I am comfortable knowing Kathy is taking care of my Fur babies. My cats look forward to seeing her. She treats them as if they are her own. We have been using Lindsey's services for a couple of years for our cats when we go away. I cannot tell you how wonderful it is to be able to leave our animals at home in their own environment rather than the stress of a Kennel. With our new kittens we have left them in Lindseys care twice now. We have Lindsey's employee Tracey came twice a day and she is absolutely fantastic and a dream. She sends us an update and photos with every visit which gives us such peace of mind. Lindsey is so easy to get ahold of, attentive, so sweet and you can tell she really loves what she does. Lindsay and her team are amazing. We have been using them for over two years now. They are the only people we trust with our dogs. They have a home visit to see exactly how you want your pets taken care of before they begin caring for your pets. They follow up each visit with photos and a recap of what they did with your pets during their visit. I never worry about my dogs when they are taking care of them. Great people. Wonderful service. LIndsey took me and my boys (2 dogs, one cat) on as a clients after my previous in-home pet sitter retired from the business. Her business is very professionally run and I am comfortable leaving my pets and home in their care while I travel mostly for work. Tracey actually sees my pets and my boys love her! I get a lot of communication and pictures while I am away. I appreciate the availability of this type of service as my animals have never stayed in a kennel- and Lindsey and Tracey (and I am sure the other pet sitters who work with them) are the best!

Lindsey has been helping us with our 2 Great Danes since October 2018. Lindsey has been servicing our two dogs with home visits for two years in a row now. Due to a family emergency our dog was staying at our daughter’s house in New Kensington. Since my daughter works we needed someone to walk the dog during the day. I’ve boarded my Dixie here a few times and she loves it. I actually live in South Hills Pittsburgh but the drive to Natrona Heights is so worth it. I love that they post pictures each day so I can see what my pup is up to. The facility seems clean and well-kept. The staff is quite friendly as well and I always feel like I’m leaving Dixie in good hands. When I pick her up, she sleeps the whole ride home because she’s so tuckered out from playing. I tend to worry about my pets when I’m away, however when I board Dixie I don’t think twice about it because I know she’s having a blast. I highly recommend Pittsburgh Paws!

This place is absolutely wonderful. They take great care of the animals, seem to really care and it's very well organized and structured. My pup returns home completely exhausted. Highly recommend.

I’ve been taking my puppy to Pittsburgh Paws for daycare since she was 5 months old and I won’t take her anywhere else!! She loves going to play with her friends and in the pool all day! She plays all day and sleeps all night. They post pictures daily so you can see what your puppy is up to! The staff is absolutely amazing and they all treat Ellie as if she was one of their own. Highly recommend for boarding and daycare!

I highly recommend Pittsburgh Paws Pet Resort NH! We have taken our border collie there for about three years and have never had any issues. Our pup loves it, wether we take her for daycare or boarding! She has some anxiety but when we take her she’s completely comfortable and happy. She loves all the other dogs and climbing on the big rocks. There’s plenty of space for everyone to run around. Plus they got new turf that looks amazing! The staff are fantastic and the management is outstanding. They have great communication with us, are super personable and have so much love for our pup. We love seeing the photos posted on Facebook of our girl having the best time, especially when we’re on vacation and miss her! We truly feel she is safe in this environment and cared for. Oh! and we like to sometimes purchase an exit bath, highly recommended!

Highly recommend this kennel. I trust them with our three dogs. Super easy booking, register your dogs on line. Friendly courteous staff. They upload pictures to Facebook almost every day. We choose to schedule an exit bath which was free because the dogs were there more than 7 days. All three of our dogs were allowed to play together. They provided us a report card to tell us how they did!

