I've been using Doggy Walking for over a year now and they are excellent! I have 1-on-1 leashed walks for my dog, and the walker checks in and out so I know via email that she's been taken out. It's real peace of mind to know that I'm not having to worry about whether she's been out. As with every business, there have been a few issues along the way, but Cath is super responsive and always find a solution to the problem. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

We have used the services of Doggy Walking Roseville for several months. They have visited out new puppy then eventually graduated to local walks from hone twice a week. Recommended dog walking service. Always responsive and offer good flexibility, if you need to change days. Our crazy Doberman, Phoenix gets so excited whenever Sandy comes to pick him up. Sandy is incredibly patient and affectionate with him.

I left my cat with Paws Galore over Christmas for nearly a month while travelling overseas. I liked the idea of Milo not to be trapped inside the cage like in most of the other boarding places, but to stay in a similar to home setting. The pet sitter (Marina) had a very good care of Milo! I enjoyed getting the daily photos and videos from them seeing him relaxed and enjoying himself. The pick up and drop off experience was excellent too, as I didn’t have to leave home and travel, which is a great bonus! Thank you Gina for your business!

Paws Galore were great from start to finish, not only will I be using them again but would highly recommend them. Holly was fantastic in keeping me up to date on how my cat Spencer was getting on when he stayed with Janelle, from the photos and videos they became fast friends and he returned a very happy chap. The pick up& drop off service they offer is very convenient and supplying your pets things ensures they have all the home comforts in an unfamiliar environment. This was my first time using a pet sitting service opposed to a cattery, and I wish I tried it sooner!

Gina and the team looked after our beloved Harry on several occasions. What we love about the service is that Gina matching the right dog sitter with the dog. Harry has stayed with a couple of different sitters, and each time he's had a wonderful holiday. Moreover, the communication from pick up to drop off has been exemplary. I searched and contacted many services to find an option for my puppy for an upcoming holiday and Paws Galore were just amazing from first contact to post the return of my puppy. They went above and beyond from the moment I made contact searching for someone willing to take a puppy on and from there they took care of everything including scheduling pick up and return. During her stay I received regular photos and updates giving me peace of mind and enabling me to relax during my puppies first stay away from me. It could have not been easier for me and it cost less than a boarding service for such a premium opportunity. It was such a well executed service from beginning to end which shows how well managed and operated this service is. I don’t usually leave reviews however this was a truly impressive service that I can not recommend highly enough. Paws Galore is a fabulous pet sitting service that goes above and beyond. They are so helpful, reliable, and professional and bonus - they even include pickup and drop-off services. I was really nervous leaving my dog Rory the first time as he’s a rescue dog that can get anxious at times. I couldn’t have been happier - The pet sitters treated Rory like their own, provided daily photo updates and messages which really put my mind at ease. Now when I go away, I can travel guilt free knowing that Rory is on holiday too. He’s since gone back at least six times, all of which have been fabulous. If you're looking for a pet sitting service that offers reliable, fantastic care, and peace of mind, then I cannot recommend Paws Galore highly enough!

Helena at the Purrfect Pup is honestly the most caring, professional and trustworthy person you could ever ask for to look after your pets. Helena was highly recommended to us and came to dog sit for us at our house for 2 nights last weekend. Helena sent lots of thoughtful texts and pictures to put our minds at ease (as our dog had been quite ill a week or two before) and she bent over backwards to ensure our dog had a fantastic weekend and that we did too. Helena was amazing! I felt really confident having her visit my cat, as she has had experience with timid, shy cats like mine. And I really didn’t want to take her to a cattery so having Helena visit was perfect. Helena provided lots of photos everyday and my cat was her normal chirpy self when I got home ☺️. Will be asking her services again soon!

Helena was a great dog/house sitter for our dogs! She went above and beyond and did some extra training with our new puppy and even took gorgeous photos which sent to us. Helena is trustworthy and clearly loves animals.

We have utilised the Purrfect Pup twice now! Won't be the last! More recently we organised for both our cats to be looked after in our apartment, while we were overseas for a couple of weeks. Our cats can be fussy and stressed when we are not there. They both loved Ciara who has looked after them on both occasions. They had daily visits (but this can be modified) to have their food and water provided and litter cleaned. The photos of how they are going is reassuring and comforting. Highly recommend!!

Helena was outstanding during our time away. She is smart, reliable and attentive. Quick to learn the ropes of the house and feeding our 3 cats. So grateful for her visits and she spent time with each cat, provided updates and made sure they were fed and loved. Will definitely asking for her services in the future.

Mel looked after our dog exceptionally well over a 4 night stay. She was great with her updates and communication and diligently did tended to his medical needs. We would be glad to have her look after our dog again.

My 7 month old dachshund puppy Remy absolutely loves his time at puppy love doggy day care and runs in overly excited every time we arrive. Mel is amazing and it is easy to see how much she cares and loves the animals. He gets walks each day, is able to socialise with the other dogs and there is a big grassed outdoor area for them to run around on which is why we chose puppy love daycare over a lot of the small concrete indoor places. Would highly recommend.

