My dog had a lovely bond with Graham. We have had to leave Birmingham for a period of time, but hopefully we'll be back and Graham is the first person I'd trust with Poppy. I've never seen him with more than four dogs (usually two or three) and it's only ever one big dog and some little ones. Your dog will be in safe, responsible hands with Graham.

I recently moved home and needed to find a new dog walker. Having used the same one for the last 3 years I was a bit worried but I've been so pleased with Graham. Friendly, professional and my dog Mitch absolutely adores him. As soon as the buzzer rings, Mitch is so excited for his walk and I'm relieved I've found someone trustworthy to look after him during the walks. Highly recommended 😁

It is Ethel, our 8 year old Springador, who should be writing this review. That said if her patient wait by the front door on a weekday lunchtime is anything to go by, it's a vital and enjoyable part of her daily routine; an opportunity to catch up with her canine pals and share the news as to what's been happening at home. For my part, the expert eye of Graham captures the relaxed goings among the dogs with his daily photo...how does he get them all to smile for (or at least look at) the iPhone at the same time? A huge thank you for Graham's calm, caring professionalism.

Graham is amazing. He takes wonderful care of my bunnies, even shops for them when I haven’t let enough food. He is responsive and flexible when I constantly change my plans, take spontaneous breaks or get my dates muddled. A real gem. My life without him would be holidayless!

We love Graham at Rainbow Paws! Graham visits Mario weekly, always on time and with a bright smile for our pooch. He's been very responsive to any behaviour concerns with our dog, suggesting the right groups for him and reporting back on any progress or set backs. He is always in touch and sends us photo updates even on short walks and gives thoughtful Christmas treats. Mario is over the moon when Graham is at the door!

Graham is brilliant! My golden retriever loves Graham, has the best time and comes back so tired from his walks with Graham. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

We're very precious when it comes to our two little princes Cas and Dave (guinea pigs) and princess Bea (Syrian hamster) and Graham does an amazing job coming in to feed and look after them. The boys are generally very shy around strangers but after just a few visits they're now happily accepting hand-fed veggies from Graham. We really appreciate the regular updates as we miss our babies terribly while we're away. Highly recommend Rainbow Paws to anyone with small pets!

As soon as we met Graham at Rainbow Paws, we knew he was the right dog walker for our sassy little diva. Our pooch came with a whole list of requirements (including an anxious dog mum...) but nothing was too much trouble for Graham - he fulfils everything with total professionalism. He is flexible, adaptable and highly communicative; we love receiving photos of her daily walks too! We trust him completely with our beautiful pooch and we know he loves her, just like we do. Along with the usual dog walking arrangements, our little fur ball appears to have picked up some fantastic obedience habits too - testament to Graham’s consistency and knowledge of positive doggy behaviour. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Rainbow Paws - an extension of our family and the reliable, professional, dog walker we needed, to be able to leave our pooch confidently, in safe hands.

We are really confident that Bertie is well cared for by Graham. We really enjoy the photos he posts every day so we can see that our dog is happy and enjoying his walk. Graham is really organised and has made the whole process of finding a dog walker stress free.

Graham was fantastic at looking after our many animals (2 rabbits, 2 gerbils and a cat) He was attentive to all their separate needs and sent us photos to reassure us all was well and everyone was happy. What an amazing place, my cat loves being there. He is given everything he would need. Food. Water and lots and lots of love. ❤️ Nice clean, friendly environment. Always lets you know how your pets is and ensures a good experience for your furry friend and you x will always use.

This was our first time using a sitter. Our cat was with Becci for just over 2 weeks and we can honestly say she provided an amazing service. We received regular updates along with pictures. He was well fed and fussed and we both felt reassured that he was being looked after. He had his own space that was extremely clean and our cat developed a bond with Becci over the weeks he was with her. It's now been a couple of days since we've been back and he's extremely happy, nothing out of the ordinary from him. If you're looking for someone who will treat your pet as their own, this is the place for you. Amazing service 10/10.

Becci did an amazing job looking after my cat for the week. We opted for the house visits twice a day because of mitzie being a grumpy old senior who doesn't like change and Becci made sure we didn't worry over her with daily photos and videos. I would definitely recommend Tipton Tails, Becci is a lovely caring person and provides an excellent service.