We have been taking our young Labrador Retriever here for over a year and a half. I can’t tell you enough how kind the entire staff is. Rosie absolutely LOVES going to day care and also has kenneled many times while we were on vacation. As a veterinarian I realize the importance of routine socialization as well as play. We were so nervous to try a new daycare for our baby, Aiden Oliver, having moved over an hour from his first and only one. However, Pittsburgh Paws is amazing!!!! The property alone is gorgeous and the facility feels and looks very clean, both inside and out. Fun colors inside too, very fresh and modern. No smells at all!! Friendly staff always. Prices fair to me. Aiden comes home absolutely exhausted (but he doesn't stink!!) and we just know he had a good time. We will continue to use and selfishly hope they don't get too big :)

When we started to plan a trip to Italy, I couldn’t get too excited until I knew who would watch our dogs. Our regular sitter could only cover the first several nights, so I had to find someone to cover the rest of the trip. I looked for hours to find someone who meets our high standards and could stay at our home, especially since we would be an ocean away. Once we did a meet and greet with Gabby I knew she would be perfect. Our dogs loved her and she sent us tons of photos, videos and updates. There is no doubt these pups had constant love and attention. I never had to worry about them which allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation. When we came home they were calm and healthy. I would not be able to say that if we left them at a kennel. We feel like we made a new friend and am so happy to know I can trust her with our kids. Our home was clean and all secure when we returned, what a great experience. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Salute!

I don't even know where to begin. Let's just say I have two high maintenance dogs, one being elderly and one being a Jack Russell (enough said on that one!) I always struggle to relax when I am away, because the older dog has separation anxiety, and at nearly fifteen years old, I know her days are numbered. It is hard for me to have peace of mind not being able to be the main caretaker of her. Then I found Gabby. I have never had a vacation where I was able to relax and not be worried about how everything was going at home. Gabby went above and beyond, even with the crazy medication and supplement schedule I have the senior gal on, and the demanding nature of a high drive breed. She sent updates and pictures every single day. I did not have to wonder what was happening or how everything was going. I honestly could write pages about how amazing our experience with Gabby was, but let's just say this.. BOOK HER NOW. I'm already looking for dates for vacation next year so I can be sure to have her in advance. Could not have asked for anything more from her at all. If I could give an infinite amount of stars, I would!!

I have 2 tiny dogs that have super sensitive stomachs and eat 4 times a day. I had to travel out of state for almost a week and was extremely preoccupied about leaving my 2 little ones. I found Melrose pet resort, and let me tell you that Gabby is the most amazing, comprehensive, and pet lover dog sitter you could found. She took care of my babies like they were hers, she went above and beyond to accommodate them so they could be separated from bigger dogs, as I asked, they could have their meals at their regular schedule and she also kept updating me constantly with videos and pictures of my little ones. They had such a great time with her, got to make a few little friends that were staying at her place, and even participated in a Christmas photoshoot!. She gave me piece of mind while on my trip, and I definitely will be using her services next time I travel.

I cannot recommend Gabby and Melrose Pet Resort enough! As a bulldog owner I’m always looking for the best care possible since our boy tends to need a little extra attention, and we absolutely found it with Gabby. She followed our directions to a “T”, and went above and beyond. She also sent us videos and updates throughout our vacation, putting my mind at ease about how our boy was doing. She also took great care of our home while we were away. Gabby is the best and we can’t wait to plan our next vacation and get on her schedule!

Gabby’s attention to detail is on another level. She did an amazing job with our dog, Remi. He is a creature of habit, and his transition from us being out of town to Gabby staying with him and taking care of his routine was seamless. She thinks of everything to ease your mind of what is going on. Her love for animals is apparent, and I appreciate that so much. Remi has specific medications that have to be taken, and I was not worried about Gabby covering everything perfectly. All the wonderful pictures she sent was a bonus, she should consider being a pet photographer! Thank you so much for taking care of our spoiled boy, Remi!

I cannot rave about how great Gabby and Kris were with my dog! Being a sitter myself I know I can trust them with my anxious little boy going forward. I have never left my dog with anyone but my family before and him being an older and anxious dog I was not sure how he’d do. But almost immediately Gabby and Kris made him feel so comfortable and right at home. He received all the attention and affection he needed and I also received all the updates and pictures I needed to know he was doing great. Knowing how well he was taken care of now makes me wonder why I was even worried about him to begin with! Talk about an AMAZING dog sitter and person, Melrose Pet Resort is a far better pet sitter that I ever came across. I came from out of state, and we were recommended to Melrose Pet Resort while we look for a home. Contacted her and immediately got a quick response. I never in my life have as much interaction with her as other dog sitters in the past. I have a Deaf dog and one with diet needs... Gabby constantly send photo's and video's of there activities, and I could see how happy my fur babies were. She is very personal and active with my pets and I am excited to have her again and as well as Chico and Bella. I am glad I am moving to Florida knowing when I need Gabby again, I will never have to worry about my fur babies again, knowing they will be in great care.... WOOF WOOF APPROVED

