Found Woof San Ramon on the internet because we needed a place for our pup Bode to be boarded for the very first time! I’m so happy to find such a friendly and fun place for my lil pup! The process was very smooth, bode came in for his 2 hr “interview” and ended up staying longer because he was just having such a great time! I really appreciate all the detailed information and fast communication from the staff at woof! They sent photos and text update during his stay! I knew Bode had an amazing stay because i picked up a tired and CONTENT pup :) he also left with a cute little goodie bag! Thank you WOOF San Ramon! Bode can’t wait to come back for more fun!

We have had such a wonderful experience with Woof! The team is kind and attentive. They take the time to get to know the animals and I never stress when I have to board my pup. I've never had an issue reaching anyone directly. They are all so kind and communicative!

I had to leave a review to compliment the Woof staff. I just picked up my dog yesterday for a week plus stay. I was nervous to leave him as he never has boarded but Woof was recommended to me. While I was gone they were super responsive when I reached out to them.They send pics and kept me updated daily, but if you request a video they will send. When I picked him up he was relaxed and tired, which was to be expected, but not stressed. Caitlin and Alexis lmk how his stay was, were friendly and caring. I also leave him for daycare and Crystal and staff are great with him. I definitely recommend!

Our pup Daisy absolutely loves coming here, and everyone we've interacted with is so friendly and caring. Daisy was a nervous pup when we first got her & was initially hesitant to go in for daycare. Since her first visit, she runs right in! Plus, they send great pictures of her and her buddies throughout the day :)

We have never boarded our rescue dog until we had to leave town and couldn't bring him along. I found Woof and they were incredible. They truly have a kind, wonderful staff who really care about and love their job! Our dog is very nervous and shy and they were so helpful in getting him comfortable and even getting him to play with other dogs. I received a text message every day with a picture of my dog to let me know he was happy and doing well. This is now the only place I will ever board my dog! Thank you, Woof, you guys are the best!

Is the only place I leave my sweet Rocky for boarding, they care, provide a great service, the doggies don't stay half morning locked like in another place that has cameras too, and I was so worry because it was 10am and Rocky was still locked. I love Woof and would recommended 1000 times. I also live on Lake Merritt which is pretty far from San Ramon, but I do not mind the drive, as long I know Rocky is safe. Plus they send me pictures of Rocky through the day 😍😍😍

Staff is friendly. Valet drop off and pick up, so I've never been inside the facility. So far, they have been quick to report even the smallest injury (i. e. small cuts from playing). My dog usually comes home smelling bad, but that seems pretty typical of daycare, considering she's around other dogs pretty much all day. Pricing seems typical, and they do offer discounted packages. Not sure if they offer any additional enrichment in their daycare routine. Unfortunately, they don't have live camera access that many other daycares offer. If they did, that'd take my rating up to 5 stars, especially since I haven't had any major problems with this place.

My 4 dogs did boarding there for 16-nights in June. I greatly appreciate the care and attention that was given to all of them. I received photos of their stay; it was so comforting to know they were in good hands. All of the staff members that I met was wonderful and made me feel good inside about leaving my pets there for the first time. Will definitely use Woof, San Ramon for our babies boarding again!

The staff and owners at Woof really do care for your pet as if they are their own! We bring our dogs here for both daycare and boarding, and love the regular picture updates. Our dogs love coming here and the fast valet service is very convenient. The staff is very professional and friendly.

Everytime we need to leave town we board my dog with wood day care. The staff is great with sending photos and text messages if they have questions. The facility is spacious and they separate large from big dogs. Great place to board your fur baby.

My 7 y/o boy, Maximus is a very gentle and sweet white boxer. He had his interview day at Camp Bow Wow in San Ramon and had a great time. The staff we're very welcoming, attentive and sweet! They made me very comfortable and reassuring. It was my first time to leave my boy in a facility. I was so relieved when I saw him on the video having a great time with other furry friends and the staff were amazing especially Nazareth. Thank you so much to everyone who gave a warm welcome to me and my boy. I found the best and safe place for my boy while I'm at work. Camp Bow Wow San Ramon is now Maxi's home away from home. I'm definitely recommending this beautiful place to my friends.