My first time hiring a pet sitter for my fur babies, and I have to say Becci did a great job. Friendly, caring and really looked after both my pets, keeping me updated with how they are. I returned to two happy and healthy angels. I was nervous leaving them, but Becci was reassuring and knew exactly how to keep their housing clean and ensure my g.pigs were healthy. My little baby was poorly, and booked in for surgery..Becci looked after her, gave her meds, love, and everything else she needed. Took her to the vets for me when it was time for her surgery, and was even prepared to take care of her afterwards. Unfortunately, Daisy didn't make it through the op:(. Becci went above and beyond for my furbaby, and I honestly barely trust anyone to leave my animals with them, but with Becci, I feel that they are safe, and I don't worry as I know she will take care of them as if they are her own pets. Kind, caring, and compassionate, and an overall wonderful person. Would recommend Tipton Tails to anyone!❤️

Becci is a credit to the cattery world. We boarded our two cats with her for a week and I couldn’t recommend her more. The facilities are great and she thoroughly cares for the cats, providing photo and video updates when requested. Thank you so much, we shall never go elsewhere.

Tipton Tails is THE best pet care service you will ever find. Becci has cared for our beautiful cat over the last few years (all home visits when we're on hol). I can 100% trust that our fluffy friend will be loved and taken care of, in just the way we would. I have used other sitters previously, but never felt completely at ease until I found Becci. She is absolutely doing this career for all the right reasons.... her love for animals. She keeps in contact with updates/photos whilst you're away, follows all your instructions to the letter and will always double check things with you. Her rates are unbelievably reasonable, the reassurance she offers is in itself priceless, but she is very competitively priced compared to other similar businesses. Our cat absolutely adores her, he is not always the most trusting being an ex-stay cat we took in, but the fact he loves Becci so much just speaks volumes! I guarantee you won't find a more compassionate and patient pet sitter than Becci - thank you so much for wonderful service Tipton Tails!!

First time using in April but have to say my cats milo and harley had a great stay they weren't stressed at all the owner is so attentive towards them she sits in the cattery with them she truly loves cats she messaged me on how they were doing ill definitely be using this cattery again. I know my babies are definitely looked after by someone who loves cats as much as I do . They're in good hands at tipton trails.

Becci was amazing with our dog while we were on holiday. Our dog was recently out of surgery so there were some very strict health rules that Becci had to enforce on our mischievous pup but she did a fantastic job. We were worried about leaving but Becci kept in touch with us, reassured us and exceeded all our expectations of a dog sitter. Most importantly though, our dog had loads of (safe) fun and I think was a little disappointed when we got home and Becci didn't come back to visit her! Will definitely be booking again, thanks!

Becci was absolutely fabulous looking after our fur babies overnight whilst we got married. Nothing was too much trouble even when our plans changed so many times. She sent us pictures throughout the day to reassure us as it was the first time we’d left them which made us enjoy and relax our day even more. I started to use Becci this year to look after my 4 cats. Each time we've returned our cats have been happy and relaxed. Becci takes good care of my cats, playing and interacting with them. Nothing is too much trouble.

I cannot recommend Gabs Dogs highly enough. I have been sending my dog Bonnie to Gabs Dogs daycare for 8 months now and spending time there has grown her confidence with other dogs so much. She was very nervous puppy when she first started going, but thanks to Gabriel's effort and patience she now enjoys spending time with him and the other dogs. I always have complete peace of mind when I send Bonnie to Gabs Dogs, as I know that she is safe, looked after and is having a great time.

I was looking for a safe and reliable dog sitter for our cavalier, as my family couldn't look after him whilst we went on holiday. I truly could not have found a better person to look after hi than Gabs. From the moment we met him he welcomed Nero, and I was impressed on how clean and tidy the house was. He asked for detailed information on Nero's habits, likes etc and nothing was too much. We went on holiday feeling assured everything would be fine, and it was. Nero met other dogs at Gabs so has some new friends and had so much fun. The daily pictures and even video's were fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gabs for day care or like us when you go away on holiday.

Rosie LOVES her time with Gabriel and the other dogs. This is the third time we've left her to enjoy lots of walks and play while we were away and I highly recommend Gabs Dogs. Gabriel clearly loves dogs and is very friendly and welcoming. I trust him implicitly with our dog and we love getting photos, video clips and messages to see what she's been up to every day! Gabriel was simply wonderful with our puppy Ruby. I felt really happy to leave her whilst we went on holiday for a week (first time we have left her!) and would not hesitate to recommend Gabs Dogs at all. Gab is great, our little Colin loves his days there. We get cute little updates during the day, and we always know he is being well looked after. Highly recommend. Gab has also been super flexible and helpful with our very unpredictable lifestyles

It means so much to us that we can leave our puppy with Gabs when we go on holiday and have complete piece of mind that he will be looked after as well as we would ourselves. Our furry baby loves going to Gabs and getting walks during the day. It's also brilliant that he gets to interact with other dogs during the day. I can't recommend Gabs enough to trust with your pets!

Would highly recommend Gabs for all your doggy day care needs! He is a great guy and is clear how much he loves and cares for dogs. Mine never wants to leave and is always exhausted from all the fun he's had.

