My dog, Bodhi, was part of the "woofpack" at Dogwalks for 7 years from the time he was a puppy. It was fantastic — intiailly we only intended to send him through the puppy years but found we couldn't do without it. He stayed active and looked for the orange van every day from our window. Dogwalks was part of our extended family. When we get another dog, we look forward to sending him back to Julia and the team. We're forever grateful for the love, care, and play the Dogwalks team gave to Bodhi over many years.

We've used Dogwalks for our golden retriever, Apollo, for ~ 2 years and absolutely love it. Apollo runs out the door everyday for his walk. He ADORES his walker, Jessica. Julia runs a very professional business. For any booking or walk, we never have to worry about communication. Their team does an incredible job of putting up pictures on the Instagram account, making us anxious dog parents at ease :) With us both back in office, we are able to trust that Apollo is picked up on time, has a great outing, and dropped off without issue. Moreover, Julia is very accommodating, caring, and goes way above and beyond to help us troubleshoot any issues. We've been very happy with our time with Dogwalks and highly recommend them.

We LOVE Dogwalks! Our chocolate lab, Finn, has been going daily. They take amazing care of him, are extremely reliable, and he comes home tired and well loved. We are so glad we found Dogwalks to take care of our family! Could not recommend them more. Also found them to be extremely responsive and organized, often dealing with last minute schedule changes. Trinidad is our favorite dog walker - recommend him the most!

Julia and her team are the best! I’ve entrusted them with my best buddy, Bleu, for the last couple years and I couldn’t be happier with their services! My pup always returns home happy, tired (from so much play!) and super content :) Their positively reenforced training has also had a great impact on his home behavior. We absolutely LOVE Julia and the whole Dogwalks team! We started with puppy daycare for our goldendoodle, and Julia gave her so much attention and positive reinforcement training, including basic commands, leash manners, crate training, good play, and so much more. This was so important for her during her critical socialization period. As she got a little older, we switched from daycare to walks. Our puppy is SO EXCITED every time they come to pick her up, and she comes home so happy and exhausted after a few hours. We also love seeing the pictures and videos of her playing with the other dogs on instagram - definitely check them out (@sfdogwalks). We would recommend Dogwalks to anyone!!

Our 3 year old boxer, Zola started going to Dogwalks a couple of months ago and all we can say is- we are so glad we found them! We've tried many other dog walking/boarding companies such as, wag hotels and rover, but can honestly say that Julia and her team at Dogwalks provide 5 star outstanding, genuine care. From previous construction our apartment complex was undergoing, Zola developed behavioral problems. Then we found dogwalks- Julia and the team quickly corrected it by using positive reinforcement to make Zola feel comfortable in different environments, with strangers and other dogs. The team is highly trained and responsible. We have seen a HUGE improvement in Zola's behavior. On days when we are home and Zola gets picked up, we see her very excited to see the dogwalker. Zola returns a happy and tired dog. Boarding has also been a positive experience. Julia and the team are very professional, responsive, and reliable. They are also active on social media and constantly post pics of the dog pack having fun at various parks in SF- always a treat to see. We only want the best for our dog and believe that Dogwalks delivers it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We've been using Dogwalks daycare and boarding for our pomsky puppy and he absolutely loves going there. He spends every morning by the window waiting for them to pick him up and runs to the door the minute he sees the car pull up :)

I would give this company negative stars if I could!!! They have HORRIBLE customer service AND HORRIBLE STAFF. I dropped off my adorable maltipoo and when I returned to pick up my puppy, she was covered in fleas!! I ask the owner, JULIA, about it and she ended up admitted that since they are small business, they aren't as strict with their hygiene practices. I could smell dog feces while I was approaching the facility. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not take your dog here! I fear for the safety of the dogs that are allowed at this facility. -5/5 stars!!!!

David has been taken care of my fur babies for several years. He is far away the best cat sitter I’ve ever had. He is completely reliable, conscientious, and a true cat whisperer. He sends me upwards of three videos a day. I cannot recommend him enough.

