Vivi and the House of Paws are the best choice for your lil pup when they can’t be at home! Wesley always enjoyed daycare and when we needed to go away for 5 weeks we knew with Vivi he would be safe and cared for. Vivi loves all the dogs like her own and works so hard to keep variety in their day with walks, enrichment, rest, play and more! The daily updates on the Facebook group were so helpful when missing our boy! Thanks Vivi!

I can't thank Vivi & Frank enough for taking care of Archie during our first big holiday. We received daily updates, with photos and videos, and it was clear that Archie was having the best time! I cannot begin to express the gratitude I have for Vivi & Frank! My vet recommended HOP to look after my baby Eddie for a month long stay whilst I was overseas. Our 3 year old schnoodle stayed at HOP for three weeks and had a great time! We had regular communication and full confidence that our dog had the best care, especially managing her medication and anxiety. This was Bundy’s first Pawliday with HOP. I cannot recommend ViVi and Frank highly enough. From the moment we met them we knew Bundy would be in safe hands. Bundy responded to them straight away which is the best sign for us. She doesn’t get much socialization with other dogs and the daily photos ViVi sent us were heart warming as you could tell she was enjoying her walks and playing in their backyard. I’m amazed that ViVi can get all the fur babies to sit still for a photo. When we picked her up she was excited to see us, but we have never seen her settle down so quickly. We cannot thank Vivi more!! Would highly recommend and Vivi is definitely our go to when we need someone to look after our dog. Vivi kept us up to date and it was great to see videos & photos while we were away. We had heard from people who had bad experiences with dog kennels, so knowing our dog was looked after by Vivi at her home as part of the family was very reassuring. You won’t find a better place that gives your dog playtime, some training, consistency, interaction with other dogs and a snooze at the end of the day.

We found HOP through recommendations on social media and organised with Vivi for our Cavoodle Zoe to stay for a week. Our Zo Zo could not have been happier. Vivi organised daily walks, agility activities for all the dogs and organised a cake for Zoe’s birthday. Zoe had a smile on her face in each photo and video update. We highly recommend the House of Paws and will definitely use Vivi's services again.

Maggie has had a couple of pawlidays at House of Paws. Maggie bounds through the door on her arrival. She also attends daycare so it’s her second home. As much as I miss her when I’m away I know she is very well cared for and has loads of fun, she has a wonderful time. The daily updates are great. We booked Pawshake pet sitter for our cat over the Christmas holidays. It was a real positive experience we found trust worthy, reliable sitter to come our house to look after our cat. Pawshake was a easy way to find and book a sitter. Communication through was excellent and the Pawshake website and App was easy to use and navigate.

Shadow was beautifully looked after at short notice. He came home happy and exhausted after playing with Zoe. We'd also done the meet & greet with another carer who was also lovely, but the timing didn't work unfortunately.

We loved the Pawshake experience. Reviews helped us trust the choice and the system of meeting first between booking was good. Great day care while we did tourist and family things.

Love Pawshake!! Our holiday plans changed last minute and we could not book our Pugalier into the kennels he usually goes to, or find any that had availability. Came across Pawshake and booked him a stay with such a lovely pet sitter called Amanda. He was totally spoilt, had so much fun with her dogs, had visits to the beach, and we were sent videos and photos everyday. He was very well looked after. Naiyo was really enjoy her vacation with Hanrob Pet Hotel; because there is only her at home, she doesn't have any fur or human siblings, only Mom and Dad at home, she sometime feels lonely; staying at Hanrob, she could play with lots of fur friends; and she tried to get lot of human staffs' attention as possible, she loves to get close with everyone and every fur friends. During her staying, she seemed only interested in play and social time, not so interested in her own food which I brought to her; thanks for the girls in kennel always trying to different kinds of combination feed her; I am really appreciated it ;) I am fully aware that my fur baby is very fussy about the food. Even when she is at home, her mommy also need to try the combination feeding her ;( However, I still try to spoil her as I could. All the Hanrob Staff, thanks ;)

I was hesitant to board our cavoodle dog to begin with, but the staff were so kind, helpful and assuring he would be well looked after, and he definitely was. Usually quite timid he came home smiling and super happy. It’s affordable and the extra play dates and cuddles are def recommended. Every time I spoke to the staff they were super friendly and I knew he would be in good hands. Thanks Hanrob for looking after our Humphrey!

