Pet Sitters in Shelby County, KY

I am going to kennel my dog there. They allowed to bring my dog there for doggy daycare and he did well. He met new friends and seems to be relaxed. Wish they would send pics or have video feeds to look in on our best friends. He will be kenneled for 5 nights. They allowed me to take a tour of the facilities and the staff seems genuine. I have a Red Healer and he is full of energy, we got home and immediately had to go potty so not sure how much outside time they get. I like that they don't change extra for walks and play time, other places do. Wish there was a way to confirm. Please make our best friends visits personal and allow us to look in on them. I have had other dog's and kenneled them. I will update my review when I return from vacation. I noticed that they pay a lot of attention to making sure the facility is clean. One thing that I liked is that they have multiple outdoor area's where dogs can be outside in the grass and concrete. They have outdoor kennels too and areas where dogs can play in water. At this point i highly recommend them!

Brought our dogs for a trial run to see if they could board there. Our pitbull was turned away because supposedly she peed and pooped on the floor and showed her teeth to another dog. This may or may not be true, but she has never shown aggression toward a dog or human, ever! Y’all said our lab mix did great. Was very friendly and playing with other dogs, etc. I called back after my daughter picked the dogs up to see if our “friendly” dog could still board there, and that we would find somewhere else for our pitbull. The girl on the phone said she didn’t think our friendly dog would do well without our other dog, etc. but didn’t give an actual answer. So I asked is that a yes or a no? She said “it’s a no”. Why couldn’t our friendly dog still stay? Makes no sense. If I could give you zero stars, I would. But on another note, we took them somewhere else and they did great! Both of them.

So, my two dogs stayed for boarding recently (2/16-2/19), and I am so glad they did! Both my dogs are older rescues, and Karen, Katie and Mary all took such great care of them. My Australian cattle dog, Pete, gets separation anxiety, so I was concerned he was going to have a hard time. But that was not so! He did wonderfully and he definitely felt safe at Bailey's-- when we went to leave instead of beelining straight for the truck when I said it was time to go he made his way promptly over to Karen for some good bye pets and love. Our other dog, Coco, is a little dachshund mix. We *totally* forgot how cold it was going to be and forgot her coat, so naturally, it snowed that weekend. It wasn't a ton of snow, but when you're a little 10 lb smooth coated pup who is acclimated to Florida weather, even a dusting is too much! Karen totally saved my butt though, she said no worries-- we have a couple extra coats that have been donated to us, and Coco can borrow one. Her little loaner coat fit great, and Im sure Coco was super glad that it wasn't so cold! These ladies do a fantastic job with pups, and Im so glad they had spots available for us while we were in town visiting family.

I highly recommend this place. Before I boarded I was given a full tour of the facility and was given time to ask questions and explain my dog’s needs. My very very anxious Great Dane has intense separation anxiety and they did a great job working with us through the drop off process. This is our new boarding home for Seamus and as I said, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

After 2 months of waiting we were so excited for our pup to get into Bailey’s. They said they will work with your pet and assist in training yet they dismissed our 6 month old puppy after 2.5 days of daycare. Their reason was “he is poorly disciplined” and “does not listen to commands”. Obviously…as he is 6 months old. We also told them he begins Rosie Dane training in 1 week yet upon dismissal they instructed us to take him to a trainer and suggested Rosie Dane….which we had already told them we were enrolled and just had not started yet. When I asked if there was an incident or any aggressive behavior towards staff or other dogs they said no and described our dog as a sweet puppy but that they wanted to prevent future “potential” problems. I find this impossible to predict, again, as he has not began training yet and is a 6 month old puppy. On another note, our poor pup never ate any food while at Bailey’s and was returned to us each day with a full bag of kibble that we had provided that morning. Nothing was mentioned about this lack of eating and he was always starving to eat when he got home. I was willing to chalk this up as first week nerves but I guess one week is all it takes to write off a puppy? This business may describe themselves as putting the animals first but their expectations for puppies are unrealistic at best and inexperienced/ignorant at worst. They made no attempt to communicate that he was being a problem all week and then, come Friday, out of nowhere they said he was not allowed back. Again, Bailey’s said he showed NO signs of aggression. I don’t recommend a business with this poor of communication and customer service nor one that lies about their willingness to work with you. If you’ve got a military drilled dog that requires no extra effort from the staff or a pet rock then this is the place for you.