David has been my excellent cat sitter for my 3, now down to 2, cats since I moved to my retirement home apartment 7 years ago. He feeds the cats, cleans up after them and plays with them, then emails me videos to let me know they are well! He makes it easy to make appointments with him and is very reliable and pleasant. A+++ rating!

David is great, I have been using him since around 2011 and that really says how good he is with cats. He really takes great care of cats, and he also has helped me learn more about them has he has given me some good tips about nutrition and some behavioral things he observes. I can travel comfortably knowing David will take good care when I am away, highly recommend him.

David has taken care of our two cats for 15 years now and we couldn’t be happier. Not only he takes good care of the kitties and sends us videos of them when we are gone, but he has been know to take care of unexpected problems a few times while we were gone. We recommend him whole heartedly.

The absolute best in the business hands down, I trust him with my cat’s lives for many years now. I am so protective of my fur babies and was so nervous to leave them with a sitter after a few not so great sitters but once I found David I never looked back. I’m only sharing this secret now cuz he’s the most booked sitter in town, and we are sadly moving so now I’m not sure what I’ll do but for those in SF: *He speaks cat, he understands even my most wild cat who let David hold him before he let me hold him 😂 (and taught him catch!). *He taught me that fountains are terrible, just use clean bowls. *He taught us about automatic feeders which were very much needed at certain times. *And we use the best litter for allergies after his recommendations (Smart Cat All Natural, 100% grass). *He taught us what brushes the cats like (the travel size ones and the dustpan brushing). *This winter it was freezing and he let me know that it might be cold for the cat and he turned on an electric blanket for him.

EDIT: We are coming up on our five year anniversary being with Doggy Lama! Wow time has flown. We do have two new walkers that tag team, Joe (who is our primary walker) and Vero (who provides backup), but all the previous statements in my review are still valid. Joe and Vero are always communicative, respectful, and Warren can't wait to go on adventures with him and his pack. You can tell how much they each love and appreciate their dogs. ---- Our boy Warren, a border collie mix, LOVES his time with Kristen & Michael's packs. They're some of the most exceptional and trustworthy dog walkers we've had. Warren will wait up by the window for Kristen or Michael to come every morning - tail waggin a million miles an hour and whimpering from excitement. It makes me happy to see Warren get to play out on the trails, learn new skills, and socialize with his pals every day. Finding a trustworthy and professional dog walker is not easy. But Molly runs a tight ship, and the team she leads at Doggy Lama shows just how much she cares for and loves animals. Vanessa is pure gold. She has been walking my sweet husky-pit mix Margaux since she was a year old and forged an incredible bond not only with my pup, but with our whole family. Vanessa comes with heart, soul & leash - in that order. Vanessa adores her canine charges and they feel it. We feel so comfortable with them, and often lean on their guidance and advice for taking care of our dog Rory. Our walker Jeysi feels like a member of the family. Every weekday she reliably arrives at our home, Rory runs to greet her, and off they goes with a pack of 5-7 dogs on a beautiful East Bay trail. A few hours later Rory comes home happy and tired. Molly and her team at Doggy Lama are the best! Our dog Toby always returns from his off-leash walks with Jordan having had lots of fun with his pack buds and tuckered out. It’s been a huge relief to know Toby is getting the exercise and stimulation he needs, especially during the work week when we can’t provide that for him to this level. This team is also amazing at communication, from day-of logistics to general awareness of seasonal considerations on the trail.

My dog loves Doggy Lama! She cannot wait for them to pick her up and is always exhausted and happy when they bring her home. She has totally bonded with Vanessa and Merrigold. I appreciate their communication and professionalism. and the photos.

