We are so glad to have found Namrata. Our dog stayed for 2 weeks. We got multiple pictures of her having a great time. Namrata was super communicative via text. She got daily walks and socialized with other dogs and humans. It was a huge relief to know that my doggie was living the good life while we were gone! I highly recommend happy pets and namrata!

We boarded our two year old rescue pup while we went to Vegas. The beginning was rough for our doggy because she was in a new environment and has anxiety. Namrata worked with her tirelessly, and after the first night, she was doing so much better. Namrata sent us updates, pictures and videos and set our minds at ease. This is the first time we’d used a boarding service and we will be returning whenever we need puppy care. Her rates are reasonable and the dogs have free access to the backyard as well as regular walks. We are very happy customers.

I’ve used Namrata three times now for all-day Doggy Day-Care and she has been wonderful with my fur baby! She’s sent me photos and updates, and the last time I pulled up to her home for drop-off, my pup was whining with excitement to enter!! Thank you Namrata, for all your love and care!

Namrata has taken care of Millie (my 3 year old doodle) for both dog day care and dog boarding. I have been dropping Millie off with her and her family since September 2023. Millie is always excited to see her when I drop her off. Namrata is very responsive and always provides picture updates. Her son and Millie have become best friends. I am so happy that I have found an amazing dog sitter for day care and dog boarding. This lets me go on my trips and into the office without worrying about her. I would definitely recommend Namrata for dog day care and boarding!

We have been very pleased with Happy Pets. She is very organized, and quick to answer by text for bookings, pick up time, etc. She will forward pictures to you during the time you are away from your dog if you request, and our small dog, Lola has always seen very well cared for. Lola can be temperamental, and whiny, and may not be the easiest dog to take care of, but Happy Pets has always done a great job of providing great care for Lola and understanding she is who she is.

Namrata did a great job boarding our 5.5 year old Jindo. She sent pictures and updates every day, making us feel comfortable being away from our pup. We would happily board our dog with Namrata again :)

Happy pets dog boarding is amazing!! They take the best care of my dog - lots of attention and walks and love. I can tell that my dog loves going there and it gives me great peace of mind to know that my dog is so well taken care of when I am out of town. Namrata and her family took such great care of my dog Allie for one month. My initial plans for a dog sitter unexpectedly fell through, but on very short notice (just a few days) I was able to find Namrata who thankfully was able to take care of Allie for the whole month. I received photos and video and it was clear that Namrata, her family and her dog Albus were bonding with Allie and that she was very well taken care of. I’m thankful I was able to find Namrata and now feel confident that I have an excellent dog sitter for any travel in the future. I highly recommend her services.

Namrata took great care of my pup during his stay there. She sent me pics everyday to keep me posted, and also hand fed my dog when he had low appetite. My dog came back home happily, indicating that he had a great time there! Thank you for your care!

Jeremy managed to get us set up with a great dog walker at very short notice. We are working with Eric--he's gregarious and clearly into dogs and his job. We interviewed him with our dog and were immediately at ease. We have an ever changing schedule and Jeremy and Eric have been able to accommodate that with no problems. THANK YOU Red Rover!

Our dog has been getting walks from Red Rover for almost 4 years. We have also boarded her with them. We couldn't be happier with their services and customer service. Riley loves her walks and comes back a happy and tired dog. I really don't know how we would function without them.

I’m so glad to have found trustworthy, honest, friendly & truly caring walkers to take care of Ned. As a first-time rescue owner, Ned was adopted and lived with two other dogs for two years. I recently moved to the area on my own with this sweet dog and as an anxious dog parent, I do worry about him without his dog mates. Dave is amazing with Ned and goes beyond his dog walking service. Once on a very hot day in Oakland, Dave ensured Ned did not overheat and turned on the fan for him. Including checking on his water bowl. This was not our first dog walker - I had a few before who did not have the same level of professionalism and general care for my Ned. I am so grateful for Jeremy and Dave.

