuinely cared for my dog, making us feel completely at ease. The facility was clean and well-organized. Highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable and caring dog daycare!

I have used canine country club a few different times and I have always been happy with their service. The pups seem to be excited when we drop them off and they are always happy and normal when they come home. Highly recommend. Good pricing too. I like that they offer walks and play time.

Phenomenal group of folks here. Our dog Nakita now gets so excited when she's realizing where she's going! They take care to report on anything that occurs during the stay which just lends to a peace of mind you won't get anywhere else. And when Nakita sees any of the staff she's instantly happy and excited to see them. Ten stars if I could!

Very nice people. My dog loves coming here and is always excited to go. Rates are good, and I feel they take good care of my dog. Hours could be longer but are adequate to work an 8 hour day with an hour commute each way.

My cat boy in not an easy guy to love, but he was very much at ease with Bob. I have taken my boy to several kennels but because of the hoarding situation he came from, he's totally stressed by other cats. I returned from a six day trip away, and my cat was so happy to have been in his own home. Happy to see me, but not a basket case like he's been after some kennel visits. Bob is the best.

I thought I wrote one of these, but I'll gladly do it again... Bob has been watching our pets for about six years or so. First our cat, and most recently our new dog. Not only does he do a fantastic job, he's reliable, trustworthy, and kind. We couldn't ask for anyone better to watch our pets. Being in the military, I am away a lot. Bob has never let us down... We were on vacation and had to extend it due to a family emergency; Bob was there for us. I will never let anyone else have keys to my home or take care of my animals so long as Bob is around. Fantastic! Highly recommend.

Bob and his wife took wonderful care of our dog 🐶 Tito for two half days. This was first time Tito gone to daycare and he loved it. They went to Island View Beach with 5 other doggies. Tito came home exhausted from all the fun he had. Thnaks again Bob, we will definitely be back woof woof …

Totally Tails Pet Care Services has provided excellent, caring and reliable dog walking/pet care five days a week for the last year for our two Golden Retrievers (our dogs are now one year old and nine years old). Our family is so impressed with the level of service and professionalism provided by Totally Tails Pet Care! I highly recommend them! The daily pictures of our pets, which they email us, are just the best. It is so reassuring to know that our furry family members are well cared for while we are at work.

I hired Totally Tails to watch after my 2 dogs while I was on vacation in Hawaii. I knew I didn’t want to kennel them, so I was excited about someone coming to my home to feed, exercise, and care for my pups. Not only do they do a fantastic job of exercising the dogs they sent DAILY photos and follow-ups of their health and progress. These reports made me feel very comfortable with Totally Tails. They also rotated indoor lighting so as to give the impression that someone is always home. Superb service! Beats kenneling when your pups are in their home environment. I will contract with them again!

This was the best pet care service we have ever experienced. An excellent value. The daily 30-minute visit was packed with focused attention to our cat's specific needs: food, medication, daily litter box cleaning, brushing, play time with treats, supervised outdoor deck time (indoor cat), and loving lap petting time. We received a daily review with pictures that served as both comfort and joy to us while we were away. Absolutely reliable. Knowledgeable about animal care. Loving and attentive. Professional. Responsible. Attentive to detail. Michele made sure we provided for unanticipated problems prior to leaving so our bases were covered in any event. THE BEST. We came home to a calm, happy, well cared for cat.

As fellow pet care providers we are quite picky who we leave our pack with should we go out of town. Ramona took care of a large zoo of animals (game birds, fish, Guinea pigs, and dogs). Her updates were thorough, and we came home to a clean house and happy animals. If you need a professional you can trust, you've found one here. Part of why we never leave town is not having had anyone we felt comfortable leaving them with, but now we do!