Everyone at Doggy Lama has been so good to my pup, Rosie, since I adopted her over a year ago. Rosie has arthritis so Dorothy takes her to the park to sniff about at her own pace or just lay in the sun. It's clear that she loves her time with Dorothy because she always comes home with a huge smile on her face! Kendrae is super communicative and responsive around scheduling, too. Kasper and I we both LOVE Doggy Lama; obviously for different reasons - Kasper loves the walks, treats and keeping his brain working while practicing recall on every walk. I love it that the Doggy Lama team is super reliable and feels like extended family. After I broke my foot they were able to immediately schedule Kasper for walks every day so I was able to rest. I’ve been taking my dog Kiko to Tefani & So for about 2 months now and I’m consistently impressed with the care she receives. The grooming services are fantastic, Kiko always comes home looking and smelling great, and I can tell the groomer really cares about her comfort. Kiko also loves the daily dog park trips. The staff takes her to a local park where she can run, play, and socialize with other dogs. It’s the perfect way for her to burn off energy. One of the best things for me is the shuttle service. Kiko gets picked up in the morning then dropped off in the afternoon, which really makes the entire process of sending her to daycare really effortless for me, especially if I need to work late at the office unexpectedly. Heather and Watson truly cares for the dogs like they are their own, and it shows in the way they interact with all the dogs. I highly recommend anyone that I talk to with a dog to go to Tefani & So. They treat your dog like family.

Visited SF for Thanksgiving weekend and had to drop off Figi at daycare for a museum day. Tefani & So sent pictures of her at the park and took wonderful care of her. Would definitely recommend and come back when I visit again!!

Had a sudden schedule change at work and needed a doggy daycare for my very shy 5 month old puppy. She warmed up so fast! Heather and team took great care of her and she could not be with to go back for the second day!

Very reliable doggy school for Gus to spend the days there. Professional and caring staff Gus runs off for every morning when we drop him off or when he gets picked up. Love that they offer the full chain of fantastic dog services including daycare, grooming, shuttle and boarding once Gus got admitted. We use them all and leave our heart completely at ease knowing he’s with someone he knows and we trust.

We have been bringing our dog to Stefani for a little over 3 years. Have had zero incidents so far but only good momentos to cheer whenever she is there. Luna literally grew up in this place, and she couldn't get any better care from Stefani and her professional and kind staff. We love seeing daily updates from her, which is always the highlight of our days. Even Though we are not there with Luna, we feel her happiness in the photos wholeheartedly, and more so we are certainly at peace of mind. We also feel the team here are true dog lovers with exceptional experience with dogs. She had a sensitive stomach when she was a puppy, Stefani recommended certain dog food brands she thought would work for her, along with probiotics that she had learnt through the years of experience working with so many dogs. It swept away the watery poop we had to deal with back in the days. We feel the best part is that Luna has a consistent group of furry and human friends she can hang out with on a weekly basis. We’re so glad and released that she’s grow into a social, confident and happy dog she is now. The people here in Tefani & So. dogcare played a big role in it. We appreciate them so much and would most definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for daycare, grooming and boarding services.

Fantastic place for your pup! I've left Louie here for both daycare and had him groomed here for years until it was too rough to pick up and drop him off in this part of the city. Every single time I've taken him here he's been nothing short of happy and / or beautifully groomed. Can't recommend this spot enough!

I would give 10 stars if I could for Tefani & So daycare!! Stefani and her team are wonderful and truly care about the pups. Finley gets so excited for daycare and the photo updates are the highlight of my day! As a new dog mom I was nervous to bring Finley to daycare, Stefani was so patient and kind answering all my questions. I love that they are grouped by size, have a structured day and it’s spotless! I have used the shuttle service and boarded with Stefani and Finley gives it two paws up. Thank you, we are so lucky to have you!!

I’ve been sending my dog to Tefani since he was 5 months old and as other reviews say, there is not a time I see him more happy & excited than when he goes to daycare with Stefani and her team. Stefani is incredibly kind, patient & flexible and my dog literally forgets I even exist whenever he sees her. Finally, the grooming and pick up/drop off services are unmatched — I would be so so lost without Stefani & her caring staff and cannot recommend Tefani & So enough.