The facility is professionally run and well maintained. This was our first visit, and we were happy that we could check in via the cameras to see how our pup was doing. Our pup came home happy and tired from his day with his new friends. We have no worries about having him continue as a Bow Wow Camper.

I recently toured Camp Bow Wow in San Ramon with a friend, and I have to say, it was an amazing experience. This place is unlike any doggy kennel I've ever seen. First off, it’s so clean – no smell at all, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff there are incredibly friendly and clearly love what they do. They took the time to show us around, and it’s obvious how much care they put into making sure the dogs are happy and safe. The play areas are spacious and well-kept, and the dogs looked like they were having a blast. I really wish I lived closer so I could bring my dog here. If you’re looking for a place where your dog will be loved and well cared for, I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow in San Ramon. Your pup will thank you!

My two fogs are generally very wary of staying overnight at boarding facilities. Camp Bow Wow is a different experience for them. They are well taken care of and are given the proper amount of exercise and stimuli. If you need to get away for a few days, and they can’t be watched at home, this is a solid choice. Your loved ones will be taken care of.

The best there is around!! The best place for fur babies!! The staff is so nice & caring. Super clean facilities. Awesome set up. I know my lil guy is safe, cared for & loved. I’m able to relax & know he’s in excellent hands!!

Super professional staff and procedures and great facility. I was impressed by how they evaluated my dog to make sure he was a good fit (I was able to watch in the lobby via webcam). He made a poo as soon as he got there and not only did they pick it up immediately, but also mopped the spot on the floor.

Friendly staff, everyone seems caring and loving toward the dogs. I love the camper cams as well so I can check on my dog and see how he's doing.

Camp Bow Wow has an incredible staff that is focused on the happiness of your pup. The owners are excellent at training and facilitating your needs. More importantly, they have chosen to foster pups who need your home to be their forever home. I could not recommend them enough!

Camp BowWow in San Ramon is great. The staff are very welcoming. They clearly love dogs. The play yards are big with lots of room for the dogs to play (or not). There is a counselor in the play yard with the dogs at all times who engages with the dogs while keeping a watchful eye. It is also great that they have cameras in each of the yards so that you can check in to see how your dog is doing

We are HUGE fans of Camp Bow Wow San Ramon! We have been sending our girl Gigi there regularly since they opened. The staff is super friendly and actually pay attention to the dogs (unlike other daycares we’ve been to). I love that she can be in a temperature controlled room on hot days and is safe from the rain on wet days. The cameras are reliable and fun to take peeks at our girl when she’s there! I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow San Ramon!

Club K9 is absolutely amazing! My 22 month old Chihuahua/ King Charles Spaniel mix, Archibald just loves going to see his friends and playing all day. I have been purchasing the unlimited monthly plan for Archie and am really happy with it. Sometimes he goes all day long (7a-7p) while I’m working and other days I may just drop him off for a few hours on Saturday/ Sunday while I run some errands or whatnot. He really loves spending most of the day outside while being there, it’s a wonderful location, nice fresh air up in the hills of Castro Valley. There is ample shade, baby pools, water misters to keep him cool, but still allow him that time to play outside all day. I know on really hot days they have brought him in to prevent him and others from overheating. I really trust the staff and this facility with my baby, they are friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. I highly recommend this establishment for anyone looking for a great doggy daycare!

I cannot recommend Club K9 highly enough! This facility truly stands out with its extremely knowledgeable staff and thoughtfully designed layout, perfect for any dog. What I appreciate most is how accommodating they are with my often hectic schedule. No matter if I'm running late or have to head out of town, I'm assured that my pup is well-cared for and having a blast. The dedication to outdoor play in the beautiful California setting is what sets Club K9 apart. It's refreshing to see a facility that allows dogs to thrive in natural surroundings, unlike other places that confine dogs indoors with higher prices! At Club K9, dogs are always under the watchful eye of real staff that love what they do, ensuring they're safe while they play and explore. The initial assessment to ensure every dog fits well with the group is a testament to their commitment to safety and fun. I couldn't imagine a better place for my dog and I was raised on a farm in Vermont that was ran by a veterinarian. I plan to remain a loyal customer for decades to come, as long as the owners maintain their excellent standards. Dropping off my pup at Club K9 gives me peace of mind, allowing me to concentrate on work, knowing he's in great hands. Picking him up is always the highlight of my day. I was looking for a place to board my dog, Jupiter, when I came across Club K9. We took her for a trial day and we immediately knew we found the right place. Everybody was extremely friendly, they answered all the questions we had, and my dog came back home that day worn out and happy from playing all day. We just picked her up from a 4 night stay and are very happy with Club K9. We will definitely be using them again! Thank you!