I love Michelle! We trust her implicitly with our dog and home. She goes above and beyond by bringing in our trash cans and packages when she's at our home for a dog visit. She sends us texts and pictures of our dog so we know she's taken care of. And she insists you text her that you're back home so she's assured your pet is safe. That's excellent care! I was stressed, four sorta feral cats and I had to take a trip. My vet said boarding was a bad idea because none of them would adjust well - in addition to being expensive. Camano Pet Sitters to the rescue! Not only did they do a professional job I think they made headway with my cats who were actually peeking out at them by the end of the week. I cannot recommend Camano Pet Sitters highly enough - they are now my go to folks when I have to travel. My neighbors, who travel regularly, were so impressed by the level of professionalism and caring my pets received they will be switching to Camano Pet Sitters.

Erik, Jazzie and the crew at Wishbone are the best. They are so caring and devoted to the pets that are with them. Obviously I miss my pup, but I’m not worried about him when I’m away, which is so important to me. I wouldn’t leave him anywhere else. When I pick him up he is happy and well looked after! Erik is an absolute joy to communicate with. Super responsive, helpful and accommodating of my last minute request for my dog-reactive dog. It is clear Wishbone puts a lot of heart into their work.

I was amazed and grateful for how well Eric and his staff at Wishbone cared for our furred family member Wilbert while we were away from home. We had never been parted from him before so the update texts, photos and videos Eric sent kept us connected and allayed any fears we had of the separation. Eric’s unflagging enthusiasm for caring for Wilbert and Wilbert’s obviously happy demeanour when we were reunited were all we needed to keep Wishbone as our premier away-from-home home for our beloved canine.

We were so relieved to find a safe place for our fur baby last minute! I loved how Finnick was able to go in and out on his own! Next time we will remember to Bring his Food, Favorite Toy and Blanket. These Folks were so kind and accommodating, I highly recommend Wishbone Pet Boarding! We are so very happy with the care received while our boys stay with Erik. They absolutely adore him and the feeling is mutual. They are always happy when we drop them off. Erik has been excellent with the needs of our oldest dog who requires medication administration. After having house sitters for years it was difficult to make the decision to board them but after 2 days, we knew we made the right decision

I travel a bit for work, and with having a large breed dog it can be difficult to find an appropriate place for him to go. To make matters more complicated, Astley is a bit timid, still being introduced to socializing, and IM not super confident in the care of my animals being up to my expectations while im away. To say I have high standards would be grossly conservative at best 😬. Within minutes of us leaving we received photos of Astley rolling around happily with the crew at Wishbone, and through the week I received updates, photos, and even a couple questions so staff could ensure they were making the best choice for him while we were away. When it came time for me to pick him up he was as happy and sweet as ever, with big tail wags, puppy smiles and bounces, and was very clearly comfortable and bonded with Erik. Before leaving I made sure to confirm he had a spot if/when I ever need to go out of town in the future. Erik and his team are fantastic! They genuinely love all the dogs and take excellent care of Oby, who can be sensitive around other dogs! Erik always does his best to accommodate Oby, even if it is a last-minute request. I highly recommend Wishbone to anyone looking for a safe place for their dog!

We have had our Doberman there twice now. She will most likey visit yearly as we like to vacation! They are great and she seems to love it there. We know we can relax knowing our baby is in good hands!

Our poodle has stayed there four times and we are well satisfied with the are and facilities. We have full confidence in Jane's management.

My dog is five years old and had never been boarded. She generally stays with family. She did not love being boarded, but she was safe and well taken care of. There is ample exercise time and doggie playtime is supervised. She was just getting used to it and making friends when we picked her up. We will slowly get her used to it.

Jane is wonderful, generous, kind woman who goes out of her way for her furry clients as well as their pet parents! We will be return customers.

Jane has been our go-to for pet care for years and through 2 dogs. She's experienced, caring, and both of our our dogs have loved her. We make the drive from the Kitsap Peninsula. Her care for our pup is that good!

