I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! They also went above and beyond making sure my apartment was tidy for when I got home. So grateful and would definitely be honored for them to sit for me again any time!

Misti
Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!

Lilly & Thomas
Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.

Leslie consistently demonstrated outstanding communication skills, both initially and throughout the entire process, and I would gladly give her more stars if possible. Leslie arrived as scheduled, and instantly the animals fell in love with her and Bennie. Our cats love our dogs but usually won't come in the house when a strange dog is here but they didnt even hesitate to come meet Bennie. Bennie was very calm and a true gentleman. Leslie sent pictures throughout the sit reassuring us the gang were all getting along and enjoying her and Bennie's company. She read through the welcome guide before we left as well as we showed her around. It was very nice getting the chance to know her a bit before we ledt the following morning. We felt very comfortable knowing our home and pets were in good hands. It is very apparent when you meet Leslie that she truly does love animals. When our Molly decided to hide, Leslie called us right away because she feared Molly may have gotten spooked by a firework going off in the neighborhood and escaped under the gate. I felt so bad for Leslie because she blamed herself because it was on her watch. I have trackers on all my pets and it turned out that Molly was still in the house and just hiding really well. She can curl up.pretty small. Lealie took our Lab to check the walking route and see if Molly was there. When I called and told her Molly had to be at the house because her tracker showed her there, she returned to our home and Molly hreeted her as she came in the front door. I was very appreciative of Leslie's phone call though because she didnt wait hours to call, she searched the yard and house and called right away. We decided to cut our trip short a day and asked Leslie if she minded if we came home a day early. We let her know we didnt expect her to leave early and made sure she was comfortable with our decision. As a pet parent, it is imperative that we remember the sitters are also on vacation and we didnt want to intrude on her time. As it turned out, we ended up stopping by the ER on our way home where my husband was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm. Unfortunately we had both the RV and my car and I needed to figure out how to get them home. I reached out to Leslie who offerred to give me a ride back to the hospital after I dropped o e vehicle off at home so I could retrieve the second vehicle. BTW, the surgeon was able to repair my hubbys aneurysm and he will be coming home soon. Leslie was a comfort during this frightening time and even stayed an extra day to help out and care for our home and pets. She was a teue blessing. Leslie left the house spotless along with so.e fresh flowers for me when I got back from visiting my husband. If you get an opportunity to host Leslie in your home, rest assured your home and pets will be well loved and well taken care of. We.would welcome.Leslie back anytime. She is not just a pet sitter, she is a new trusted friend.

I was able to meet Caitlyn and KJ prior to them house sitting for us, and we are always super appreciative when sitters are able to make that work and are willing to take time out of their schedule to come over and get the lay of the land. Their dog Sully was full of good boy energy and was a great playmate for our two Golden Retrievers. During the stay, Caitlyn & KJ sent us photos every day and followed all of our instructions for pet care to a T. They were super self-sufficient and gracious guests that left our place looking just like it did when we left, and we were very at peace knowing that our dogs were in great hands, getting lots of exercise, and romping around with new friend Sully. Early in 2023 I went searching for a sitter to sit with our Lizzie for a month. I found Lori during my search and I am so happy I did. Lori’s reviews are all five star and I can fully attest as to why. Lori was so friendly and kind and I could tell from the moment she met Lizzie that she would take great care of her. I received daily pictures of her and Lizzie snuggling and I couldn’t have been happier knowing my girl was receiving a lot of love. Lori left our home in wonderful shape (probably better than I left it for her). She took great care and was very conscientious of all my plants. We even came home after a very long day of travel to some wonderful chicken soup. Lori will take wonderful care of your home and your precious pet. Carolina was a fantastic Pet sitter. From the beginning, it was straightforward to communicate with her. She met us before we left our trip and ensured she understood all the house and pet logistics. Luna and Cal were very comfortable with her and were best friends with her fast. She was very affectionate with them, and Luna and Cal loved her and were very happy with her. Carolina was very responsive and sent updates. She was really lovely and easy to communicate with. She was very respectful of our space and very tidy. She even washed the sheets and towels she used even when she didn’t need to. She put a lot of care into caring for Luna and Cal, and they looked very comfortable with her. Ramona and Brandon were the perfect sitters! They rescued me and were very accommodating with my needs. Ramona's communication with me was A1. We spoke multiple times before she arrived and throughout the sit. She was good at keeping me updated and I was very grateful for that, being so far away. The pets gravitated toward them from the moment they arrived and you could see that all she and Brandon wanted to do was spoil the pets with lots of cuddles. My female pup was in heat and they handled that very well and were able to keep her and my male dog separated. I could only imagine how exhausting that may have been but they didn't complain one bit. Ramona and Brandon had to hand over the sit to another sitter and were kind enough to write out the details and everything they observed to make the transition a seamless one. I must say, it helped tremendously. I'd have them back in a heartbeat to sit for me as they showed that I could trust them, not only to take care of my pets but to respect my home they way they would their own. Absolutely Incredible.... I will not lie, I was hesitant because David did not have any pet sits before this one (gotta start somewhere) but because he did the background check I decided to contact him. We had a great phone conversation and the decision was made. He came to my house the night before I was leaving to learn all the ins and outs of taking care of my fur babies and then put himself up in a hotel for the night before the sit date. The next day he came over in the morning to learn a few more details before I left. I could not have chosen a better house sitter for my 2nd house sit . David communicated with me daily, sent pictures and we spoke via facetime. My little guy was feeling sick when David started and with diligence, love and kindness he was able to get my little guy eating again and feeling better. I would invite David back into my home over and over again but I am pretty sure he is going to be in high demand. Thank you David for everything!