Gabriel was great, took excellent care of our little dog who loved him! Frequent updates and regular lovely photos are also definitely a plus. Someone who loves what he does and that shows.

I cant recommend Halesowen Dog Care enough. Annie is fantastic with our dog, shes reliable, kind, and really does care about the dogs she looks after . I wouldn’t use anyone else . We totally trust her .

Annie is brilliant! She’s worked wonders with our nervous/skittish rescue puppy, building up his trust & confidence with weekly walks. He’s just stayed the weekend with her for the first time and it was a huge success. It’s clear he loves her and she loves him, so we could go away knowing he was in the safest of hands. Annie is very reliable, trustworthy & honest. She communicates throughout any walk/overnight stay with regular photos and messages so I always have peace of mind. Annie has a warm and caring nature, she is very knowledgeable about dogs and displays a genuine love of them, she takes a professional approach to her work, taking care to ensure that the dogs in her care all get along together, and takes note of any special requirements the dog might have. Annie looks after our Labrador Biggy on a regular basis for daycare and overnight boarding and he couldn’t be left in more capable hands. Annie has a clear passion for dogs and puts a lot of love and effort into her work. She is very knowledgeable and has a lot of patience with our 9 month old bouncy pup. Biggy absolutely loves his walks with Annie and the other dogs. He has lots of mental stimulation and always comes back very sleepy from his adventures! I moved to Halesowen just over 3 yrs ago, I searched for a local Dog Walker/ Dog sitting service, and came across Halesowen Dog Care, stood out from the rest for having great reviews, and of course the competitive prices. I have used Annie for both Dog walking and the Dog sitting service she offers. My Dog absolutely loves her, She is a natural in helping your dog feel at ease very quickly., and helping them get use to other dogs. I would strongly recommend Annie and Halesowen Dog Care.

Annie is the warmest most caring lady I have had the pleasure to meet ! My nervous mini dachshund has been going to Annie for around 3 months now after previously having a bad experience at “specialist dachshund’ day care place .. Annie has taken Ralph in to her home like he’s one of her own .. I was really nervous about leaving him but I really didn’t need to be as she is an absolute Angel With the dogs in her care !! Ralph has now grown in confidence and happily bounces in to Annie’s to have a fun day with all the other doggies .. the last place he went to I had to drag him in !! 😞 So happy to have found this wonderful lady ❤️🐾❤️ X

Annies pet care is one of a kind, she treats the dogs and cats like they are her own. I have never known anyone to care for pets as she does, with real love and affection but at the same time teaching them how to behave, both inside her home or outside in the community. They instinctively take to her as if they know her already and are given one to one care and support throughout their stay with her. Her prises are very fair for the amount of time and effort that she puts in and when the dog is returned they are stress free, completely happy and well exercised.

Joy, Luke and the team have been looking after my Lhasa apso cross, Trevor, for nearly five years. Nothing is too much trouble, they are always happy to provide advice and guidance when I need it. Trevor adores them and looks forward to his walks every week. Trevor loves to stay with Joy - boarding with jJoy is a real home from home experience - he never wants to leave!! Excellent service- the best team !!

We recently asked PetPawz to look after our Guinea-pig whilst we were away for a week and I must say what a GREAT job they did, Our Guinea-Pig was also on 3 lots of medication at the time and non of this was a problem, on picking our Guinea-Pig up it became apparent that she hadn't missed us at all and looked like she had had a better time than ourselves as she seemed more lively and happier than ever!!, Also Petpawz Text us on several occasions to update on our pets progress; Nothing was too much trouble and Joy & Steve were so easy to talk to and deal with. Nicki looked after my Yorkshire Terrier, Coco for a week whilst I was on holiday. I felt Coco was well looked after and enjoyed her stay at Nicki's home. Nicki kept to Cocos routine and kept me updated on her stay. It was lovely to receive updates and pictures as it reassured me Coco was settled. When I picked Coco up you could tell Coco had formed a good bond with Nicki. I am relieved to have found someone who I can now rely on to look after my dog. I will definitely use Nicki's services again.

Ozzy our Golden Retriever stayed with Nicky and her family for 17 nights. We picked him up today and he is happy, healthy and waggy tailed. Nicky did everything we asked including administering his flea treatment whilst we were away and treated him like family. They took such good care of him and we've already booked him in again for January. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy our holiday knowing he was in safe hands. I'll be recommending you to anyone that needs a home boarder.