I got to drop my friend's precious puppy (ok he's a dog) here while she was in the hospital and Jane was so nice and helpful with the care of my friend's dog that it relieved a lot of stress on my friend! When I picked the dog back up he was happy and healthy and well taken care of.

Take a dog who already had separation anxiety PRIOR to the pandemic, spend 16 months with him every day and then finally leaving him at home- we were two very nervous pet parents! We moved to Whidbey last summer and sought out pet care a few months ago anticipating the return back to society. We finally took our trip and left our corgi in care of Tricia's Pet Care and we are SO happy we did. We had two meetings prior to the overnight- one with Tricia and Shelley, our watcher, and then one more a few days before the care. Shelley was absolutely fantastic with Barkley. Having to had flown home to take care of an anxious dog before, she was receptive to our worries and paid extra care and attention to our boy. We got pictures multiple times a day of our happy boy. Even with the 4th of July fireworks, we were able to complete our entire trip stress free knowing Barkley was happy. This to us is priceless! We're so confident in her care that when we were offered a chance at a new puppy, having reliable pet care sealed the deal and we're thrilled to have Shelley, Tricia and team meet our new addition in the fall. Wow! My first meeting with Tricia and Team. I’m so relieved that I now have a powerful team of dog lovers to care for my two Cream retrievers. Maui is 12 and Kona is 7 months. This team came prepared to ask questions as they each built a profile for each of my dogs. Talk about thorough, these guys were very very impressive. Since we moved to Whidbey Island in 2012, Tricia and her team have been taking care of our pets whenever we go away. It's very easy to see that our pets are well-cared for during our absence. Upon our return home, they are always waiting to greet us, as though we'd only be gone a few hours. Tricia's has taken care of other issues that might impact our pets, such as a smoke detector located very high off the ground, that was chirping incessantly because its batteries were failing. She's also been known to walk quite a ways thru snow when it was too risky to drive down our street, and also has climbed over a large tree that was blocking our street. She (and her team) are the absolute BEST!!!

My Christmas and I have known Denise before she started Denise’s Doggy Den.The place she was working for wouldn’t look after him because of his barking , he loved to talk. Denise offered to look after him at her while my wife and I went away, I was so grateful . That was about ten years ago and we let her look after Christmas many times until he left us last Sept.2023 He loved being left and he loved coming home. I am so happy for her and her successful business.

Denise is professional, reliable, and trustworthy. My dogs simply love to see her. She always makes sure the dogs are safe during the walks. For example If it is warm she takes extra water and finds coolers areas to walk. She avoids walking on hot asphalt. And she always checks them over for spurs and ticks when she returns. I don’t know what we would do without her! Thank you for your amazing service and I appreciate I can leave and know my pups are taken well care of!

We have left our fur baby several times for extended holidays (10 days +) and we have always been so pleased with Denise’s care. We get photo and text updates. Cairo loves his time socializing and hanging out with his pals. We love knowing he’s in a small boarding group and has walks and free range of the house… just like being home!

Denise is reliable and takes care of my dogs like they're her own. Reasonable rates to walk, feed and love on them when I can't get home during the workday. I can trust her to respect my belongings and she never leaves my home unlocked. My dogs are a handful and she deals with their high energy behaviour very well. She's also been an amazing cat sitter, totally trust my cat with her.

In the 9 years I've had my little Schnauzer I've only left her a couple of times and always with a relative. Then I met Denise walking two little dogs in the forest and found out she didn't own them she was hired to walk them....but also noticed she walked them every day faithfully as I did mine. Dog conversation led to being given a card for Denise's Doggy Den even though I was sure I wouldn't need her services. About a year later I was about to have a 3-day getaway, and rather than go to a relative who was not healthy at the time I called Denise. Best decision ever! My dog loved being there with other doggy friends and a back yard and of course most of all Denise. Just got back from a 10 day trip and again, could not be happier with Denise's Doggy Den.