Our dog adores this place! He is almost more excited to go see Stefani than he is to see his owners pick him up. I mean he goes CRAZY when he realizes he’s about to enter daycare. Stefani always sends us pics of him having a blast so we don’t have to worry how he’s doing. Fabulous grooming services, as well!

Love this facility! I have boarded my puppy multiple times (ranging from 1 day to 7ish days) because I travel for work alot. The staff is incredibly flexible with scheduling! My puppy is a rescue and is very scared of strangers but has grown to like the staff there. Would highly recommend!

Best doggie daycare. My dog doesn't like being locked in a kennel at night. He got to be at a slumber party while staying with Paul the night he stayed. We where in the bay to see the Giants and Dogers game and would highly recommend Puppy Love doggie daycare to everyone. Thanks Paul fir your patience and true love for dogs your the best.

SF puppy love is great! I took my pup there for daycare a few times when my job decided that we would be going in a few times a week. The owner, Mark, is exceptionally nice and friendly and he really made me feel welcome and safe leaving my fur baby there. Since then, I’ve switched to a remote job but I would highly encourage anyone in the area to come here! Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, and your pup will have a great time.

SF Puppy Love is great, i got lucky to be living within same block. For daycare we did the temperament test which is great they check if your dog gets along with other dogs. After temperament test we used daycare services many days over the last 6months. My dog Harriet (1.5years) is always excited to go back. We also boarded our dog at SF puppy love for 10days, they sent you daily pics to update. I think the best testament to her time being positive is i took her back to SF puppy love about a week later and she was pulling me to get back in and say hi to staff. My dog can be cold to strangers and bark but after 10days of boarding she bonded with the staff. I was surprised to see Harriet stopped barking at the staff :) a friendly note about boarding is that I know most dogs still get sad while boarding, but here, it was really comforting to know she had a good time and that she wanted to go back to see the staff again right after

My dog loves it here! We went to this daycare when it was at the old location and called k9 playtime. Even though our need for daycare decreased significantly due to Covid/working from home, we still wanted our girl to have some fun with other dogs and get the type of dog socialization they absolutely need! We continue to take her 1-2x per week and use SF puppy love for boarding as well anytime we go somewhere without our little ball of fluff and completely trust the staff to treat her like their own! They are so sweet and caring towards the dogs!

7 MONTH UPDATE- 08/2022: My almost 11 month old pup has quite literally grown up with all of her friends (dog and human) at SF Puppy Love, and she loves it! From the moment we park outside, she practically pulls me into the building to see her friends while her tail is wagging excitedly. In the last 7 months, the team at SF Puppy Love has cared for my pup during near daily daycare visits and periodic boarding stays. I couldn’t be more grateful for how well they take care of her and how they treat her like their very own pup-relative. Original Review from 03/2022: SF Puppy Love has merged with K9 Playtime and they are now in a new location at 840 Harrison Street. So here goes: I'm a new, first time dog mom and was very nervous about bringing my pup to daycare. My pup has been coming to SF Puppy Love for over two months now, and I can confidently say that she has found her second home and second family with the crew at SF Puppy Love. I am a busy young professional with a demanding work schedule that frequently fluctuates but with SF Puppy Love in the picture now, it’s never been an issue—they’ve always been more than happy to step up when I’ve needed support for boarding or daycare for my pup. The staff at SF Puppy Love speak to, and treat, my little pup like she is their very own--I am so grateful to have their support. Honestly, it's not even just my pup--when I am dropping off my furry little one, I have met so many other dog parents who have bringing their pets here for many years who feel the same way I do. Give SF Puppy Love a try, I promise you won't regret it!