We have been going to clubk9 for over a year and a half now and my dogs love it. I also love them. My dogs and I have had a lot of big life changes in the past couples months and it’s been particularly hard on my older dog, and the staff have been communicative, have helped me problem solve and have just been so supportive of my dogs and I through every step of the way. I can’t recommend them enough. My dogs are generally there for the entire day while I’m working and I use the unlimited plan.

I cannot recommend Club K9 highly enough. Our one year old puppy has been going for weekly day care and overnights for the past few months and we haven't had a single negative thought or experience. While originally cautiously searching for the best spot for our pup, we wanted to make sure she felt welcomed and loved wherever she went. After a few rocky incidents at other establishments, we were beyond relieved to find Club K9. Club K9 has won our heart... and Rennie's! They give updates and extremely in depth status notes about each visit, especially the overnights. The staff is beyond professional and very loving with the pups. We love taking our dogs to Club K9. They are part of our family and Club K9 makes them part of theirs. We have use with all of our dogs over the past 20 years and we currently have two big dogs that go on a regular basis. We get pictures while we are away and the staff is so friendly and helpful. This place is a Godsend! We got a puppy right before I suddenly got a new job where I am required to be in person. A friend recommended Club K-9 to us and we, and our puppy, LOVE it! Our puppy is a better dog because she gets so much comfortable playtime and she gets her energy out with her natural playtime. The valet service is such a nice perk! I highly recommend Club K-9!!

Club K9 is the perfect place for our Weimaraner! He can't wait to get out of the car and go play when we drop him off...he runs all day and the staff seem to genuinely love him. I love the 7am to 7pm pick up/drop off option and they take great care of him when we board him. Highly recommended.

EDIT: We are coming up on our five year anniversary being with Doggy Lama! Wow time has flown. We do have two new walkers that tag team, Joe (who is our primary walker) and Vero (who provides backup), but all the previous statements in my review are still valid. Joe and Vero are always communicative, respectful, and Warren can't wait to go on adventures with him and his pack. You can tell how much they each love and appreciate their dogs. ---- Our boy Warren, a border collie mix, LOVES his time with Kristen & Michael's packs. They're some of the most exceptional and trustworthy dog walkers we've had. Warren will wait up by the window for Kristen or Michael to come every morning - tail waggin a million miles an hour and whimpering from excitement. It makes me happy to see Warren get to play out on the trails, learn new skills, and socialize with his pals every day. Finding a trustworthy and professional dog walker is not easy. But Molly runs a tight ship, and the team she leads at Doggy Lama shows just how much she cares for and loves animals. Vanessa is pure gold. She has been walking my sweet husky-pit mix Margaux since she was a year old and forged an incredible bond not only with my pup, but with our whole family. We feel so comfortable with them, and often lean on their guidance and advice for taking care of our dog Rory. Our walker Jeysi feels like a member of the family. Every weekday she reliably arrives at our home, Rory runs to greet her, and off they goes with a pack of 5-7 dogs on a beautiful East Bay trail. A few hours later Rory comes home happy and tired. And then Jeysi sends us a written summary along with beautiful photos and videos from the day. It seems like such a fun pack. We're so, so grateful for Jeysi. Attaching just one pic here. Molly and her team at Doggy Lama are the best! Our dog Toby always returns from his off-leash walks with Jordan having had lots of fun with his pack buds and tuckered out. It’s been a huge relief to know Toby is getting the exercise and stimulation he needs, especially during the work week when we can’t provide that for him to this level. This team is also amazing at communication, from day-of logistics to general awareness of seasonal considerations on the trail.