Hands-down, the best pet sitter I've ever had the honor to work with. It was like leaving the dogs with a family friend. If I even had the slightest worry about them or their care, it vanished in the rain of delightful photos and videos and the constant updates about breakfast, dinner, lizard hunts and games of Ball. It is just possible that my dogs had a better time than I did while I was on vacation. They stayed in their very own room, in crates for everyone's safety, but were out and about quite a lot of the time (certainly WAY more than they would be in a kennel or daycare) and they were treated like family. They got to "help" make dinner and cuddle on the sofa and watch TV. Obi even got to chase MANY BALLS AT THE SAME TIME. Heaven! Obi and Ursa can't wait to stay with Aunt Gabby again!

We recently put our baby Jasmine here after searching for a boarding facility for weeks. And I can't say how happy we are that we decided to choose Melrose Pet Center opposed to one of those facilities. Not only did she get personalized care, she got love and affection the entire time. We know so because Gabby sent us updates daily; mornings, afternoons when she could, and night. She sent Pictures and videos and Jasmine looked like she was having the time of her life. I also loved the cute bandanas she had while we got the pictures. We were even lucky enough to get a pic of Jas with Santa in their home (Thanks Kris!! Lol). Jasmine also enjoyed playing with her dogs, tiring them out all day! If we could give more than 5 stars, we absolutely would! Thank you again for treating our pup like she was one of your own!

We’ve been using this camp location to help care for our boxers for just about a year now. This location is always tidy, clean, and welcoming! The girls at the front desk are so kind and always offer helpful suggestions to improve the dogs stay. They’re great at sending reminders for updating vaccines, and they even offer the semi-annual at the location which is awesome if we forgot on our end — they can just do it there! Our boys get super excited for their stays as soon as we pull into the parking lot! We’ve done doggy day care and boarding, and since we have two dogs that stay together we likely to book the suite for them. The cameras allow us to check in on the pups during the day so we can have extra reassurance that they’re happy (they always are!) and well taken care of. We will continue to be campers here for years to come!

This place was great, until my dog got bit by another dog at daycare. The “manager” called us in complete and utter panic mode (not very comforting to hear). This resulted in a $2000 vet bill & we received absolutely no help from camp bow wow. They refused to provide us with an incident report of what happened or the footage of the incident. We received the other dog owners contact information, however we were preparing for the worst if we had to sue the other dog owner. Camp bow wow handled this horribly & had zero sympathy for what happened on their watch. DO NOT RECCOMEND . Choose a doggie daycare where the contract clearly states that the dog owner will be responsible for any damage/injury to another dog, property, or employee, it will save you down the road trust me.

I had a bad experience the only time I used the dogs stop. It's nice to have a company you can trust with your furr babies! We usually use camp bow wow north but Mia was unbearable today and they were booked up. Camp bow wow east took them, it's great that Mia and Milo have access to all camp bow wows. This was our first time using the monroeville one, they were great!

After a friend recently posted about their dog not having the best treatment while there i realized I never shared our issues publicly, only on our own fb pages. Our boxer was attacked the video clearly shown that she was not the aggressor. The owner of the other dog paid our vet bill. But the sad truth is, we were 1300 miles away, our dog was attacked and camp bow wow refused to drive my dog to the vet, our vets office was 3 miles away and the vet offered to rreat her and keep her till we could get home or make other arrangements. Yet camp bow wow refused to assist. So if my dog is attacked and I'm clearly traveling and boarding my dog with you and she is attacked with lacerations on her throat, back of head and ears are tore up they still refused to assist. Sorry but that isnt a good enough service. If my dog got.injured where she is boarding while I'm away you need to take her to the vet, even more so when I'm giving full permission, literally begging for her to be taken onky for them to refuse. I had to find family close enough to assist. We have never taken our dogs back, we have never even received a refund for the rest of the stay or the grooming we paid for.

My pups love being at camp Bow wow east! I never gone into a place and they didn’t go crazy! They were absolute so comfortable with them the first time they were there!