Went in for a temperament test. They were asking me if I wanted my dog in a medium or small room and I kept telling them that my dog (who’s a small sized puppy) gets nervous around bigger dogs, so obviously I’m suggesting a small room. They just pointed out that there’s an even smaller dog in the medium room and put him in there anyway. I watched through the camera so couldn’t really tell his temperament when he was in there. When one of the staffs brought him back to me, he said my dog seemed nervous, he probably thinks he’s at a vet. I’m sure he was saying that jokingly but that’s pretty inconsiderate and shows no concerns about my puppy being scared. Would not recommend this place for a dog that needs more attention.

Our Malamute Moose stays here for day care and over night boarding when we are out of town. Always a pleasant experience and Moose loves spending time here. Great grooming service available also on the last day of her stay. We always add it on so she comes home fresh and clean. Highly recommended.

We have been taking our dog, Moose, to SF Puppy Love since it opened and the staff has been friendly, accommodating, and caring. We sometimes drop off early or late and they always help us out on short notice. Moose loves visiting and always comes home happy and tired from a full day of play. Thank you to all who work there!

I've been bringing my small dog here for a while now and have had a good experience every time. The staff is friendly and I enjoy the flexibility and ease of drop off. My dog always is super excited to go in and is always tired when she gets home!

Diego is the most incredible caretaker and trainer. He is so thoughtful, kind, consistent, and patient with our dog and we are so grateful. Our dog is always so excited to see him and comes out more well behaved than he came in. THANK YOU Diego for investing so much of yourself into watching our dogs. We are very comfortable leaving our dog at Embarkadero because of you and we would not keep coming back without you!

I love this place, was so lucky to find them when I did. I have boarded my mini dachshund here for one to two nights or he has stayed for up to one week during the past couple of months and he has so much fun. They even have an instagram where they mass post each day so you can see them all play/hang out together. The owner, Diego, is very sweet and caring. He stays with the pups every night and the rest of their team is so helpful and nice! I highly recommend this place you are looking for a safe place to keep your pup! They even have daycare from 7am to 7pm which makes it so easy for drop off/pick up with work hours.

My dog has been to boarding here three times now and gone for daycare plenty more. Everyone at Embarkadero takes such great care of her, and they have been beyond understanding even when my schedule turns chaotic. Couldn't recommend more highly!

Bonnie and Diego are amazing! I decided to board my dog here after our usual boarding space was full. I am SO glad we decided to choose Embarkadero Social Club and will continue to board him here going forward. The dogs go to the bathroom in the outdoor area on grass etc., instead of going indoors - this is so important for ensuring no bad behaviors are picked up during the boarding time and also help make sure my dog isn't smelling and looking like a stray dog when he comes home. I instantly noticed a HUGE difference in behaviors / training when my dog came home from Embarkadero Social Club.

Our mini Goldendoodle Dug stayed here during the holidays. He’s an affectionate pup who needs lots of human love, and the team at Embarkadero did such a great job taking care of him. It was great seeing him in the Instagram feed! He got a bath upon leaving and came home smelling great and as fluffy as a cloud ☺️

I always feel so safe dropping my little guy off to daycare here - he forgets about his separation anxiety and just has fun playing with the pups and awesome staff at Embarkadero. I have been taking my 7th month old once or twice per week to Embarkadero since she was about 12 weeks. I absolutely credit the supervised interactions she's had at day care for how wonderful she is with all other dogs. She is always so excited to get there and tuckered out when she gets home. Never once have I picked her up to find her injured in any way. Every staff member I've encountered is friendly and seems legitimately happy to be there. I have not yet used boarding services, but I will consider Embarkadero first when the time comes. Thanks, Embarkadero, for taking such good care of Mavis!

Our pup goes to Embarkadero for day care pretty regularly and occasionally for boarding. We have a had a great experience with drop offs and pick ups and Waffle is always so excited to go there and hang out for the day, and comes back home happy and tired! All the staff, in particular Bonnie and Diego are super friendly, and the place feels very clean - I have seen Diego washing the floors and everything many times when I was picking up the pup later in the day, and unlike some other day care facilities, Waffle doesn't smell bad when we pick her up at the end of the day.