Love the groomer. She is absolutely awesome, my finicky Minature Schnauzer loves her and looks fabulous for over 2 months!!!

Loved the previous pet groomer. She had to retire due to an injury to her hand. We miss her she was so sweet to her animal clients, loving on them and talking to them. Hope she is doing well.

Such an amazing place!! The employees really take great care of the pets they are boarding- love this place so much!! :D

Every time by dog helplessly coughs when exerting herself I think of the kennel cough she got at Bailey's About seven years ago. Doc said it may effect her the rest of her life....and it has. When I brought them the information, their response was not sympathy. It was defense. "We're certain she must have had it before she came here," they said. The doctor said we weren't his first customer with KC from there. When dropping our dog off, it was raining & she had a thunder shirt on. We specifically asked them if they could remove it when the rain subsided. They said they would. On our return after four days, we found she had worn it the whole time & had worn the skin off in her pits. Almost bloody.

My brother brought his dog to this place and he is a (pit bull). He was brought to this facility for a trial run and he was kept in his kennel from 9-930 and was picked up at 530 he was kept in his kennel the whole time until he was brought out to use the restroom all by himself bc he was a pitbull with anxiety that has never shown aggression and has been to other doggie daycares with no issues!! I’m sick and tired of people judging a dog based off their breed! They mistreated him in my book by not giving him a chance and keeping him locked up and automatically thinking he is mean when he didn’t show any aggression towards any workers or other animals and they wonder why he wouldn’t eat or drink all day and that’s bc the staff was scared of him and kept him locked up all day. I don’t recommend this place bc apparently they all need a lesson on how to handle pit bulls and other breeds like them. It’s all how you raise them!! BBB will also be contacted about this issue and miss treatment all bc of the breed!! I don’t even give them a one star but had to just to make the post

We moved to the Louisville area about 18 months ago. When we needed a pet sitter, a friend from church recommended Waggs2Whiskers. We met with Kelly and were very impressed. Over these last 18 months, we have used their services multiple times. We started with two dogs and one cat. They are now caring for our two dogs, four cats, and six chickens. We can leave town or the country with 100% confidence that our pets will be well cared for and having fun. We receive messages and photos from each visit and know all is well. The funny thing is that when we get home and the dogs hear the jiggle of the door knob, they go nuts and are super happy but once they see it is just us (and not Kelly or one of her trusted employees), they kind of drop their heads and walk back to their beds. It’s like they say, “Oh, it’s just you. We thought it was the fun ladies.” 😂😂😂

Waggs 2 Whisker’s is the best choice if you’re looking for someone to take care of your pets while gone. I use them and swear by them. There is nothing like getting the daily pictures of my critters playing and getting love while I’m gone. Whether it’s 1 or 2 days or even a week, they’ve shown up as scheduled and I know my 4 legged family is safe and sound.

What can I say...I have had some horrible pet sitting experiences in the past. But Kelly and her crew were absolutely amazing!!! We have 3 dogs and 2 indoor cats as well as a baker's dozen of barn cats and a couple dozen chickens. We booked overnight and 2 visits during the day. Kelly, Lissa, and Kristin did an amazing job! We were supposed to have Issac originally for our 2 day visits, but he was unexpectedly not able to do it and Kristin filled in last minute as well as Lissa and Kelly picking up a few of those day visits. Came home to a clean house that you couldn't even tell anyone had slept in the bed and well taken care of animals. I think my dogs were more excited to see the sitters than us when we came home, lol! I will definitely us them again and highly recommend!! They even had to put up with a skunk that decided to eat some cat food and then adjusted what to do with the food so the skunk would go away!