You can tell how much they each love and appreciate their dogs. ---- Our boy Warren, a border collie mix, LOVES his time with Kristen & Michael's packs. They're some of the most exceptional and trustworthy dog walkers we've had. Warren will wait up by the window for Kristen or Michael to come every morning - tail waggin a million miles an hour and whimpering from excitement. It makes me happy to see Warren get to play out on the trails, learn new skills, and socialize with his pals every day. Finding a trustworthy and professional dog walker is not easy. Vanessa is pure gold. She has been walking my sweet husky-pit mix Margaux since she was a year old and forged an incredible bond not only with my pup, but with our whole family. Every weekday she reliably arrives at our home, Rory runs to greet her, and off they goes with a pack of 5-7 dogs on a beautiful East Bay trail. A few hours later Rory comes home happy and tired. And then Jeysi sends us a written summary along with beautiful photos and videos from the day. It seems like such a fun pack. We're so, so grateful for Jeysi. Attaching just one pic here. Molly and her team at Doggy Lama are the best! Our dog Toby always returns from his off-leash walks with Jordan having had lots of fun with his pack buds and tuckered out. It’s been a huge relief to know Toby is getting the exercise and stimulation he needs, especially during the work week when we can’t provide that for him to this level. This team is also amazing at communication, from day-of logistics to general awareness of seasonal considerations on the trail.

Everyone at Doggy Lama has been so good to my pup, Rosie, since I adopted her over a year ago. Rosie has arthritis so Dorothy takes her to the park to sniff about at her own pace or just lay in the sun. It's clear that she loves her time with Dorothy because she always comes home with a huge smile on her face! Kendrae is super communicative and responsive around scheduling, too. Highly recommended!!

Kasper and I we both LOVE Doggy Lama; obviously for different reasons - Kasper loves the walks, treats and keeping his brain working while practicing recall on every walk. I love it that the Doggy Lama team is super reliable and feels like extended family. After I broke my foot they were able to immediately schedule Kasper for walks every day so I was able to rest. This place is often noticeably and consistently clean and organized. It also appears they have recently made the place more secure. The staff is always nice and hospitable. I love that they offer grooming services and a host of other services and enrichment program for the dogs. They appear to offer great care to my mother's dog, Sheba. Grooming is much more reasonably priced than other places and they do a good quick job. While the location is a bit remote and not much foliage or infrastructure surrounding the area, the positives outweigh the negatives.

We love taking Ollie here. They are nice and friendly. Ollie is very social and loves to play with other dogs. Just recently we are taking Bella, another dog who is shy. Leslie was sitting with her and letting her come to her on her terms which helped her feel comfortable. The staff is very patient with her.

I have used them for boarding my dog Patrón. The staff has always been friendly and I can tell they care for the dogs. I always leave him knowing he is in good hands. Definitely recommend!

Our mini dachshunds Zuki and Coco love this day care. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating to our pups needs. We feel comfortable leaving our fur babies here.

My dog LOSES HER MIND in excitement when she realizes where we're going! The loving and attentive staff are by far her favorite people on the planet, I'm definitely second to them on her list of favorites 😂 We love to come for a play day or an overnight if I'm going out of town, and I never have to worry that my pups are bored, lonely, or not being loved!

I have a very well behaved service dog with all vaccinations who has been to many doggie daycares without any incident and she wouldn't even consider my dog. living next to a amusement park you think you'd be more open people from out of the area she was very rude on the phone And almost stated that she wasn't going to take the dog at that point but told me I could fill out the paperwork. I did as she asked I faxed over all the paperwork vaccines and registered service dog tags I knew even before I started filling the paperwork she wasn't even going to consider us these aren't people that are doing it for the dogs

Very friendly staff and my dogs love going to camp. They divide the dogs into groups based on size and the have their own play yard. I like the fact the dogs are free to sleep anywhere they like and not stuck in a kennel until play time. I feel safe leaving my fur babies and they enjoy the play time.

We've been talking our 80-pound German Shepherd/Greyhound mix here for about eight months now. She always comes home tired and happy, it's always clean, and the staff is friendly. We always feel really comfortable boarding her overnight.

We appreciate boarding our Tucker at Arrdvarks because we know he is safe and will be fine when we pick him up. It is the best scenario for our situation. We aren't confident with a live in dog sitter so we will be staying with Aardvarks for our fur baby.

Use Stacey for dog walks, daily visits, or pet sitting, and your pet will receive lots of attention and loving care. Stacey is reliable and professional. I highly recommend Travlers Pet Care. They have been walking my dog, Rocky, for the past few years, and the experience has been great. Rocky is an elderly pup and Travlers has been good at ensuring he gets the exercise and attention he needs. Rocky always returns from his walks happy and well-exercised.. What would we do without Travelers Pet Care!! My girlfriend and I have a10 year old dog with separation anxiety and a chronic illness that requires regular medication. Marisa and Dominique have been top notch in their professionalism and communication, able to accommodate giving his medications. They give us the peace of mind to be able to leave town. Their website/app allows for quick communication and storage of all of the great photos that they take. Attached is one of the great photos they took of Ranger... Like how did they get him to pose like that!!! One of the true gems of the East Bay!

