Fourth time boarding. The staff is friendly and they seem to care of the animals. My only concern is the food. When given pre measured food (2cups per day) How do I get back half of what I left? I asked how feeding time is done and they throw out the food after a certain amount of time and are given new food the next feeding. So my dog ate half what she should be eating daily, they had no explanation

These people took care of two dogs and five cats for me. They helped when my vet records were unclear, calling and confirming the right immunizations were given. All my pets were returned happy and healthy. I think the price was reasonable and when they discovered my cats had fleas, they treated them with Capstar at a very reasonable rate. No complaints.

Happy Tails boarding kennel is a trusted pet care provider. My English Bulldog Otis feels as comfortable there as he does in our home. If you feel a need to board your pet, Happy Tails has my full endorsement. The kennel is surrounded by farms that have cows horses and a donkey.

They always take great care of us and Snickers. He loves to visit and play with new friends.

Place is great for my dog and the staff is very friendly! My dog even got a bath!!!

Facility looked nice but did not get to board pets. They canceled a week before my trip because my dog was on heart worm preventatives. This information would have been helpful when I reserved well in advance.

We've taken our Maltipoo here a couple of times and she loves it! The staff was very helpful and quick to answer any questions! Pick up and drop off is smooth!

Wonderful staff. You can tell the dogs were well taken care and had a blast. We had a very rough time coming home and we're not going to home in time for our scheduled weekend pick up. After calling they were able to work it out and gave us a extension. We will be life long customers.

If you look at the website for this "Kennel" you'll notice that their prices are generally lower than most other areas and they don't have pictures of the play areas. There's a reason for this. Happy Tails was the most raggedy kennel I've been to since I've moved to Florida. I went in for the first time and took a tour. The kennel looked like an underfunded 3rd world animal shelter and the dogs looked like they were on death row. I felt like I just walked onto the set of an ASPCA commercial. I decided to leave my dog anyway since we haven't found a dog day camp since we moved here and I figured he could play with some other dogs and get a bath. When I arrived to pick him up I was told that he was not introduced to the other dogs (therefore excluded from play time) and he did not receive a bath. When I asked why I was told that it was just "too busy". Apparently my dog was left to sit in a cage the whole time and only let out to use the bathroom a few times. After all that I still had to pay. In conclusion, if you have the money to pay for a quality dog day camp and boarding then do it. This place isn't worth the low price.

I have been using Premier Dog Services for over 2 years. I’ve mostly used them for overnight stays while I traveled. Alyssa has been great and I’m so glad I found her for pet sitting. Any time Alyssa wasn’t able to stay with my dog, she always found a backup for me. She always stayed in contact and sent me pictures. I know my dog enjoyed being with Alyssa and I would definitely recommend her and Premier Dog Services.

Our dogs love when Alyssa comes to our home! When I first called Alyssa about maybe dog sitting for us, she came to our house so she could meet me and my dogs and I could meet her. She was professional, kind, and showed sincere interest in my dogs. My dogs really love her so I never worry about leaving them with her. Great, reliable, and caring!

We have been clients of Rich and Alyssa since 2016. They take care amazing care of our dogs and cats. We have one dog that requires special care and Rich is absolutely great with him. They treat our furkids like their own. We never worry during vacations. Our puppies love when Rich does his daily visits when we are at work. Hands down, best in the business.

Alyssa is beyond the beyonds for our pet care. Daily reports and love for our pets are not the only exception. Alyssa pays attention to home pattern details from how we expect our home kept and follows with the exact same pattern. She is warm, welcoming and caring. We have employed Premier for several times away and they are the BEST!

I have been using Premier Dog Services for 3-years now to walk my 2 dogs 3-4 times per week. They have always been trustworthy and reliable, which is very important to me as I am giving them access to my home and most importantly the care of my dogs. My dogs are a central part of my family and I believe they care for my dogs as much as I do. I would recommend Rich and Alyssa to anyone that expects the best for their pets.

Premier Dog Services took great care of our two labs while we were out of town for Christmas. Our girls never missed a beat while we were gone and really enjoyed their multiple visits a day. It was great receiving photos of our girls to let us know they were happy and their tummy’s were full. With each visit we all received a report with what was done at that visit. Everything Premier Dog Services did for our girls made our vacation so much more relaxing.

Premier Dog Service is perfect. They not only come take your pet out to do their duty and feed your pet, they also play with him/her and spend quality time with them. What we like best is they send you updates as to how your pet is doing and sometimes pictures. I highly recommend them as they are professional, reliable,trustworthy,and great with animals.