This was the 1st time we left our dog for a few days. As any pet parent would be nervous but our dog LOVED his stay at Hanrob Pet Hotel. If I could give zero stars, I would. My pup stayed here for a few days earlier in the year whilst I was away. When I went to pick him up, he was in distress and shaking. Initially, I thought it was excitement to see me but by the time we got home, his anxiety increased, and he was physically trembling. When I looked at his mouth I noticed he had cuts in his lips where they had obviously muzzled him. He has never bitten at anyone and has a calm nature. I had to get him ointment to heal his wounds. On top of that, the report I received had said he was well behaved but referred to him as her, so they clearly hadn't taken any notice that he is a boy and wrote the reports with no knowledge of his stay. I was thoroughly disappointed that they never mentioned about the muzzle and left my poor pup in such a terrified state. I will never leave him in that place again.

Bandit spent three days at Hanrob Sydney Airport and had a fantastic time. Lots of cuddles from the attentive staff and lots of play with another crazy oodle. He has returned for daycare since.

My Boxer mix loves Hanrob daycare. Great outdoor space. Staff are lovely. Convenient location for me plus close to airport should I want to board him if I need to travel. He loves seeing his friends and making new friends.

I using Jetpets to fly my two dogs from Australia to LA and they had a two day stay at Hanrob. I spoke to Stacy repeatedly and she was absolutely lovely. She encouraged me to call as often as I wanted, and every time I called, she put me on hold to personally go lay eyes on the dogs. She got updates from the carers and passed along info about their eating and sleeping and outside time. She made an uncomfortable situation less uncomfortable. Thank you so much Stacy for being so kind to me and my monsters.

The staff here did an above-and-beyond job of looking after my poodle "Ninja". They helped nurse him back to health from a skin condition I discovered only 2 hours before needing to drop him off and go overseas. It was extremely stressful to leave him there a bit sick, but they took care of him 100%. He came back totally recovered. They also adjusted his washing, stay options and playtimes to make his stay as good as can be - as a first time boarding user I didn't quite get the options right, but Hanrob provided him what he needed despite what I picked. Truly an exceptional place in my opinion. One downside is that walking was not available here, but they seemed to adjust for that too, with extra outside time, etc. The take away is that their focus is on looking after the dog as best they possibly can and I am very appreciative of that. Thank you very much to everyone at the Hanrob Airport Kennel.

AVOID!! If I could give zero stars I would ! My dog stayed at Hanrob Sydney airport for 10 days before his flight to Hong Kong. He arrived with a scratched nose and horrible sores on his elbows which I blamed the long trip in the crate for, where he couldn't really lay on his side. Today he had surgery because the sores where so big he was risking and infection!! Just to be sure I went back to check the photos I received as "update" and zooming in I realized the sores on the elbows where already present at that time during his stay! No one mentioned them though, everything was kept silent! God knows where he has been kept all those days to get such wounds. The last thing my dog needed after such a trip was being put asleep to fix this, not to mention the stress it causedhim and the vet bill. Shame on them! AVOID AT ALL COST

Our Corgi Steve looks forward to going to daycare every time! We get to drop him off whatever time we like and they bring him home for us in the afternoon. They do a screening test for each dog to see who they're compatible with and let them play with the dogs that match your dogs energy! We love that they go the extra mile and offer frozen treats and have parties for the dogs like Taco Tuesday, pool days and Christmas, Easter and Birthday parties! I also LOVE their instagram stories and seeing all the happy dogs 🥰 Steve comes home so tired and happy from interacting with the other dogs and staff all day! We love doggy daycare ❤️

We couldn’t be happier with the care our dog, Arlo, receives at Off the Bone. He absolutely loves this place and always has the best time! Sarah and Declan looked after him while we were away for six weeks, and they took such good care of him that he felt just at home. Now, Arlo goes to daycare there every week, and the staff are consistently fantastic. Their passion for dogs is evident in everything they do, and it’s clear they genuinely love and care for each and every dog. OffThe Bone is a great place for my Assistance Dog in Training Trix to develop his social skills, while playing and being happy. I know that my adolescent dog is in the best of professional hands and supervised with care and relevant knowledge. Sarah makes also every effort to be accommodating and flexible to suit my time table. I am glad that I found this place via the recommendation of my Assistance Dog trainer.