Diego is absolutely wonderful to work with. In the 1.5 years I’ve had my 3 year old rescue dog, this is the first time I’ve placed my dog in day care for consecutive days. My dog was here for 10 days straight, all day (8am -5pm). I am thrilled with how well they took care of my baby/dog. The place is clean and the staff are super friendly. ❤️🙏

Our dog loves going to Lombard Doggy Daycare. It’s his favorite place ever, he tries to run to get there every morning knowing where he is headed. The facility is so clean and everyone who works there is so nice and you can tell they love the dogs and take great care of them.

My husband and I visited the area with our dog and needed a place for him to stay while we went to Alcatraz and other attractions that don’t allow dogs. This place was amazing! From the moment we reached out to schedule daycare, they were fantastic. They provided updates about our dog, and he had the best time ever. It was a great experience, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

Chevy was found under the freeway 16 years ago. He’s 18 now. I promised him the best life I could provide. LOMBARD DOGGY DAYCARE is helping me keep this promise. It is a bright and clean place. Chevy has special needs and they care for him like I would. I know while I am at work Chevy is safe and being cared for. If you’re looking for a doggy daycare that will care for your dog as if they were their own I recommend LOMBARD DOGGY DAYCARE (BTW I don’t usually write reviews but this place is special!)

I have never experienced a doggie daycare as pristine clean as this! The place is immaculate which tells me a lot about the management and staff. My dog loves it there! They have been really accommodating about my senior dog's needs and he comes home content and happy tired. The staff is so friendly and willing to please! Thank you LDD!!

My girl Mellie, 11yo senior who is deaf, and I love Lombard Doggie Daycare! The owner and staff are so warm welcoming and personable. The environment of the day care is like home away from home for the pups. White cotton curtains, white walls, and creamsicle color trim along with plants and wall artwork are so pleasing to the eye! My dog Chevy began coming to this location for daycare before the new owners took over, and becoming Lombard Doggy Daycare. We are happy with the transition! The facility is clean and bright. The doggos are seperated by tempermant and size. The staff is caring and communicates well with the fur parents. They even teach dogs how to treadmill walk. The fees are a bit higher than with the previous owner, but it is understandable since the rent for the facility went considerably up. They are definitely worth checking-out if you are looking for doggy daycare options.

I am so glad that Lombard Doggy Daycare came in after Fog City moved out. The owners and staff are super nice and the place is spotless clean. No smell and I really loved their cleaning policy every night. Max is very timid with new people but staff won him over. The neighborhood needs a doggy daycare and this place will do the job very nicely.

We were just passing through for the day and wanted to do some sight seeing. All the staff members were very accommodating and friendly! Our puppies enjoyed their play date and very reasonable for pricing! Thank you so much!

My baby has major seperation anxiety 😫. But loves going here. He plays all day and is really happy. They check in send pics all day. They really take great care. Report any concerns and keep in great touch. I've never had doggie day care experience this is a first and they set bar high. Only downfall is my dog won't poop in doors and there is no outdoor area. But that's a personal issue haha 😄 Highly recommend them

This place is AMAZING! We loved bringing our Rocky here, we knew he was going to be safe and very well cared for. They clearly love and pay attention to the dogs in their care. Rocky was always so happy to go play with his furriends and loved his carers so much. Sadly we had to move to another county, but I'll definitely bring Rocky back if we need to be in the area. Thank you to everyone, Rocky loves and misses you!

They accommodated Luna on a very short notice while we were visiting San Francisco. They squeezed us in for an evaluation and she got to spend a great day at their care! We got lots of Instagram updates throughout the day. We will definitely bring her back next time!