I start with a question: if you will stay away from your pets, do you prefer them staying inside a kennel having limited hours to play or do you prefer them being free to run and play 24hrs? If you checked question number two, then The Bark House of Saint Cloud is your place! Our pets were a part of their family! They sent me prompt updates with pictures and I felt safe leaving my dogs in their care. I'm always try to support local busisness, they always add that personal touch which made all the difference! 100% recommended and definitely will leave my babies with them next time!

Left my dog for a week and got daily updates and he came back smelling great! My baby looked happy in all the pics , will def be booking with them again!!

I have known Paola for around 15 years from working together at the SPCA. One thing I know for certain is that she loves animals. Since working together we have grown a long term friendship since. She is honest, caring, communicates extremely well and treats all animals as if they are her own. I'm very particular about who I allow to handle my pets and if I had to choose someone it would be Paola. If you're questioning who to let watch your furbaby, I'm a helicopter pet mom, give Paola a chance if you're looking for a new pet sitter, you will be very happy.

We have 2 small dogs and have been getting them familiarized with ana and her home with day visits over the past 6 months in preparation for our October cruise it goes without saying, that she was phenomenal with her care for our kids and during our entire vacation, not once was i concerned about their care, safety, comfort or happiness. She sent pictures and videos regularly throughout their entire stay. Ana is very knowledgeable and has had on hand experience working with dogs in a veterinarian office and a boarding facility and is currently studying in the field for her degree. I give her a shining 5 star recommendation. I will not leave my kids anywhere else in the future.

Ana took care of my Roni for 2 weeks and i couldnt be any happier. She is the best pet sitter i have encountered here in the orlando area. It is lovely to see how caring she is with all the dogs and her communication is excellent.

We have a seventeen-year-old poodle mix. She is both deaf and blind, and we do not like to leave her in the kennel. Luckily we found a VRBO in Kissimmee that allowed dogs. Next, we needed someone to take her out when we were in the parks. Cozy Paws came to our rescue. Anna came twice a day to take her out and feed her. She sent pictures and was very dependable. You can depend on Anna.

Ana was amazing with my baby Ayla, she took great care of her and sent updates. She was so helpful and responded right away when we found ourselves in a bind having to leave her for a few days.

Todd is amazing! My Bootsie came from a puppy mill and is afraid of everyone. It’s amazing that she loves Todd and let him pet her at the meet n greet. I knew right then that we found a great company to walk our dogs while we are at the parks. They are super responsive and easy to work with. They have an online portal where you receive photos and an update about your visit. I was able to pay via the online portal using my cell phone with was super easy. Paw Academy Per Care is fantastic and I will use them for future visits while at Fort Wilderness. And their rates are very reasonable!

If I could give them 10 stars ⭐️ I would! We used Paw Academy Pet Care on our most recent visit to Disney’s Fort Wilderness Campground. I had searched to find a way to help make sure our pups were taken care of while we were at the parks and I came across several recommendations for Paw Academy, I sent them a message prior to my trip and they were so quick to respond. We set up a meet and greet for when we arrived at the campground with owner Scott. I instantly felt like my pups were in good hands after speaking to Scott. We booked them for 4 days of our park visits, our pet walker was Todd and let me tell you about Todd! He is an incredible human! He treated my dogs like they were his own, he took them on long walks, gave them all the puppy cuddles, treats and sent me pictures and updates about them while he was there. From the first day of Todd coming over to our camper, I felt such peace knowing I was able to continue my park day and my pups were well taken care of. We came back to the camper for feedings but they would have done that as well! I will continue to use this company each time we visit the fort. Thank you Paw Academy Pet Care! We for forever thankful for you and your team!

Cannot say enough good things about Paw Academy Pet Care and specifically Todd. Just back from our 3rd trip to Disney staying at Fort Wilderness and using them for our pups. They are so kind, patient, understanding and communicative. One of our pups has never met a stranger so she's never a worry. Her brother, however, is a very anxious, needy grump with multiple health issues. Todd's level of care and attention to detail gives us such peace of mind so that we can enjoy our days out and about.

We spent a week at Disneys Fort Wilderness resort in our camper with our 2 dogs. We needed pet care for the days that we were going to spend in the parks. Paw Academy was highly recommended by other people who have stayed at Disney. Todd was very prompt in answering our inquiry about pet care and then he met us right on time at our site in the campground to meet our dogs and to talk about the care they would need. His first meet and greet was fantastic as he spent time getting to know our dogs and listening to the details that we gave him regarding walks and feeding them dinner. We set up three different days for Todd to come to take care of our dogs twice a day. He was fantastic!! Every time he went over to take care of the dogs, he sent pictures and a great write up about the time that he spent with them.. We were very confident that our dogs were very well taken care of. Next time we visit Disney, we will definitely call Paw Academy again!