Off The Bone doggy daycare has been a lifesaver for us, and our separation anxiety prone dog, Scout. Declan and his caring team look after the dogs as if they were their own, and provide a fun, and safe environment. It's a great place, and our boy LOVES to go each day, and is so tired out at the end, but energised to go again the next day. Scout has stayed the weekend a few times as well, and settles in to his home away from home. The new shop at the front is an amazing addition - selling locally made pet treats. I highly recommend Off the Bone to anyone looking for great care for their fur-babies!

Declan and Sarah from Off the Bone are amazing!!! My GSD Doja Absolutley loves her two days a week, With a variety of all breeds and sizes of dogs Doja gets to socialise well. Declan and staff are so kind and real animal lovers. I highly recommend if u are needing someone to take care of your fur baby to get in contact. I have used Off the Bone for stay overs as well and Doja loves it. Always happy times with Off The Bone.

Not only a fabulous, fun place for my dog, but also a much-needed service within the area. My dog Nala loves her weekly visit, where she is looked after by Declan and his great team. They are so caring and great at what they do, and Nala comes home tired after such a fun and stimulating day. We love Off The Bone.

We send our boy Henry here twice per week. He absolutely loves Declan, Caitlin and the team. I love the photo updates on Instagram. The smile on his face speaks for itself!

Riggs the Border Collie absolutely loves Declan and the humans at Off the Bone. They provide a safe fun environment for the doggos to be doggos.

I’ve had multiple great experiences here both with grooming, doggy daycare and Saturday play group. The employees are all very kind and Misty is always exhausted but very happy when I pick her up. I chose them specifically because she can see the groomer and daycare staff regularly and have a little group of humans she trusts. Extremely happy and I highly recommend them.

My little boy spent the best part Of three weeks with Bambino paw's. He had the best time. Kept me updated with some special pics with his new mate's. It's was the first time away from me since he was a pup. Came back 10% more Of a little gentlemen Highly appreciated and thanks again Laurie and Louie.

Bambino Paws looked after our fur baby for about three weeks. They looked after him so well that when we came to pick him up he didn’t want to leave. He did sleep for nearly two days straight when he came home but he is now a much more relaxed puppy. Thanks for taking such good care of him!

I started sending my Gemma to Bambino Paws in 2023 and have found Simona and Matilde to be the best option for boarding or day care for my Gemma. Gemma is always excited to go there and is so happy to see them (and her doggy friends) at the dog park. I love seeing the pictures and videos on Facebook and Instagram. I have no hesitation in recommending Bambino Paws.

Cannot fault the care and attention of our pooch when he is in Matilde’s capable hands. Our dog is a nervous fella, suffers anxiety and Matilde and her Mum have helped him so much, he loved going to daycare. We are no longer in Sydney so can’t use service any longer which was quite sad. I was always kept up to date while he was with Matilde throughout day received photos & texts which helped to ease my mind. I have used the pick up & drop off service as well which was really helpful, all went very smoothly. Do not hesitate to book in with Bambino, excellent care and attention, you won’t be sorry. My dog loves Bambino Paws. He has stayed twice, once for five days and once for two weeks he also has regular walks with them. He has separation anxiety so I am always worried about leaving him and have had some bad experiences with other places in the past. I will only leave him here now as I get constant updates with daily photos and videos and can see him having such a great time with all his doggy friends. Seeing him so happy means I can relax and enjoy my holidays too.

The staff is amazing. Benji and Frankie always love going and always come back happy. The dogs are very well looked after and the girls post photos. Highly recommended.

I will rate 10 stars if I can! I found them because they replied to me so quick and very polite. They arranged meet and greet before house visit so that we can see whether our puppy loves them. The answer is 100% YES! They are so kind and real animal lovers. They will meet every requirement you need. They will send you many photos to keep you updated of your fur baby. It’s so important for us to trust them while we are out working. Our puppy absolutely loves to stay with them. Todd is great with my Pumba, she loves going for walks with him. He is very patient with her and she is tuckered out when she gets back ☺️ Todd is also easy to deal with and kept in communications!

Todd was our pet sitter and house sitter for most of August when we were away overseas. Todd was fantastic, sent us lots of photos of our pets and kept us informed. The house was well looked after and it gave us great peace of mind to know that Todd was there looking after things. The price was reasonable and we would not hesitate to use Todd and Ruff Pet Day Care again.