Tracy loves every pet brought to her for boarding. Each is given his/her own suite and has a large fenced area to play in with others of their own temperament and size. These pets are treated so special! The cost is very reasonable as well.

Best groomers around!! They've always taken really good care of our crazy aussie. Today we had a new groomer since we haven't been to see them in a good while and she did an amazing job cleaning him up and getting his fur back to a healthy condition. We take an entire day off work and drive more than an hour away from home to come down to Morganton, they are that good and kind! Thank you, Sydney and Paws & Claws!

I just moved to town and this is the first time my dogs have been kenneled here. Everyone communicated with me prior, I could call anytime and check on them, they did great on the grooming And my dogs looked peaceful and happy when I picked them up. I love the atmosphere. Absolutely wonderful. I'm so glad I found these folks. They were prompt when getting back to me on my initial call and set an appt for my standard poodle. This was her first grooming and Kayla was amazing. My pup was anxious and is very high energy and Kayla took her time to help my girl have a good experience there. I was also super busy at work and they actually made arrangements to have her brought home. I paid for this service but it was a lifesaver because it was a hard day for me to leave work. I had absolutely no concerns or worries while I was gone. Heather and her special-needs boarding facility are the best! Heather treats my dog as well as she would treat one of her own. The small number of borders at a time and the individualized attention is exactly what my dog needed!
I am going to give an honest review about my experience there. First, the positive, my puppy seems to enjoy daycare there. It’s a clean facility, and Lisa is nice. Now, for the not-so-positive, I took my puppy for his first groom today. The young lady who groomed him, (I won’t say her name), cut his paw pad. I don’t mean his nails, his actual paw pad. There’s a piece hanging, so of course my puppy wants to chew it, so he’s having to wear a cone. He’s also limping on it. The groomer said my puppy heard my voice and started jumping around which is when she cut his paw pad. I have questions about this, but am not sharing those at this time. Lisa, (Manager) was nice about it, and did say if he needed to go to the vet to just let her know. I wasn’t offered any refund for what happened. I know accidents will happen, but I have a sad puppy right now with a sore paw. I hope this experience doesn’t make him angry or fear future groomings. I want him to enjoy groomings not fear them. I will add a photo to show what happened.
Callie is always well taken care of at The Farm. Even though she barks a lot, I feel sure she is happy while in the care of Heather. Thank you ever so much.
Mariah was wonderful. Our dog Gilbert is an old small pug, not used to going to the groomers. He loved it! And he looked great. Mariah was kind and gentle with him and we are very, very happy with her. We will be bringing him back again!
Paws and Claws staff are just an extension of family for Remy and me. Cindy smiles as she checks us in and out. John is fairly new, but he has quickly become one of Remy's very favorite people! Zoey and Kenzie love on her all the time, and Lisa is the eagle eye who can tell me when Remy's not feeling well because her behavior is a little "off". Diane is great to work with on scheduling, and Liz is just an all around breath of fresh air. And Heather -- you are the glue that holds it all together, and we couldn't love you more if we tried!
We recently went on vacation for a week and enlisted Caleb Lunsford as our cat sitter for our two cats while we were away. We were very happy with our experience with Caleb. He updated us with every visit and sent pics as well. Kept our furries fed and clean water as well as taking time to getting to know them giving them TLC and playful moments and reassuring them. Would recommend Caleb Lunsford and have him to check on our furries again.