Everyone at Doggy Lama has been so good to my pup, Rosie, since I adopted her over a year ago. Rosie has arthritis so Dorothy takes her to the park to sniff about at her own pace or just lay in the sun. Kasper and I we both LOVE Doggy Lama; obviously for different reasons - Kasper loves the walks, treats and keeping his brain working while practicing recall on every walk. We have been searching for a trusting dog boarder and pet care center that really understands larger breeds. K9 Lounge took amazing care of our beloved Cane Corso and kept us posted with updates and pictures. We will definitely continue using this great service.

Robert is a caring dog sitter, and has been wonderful with our Lucy (age 10). We've used him many times now and always receive updates and assurances on how she is doing. I can tell she was comfortable with him, and had a great time with the other dogs in his care. We could not ask for better care for our family member.

Robert did an amazing job taking care of Ariel during our spring break trip. I was definitely apprehensive about boarding her for the first time and Robert was very patient and understanding when answering my (sometimes odd) questions, so that was much appreciated. I also liked that Ariel was going to get much more personal attention than other kennels. I looked at some slightly cheaper kennels but they only offered "outdoor time" at an extra cost. Robert seems to intelligently pair up dogs that will play well together so that they get a chance to socialize and have some fun during their boarding experience. Ariel had some tummy issues on the first day she was boarded, but Robert was very quick in reporting back to me what was going on and the issue ended up resolving itself.. Overall it was a great experience and Ariel had a great time.

Working with Robert was great, he took care of my two dogs over 10 days during vacation. He was very communicative and organized. He knows how to treat dogs well and pays attention to their specific needs. Additionally, he made me feel calm leaving my boys with him with daily report cards. I would recommend 100%

Robert is great with my pup Tibbers, his setup is great and it allows tibbers to feel at home and have fun. Robert does a wonderful job keeping me updated during my pups stay.

She has always had the best staff working with her - attentive to our pets, caring, great at sending pics and texts while we're away. We would never use anyone else!

Pet owners in or around Danville - you NEED to know Luz Gannon and her staff at Always There Home and Pet Care!! Their attention to detail and excellent communication sets them apart. I especially appreciate the photos she texts to show how happy my critters are while I’m away. :-) Also, I have peace of mind just in the fact that she is licensed, bonded and insured. After all, it is MY HOUSE and BELOVED pets that we are talking about! I don’t know a lot about NAPPS (national association professional pet sitters) but what I do know, I like. Only good experiences over here with Luz and her team!!

Amazing experience

We are so glad to have found Namrata. Our dog stayed for 2 weeks. We got multiple pictures of her having a great time. Namrata was super communicative via text. She got daily walks and socialized with other dogs and humans. It was a huge relief to know that my doggie was living the good life while we were gone! I highly recommend happy pets and namrata!

We boarded our two year old rescue pup while we went to Vegas. The beginning was rough for our doggy because she was in a new environment and has anxiety. Namrata worked with her tirelessly, and after the first night, she was doing so much better. Namrata sent us updates, pictures and videos and set our minds at ease. This is the first time we’d used a boarding service and we will be returning whenever we need puppy care. Her rates are reasonable and the dogs have free access to the backyard as well as regular walks. We are very happy customers.

I’ve used Namrata three times now for all-day Doggy Day-Care and she has been wonderful with my fur baby! She’s sent me photos and updates, and the last time I pulled up to her home for drop-off, my pup was whining with excitement to enter!! Thank you Namrata, for all your love and care!

Namrata has taken care of Millie (my 3 year old doodle) for both dog day care and dog boarding. I have been dropping Millie off with her and her family since September 2023. Millie is always excited to see her when I drop her off. Namrata is very responsive and always provides picture updates. Her son and Millie have become best friends. I am so happy that I have found an amazing dog sitter for day care and dog boarding. This lets me go on my trips and into the office without worrying about her. I would definitely recommend Namrata for dog day care and boarding!

We have been very pleased with Happy Pets. She is very organized, and quick to answer by text for bookings, pick up time, etc. She will forward pictures to you during the time you are away from your dog if you request, and our small dog, Lola has always seen very well cared for. Lola can be temperamental, and whiny, and may not be the easiest dog to take care of, but Happy Pets has always done a great job of providing great care for Lola and understanding she is who she is.