Honestly hands down best in the business! I have a staffy with anxiety and Samantha comes and looks after him and he really adores her. She’s always gentle and calm with him as he stresses out a little bit so he needs someone like that. The owner Todd is also amazing to deal with stress-free experience when booking in any walks or overnight stays. I’ve had people make me feel silly about having a dog with anxiety but they honestly make you feel at ease and will do anything to help. You couldn’t recommend enough.

Todd and Jo were amazing with our 8 month puppy Nova. It was the first time we had left her with people that were not family and she had never stayed at another person's house. We did a meet and greet about a month prior and we left feeling confident Nova would be well cared for and have the time of her life, and we were not wrong. We loved the updates and following her on Instagram and seeing how lucky she was to be at a home away from home. It enabled us to have a relaxing break knowing she was being well looked after and mentally stimulated. Nova has made some new friends that I know will become part of her future as well.

Found Ruff Day Pet Care when frantically searching for last minute pet boarding. Todd was quick to respond and very flexible with pick up and drop off times. We were kept up to date with messages and photos of little Donald, he looked like he was having such a good time I didn’t think he’d want to come home! We picked up a very happy and sleepy pup! Absolutely trust Todd with Donald and will be using his service many times in the future.

Our Golden Retriever absolutely loves Todd and his team. He is a big boy with lots of energy and is always exhausted and happy when he arrives back home. Todd is awesome to work with, professional and we’re so comfortable leaving Beau in his hands. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else!

Todd has been exceptional from the first time we contacted him. Responds immediately and looks after our girls like his own. Annie and Chloe are going to miss Todd when we move to WA, they get so excited when they see him and know they’re going for a walk that will tire them out! We used Todd’s dog walking and day care services and cannot recommend him highly enough!

This pet sitting platform is seriously broken. I spent 3 weeks trying to withdraw my money from my pet sit. You can't speak to anyone. The 1300 number goes straight to voicemail and NOT one person calls you back. You go onto the website and it says request a call back at a certain time and date. NO ONE calls you back. You email and you just go around in circles. IT issues that never get resolved. You even try and delete your profile yet another IT issue. You can't escape even if you try! The only way I got my money back was I researched the CEO and guessed her email address. Low and behold I got an instant response and withdrawal straight away. I paid 19% commission to this company that did absolutely nothing!

This is such a poor platform compared to Madpaws. Every time I do a sit for them I have to chase and chase them for payment. It's ridiculous. The platform has extremely poor functionality when compared to its rivals as well yet it charges the same percentage. If I charged admin fees on top of each sit I reckon I'd be around $150 a night. It's a complete joke. Seems I'm not the only one who has experienced problems with chasing Petcloud for payment on multiple occasions either (refer to Product Review for other sitter experiences!). Furthermore, the app is completely useless, it doesn't work at all. I have to log in via a PC every time I want to check messages or update anything, which puts clients at risk of not having their services filled to their specifications (it could actually cause a life and death situation for a pet!). Oh and suddenly when I've become so frustrated with them that I write a one star review, I'm paid in a matter of minutes (after five working days' wait and much obfuscation saying there's nothing they can do) and I'm booted off the platform and have no record of my income from them for tax purposes. Thanks Petcloud!

PetCloud = peace of mind. We needed three dogs cared for in our home for a week and finding Cassandra via PetCloud was a godsend. We certainly didn't have time to advertise and vet potential house and pet sitters, so knowing the sitters were endorsed by Deb and her team was very reassuring and time-saving. The customer service from both Cassandra and the PetCloud team was helpful and prompt.

Great experience from start to finish, can not fault the sitters I booked on PetCloud :) They were very accommodating, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone! The sitter I booked had their own pet labrador who made a great little playmate for my dog - makes it a lot easier to leave your pet if they are somewhat anxious about being left home alone..this was the first time my 12 month old pup had stayed away from us, and she was so happy I don't think she even noticed when I left!.

I highly recommend PetCloud - it was so easy to find a sitter for my dog Luna for 6 weeks - daily visits and walking. Julie's care for Luna was above and beyond what I could ever expect. Luna just loved Julie's visits and it totally settled her and helped her not to miss me whilst I was away. She looked after Luna like she was her own - that's great piece of mind. I would thoroughly recommend Julie if you need someone to look after your pet - Luna does too.