My Billy Ray seemed to take quickly to the environment at Camp Bow Wow. The staff were friendly and made me comfortable leaving my pup there for the day. I like the setup and the staff really seem engaged.

I've been taking my shy, reserved pup here for boarding for a few years. They've worked with her on each visit so that she's more relaxed and she doesn't stress now. They are super attentive and don't hesitate to reach out if anything seems different. They spoil her and now, when we arrive, she whines until they take her to play! When I had a family emergency recently, they were amazing about working with me, with uncertain pickup dates and last minute boarding reservations so she could maintain a routine while everyone else had chaos.

Nikki is the absolute best! She treats your dogs like her own and does everything she can to give them a comfortable stay. My one dog has cage anxiety and can be dog aggressive, but she always does so well here and has even made a doggy friend or two. I wouldn't kennel anywhere else and I recommend her to everyone!

Very disappointed! Should have taken the hint from our pup when he didn’t want to go in! We made arrangements to drop our pup off at 8am outside of regular business hours. We were meeting others to leave for out of town at 8:30. 8:25 and they still weren’t there. Had to leave and ask someone else to bring our pup back since we had to leave. Picked the dog up and waited 10 - 15 minutes while the girl went back to get our pup. She came out with the pup half wet saying they were bathing him cause they thought we were picking up in the evening but I called the day after we dropped our pup off to check to see how he was doing and stated we would be there Sunday morning at 10am. The dog stunk so bad and had poop stuck on his behind (so much for that bath)! When we asked how he was when we picked him up we got …good. BUT our pup has been sick since we picked him up with diarrhea. Our pup is not him self and even the neighbor said he does not seem like himself when they saw him outside. Have a call into kennel and have not gotten a response back. Update….Did get call back from kennel said they said he had diarrhea the day before pickup and they said it can be stress related. How about saying at pickup he was sick!

Sam was fantastic with my pup!!! She did a beautiful job, texted updates of his progress and made him look cuter than ever! She was also super efficient, grooming him start to finish in an hour. Highest recommendation possible!

We have been using Polyanna Kennels for a year now, but recently we were made aware of some conditions that I did not like thru an anonymous tip, so we became hypersensitive and observant when picking up our dog...he always pulls away and does not want to go in that place, and now I know why. But just this last time our dog stayed for only one night so pick-up time was at 10am. We arrived at 10:10 and the employee stated, "he did not eat breakfast as I just got here". 10am and not even let outside yet??!... He immediately peed a ton on the floor and dark yellow right as we left. Guessing he had to hold it 12+ hours. After the rumors I have heard and this past experience we will not be going back there...

Polyanna Kennels has taken such good care of our fur babies! I highly recommend them! They also do an awesome job grooming them! We have three large dogs and Polyanna treated them wonderfully and are so nice! Their rates are so reasonable too!

Our dog lucee needed her hair cut badly, the good folks at Polyanna worked with my schedule to get her in. They did a first rate job and treated our girl like she was their own. They were professional, fast, efficient, and VERY reasonably priced. I highly reccomend them to anyone that has a pet that needs grooming and wants their pet treated well, and groomed well.

Facility is very nice. Kennels were perfect for our two dogs and I liked that they were able to go outside at all times. Lady wasn't thrilled when I called to check in on dogs two days in, and kind of brushed me off. The young girl working when I picked my puppies was really sweet and my pups were nice and clean after they were groomed.

Love, love , love Pollyannas! They are such a wonderful pleasant group of people to work with. They are accommodating and pleasant, oh, and my dog, Raskal, LOVES them! I think better than he loves me!!! He is always so excited to get there hardly stopping to pee before he goes in the door. Highly recommend!

