Neil, Cole and Tina went above and beyond when I mentioned my work in Cape Verde at OSPA dog rehoming centre with their donations of a huge dog treat/food hamper. We honestly can't thank you enough. Once again my little old boy William had a fantastic stay at Imberpark. He came back looking healthier, happier and younger. Thank you for taking such good care of him. Thank you to the wonderful staff who cared for him so well. 5 star accommodation!

Great range of raw petfood and natural treats friendly helpful staff

We left our cat in the cattery for 2 weeks. We were a bit nervous about leaving our cat here as it was our first time to use the service. It turned out there’s no need to worry because the staff was very friendly and excellent! With the WhatsApp group, we received the updates from the staff every now and then. They really looked after our cat very well. Out cat came back happy and healthy 🩵😊🫶🏻

I was so nervous leaving our dog for 5 days as it was the first time . I must say the staff was absolutely excellent and our 7 month old pup loved her time there but was very excited to see us . With the watsapp facility to see how she was doing was excellent too and they answered very quickly. I for one would recommend and will definitely be using them again . Thanks for a great service 😊

We were very impressed with the customer service and attention to detail. It was the first time we boarded our dog here and she was pampered and taken great care of. Carl, at front of house, was so welcoming and helpful and the staff made such a fuss of our dog. It has a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. We would not hesitate to come back

We love this place. Our dog cannot get through the gate fast enough but can be reluctant to come home 😂We use the kennels and shop frequently. Staff are excellent when welcoming pets to the kennels where they are cared for superbly. The shop has a wide and varied stock, staff are always cheerful and welcoming, also very professional and knowledgeable about foods and other products.

We booked our 2 year old Frenchie to stay over Christmas. We left a deposit - but trying to speak to anyone by phone to confirm was virtually impossible. Friendly staff but disorganised. They neglected to check his vaccination records. He returned and it was obvious he hadn’t pooed in at least two days. They kept a lot of our dried food so no idea what happened there?

I left my puppy in the kennels for a few days, from beginning to end everyone at Imberpark were just incredible. I had a lovely tour before booking, my puppy had previously had an operation so they asked lots of questions to ensure he was well looked after. While he was in there I got some amazing photos sent through to me which put my mind at ease. And when I collected him, he was so happy and clearly had a bond with the staff already - I couldn't ask for more and will definitely use them again.

We are absolutely thrilled with Faye as our dog walker! From the moment she started walking Luna, our somewhat finicky pup, it was clear that she has a special touch. Faye's warmth and friendliness extend not just to Luna, but to us as well, making every interaction a pleasant one. Historically, Luna has been hesitant, even stubborn, about leaving with walkers. However, with Faye, it’s a completely different story. Luna is always eager and happy to go on her walks, which is a testament to Faye's exceptional skill and rapport with dogs. It's clear that Luna adores Faye, and this peace of mind is priceless for us. Faye’s reliability and genuine care for Luna’s well-being have made her an indispensable part of our daily routine. We couldn't be happier with her services and highly recommend her to any pet owner who wants the best for their furry friend!

I can’t say enough great things about Faye’s Friends ! From the very first walk, it was clear that Faye truly loves dogs and is incredibly attentive to our dog’s (Otto) needs. Otto always comes back from walks happy and well-exercised. Every time he sees Faye arrive in the morning he’s over the moon ! Faye has become an important part of our routine, and I’m so grateful for her kindness and reliability. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your dog like their own, Faye is the one !

Faye is absolutely fantastic! My dog loves her and waits at the window on days she knows Faye is coming. Faye really is a “doggy person” she takes them on proper walks not just trots around the block as I know some do! I cannot recommend Faye enough - your dog will always be in the safest of hands.

Faye is amazing. Our dog Toby absolutely loves her and always comes home from his walks clean and tired. Trust her fully to look after him and it’s great that she offers double walks for days you might be away a bit longer. She is such a lovely person and if you are looking for someone to look after your dog then she is the one.