Absolutely love waggs 2 whiskers and the professional caring service they give to my pets! My dogs love to see them come to our house when we are gone, and they help me feel more relaxed being away from my pets. I know they are in great hands! I love the service of being able to schedule and communicate through their own individualized app. The reports and pictures they send after each visit is a great touch and gives peace of mind . Waggs 2 Whiskers is a great service I highly recommend! Happy pet approved!

I have never been away from my two kitties for more than a few hours until this past week. Waggs2Whiskers and the OUTSTANDING cat whisperer, Rachel, provided love and attention and everything they needed for 4 days and 3 nights. My girls are mostly home with just me but on the first day, Lumi interacted with Rachel and even asked for her twice daily brushings which have never been done by anyone but me. Mia was more shy but by the second day, she was pushing her head into Rachel’s hand asking for pets. The notes and photos after each visit made me happy and permitted me to enjoy my activity away from home. We are so fortunate to have Kelly and her fantastic team in our area! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Waggs2Wiskers is a well established company who goes above and beyond to care for your fur and feathered babies. I’m so grateful I can count on them to look after and love my girl when I’m not there. I also enjoy the pictures I get every time they visit. My girl is always smiling and happy.

Why we LOVE Waggs 2 Whiskers... - Our 2 large dogs prefer their own home over a kennel - The staff is EXTREMELY dependable and trustworthy, with backups for emergencies - They bring in our packages and mail - Our dogs are NOT great on a leash and the staff is so patient and still give them their walk 3 TIMES a day! - We get pictures and detailed updates EVERY visit - the pictures are the best - We have had to travel last minute and they go out of their way to fit us in - They even got our dogs Christmas presents and cards HIGHLY SUGGEST!

My experience with Wags 2 Whiskers pet sitting was spectacular. My three boys had a multiple overnight stay with Kayla. W2W is very thorough with acquiring the initial information on each pet as well as the running of the home. Kayla was excellent with her communications and sharing daily pictures. I returned home to three happy boys. In addition, Kayla took wonderful care of my home. I would absolutely recommend W2W and will definitely be using them again.

We took a week vacation to Paris and even with the time difference they kept us updated on our 2 spoiled boys daily! We are beyond thrilled with the play time, loving and care Jeanine gave them. Our Husky Shepherd mix loves her visits to Kat’s. We are always pleasantly surprised at how good our dog’s coat is after a visit.

This doggie salon is above and beyond fabulous! Our pups love this place and the service is fantastic. I highly recommend!!!!

Lovely place. I have a Great Pyrenees mix and needed to get his nails trimmed. He got in the following day and they very gentle with him and even got his dewclaws without a problem. The visit was very affordable, only costing $12. My reason for only giving 4 stars is because they stopped accepting large breeds for grooming services. Would love to find a local place that can offer these services together.

They groom all three of our dogs. The staff are always very friendly with the owners as well as the pets. The staff members are always well prepared and greet the pets by name. Always a wonderful experience!

Shout out to Kayla at Kat's Doggie Styles. Ever since a previous bad encounter with another groomer in Frankfort, my little guy would not let anyone trim his nails without being muzzled, and he still fought it. Kayla was able to do it, no muzzle, no fight!

Took my little one here today for the first time an he loved it! I picked him up smelling so good an he was happy! There prices are really cheap an they do a great job! I love how they text you appointment reminders an when there ready to be picked up.

If anyone is looking for a good groomer, we tried a couple and then found Kat's Doggie Styles. They are amazing, and great prices. Our pup has the best time there, and she’s generally a little shy. Bonus they take pictures like this after every groom!

Our Bassett Hound Jolene loves her spa days at Kat’s. Jolene always comes back Bassett Hound Funk free! Bassett Hounds are notoriously stinky because of the natural oils in their skin. They do a great job deodorizing her!

Always great service. Fast, affordable, and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend to all my pet owner friends.