Marisa is reliable and professional. As a new dog owner, I had a lot of nerves. I never have any doubts when my dog is in the care of Marisa’s team. The best part, my dog is IN LOVE with her dog Walker and can’t wait to leave me and go on her walk!!!

We contracted with Travelers Pet Care to administer our sick cat's complex schedule of medications while we were out of town for over a week. Our cat has lymphoma and is on a variety of medicines (some injected, some in pill form as well as subcutaneous fluids) with varying frequency (some daily, some every other day, some three days a week.) We were very anxious about leaving our cat Posey, particularly when she needed care from someone who knew how to administer her medications. We needn't have worried! Dominique came over in advance to go over the spreadsheet of medications we had prepared and to get to know Posey in advance. We scheduled extra time during the first few visits so that they would have more time to bond. We also met with Marisa just before we left and developed equal confidence in her. While we were gone, we would receive daily updates on how things were going with Posey along with a picture so we could gauge her condition for ourselves. We could see that during the course of the week, Posey became more and more comfortable with them and more affectionate. On days when Posey didn't need much in the way of medication, they would stay and give her company for the remaining amount of time scheduled for the visit. When we returned home, it was immediately evident that Posey had benefited from their care. She wasn't anxious about our absence (though happy to see us) and even seems to have gained a little bit of weight. Her comfort level was high because there was no interruption in her medical regimen. I cannot recommend Travelers Pet Care more highly, particularly if you have a pet with special needs. Their fees are very reasonable relative to the care our pet received and the peace of mind they afforded us made it possible to leave Posey in their care in confidence. We are so grateful to them! I highly recommend their services and we will most definitely use them again.

Dominique and Marisa were instrumental in guiding us as first time dog owners. Our “pandemic puppy" was able to socialize and learn to walk off the leash with them. Our dog looks forward to every time they come by to pick him up. We are lucky to have this 5-star service in the East Bay.

I have never had such experience with a pet sitter as professional, thorough, reliable and most importantly as caring the way Marissa and Dominique are. From the meet and greet, they made me feel confident to hire them. The way they would ask questions about your pet making sure their needs are met. We brought our 1yr old pup for his first grooming, Jennifer made it very easy to communicate through appt scheduling and was extremely welcoming. She answered questions and concerns and made us feel at ease. We felt obi was in good hands. We brought Obi with long hair that was matted from ears to his paws, long nails. We picked him up, which he looked like a whole transformation. Clean cut and looking handsome as ever! We’re definitely coming back!

Jennifer made me feel at eases leaving my best friend Mr.Coal .To get a well needed bath and blow dry. When I call to make appointment I was lucky enough that she was able to fit me in that day. About 45min or so she call to let me know he was done. When I pulled up to the gate. It rolled back and Jennifer and her little helper I want say about 3 or 4 year old son was walk Mr.Coal out. Boy did he look so handsome his coat look so shiny and black as night. To the touch soft clean. His smell make you want to hug and take big woof of air through your nose. Jennifer and Zach offer a fantastic service for pups at their home. The value for the boarding service is very good and my dog has a great time. He can be skittish and nervous at first but their family has been so understanding and patient, now he wants to stay when I pick him up from boarding. They understand and love all kinds of dogs here and their love of animals shines through. Their own dog and kids are so cute and help with the business by adding playful energy to the home. The baths offered left our dog as clean as ever. Jennifer is very responsive over text as well. I would recommend Barn Find to anyone.

Jennifer was great with my two dogs. Before booking, she asked questions to make sure she understood what I wanted and she was very clear about her services. I felt confident that my babies were in good hands before I even dropped them off. They loved her instantly when they met her. She paid attention to their needs and even used an oatmeal shampoo for added moisture. My dogs were clean, cute and happy after she groomed them. I will certainly take my fur babies back to Jennifer for their grooming needs. She was so great with them that I will also consider her boarding services in the future.

Pam has taken excellent care of our two kittens/cats over the past two years. Pam and her team are very personable and attentive, and they clearly love their visitors. The accomodations are clean and comfortable, well-lit, and the windows have great views of trees, bird feeders, and more. Pam sends regular updates and pictures, and is happy to answer any question. Our cats have always come home comfortable and relaxed; obviously well taken care of. We highly recommend Pam and Critter Pet Care for all boarding needs!

🐾 I highly recommend Critter Pet Care. My cat has special needs and they treated him like a 🤴. They knew I was anxious about leaving him and kept me updated daily and even sent pictures. The little 🐈 house has AC and is set up very nicely specifically for kitties.😻 The owner is easy to work with and very accommodating. They take care of 🐕 as well.