Namrata did a great job boarding our 5.5 year old Jindo. She sent pictures and updates every day, making us feel comfortable being away from our pup. We would happily board our dog with Namrata again :)

Happy pets dog boarding is amazing!! They take the best care of my dog - lots of attention and walks and love. I can tell that my dog loves going there and it gives me great peace of mind to know that my dog is so well taken care of when I am out of town. Namrata and her family took such great care of my dog Allie for one month. My initial plans for a dog sitter unexpectedly fell through, but on very short notice (just a few days) I was able to find Namrata who thankfully was able to take care of Allie for the whole month. I received photos and video and it was clear that Namrata, her family and her dog Albus were bonding with Allie and that she was very well taken care of. I’m thankful I was able to find Namrata and now feel confident that I have an excellent dog sitter for any travel in the future. I highly recommend her services.

The Hub is an amazing and unique space for dogs and humans to learn, play and grow together! Andrea and Chris and their sweet dog Maggie are truly special. They exude kindness, compassion and love for all dogs and humans and also bring a high level of science based knowledge to everything they do. Ralphie and I try to go at least twice a week to take advantage of all the great group classes and participate in the expert seminars either in person or by zoom. Our favorite class is a strength training class. Who knew that dogs could benefit from strength training? I never thought of it before the Hub but it makes total sense. I do strength training classes at the gym. Why not Ralphie? After taking these classes about 1x/week for the past few months Andrea and I have both noticed improvements in his sitting posture, lateral weight shifting and head turning while standing and sitting on uneven surfaces. They also have fun game nights, had a Dog Olympics event that was super fun and looking forward to their Halloween event! The Hub is also a co-existing workspace for you and your dog. My job does not lend itself to working from home but I use the space to work on small projects or even grab some takeout and eat there before or after classes. Hub members have access to discounts at Bamboo Sushi (delicious) and George (dog treats, food and accessories) which is very convenient. This center is a must for any dog owner who would like to teach their dog not only all the foundational skills based on positive reinforcement but advanced skills as well. Ralphie is a therapy dog and is already well trained but we both learn new skills every time we enter the center! Andrea is currently helping me to teach Ralphie to skateboard. He quickly went from putting two front paws perpendicular on the board to now placing three paws adjacent on the board. I am confident that she will have him skateboarding around the room soon! Another awesome bonus has been meeting other like-minded dog owners and their adorable pups ❤️

The Hub is a wonderful place for dogs and their guardians to come together, socialize, and learn new skills. They focus on positive reinforcement practices and partner with other fear-free and positive reinforcement animal service businesses. They are an incredible resource for any dog guardian looking to build better relationships with their companion. Puppies, reactive, fearful or shy, and anxious dogs could especially benefit from the positive approach practiced at the Hub. You can practically see dogs exhale with relief once better communication practices are established. The Hub can also provide a great outlet for mental and physical energy when walks or exercise are not accessible. My dog Kona was very anxious about fireworks this summer, so we couldn't go on walks in the evening. Discovering the Hub was a great relief because it provided an alternative to walks. I highly recommend it to anyone with a dog or considering getting one! And even if you don't have a dog yet but are just looking for a coworking space where you can have access to some awesome dogs, come to the Hub =)

We're proud and happy members of The Hub by Pack Animals and couldn't be more satisfied with the experience we've had! Our 12-week-old Cavapoo (Coco) adores it - she has made new friends and loves socializing with other puppies her age. The membership also includes 15 min check-ins that gives us the opportunity to ask questions (and we have so many of them as new pet parents!!) The venue itself is expansive and meticulously sanitized, ensuring a safe, enjoyable environment for all. Plus, the sheer joy of seeing all those adorable dogs is an added bonus! If you're a dog lover, regardless of your needs, this place is a must-visit and will have something for you and your pet!