I have been taking my labradoodle to Katie for years and she always does an amazing job. I tried Katie’s mobile grooming today for my very anxious new puppy and I’m so happy I did. She was so patient with him and very accommodating with my requests. And she taught me more about his hair type due to his breed which was super helpful. My only con about the experience was that her amazing receptionist, Kayla, did not accompany her for the mobile grooming. 😊 See you again soon ladies!

Our pups LOVE Krystal! She is so good to them. We are sometimes gone two full weeks and we have no concerns about our puppies! She loves on them and she takes such good care of them! I would recommend her and her Peanut’s Pet Sitting to anyone looking for someone to take care of their pet!

Krystal has been taking care of my high maintenance dog since she was a puppy (she turns 7 this year). Paws Pet Care has done a wonderful job caring for my dogs for several years now. Beth is super responsive with any issues. My dogs are always happy to see Carrie walk through the door for walks or playtime and I've been very fortunate to have professional sitters to love on my dogs when we are gone, Sondra being our latest. My cat is very shy and easy to get anxiety. The cat sitter from Paws Pet Care really understands her character. She communicates with my cat without pushing her. She looks after her perfectly according to my wishes. I will ask Paws Pet Care for next time.

I had a wonderful experience with Sydney and Paxton! My dog is older and needs medications, and they were great about staying on top of it. It was great having picture updates about how he was doing, and they spent extra time with him! They also kept in touch with my family at home to coordinate care. I highly recommend their services!

New Review the owners answer to this review is obvious a desperate owner trying save her rating. I have only ever had 1 sitter with this company and we got on well. I loved Katie and was sad when she left the company. Also I have 3 cameras and I told them about the cameras. Never tried to hid it. My cat has never gone potty outside the litter box. That however was not paws fault, it was due to an added dog in the house. However had it been caught earlier a litter could have been moved to the area she was in. I did talk to the owner at 2 am when the original sitter did not seem to let the dogs out. Demanding? I expect my animals fed, pet and loves and played with. I have copies of every conversation ever had with my previous sitter I would love to see any supposed abuse. I also had no problem with the pet care once taken over by the owner however the problems had already been set in motion ( wrong dog food). Also I would like to mention that Katie had zero problems with my daughters dog. You were hired for 12 visits in 72 hours. 4 times a day. I am glad you visited that many times that is what I asked for and paid for It is sad the owners decided to answer so petty and lie about what happened but you can judge by that alone. —— I can't fit my whole review in here, (the full review is on Angies list) basically I have used this company since 2016 and it's been awesome but my sitter is no longer with them and they gave me another woman who either is afraid of dogs or does not like them, she would not touch/pet/hold the dogs. She could not figure out basic instructions of how to close a gate or where the dog food is kept. (She fed my dog the wrong food) for one potty break visit the camera in the house does not show her even taken them outside. She will not work with skittish animals to get them used to her over all the whole event was a disaster. I came home after being out of state at a memorial service for a family member to a smelly house (the puppy pads were not changed and cat pee on the ground) and half a bag of dog food I had bought to test allergies in one of my dogs gone because the other dog was fed the wrong food. The owner of the company took over the care of my pets after initial problems with my assigned sitter but by that point everything was spiraling down hill.

Paws Pet Care did an amazing job checking in on my cat. They were so helpful and quick to resolve an issue that I had and the communication was so quick and perfect. I will always use them in the future! Coleen was incredible!

The petsitter was great. She came over to meet everyone before we left for our trip. While we were gone she took great care of my fur babies and was very communicative the whole time. Any time I had a question she responded right away! I definitely recommend Paws Pet Care.

We have been using Paws for about a year and a half now, and we have been very pleased. Both of the sitters we have used have been wonderful! Our cats are very well taken care of, and the extras like taking in the mail are much appreciated! It is great peace of mind to know our pets and home are in great and caring hands.