I am so happy I found Pam! I met her when I was moving and also going on a trip, meaning maximum cat-life interruption and I was super stressed about how it would all go. She was totally communicative and reassuring while I was away, sending pictures of obviously-happy cats. She has also helped with vet visits and advice. It is so great to work with someone who cares about your animals as much as you do (and knows so much more). My only reservation is about spreading the word so that she might be hard to book! But she deserves recognition for providing such an outstanding and important service.

We had been planning a trip of a lifetime - 7 weeks abroad - and one of the most important things was also one of the hardest things to do and that was to ensure our 1-year old sibling cats, Daisy & Spunky, would be in a secure and caring environment while we were away from home. We found there are many places that board cats in “2’Wx2D’x2H’” stainless steel kennels with 1 or possibly 2 hours of daily “out of the kennel” play time. Although they may be clean and secure, that type of a “confined” environment would have been difficult for our cats to endure even if just for a weekend (especially for Spunky who is very sociable and inquisitive); 7 weeks would have been grueling for them. They would probably be wondering, “what did we do to be abandoned like this?”. Thank goodness we found Pam & Critter Pet Care! The design of the cat house is wonderful and the size and multi-level layout of the kennels, some of which could also be expanded to double wide for bonded pairs like ours, allows cats to “hunker in” and feel secluded, or to peek out through their window for watching birds at the bird feeders outdoors. Cats also get to explore and commingle or just chill in the common areas, or they can trek/jump up to the many perches mounted high along the walls of the cat house. We missed our cats to pieces but really appreciated how Pam automatically kept us updated with photos and info about what they were doing throughout our 7-week trip. It gave us great peace of mind and our reunion confirmed how well they were cared for during their stay. We will not hesitate to leave our beloved Daisy and Spunky in Pam’s care the next time we plan a vacation or require boarding services. Thank you very much, Pam, for providing such an important service, a cozy and engaging boarding environment, and for truly caring about the well-being of our pets. . . you’re the best!

I cannot recommend Pam highly enough for anyone with a pet. I hated to leave my old dog, recovering from an illness, with anyone, but she had come recommended for her transparency. Pam went above and beyond making my dog comfortable and cared for when I had to leave town. When i found I couldn’t get home when I had hoped, she made it work to keep watching him even though his care needs were more than we expected. She let me know how he was doing every day, and was incredibly kind. Pam will always be my first choice for someone to care for my pet.

Pam is very professional and knows how to handle both cats and dogs. I had left my two cats with her for a day. She has a very good set up where our cats could feel at home. The cages were set up in such a way that the cats could also look outside at the world or lie in a secluded spot if they wanted. There was even a bird feeder right outside the window, to keep the cats entertained. I definitely recommend her place if you want your cats taken care of while you are on vacation.

Pam is incredible! My rescue pup was isolated for many years and after only a few weeks at daycare, he was much more sociable and calm. He has separation anxiety and has a really hard time being alone, so Pam has been a godsend since I found her about a year ago. She takes really good care of my pup and updates me with pictures and status, which is nice while I'm at work. She is super flexible with drop off/pick up times and always responsive. It's amazing how she is able to socialize dogs with cats, dogs with each others, etc. Also, the backyard is amazing! Huge and lots of room for dogs to play. My pup can't wait to get out there and run around:) Highly recommend Critter Pet Care, Pam is truly a lifesaver.

Pam is a great person, she is extremely responsive, caring and knowledgeable. This place inspires trust! We lodged our dog and cat during one week and they both had a very good time under their care. Pam took me home with my pets the day we checked out because there were no Uber or Lyft drivers available. It was so sweet and kind of her! I would highly recommend this place for cats and dogs. Expect questions about your pet’s health, behavior and a meeting session for dogs.

Pam at Critter Pet Care has been doing a great job for myself and my furry family members. We like to call her Auntie Pam, and she is like a second mother to my young kitties. Along with all of the regular responsibilities of taking care of food, water and litter cleaning, Pam also plays regularly with them (has even bought them some really fun toys and treats), brushes them, and also sends me photos and regular updates when I'm away. She is also willing to water my outdoor patio plants and she brings in the mail. I can be easy in my mind knowing that all will be well at home when I have to be away. Booking and communication has always been easy. I really like using her online portal where I can book and confirm upcoming visits. Finally, when I have last minute changes to my schedule and need to add or cancel visits, she is always willing to accommodate. We are so lucky to have found her and truly appreciate her wonderful care and service!