And when there was concern that our shy cat hadn't been seen (even after thurough searches), Ali even rearranged our pet cam set up so we could see him better between visits. They all showed our cats so much love and kindness while we were away. This was our first time using a pet sitter and it was such a lovely experience. Corinne and her team are absolutely amazing. We used them for the past seven years for both of our dogs (greyhound and goldendoodle). When we had to say goodbye to our pups, Corinne and our other dog walker Erin, both came by the house to say goodbye. That's how much they care about the animals, and their parents, in their care. This was our first time using a pet care service for our 2 cats while we went on vacation (in the past we always had friends stay at our house). This company was recommended by a friend. My husband and I were so pleased with their services. From my first visit to their website, it was clear this is a well organized and professional company. I love that they have bios of all the pet sitters on the website--you can tell they all love animals and have a great deal of experience caring for animals. I signed up on the website, requested our dates, and was contacted the next day by the owner introducing herself and helping me get set up. We used their services for about 5 overnight stays for our cats. Each morning, we received an email update, letting us know how our cats were doing, such as, did they eat, were their litter boxes cleaned, did they get some TLC, etc. It was great because I didn't have to request updates and it allowed me to focus on enjoying my vacation. The communication with each of the pet sitters was kind, efficient and reliable and there were no issues, everything went very smoothly. They are affordable, too, which makes their services accessible for many different budgets. We will definitely be using Where Sidewalks End in the future.

The only very small window to observe the dogs is shown very briefly at the time of viewing at unleashed and that’s it. I don’t think one can possibly judge anything. Therefore, I don’t want to let my dogs care be a mystery Cameras are a necessity!

Someone on the Nextdoor app posted a photo of a dog outside by himself, in a fenced area in the rain, crying, when she arrived to pickup her own dog from Unleashed. She said this was last Friday. She told the employees about the dog, and the female employee responded “oh that’s because it is pickup time.” The other employee walked outside. She thought he was going to bring the dog inside but he didn’t. He was just leaving for the day. If that was my dog, being ignored, in the rain, alone and crying, I would be infuriated. Update to the owners response- Well, the dog was definitely unsupervised in the picture. And like my review says, this person said the dog was outside by himself crying.

Great, knowledgeable, and super accommodating crew! My working dog has a history of tough kenneling experiences, and she normally is a mental mess coming off of a boarding stay at most places. She seemed to have tolerated kenneling here much better than anywhere else over the years. We'll definitely be back.

We love bringing our boy to unleashed! We take him here for boarding and grooming! He comes home exhausted every time! There have been times we needed to drop him off for an emergency boarding and they take him in with no problem as long as they have room! The staff are very great! They are always very nice and show that they love the pups! They also have training and grooming! We recommend unleashed to everyone!

Took my dog for her 1st haircut and was a little nervous . The staff was super friendly and did a great job. Put all my worries to ease. Highly recommend. Will be back

We just used Unleashed for boarding for our dog Marty, and they were great!! My dog has never been in boarding, so I was nervous, but everyone was friendly and put my mind at ease. We will definitely be using the boarding again. Thanks so much for taking care of him!

I’ve taken my dogs here on 3-4 separate occasions over the past 2 summers for boarding only. It seems as though they take “ok” care of your animals. I can’t tell you for sure because we never get any updates relating to the dogs, even though I have asked multiple times during drop off if they’d be able to send me updates in any sort of way. Call, text, email or on their online website. They say they will, then never do. They have a tab on their website to view photos/videos of your dog and a tab to review their “report card”, not one photo has ever uploaded to their site or anything added to their report cards. Since no one has ever contacted me in any sort of way with an update on how the dogs are doing, I called the facility myself and asked for an update for our most recent stay. I didn’t even get to say our dogs names before the woman on the phone rudely said “they are doing fine”… I was taken back by this as she didn’t even know which dogs I was calling for. For just a few nights, it can get pricey, and I would like to know if my money being spent is worth it. The communication here is definitely lacking. Both of our dogs can be very anxious and scared when going to places like this and this facility does not give me peace of mind that my animals are being well taken care of. When we pick up our dogs, both of them pee like they haven’t been let out all day to use the restroom and both come home smelling like urine. I’m not sure we will be bringing our dogs back. I am definitely in the process of looking for a new boarder as this one hasn’t met the standards I am looking for.

Staff went above and beyond!!! I had 2 Boerboels boarded. One of my dogs was older and became ill during boarding while we were on vacation. The staff kept me informed and cared for him even taking him to seek vet care, twice! I was very impressed and satisfied with how they handled his care during the unfortunate circumstances.