Paws Pet Care has an awesome service and Debi (our pet sitter) did a fantastic job in taking care of our little kitties. We moved to Louisville about 2 years ago with no friends or family nearby. And still hadn't developed any close friends that we'd feel comfortable leaving our precious cats. But we needed a family vacation and looked to Paws Pet Care for help. We were very worried about leaving anyone, especially anyone we didn't know with our home and our cats. But Debi helped in making our first trip a real vacation. She provided pictures with a report every day as well as doing all the basics of cleaning the litter, filling the food bowls and water. She even picked up some treats that we ran out of. It was a great experience and won't have any worries about calling on Paws Pet Care with Debi on our next vacation.

I can't say enough about Paws Pet Care! We were hesitant to leave our pups since we never have for as long as a week. We met Jill and knew immediately they would be loved. She was perfect! Texted pictures every day along with videos and commentary. She took care of my little vegetable garden and cleaned up a few accidents that the pups had due to being stressed from storms. Jill was so wonderful, it's hard to convey how much she eased our minds. Also Kristina was wonderful making sure we were set up on the schedule that was best for our babies. I want to THANK YOU so much for being so wonderful and loving our pets as much as we do!

My puppy has separation anxiety, so I started looking around for doggy daycare options while I’m at work. I found Raven’s service online and saw the good reviews/how close it was in proximity to my home. They have been extremely communicative and professional throughout the entire process. I get a “report card” at the end of my pup’s stay - complete with beautiful photos that make me feel like I was still a little part of his day. Not only does he get to socialize with other pets, he gets to expend all his puppy energy - which means he’s tuckered out and ready for sleep at the end of the day. Naturally I was worried to leave my puppy with other people, especially during a pandemic, but Raven’s K9to5 has alleviated that anxiety completely. They truly seem to care about my pup. Raven and her husband have exceeded my expectations and I am very satisfied with the care my puppy is receiving/has received thus far!

I am so glad I found Raven and her husband! I have never felt so confident about someone else taking care of my doggo. Bella Rose has so much fun when she goes to stay with Raven. When we go on vacation she goes to doggy camp! She always has friends to play with and they do play! She is always so worn out when she comes home. And I love the pictures that I get every day. And the report card usually cracks me up. I was really late picking up Bella and they just rolled with it. Traveling is unpredictable sometimes. Thank you Raven for all the times you’ve watched Belle! We only use Raven now!

So thankful for Raven! She was able to help me on short notice and was super sweet and helpful! She was very patient with my shy and grumpy rabbit, and dropped by my hotel twice a day to make sure she had everything she needed. I was extremely anxious about leaving my rabbit alone, but Raven sent me pictures of her when she could, and I felt so much more comfortable about leaving. Very thankful to have found her and will absolutely be using her again when I go out of town!

I went to Florida for 5 days and used Ravens K9 to 5 to board my yorkie. This was the first time I have ever had to board my baby and I was so weiry about leaving him with just anybody. We are new to the area and really dont know anyone yet. I looked into the "pet suite" facilities that offer boarding and they keep the dogs in a kennel and all the dogs are left over night by themselves. When I found Ravens K9 and seen that the dogs were house board, I felt my dog would be alot happier there. After dropping him off I was so sad and couldn't even enjoy my vacation due to being worried about him. Raven made sure to ease my mind and send me pics and videos showing me that my baby was happy and enjoying himself. This made it much easier being away from him. I will use Ravens K9 to 5 every time I need a babysitter. He is now home safe and sound and I couldn't be happier!! Thanks Raven

After multiple pet sitters backed out we contacted Raven in the middle of a busy holiday planning season. Thankfully she was able to fit in our crew of 4 dogs and 1 cat. She stayed the nights at our house and did multiple daily check ins with them. Her communication was fantastic and we loved getting daily photos. Our house was left clean so you could tell she treated it as her own. The animals all enjoyed her company despite having a few naughty moments! We hope to use her again for any future vacations.

I had a wonderful experience with Raven caring for our pets while we were away. This was my 1st time ever hiring a company for pet services. Raven did a wonderful job of answering all of my questions before she even began services, and kept us updated every step of the way...including pictures of my babies being cared for so superbly!! I HIGHLY recommend this company for anyone in need of a responsible and informative caregiver for your pets. I could not have asked for anything better, and will definitely use her services if the need ever came about in the future!