I'm so happy I found Paw Academy! It was our first time leaving our Lola girl for extended hours, and we were all very nervous. Scott made sure to come out and meet her before we left for our Disney day. My kids and I were feeling very anxious at first, but then we received her first set of pictures for her first visit, and we felt so relieved! Very detailed update and 8 cute pictures of our girl. We will definitely be using their services again on our next visit!

My dog Opal really loves the staff. We're having the services at least for the past 6 months and everyday my dog gets excited around the time that it's her walk. I appreciate the care provided by the company, the guys are really pet-lovers.

Paw Academy Pet Care took such wonderful care of our little Freddy while we were at Disney. It was great for him to be in the comfort of the hotel and have someone come to walk him, feed him and give him lots of cuddles. We loved that they help him feel comfortable during some of the t-storms as he gets anxious. Our little rescue was very happy and enjoyed the human company. We loved seeing all of his pictures in the portal and the communication was great. We liked that they met him before the service and took note of all of his needs. We will definitely be using them again.

Recommended to us from friends and neighbors we trust. And what a great recommendation. Our poor kitty had surgery issues, so this was particularly important that we had the right pet care professionals while we were away. Wow! So attentive, so caring and definitely animals lovers. We used Paw Pet Academy this week while staying at Disney’s Fort Wilderness to come in during the day with our two small dogs. I have never used a pet sitter as I am very particular and don’t usually leave my boys for long. Since we were going to the parks it was our best bet. Todd came and met my boys before our first visit and listened to all my concerns. He put me at ease and came in and took them for a walk, played and gave our boys treats. After each visit he provided pictures and an update. I would recommend their services and will use them again in the future.

I am so thankful that I found Whiskers and paws this summer! Betty and her husband are wonderful and immediately made me feel comfortable leaving my dogs. This is some thing I really struggle with because I worry that no one will care for them as much as I will, but my girls were so comfortable with Betty I was able to relax without any worries. Now I’m thinking about all of the trips. I’ll be able to take having a wonderful reliable place where my extra needy dogs can be happy without me.

Betty and her husband did such an awesome job taking care of my mom’s dog Clifford. They kept us updated with pictures and videos during our stay in Orlando. They were quick to respond to messages and always willing to answer any questions. I would recommend everyone who has a small dog who needs care in Orlando to use Whiskers and Paws!

One of the best experience we’ve ever had. Betty and her husband are 100% trustworthy and caring. We left our 9 month old toy poodle with them and they cared about him so much! They made sure he was comfortable, made sure he ate, asked me for permission before giving him anything. I left him for 3 days and I did not have to worry about anything. I knew he was in good hands and she constantly sent me pictures and videos. I will only be using Whiskers and Paws Petsitting when visiting Orlando. Such great people and a great atmosphere for the dogs. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend, don’t look anywhere else, just book your stay you will not regret it. The amount of love given to our puppy was amazing!

If you’re looking for a trustworthy place to board your dog, look no further. Betty and Rick are absolutely incredible. Our dog is very old and is starting to have some medical issues. Leaving her to go to a wedding was a bit scary. The very moment I met this lovely couple and saw their beautiful home, I knew Bella was in the best possible care. And I honestly felt like I never left her!! They provided constant updates and photos. They gave her so much love, comfort, and care. It really made a stressful situation extremely easy. I think our dog enjoyed her vacation more than being at our house!!! If they took people, I’d check in tomorrow🙂 I will forever recommend them. Thank you, Betty and Rick. Bella has been with me through everything (15 years) and leaving her is never easy. You guys were phenomenal and I know we’ll be able to go on trips more now that she has a second home🩷

Betty and Rick were wonderful with our sweet 10 month old Shih-Tzu, Teddy. We were a bit nervous leaving him for the first time, but they took those nerves away instantly. He stayed with them three different days while we were in town visiting the amusement parks. He had so much fun playing with the other dogs and going on walks. We loved receiving videos and pictures throughout the day. This reassured us that he was being well cared for and having fun too. They are great people who truly have a love of animals. We plan to bring him again when we are back in the area.

I can’t say enough about this team!! After one visit, we’ll never board anywhere else again. From the initial introduction call and meet and greet to the entire experience while we were away, it was absolutely incredible! They answered every question I had, did everything possible to ease our minds and ensure our pup was comfortable, and sent numerous photos and videos. It was by far the best experience we could have asked for and are so blessed to have found them! Highly recommend!