I will never take my dogs anywhere BUT Unleashed! The team there is amazing. They watched my 5 dogs on multiple occasions and each and every time we (and the dogs) leave extremely happy. All 5 of our dogs are rescues and have their own quirks but the staff here handles them like pros and it’s never a bother to them! I was worried that they’d be a handful but the 4 employees I met were so happy to do it and it was nice to see that everyone that works there truly loves animals and cares for their well-being. Two of my dogs had a scuffle this last time while boarding and the team at Unleashed was quick to respond, take one to the vet to ensure that it was an artificial cut and quick to call and inform me. They took care of everything promptly and professionally. They take the time to get to know your pet by interacting with them daily. It was nice for them to know all their names and personalities. When we picked the dogs up they were freshly bathed (MUCH appreciated) and so happy…you could tell they had an amazing time at Unleashed. Thank you to the staff for everything you all do to take care of our family! Will always recommend!

I have been taking my dog for training here with Cecil for over 13 weeks. We LOVE it!! Cecil is great. His no nonsense but caring demeanor has not only made my dog better but made me a better dog parent. We can’t wait to continue our learning journey. Thank you for all you do!!!

This was our first time hiring a catsitter and we were reluctant to have someone we didn’t know take care of Cece while we left town for the weekend. I found Fetch and was astonished by their overwhelmingly positive reviews, so I called and spoke to Matt who was extremely kind and helpful in clearly/concisely explaining how their business operates. I told my girlfriend about it and we weren’t sure what to expect but Pam was excellent and super nice! She actually set up a time to come down, meet us at our apartment, say hello to our cat, and ask us everything she needs to know about taking care of Cece before we left. She also sent us pictures every time she stopped in to show us that Cece was okay which is really important to us as her owners. Our cat sitter Becky always takes amazing care of our two cats, and it's so nice to feel assured that they and the house are looked after while we are gone. We use Sarah as our cat sitter and she is amazing! We know our cats are in great hands with her. In addition, this service is reliable, friendly, and always makes sure we have a sitter. This is important especially since we have to leave on short notice. I would recommend using Fetch and if you need a cat sitter, Sarah is amazing. We also use Wendy and she is great too. We had such a great first experience with Fetch. Our sitter was extremely professional and provided great care for our two cats while we were on vacation. She called or texted me each day she visited to let me know how they were doing which I really appreciated. She even was able to help us by coming over early one day at the last minute when there was a potential emergency situation with water leakage in our home. I contacted Fetch Pet Care to take care of my cat when I had to go out of town on relatively short notice. They were very accommodating and flexible, which I appreciated! Aimee took great care of my cat while I was away, and even sent me pictures of him to let me know he was doing ok! It was such a peace of mind to be able to keep my cat at home while I was away. Fetch is now my go-to group for pet care and I highly recommend them!

I have used Fetch for the last 10+ years. When I have traveled I have had the same two people come into my home to care for my cats. I have never worried and whenever I have returned home the cats’ attitudes have been “we didn’t miss you at all“. Beth W has boarded my dogs in her home for the last 5+ years. I typically get a video or two showing them at “Club Med” and I am always amazed at how tired and happy they are when I pick them up. After a bad experience with another pet sitting service (dogs were their priority), we discovered Fetch and used them for over a year when we lived in Pittsburgh. What I love about their model is that you get assigned an animal sitter which I prefer so that our cats get comfortable and familiar with one person. Obviously if they are unavailable, Fetch can arrange for a back up. Our cat sitter was Paulette and she was warm and wonderful to our two cats! She would usually send photos during each visit which gave us piece of mind. She would come twice a day, usually for 30 minute visits. And she was always ready to care for our furbabies on short notice. I highly recommend Fetch and Paulette for peace of mind when you have to go away! Billing is done monthly and you can add a tip if you are short on cash before going away.

I love camp bow wow! But more importantly, my dog absolutely loves camp bow wow! Watching her on the cameras all day. Just playing her little heart away. Makes me so happy that she's just not sitting in a cage while I'm at work and then the best part. I call it a camp hangover is when my puppy comes home. She's super chill and I don't have to spend hours draining her energy. I recommend camp bow Wow to any dog parent out there. The staff is amazing! The own ers you can tell this is More than a business to them!

Our family loves and trusts Camp Bow Wow and have used them for boarding for more than four years. As our dog got older and required medication during his stays, they administered without any issues. He recently passed and the Camp Bow Wow staff mailed us a handwritten card and gift in his honor. Wow, that was above and beyond and meant so much to us. If you’re looking for a great place to board your dog in the city, we absolutely recommend.