This was our first time using Raven's services for home visits for our 7+ year old cat Lola. Everything about our experience was wonderful. Raven and her husband were both friendly and knowledgable during their introductory meeting in our home. Lola warmed up to Raven very quickly. We were concerned in that we adopted Lola through Wisconsin Purebred Cat Rescue last Summer and she had never been without us overnight before. Her previous owners left her for sometimes weeks at a time. Raven let us know about her arrival and gave us thorough updates after each visit (including wonderful pictures). We highly recommend Raven's K9 to 5 Pet Services and will certainly use her services again when we are going to be away on overnight trips. Lola seemed to bond with Raven very quickly. Thanks Raven!

We used Raven's while out of town on vacation and found it to be a great place for our pup. Our dog, a Great Dane named Willow, had a blast there and literally played until she could play no more! The daily reports were very helpful and the daily photos that were included in the reports were an added bonus. Communication was quick and easy, and not to mention, Willow had a blast. Definitely will use Raven's again when the time comes!

We have used Raven's K9 to 5 Pet Services for the past 3 years each time we've gone away. Raven does her best to accommodate our travel schedules, and, more importantly, has treated our dogs like family -with care and attention. As our dogs have gotten older, their needs have changed. Raven is always attentive to what is required for their comfort and contentment. 😊

Raven provided excellent care for our two senior cats in our home for a few days. On each visit, we received notification when she was arriving, followed up with lots of photos of the cats and a report card of how they were doing. Her care of litter boxes, feedings, and other details was meticulous. Communication is awesome and she responds to questions immediately. I highly recommend her for excellent care of your pets!

Judging by how excited my dog is to go to group play every week, I gotta say this place is great! I love the themed daycare days and every employee I’ve met has been lovely. We’ve used PetSuites a few times for trips and he was definitely in good hands.

First time boarding here. The staff was very helpful and put us at ease. Web cams were great. Staff was attentive and they kept the facility clean. Our pups enjoyed their stay. We will be back.

The Pet Suites staff continue to be very friendly and helpful with any questions I have. The staff appear to go above and beyond to take care of the animals there, and ensure they have a great stay. Our dog is always excited when we are going in, and all smiles coming out. My only reason for a 4 star vs 5 (although I’d give 4.8 if I could) is purely bc of the price per day. They are still unmatched in terms of quality and care elsewherr, just unfortunate the prices consistently go up year over year with minimal changes in the full experience. I would highly recommend Pet Suites to all my friends and family.

My experience with the staff was positive, however, the two times my dog came for daycare, he came home with injuries/bites on his face, nose and ears that were all bleeding. Each time I was told he was just enjoying play or playing with a puppy that plays rough, but I feel someone should have been supervising and intervened before multiple injuries are sustained in one day AND should have notified me, but both times, I noticed these injuries after loading him in the car to go home. Dogs who are known to bite and cause these injuries should not be welcomed in a group play setting. I understand, things can happen, but being 2/2 has made me uneasy about him returning to this location. I was going to give this day care a try one more time, but ultimately decided the injuries aren't worth the risk. I would suggest video cameras for the parents to check in on their pets or watch back when incidents like this occur.

We have only ever used Petsuites for our dog's grooming - and we have nothing but great things to say! Drew does an amazing job every time and always very happy to see our dog, Pierre. I highly recommend her for your dog's next groom!

We recently moved to Louisville and needed a place for our two Goldendoodle puppies to stay for a long weekend. I walked in and the girl behind the desk was very friendly explaining all the different options that we had for the two puppies to stay together. She offered to give me a tour right there on the spot which I accepted! I got to see where the dogs go for daycare after they’re evaluated and the different options for boarding. Pet suites Middletown has very friendly and helpful employees and the whole facility was very clean. They stayed there a total of five days and four nights and I got daily updates on there condition and progress in their daycare. When I went to pick up the puppies the employee behind the desk was a different one and very friendly as well…and explained to me what all the charges were. Great first experience… We will continue to take our two puppies there and I would highly recommend this facility.