We are so grateful for The Hub and their owners, Chris and Andrea! My dog and I look forward to every group class, event and training session! We have learned so much and made so many new friends in the short time we’ve been members and it’s become a place where we can also go just to hang out and relax. The space is beautiful, immaculate and peaceful, while still being fun and engaging. They are located in the City Center, Bishop Ranch, and are surrounded by lots of shopping and great restaurants with plenty of parking. I would highly recommend The Hub to anyone wanting to learn, grow and have a great time with their dog!

We joined when my dog was about 2.5 years old & have been attending usually Friday, Saturday, & Sunday for the last 3 months. Since our drive can be anywhere from 1 to 2 hours, we try to take as many classes as we can & we double our training to about 8-9 classes/play a week. We love the variety of classes we can get in 1 place. I also like how Andrea tailors class based on each dog’s ability & Andrea is clear about telling us what each dog should be focused on improving. I have been trying to teach our dog neutralization since she was a puppy & it has taken almost 3 years to get her 80% there. Another one of our favorite classes is restaurant simulation. Luckily we were able to take a couple to get us ready for the community events we had to celebrate Thanksgiving & the holidays. I have noticed by being consistent & structured, our dog has had incremental improvement. Taking our dog to daycare used to be a challenge when she returned to us. The last two times she came back into class she was much more focused. We have taken many classes on conditioning & we even have a physical therapist & a chiropractor. Even though we are pretty structured in exercise routine, it is helpful to work on other aspects of strength training. The community is pretty awesome as I haven’t seen such a dedicated & connected group. Healthy play was a good class for us since our dog gives very subtle warning signs that she is not comfortable. In healthy play we are watching other dogs, but I did learn a lot about my dog in the playgroup. I have been taking our dog to play groups since she was 12 weeks. For almost 2 years she went regularly 1-2 times every week. In our first play group, our dog showed teeth which can be hard to see in a 10lb dog that is so close to the ground. I had never heard her snarl except with her biological sister. In other play groups I was used to giving her a timeouts when she got too rowdy, but now we can redirect her until she is ready to go back in & play. We have attended a couple Engagement Superset classes which is good if you need to get in the reps to improve a skill, but for us it was more of a mental class of teaching our dog a pattern & changing it so she wouldn’t anticipate the pattern. Jump-Free Greetings has really helped us a lot as our dog is quicker about getting all four paws on the ground. Greetings are rarely as drawn out as they used to be. I never knew we needed Tackling Separation Anxiety until I saw the slides of what anxiety could be. Our dog is generally ok in the home, but not when left in the car. Even if you don’t have a dog, the community events could be a good time to come in & be surrounded by some amazing dogs. There is Game Night & Movie Night, but I haven’t attended since we spend close to 4 hours a day at The Hub. I often pick up lunch in between classes & come back so my dog can roam around safely while I eat. We do practice her place skills while I eat, but it is nice that she has the option to roam around. As a first time dog owner, it is nice being around people who truly love their dogs & want to keep our dogs happy & healthy. This may be the only dog I own, so I try to learn as much as I can. In 2025 we have a lot more body awareness to teach our dog to get her ready for post surgery rehab & having spent the last 3+ months working on so many different skills helps her to have focus on what she is being asked to do. The schedule is always evolving so if there is a topic you need work on & it is not being addressed there could be a class coming soon. The biggest challenge we come across at other training places is the schedule stays the same for 3 months or even a year which is why we often have to change places to train. If you are on the fence, I suggest giving The Hub a try. I was curious when I saw that a rescue group we had been following had an event at The Hub. Joining was probably one of the best things I could have done for our dog’s training. I never thought 3 months of training would level up all the training we had been doing for the last 2.5 years.

I first met Monika in the late 1990s when I had a diabetic dog and a cat. She knew what to do with the diabetes, and the dog just loved her. Monika always was there for us when we needed her. Monika took care of our animals till we moved out of her service area. When my favorite dog had a stroke she was at the emergency room with me, and we cried together when the dog passed. If I lived in her service area, I would absolutely have her take care of my animals no matter what. She is dependable and works very hard to ensure the animals get the care they deserve. She doesn’t take every job to ensure that she doesn’t short-change a pet owner.