Faye is absolutely brilliant with our dog and they have created their own special bond which we love. She is always on time to pick our dog up and is very accommodating if we have any queries - I highly recommend Faye if you are looking for a dog walker.

We absolutely adore Faye as does our 1 year old working cocker Eddie. It is very comforting to know that when I am at work Faye is with Eddie. There is no one I trust more and know will look after him as well as she does. Faye has been really flexible with dates and timing and as soon as the van pulls up Eddie sits by the door waiting her. We couldn’t be more thankful for Faye 🐶 I would and have recommended her to other dog owners. And as you can see from the photo, I have a very content dog when he comes home from his walks.

Faye has been a god send! So reliable, flexible and fantastic with my 2 dogs (who are a pair of live wires!). I don’t have to worry at all when they are out with her - they always come back happy and ready for a nap. I could not recommend her enough - she’s brilliant.

Maricarmen is absolutely amazing at what she does and is so full of love for animals. Teddy loves spending time with her and the pack and I'm so grateful to have someone I can fully trust.

Marie Carmen is wonderful. She is a kind and loving dog minder and walker but also very responsible. We met with her a few times before she had our dogs so she could get to know them and ensure there were no issues. It was great to away and know they would be loved and cared for. I cannot recommend her enough.

My dog Oscar absolutely loves his time with Mari Carmen. When I first met her I was impressed and also very reassured on how she made sure I was comfortable with where Oscar would be staying and her crudentials. She is extremely professional and takes special care of all the dogs in her care. I would not hesitate in recommending her services to other dog owners.

Mari Carmen treats every dog like they are a long lost friend. She looks them in the eye, and connects with them, and is Shepperton's very own 'dog whisperer'. Mari Carmen has consistently gone above and beyond all our hopes and expectations, and I trust her implicitly with our 1 year old Cocker Spaniel, Molly. She is punctual, reliable, and I love the photos she posts on her Facebook page every day, of the dogs in beautiful and stimulating places. She never takes too many dogs, so she can keep her eyes are on all the dogs all the time, so I know they are safe. Very highly recommended.

Marie Carmen loves all dogs and looks after them extremely well. Milo is always happy to see her and spend the day with her and other dogs in her care. She is a godsend when we can't look after him ourselves, always happy and friendly, nothing is too much trouble.

Honestly how could you get a better dog sitter? Travelling from Northern Ireland to London we tried 14 different dog sitters around London area to try and have our year old labrador. In the end Marie Carmen was the first to consider the undertaking. She met us just after we arrived and took a trial walk after which she fell in love with Barley as much as he did with her. I would say that Barley had the most wonderful time with her and at her house. She is very flexible, reliable and totally trustworthy. In the short space of a few days she became a part of our holiday that we will remember fondly.

We have had our Kayla looked after by Marie Carmen for over 2 years while we are at work for a daily mid-day walk. Paws-2-Walk also helps us when going abroad. She is wonderful, trustworthy and more importantly loves dogs. She comes highly recommended and personally we could not imagine anyone else looking after Kayla as well as she does “ John

Marie Carmen is a person who cares and loves dogs. My dog 🐶 feels more confident around others dogs thanks to walks with paws-2-walk and he 🐶 loves Marie Carmen and enjoys going out with the gang of dogs! . I am happy my dog is in good hands!

She has empathy with the dogs. She has helped Sam who can be anxious around other dogs become one of the pack. Marie Carmen goes out of her way to ensure the dogs are happy and safe.

I couldn’t ask for a better service a 10/10!!! Great communication, genuinely cares about your pup, super attentive and our dog always comes back really happy and tired like he’s had the best day ever. I feel like he’s in such great hands, and he absolutely adores Maricarmen. Don’t know what I would do without paws 2 walk / MC - she’s made the possibility of us having a dog possible and I couldn’t recommend a better service.

Cyrus and Ghostie had a great time with Rosie Amigo. They are looking forward to playing again. Felt safe leaving them with the Amigos.