Woofpack is our go-to dog training service. Melissa has been very helpful in assisting us to help our energetic chocolate lab to become a sweet, well behaved dog. Our dog is going through the process of becoming a certified therapy dog. When we adopted a new dog, Melissa was very helpful with some new training challenges before we were able to get our puppy into training. We were also very pleased with boarding services. Our dogs were treated like royalty and had a fabulous time.
Melissa and her team are amazing in all that they do, I can’t recommend them highly enough! I’ve done several training classes with her, enrolled my pup in daycare, and been able to board him several times with peace of mind that he’s being treated as well as if he were home with me. He loves daycare days and always comes home tired and happy. Great customer service, caring and attentive staff, and a clean and safe facility. 10/10, this business is a true gem.
Wolfpack and Melissa have been extremely helpful with my fearful dog. He had his puppy training, day care, overnight care and most recently one on one help to deal with issues. I highly recommend them. You will not find a more caring knowledgeable place.
My dog, Missy, and cat, Sunny, both stayed at Woof Pack for a week while we were on vacation. Usually we take Missy with us and someone cares for Sunny while we're away, but we were unable to do that this time. We decided on Woof Pack after getting glowing references from several people. This place is like a luxury hotel for your pets! Individual rooms for your dog and individual multi level "condos" for your cat. There's tv for them as well as music. They have generous outdoor space as well. Missy is very scared of thunder and a storm occurred during her stay. Melissa (the owner) stayed up with her til 2am to calm and reassure her! I'm pretty sure that wouldn't happen elsewhere. This will be our go to from now on when we can't take our pets with us. I like knowing someone else will put that much effort into their well being.

Her place is the nicest dog boarding facility I've ever seen, and Melissa's passion for her dogs and her work shines through the moment you meet her. I highly recommend Woof Pack for dog boarding, and I recommend their dog training classes as well.
I love my dog and he goes pretty much everywhere with me, including work (he’s the greeter). Sometimes though, my wife and I take a trip and have to leave him behind for one reason or another. Woof Pack is the only boarding facility we’d leave him with and I have 100% confidence in their service and professionalism. This place has high demand (because they are so good) so planning and booking well ahead of time is advised.
Having moved to Boone 6 years ago, I was relived to find Woofpack and now consider it part of our family. My two dogs are excited to arrive and come home relaxed and happy after spending time with the kind, caring, professional staff. What a gift to our community and to my family!

Melissa's varied experience with training "typically-abled" dogs and "differently-abled" dogs (her personal pack includes several visually and/or aurally impaired dogs) means she can suggest training options for any dog of any background. We've completed three sets of classes with our pup and can't wait to do more; my parents have worked with Melissa in private sessions to address the reactivity and behavioral issues of their latest rescue, a German Shepherd dog, and the progress they've made with Melissa's assistance is remarkable. I highly recommend Woof Pack for anyone and any dog!
Very unprofessional. When we were finally able to get a hold of the owner, she said she was busy and would call us back that Sunday. It has been two weeks and messages left with no return phone calls. We needed help with our beloved dog and was looking forward to working with someone with her listed creditials but she only returned our call once just to say she would call back and never did. Not a way to run a business.
Woof Pack is the ONLY place I trust to leave my dogs. My dogs are my babies and even though I hate to leave them at all, I can, knowing they are completely well taken care of.

Gina exceeded our expectations. Our dog, who usually barks at strangers, loves Gina. We trusted her to come into our home and take care of our dog several times a day when we had to go out of town in a pinch. Genise and Carson were both amazing! From the home visit to communication while we were traveling. The detailed updates with photos were heartwarming. You can tell they really care for your pets while you’re away!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Genise and Amy! They are absolutely phenomenal! They took care of our fur babies while we were out of town a few weeks ago and not only did they give them tender love and care but sent me amazing pictures at each visit! The love they have for animals is evident! Their website website allows you to put in instructions to the tee and they follow them and I love that you can edit it anytime! Their pricing is very fair and for all that they do and for my fur babies to stay in the comfort of their own home is a 100% win-win! 👍 I highly recommend their service and plan to use them again soon!
We were extremely happy with the care our three beagles received while we were away on vacation for 10 days. I loved that after each visit they sent photos and a summary. I was REALLY nervous leaving our fur babies with a new service after having the same pet sitter for many years, but after seeing how well things went after the first couple of days, I was able to really relax knowing that my trio was in good hands and well cared for. I would recommend Genise and her team to anyone.