My friend introduced me to Denise and I was so happy she did! Denise provides top notch care to Daisy and I am so confident to leave her there. Her house and secure yard are a dog's dream. She truly loves her visitors and has high professional standards. Thanks Denise and hubby for providing a happy place for her.

Denise is amazing! We moved to the area a couple of years ago and are so happy to find her. We travel a few times of year and Denise is very professional and really cares for Bruno - he loves her. I always have fur baby guilty leaving Bruno but it makes me feel so much better knowing that she is taking such good care of him!

Denise is excellent. We have entrusted her with the care of our Westie Hamish for the last 3 years. He is always very well taken care of. We always feel guilty he can’t come on our trips but when we get the Facebook pictures of him with Denise we know he’s having a great time. Highly recommend Denise!!

My 1 year old corgi Auggie has gone to Castle Rock a couple times very recently and even though I was so nervous, there was absolutely no reason to be. The staff took the time to answer my questions via phone before I dropped him off the first time, and were very transparent that if things didn't go well they would let me know to ensure Auggie wasn't being forced into a social situation that didn't serve him. A happy pup, is a tired pup and Auggie Dog is beyond pooched once we get home! I think it's safe to say this will be a regular weekly outing for him.

After thoroughly researching every kennel on the Coast, I chose Castle Rock for my dog's two-week boarding in August. My regular sitter was unavailable, and I was so nervous about leaving him for an extended period in a place he was unfamiliar with. However, the exceptional care, regular updates, and patience from the Castle Rock team quickly alleviated my concerns. Indy thrived, making numerous friends and having a fantastic time. I'm deeply grateful for the peace of mind they provided! Castle Rock has earned my trust, and I won't hesitate to return in the future. Thank you for taking wonderful care of Indy!

I have been taking my rescue dog Birdie here for a few weeks on and off. I had a concern today so called the daycare, the owner took the time to talk me through what was happening with my dog, told me how she's been doing and what they were doing to work on her allowing them to catch her (she's nervous of people). I appreciate that she took her time talking to me and made sure I understood what was going on and why. So many people get defensive when you ask questions, but they just wanted me to be clear and feel comfortable with everything. We were in urgent need of a doggy day care but I wasn't going to try Castle Rock because of a very bad experience a few years ago with my two other dogs; my husband convinced me to give the new owners a try. Let me tell you: the new owners are wonderful! They are concern and caring. They assess each new dog so that they are able to place the dog in a group that suits all their personalities. The dogs have lots of play time and come back home pretty tired. When we drop off our dog, he can't wait to go greet his new friends. He's a happy puppy and we are happy parents!

I can' t say enough great things about this place! They are so wonderful with my pets and they make us feel at ease when I eave them with them for the day and most recently 12 days. There kindness to dogs is appreciated and admired. A special thank you to Tiffany, Hannah and Jill.

Dropped my 8m old puppy off today. It was his first time at a daycare and I can't say enough good things about them. He's absolutely exhausted and was so happy, they were super great at communication and made me feel happy to leave him with them. I will absolutely be bringing him back.

Castle Rock Kennels is amazing. Our Ziggy loves it there . He's always happy to go see his doggie friend . The owners and staff are so friendly and know their stuff. Thank you, guys, from Ziggy and his dad.

Best kennel ever! My dog gets excited just driving past the place, let alone pulling into the driveway! They have always been so kind and supportive, and very understanding with my rescue dogs needs. She's always happy, and very tired from playing when I pick her up. I couldn't imagine leaving her with anyone else!

Great service, very accommodating, good facilities for the doggos. My dog is always smiles when I pick her up.

Castle Rock has been a wonderful place for us to bring our pup while we work during the day. Our pup loves all of her friends and always comes home happy and totally pooped. The staff there are wonderfully attentive to all the dogs and their needs. They are friendly and responsible. Their boarding services are also great as well. So lucky to have a spot that your dog already knows and loves to care for your dog if you have to go away. Highly recommend!