This is our first time taking our girl to a doggie daycare and she was a little dubious initially, mostly due to her not being well socialized with other dogs and her anxiety over being left in a strange place without her people. After a few visits she has really come out of her shell and absolutely loves going here now! She loves Leon and plays the entire time she is there. I bring home a very happy and tired dog at the end of the day. We get lots of feedback about her visits and Leon is very responsive with communication. We've also used the shuttle service, which is super convenient and appreciated, as our work hours are outside of their business hours. We highly recommend this place for dog care. So happy to have them in our neighborhood!

Valentina loves it here as she gets to play with friends and the owner looks after her as if she were his own. Sends us pictures and texts of how she is doing. Best place we’ve had her at. Trusting, well priced and a happy dog. What more can one ask for?

We've got a 14 year old doggo who still has lots of energy. When we go on vacay she gets separation anxiety so we tried to find a place that was cage free that allowed her to play the whole time - and this is the place! She was here on multiple occasions, 8 days/nights was the longest and no separation anxiety. She was too busy playing with all the dogs! Because she's older, they also paid attention to when she needed extra breaks. Would highly recommend this place :) Plus, they screen every doggo that comes in so you know all the doggos there are extra good doggos!

Great place my puppy absolutely loves coming here.She has changed a lot able to socialized thanks to Leon!! Our dog comes here 4 times a week,i knoe she enjoys it.

We have used both the boarding and daycare services and we couldn't be happier! They really love dogs and they get to play all day!

We normally board our pup at the Wag Hotel in Santa Clara but had to board our dog at the SF location because we were getting married in the city over the weekend. The SF location seemed much more friendly, clean and accommodating than our Santa Clara location. I was a little nervous boarding our pup at a new place but he did great and the staff at the front desk eased my nerves immediately with their friendly service. We dropped our pup off and gave the front desk staff way more instructions than we normally do. We needed to leave a harness with them because a dog chaperone we hired for our wedding was going to pick up our pup instead of us or a friend. They typically don't like to hold harnesses or leashes but we're so thankful that they were able to make an exception so we had one less thing to worry about for our wedding. Our pup got his bath right before our wedding just as we requested. We were sent at least four photos of our pup a day. The photos were so much better than when we board at Santa Clara. He always looks terrified and uncomfortable in the photos in Santa Clara but the SF staff took the time to take decent photos of our pup. Pick up was super easy too. All of his toys and harness were returned. I've lost toys during boarding stays before. For a power chewer, our pup's toys aren't cheap! Akash at the front desk was very prompt and friendly during our check out. We will definitely board at this location again the next time we go out of town. For those dog parents who are a little nervous about boarding their pup, know your dog will be in good hands at this Wag Hotel.

Wag hotel takes amazing care of my Bull Terrier. He is a difficult character and needs a lot of special attention. The staff is kind and compassionate and I’m so grateful for the care they provide.

We come here monthly for a grooming with Francisco, he is Amazing!!! Our doodle has fun and gets a great spa day. Front desk staff is awesome as well!

Love love love! Wag staff is the best! Been going there since it opened and would not go anywhere else! We have had 4 dogs and a cat call San Francisco Wag their other home when they board or do daycare there. We have never had an issue or concern about our pets staying there. I still have the hand written report cards that they use to do! This is the place to take your pet, hands down the best in the city!

Terrible experience with communication around grooming. We dropped our dog off at 8 AM, after being quoted an hour. At 10:30, we called to find out where she was, and nobody had any idea where she was in the grooming process. Later, we found out that no morning groomer had shown up, and the general manager decided to take care of our dog “for the inconvenience” as if we had inconvenienced them. Regardless of the fact that this is their busy weekend, there weren’t any managers around or available via phone to speak to. After trying three times to connect with a manager, I was spoken over top of by Alexandra (the desk agent who thinks she’s Veronika) who then accused me of raising my voice at her. She obviously got offended when I matched her energy to meet her where she decided to take things with her tone. This entire experience was beyond unacceptable, and not worth $20, let alone the $100 that we were charged. I would not trust this place to take care of my pet, because they seem to have lost my pet for 2 1/2 hours while trying to figure out who was going to actually provide the service that we had booked four days in advance. Spare yourself a lot of trouble and heartache and stress around when your pet will be available to you again, do not trust this incompetent rude staff. They cost me a half day in my own time of trying to pick up my dog, and you don’t know if you’ll get someone pleasant and professional like Shay or someone with a sour stank entitled attitude like Alexandra.