We came home to a very happy doggy and received lots of photos during Chloe's stay. Chloe has a natural and kind approach to animals, which is why our doggy was super happy the entire stay. This was the first time we used a pet sitter, my partner and I were worried to have someone we don't know stay in our house but we saw Anna had really good reviews so I thought she would make the experience easier, she did! Anna house sat for us for a week to look after our beautiful old girl, Bella. Anna did such a awesome job, I don't know why I was so worried! She sent us pictures and kept us up to date while we were away, nothing was to much trouble. She even cleaned the house when she left! Had an excellent first time experience with Petcloud. Emmalyn and Alison house sat Milly and Moki while we were away. We felt very comfortable when we met them and made leaving our dogs with them so much easier knowing they were going to be in safe hands. They did not disappoint and even messaged us while we were away to keep us informed. Would definitely recommend them, and we would be more than happy to use them again.

I can’t speak more highly of the Dog Royalty team! They’ve been looking after my Labrador for the last two years and lead with care for your fur children. The services they provide are extensive and I’ve used everything from daycare to boarding and grooming services. My pup is a high energy larger dog and I struggled to find the right fit for him with other daycare facilities in the inner west. He now waits at the door excitedly to be picked up for daycare each week and the team are absolutely lovely. Would highly recommend!

I have been with Dog Royalty for over a year now and have nothing but compliments for their great service, quick and effective communication and consideration to always make my life and my dog’s life easier and fun. Highly recommend Dog Royalty! Wonderful staff who are responsive and really care about the needs of your dog. The pick up/drop off service helps on days when I need to get into the office early and staff are always in contact to let you know once your dog has been picked up, or dropped at home. The live camera is a wonderful addition as you get to see your dog playing and socialising with other dogs. Be warned, it is highly addictive! Thank you to Holly and the team for taking such wonderful care of my little boy and for helping make him such a well socialised dog. My weekends are now spent chaperoning Geddy to his various social engagements!

I have been sending my dog Daisy to Dog Royalty for over a couple of years now and they have consistently provided great service. The pick-up & drop-off option is so convenient and they have always been very responsive & lovely when dealing when my queries. Daisy loves going there and I really appreciate the option to check in during the day using their live cameras. I also like that they provide the dogs with various environments to play plus downtime during the day. The cute photos are an added bonus! Would definitely recommend!

I really love this daycare service - they are super communicative and seem to really care about the dogs they look after. It is comforting that I can always watch Mashie at the centre, and the team are just so flexible and accommodating which really eases my dog parent anciety. The staff who pick up Mashie are always so lovely, and genuinely care about my puppy. I know Mashie loves daycare because she is always super excited when she sees the staff because she knows it's her fave day of the week 🥰

Both my dogs Archie, groodle, and Eddie, mini labradoodle, go here on a regular basis. The pick up/drop off service is the best, as I don't have to rush home from work as I work longer hours than most businesses. Archie always rushes to the door with excitement, and Eddie is always immensely tired worn out by the fun activities from the day. We've been going for the past several years (even through covid times!) and honestly it's helped our dogs socialise so well. Thanks to the Dog Royalty team and Chris' expertise, Eddie recovered well socially after being attacked by a dog at our local park by keeping our days regular and constant. Highly recommend Dog Royalty for an all round stellar service with great care and compassion for our four legged children!

Fantastic service! I would not hesitate to recommend Dog Royalty. They took such great care of my dog Nell. Every update and photo, Nell looked like she was having a marvellous time. Chris and Holly are definitely salt of the earth dog people that go above and beyond to meet your pooch’s needs. Ethel facilities are excellent, with loads of space to run around.

Dog Royalty are a life saver. If you don't like to leave your pups at home these guys will look after your little ones with utmost respect and care. They also provide new boarding service as well which we recently used while we were away and they are very responsive with sending daily videos and photos of updates on how your dog is going while you are enjoying your holidays away. Hands down would recommend to anyone looking for doggy daycare or other puppy services.

My dogs love going to daycare. The staff are so friendly and send me pictures of my dogs throughout the day. I love that they have cameras so I can watch my dogs play, they have become so much more confident playing with other dogs.