I can't speak highly enough about Betty and her husband. They are wonderful people that took amazing care of our puppies. We are very over protective of them and were very hesitant to leave them at a kennel on our family vacation. Because we were coming from out of state it made it that much harder to find a place that we felt comfortable with. When I came across Whiskers and Paws and saw that she looks after the dogs in her home and treats them like family I just loved that idea. Betty was quick to return my calls and texts and happy to answer all my questions. She provided pictures and videos of other animals she was looking after and without question calmed my nerves. My dogs had a great time and that enabled my family and I to enjoy our vacation without worrying about our puppies all day. When visiting again I will absolutely be giving Betty a call.

Betty went above and beyond to care for our very old sweet boy Scruffy! He ended up having some different health issues pop up while we were out of town and he was under Betty’s care, and it was so helpful how communicative and proactive she was in getting him to his vet and taking care of him. They even took turns staying up watching over him at night. Truly above and beyond and takes care of your pet like they are their own. Appreciate you all very much!

5 stars aren’t enough for how amazing these people are!! We dropped off our 8 month old Yorkie for the afternoon, and she was so loved and cared for the entire time. Not only were we given frequent updates, but Betty did a complimentary photo shoot for Christmas. I have never felt so reassured and comfortable leaving our puppy with anyone. My shih-tzu Sachi stayed at Whiskers and Paws and it was wonderful. Betty sent me pictures and videos while I was on my trip. She was very attentive, caring and gave me updates on how she did everyday. Sachi really felt like she was at home. It really looked like Sachi was living her best doggy life while in her care. Overall great service and would definitely recommend to anyone that is looking for a petsitter for small dogs. FIVE STARS!

I just picked up my baby Kylo from a 6 night stay and I definitely recommend this place. It's his second time staying and I always feel comfortable leaving him in their care. They always post pictures daily of your baby in their private facebook page for pet parents that have their pets staying at the resort only. Everyone there is so nice and you feel very welcomed.

My 2 senior dogs stayed here for a week and a half while I handled some things after hurricane Ian. I was already going through alot from Ian, but Woof and Whiskers put me at ease while my babies were away. I was a Vet Tech for 8 years, until recently. Because of my experience, I am definitely a "helicopter Mom". This facility is very diligent on their vaccine protocol, does slow introductions with new pets, posts several photos everyday, and when I called to check on my boys they gladly let me know how they were doing. I highly recommend Woof and Whiskers!! If I ever need boarding or daycare for my fur babies again, I will be bringing them back!

Our recent visit to Woof and Whiskers Pet Resort was my sweet Amelia's first time being boarded. The staff gave us a very thorough tour before we checked in, which did a lot to help allay my fears about leaving her. They posted pictures every day during play time and I couldn't wait to check in to see how she was doing. I was very pleased with the way the facility is organized. They were always very communicative when I had questions about booking or about her stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants assurance that their fur baby will be appropriately cared for and loved on while they are away.

Our Frenchie Swayze stayed at Woof & Whiskers Resort for 8 nights while we were at Disney. The whole staff was so professional and sweet. We immediately felt at ease knowing that he’s very well taken care off and will get lots of love and attention. We loved the daily pictures we got to see off him. Needless to say we highly recommend Woof & Whiskers Resort and our Swayze will definitely be back!

Place is infested with roaches and owners do not know ANYTHING about dogs . Karine the female owner screams at dogs all day for barking and mixes foods up regularly. Discriminative against colored people , and lie to pets owners regularly about what goes on behind closed doors there ! DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS , they keep trying to report my reviews !

A friend recommended this place for me after she boarded her dog. I went to a few places before making sure this was the best choice for my fur baby. This place truly cares about our pets and understands they are also family members. Many pet boarding places specially those that also board cats don’t give enough attention and enrichment. Woof and whiskers does care and they provide daily pictures of your pet. The staff is always prompt to respond and super kind. Highly recommended to all pet owners who want a piece of mind when away from their fur babies but specifically for those who have cats.

I can't believe I haven't posted a review yet - W&W is such a great service! We take several trips throughout the year, and our dog Elijah is a wild boy who gets severe separation anxiety. New people and new dog friends bigger than him stress him out, but at W&W he always seems to come out of his shell and start to have fun. The staff is super friendly and they take the time to get to know each dog, and its super easy and convenient to check up on your dog via Facebook. I tend to feel bad when I have to leave my pup behind, but I always feel better knowing he's at W&W.