I use Furry Friends Pet Sitting about once a month and have had a positive experience. Monika is professional, communicative, and demonstrates exceptional flexibility. The small touches (flight tracking, leaving the house cleaner than when I left, occasional pet toys) elevate the experience and are a welcome part of the service. Monika pet sat for us during our holiday travels and did a wonderful job. She took care of our cats twice a day, fed them per our instructions, played with them, and even purchased toys for our cats! We also appreciated how communicative she was the entire time.

Every time Monika comes to play with him while I am out of town, she will send me updates to let me know he is doing fine. I can’t begin to preach enough praise for Monika. I’m sure like a lot of people that own animals, you look at those animals as not just animals but a part of your own family. With that in mind, it is hard to trust someone to care for your family the same you would yourself. Well, that was until I met Monika, she has not only cared for the animals but goes above and beyond for them even to the point where she makes me step my game up when I see them after they have seen her LOL. We have used Furry Friends as our pet sitter for many years now. We first hired Monika to care for our senior (and later, diabetic) kitty when we went on vacation; I wanted someone with the expertise needed to take care of a special needs (and not terribly friendly) cat, and Monika was absolutely the right person. Now she cares for our two younger kitties, and dotes on them like they are her own; they clearly love her back! She also does a marvelous job of taking care of household issues that arise while we are away - and we've had a few doozies - with absolute professionalism. They are amazing! They made an appointment to meet and greet our pups. They asked numerous questions to ensure they had every tid bit of information increasing my confidence in them. Very respectful and accommodating. Highly recommend them for anyone in the area, as they were able to not only squeeze us in for the meet and greet but also squeeze us in almost last minute as their new clients. Definitely recommend them and our pups Apollo and Queenie loved them and will hopefully see them again. The daily updates sent via photos and videos were the extra mile and their photo skills are great too!

Monika is amazing, she watched our elderly grumpy cat for several weeks and won her over in the process. Monika was able to get her to take her medication! I am so thankful that I found Monika and Furry Friends. Monika is not only a consummate professional but obviously a deeply caring person. When your pups are like family it is so important to have someone you trust care for them when you are not home. And not only trusting your special furry friends but trusting someone to be in your home when you are not there is a huge thing. Monika cares about everything. My dogs love having her here. Because she has been a veterinarian nurse I can trust that she knows the nag about my dogs that I don’t even know! She takes care of everything and actually my house looks better when we get home than when I left it. We got text updates while we were gone and I have such peace knowing she is there. Pam has taken excellent care of our two kittens/cats over the past two years. Pam and her team are very personable and attentive, and they clearly love their visitors. The accomodations are clean and comfortable, well-lit, and the windows have great views of trees, bird feeders, and more. Pam sends regular updates and pictures, and is happy to answer any question. 🐾 I highly recommend Critter Pet Care. My cat has special needs and they treated him like a 🤴. They knew I was anxious about leaving him and kept me updated daily and even sent pictures. The little 🐈 house has AC and is set up very nicely specifically for kitties.😻 The owner is easy to work with and very accommodating. They take care of 🐕 as well.

I am so happy I found Pam! I met her when I was moving and also going on a trip, meaning maximum cat-life interruption and I was super stressed about how it would all go. She was totally communicative and reassuring while I was away, sending pictures of obviously-happy cats. She has also helped with vet visits and advice. It is so great to work with someone who cares about your animals as much as you do (and knows so much more). My only reservation is about spreading the word so that she might be hard to book! But she deserves recognition for providing such an outstanding and important service.