Essie (Husky) stayed with Nicki and Adam for 2 nights. I had regular updates and it’s clear that Essie had a great time, was really well looked after and welcomed into their home for the weekend. She had lots of walks, so much so that I didn’t have to walk her the Sunday evening after I collected her as she was well and truly worn out (which any husky owners will know is a task in itself!) I’m more than happy with the way Essie was cared for, and wouldn’t hesitate using hfh again when I next go away 😊

Nicki and Adam have just looked after our much loved Golden Retriever Jess for two weeks, and she has had the best time. She has come home happy and looks very well 🥰 She has had plenty of off lead fun playing in a secure dog field, and lots of walks. Will never use anyone else ever! Catherine and Jeremy were excellent in every aspect! The 5 stars aren't enough to describe our experience with Catherine and Jeremy. As it was exceptional! Words cannot describe the freedom Catherine and Jeremy have given our family moving forward- As we can confidently leave our Saint Bernard with them and know that he will be looked after and cared for completely. Well this was the first time that my dogs had ever stayed with anyone apart from family. So to say that I was nervous was an understatement. Jeremy and Catherine were amazing they sent me photos of the dogs going for their walk and chilling on the sofa or on their lap. I feel that I went away to a 4 star hotel and my dogs stayed at an executive suite. I would highly recommend muddy paws to everyone.

We have no hesitation in recommending this dog boarding service run by Jeremy and Catherine. We recently boarded our eight month old cavapoo for four days and the overall experience was totally professional and first class in all aspects. We will definitely be returning on future occasions. We have already rebooked for 2025 as we were so pleased with the excellent service provided.

Penny has just come home after her first stay with Jeremy and his family who’ve all made her feel very loved! I’ve had photos of her everyday on walks and relaxing in their home , she looked very content and relaxed. I wasn’t sure she’d want to come Home!!! So reassuring whilst I was abroad. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again , it’s a big thing leaving your dog with a stranger but Jeremy clearly loves them all. Thanks so much !

I used Muddy Paws over half term to look after my Labrador whilst we were away. She was initially nervous as hasn’t been left with others often but soon settled in their care and was clearly well looked after and cared for during the stay. Regular photo updates were lovely to receive. I wouldn’t hesitate to send her again, thank you!

I am getting married in the summer and met up with Jeremy and Cath a while ago. I instantly warmed to them and booked in a practice visit for my Cockapoo which he completed last night and I could not be more grateful. He has quite a bit of anxiety which can lead to him being reactive on some occasions, I made them aware of all this prior to the visit and obviously was super worried because of this. However they were amazing with him. It’s very clear that they have lots of experience with looking after a range of dogs. I received regular updates and was regularly reassured. He had a wonderful stay and received lots of love whilst away. This has meant that I can enjoy my wedding knowing that he is absolutely in safe hands. I cannot recommend them more.

Laura is absolutely brilliant. She helped us out at a really difficult time with my mom's dog. She took him in at short notice and he had a lovely three weeks with her. My mom's dog has come back to us happier and he has been well looked after. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to potential customers.

Laura, Matt and their family are absolutely fantastic! Our 1 year old Boxer - Bo, has just stayed there for 17 days whilst we were away and he had the best time ever. Bo goes to daycare there at least twice a week and has made lots of friends. They have lots of activities in the varied outside area and in the warm weather had water play and even air conditioning! Laura and Matt treated Bo like their own and sent regular “pupdates” and photo’s to us. I highly recommend for anyone wanting their dog to be part of a family whilst they’re away, with lots of interaction, stimulation and of course love and hugs. Laura also offers grooming services that she is fully qualified for. Laura regularly grooms Bo and trims his nails, he even comes out with doggy aftershave on! Judging by the way he drags me to their front door every time we go, I'd say he quite likes it too:)

I take my Siberian husky (Skye) Laura 5 days a week whilst I'm at work and she also stays when I go abroad. Always have a happy pup when i drop her off and pick her up. Laura is always very accommodating with my erratic work hours and her family are also excellent with the care of Skye. 1 of the very few people I trust with my pride and joy. Could not recommend her enough to anyone. Easy to see why 5 star reviews are posted all around the internet for the services offered and delivered!

We've used J&C Puppies for home boarding for our Border Collie for quite a while now. Laura is great, always willing to accommodate drop offs and pick ups when we need them and their prices are excellent for the service they offer. Would be very happy to recommend these guys to anyone who is looking for boarding.

My 1 year old ronald has been going to daycare a couple days a week for the last couple of weeks. Laura and family are absolutely lovely and he always comes away having had a great time. It's a great place for dogs to play and he pulls me up the driveway every morning he goes ! Thankyou guys and I'm super happy I managed to get him in with you before you became full for daycare.

Would not recommend at all. My dog had ingrown dew nail and was only ever groomed by this person a few times over last 6months clearly doesn't really know her stuff. Never again. Taking my dog to vets and will make an official complaint. You haven't ever cut that nail ever she was groomed by you at 5 months old then 7 months old. my dog is well cared for so won't be visiting you again