Been working with this hotel for several years now and they have my loyalty. All 3 of my dogs have stayed there and I always feel comfortable leaving them. The staff is very kind to dogs and knowledgeable about their care. They call for updates while you’re away. I love the app that lets you view play groups and get memories of your pets stay too.

These guys are great! I was able to get a last minute booking (the other location was fully booked). From the moment we walked in, super friendly and helpful. Once my lil guy was all checked in they took him back and from then on, I got so many “memories”. My pup needs specialized care and they really took good care of him, got pics at least twice a day and it was so great when I got a notification and his pic. They were in it and it brought me so much joy. I know he’s in good hands when I drop him off. Thank you!

I consistently bring my dog to Wag Hotel grooming salon because of Francisco, the talented groomer. He possesses exceptional skills in handling pets with care and affection. His kind demeanor and gentle approach make each grooming session a positive experience for my dog and me. He adores my dog just as much as I love him, creating a wonderful atmosphere that brings out the best in our grooming visits.

Amazing! I took my dog to Wag Hotels when I was traveling with him in San Francisco. The facility is clean, fun, and stimulating for pets. The staff is super friendly and pick up and drop off was a breeze. I loved seeing pictures of my dog throughout the day and getting to see him on the webcam was a lovely bonus. I would recommend this to everyone. I hope I have the chance to use this company in the future. Most importantly my dog was so happy and excited to return on day two.

We've been taking our large dog to Wag in San Francisco for doggy daycare for almost 3 years. He's a 100 pound gentle giant and he loves getting to play with other big dogs at Wag. They have an outdoor roof play space for when days are nice, and a large indoor play area when it's not. We also love the convenience of dropping him at all day play and booking a grooming appointment, so that we he can play, then get cleaned up, and come home happy and exhausted.

Amad is the best dog walker - my dog doesn't usually like strangers, but my dog has warmed up to Amad and really loves him. Amad is also very responsible with my dog (and other dogs), and interacts with the dogs throughout their walks - I know this because I've met Amad while he is walking other dogs just so my dog can say hi. If Amad has availability, you would be lucky to have him as your dog walker.

I can't overstate how great it was having Amad as a dog walker. He's always available and super responsive. I have an older dog (Bruce) that can be difficult to walk and Amad took him all around the city. He saved me on numerous occasions by watching Bruce on short notice. I couldn't have alone kept Bruce in the shape he was in after a couple weeks walking with Amad and the other pups. I truly believe he has lived longer (and has had more fun!) as a result of Little Buddha Dog Walking. I only stopped using Amad because I moved cities, but otherwise would have no doubt kept going. By the end Amad was akin to a family friend and made my life in SF much easier. I recommend Amad and Little Buddhas Dog Walking to anyone looking for a caring dog walker.

We first tried two other walkers that were highly rated but did not keep their promises. Amed is simply the best. He loves all the dogs as if they were his own. He has supreme boarding services as well. Amed provides adventures for all the dogs in his care daily and I also know that our little guy is in the best hands!

I have used both dog walking and overnight/kennel services in Sonoma County and San Francisco and Little Buddhas is the safest, most professional, and reliable of them all. BEST DOG WALKER IN SF! Major always comes home happy and exhausted. Amad takes them to a huge dog park to run around and play, rather than just walking them around the block. Unlike most dog walkers in this city, Amad is flexible with scheduling, which really helped when our dog was sick off and on for a couple months. Ahmed is a sweet guy and really cares about his pack. He’s very knowledgeable about dogs, and knows a lot about first aid and what to do when dogs are sick or injured. Our dog always comes home tired and happy!!!