We had been planning a trip of a lifetime - 7 weeks abroad - and one of the most important things was also one of the hardest things to do and that was to ensure our 1-year old sibling cats, Daisy & Spunky, would be in a secure and caring environment while we were away from home. We found there are many places that board cats in “2’Wx2D’x2H’” stainless steel kennels with 1 or possibly 2 hours of daily “out of the kennel” play time. Although they may be clean and secure, that type of a “confined” environment would have been difficult for our cats to endure even if just for a weekend (especially for Spunky who is very sociable and inquisitive); 7 weeks would have been grueling for them. They would probably be wondering, “what did we do to be abandoned like this?”. Thank goodness we found Pam & Critter Pet Care! The design of the cat house is wonderful and the size and multi-level layout of the kennels, some of which could also be expanded to double wide for bonded pairs like ours, allows cats to “hunker in” and feel secluded, or to peek out through their window for watching birds at the bird feeders outdoors. Cats also get to explore and commingle or just chill in the common areas, or they can trek/jump up to the many perches mounted high along the walls of the cat house. We missed our cats to pieces but really appreciated how Pam automatically kept us updated with photos and info about what they were doing throughout our 7-week trip. It gave us great peace of mind and our reunion confirmed how well they were cared for during their stay. We will not hesitate to leave our beloved Daisy and Spunky in Pam’s care the next time we plan a vacation or require boarding services. Thank you very much, Pam, for providing such an important service, a cozy and engaging boarding environment, and for truly caring about the well-being of our pets. . . you’re the best!

I cannot recommend Pam highly enough for anyone with a pet. I hated to leave my old dog, recovering from an illness, with anyone, but she had come recommended for her transparency. Pam went above and beyond making my dog comfortable and cared for when I had to leave town. When i found I couldn’t get home when I had hoped, she made it work to keep watching him even though his care needs were more than we expected. She let me know how he was doing every day, and was incredibly kind. Pam will always be my first choice for someone to care for my pet.

Pam and her staff are absolutely intuitive in their care for pets. She's personally taught me so much about cat behavior and how to be a better cat companion as a newer pet parent. Pam is very professional and knows how to handle both cats and dogs. I had left my two cats with her for a day. She has a very good set up where our cats could feel at home. The cages were set up in such a way that the cats could also look outside at the world or lie in a secluded spot if they wanted. There was even a bird feeder right outside the window, to keep the cats entertained. I definitely recommend her place if you want your cats taken care of while you are on vacation.

Pam is incredible! My rescue pup was isolated for many years and after only a few weeks at daycare, he was much more sociable and calm. He has separation anxiety and has a really hard time being alone, so Pam has been a godsend since I found her about a year ago. She takes really good care of my pup and updates me with pictures and status, which is nice while I'm at work. She is super flexible with drop off/pick up times and always responsive. It's amazing how she is able to socialize dogs with cats, dogs with each others, etc. Also, the backyard is amazing! Huge and lots of room for dogs to play. My pup can't wait to get out there and run around:) Highly recommend Critter Pet Care, Pam is truly a lifesaver.

Pam is a great person, she is extremely responsive, caring and knowledgeable. This place inspires trust! We lodged our dog and cat during one week and they both had a very good time under their care. Pam took me home with my pets the day we checked out because there were no Uber or Lyft drivers available. It was so sweet and kind of her! I would highly recommend this place for cats and dogs. Expect questions about your pet’s health, behavior and a meeting session for dogs.

Pam at Critter Pet Care has been doing a great job for myself and my furry family members. We like to call her Auntie Pam, and she is like a second mother to my young kitties. Along with all of the regular responsibilities of taking care of food, water and litter cleaning, Pam also plays regularly with them (has even bought them some really fun toys and treats), brushes them, and also sends me photos and regular updates when I'm away. She is also willing to water my outdoor patio plants and she brings in the mail. I can be easy in my mind knowing that all will be well at home when I have to be away. Booking and communication has always been easy. I really like using her online portal where I can book and confirm upcoming visits. Finally, when I have last minute changes to my schedule and need to add or cancel visits, she is always willing to accommodate. We are so lucky to have found her and truly appreciate her wonderful care and service!

Keelie and her team are a pleasure to work with! They are all so kind and very passionate about the care they provide our fur-babies! Initially, we were very nervous to leave our 2 cats alone for long international trip, especially because it was our first time being away from them for so long. Great experience with Keelie petsitting our 3 kitties for 7 days. The cats were well fed and she sent us pictures of them twice a day so we could rest assured of their good condition. She even made sure our less aggressive feeder had a place to go to eat in peace and stayed until she was finished. Twice daily meds and feeding with absolutely zero fuss! Will be using her again and again.

Keelie is a highly recommended per sitter/walker. She walked our 2 year old twin labs up until the pandemic started and both pawrents had to work from home. She was reliable and flexible and we hope to have her back when we return to work one day.