Absolutely the best place we have left our dogs. We left them here while we went to Disney for the weekend and Stella and Milo loved it. They treated them like their own pets and even did something to celebrate Stella’s birthday. We always get so nervous leaving our dogs places but this place felt like i left my dogs in the care of some great friends! They also take pictures daily of the dogs which we loved. I cannot say enough great things. Thanks Woof and Whiskers staff, we will be back!

W&W came through in the clutch during my family's visit. They provided safe, sanitary, and reliable accommodations for our pet, Romeo. The next time we need pet lodging and services while in the Orlando area, Woof and Whiskers will be our go-to.

The quality of Woof and Whiskers has really gone down. After boarding my dog here for a week and picking him up he didn’t look too happy and was looking to leave quickly. He was smelling like urine as well even though we had him groomed 3 days prior boarding. They informed us that he was eating but by checking what we provided nothing anything was given to him aside from kibble which I’m sure that he wasn’t eating, and we came back quickly to question why nothing was giving. The manager was quick on giving an answer and being defensive about it as well by saying they did everything correctly and that we were somehow wrong. Last time we are bringing our dog here and for everyone else to look for a different place to board their dogs.

These ladies absolutely rock! Never knew anything like this even existed. It's completely affordable, the girls that come are almost always consistent and not someone new all the time. The owner takes the time to get to know our pup and what they like, its honestly an incredible operation and very well managed. No one has ever not shown up, and we absolutely LOVE LOVE the photos they take with our fur baby! The tiny little things they do help you personally connect with them, and them with your animal.

Mandi and her entire team take such wonderful care of our senior kitty. We only trust a hand full of people with his care and Mandi Poppins showed us early on that we can rest easy while traveling when they are on the job! I love the daily care reports and the photos they always send. I also appreciate the attention to detail and love that they show our boy. I would definitely recommend Mandi and the team for ALL your pet sitting needs!

Mandi and her team take great care of our fur-babies when we’re out of town. The kitties have come to love their visits despite usually being shy. Not only do they feed them, play with them, and clean their litter boxes, but they’ve gone above and beyond to give us peace of mind that everything is alright while we’re away.

Mandi and her team have been looking after our pets for over a year now anytime we need. She is super responsive and helpful even with last minute requests. Mandi and her wonderful team are awesome. They have been taking care of my dog for several years now each time I have to travel. Never have I had one problem with them. The all love my baby and she loves them all. When I am away, it is comforting to know my baby is in the best hands and the pictures show it. My dog has gone through chemotherapy and has other health issues. Mandi and her team have always administered medication. In May, she was diagnosed with diabetes and required insulin injections 2 times a day. I was leaving for Japan in 3 days!! Desperate I asked Mandi if they knew how to administer the insulin because I would have had to make other last minute plan arrangements or cancel my trip. Mandi stepped up to the occasion. I cannot say enough!! I love them all. Highly recommended 🐾❤️

We are so incredibly thankful that we found Mandi Poppins Pet Care. Our adopted dog experienced trauma in his previous homes so he isn't very trusting of new people and suffers from really bad separation anxiety. Mandi and her team are incredibly patient and loving towards him. Their portal makes it easy to schedule their services and the team sends detailed updates with photos after every visit. We also booked them to dog sit overnight and Chelsea went above and beyond to make us feel at ease while we were away. I cannot recommend Mandi and her team enough. I have an anxious/nervous pup and they take the time each and every visit to make her feel comfortable and loved. They are incredibly thorough, organized and communicative. Every day we receive a thoughtful review of their dog walking experience with photos of our pup. These make our day! There are so many great features of the service, from adding on playtime and meals, to grabbing the mail and packages. It's such a wonderful service and we wouldn't want to go with any other walkers. MANDI IS AMAZING!! First and foremost, it is worth noting that I am so super crazy about who watches my fur babies, they're my children! My boyfriend and I were going on a cruise wedding and the people who were getting married are the people who usually watch our dogs! So needless to say, we were in a pickle and I was of course panicking and evening contemplating not going because I'm so cautious. My good friend I trust actually recommended Mandi (and it turned out later that I realized, I've met her before, a long time ago!!) Long story short - she was literally a LIFE SAVER. I'm so, so so beyond thankful. It was such a comfortable experience from start to finish and I couldn't have been more lucky to come across her at the time I did. She came over the day before so we could go over their feeding and potty habits etc, introduced them and it was smooth sailing - they of course love her and without a doubt she's the sweetest ever, and so professional. She sent us pictures while we were away which meant the world to me and we were actually able to enjoy the cruise and the wedding without a worry because we knew our pups were in good hands!