We love PetSuites Middletown. They treat our pet just like family! Our dog cannot wait to get out of the car when we pull into the parking lot. He cannot wait to see his puppy friends.

Our first time boarding here and it was fantastic from start to finish! We are already booked for another weekend! Such a comforting feeling knowing our dog is being treated so good.

Kat for Grooming!🙌 Kat did an outstanding job with our 2 doodles! Kat is so welcoming and friendly and patient to listen to exactly what my grooming preferences were for each pup. She was so patient with our 28 lb./10 month old Tucker....who was having his very first groom/cut and communicated with me throughout the process, to get my approval if any changes were needed (due to his matting on legs, fear of blow dryer, etc.)! Couldn't be more pleased and thankful to have found Kat! 🐩🐕 ("Krystal" - cream & "Tucker" - the red head;)

PetSuites was the most sociable puppy grooming out of the 5 I spoke to in and around Middletown and Oldham County. The ladies working there were so nice and our puppy Charlie I hope was nice to them! He looks so cute. We'll definitely be taking him back. Fran and Jim Nichols

They have all this extensive advertising as taking care of exotic pets/ bunnies until when you call they cannot take you unless you are an existing pet patient of the vet next door. Will not even allow for me to sign a consent to treat if there is an emergency. Their advertising is a whole lot of fluff. One star only to allow me to post this review. What a disappointment. The guy was rude and told me to let my vet do the boarding. My vet is upfront and doesn’t lead the public on with false advertisement.

Terrible service. I've called and emailed multiple times about rabbit boarding, and they've ignored me. I already thought the 'pet needs to be a patient' thing was annoying, but when I asked how to make her a patient, they started ignoring me. Crazy.

We have taken our dog there for 4 years. He loves it and staff knows him. I trust them with my pet.

We had a lot of issues with our Aussie doodle being scared/timid about everything. Almost home eased her into their daycare program, giving her the special attention that she needed until she was comfortable being with the other dogs. Now over a year later she is as confident/socialized as can be! Very thankful for almost home and their staff.

Thank you all so much for boarding my puppy. You all helped so much with potty training and encouraging her to go to her crate on her own. The distance was a little far from me but extremely worth it and I look forward to using your services in the future

I refer everyone of my pet owner friends and colleagues to Almost Home. I have two high energy dogs both of whom I've been bringing to Almost Home for daycare since they were puppies. It's been a little over a year since I started coming in and I could not be happier with the staff and the facilities. They know the dogs by name and treat them as if they were their own pets. When one is absent the staff actually notice and ask after them. Boarding has been such an easy process as well since I know the dogs are being taken care of and getting some loving attention. I have also found Almost Home to be very affordable, having heard from others the outrageous prices they've paid for boarding their own animals. Could not be a happier dog dad!!!

Love these folks. They know my dog by name even though I only board twice a year. She always comes home happy and loved. It feels like she doesn't want to leave.

It’s very difficult to find a boarding place that boards exotic animals let alone boards them CORRECTLY. i’ve had my rabbit for three years now, and I’ve always chosen this boarding place when I decide to take a trip. He gets a full room and lots of love, and everyone knows him by name. Most places offer to keep my rabbit in a cage for the duration of my absence. But here, he gets to roam just like he does at home. This last visit, he got anxiety and almost went into GI stasis and the staff was quick to notify me and also nurse him back to health. They even went out of their way to buy my bunny treats and greens. I’m so thankful for what they did for my fur baby. If you have an exotic pet I absolutely recommend this place!! Thank you to the staff here for caring for my Baloo like he is your own<3

Been taking my dogs here since they were pups. I love it and so do my dogs. They are old now and would prefer to sleep instead of play, but loved Dog Day Out when they were younger dogs. There are also good training classes and friendly staff.