Love this place. My dog also loves it. He knows where he is going and gets very excited. The staff love him and know him by name. He is a bit rambunctious, but they take time with him and keep an eye out if he starts becoming too active. He is the dog that keeps everyone moving around. I will continue to use this site!!

My fur baby loves Camp Bow Wow Highland Park in Pittsburgh. He has been a regular camper for all of his 14 years. Camp Bow Wow helped me out when my dog needed to be boarded with little notice due to a family emergency over a holiday weekend. I will always be grateful for their help.

Our dog loved attending Camp Bow Wow Highland Park. The care from the staff was personal and the play with the other dogs wore out our energetic pup. Having the peace of mind that when we couldn't be with our dog, he was well looked after and loved was so well worth making the choice to put him here.

Camp Bow Wow Highland Park is fantastic. Their staff is very caring and responsive. Their groomer, Katie, is one of the best in the city (and we’ve tried a few). They are extremely focused on the safety of dogs and giving them a positive experience. We’ve used them for daycare, boarding and grooming. Love that they have the live web cams :) Overall, I would give them an A+!

Highland Park is a fantastic place with individuals who genuinely care about dogs and providing the best possible place for them to be safe and play. Though I have since left, I spent almost seven years working there, and can confidently say it is a space that your dog can have fun! The best part was building relationships with all the furry campers that came in. Staff love to get to know each and every dog and all of their quirks and loveable behaviors. Current clients are always willing and excited to share their experiences with newer customers, and I have always found this a great aspect of the location. I adopted a 16-year-old Brussels Griffon (Lady Stella) from a client and having already planned a vacation, and not wanting to drag her across the country, always felt secure that the staff would take care of her while I was gone. Like every other dog that comes in, they knew her, had built a relationship with her, and she was comfortable there. It was her home away from home. The current staff, particularly the director Michele, trainer Kim, and the groomer Katie are all exceptional at what they do and take immense pride in providing the best service for every dog they meet. It's not always easy but it is their passion! It's a place where you and your dog can build relationships and I have never been involved with a group that cares more about those relationships. PS. People who work here are very friendly. You can watch your dog on camera the whole time. My dog seemed to have a good time and I feel he is safe.

They charged a late fee for being 10 minutes late(due to road being blocked off by police) and did not inform me of it. I had to question why the final amount was different than what was quoted on the phone. If there is a late fee fine but you should advise your customers of this policy before beginning the service and especially let them know what they are being charged extra for without them having to question it. Shady business practice and I will not be returning.

Great staff, services, and facility. We, and our pups, learned a lot during training sessions with Kim. The pups always enjoy their spa days and grooming sessions with Katie.

Chris and the folks at Etta’s are amazing! I cannot say enough good things about this place we recently took a vacation and arrived home today and our dog Maxwell was in their care while we were away. From having the opportunity to have him visit a couple times before to make him feel at ease to the warm and accepting nature of the staff and I know that he was treated exceptionally well while we were gone. I especially enjoyed seeing photos of him on their Facebook page while we were away in company of the other animals that were at Etta’s as well ! If I could give Etta's 10 stars, I would. They have been taking our dogs for years, and I have nothing but good things to say. When we moved from Verona to Irwin, we still drove to board our dogs here. The quality of care is exceptional. The amount of play and time out of their room is fantastic. This is a family owned and operated business that loves the pets who come through their door like their own.

Our dog, Penny, loves going to Etta’s! She’s very well taken care of whether we leave her there for a day or a week. They're flexible with scheduling. From the owners to the staff, everyone is so kind and helpful. It’s also incredibly reasonably priced. A well loved business in our area!

My dog stayed at Etta's dog daycare for a week and when she looked so happy when I picked her up. They also gave my dog a wash as a courtesy and that was a big plus for us. Stephanie (owner) gave us detailed updates and ensured us our Cali was having fun and safe. We love this place!

Ettas Daycare care takes care of your dogs like they were their own. My dog developed a limp while I was in Florida over the Fourth of July. They kept me in the loop the entire time, watched video cameras to see if he had done anything to hurt himself, and even DoorDashed medicine to the daycare over the holiday to keep him comfortable. I can’t thank them enough. (He was totally fine in a day or two)