Mel is INCREDIBLE! My dog Suby has major separation anxiety and we were so worried he wouldn't be OK anywhere but not only is he ok with Mel, he's SO HAPPY! He doesn't want to leave with me in the afternoons when I go to pick him up and he races up the stairs in the morning to go in. He loves the big backyard and the comfy beds and the walks, and I love that Mel sends me photo and video updates throughout the day. I recommend Puppy Love 11/10!! Thanks Mel!

We booked Pawshake pet sitter for our cat over the Christmas holidays. It was a real positive experience we found trust worthy, reliable sitter to come our house to look after our cat. Pawshake was a easy way to find and book a sitter. Communication through was excellent and the Pawshake website and App was easy to use and navigate.

Shadow was beautifully looked after at short notice. He came home happy and exhausted after playing with Zoe. We'd also done the meet & greet with another carer who was also lovely, but the timing didn't work unfortunately.

We highly recommend Mad Dogs and Englishmen Chatswood & Frenchs Forest. Robyn is fabulous! She truly cares about dogs -- this is evidenced by the way she gets to know them. She doesn't just walk the dog, she builds a relationship with them. She knows our dogs personality and all his likes and dislikes, and he absolutely loves her. The best in the biz!!

I met Robyn with 3 of her dogs today at a local dog park, she is very enthusiastic with her dogs and played with them throughout the time she was there. She seems genuinely happy to look after them and the dogs also seem to love her. I’d Recommend her if you ever need someone to walk your dogs.

My dogs have been going with Carlos’ team for about 8 years now and they have loved every single walk. You’ll never see happier dogs than when they come back from their walk - they literally smile. Our dog has developed such a bond with Wan, who collects him twice a week, and has so much fun on the outings that he cannot wait to get out the front door when the vehicle arrives! I can’t recommend Carlos and his team enough! My golden retriever, Neena, has been going on walks and daycare with the team for almost two years and she loves every second. As soon as the van arrives to pick her up, she’s gone, without even a glance back! To say they take amazing care of my Neena is an understatement. The care and genuine love they show her is so appreciated and I am grateful to know she’s happy and so well taken care of. She even brings the balk back now:) thanks Carlos!! 100% satisfied!

I brought my two cats to this shop for grooming and shower. The service here is absolutely amazing! I was a bit worried and also curious about how my cats were doing, but the staff was incredibly thoughtful and kept me updated with photos of my cats during the process. That’s what I found after my dog had grooming done there recently. BTW, I heard you shouting at my dog when I stepped in, but you went quiet as soon as the door sensor rang…. I don’t know how to add a response to your message below, so I add it here. To clarify, we are not spamming. My dog was at your Chatswood branch on Saturday for a full grooming session. I requested a 6mm summer cut, but you shaved some area down to the skin, claiming there were knots. This was my first experience seeing how a groomer handles knots, and unfortunately, it led to my dog being left with a cut that we discovered as soon as we got home. This has caused her irritation and discomfort, as she has been scratching at the area. I have taken a photo and kept it as evidence. If this is how you handle customer service—only accepting positive reviews and threatening those who provide honest, unsatisfactory feedback—I must express my disappointment. I also reserve my rights as a consumer and am prepared to escalate this matter to the ACCC and the police if necessary.

My anxious rescue dachshund came out immaculately groomed but most of all .. super happy ! I've never seen a dog look so happy after a groom. It's in a great location since you can grab shopping or groceries or brunch around Chatswood. The service is communicative, and the trim was everything we asked for (neaten up his long hair but keep the mane). My dog still smells amazing after 5 days ! Pricing is pretty on par with large franchises, but given how this place is a much smaller business that can provide personal care, the pricing is amazing ! Edit: Due to last minute changes and emergencies, we had to board Slinky overnight for two days. He was a little skittish due to his natural demeanour but he was very well taken cared off and even played with other pups! Happy owners ♡

Raphaela provides an excellent service and we always revert to her when we have need. Beyond the caring, Raphaela has an excellent understanding of dogs and their behaviours. Our Lakeland Terrier Gilbert, so enjoys his short stay and overnight stays. We highly recommend this provider.

We just completed puppy school for our Golden Retriever with David and we couldn’t be happier. David is a very knowledgeable trainer and his love for all dogs is absolutely heartwarming. We learned so much about body language and how to interact with our puppy. She also learned very important tools like impulse control, recall, how to sit, stay, drop etc. I find that my puppy and I understand each other so much better since doing David’s course. I highly recommend this puppy school for all breeds.

I'm so glad that we found David and his puppy school. I feel much more confident in how to train my pup. We learnt so much over the 4 weeks, and it was also a fun atmosphere. My puppy definitely benefited from the socialisation too. David is very knowledgeable and passionate and gave up his own time at the end of classes to give me additional help and support which I really appreciated.

David put me at ease and taught me and my puppy some very helpful tools for good behaviour and a happy dog and mumma into the future. Very happy with David’s (The pawfessionals) puppy school. We took our 10-14 week old bull terrier for the 4 week puppy school and it taught us how to best teach and raise a resilient confident and well mannered dog. Sharky is learning to be calm and we will be able to continue our training at home with him. Would recommend to anyone with a new puppy to learn how to teach them. We will be looking at future training with David and the pawfessionals to continue a raise a good dog.
